From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
T
ogether, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran and dbt Labs are building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. We're looking for an engineering manager to lead our Metadata team, which owns the metadata layer of the dbt platform: the discovery API, catalog, lineage, and run history services that let customers understand, trust, and act on what their data is doing.
You'll own technical excellence and delivery of a single team, from evolving high-throughput APIs and data models, to hardening reliability and latency for enterprise and single-tenant customers, to shipping new discovery and catalog capabilities in close partnership with product. You'll set direction, review designs and code, remove roadblocks, and grow the engineers on your team through coaching, feedback, and clear career development.
What You'll Do
Lead and grow a team of software engineers, owning hiring, onboarding, coaching, career development plans, and regular 1:1s and check-ins
Own project delivery for your team against the quarterly plan, and be accountable for the reliability and performance of the services you own (e.g. uptime and latency targets)
Review technical designs and code, and provide feedback grounded in a deep understanding of the Metadata product area and architecture
Drive the team to address technical quality — incidents, bugs, tech debt, and post-mortems — within SLA and metric targets
Partner with product and business stakeholders on planning, and maintain a realistic, prioritized feature and project backlog with a high completion rate
Contextualize and communicate the engineering vision and strategy to your team, and share the team's work and business impact with adjacent teams
Ensure engineering processes (e.g. FDLC) are implemented and consistently followed
Delegate effectively and build autonomy and a positive, high-trust culture within the team
Address performance issues and conflict promptly and fairly
Ensure your team uses AI tooling — IDE assistants like GitHub Copilot, coding agents like Claude Code, and conversational AI — to accelerate development and to author and review SDLC artifacts such as TDDs, PRDs, post-mortems, and test plans
Skills We're Looking For
Experience managing and growing a software engineering team(ideally a customer-facing product development team); including hiring, coaching, and running a full performance and career-development cycle
Strong technical foundation with the ability to review designs and code and make sound architectural trade-offs in a distributed, cloud-based systems environment
Track record of delivering complex projects on schedule while holding the team to high standards of quality, reliability, and performance
Experience owning production services and driving operational health — incident response, on-call practices, tech-debt reduction, and meeting SLAs
Ability to plan and prioritize with product partners, maintain a realistic backlog, and drive high sprint and quarterly completion rates
Communicates clearly and effectively across the team and with adjacent teams and stakeholders; keeps people well informed
Fluent in using AI code assistants, coding agents, and conversational AI (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) to support the software development lifecycle, and able to establish those practices across a team
Bonus Skills
Experience building or operating metadata, catalog, lineage, or discovery/search systems
Experience with GraphQL APIs and high-throughput, multi-tenant data services
Familiarity with the analytics engineering workflow and the dbt ecosystem
Experience supporting enterprise or single-tenant customers with strict reliability and latency requirements

