At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
At Aleph, we're committed to ensuring that all of our customers' and partners' data is protected and that our work complies with data protection legislation across the markets we operate in — including as AI regulation reshapes that landscape. We're looking for an experienced AI Tech and Data Privacy Associate Manager (or Manager, depending on experience), to join our global team and help manage sensitive information, support contract preparation, carry out data protection assessments, and advise on the growing intersection of AI governance and privacy compliance across our global footprint.
What You Will Do
Advise on and support the practical implementation of legal requirements across all AI risk categories (e.g., under the EU AI Act — prohibited, high-risk, limited-risk, and minimal-risk systems), including risk classification, compliance obligations, and coordination with product and tech teams.
Monitor emerging AI regulations more broadly and advise on their intersection with data protection across our markets.
Advise the business on responsible AI governance and internal AI use policies.
Advise, coordinate, and support colleagues across the business on data protection and privacy compliance issues, including in non-EU markets.
Collaborate on internal audits at Aleph Group level in the field of data protection.
Help prepare reports, presentations, and educational materials on data protection, privacy, and AI compliance topics.
Participate in data protection, privacy, and AI-related legal projects.
Promote a strong culture of data protection and responsible AI compliance across Aleph.
Support AI-related technology projects, including API integrations with third-party AI providers, ensuring data protection, IP, and contractual compliance throughout implementation.
Negotiate and draft agreements related to AI/technology procurement (vendor contracts, API and data-sharing agreements, licensing terms), including IP protection, ownership, and indemnification provisions.
Coordinate with product, tech, and other teams to assess IP, confidentiality, and data protection risks before onboarding new AI tools or vendors.
Organize and maintain data protection records and related documentation at a global level.
Support the preparation of contracts with business partners and other legal documents (for example, internal policies) in the field of data protection and GDPR compliance.
Carry out Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) together with the wider team.
Take on other ad hoc legal and compliance-related tasks as needed.
What We Are Looking For
A degree in Law.
Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on experience in data privacy and compliance, with a strong focus on GDPR — this is not an entry-level role.
Solid expertise in data privacy laws and practices, including a deep understanding of GDPR.
Hands-on experience completing legal/compliance requirements for the implementation of AI systems across all risk categories (e.g., under the EU AI Act), including but not limited to high-risk systems — this is a requirement, not just a plus.
Working knowledge of AI-related legal and regulatory frameworks more broadly.
Demonstrated ability to research and apply data privacy requirements in non-EU markets (LATAM, APAC, and/or MEA), given our global operating footprint.
Proficient English communication skills, written and verbal — this is a must.
A tech-oriented mindset, genuine curiosity about how AI and emerging technologies intersect with privacy law, and strong motivation to continuously learn new legal frameworks and compliance tools.
Experience working in a global or regional setting, with the ability to operate confidently outside a single-market (EU-only) focus.
Practical experience negotiating and drafting technology/AI related agreements (vendor contracts, API and data-sharing agreements, licensing terms), including IP protection, ownership, and indemnification provisions.
Why Join Aleph
Shape data protection and AI governance practice at scale: your work will directly protect the trust of Aleph's customers and partners across a global footprint spanning Europe, LATAM, APAC and MEA.
Apply AI compliance expertise at scale: you'll drive real implementation work across the full spectrum of AI risk categories as regulation matures, not just policy-watching.
Build deep expertise fast: exposure to DPIAs, cross-border data transfers, AI risk assessments, and multi-jurisdictional privacy frameworks gives you a faster path to becoming a recognized privacy expert than most single-market roles.
Join a growing, collaborative legal team based in Warsaw that values mentorship and hands-on learning over hierarchy.
In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. The minimum gross annual base salary is HUF 12,696,800, with the final level (Associate Manager or Manager) and offer reflecting your experience, skills, and scope of the role.
In addition to base salary, this role includes a variable component, paid annually.
Why Join Us?
Aleph is a place of many cultures, perspectives, and talents. We support each other, creating an environment of giving and receiving. We value partnership and communication because we believe it takes a group of people to achieve great things. We are energized by our ever-changing industry, our curiosity keeps us learning and seeking out new opportunities.

