Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll own your outcomes, from the strategies you run to the conversations that shape what we build next. Wrike has evolved beyond standard project management into a trusted work delivery platform for people and AI, and in this role, you will be the chief architect of that vision for our most strategic clients.

You will partner deeply with Sales, Renewals, and Product counterparts to deliver on the transformational vision and establish Wrike as the clients' long-term operating system of record.
Your Impact:
Strategic Portfolio Ownership: Proactively manage a highly diverse and complex book of North American Enterprise accounts, serving as their strategic partner, executive liaison, and primary advocate.
Build Stakeholder Relationships: Establish a multi-layered relationship structure - including Centers of Excellence - connecting with administrators, day-to-day champions, and executive-level sponsors (VPs, C-suite).
Co-Create Success Plans & Workflows: Build scalable and highly digestible Success Plans that capture the client's transformational vision and a measurable roadmap to build it out.
Play Offense: Actively hunt for expansion paths within your portfolio. You will not wait for renewals to talk about growth; instead, you will proactively identify new teams to land, pitch advanced AI use cases, and systematically build a high-velocity expansion pipeline in lockstep with Sales.
Commercial Growth & Retention: Meet individual Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets by proactively identifying expansion opportunities, mapping customer growth plans, and mitigating churn risks early.
Operational Excellence: You will continuously iterate on processes, develop new workflow playbooks, and share documented learnings across the broader organization.
Your Qualifications:
Proven GTM Track Record: 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Business Consulting roles within the SaaS space, with a verified track record of managing $100K+ ARR accounts.
Change Management & COE Mastery: Proven expertise in guiding large-scale organizations through complex software rollouts and operational transformations by mapping and navigating stakeholder management and building internal Centers of Excellence (COEs).
Executive Presence & Storytelling: Highly polished communication skills with a proven capability to establish radical trust, navigate political dynamics, and present quantified business value/ROI to C-suite and VP-level technology leaders.
Commercial Acumen & C-Suite Framing: A proven history of partnering with Sales to build joint account plans, identify upsell opportunities, and guide customers through complex buying cycles. You possess a deep understanding of enterprise procurement processes and are highly skilled at framing the business and operational value of a product to C-level audiences, translating technical features into hard cost savings, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.
Workflow Consulting Expertise: Ability to run structured, outcome-led Workflow Discoveries and reverse demos to help customers work collaboratively across dispersed organizations and recommend best practices.
Technical & Integration Literacy: Strong comfort with tech ecosystems; ability to discuss complex system integrations, data analytics, and address technical hurdles (such as API webhooks or integration recipes) in lockstep with supporting teams.
AI-Enabled Capability: Strong literacy and hands-on experience embedding practical Generative AI tools into daily operations.
Standout Qualities:
Vertical Specialization: You have deep domain expertise in one or more core industry verticals (e.g., Marketing, Creative Agencies, PMOs) and can build reusable workflow playbooks for the team.
Certified Change Management Coach: You have experience guiding organizations through large-scale software rollouts and operational change management.
Certified Project Manager: You hold a recognized industry certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum) and possess a formal understanding of project management methodologies to easily translate complex client workflows into structured, high-performing configurations.
Peer Mentor: You naturally seek opportunities to mentor junior team members, share best practices, and contribute to the collective enablement of the Customer Success organization.
Utilize Digital Campaign: You have the ability to leverage digital campaigns to target new contacts and opportunities.

You will join a high-performing, collaborative North American Customer Success team that values transparency, continuous learning, and collective growth. Why us?
Blockchain technology is enabling a rapidly-growing era of innovation for the digital world. It is crucial that blockchain code such as protocols and smart contracts are provably secure and correct. Once deployed, they are public and cannot be changed. Vulnerabilities and bugs in such programs regularly put millions of dollars at stake. This is where CertiK comes in. We are the leading blockchain security company. Our goal is to secure the cyber world by applying cutting edge techniques from academia to secure blockchain code. Come and join this ambitious mission as a research software engineer to work on automated analyses for provably secure and correct blockchain applications!
What you will do
You will design and develop tools that automatically ensure the correctness of smart contracts or identify security issues and bugs in smart contracts. We have software engineer positions available at all levels of seniority. Title and responsibilities will be commensurate with experience and background.