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is building the Applied AI team to help the world's most ambitious organizations adopt Claude in ways that are transformative, safe, and lasting. Our Forward Deployed Engineers embed directly with strategic customers to ship production AI applications that solve real business problems. As this practice grows, we need a founding leader to build and scale it.
As the first FDE Manager, you'll own the team that sits at the frontier of enterprise AI deployment. You'll hire and develop a high-performing team of FDEs, set the technical and operational bar for customer engagements, and build the playbooks that turn one-off successes into repeatable patterns. You'll work hand-in-hand with Engagement Managers who own delivery logistics and stakeholder management, while you ensure your team is shipping quality code, growing technically, and representing Anthropic at the highest level in customer environments.
This is a player-coach role with a strong bias toward leadership. You'll stay close enough to the technical work to review architectures, debug production issues, and pair with your team when it matters — but your primary impact will come from the people you hire, the standards you set, and the culture you create. You'll partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to shape how Anthropic serves its most strategic customers, and your team's field insights will directly influence product direction.
This role requires someone who thrives in ambiguity and is energized by building from zero to one. You'll be defining what good looks like for FDE management at Anthropic — there is no existing playbook to follow.
Responsibilities
Hire, develop, and retain a world-class team of Forward Deployed Engineers. Set a high bar for technical talent and customer instincts.
Conduct regular 1:1s, provide technical mentorship, and invest in the career growth of each team member. Create an environment where FDEs do the best work of their careers.
Staff and oversee customer engagements across your team's portfolio, making resource allocation decisions that balance customer needs, team development, and business priorities.
Collaborate with account teams and Engagement Managers during the pre-sales process to qualify engagements, scope work, and inform statements of work.
Review technical architectures and code produced by your FDEs, ensuring the team ships high-quality, production-ready solutions that solve real customer problems.
Stay hands-on enough to lead technical discovery sessions, prototype solutions, and debug complex issues alongside your team when needed.
Build repeatable playbooks, starter repositories, integration templates, and an internal knowledge base that captures what your team learns in the field.
Define team OKRs that tie to customer success outcomes and product adoption goals. Create operational cadences — standups, retros, engagement reviews — that keep the team aligned.
Partner with Product and Engineering to translate field insights into product improvements. Serve as the voice of the customer in internal planning.
Travel to customer sites as needed (25-50%), particularly during engagement kickoffs and for your team's highest-priority accounts.
You may be a good fit if you have
10+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, or a technical customer-facing role such as forward deployed engineering or consulting.
2+ years of people management experience within a services/post-sales/FDE organization with a track record of hiring, developing, and retaining strong engineers.
Experience building organizations from 0->1, not just inheriting an existing one.
Experience working directly with enterprise customers on technical implementations, including comfort navigating complex organizational dynamics.
Executive presence with the ability to move fluidly between strategic conversations with senior stakeholders and hands-on debugging sessions with engineers.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. You can translate technical complexity into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
Genuine excitement about building something new and defining what great looks like for a team that doesn't yet exist.
Why this role matters
You'll be a founding leader of a team that defines how enterprises adopt and scale AI. Your work will directly influence Anthropic's product direction, create reusable patterns for the broader customer base, and establish Anthropic as the trusted partner for AI transformation — all while advancing the responsible development of frontier AI systems.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
£255,000
—
£325,000 GBP

Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

In this role, you’ll develop deep expertise in the economics of AI compute, from the unit economics of individual training runs to the long-range financial planning of our accelerator fleet. ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a proactive and commercially-minded Head Of Business Unit to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving significant project growth, with a clear mandate to scale and significantly increase our operations and outcomes. You will serve as a key strategic Leader, leveraging your start-up experience to navigate challenges, identify growth opportunities, and execute high-impact commercial initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Full accountability for the unit's P&L: revenue, margin and cost base — you set the KPIs, build the reporting, and make the pricing and investment trade-offs rather than escalating them.
- Stand up a new business line from a standing start — validate the opportunity, ship the first version, and get it to real revenue rather than inheriting something already running.
- Define positioning, pricing and channel strategy, plan market entry, and take accountability for the launch landing — not just the plan being written.
- Keep milestones, resources and dependencies on track across every workstream, without needing to be chased.
- Pull product, engineering, marketing and finance in the same direction, translate between them, and surface blockers early — usually without direct authority over the people involved.
- Replace manual workarounds with processes that scale as the unit grows, so the business doesn't depend on you holding it together.
- Develop and own the 12–24 month growth strategy. Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, product categories, or monetization channels that materially move the needle.
- Transition from "founder-mode" execution to building scalable processes. Institutionalize repeatable playbooks for category management, supplier onboarding, and performance monitoring that enable sustained, rapid growth.
- Foster a high-velocity testing culture. Build the framework for hypothesis-driven development, design, launch, measure, and iterate on large-scale initiatives that unlock new revenue streams.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in a high-growth B2C startup or ecommerce marketplace environment within the Digital Products ecosystem. You have personally owned a growth metric and successfully scaled it significantly (e.g., from early-stage to high-scale operations).
- Exceptional commercial and numerical acumen. You do not just read data—you build sophisticated models, surface non-obvious insights, and translate complex metrics into clear, actionable business strategies.
- A history of leading large-scale projects from concept to market-ready execution. You have experience navigating the friction of cross-departmental alignment and delivering measurable outcomes under pressure.
- You thrive in unstructured, high-velocity environments. You have a proven ability to shape chaos into process and define order where none exists.
- Strong people-management capabilities (experience leading teams of 10+ is a plus). You know how to hire, coach, and mentor high-performing talent, and you possess the executive presence to present plans to leadership.
- A relentless "Get Things Done" mindset. You are results-driven, comfortable challenging the status quo, and willing to put in the necessary effort to hit ambitious growth targets.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in English. You can influence peers, negotiate with external suppliers, and provide clarity to C-level stakeholders regarding project health and strategic pivots.

