About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As an Enterprise Account Executive based in Seoul, you'll drive adoption of safe, frontier AI technology across Korea's financial services industry — banks, insurers, asset managers, and fintech companies. You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, working with senior leaders to help them modernize operations, risk, and customer-facing functions with Anthropic's AI solutions.
Key responsibilities
Own and exceed revenue targets by winning new accounts and expanding relationships across Korea's FSI companies.
Build and execute territory plans, identifying opportunities across retail banking, corporate/investment banking, insurance, asset management, and fintech-adjacent units
Lead consultative sales processes with senior stakeholders — including heads of digital transformation, risk and compliance leaders, IT leadership, and business-line executives
Navigate Korea's FSI regulatory environment, including Financial Supervisory Service (FSS) requirements, data residency, model risk, and financial-sector compliance
Work with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Applied AI, Partnerships, Legal) to tailor solutions that meet financial-sector security and compliance standards
Stay informed on trends shaping Korean FSI, including digital banking, AI in risk/underwriting, and regulatory shifts around AI use in finance
Preferred qualifications
8+ years of enterprise sales experience in Korea, with significant exposure to financial services
A genuine understanding of how Korean financial institutions make technology decisions, including the role of regulators, internal risk/compliance functions, and IT governance
Direct experience navigating Financial Supervisory Service (FSS) requirements and review processes — this is required given how heavily FSS oversight shapes technology adoption in Korean FSI
A track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles typical of FSI, including rigorous security and compliance review
Proven experience exceeding revenue targets within financial services accounts
Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English
A passion for AI built and deployed safely

Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Xsolla is a global video game commerce company that provides a comprehensive suite of tools and services for game developers and publishers - including payments, distribution, game stores, launcher solutions, and partner network services. Our platform processes transactions across 200+ geographies, supporting thousands of games and millions of players worldwide. Quality is not optional - it is foundational to every product we ship.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Director of QA is a senior technical leadership role responsible for owning and scaling Xsolla's quality engineering function across multiple product lines, teams, and time zones. You will define and drive the strategic vision for quality assurance - from test automation architecture and CI/CD integration to AI-assisted testing practices and performance engineering. You will lead a distributed organization of 30+ QA engineers and leads as part of a broader QA organization of 75+ professionals, ensuring predictable, high-quality releases across every product Xsolla delivers. This is not a management-only position. You must be deeply technical - capable of reviewing automation code, architecting test frameworks, debugging CI/CD pipelines, and evaluating AI-driven testing approaches hands-on.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Ownership
Define and execute the QA strategy across all Xsolla products, aligning quality objectives with business goals and product roadmaps.
Own QA deliverables end-to-end - from test planning through release sign-off - and be accountable for outcomes, not just activities.
Establish and enforce quality gates, defect governance policies, and release readiness criteria across all product teams.
Drive organizational maturity: evolve the QA function from reactive testing to proactive quality engineering embedded in every stage of the
SDLC
.
Represent QA at the executive level - articulate quality risks, tradeoffs, and resource needs to VP/C-level stakeholders with clarity and data.
Technical Excellence
Architect and oversee enterprise-grade test automation frameworks spanning UI (Playwright), API, database validation (SQL), and performance testing (K6).
Define and maintain standards for test code quality - including code reviews,
PR
contributions, reusable libraries, and modular test design.
Deep understanding of

- design, optimize, and troubleshoot automated build, test, and deployment pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar).
Ensure all automation is fully integrated into CI/CD pipelines, with clear pass/fail signals, automated regression gates, and performance benchmarks at every release stage.
Drive adoption of
infrastructure-as-code
practices for test environments - containerized test execution, ephemeral environments, and environment parity between staging and production.
Evaluate, select, and implement QA tooling - including test management platforms (Qase), observability tools, and defect tracking integrations.
AI Integration & Innovation
Proven track record of using AI in day-to-day QA activities
- not aspirational, but demonstrated. You have used AI tools to generate test cases, write automation code, analyze test results, identify flaky tests, or accelerate debugging.
Champion and operationalize AI-assisted quality engineering across the organization - specifically using
Claude AI
for code generation, test design, automation scripting, and documentation.
Define governance frameworks for AI-generated test artifacts - validation, review, and sign-off processes to ensure AI outputs meet quality standards.
Stay current with AI/ML advancements relevant to testing - intelligent test selection, predictive defect analysis, autonomous test generation, and self-healing automation.
Establish metrics to measure the impact of AI adoption on QA velocity, coverage, and defect detection rates.
Team Leadership & People Development
Lead, mentor, and develop a distributed team of
30+ QA professionals
- including QA Leads, Senior QA Engineers, and QA Engineers - across
multiple time zones
(Americas, Europe, Asia-Pacific).
Build a high-performance culture rooted in ownership, technical excellence, continuous learning, and psychological safety.
Conduct regular 1:1s, career development conversations, and performance reviews. Identify and grow future QA leaders.
Design and implement onboarding programs, skill development paths, and technical training curricula - including AI literacy for all QA team members.
Manage resource allocation and capacity planning across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring predictable and sustainable QA delivery.
Navigate cross-cultural team dynamics with sensitivity and effectiveness - a truly global team requires a global leadership mindset.

