HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⚡ THE DESIGN AND RESEARCH COMMUNITY AT ALAN
Alan’s Design & Research (D&R) community is the group of designers and researchers behind everything our members see and use. Our goal is simple: build the most member-centric health experience there is, with high standards of craft and a real understanding of the people we design for.
We are growing fast, and AI is changing what is possible in the way we work. We are looking for someone who loves tooling, ops and AI to help us move faster without lowering the bar on quality.
This is a builder role where design, operations and AI meet. You will scope where AI and automation can help us build faster, scale better and catch quality issues earlier, then turn the best ideas into tools the community actually uses. Along the way, you will help us improve our rituals and best practices, and share what we learn inside and outside Alan. You are not a designer or a researcher yourself: you are the enabler that allows the community to go faster and perform better as our member base grows.
🤝 YOUR MISSIONS
You will help D&R work smarter and keep quality high as we grow, in close collaboration with the community, its lead, and the engineering, Product Ops and platform teams we work with. You will help shape our community strategy on AI and tooling, then build and run what comes out of it.
- Explore: Test new AI tools and automations, find the ones that really save time or improve quality, and share the best with the community. Work with our internal AI tooling teams to bring what’s cutting edge to design and research.
- Build: Create skills, agents and automated checks that make design and research work more efficient, reliable and of higher quality.
- Run the tooling: Maintain and upgrade the tools the community relies on, and be our point of contact with Alan’s platform and agentic teams.
- Improve how we work: Bring in better practices and rituals, push our existing rituals to the next level and help us show what we learn and achieve, inside and outside Alan.
- Own your roadmap: Identify opportunities, prioritize solutions, set clear goals, track adoption and quality, and adjust as you go.
🚀 YOU ARE A GOOD FIT IF...
You are an ops-minded builder with around 4 years of experience in ops or enablement roles: design ops, tooling, automation, analytics, program management or something close. Design and research interests you, but what drives you is helping teams work better with tools, automation and better rituals.
What you bring
- Hands-on experience automating work. You have replaced repetitive tasks with automations, internal tools or AI workflows (no-code, low-code or AI tools), at work or on your own projects, and you can tell us what you built and who used it.
- Familiarity with AI tools. You have built or tested skills, agents or automations, and you care that they are reliable, not just impressive in a demo.
- Comfort working with engineers. You can build things yourself, you know when to ask for production-grade work, and you speak their language.
- Experience supporting a team or community, for example through onboarding, rituals, events or internal communications.
- Strong English communication, to collaborate with our international team. French is a plus.
Nice to have
- Experience in or alongside a design or research team.
- Familiarity with Figma and design systems.
Qualities we look for
- Builder and strategic mindset: you make progress with incomplete information, choose the simplest approach that works, and ship.
- Rigour: you set a baseline and a target, and improve with each iteration.
- Systems thinking: you see how people, processes, tools and data fit together.
- Judgment: you frame ambiguous problems, prioritise, and know what to drop.
- Clear communication: you keep people updated and explain your choices.
🌍 WHERE YOU CAN BE BASED
Location: Based in (or within commuting distance of) one of our hubs (Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Brussels, Madrid or Barcelona), with the ability to work onsite twice per week. We prefer you have the right to work here.
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES
If you’re excited about this opportunity but don’t check every box, we’d love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist. We’ll be thrilled to receive your application!

And beyond.
We are looking for an experienced Partnership Manager to join our Accountant Partnerships team in France, specifically focused on building and developing relationships with accounting firms and accountant networks.
The core purpose of this role is to turn accounting firms into long-term Alan partners and advocates. You will help them recommend Alan to their clients, improve their day-to-day experience with health insurance and payroll administration, and generate qualified business opportunities for Alan’s Sales teams.
The accountant ecosystem represents a significant growth opportunity for Alan. France has approximately 22,000 accounting firms supporting around 3.5 million companies, and Alan’s existing Accountant Partnership channel has already generated significant ARR through a relatively small number of partners.
The team is now entering a new phase of development. We are hiring new Partnership Manager to help build a scalable, high-performing partner network and contribute to Alan’s ambition to make Accountant Partnerships a strategic growth channel.
Here is how your key outcomes will look like:
1. Build and grow a strong partner network: Identify, prioritise and develop relationships with high-potential accounting firms and networks.
2. Drive partnerships from discussion to activation: Lead partnership discussions, onboarding and launch, ensuring that Alan creates value for both accountants and their clients.
3. Activate partners and generate business opportunities: Build engagement plans, support partner enablement and work closely with Sales to turn recommendations into qualified opportunities.