WHO WE ARE
Help Scout started in 2011 with a simple premise: support software should treat customers like people, not tickets. 3+ billion conversations later, more than 10,000 companies use Help Scout to grow relationships with customers of all types, from clients to patients and beyond.
Now we’re in a new chapter: not only building AI that gives teams more space to focus on the customer experience, but also reimagining how we operate in an AI-native world. That means shipping and learning faster, without compromising on craft. Great work here carries a strong opinion and sweats the details, regardless of the tools we use to drive it.
We’ve been a fully remote team https://articles.helpscout.com/blog/remote-culture/ since day one, with 120+ teammates now all over the world. It’s a culture where you’ll be trusted to take ownership, stay curious, and raise the quality of work around you. It comes with clear expectations and a team that will push you to do some of the best work of your career.
If that kind of challenge gives you energy, we’d love to meet you.
Please note: For this role, we are only able to hire in the United States.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the search landscape shifts and our market gets more crowded, Help Scout is investing more than ever in paid and performance marketing to accelerate signups, expand brand awareness, and diversify how we reach customers.
It's an exciting time to be here. We've got a best-in-market product story, strong creative assets, and stellar copywriting. What we need now is a strategic owner to take our performance marketing motion from early-stage to a durable growth engine that fuels our self-serve, product-led, and sales-assisted growth. You'll report to the VP of Marketing, setting and executing the strategy for how Help Scout invests in paid channels while building deep partnerships across Marketing, Sales, Product, Support, and company leadership.
In this role, you will:
- Own performance marketing strategy. Set the quarterly and long-term strategy for how paid, lifecycle, and conversion work together to hit the signups number, defining what's needed from each channel and building the plan B when something's off. You'll be the person leadership turns to for the full picture of paid performance.
- Move Help Scout upmarket. Own iteration of ad copy, creative, bidding strategy, and budget allocation across paid search and display, and set the bar for how we drive both our horizontal motion for volume and our vertical motion for larger deals.
- Build the business case for new channels. Identify and evaluate new channel investments, paid social, affiliate, direct mail, OOH, and drive alignment with leadership on where to place new bets and how to measure them.
- Partner on pipeline outcomes. Work closely with Sales and RevOps to connect paid spend to pipeline and revenue, not just top-of-funnel volume, and make sure channel investment decisions reflect what's actually converting downstream.
- Partner to grow organic and paid in harmony. Work with content, social, SEO, and AEO to make sure paid and organic acquisition reinforce each other rather than compete for the same ground.
- Represent Help Scout's performance marketing point of view. Bring an informed perspective on where the paid landscape is heading, and use that expertise to keep Help Scout ahead of a crowded, competitive market.
- Own our presence in AI-driven discovery. As search shifts toward AI overviews and LLM-based answers, you'll define how Help Scout shows up in that landscape alongside traditional paid and organic search.
- Shape the future of the function. This is currently an individual contributor role with agency support. You'll build the roadmap for what performance marketing needs to look like over the next 12-18 months, including where headcount should come in as the motion scales.
ABOUT YOU
- You have at least 7+ years in performance or growth marketing, including experience owning strategy for a B2B SaaS company.
- You have significant experience in paid/performance marketing, with a track record of owning strategy for B2B SaaS companies – not just executing campaigns.
- You're an expert across paid channels and know the search landscape and the benchmarks that matter (PPC, CPM, ROAS), and you can identify which channels and investments matter most for the business right now.
- You have a scrappy, results-driven mindset. You're comfortable working with ambiguity, a modest budget, and a lean marketing team, and you know how to out-creative the competition while also spending in the right way to drive results.
- You have strong analytical skills, with deep experience in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and attribution platforms, and you know how to turn data into a clear recommendation for leadership.
- You know how to run rapid experimentation and adapt strategy based on what the data tells you – and you have a plan B ready before you need it.
- You use AI tools daily to improve your output, and you can point to specific examples where AI changed the speed, quality, or scale of what you delivered.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, know how to communicate and build relationships across a remote, async organization, and can present insights and strategy to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Bonus: you have experience managing an agency and/or direct reports to execute a paid marketing strategy.