: Create, maintain, and execute comprehensive test cases in

Bug documentation
: Ensure all staging bugs are filed with detailed reproduction steps, expected vs. actual behavior, environment details, screenshots/videos, and severity classification - following established training standards.
Automation framework documentation
: Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation for all automation frameworks, ensuring any engineer can onboard and contribute.
QA Score
: Drive iterative improvements in QA Score metrics - tracking automation coverage, defect escape rate, test execution velocity, and regression stability.
Define and track QA KPIs and OKRs - present quality dashboards and trend analysis to leadership regularly.
Conduct root cause analysis on production escapes and implement systemic corrective actions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Engineering, Product, DevOps, and Release Management to embed quality practices into every phase of the development lifecycle.
Work effectively in
Agile/Scrum environments
- participate in and drive sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, and release ceremonies.
Act as the primary QA stakeholder for cross-functional initiatives - environment strategy, deployment automation, incident response, and post-mortem processes.
Build strong relationships with engineering leadership to ensure QA is not a bottleneck but an accelerator.
Common Expectations Across All QA Roles
Must be
technical and able to write code
for testing and automation.
Use
Claude AI
to assist in code creation, automation, and test design.
Follow QA processes rigorously: create and execute robust test cases in

, with at least
6+ years in Senior Manager or Director-level roles
.
Proven experience leading teams of 30+ people
distributed across multiple time zones and cultural contexts.
Hands-on technical proficiency
- you can write and review test automation code, not just manage people who do. Proficiency in one or more: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java.
Deep expertise in test automation frameworks
: Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent for UI; REST/GraphQL API testing tools; database validation via SQL.
Performance testing experience
: K6, JMeter, Gatling, or Locust - designing, executing, and analyzing load/stress/soak tests.

Expert knowledge of CI/CD
: designing and maintaining pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI), integrating automated tests into build/deploy workflows, debugging pipeline failures.
Demonstrated use of AI tools in professional QA work
- Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar - for test generation, automation coding, defect analysis, or process optimization. Provide specific examples.

and experience operating within and across Agile teams.

