SaaS Revenue & Financial Analyst — Flosum
About Flosum
Flosum is a Salesforce-native platform company delivering enterprise-grade DevOps, data protection, and security solutions to some of the world's largest organizations. Our product portfolio spans Cloud DevOps, Data Migrator, Data Masking, Data Backup, Org Security, Cloud Trust Center, and Sandbox Synchronization — all built natively on the Salesforce platform. We serve enterprise customers across technology, energy, financial services, healthcare, and federal government. Flosum is a growth-stage company operating with the intensity and speed of a startup backed by the discipline of a mature operator.
The Role
We're hiring a SaaS Revenue & Financial Analyst who will own the measurement layer of our entire business. You will be the person who knows every number — ARR, net retention, expansion, churn, pipeline conversion, cost of acquisition, gross margin by product line, services margin, cash flow, and everything in between. You'll work across Salesforce (our CRM and billing system of record) and QuickBooks (our financial system) to build a unified, always-current picture of company performance.
This is not a reporting role. This is an analytical role where you connect revenue operations data to financial outcomes and surface the insights that drive decisions at the CEO level.
What You'll Own
You will build and maintain our SaaS metrics infrastructure — ARR waterfall, cohort retention analysis, revenue recognition schedules, deferred revenue tracking, and unit economics by segment. You will reconcile Salesforce bookings data against QuickBooks revenue entries and ensure we have a single source of truth across both systems. You will produce monthly and quarterly financial and revenue packages for leadership, including variance analysis against plan. You will model scenarios for pricing changes, product bundling, geographic expansion, and headcount investment. You will monitor pipeline health and translate pipeline data into revenue forecasts with documented assumptions. You will own the data integrity between our CRM and accounting systems, flagging discrepancies before they compound. You will support board-level and investor-level reporting with clean, defensible metrics.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
You have three-plus years of experience in SaaS financial analysis, revenue operations, or FP&A at a B2B software company. You are deeply proficient in Salesforce — not as a user, but as someone who understands opportunity objects, product schedules, contract structures, and reporting at a data level. You are equally proficient in QuickBooks Online, including chart of accounts design, revenue categorization, journal entries, and reconciliation workflows. You understand ASC 606 revenue recognition principles and can apply them to a multi-product SaaS business with annual and multi-year contracts. You can build financial models from scratch in Excel or Google Sheets — not from templates, from logic. You think in terms of cohorts, not just totals. You understand the difference between bookings, billings, and revenue, and you can explain why each matters. You are precise, skeptical of your own numbers, and obsessive about data integrity.
Preferred
Experience at a company with a mix of subscription revenue and professional services. Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ or native Salesforce quoting and contract objects. Exposure to investor or board reporting at a growth-stage company. Experience with Marketo or HubSpot data as it relates to CAC and attribution modeling.
Why Flosum
You'll report directly into the CEO's operating rhythm. Your work will not sit in a queue — it will shape hiring plans, product investment, and go-to-market strategy in real time. Flosum is building the definitive platform for Salesforce lifecycle management, and we need someone who can measure every dimension of that growth with precision.

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
About the role:
We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Representative to join our revenue team. This role will report to the Business Development Manager. As a BDR, you own initial outreach to targeted accounts and partners, working in conjunction with the sales and marketing teams.
Where you will work:
Garner is headquartered in NYC, but this position is available for individuals who are comfortable with remote work and occasional travel to HQ.
What you will do:
Generating qualified meetings and pipeline for Garner’s revenue organization
Meet or exceed BDR activity metrics set forth
Work with and leverage sales teammates to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities
Utilize business and industry knowledge to research accounts, identify key targets, generate interest, identify compelling events, and develop accounts
Conduct high-level discovery conversation in target accounts
Manage, track and report on all activities using Salesforce
Work in collaboration with Growth Marketing to drive attendance at regional and national events
What we're looking for:
1 - 3 years relevant work experience
Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills and strong writing skills
Inbound and outbound calling experience
Proficient in Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo
Experience with healthcare a plus
A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success
A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.
Please note: we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
What you'll get here
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.
