An overview of this role
As Director of Regional Sales for GitLab's National Security Group (NSG), you'll lead a field-based team of Account Executives driving new and expansion revenue across US federal NSG departments. You'll coach and grow the team, spend time with key accounts, and lead large-deal strategy and executive negotiations. Your work will help agencies adopt GitLab's development, security, and operations (DevSecOps) platform through complex federal procurement processes.
You'll partner with senior leadership, Renewals, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to align our sales approach with agency needs. This includes shaping offerings authorized under the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP), bringing field feedback into the roadmap, and building long-term growth within large agencies. You'll travel as needed for customer meetings and team engagements.
What you'll do
Recruit, hire, lead, and coach Account Executives covering NSG departments to achieve regional revenue and growth targets while building an accountable, inclusive team.
Lead new business and expansion strategy, generating and progressing pipeline across priority accounts to meet or exceed quarterly and annual bookings targets.
Own regional forecasting, opportunity data quality, and deal reviews. Use MEDDPICC (Metrics, Economic Buyer, Decision Criteria, Decision Process, Paper Process, Identify Pain, Champion, and Competition) to qualify opportunities and give senior leadership clear visibility into pipeline health, commitments, and risks.
Guide complex federal procurement processes with distributors and partners, including Carahsoft and systems integrators. Navigate contracting vehicles, funding cycles, and agency-specific buying processes to secure multi-year contracts and expansions.
Shape the sales approach for regulated environments, connecting FedRAMP-authorized offerings and mission-critical DevSecOps use cases to agency needs and increasing platform adoption.
Work with Renewals, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and federal partners on account plans, product roadmap feedback, and campaigns that support retention and expansion.
Expand within large agencies through new workloads, cross-sells, and upsells, balancing near-term revenue with long-term platform adoption.
Meet customers in the field and travel as needed for key account meetings, large-deal reviews, and team engagements. Build senior executive relationships and lead negotiations while working effectively in GitLab's asynchronous environment.
What you'll bring
Experience in open source software, DevOps, or related enterprise technology sales.
A process- and data-driven approach to sales operations, including advanced use of Salesforce and other customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation tools.
Experience selling or leading teams in regulated or compliance-driven environments, such as FedRAMP or similar government software-as-a-service frameworks, or the ability to learn quickly in highly regulated markets.
Success selling and coaching teams through complex enterprise deals with large public sector accounts, including long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
Familiarity with MEDDPICC or a similar sales methodology, including pipeline generation, qualification, forecasting, and deal reviews.
Experience hiring, coaching, developing, and leading regional, field-based sales teams while building an accountable, collaborative, and inclusive team.
Skill in managing senior executive relationships and leading executive meetings and negotiations within large organizations with multiple departments and decision-makers.
Alignment with GitLab's values and leadership expectations. We welcome transferable skills in enterprise technology sales and team leadership from a range of backgrounds.
About the team
The NSG sales team is an all-remote organization. We collaborate asynchronously across regions and work with federal distributors and systems integrators, including Carahsoft, to support government customers.
Our work supports GitLab's mission to enable everyone to contribute to and co-create the software that powers our world. We value transparency and collaboration, and you'll have the autonomy and accountability to own your results.

About the Team
Netlify is a product-led growth company with an unusually large organic top-of-funnel, where tens of thousands of people discover and sign up for Netlify every day. That organic motion is real and meaningful, but paid acquisition is a new investment area for the marketing team, and there's a clear opportunity to build that capability from the ground up.
As Senior Manager, Demand Generation & Performance Marketing, you'll own paid acquisition end to end - strategy, channel selection, budget, and the agency relationship that supports execution. You'll report to the CMO, with a planned transition to the VP of Growth Marketing as that function scales, and work closely with Marketing Operations, Data, Lifecycle, and Campaigns to make sure paid-acquired users don't just land, but convert and stick. This is a builder role at a company where the organic foundation is already strong, and your job is to build the paid layer that extends its reach.
What You'll Do
Build and own Netlify's paid acquisition strategy end to end, including paid search, paid social, retargeting, sponsorships, and any other channels worth testing and proving out.