4. Help scale the Accountant Partnerships model: Manage partner performance, share insights with internal teams and contribute to the development of scalable playbooks, tools and processes.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
We’re looking for someone who combines strong partnership and commercial skills with the ability to build trusted relationships in a complex and evolving B2B ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing partnerships from initial contact to activation and long-term development. They should enjoy working autonomously in an environment where there is still a lot to build.
You may be a great fit at Alan if you have/are:
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management or customer success in a B2B environment
- Experience managing partnerships throughout the full lifecycle, from prospecting and closing to activation and ongoing relationship management
- Experience managing a portfolio of partners, ideally in a fast-growing company
- Strong negotiation, communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
- A data-oriented mindset, with the ability to track performance and prioritise opportunities
- The ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Product, Data and Operations teams
- An entrepreneurial mindset, strong ownership and the ability to work autonomously
- Full professional fluency in French and professional fluency in English
Experience working directly with accounting firms, payroll providers, HR software or insurance companies would be a strong plus.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience with B2B distribution partnerships, where a third party recommends or distributes a solution to its own customers. Experience limited to technology integrations, co-marketing or visibility partnerships would be less relevant for this role.
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the C0-D level https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
Everything else is a plus. We care about having a diversity of experiences, profiles and backgrounds in our team.
🙌 PERKS & BENEFITS https://alan.com/about/life-at-alan/a/perks

ABOUT US:
Tebi is creating the first Connected Restaurant Management System that makes hospitality flow. In one seamless platform, Tebi embeds sales, reservations, kitchen prep, payments, and all the data that powers it, creating smooth service and intuitive insights.
Founded by Arnout Schuijff, co-founder of Adyen, and backed by €50 million in funding from Index Ventures & CapitalG, Tebi is built in service of hospitality first. Thousands of restaurants, cafés, bars, and coffee shops across the Netherlands, UK, Italy, Spain, Germany, Denmark and Finland already love running on Tebi.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Restaurant owners generally aren't on LinkedIn and they don't read e-books. They ask friends, search Google, and more and more often, they ask ChatGPT. We need someone who can find new ways to reach them and get those ideas live quickly.
We're hiring a Growth Marketer to build and ship our organic and non-paid growth experiments. This role is for a builder, not a strategist. You'd rather ship a working test today than a polished deck next week. You'll take ideas from the backlog to live, measure them honestly, and double down on what works. Using AI and no-code tools, you'll build pages, tools and campaigns yourself instead of relying on agencies and six-figure budgets.
You'll report to the Head of Marketing, who sets direction and priorities. You'll work in deep collaboration with our other growth marketers, product marketing and creative teammates, plus embed yourself in the wider org of Sales, Account Management, RevOps, Product, and more.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Ship growth experiments, fast: Take ideas from our growth backlog and get them live: landing pages, tools, ads and content. Run plenty of them, keep what works and kill what doesn't.
- Get Tebi recommended by AI: Own our visibility in ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google's AI Overviews. Create and update content built to be cited, not just published, and track how often we show up compared with competitors.
- Build tools operators actually use: Build free tools, calculators and templates for restaurant owners, and scale our programmatic landing pages. Use no-code, AI and vibe coding tools to ship without waiting on engineering.
- Run creative campaigns: Help launch scrappy, unconventional campaigns across markets, from competitive campaigns to guerrilla and partner media, with the support of our Marketing team.
- Turn word of mouth into a channel: Test referral and sharing ideas that turn merchant word of mouth into a steady flow of demo requests. Work with our Product Growth team to build the winners into the product.
- Keep paid and organic working together: Support our performance agency with landing pages, creative tests and tracking.
- Measure everything: Keep the experiment log up to date: hypothesis, cost, result and next step. Set up tracking and UTMs properly so we know what actually drove each demo.
How we'll measure success:
- Experiments shipped each month, and what we learned from them
- Demo requests from organic and other non-paid channels
- How often Tebi appears in AI answers for our category, by market
- Demos from free tools, the reservation widget and programmatic pages
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Think like a growth marketer but move like a hacker. You know what drives results and how to build just enough to prove it
- Ship rather than spec. A working prototype today beats a polished plan next week
- Have built and launched things yourself, like pages, tools, automations or campaigns, and can tell us what happened, including what didn't work
- Already use AI to work faster and have a point of view on how it's changing the way people find products
- Are hands-on with no-code and AI tools (Framer or Webflow, Zapier or Make, Claude or ChatGPT, Cursor or similar), without being precious about the stack
- Are comfortable with data and honest about results, in GA4, HubSpot, Looker or whatever gets the answer
- Have creative, sharp ideas and the discipline to ship the unglamorous parts too
- Take ownership and don't wait to be told what to do. No task is above or beneath you
- Speak fluent English. Another European language is a plus
Nice to have:
- Experience with SEO, and with AEO or getting a brand cited by AI tools
- Experience marketing to small businesses, or a background in hospitality
- Vibe-coding projects you're proud of
We don't have a minimum number of years for this role. We care more about how you think and what you've built than how long you've been doing it. If this sounds like you but you don't tick every box, we'd still like to hear from you.