Compensation Transparency:
The base salary for this position is $70,000 - $75,000. This position is also commission eligible. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.

As we scale our US and European presence in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape, our Growth team sits at the intersection of product, data, and go-to-market. If you want to do the most impactful growth work in crypto right now, with real budget, real data, and real users, this is the seat.
What You’ll Be Doing
Define the growth product vision and own the roadmap and set the strategic direction for where we invest, what we build, and how we win across key markets.
Design, ship, and iterate on growth campaigns and features with clear hypotheses, rapid experimentation cycles, and measurable outcomes.
Read data like a native: independently conduct funnel analysis, cohort segmentation, and channel ROI modeling to identify the highest-leverage growth opportunities and make fast resource allocation decisions.
Build fraud-resistant growth systems by design — model abuse vectors proactively, architect product-level guardrails against bot attacks, multi-accounting, and reward farming, and balance acquisition scale with cost quality as a P&L owner.
Drive cross-functional execution cross-functionally in a fast-moving, globally distributed org.
Champion AI-native product development, leverage LLMs, agentic workflows, and automation tools to accelerate analysis, prototyping, and decision-making across the team.
Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to localize growth strategies and adapt playbooks across different regulatory and market environments.
What We Look For In You
5–10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years directly owning growth, user acquisition, or activation — ideally at a crypto exchange, fintech platform, or hyper-growth consumer company.
Proven track record of designing and shipping growth campaigns or referral/incentive programs that drove significant user or revenue growth, with quantifiable results.
Sharp product instinct for user experience, you can spot friction in a signup flow, a poorly positioned CTA, or a broken incentive loop from the user's perspective, and you fix it fast.
Strong understanding of fraud and abuse patterns in growth programs
Thrives in ambiguity and speed: you're comfortable operating with incomplete information, making fast calls, and course-correcting.
Genuine enthusiasm for AI-native workflows to multiply your output and are excited about integrating them into product development processes.
Excellent communication skills, can distill complex data and tradeoffs into clear recommendations for leadership, and can align diverse stakeholders without heavy process overhead.
Experience with multi-market or multi-region growth is a strong plus.
Crypto-native or fintech background is strongly preferred.

We are looking for an engineer who can walk into messy, cross-functional workflows and turn them into clean, automated systems that scale. This role focuses on identifying high-friction operational processes across the company and replacing them with durable, API-driven automation. You will work across IT, Security, Engineering, and Business teams to reduce manual work, improve reliability, and build systems that scale with the company.
This is not a ticket-driven IT role. You will operate with a high degree of ownership, driving initiatives end-to-end from problem discovery through implementation and rollout. You will be part of the Business Technology - Corporate Engineering team and report to the Director of Business Technology.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will do:
Identify and automate high-impact operational workflows across onboarding, offboarding, access management, and service delivery
Replace manual, fragmented processes with scalable, API-driven systems
Build and maintain integrations across HRIS, identity providers, SaaS platforms, and cloud environments
Develop internal tools and automation using platforms like Retool, Okta Workflows, and custom scripts or services
Apply infrastructure-as-code to manage and version system configurations
Incorporate AI into workflows to improve efficiency in areas like ticket routing, knowledge retrieval, and decision support
Design and automate access and security workflows that enforce least-privilege and auditability
Own and drive cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition through implementation and rollout
The ideal candidate has:
4–7+ years of experience in IT, platform engineering, automation, or similar roles
Strong scripting or programming ability in Python, Go, Node.js, PowerShell, or similar
Experience building API-driven automation across multiple systems
Ability to design and implement workflows that span multiple tools and teams
Experience with infrastructure-as-code such as Terraform or similar
A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback
What will make you stand out:
Hands-on experience with identity and access systems (Okta, SSO, SCIM, RBAC), including implementation and ongoing management
Proven ability to build and scale internal tools using platforms like Retool or other low-/no-code solutions
Familiarity with security automation and orchestration (e.g., Tines), with an eye toward reducing manual effort and risk
Practical experience leveraging AI/LLMs to streamline and enhance operational workflows
Strong understanding of compliance and security standards (HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST) and how they shape systems and processes
Focused on driving meaningful outcomes
Able to identify root-cause, system-level issues and design durable solutions rather than quick fixes
Comfortable navigating cross-functional environments with competing priorities and constraints
Operates with urgency while building scalable, maintainable solutions
Defaults to automation and efficiency wherever possible
What you’ll get here
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale.