As part of our multinational team of programming language experts, you will participate in the development of tools that rest upon techniques such as symbolic model checking, SAT/SMT solving, abstract interpretation, data flow analysis, and deductive verification. You will have the opportunity to work on all stages of tool development from idea generation to implementation and iterative improvements. Our team is highly supportive and collaborative with great opportunities to learn and grow.
About you
You have a background in programming language theory and automated reasoning and love to work on the forefront of applying results from theoretical computer science. You love to tackle computationally hard problems and have a proven track record of achieving results, where results are people using your tool to do their jobs. You are collaborative: you share ideas, love to brainstorm with peers, and give and receive feedback. You are comfortable with the unknown and understand that #startuplife means that you will be wearing multiple hats.
Responsibilities
Extend the scope and depth of our automated program verification tools and brainstorm, design, and implement new tools.
Adapt and improve algorithms for symbolic software model checking. Examples include bounded model checking (BMC), counterexample-guided abstraction refinement (CEGAR), and property directed reachability (IC3/PDR).
Build and extend translators from different input languages into intermediate representations, optimizing the generated models for automated analysis.
Identify new classes of security properties of smart contracts and formalize properties for use in our automated verification tools.
Closely collaborate with other software engineers in developing tools and set technical direction for solving problems in consultation with your team and management.
Work on all aspects of delivering working software that meets customer needs, including analysis, design, automated testing, operations, CI/CD, measuring results, incorporating customer feedback, and support.
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field or 5 years of equivalent experience.
Minimum of 4 years of software development experience (includes internships, software developed during research, and open-source development).
Minimum of 2 years of experience with one or more of the following: model checking, formal verification, SAT/SMT solving (Z3, CVC4, Yices, MathSAT, SMTInterpol), abstract interpretation, or closely related disciplines.
Demonstrated knowledge of fundamental computer science concepts such as data structures, algorithms, mathematical logic, and automata theory.
Preferred Qualifications
PhD in the broader field of automated reasoning.
Publication record in conferences like POPL, CAV, TACAS, FMCAD, FM, etc.
Experience in functional programming (OCaml or Haskell).
Strong and creative problem-solving skills; always willing to learn and embrace new technologies and to collaborate.
Prior experience in a professional software development environment.

Metabase is the easiest way for people to get insights from their data, from tiny startups who get up and running quickly to major corporations with tens of thousands of users. That's why people love us.
We bring data tools with the elegance and simplicity of consumer products to the crufty world of enterprise business intelligence. We provide an opinionated open source starting point for how companies should measure, analyze and share their data, which is used by tens of thousands of companies.
We built Metabase because existing tools for business intelligence didn’t feel like things we wanted to use. We wanted faster, simpler ways to ask questions about data, and wanted to strip away the colder feel of most Enterprise software. Folks seemed to agree, and now Metabase is used daily by tens of thousands of companies to give people in all sorts of roles access to insights they wouldn’t have otherwise had. None of this could happen without our user interface and that’s where you come in. We’re looking for someone with strong product sensibilities, extraordinarily good frontend skills, and solid software engineering fundamentals to join our team to advance the state of the art in our product and our industry.
We are hiring for multiple Engineering Manager positions.
You Will
Directly manage a team of engineers and help them ship features that delight Metabase users.
Work closely with Product, Design, and Success teams to plan and execute on the product roadmap, balancing feature development, tech improvements and bug fixes.
Coach individuals, tune processes, remove obstacles, and optimize the environment to continuously increase the speed of iteration.
Be technical, deeply understand the problems the team is solving and make decisions within that context.
Hire, onboard, and nurture top-level engineering IC talent.
Skills and Experience
Strong written and verbal communication, with a bias to written communication to support async processes in a fully remote and distributed team.
2+ years of engineering management experience or equivalent (you can demonstrate skill at key aspects of building and improving an engineering team, and supporting and developing people's careers).
Ability to debug project execution to identify issues and changes to one or more of people, process, and project scope.
Strong product sensibilities - you can critically navigate product proposal docs and Figma designs and translate them to engineering requirements that span the Metabase product stack, and identify and mitigate risks to building them.
Strong technical background in one of: Clojure or Frontend (React + Typescript) ecosystems.
Main attributes we look for in candidates
Outcome focused, with the ability to ship code by removing obstacles and making decisions.