Benefits:
- Start-up Equity
- Competitive Salary
- Lunch Provided in Office
- Team building events
- Unlimited time off
WHAT IS RESTAURANT SOFTWARE?
Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it.
From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it’s a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy.
HOW WE USE AI AT TEBI
We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI increases quality, efficiency and speed.
At Tebi, AI isn't a policy or a checkbox, it's just part of how we work. It helps us write, analyse, build, and improve but doesn’t make the last call. If there's a smarter way to do something, we want to find it.

Role highlights:
- Title: Satellite Systems Senior Technician
- Department: Global Manufacturing Organisation
- Reports to: Head of MAITE Spain
- Location: Valencia, Spain
- Type of Contract: Permanent
- Working model: On-site
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
Why this role matters:
As a Satellite Systems Senior Technician, you play a vital role in bringing every satellite that reaches our Valencia production line to operational readiness. You will own the first power-on, initial software and firmware loading, and end-to-end systems verification of fully integrated SAR satellites, running automated functional, power, and bus test campaigns, diagnosing issues at the boundary between software, firmware, and electronics hardware, and ensuring configuration control on final activities. Your work lets test campaigns run independently on the line, without pulling engineers away from other teams.
Who We Are
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Execute initial satellite power-on, firmware flashing, and subsystem communication verifications.
- Run, debug, and execute automated functional, power, and bus test scripts using Python, Shell, and Linux environments.
- Work with Git repositories to manage test code, track updates, and verify software builds.
- Operate mechanical and electrical ground support equipment (GSE), and troubleshoot electronic hardware, power distribution, and digital interface issues using lab instruments (oscilloscopes, power supplies, multimeters).
- Diagnose whether an anomaly is a test setup issue or a genuine unit fault, and raise non-conformance reports (NCRs) in Jira.
- Maintain detailed test logs and accurate documentation, and ensure configuration control on final activities.
- Assist in managing activities related to satellite launch campaigns.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives - procedures, processes, tools, test automation, and 6S.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians, and communicate proactively with team members and supervisors regarding any challenges or obstacles.
- Work closely with the RF Senior Technician, AIT Engineering, and Quality, ensuring clear communication so that satellite build-phase deadlines and technical specifications are met.
What we’re looking for
Must haves:
- Relevant university degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Space Studies, Applied Physics, Electronics, or similar, or equivalent hands-on experience in a related role.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience setting up, debugging, and running real test benches and satellite systems or interfaces, not just executing someone else’s scripts.
- Proficient in a Linux environment, comfortable modifying and debugging Python scripts, and working with Git.
- Systems thinking across avionics, power, and software, enough to tell a test setup fault from a genuine unit fault.
- Experience using lab equipment such as power supplies, multimeters, and oscilloscopes.
- Excellent communication skills, with particular attention to detail in procedures, preparation, and execution.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, assembly instructions, and schematics.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken, to ensure clear communication in a cross-functional environment.
Nice to haves:
- ICEYE-specific test frameworks, satellite bus specifics, Jira and MES flow, and launch campaign procedures.
- Space or satellite AIT (Assembly, Integration, and Testing) background.
- Experience with environmental testing (e.g. vibration/shaker rigs, thermal testing).
- Experience using Atlassian Cloud (Jira, Confluence).
- Lean & Six Sigma experience.

- Technical Interview, including a Technical Challenge

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
Title: Supply Chain Intern
Department: Global Supply Chain - Valencia Office
Location: Valencia, Spain
Type of Contract: Internship, with opportunity to transition to a permanent position
Working model: On-site
Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
Why this role matters
As an R&D Supply Chain Intern, you help keep an aerospace R&D project in Valencia supplied with the parts, materials and services it needs to move forward. In a supply chain built around specialised components, long lead times and a limited supplier base, every RFQ sent on time and every delay caught early protects the project schedule. This is a real seat on a real programme, not a shadowing exercise. You will learn how flight-grade hardware actually gets sourced, from engineering requirement to delivered part, with experienced colleagues alongside you.

ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world’s largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Support the sourcing of components, parts and services across our supplier base, working alongside engineering, production and procurement
- Help translate engineering requirements into RFQs and supplier evaluations, learning how technical specifications become commercial decisions
- Monitor deliveries, follow up with suppliers on delays, and keep the team updated on order status
- Help spot supply risks early, including long lead times, single sources and obsolescence, and support the search for alternatives
- Support the R&D project in Valencia as needs and requirements change, adapting quickly alongside the team
What we’re looking for
Must haves:
- Currently studying, or recently graduated in, engineering (aerospace, industrial, mechanical or similar), supply chain, or business with a genuine technical interest
- Basic familiarity with engineering and manufacturing processes, ideally in aerospace (coursework, projects or student teams count)
- Comfortable reading technical documents such as drawings, specifications and datasheets
- More drawn to coordination and management (planning, follow-up, working with suppliers and teams) than to hands-on technical design
- Able to work under pressure and adapt when priorities and requirements shift
- Fluent English and Spanish, spoken and written
- Eligible for an internship agreement (convenio de prácticas) with a university or training institution
Nice to haves:
- Experience working with local suppliers in Valencia
- Some exposure to RFQs, supplier selection, ERP tools or Excel-based tracking
- Comfortable in a production plant environment and keen to work hand in hand with production and engineering teams
- Curiosity about how complex hardware gets built and bought, and the appetite to ask why

And beyond.
In West Africa, people wait for symptoms to get worse, wait months for an appointment, and depend on a health system stuck in paper and manual processes. We exist to end that wait.
Founded in 2022 in Senegal, Tanel is the first digital health insurer in francophone West Africa, operating in Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire. With 30,000+ members, a network of 1,200+ health facilities and 400+ pharmacies, and revenue multiplied by 7 in 2025, Tanel has proven real product-market fit.
In 2026, Alan, Europe's prevention-first health insurer (€950M+ revenue, 1M+ members in France, Belgium, Spain and Canada), acquired Tanel to accelerate its expansion in Africa. Together, we are building the reference health insurer in francophone West Africa, aiming for $200M in revenue by 2030.
🚀 WHY JOIN NOW?
Care is our members' first point of contact, and today it runs on the energy of a small, committed team: about 5 people across Dakar and Abidjan, answering members, HR admins and providers on WhatsApp, phone, email and the app.
What got us here will not get us to the next stage:
- Scale: our member base is set to grow several times over in the next 3 years.
- Expansion: after Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire, we plan to open new countries in the coming years.
- Integration: we are moving Care Africa onto Alan's ways of working (KPIs, rituals, playbooks) and, in 2027, onto Alan's tools and platform.
- Performance: we need to structure our KPIs: what we measure, why, and how we act on it, from response times to member satisfaction.
This is a rare chance to shape a Care organization from the ground up, with the backing of a Care Ops team that has already done it in several countries (France, Belgium, Spain, Canada).
⭐ THE ROLE
As Care Ops for Alan Africa, you are the most senior Care person on the ground. You do not manage the team directly: our crew lead does. You own the transformation: how the team is organized, how it grows, how it performs, and how it converges with the rest of Alan. You are part of Alan's global Care Ops team, and you bring local reality into global decisions as much as you bring global practices to Africa.
Your missions include:
1/ Design and roll out the target operating model
- Turn Alan's Care model into a version that works for Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire: how agents split their time between members and improvement work, opening hours, weekends, service levels we commit to.
- Define the team structure for the next 3 years: roles, tiers, one team or one per country.
- Set up outsourcing where it makes sense, and manage the performance of our external partners.
- Build the hiring plan with the crew lead and take part in recruitment, including final-round validation.
2/ Lead the integration with Alan
- Bring Alan's KPIs, rituals and playbooks to the local team, and make sure they stick through training and follow-up.
- Help the crew lead grow the team and coach agents into Care Experts who own improvement projects.
3/ Own operational performance, quality and tools
- Structure our KPIs and reporting: what we measure, why, and how we review it every week, including member satisfaction on WhatsApp and phone.
- Diagnose root causes behind delays, backlogs and member pain points, and turn them into concrete actions.
- Make sure our tools (ticketing, WhatsApp, phone) are set up and fully operational, and lead the transition to Alan's stack with Product, so local needs are built in.
- Provide the inputs (volumes, hours, productivity) that feed our staffing model and budget, and challenge the outputs.
4/ Be the bridge between local and global
- Represent Care Africa in Alan's Care community: share what works, raise what doesn't, contribute to global projects.
- Contribute to Care's strategic plan, for Africa and at global level.
⭐ YOU WILL EXCEL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU
- Have 5+ years of experience in customer service or customer experience operations, including structuring, scaling or turning around a team.
- Have led change in teams or functions you did not manage, and know how to earn buy-in rather than impose a playbook.