Own the call on where paid creates incremental value for Netlify. Design the tests, prove which channels and audiences drive growth our organic funnel wouldn't have delivered anyway, and decide where to scale, where to hold, and where not to spend at all.
Manage the agency relationship(s) supporting paid/performance work by setting the brief, holding the agency accountable to targets, and deciding what to bring in-house as the function matures.
Own budget planning, pacing, and ROI reporting for all paid spend, and make the case for where to double down or pull back.
Partner with Marketing Operations to get attribution and UTM tracking right before scaling spend, so every dollar is measurable.
Define target audiences and channel mix aligned to Netlify's ICP; partner with Product Marketing on messaging inputs for paid creative.
Build the measurement framework for CAC, signup/pipeline contribution, and payback by channel.
Partner with Lifecycle and Campaigns to make sure paid-acquired users flow into the right onboarding and activation journeys, not just land and drop off.
As the program proves out, build the roadmap and case for a fully staffed paid/performance team.
What You'll Bring
6+ years in demand generation or performance marketing, with direct ownership of a paid acquisition budget in a B2B SaaS or product-led growth environment
Hands-on experience running paid search, paid social, and retargeting programs yourself - not just briefing agencies or reviewing their reports
A track record of standing up or significantly scaling a paid acquisition program at an early stage, where you had to build the infrastructure and not just optimize what was already there
Experience managing an external agency or partner relationship, including setting performance expectations and holding partners accountable to them
Working knowledge of attribution and marketing measurement, and a history of partnering with Marketing Ops or Data teams to get tracking right before spend scales
Some experience marketing to developers or technical audiences, or with a PLG motion where paid acquisition runs alongside a large organic and self-serve funnel
This Role Is a Great Fit If
You're energized by building and scaling a new paid program, not just optimizing one that's already mature.
You think like an owner of budget and outcomes, not just a briefs-and-reports manager of an agency.
You're comfortable moving between strategy (channel mix, targeting, budget allocation) and getting into the details yourself when it matters.
You care about attribution being right before spend scales, not as an afterthought.
You want to build in close partnership with Lifecycle, Campaigns, and Marketing Ops rather than run paid as a separate lane that hands off a spreadsheet at the end of the quarter
Applying
Not sure you meet 100% of our qualifications?
Please apply anyway!
When applying please include:
A resume or short listing of your job history & skills (link to a LinkedIn profile would be fine). We appreciate a cover letter explaining why you would enjoy working in this role at Netlify to get to know you a bit better, though this is not required and will not impact your application. Our mission is to “build a better web” and that cannot be done without a diversity of skill sets, backgrounds and thoughts.
Of everything we've ever built at Netlify, we are most proud of our team. Netlify is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are devoted to building a team of people with diverse backgrounds and lifestyles. Driving equality empowers our team, enables us to innovate, and helps us maintain a more inclusive environment. We don’t discriminate against employees or applicants based on gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, age, race, military/veteran status, citizenship, pregnancy status, or any other differences. If we can do anything to provide a better interview, i.e. accommodate a disability, then please let us know by emailing
accommodations@netlify.com

We anchor our compensation philosophy on a market-based approach, therefore salary ranges may differ depending on the labor cost in a particular location. The salary provided is in addition to robust benefits and participation in Netlify’s equity plan. Our hiring range for this role is targeted at $150,000 - $200,000 for most US-based locations. Candidates outside the US or in premium markets should consult with their Talent Acquisition partner regarding location-based ranges, as they may be higher or lower than the average US range listed. The starting pay will be determined based on multiple factors, including expertise and skills, market demands, experience, internal equity, and applicable geographic location. These compensation packages and ranges are subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Senior Software Engineer - AI & Agentic Architecture
This is a senior individual-contributor role combining deep hands-on engineering with multiple agentic frameworks & SDKs, harnesses, MCP, and APIs, technical leadership, and close collaboration with engineering, security, and product teams. You'll design and ship agentic systems, developer tooling, and reusable platform capabilities that improve productivity across SIE.
What you'll do:
Agentic & AI Engineering
Design, build, and operate production-quality agentic applications using agentic SDKs/harnesses — including multi-agent orchestration, subagent delegation, tool integration, and lifecycle hooks.
Design Model Context Protocol (MCP) tool and resource interfaces that give coding agents/harnesses safe, reliable access to backend systems and enterprise data.