Highly technical - can fluently read code, tech design docs, can engage in technical discussions that make the technical artifacts better, can provide constructive technical feedback, and is very close to the implementation details
Use their technical understanding to make decisions regarding project execution and delivery.
Problem decomposition to reduce risk, increase surface area for feedback and to be able to continuously adjust plans taking reality into account.
Ability to coach and grow engineers, especially in a low structure environment without formal titles and well-defined career ladders.
Why should you consider Metabase
We're relentlessly user-focused and believe in building long-term value, not short-term hacks. And we raised a $30M Series B to take our approach to the next level for years to come.
We are
open source
and you can check out the code to see what exactly we do. Look at
our roadmap
to see what we plan to build next!
The problems we face are genuinely interesting and aren’t trivial. Data influences so much of our world but isn’t that easy to interact with or understand. You’ll make tools that people rely on for their real jobs.
The business is growing and so is the company!
We're a fully remote global team (in 30 countries and growing). We get things done asynchronously with plenty of uninterrupted time and supporting each other to do the best work of our careers.
We offer flexibility (define your own schedule and work from wherever you want), autonomy, and an environment that helps you grow.
Compensation
The US base salary range for this role is $200K–$250K annually, plus equity and benefits.
Compensation is determined by role, level, location, and individual qualifications, including skills, experience, and scope of responsibility. Pay may vary by geographic location and other job-related factors.
Benefits
We offer meaningful equity and a comprehensive US benefits package, including fully employer-covered medical, dental, and vision insurance (with 75% coverage for dependents), a 401(k) with employer match available to enroll after the first 30 days, flexible and unlimited paid time off including sick time, and an asynchronous, remote-first environment.
We're a global team (50% outside the US), fully distributed (from Thailand to California), who get things done asynchronously, with plenty of uninterrupted time, supporting each other to do the best work of our careers.
And there's so much more to do! We're expanding the product in many directions, and continuously reevaluating decisions we made in the past in order to improve every flow and detail. We want to do that faster and even better, so we're looking for outcome-oriented, seasoned Product Designers to join our core team. At Metabase, design directly drives business success: our customers consistently choose us because of our superior UX — meaning your work will be directly responsible for our growth.
Product designers at Metabase are part of a centralized team, working closely with small teams of engineers to design and ship beautiful, simple solutions from beginning to end.
We have a unique design culture:
We focus on solving root problems rather than applying superficial fixes
We care more about a solution “feeling” right than rigidly adhering to “consistency”
We ship iteratively and value real-world outcomes over “perfect” process or glossy internal artifacts
Recent projects our designers have tackled include:
Creating a completely new Documents feature
Envisioning a new way to view, compare, and explore metrics
Creating patterns and surfaces for LLM-based SQL generation, natural language queries, and asynchronous agentic work
Responsibilities
Deliver end-to-end design solutions that are truly elegant, beautiful, fun, and simple.
Push back on complexity creeping into the product.
Use a variety of mediums to communicate what could or should be done, whether it’s LLM-generated prototypes, writing, Figjam diagrams, or high fidelity concepts and solutions.
Pull on engineers and product thinkers to ensure understanding of technical constraints and possibilities.
Iterate rapidly and broadly in scrappy ways that make abstract ideas tangible and which move conversations forward.
Deeply internalize the needs and mindset of our users through insights provided by the broader team. UX research skills aren't needed, but welcome.
Profile
You think in terms of journeys, not screens.
Biased toward building
things,
not slide decks.
Work out-in-the-open instinctively, out of an eagerness to receive feedback, and to riff and iterate with an experienced, skilled team.
Thorough and attentive to detail, with a high internal bar for your craft.
Strong ability to communicate design decisions and rationales through speaking and writing.
Comfortable with asynchronous collaboration, and articulating complex ideas remotely.
Skills and experience
Depth of experience designing solutions for challenging product problems. Your work will rely on research and analytics, but it will shine because of solid instincts and craftsmanship.
Experience designing specifically for large web applications/tools
Technical enough to understand at a high level what's happening inside the engineering black-boxes. (If you don't understand the complexity, how can you simplify it?)
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with LLM-based UI and interaction prototyping
Experience with Web development (HTML, CSS, React)
Technical background or education (CS degree or similar)
Experience building or using developer tools
Compensation
The US base salary range for this role is $93K–$210K annually, plus equity and benefits.