About Ondo
Capital markets are moving onchain. Ondo Finance is building the products and infrastructure that will bring them there.
We create institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services, including tokenized treasuries, tokenized stocks and ETFs, and new trading experiences built for global, always-on markets. We are the category leader by AUM, well-capitalized, and backed by investors including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, and Tiger Global.
The underlying financial infrastructure is complex. We believe the product experience should not be.
About the Web team
The Web team builds the product layer that makes Ondo's financial infrastructure accessible. We own the experiences through which users onboard, establish eligibility, move money, mint and redeem Ondo Stocks, manage portfolios, and use products across multiple blockchains.
We are a small team of exceptional engineers with broad ownership and a high bar for craft, judgment, and execution. We turn complexity across compliance systems, backend services, smart contracts, and external partners into products that feel clear and dependable.
Engineering on this team is distinguished by:
Product taste.
We simplify complex financial workflows without hiding the details that matter.
End-to-end ownership.
Engineers shape, build, launch, and improve the product.
Speed with confidence.
We scope sharply, move quickly, and hold a high quality bar.
Security and correctness.
Access control, auditability, privacy, and failure behavior are design constraints from the start.
High agency and low ego.
We act without waiting, invite direct critique, and make the team better.
About the role
As a Full-Stack Engineer focused on Growth, you will design the foundations of how users discover, understand, adopt, and return to Ondo's products. You will own the systems and product experiences that turn user insight into measurable growth across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
Your scope spans the full growth loop—from public websites and user-facing product journeys to experimentation, analytics, content systems, backend workflows, and third-party platforms. You will set technical direction, define the measurement foundations, and evolve these systems as our products, markets, and scale change.
This is a foundational ownership role for a senior engineer. You will turn ambiguous growth opportunities into clear hypotheses, durable architecture, and polished product experiences. You will partner closely with Product, Design, Marketing, Data, and Engineering while owning the judgment: where friction matters, what to build, how to measure it, and when the evidence calls for a different direction.
The goal is not experiment volume. It is to understand users better than anyone else and turn that understanding into durable product improvements and measurable business impact.
What you'll do
Own the growth engineering strategy across discovery, acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention—from identifying the highest-leverage opportunities through technical design, launch, measurement, and iteration.
Design and evolve the foundations for experimentation, event instrumentation, attribution, funnel analysis, content, and lifecycle experiences so the team can move quickly and trust what it learns.
Build polished user-facing experiences and the backend systems, data models, APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations behind them.
Work directly with users and product data to identify friction, form clear hypotheses, and make disciplined product and technical bets.
Turn validated learning into durable product capabilities and measurable business impact—not one-off experiments.
Partner with Product, Design, Marketing, and Data to lead launches, localization, and new ways to grow adoption across Ondo's products.
Improve organic discovery and conversion through technical SEO and AEO, performance, structured content, and clear user journeys.
Raise the level of the team through clear writing, thoughtful code review, strong operational ownership, and effective use of modern AI engineering tools.
What you bring
4+ years of experience building and operating production full-stack applications with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
Experience driving measurable acquisition, activation, engagement, or retention outcomes through growth engineering, product-led growth, consumer product, ecommerce, or similarly data-informed product work.
Experience building and operating serverless systems on AWS, including Lambda and adjacent services such as API Gateway, EventBridge, or SQS.
Strong experience using BigQuery and product analytics data to model funnels, investigate user behavior, and measure product and business impact.
Strong fundamentals in API and data-model design, relational databases, event-driven systems, event instrumentation, experimentation, testing, and observability.
A record of owning product work end to end—not only implementing experiments or specifications handed to you.
Product taste: you can find the simplest experience that solves the user's problem without ignoring the complexity or edge cases underneath it.
Data fluency and intellectual honesty. You can define useful metrics, distinguish signal from noise, and change direction when the evidence challenges your hypothesis.
The ability to communicate clearly, learn unfamiliar domains quickly, and create alignment across engineering, product, design, marketing, and data partners.
High agency and low ego. You move important work forward, invite strong critique, and care more about the outcome than whose idea wins.
Preferred qualifications
Experience building fintech, trading, crypto-native, or other high-consideration products where earning user trust is essential.
Experience with lifecycle marketing, CRM, CMS, experimentation, localization, or analytics platforms.
Familiarity with AEO, structured content, international SEO, and growth across multiple regions or languages.
Experience applying AI to prototyping, personalization, analytics, content operations, or other growth workflows.
We do not expect every strong candidate to arrive with deep crypto or every growth specialty listed above. We do expect curiosity, strong product and engineering fundamentals, and the ability to turn learning into shipped improvements quickly.
What we offer
Challenging, high-impact work helping define how a global audience discovers and adopts a new category of financial products.
Competitive compensation including salary, future token rights, and/or equity, according to your preferences.
Full medical, vision, and dental benefits, plus a flexible vacation policy.
A remote-first environment with meaningful autonomy and influence over product and technical direction.
Exceptional colleagues from Goldman Sachs, BlackRock, Two Sigma, Bridgewater, SpaceX, AWS, Meta, Google, McKinsey, Coinbase, Circle, and Uniswap.
Backing from leading crypto experts and investors, including Pantera Capital, Founders Fund, and Coinbase Ventures.

Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
About the Role
dbt Fusion is building the next generation of data execution and connectivity infrastructure, enabling dbt workloads to run efficiently across diverse compute engines and data platforms. As a Senior Engineer on the Fusion Adapters and Connectivity team, you’ll design and ship core abstractions powering how dbt communicates with execution systems — leveraging Rust, Go, Arrow, and emerging open standards. This is a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of systems programming, database internals, and high-visibility open-source development. Your work will shape a foundational platform leveraged across the dbt ecosystem and the broader data community.
What You’ll Do
Design, build, and maintain Rust-first connectivity layers, execution APIs, and adapter scaffolding.
Partner with teams building the dbt compiler, semantic layer, and runtime to evolve adapter interfaces and system boundaries.
Contribute to Arrow/ADBC and other open-source specifications or implementations, strengthening the data ecosystem.
Own CI, testing frameworks, profiling, error reporting surfaces, and release readiness for Fusion adapters.
Debug complex interoperability and performance issues across drivers, engines, and compute domains.
Collaborate with internal and community maintainers to review PRs, write RFCs, and evolve public code architectures.
Mentor engineers on systems best practices and contribute to shared patterns around resilience, debuggability, and API clarity.
Skills We’re Looking For
Strong programming background in Rust, Go, C++ or similar performance-oriented languages.
Experience designing or maintaining SDKs, libraries, connectors, or compute/data integration codebases.
Exposure to data warehouses, query engines, Arrow/columnar ecosystems, or execution runtimes.
A desire to build foundational platform components that other teams and community members rely on.
Comfort working in public code review loops, async-first communication, and collaborative RFC processes.
A mindset grounded in debuggability, reliability, and ownership in ambiguous problem spaces.
You’ll have an edge if you have:
Contributed to or interacted with Arrow, ADBC, DuckDB, Presto, DataFusion, Spark, ClickHouse, or similar engines.
Experience shaping adapter/plugin standards, driver contracts, or architectural interfaces used by others.
Familiarity with Rust async ecosystems (tokio, tower, tracing) or Go concurrency practices.
Prior OSS governance experience — triaging issues, reviewing PRs, or working with community maintainers.
An interest in building developer-experience layers or scaffolding frameworks for adapter authors.
Qualifications:
6+ years experience in software engineering, with strong systems-level skills.
2+ years working in open-source, SDK, runtime, or low-level integration environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / related field or equivalent experience through industry OSS contributions.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
At Wolt, we’re building the future of retail — and our Enterprise Supermarkets team plays a critical role in shaping how the largest retail chains operate and grow on our platform.
We are looking for a Retail Development Specialist to join a senior team managing Wolt’s most strategic supermarket partnerships in Israel. This is not a traditional sales role — it is a highly operational, analytical, and partner-facing position focused on driving performance, improving processes, and leading strategic retail partnerships end-to-end.
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of 3–4 enterprise supermarket partners, acting as the main business owner for each account. You will work closely with store teams, operational stakeholders, and senior HQ management to improve performance, solve operational challenges, and drive sustainable growth across the partnership.
What you’ll be doing
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of 3–4 enterprise supermarket partners, acting as the main business owner for each account. You will work closely with store teams, operational stakeholders, and senior HQ management to improve performance, solve operational challenges, and drive sustainable growth across the partnership.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Own the end-to-end management and development of strategic enterprise supermarket accounts on Wolt.
Analyze business and operational performance to identify growth opportunities, bottlenecks, and operational inefficiencies.
Lead proactive operational improvement initiatives with field stakeholders such as pickers, store managers, and operations teams, focusing on topics like picking times, rejection reasons, availability, and fulfillment quality.
Conduct trainings and onboard partners on Wolt’s operational tools, workflows, and advanced platform capabilities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders at partner headquarters, including leading quarterly business reviews and strategic discussions.
Drive commercial and marketing initiatives together with partners, including campaigns, assortment optimization, storefront visibility, and growth opportunities.
Handle complex escalations and coordinate cross-functional problem solving, including cases involving technical or operational issues.
Conduct regular visits to supermarket branches across Israel to support operational excellence and partner success.
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics using BI and analytics tools, translating data into actionable business insights.
Our humble expectations
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive professional with strong analytical capabilities and experience in managing senior stakeholders for our most strategic supermarket partners.
4+ years of experience in Enterprise/B2B Account Management, Retail Operations, Customer Success, Consulting, or similar partner-facing operational roles.
Proven experience managing complex enterprise accounts and working with senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical capabilities and hands-on experience working with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Advanced Excel skills — ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive decisions independently.
Experience leading operational improvement initiatives and managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both field teams and senior management.
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field — mandatory.
Fluent in Hebrew and English.