Engineer prompts for reliable structured output (JSON schemas, few-shot examples, validation/retry loops) and build evaluation frameworks to measure and improve output quality.
Manage context effectively across long documents, multi-turn conversations, and multi-agent handoffs; design escalation and human-in-the-loop patterns for production reliability.
Developer Productivity
Configure and extend Codex/Claude Code for team-wide use:
AGENTS.md/CLAUDE.md
hierarchies, custom slash commands, Agent Skills, path-specific rules, and plan mode.
Integrate agentic development into CI/CD pipelines for automated code review, test generation, and PR feedback, tuned to minimize false positives and duplicate findings.
Build and maintain MCP server integrations (project- and user-scoped) that extend agent-native development capabilities across engineering workflows.
Identify high-value opportunities for AI-assisted development and design reusable capabilities that multiple teams can adopt, not just one-off solutions.
Discovery, Prototyping & Production Delivery
Partner directly with engineering teams to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities through hands-on discovery.
Rapidly prototype and validate new AI capabilities with real users, then take successful prototypes into secure, observable, maintainable production systems.
Own the full lifecycle: implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
Technical Leadership
Provide hands-on technical leadership through architecture discussions, code reviews, and troubleshooting of agentic systems.
Mentor engineers on agentic design patterns, prompt engineering, and agent-native development practices.
Communicate tradeoffs, risks, and results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Contribute to engineering standards, reusable patterns, and documentation that help other teams build effectively with agentic development tools.
Requirements
6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including significant hands-on work building and operating AI/LLM-powered or agentic applications.
Strong programming skills (Java, Python, Go, Rust, or C++) and solid engineering fundamentals — API design, testing, debugging, code review, maintainable code.
Practical, production-grade experience with agentic SDKs/harnesses, MCP, and LLMs — tool use, orchestration, RAG, context management, structured output, and evaluation.
Experience designing MCP tool/resource interfaces and reasoning about tool selection, error handling, and reliability in multi-agent systems.
Demonstrated experience integrating AI into CI/CD and developer workflows.
Ability to work in ambiguous problem spaces, evaluate tradeoffs, and make pragmatic engineering decisions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience mentoring and leading through influence.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise across agentic architecture, MCP integration, Codex/Claude Code configuration, prompt engineering, and context management.
Experience building multi-agent research or customer support systems, or structured data extraction pipelines.
Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitOps in support of AI/agentic infrastructure.
Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and AI evaluation frameworks.
Contributions to open-source projects involving AI, agentic systems, or developer tooling.
Strong systems thinking — understands how models, agents, tools, context, APIs, data, and infrastructure fit together as production systems, and can reason about dependencies and tradeoffs across the stack.
A track record of adapting quickly to new AI tools, models, and frameworks as the space evolves.
At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

THE ADVENTURE AHEAD 🚀
Our Salesforce team is at the center of how Docebo sells, renews, and serves customers. We're investing in how it operates, and this is a net-new role we're adding to lead that change. We have strong senior technical talent on the team — what we're adding is a product owner who can set direction, manage stakeholders, and give that talent well-scoped work to build.
You'll own the backlog and the priorities. You'll define the intake and process the team runs on. And you'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our senior architects and admins as an advisor and partner — not to out-engineer them, but to make sure the team is solving the right problems in the right order, with the business bought in.
THE DAY-TO-DAY 🛠️
- The product backlog and priorities. Turn business needs into clear problem statements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Prioritize with stakeholders so the team always knows what's next and why.
- Stakeholder management. Be the connective tissue between the Salesforce team and the business — Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Finance. Manage expectations, negotiate trade-offs, and bring the team into solution design early instead of receiving pre-baked requests.
- Process and ways of working. Define and stand up how the team intakes, prioritizes, and delivers work. Set the standard for a good request and make it stick, so work enters the team ready to build.
- Partnership with senior technical leads. Work with the team's architects and admins as an advisor and thought partner. You bring the product and process lens; they own the technical design. Together you keep the org healthy and the roadmap realistic.
- AI-driven innovation. Champion how the team uses AI to work smarter — from AI-assisted ticket triage and intake scoring to identifying where automation and AI can improve how Docebo runs on Salesforce.