An overview of this role
Site Reliability Engineers keep GitLab's user-facing services and production systems running reliably at scale. They combine software engineering with operational excellence, applying sound engineering principles, automation, and continuous improvement to build, operate, and evolve our production infrastructure.
This is a single application for Site Reliability Engineering opportunities across Infrastructure Platforms. Rather than asking you to choose the right team or level upfront, we evaluate your skills holistically and match you to the opportunity that best aligns with your experience and our hiring needs. We hire Site Reliability Engineers from Intermediate through Senior Staff across multiple Infrastructure Platforms teams.
We don't expect every candidate to have experience with every technology in our environment. We're looking for engineers with strong technical fundamentals, a growth mindset, and the ability to learn quickly. We'll support you in becoming successful with GitLab's tools, systems, and ways of working.
Please note: This position is open to candidates based in the United States and Canada only. Candidates based in the United Kingdom can apply to this posting:
Site Reliability Engineer, Infrastructure Platforms — UK (Intermediate to Senior Staff)
How our SRE hiring works
Because this is a single application for SRE roles across Infrastructure Platforms, our process is built to evaluate you once and match you well, rather than interviewing separately for every team.
Recruiter Screen:
A conversation about your background, what you're looking for, and the level and teams that fit, so we can point your process in the right direction.
Core Technical:
The shared assessment every SRE candidate takes, regardless of eventual team. A low-stress, collaborative discussion covering system architecture and incident review.
Hiring Manager Interview:
A conversation about ownership, judgment, execution, collaboration, and growth, the non-technical signals that make an SRE effective at GitLab.
Peer Technical:
Team-specific depth, run by SREs from the team you're most likely to join, focused on the problems that team actually works on.
Skip-Level Interview:
A conversation with a senior leader on values alignment, and how you'll work across teams.
After your interviews, we consider your performance alongside our current hiring needs to confirm the level and team where you'll do your best work. Interview results are a major factor, and final placement also reflects our active hiring priorities at the time.
We’ll calibrate your level throughout the interview process based on the scope and impact of your experience.
Intermediate: You independently deliver meaningful reliability improvements within a defined area.
Senior: You own complex reliability work end to end and raise the effectiveness of your team.
Staff: You shape reliability across multiple teams, solving systemic problems and creating approaches others can reuse.
Senior Staff: You set technical direction across a broader Infrastructure area and influence reliability strategy at organizational scale.
What you'll do
Keep user-facing services and production systems reliable, scalable, and efficient
Build automation and tooling that reduces toil and replaces manual work with repeatable, infrastructure-as-code-driven workflows
Operate and troubleshoot production systems on Kubernetes, including deployments, rollouts, and scaling
Write and maintain infrastructure as code, and ship changes safely through CI/CD and GitOps
Participate in on-call, triage alerts, follow and improve runbooks, and escalate appropriately
Contribute to the observability stack, using metrics, logs, and SLOs to detect symptoms early rather than just outages
Take part in incident response and post-incident reviews, turning learnings into changes in automation and process
Document runbooks, architecture decisions, and reviews so your findings become repeatable practices
What you'll bring
Experience keeping production systems reliable, combining an operations mindset with real software engineering practice
Experience building net-new infrastructure tooling and automation, not just configuring existing tools. For example, Terraform modules, Kubernetes operators or controllers, or production automation and services written from scratch
The ability to read, debug, and reason about code. Most of our teams work in Go; some work in Ruby. You can discuss a piece of code's behavior, performance, and failure modes
Experience with infrastructure as code, and with Kubernetes and its ecosystem, at a depth appropriate to your level
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (GCP or AWS)
Familiarity with observability practices, including metrics, logging, alerting, and SLOs or SLIs, and using data to inform operational decisions
Comfort participating in on-call and incident response, with a structured approach to troubleshooting under pressure
Strong written communication and the ability to operate as a manager-of-one in an async, distributed environment
A track record of using automation, and increasingly AI, to reduce toil and improve how you and your team work
Alignment with GitLab's values and a commitment to working in accordance with them

Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
ABOUT THE HEALTHCARE TEAM
- Our healthcare agents already reach over 50% of U.S. families. We partner with leading health plans, providers, and healthcare platforms to deliver AI agents that handle some of the most sensitive and high stakes conversations in any industry. From helping members understand their benefits to resolving billing questions with empathy, our healthcare agents are transforming how patients and policyholders interact with the healthcare system.
- Our healthcare customers include major health insurance networks, nonprofit providers, multi-site primary and urgent care practices, healthcare diagnostics companies, and healthcare financial platforms.
- Join us to transform the patient experience across the healthcare system—and help build technology that makes care more accessible, more human and more affordable for everyone.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Independently drive complex enterprise deals end-to-end: Manage a broad enterprise book with strong autonomy, leading 6- and 7-figure deal cycles from prospecting to close.

- Manage risk proactively: Identify and manage deal risk early; build rigorous stakeholder maps for your accounts.
- Make the hard calls: Partner with your manager (and, at the senior level, operate more independently) on pricing, escalation timing, exec alignment, and deal strategy — coming to the table with a point of view, not just a problem.
- Leverage leadership & co-founders: Bring in Sierra's co-founders effectively for exec engagement when it moves a deal.
- Raise the bar: Act as a visible, steady leader on deal teams; proactively elevate the team's standard without being asked.
- Operate as an AI-native seller: Leverage AI tools across the full sales cycle- account research, personalized outreach, call summarization, pipeline forecasting, and deal execution- to automate low-value tasks and reinvest that time into high-value customer relationships, while continuously adopting and experimenting with new tools to work faster and smarter than traditional methods allow.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 8- 10 years of enterprise customer-facing sales experience, identifying and closing large accounts.
- Experience managing a $1M+ quota and running end-to-end complex 6- and 7-figure ACV deals.
- Proven ability to multi-thread and build trusted relationships across customer C-suites.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication.
- Analytical mindset - you analyze market trends, spot opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
EVEN BETTER...
- Familiarity with the AI landscape, key players, and emerging trends.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