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. With our core product Playtime Arcade, we've become the global leader in rewarded advertising, an ad unit built on a simple premise: users earn real in-app rewards for engaging with new apps. The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually.
Keeping Platform Stability Front and Center for 770M+ Users
On the frontier of adjoe's most critical publisher relationships, the Product Operations team moves fast, cuts through complexity, and keeps our entire platform running. Operating across the full adjoe stack—backend services, SDKs, catalog, and integrations—we unblock strategic launches, build custom integrations, and resolve critical issues in production.
We act as the safety net for our product teams and the first line of defense for enterprise publishers like Venmo and PayPal. Beyond immediate troubleshooting, we build and scale high-impact diagnostic tooling to automate root-cause resolution across client-side and microservice architectures. Combining cross-stack technical depth with rapid execution, Product Operations ensures seamless performance wherever enterprise growth meets global scale.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- 5+ years in Go, built for scale. You have 3+ years building production Go services and know how to profile and optimize applications under real traffic, not just identify bottlenecks, but eliminate them. You've worked on large Go applications with considerable daily request volume.
- Distributed systems are your default context. You design and operate microservice architectures using Kafka and SQS/SNS for reliable asynchronous communication, and are responsible for collecting and aggregating billions of daily API events into Kafka streams queryable from the data lake in seconds.
- Data performance matters at every layer. You work with Druid, MySQL, Redis, and DynamoDB, optimizing queries and data access patterns to deliver few-millisecond response times. You know the tradeoffs between different storage solutions and when each one is the right tool.
- Bridge product and Data Science. You collaborate directly with Data Scientists to integrate ML algorithms that optimize ad delivery: translating complex mathematical solutions into production-ready backend services.
- Partner-facing data ownership. You support partners through well-documented open APIs, providing raw or aggregated data transparently based on their business needs.
- Infrastructure fluency is part of the job. You have hands-on experience with Terraform, Docker, and serverless infrastructure, owning services end-to-end from development to production.
🌎 We welcome applications from talent worldwide and provide relocation support to Hamburg, Germany for those ready to join our team.
What’s in It for You?
At adjoe, you’re not here to just close JIRA tickets, you’re helping build the infrastructure behind one of the most impactful platforms in adtech. The systems you work on will reach hundreds of millions of users and power billions of decisions every day.
- Go Big. Own projects with impact on 770M users and push adtech boundaries.
- Move Fast. Ship solutions multiple times a day, learn from results, and keep momentum.
- Be Direct. Solve problems openly and collaborate across teams.
- Thrive Together. Grow with a diverse, global team of people from over 40 different countries that learn from each other.
- Have Fun. Celebrate wins, enjoy daily victories, and bring your energy.
We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.

The engineering team at Chainalysis is inspired by solving the hardest technical challenges and building products that establish trust in cryptocurrencies. We're a global organization that thrives on challenging work and doing it alongside exceptionally talented teammates. Our industry evolves rapidly, and our mission is to build a flexible, AI-driven platform that automates entity resolution, optimizes data labeling pipelines, and creates predictive models that identify illicit patterns before they escalate.
Compliance Core builds and operates the platform that customers rely on to evaluate blockchain risk in real time and continuously monitor activity across billions of transfers. Our systems screen transfers and withdrawals, reassess exposure as new information arrives, aggregate risk at the user and organization level, and power datasets used by other teams and customers.
We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the team and shape the next generation of this platform. You’ll help decide what to evolve, rebuild, or retire, and sequence those changes while keeping our systems reliable for every customer. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with responsibility for the team’s growth, delivery, and operational health.
In this role, you’ll:
- Lead the platform’s modernization. Set technical direction with the team, make architectural trade-offs, and turn complex changes into incremental migrations with clear milestones and safe rollouts.
- Stay hands-on. Review code, write and challenge design documents, contribute prototypes or targeted fixes, and work directly with engineers to resolve difficult technical problems and production incidents.
- Build and develop the team. Hire exceptional engineers, set clear expectations, provide candid feedback, manage performance, and support career growth. Create an environment where people can challenge ideas, take ownership, and do their best work.
- Own delivery with your partners. Work with Product and upstream teams to turn customer needs and industry changes into an executable roadmap. Make priorities, dependencies, and trade-offs explicit, and follow through on commitments.
- Make production operations sustainable. Set standards for reliability, latency, throughput, and data correctness. Improve observability, testing, incident response, and on-call practices so the platform can scale
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- Experience building and operating high-throughput, event-driven distributed systems
- Strong hands-on engineering judgment. You can work through implementation details, identify the real constraints in a design, and help the team make sound architectural decisions.
- Experience managing engineers, including coaching, performance management, and career development, with evidence of improving both team effectiveness and engineering quality.
- A track record of delivering complex technical initiatives across teams, breaking ambiguous problems into manageable steps, and balancing immediate customer needs with longer-term platform investment.
- A collaborative leadership style: you welcome challenges, explain your decisions, and help engineers develop the judgment and ownership to lead work themselves.
- Interest in blockchain and cryptocurrencies, or eagerness to learn.
Nice to have:
- Experience modernizing or migrating critical production systems while maintaining service continuity.
- Familiarity with JVM services in production.
- Experience operating customer-facing systems with strict latency and availability requirements.
- Background in compliance, payments, fraud, or another regulated domain.
- Blockchain protocol knowledge.

AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.

Maintain clear and up-to-date project documentation in Notion and other agreed systems.
Track project schedules, risks, dependencies, deliverables, and outstanding action items.
Serve as the primary operational contact between internal teams and the external localization vendor, coordinating requirements, deliverables, reviews, feedback, and issue resolution.
Work closely with the vendor to improve localization quality by setting quality expectations, reviewing feedback and LQA findings, identifying recurring issues, and driving corrective actions and process improvements.
Prepare weekly status reports summarizing progress, risks, blockers, and next steps.

Ability to work independently while keeping stakeholders informed.
Comfortable using Notion, Slack, spreadsheets, and localization platforms or project management tools.
Detail-oriented approach to schedules, deliverables, file tracking, and stakeholder follow-up.
Fluency in English plus German, French, Spanish, or Italian is preferred.
Candidates should be based in Germany, France, Spain, or Italy and be familiar with European localization workflows and market requirements.

Chainalysis is inspired by solving the hardest technical challenges and creating products that build trust in cryptocurrencies. We're a global organization who thrive on the challenging work we do and doing it with other exceptionally talented teammates. Our industry changes constantly, and our job is to create user-facing products supported by our best-in-class data, allowing us to adapt to those rapid changes and bring maximal value to our customers.
We're looking for a Staff Data Scientist to join our Research and Intelligence organisation in London. You'll work across flexible, cross-functional squads within the Data Science team, leading analytical, statistical, and machine-learning work across both UTXO and EVM blockchains. The team develops behavioural heuristics, graph algorithms, statistical models, and machine-learning techniques that power some of the most advanced blockchain analysis in the industry. Much of the work is state of the art and ahead of academia; your work will shape the data that fuels Chainalysis products and customers globally.
This role is ideal for someone energised by deeply technical, ambiguous problems at the intersection of statistics, machine learning, algorithms, and large-scale on-chain analysis—and who wants to own multiple projects and systems end to end, shape technical direction, and deliver company-level impact.
In this role, you’ll:
- Own and prioritise multiple concurrent production data-science projects or systems, translating broad problem statements into actionable work, managing evolving requirements, and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Design, develop, and validate novel analytical methods, statistical models, behavioural heuristics, and algorithms across UTXO, EVM, and other blockchain data to attribute on-chain activity and uncover customer-relevant insights.
- Stay current on advances in data science and blockchain analysis; evaluate and pilot techniques such as graph computation, statistical modelling, and machine learning on large-scale on-chain datasets.
- Identify and resolve inefficiencies in code, methodology, and workflows; make architectural decisions; define and track quality metrics; understand upstream and downstream dependencies; and balance long-term system health and technical debt against new delivery.
- Drive cross-functional alignment by clearly articulating and defending methodology and results, challenging assumptions when warranted, and building consensus as requirements evolve.
- Mentor team members across levels within your domain, support onboarding, contribute to technical hiring, and share knowledge through documentation and presentations.
- Collaborate across Research, Global Intelligence, Product, and Engineering to move research from prototype to dependable production systems and create tools or platforms that multiply team output.
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- Deep expertise in statistics, machine learning, computer science, physics, mathematics, or another quantitative discipline, demonstrated through advanced industry or research work.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL, with a track record of writing clean, testable, production-quality code.
- Demonstrated experience applying advanced analytical techniques (e.g. graph algorithms, ML, statistical inference) to large, messy datasets.
- Demonstrated ability to learn unfamiliar technical domains and data models quickly; prior blockchain experience is welcome but not required.
- A demonstrated ability to own and prioritise multiple concurrent projects or systems, make sound architectural and methodological decisions, and drive cross-functional stakeholders toward delivery.
- An analytical, open-minded approach to problem solving – comfortable navigating ambiguity and willing to dive into problems outside your day-to-day scope.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex methodology to diverse audiences, mentor technical practitioners, and share knowledge across a team.
Nice to have:
- A PhD or equivalent research training in a quantitative field, and/or familiarity with Databricks, dbt, Spark/PySpark, or similar large-scale data platforms.
- Experience modifying infrastructure-as-code (e.g. Terraform) or contributing to production data pipelines.
- Experience building shared tools or platforms that multiply team output and onboarding others onto them.
- Experience with UTXO, EVM, or other blockchain data, graph computation, and/or the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
TECHNOLOGIES WE USE:
- Python
- SQL
- Databricks
- Dbt
- PySpark / Spark
- Terraform