- A seat at the table. Represent the Salesforce team when the business evaluates new tools, so decisions that affect the platform are made deliberately, not discovered later.
YOUR SUPERPOWERS ⚡
- Platform Depth: Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, Senior Admin, or Business Analyst with the hands-on expertise needed to speak fluent platform and earn instant respect with technical leads.
- Product Ownership Mastery: Strong track record of running backlogs, scoping airtight requirements, prioritizing high-value features, and confidently saying "no" with strategic reasoning.
- Stakeholder Diplomacy: Exceptional ability to align competing business priorities across departments, negotiate trade-offs with senior leadership, and keep everyone bought into the plan.
- Process Architecture: Demonstrated success building lightweight, effective operating frameworks that bring structure and clarity to team workflows without adding bureaucratic bloat.
- Impactful Communication: Talent for translating technical complexities into business-friendly language for executives while keeping developers clear on the mission and priorities.
- AI-Forward Mindset: Natural curiosity and drive to leverage emerging AI solutions to optimize team operations and CRM efficiency.
- Governance Savvy: Deep comfort navigating regulated environments, including SOX controls, structured deployment schedules, and strict UAT standards.
BONUS POINTS 🌟
- Certified Expertise: Holding active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Architect track credentials).
- RevOps Synergy: Direct experience acting as the designated product owner partnering with a fast-paced Revenue Operations organization.
- Revenue Cloud Knowledge: Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ/Billing) or leading complex billing system migrations.
- Applied AI Experience: Practical background implementing AI-driven workflows or tools within CRM or delivery environments.

About Niantic Spatial
AI has learned from almost everything online, but it still struggles with the physical world, where 99.5% of economic activity happens. It doesn’t know where things are, how spaces fit together, or what changes over time.
That’s one of the biggest unsolved problems in AI, and it’s the one we’re solving at Niantic Spatial. We build spatial AI models and services so people and machines can reason, learn and act safely in the physical world. We turn camera imagery, video, sensor data and archives into accurate, AI-readable representations of real places that robots can train in and machines can use to know exactly where they are.
In physical AI, mistakes have real consequences. That’s why we build AI grounded in measured reality, not guesswork, so the people and machines relying on it can trust it to get things right.
Our team built some of the world’s most widely used maps. Now we’re building something bigger: a living, measured record of the real world that machines can query, learn from and use to understand how places change over time. If you want to help AI understand the world we actually live in, come build with us.
About the Role
Niantic Spatial makes the physical world computable, helping people and machines collaborate safely by aligning how they understand reality. One of the fundamental problems we're helping autonomy teams and engineers overcome is the sim-to-real gap for visual-spatial understanding. We're applying our team's decades of experience encoding the world precisely as it is at Google Maps, Google Earth, and Niantic Labs to build the scalable real-to-sim stack for embodied AI.
We're looking for a Staff Engineer, Robot Learning to lead engineering for our real-to-sim product within the Embodied AI group. One of the fundamental problems facing autonomy teams is the sim-to-real gap in visual-spatial understanding, and we're applying decades of experience encoding the world precisely as it is to build the scalable real-to-sim stack for embodied AI.
Working alongside the group's General Manager and Product leader, you'll inform the roadmap, own the technical requirements our researchers and engineers build against, and personally prototype and evaluate the changes you propose. You've lived the problems our customers are solving: you've trained and deployed embodied AI systems, seen where and why simulation fails to predict real-world performance, and worked through the consequences.
This is not a role for someone who wants to manage and not ship, or someone who wants to ship without ownership of commercial consequences. This is a role for an entrepreneurial tech lead who loves to build and is energized by helping those around them do the best work of their lives. You have a co-founder mentality. You may have been part of a founding team before, or want to start your own business one day.
What You'll Do
- Sharpen the Roadmap - Bring first-hand knowledge of customer pain, existing solutions, and the value of doing better to roadmap decisions, and help focus effort on the most consequential problems to solve.
- Own the Technical Requirements - Guide the team to design the real-to-sim stack pragmatically. Make the final recommendation on what to build, integrate, and simplify, ensuring capabilities work within customers' existing training and evaluation workflows.