Technologies we use:
Okta, Okta Workflows, Retool, FreshService (ITSM), Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian (Confluence and Jira), MDM platforms (Jamf Pro, Kandji/Iru, Intune), Airtable, AWS and GCP, Terraform, Rippling (HRIS), SOAR (Tines), and AI-enabled operational tooling (Claude, Gemini, OpenAI)
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.
Please note: we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
Compensation Transparency:
The target salary range for this position is $189,000 - $220,000.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐ BUILD THE AI-NATIVE COMPANY, FOR REAL
Alan has spent 10 years developing a distinctive way of working: radical transparency, written culture, distributed decision-making, no managers, no meetings by default. This wasn't just philosophy. It was a deliberate architectural choice, and it made Alan one of the most productive companies in European tech.
Now, agentic AI empowers us to make it much more personalized. The principles that made Alan productive become the foundation for a much more ambitious journey: a company where AI agents handle organizational complexity, surface the right context instantly, and let every person focus on the work that matters.
As a Software Engineer on this team, you will:
- Build the AI-powered internal platform that every Alaner uses daily to navigate the company, find context, and take action.
- Design and ship intelligent agents that automate real organizational workflows: onboarding, knowledge retrieval, performance alignment, decision support.
- Push LLMs into production for structured reasoning, agentic task execution, and deep integration with internal tools.
- Define the primitives and abstractions of AI-native work, the patterns that scale across every team and every country Alan operates in.
- Replace generic tools (HRIS, performance reviews, IAM) with opinionated, Alan-native software that compounds with our culture.
- Build and scale our Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and user lifecycle across 25+ systems.
- Collaborate with product, design, security and leadership to turn Alan's cultural principles into software that amplifies them.
WHY THIS ROLE IS SPECIAL
- Alan's written, transparent, async culture generates an extraordinary volume of structured organizational knowledge. Most companies can't feed AI agents with high-quality internal data. Alan already can.
- The team is building a full AI-native operational layer from scratch, not adding copilots to legacy tools.
- Every Alaner uses what you ship, every day. The feedback loop between building and impact is immediate.
- The work sits at the frontier of applied AI: agents, retrieval-augmented generation, structured outputs, tool use, human-in-the-loop design.
- The ambition goes beyond Alan. The patterns you build here could define how high-performance companies operate in the AI era.
🛠 YOUR PLAYGROUND
- Stack: Python/Flask, React, PostgreSQL, plus deep integration with LLM APIs and internal AI infrastructure.
- What you'll do: design and ship AI-native tools that power how Alan works. automated workflows, organizational navigation, agentic assistants.
- Impact: your work shapes the daily experience of every Alaner and builds the playbook for the AI-native company.
👥 WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Software engineers with +5 years of experience, ideally with backend or full-stack experience.
- Genuinely excited about AI and eager to explore what LLMs, agents, and retrieval systems can do inside a real product.
- Comfortable building in fast-moving territory where the right abstractions don't exist yet.
- Well-versed in OOP languages (Python, Java, C#) and modern web technologies.
- Fluent in English (French is a plus but not required).
- Curious, self-starting, humble, collaborative, and eager to grow.
🙌 PERKS & BENEFITS
- Fair rewards & equity packages.
- Flexible office & remote options.
- Top-tier equipment: MacBook Pro, monitor, noise-canceling headphones.
- Flexible vacation & hours.
- Comprehensive healthcare for you, children, and partners.
- Transport support and coaching for personal growth.
- Training budget for conferences, courses, books.
- Extended parental leave for all parents.
🔄 RECRUITMENT NOTE
🌟 We hire people, not roles. Don't worry if you don't check every box. High potential and curiosity matter most. We may even suggest another team if we see a better fit.