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
🤖 WHO WE ARE
Alan Clinic. A health companion and a digital clinic for everyone.
We're a small team within Alan, on a mission to redefine the future of care by democratizing access to medical expertise. The Clinic is two crews building one experience:
- Mo. An intelligent, empathetic, multimodal LLM-based conversational AI assistant able to prescribe, triage, and proactively follow up on care. We kicked off in 2023 and launched Mo to all our French members (1M) in Q1 2026, making it the first safe AI health companion live at scale in Europe.
- Clinic Platform. The medical services behind the conversation: chat with health practitioners, teleconsultation, and care programs across primary care, mental health, and physiotherapy.
Imagine giving every person in the world instant, 24/7 access to personalised medical expertise (through chat, voice, or video) with AI agents working in tandem with real doctors and the health system. That's what we are building 🤖🏥.
🚀 WHAT YOU'LL BUILD AND WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
We're building a medical experience that works reliably, safely, and at scale. An AI agent, and the clinic behind it. You'll lead the engineering team and you'll keep building alongside them.
The crews work at the intersection of product engineering, ML engineering, and medical expertise. As their engineering leader, you own:
- 💬 The team behind the most memorable chatting experience. Hiring, onboarding, honest feedback, and the mix of skills Mo needs as it grows. Talent density is yours to own.
- ➕ The architecture for Mo's next chapters. More context, new skills, new countries. You guide the calls on our architecture and agentic framework, and you stay close enough to the code to make them well.
- 🏥 The platform that turns conversations into care. Chat with health practitioners, teleconsultation at national scale, and the tooling doctors and therapists use every day. You drive alignment with the crews and medical teams on the other side, so members get from words to actions.
- 🛡️ Operational excellence. Mo and teleconsultation are real-time services that have to be live 24/7. Latency, error rates, incident response, and an on-call rotation that doesn't burn people out.
If you're excited by the idea of building the future of healthcare, this is the team for you. We're at the start of the journey. If you're curious, here https://arxiv.org/abs/2411.12808 is a paper we published recently.
⚡ WHY THIS ROLE IS SPECIAL
- Dual impact: Shape both technical excellence and team growth - your engineers become better while building better products
- Leadership growth: Influence engineering culture, mentor future leaders, and drive technical strategy that shapes the future of healthcare delivery
- Startup speed, Alan's platform. Mo operates with the focus of a startup, on top of Alan's infrastructure, distribution, and health expertise. Small team, huge reach.
- Stakes that make the work matter. In medical AI, reliability and safety are the product. Every call you make on quality, architecture, and evaluation is a call about our members' health.
🔍 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for an engineering leader who gets excited about building state-of-the-art AI systems and applying them to real-world, high-stakes problems in healthcare.
LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years leading engineering teams, with a track record of building high performers.
- You partner with other product functions as a true equal: you shape the roadmap, name trade-offs honestly, and help the team commit to what it can actually deliver.
TECHNICAL FOUNDATIONS
- Experience establishing engineering excellence standards, with the ability to guide architectural decisions.
- First-hand experience shipping AI or LLM products to production is a big plus.
- You're excited and eager to keep writing code. You still review it, and you still ship some yourself.
- Comfortable with modern development practices and AI-assisted development tools.
WHAT WE VALUE
- Curious, self-starting, humble, collaborative, and eager to grow.
- You develop people as much as you develop products.
- Ex-founders are typically a great fit in our team.
MISSION ALIGNMENT
- Healthcare technology and innovation excite you
- You understand that great engineering teams are built on psychological safety and continuous learning
But above all, we are looking for high potential and curiosity: make sure to show us this when you apply!
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist. We'll be thrilled to receive your application!

Hold regular 1:1s, provide continuous feedback, and support engineers' professional growth through coaching and skill development.

What you’ll bring
Experience managing engineering team, including advising on architecture and contributing to technical discussions.
Experience with distributed systems and durable workflow execution, including state persistence and replay patterns.
Experience building or managing teams working on release orchestration, deployment automation, or continuous delivery at scale.

Experience with policy-based governance and event-driven architectures in reliable, enterprise-grade delivery systems.
Experience building and managing teams in early-stage contexts, including defining processes, hiring foundational team members, and establishing how the team works.
Experience working across functions, exercising judgment, and moving work forward in ambiguous or fast-changing situations.
Experience communicating clearly in writing and conversation while working effectively in a remote-first, asynchronous environment.
About the team
The Senior Engineering Manager, Continuous Deployment role is part of GitLab's broader DevOps engineering organization, working on software delivery experiences that help customers ship with assurance. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