- Benchmark the Impact - Working with our Real-World Test Lab, design and run reproducible evaluations that measure the impact of our real-to-sim stack on policy transfer and real-world performance against customers' existing approaches.
- Build and Ship - Lead engineering delivery and personally build critical features. Keep scope tight, remove blockers, and get performant capabilities into customers' hands quickly.
- Raise the Technical Bar - Set a high bar for the team's work and deepen its understanding of robotics development and deployment, driving incremental improvement every week.
What You'll Bring
- Experience training, evaluating, and deploying robot policies in systems used by enterprise or government customers, with responsibility for performance in real operating conditions.
- Deep practical experience using simulation for policy training or evaluation, including tools such as NVIDIA Isaac Sim, Isaac Lab, MuJoCo, or equivalent. You have diagnosed sim-to-real failures and understand when greater fidelity improves outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with reinforcement learning, imitation learning, or both, and with deep-learning frameworks such as PyTorch.
- A practical understanding of how visual perception and 3D scene representations affect robotics training, evaluation, and real-world performance.
- Experience running experiments on real robots, from an ambiguous hypothesis through to defensible results.
- Strong Python and C++ skills, with experience building reliable production software.
- A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
Nice to Have
- You've authored or maintained a public robotics benchmark.
- You've helped take an early product to repeatable adoption across multiple customers.
- You've built or substantially extended robotics simulation infrastructure, including scene authoring, domain randomization, or large-scale training and evaluation.
- You've trained and deployed vision-based navigation or mobility policies, particularly in varied, unstructured environments.
- You've built pipelines that turn real-world reconstructions into simulation-ready environments.
Competencies
- Always Learning. Staying on top of the latest academic breakthroughs and commercial advancements, particularly in real-to-sim-to-real.
- Relentless bias for action. You make decisions and ship as if the company’s success depends on it, because it does. You set the pace, and drive the people around you to rise to it.
- Intellectually honest. You know there’s just one job that underpins every other in a startup: find the truth. You are relentless in your pursuit of it, including when it challenges your own convictions, and you raise concerns when you see them — even when it's uncomfortable, and especially when it's unpopular.
- Pragmatic. You have no patience for not-invented-here syndrome and analysis paralysis. You find the fastest path to delivering customer value without going through one-way doors that undermine future scaling.
- Confident and credible with customers. You can sit alongside an autonomy engineer and help them get to the root of their problems. You are comfortable speaking to customers and bring commercial nous to those discussions.
Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range for this role is $270,000 – $300,000 per year. Compensation also includes an annual bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), and more.
Location & Work Model
This role is based in our San Francisco office, with three days per week in office.
Inclusive Application
We know the strongest candidates don't always tick every box. If you're excited about this role and believe you could do it well, we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every qualification listed - you may be exactly who we're looking for.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

An Overview about the Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the Lead-to-Opportunity (L2O) domain within our Salesforce and GTM technology ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of marketing operations, sales process, and technology owning the roadmap for how leads are captured, scored, routed, and converted into pipeline, and how our broader GTM tech stack supports that motion.
This is a foundational hire one of the first product managers on a team actively transforming from a reactive BSA model into a proactive, roadmap-driven product organization. You'll be both an individual contributor driving your own domain and a mentor helping BSAs grow into product manager roles. You'll have direct influence over how we shape the team's future operating model.