A unique opportunity to join one of Europe’s fastest-growing tech companies and shape the future of retail.
Exposure to strategic enterprise partnerships and large-scale retail operations.
A highly impactful role with ownership, autonomy, and visibility across the organization.
Hands-on learning, supportive teammates, and strong growth opportunities.

THE ROLE
We’re looking for a product marketer to own positioning, launches, and customer stories for Baseten’s post-training offerings. You’ll work closely with researchers, engineers, and customers to understand a fast-moving market and give MLEs and researchers a clear reason to choose Baseten Training.
You’re an excellent writer, a curious researcher, and a fast learner who can develop a strong point of view on technical topics, rather than just translating product features into content. Prior post-training experience is helpful, but not required.
There’s no single path into this role. We welcome candidates from non-traditional backgrounds who have built strong writing, market judgment, and strategic thinking plus execution skills, whether that comes from product marketing or another field. We care more about the quality of your work and how quickly you learn than a particular title or industry background.
If you’re passionate about AI infrastructure, post-training, developer engagement, and simplifying complex technologies for real-world adoption, we want to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Positioning & Messaging: Develop clear and differentiated messaging that articulates the value of Baseten’s Training platform to developers and enterprise customers.

- Product Storytelling: Own the launch process for new features and products, collaborating closely with product, engineering, sales, and growth teams.
- Customer Stories: Work with our customers to understand the technical differentiation, key story, and compelling customer results. Then own telling the story from customer interviews through distribution and publication.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience owning positioning, launches, or customer storytelling, gained through product marketing or related work.
- An interest in AI infra and post-training with a proven aptitude to learn quickly.
- Excellent writing: You can turn complex product capabilities into clear, accurate, compelling narratives. We’d love to see some of your work.
- Fast learning: You get up to speed on unfamiliar technical concepts, ask thoughtful questions, and work with engineers and researchers to get the details right. You can operate at the right technical altitude when talking to different stakeholders.
- Competitive judgment: You proactively research customer alternatives and develop a clear point of view on differentiation.
- Hands-on ownership: You prioritize in ambiguity, navigate cross-functional trade-offs, and drive work through to launch.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.

About the Job:
Software powers the world, and LaunchDarkly empowers teams to deliver and control it safely. As a
Senior Backend Engineer
on the
Billing
team, you will own the systems that turn every plan, price, entitlement, and usage limit into revenue — checkout, subscription and entitlement APIs, usage metering, and the integrations to our billing, CRM, and finance systems. When billing is wrong, customers get the wrong product and we invoice the wrong amount. Correctness here is a commitment to our customers, not a nice-to-have.
You and your team will drive the modernization of our billing platform. Technologies include Go, TypeScript, Postgres, AWS, and Terraform. Exact tool match matters far less than deep backend judgment and a track record of safely changing systems that are not allowed to be wrong.
Responsibilities:
Design and build the systems that define our plans, pricing, entitlements, and limits, and expose them through our API.
Decompose billing from our monolith into services that are correct, testable, and independently deployable.
Own correctness end to end — usage metering, reconciliation, and the invoices and usage data customers see.
Operate what you build: SLOs, alerting, on-call, and fixing root causes rather than repeating mitigations.
Qualifications:
6+ years of professional software-engineering experience, with significant work on complex backend applications.
Experience decomposing a monolith
A track record on systems where correctness is non-negotiable, and the habits that come with it: idempotency, reconciliation, reversible migrations, and safe cutovers.
Proficiency in at least one backend language (Go, Rust, Python, etc.) and familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS or equivalent), plus strong production ownership including on-call.
Bonus
Billing, payments, or metering systems, or usage-based pricing.
Modeling entitlements, quotas, or multi-tenant limits.
Pay:
Target pay ranges based on Geographic Zones* for Level 4:
Zone 1:
San Francisco/Bay Area or NYC Metropolitan Area, Boston, Seattle