- Are data-fluent: you set and track the right KPIs, read and challenge an analysis, and use numbers to make decisions. You do not need to build forecasting models.
- Are fluent in French and work comfortably in English, written and spoken.
- Know the West African context and adapt your approach to the people and the market you work with.
- Are structured, autonomous and at ease with ambiguity: much is still to be defined, and you will help define it.
- Care deeply about access to healthcare and want to have a real impact on members' lives.
Strong pluses: experience in health, insurance or assistance; managing outsourcing partners; leading a CRM or tooling migration; running WhatsApp or phone-heavy support; speaking Wolof.
🎁 WHAT WE OFFER
- Permanent contract, full time, based in our Dakar office, with regular trips to Abidjan.
- A central role in a fast-growing African healthtech, backed by Alan's global Care team.
- Comprehensive health insurance through Alan for you and your family.
- All the tools you need to do your best work.
- Learning and training opportunities: a flexible policy, budgets for books and conferences.
- For this role, we are hiring within the C to E level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity (pay scale to confirm).
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES
If this role excites you but you don't tick every box, we would love to hear from you. Everyone, including people from underrepresented groups, should feel free to apply: either we succeed, or we learn.
Location: Paris, France; Barcelona, Spain

- Location: Valencia, Spain
- Type of Contract: Permanent
- Working model: On-site
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
Why this role matters:
As a Systems and Software Validation Engineer, you play a vital role in bringing every satellite that reaches our Valencia production line to operational readiness.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Kraken's Consumer Creative & Design team owns end-to-end creative execution for Kraken Consumer and Krak. Our disciplines cover performance ad creative, brand design, motion design, AI video creative and web design. We turn growth strategy into creative that converts across paid, owned and organic surfaces. We work closely with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content & Social, Lifecycle and our regional leads, and we hold the line on brand and messaging quality on everything that ships.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As our Staff Brand Designer, you come to the table with a strong design vision and set the visual standard for Kraken. You design static work for launches, campaigns and always-on activity, and you make sure it looks like one brand wherever someone meets it. You can take a brief or proactive idea to a finished, approved asset set, and you're comfortable building a clean, systemized layout in Figma. If you can also model and render a hero 3D asset in Cinema 4D, that's a real bonus.
You report to the Creative Lead, Consumer Creative & Design, who gives you direction, feedback and cover in reviews. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports. Senior here means craft and ownership: you set the bar for brand quality on the team, you build systems others can work from, and you're the person colleagues come to with design questions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design static creative for Kraken across product launches, campaigns, promotions and always-on activity.
- Apply and extend the Kraken Consumer brand across surfaces, from organic social, lifecycle and web to illustration and foundational projects like key visual updates, keeping everything cohesive and recognizable without making it repetitive.
- Design initiative-specific work, including a distinct look and partner-branded assets for launches such as IPOs, and purpose-built illustration for go-to-market and product moments.
- Build scalable systems: Figma component libraries, marketing templates and modular campaign kits with localization-ready layouts, so other designers, other teams and our automated workflows can produce on-brand work quickly.
- Use AI-assisted production as a core part of how the brand gets made, and know when it speeds the work up and when it doesn't.
- Bring ideas to briefs rather than executing them literally. Push back with a point of view when a brief is unclear or the idea can be stronger.
- Version and localize work across markets, languages and formats, with layouts that hold up under translation and market-specific requirements.
- Partner with Product Marketing, compliance and regional teams to get work approved without losing the idea.
- Collaborate closely with our motion, web, performance and AI video designers so work travels well across formats.
- Hold a high craft bar on your own work and give clear, constructive feedback on others'.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 7+ years of brand and static design experience at a high-volume in-house team or agency, ideally in fintech, crypto or another regulated category (a competitor or similar company is a big plus).
- A portfolio that proves it, submitted with your application. Include the brief or objective alongside the work and the result where you're able to share it. We'd like to see brand and static work, an example of work you adapted for multiple formats or markets, and an example of a system or template set that other people built from. If you have 3D work, include a piece with a short note on your process.
- Expert-level Figma: components, auto layout, variables, and files that are easy to hand off and build on.
- Strong layout, hierarchy, type and composition that hold up at small sizes and in multiple languages.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted production tools, and good judgment about where they belong in a workflow.
- Comfort working inside regulatory constraints, including layouts that accommodate risk warnings, disclaimers and market-specific requirements without compromising the design.
- Working fluency in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects for light motion).
- Speed without sloppiness. You're comfortable with fast turnarounds, several review rounds and late changes.
- A solid instinct for plain language and clear communication: value first, no hype, no jargon.