What You'll Do
Internal Product Roadmap Ownership
Define, own, and maintain the multi-quarter internal product roadmap for the Lead-to-Opportunity domain covering lead capture, enrichment, scoring, routing, conversion, opportunity and the broader GTM technology stack integrated with Salesforce
Translate business strategy from Marketing, Sales Development, RevOps, and GTM leadership into sequenced, prioritized system capabilities with clear outcomes and success metrics
Define the domain's strategic priorities each quarter and half, balancing net-new capability delivery, stabilization, and technical debt reduction with transparent trade-off frameworks
Drive quarterly planning ceremonies, partnering with Engineering Managers and BSAs to align capacity with roadmap commitments
Own domain-level documentation: process maps, current-vs-future state lead lifecycle flows, and decision logs that keep stakeholders and the team aligned on scope and ownership
Stakeholder Partnership & Requirements Translation
Serve as the primary product voice for all L2O and GTM Systems initiatives, partnering closely with Marketing, Marketing Operations, SDR/BDR leadership, Sales, and RevOps
Lead discovery, requirements workshops, and business process design sessions translating complex GTM and marketing operations requirements into actionable system specifications
Own the decision layer between "what the business needs" and "what engineering builds," resolving ambiguity with structured frameworks and documented decisions
Run structured stakeholder alignment sessions to surface trade-offs, build consensus, and drive open decisions to closure rather than letting them linger
Represent the domain in cross-team planning and leadership reviews able to explain technical constraints to business stakeholders and business context to engineers
Team Mentorship & Capability Building
Act as a product craft mentor and senior thought partner for the BSA team, actively upskilling analysts in product thinking, requirements structuring, acceptance criteria definition, and roadmap communication
Model and codify what "good" looks like reusable templates, rituals (backlog grooming, roadmap reviews), and a rubric BSAs can grow against
Give BSAs increasing ownership over pieces of the roadmap as they develop, with regular feedback and structured check-ins
Partner with leadership to evolve the team's operating model from project-execution-focused to product-thinking-led, raising the bar for how EntApps delivers business value
Program Strategy & Delivery Oversight
Lead initiatives end-to-end: discovery, requirements, prioritization, solution design review, UAT, launch, and post-launch measurement
Write and maintain clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and lead-flow and data-flow diagrams that engineering and admins can build against without ambiguity
Manage a healthy, well-groomed backlog intake requests from Marketing and Sales Development, triage by impact and effort, and defend prioritization decisions to stakeholders
Define success metrics per initiative (lead response time, routing accuracy, lead-to-opportunity conversion rate, data quality, SDR/BDR adoption) and report on outcomes, not just delivery
Identify and de-risk dependencies across adjacent domains campaign operations, data enrichment vendors, opportunity handoff to sales before they block delivery
Own UAT strategy and acceptance criteria in collaboration with BSAs, ensuring system changes meet business requirements before production release
Systems Architecture Collaboration
Partner with Enterprise Architects and Engineering Managers on Salesforce and MarTech integration design marketing automation platform to Salesforce sync, data enrichment pipelines, lead scoring and routing engines, ensuring choices hold up to governance, scale, and future roadmap needs
Bring informed opinions on GTM platform architecture trade-offs based on deep domain knowledge
Stay current on platform roadmaps for Salesforce Sales Cloud and connected MarTech tools, identifying opportunities to leverage native capabilities before custom builds
Maintain domain-level R&R clarity, who owns what across US/India technical managers, BSAs, and adjacent pods and update as team and scope evolve
Ability to engage deeply with engineering and architecture teams on API design, data modeling, and integration patterns.
What You'll Bring
7+ years in Salesforce product management, business systems analysis, or Marketing/Revenue Operations technology roles, with demonstrated growth into product ownership
Strong working knowledge of Lead-to-Opportunity processes; lead capture, scoring, routing, and conversion and how they connect marketing execution to sales pipeline
Hands-on familiarity with the GTM technology stack: Salesforce Sales Cloud plus marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot), lead scoring and routing tools, and data enrichment or intent providers
Good Understanding of quoting process
Demonstrated ability to own and communicate multi-quarter internal product roadmaps to senior business and technology stakeholders
Proven experience leading initiatives end-to-end with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities, especially across Marketing and Sales
Sufficient technical fluency to engage meaningfully with engineering on API design, data model decisions, and integration trade-offs — without needing to write code
Experience mentoring or upskilling analysts and BSAs, you enjoy developing people, not just managing tickets
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to represent technical trade-offs to non-technical executives and translate business asks into clear technical requirements
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving structure where none exists
Experience with AI-assisted development workflows, data governance and compliance for lead data, or prior people-management experience
About the Team
You'll be one of the first product managers on a team actively transforming from a reactive BSA function into a proactive, roadmap-driven product organization. The Lead-to-Opportunity domain sits at the top of GitLab's revenue funnel; the quality of data, routing, and conversion here affects every downstream system and every seller. Getting this right is not an IT problem; it's a revenue problem. You'll have direct influence over how we shape the team's future operating model and how the next generation of BSAs grows into product managers.