LaunchDarkly operates from a place of high trust and transparency; we are happy to state the pay range for our open roles to best align with your needs. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

About LaunchDarkly:
Modern software delivery was supposed to be the foundation for a thriving digital business but reality has proven otherwise. Slow, inefficient development cycles, costly outages, and fragmented customer experiences are preventing developers from building their best software. The LaunchDarkly platform helps developers innovate on new features faster while protecting them with a safety valve to instantly rewind when things go wrong. Developers can target product experiences to any customer segment and maximize the business impact of every feature. And by gradually rolling out new application components, they escape nightmare "big-bang" technology migrations.
The LaunchDarkly platform was built to guide engineers to the next frontier of DevOps by:
Improving the velocity and stability of software releases, without the fear of end customer outages
Delivering targeted experiences by easily personalizing features to customer cohorts
Maximizing the business impact of every feature through the ability to experiment and optimize
Coordinating the release and optimization of software to provide consistent experiences across mobile platforms and device types
Improving the effectiveness and productivity of engineering teams, by providing insights into engineering cadence and stability

Chainalysis is the blockchain data platform. We provide data, software, services, and research to government agencies, financial institutions, cybersecurity companies, and more to help detect and prevent cryptocurrency crime and ensure compliance. Backed by top-tier investors, we are building the foundational data infrastructure for the future of finance.
The Finance and Strategy team at Chainalysis are strategic financial advisors to our leadership team and the Company. We strive to grow our processes, operations, and team to meet the rapidly expanding needs of the business. We seek to match the pace of innovation of the business and to deliver real time and meaningful insights to decision makers.
We are looking for a Senior Manager of Strategic Finance to join our Finance team at a critical inflection point in the company's growth. Reporting directly to the VP Head of Finance, you will be a key thought partner to senior leadership — supporting our long-term financial model, evaluating growth opportunities, driving capital allocation decisions, creating comprehensive pricing analyses, and building the analytical frameworks that guide how we invest across the business. The position blends rigorous analytics with clear executive communication and strong stakeholder management. It is a high-visibility, high-impact individual contributor role. You will work closely with the CFO, Finance leadership, and leadership throughout the Company on our most consequential strategic decisions.
In this role, you will:
Lead valuation work and TAM analyses and market research. Drive overall market analyses and competitive intelligence analyses
- Analyze current pricing and packaging models. Develop a deep understanding of market pricing trends related to AI and consumption. Learn the nuances of our public and private sectors, geographies, products, segments, etc. in and influence our pricing strategy
- Enhance and own the company's long-range financial model. Understand key business and industry drivers to build dynamic models that allow leadership to rapidly evaluate the financial impact of strategic decisions. Lead sensitivity analysis around macro factors relevant to the blockchain/crypto industry
- Scale the model and build it into our planning tool
- Create sophisticated financial models, and drive scenario analyses that inform major capital allocation decisions, including M&A, partnerships, and new market entry.
- Synthesize scenario outputs into clear, executive-ready narratives and recommendations
- Track post-investment performance against underwriting assumptions and surface learnings back into the planning process
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on high-stakes questions. Understand the long-term impact of near-term decisions in order to make recommendations to leadership and the executive team
- Be operationally savvy. Understand the operational impacts of strategic work, and partner with the business to ensure suggestions are operationally feasible. Assist with the implementation of operational changes resulting from strategic decisions
What you need:
- 6–9 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, FP&A, or a similar analytical role
- Strong executive presentation skills - an ability to clearly and succinctly present complex topics to a C-level audience. Possess an investor mindset; ability to synthesize complex business dynamics into clear investment theses and risk-adjusted recommendations
- Strong business intuition — you connect financial outcomes to operational drivers and can tell the story behind the numbers
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and making high-quality decisions with incomplete information
- Entrepreneurial orientation: eager to define and develop the strategic finance function, not just execute within it
- Excellent financial modeling skills, including the ability to work with large data sets in both Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience working at a SaaS, data, or technology company preferred. Familiarity with the blockchain, crypto, or Web3 industry is a strong plus but not required
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.

Skills We're Looking For
Experience managing and growing a software engineering team (ideally a customer-facing product development team); including hiring, coaching, and running a full performance and career-development cycle
