Product Marketing turns Chainalysis innovation into customer value. We position our intelligence as solutions customers can understand and consume through our platform, shape how we commercialize them, and give GTM the stories and strategic assets to win. Customers reach our intelligence through products, AI agents, workflows, APIs, data and expert services. This role owns what those add up to. Our segment leads make it specific to an industry; you make the case for Chainalysis as a whole, and build the programs that grow each customer over time.
As Senior Product Marketing Manager for Platform, you will own the positioning for the Chainalysis platform as a whole, then turn it into the lifecycle campaigns and programmes that drive adoption, usage and expansion across our customer base.
This is a horizontal role working across every segment. It suits a problem solver rather than a feature marketer: you start from what customers are trying to do and what gets in their way, then work back to what we offer. You are metrics-savvy. You know what moves the needle and which levers to pull to meet an objective. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Outcomes, Marketing & Communications and GTM Solutions & Readiness, alongside the segment leads who go deep on their industries.
In this role, you'll:
Position the value
- Define and evolve the Chainalysis story: what our intelligence enables, why we are meaningfully different, and why the whole is worth more than any one part.
- Build the messaging that lets GTM teams tell that story consistently.
- Own competitive positioning: frame the category and turn market moves into guidance deal teams can act on.
Build the programmes that grow it
- Build the lifecycle campaigns that take customers deeper into the platform and scale them in partnership with demand generation, product and sales strategy: onboarding, activation, expansion and renewal, each with its own message and moment.
- Spot the expansion patterns that hold across segments and turn them into cross-sell and upsell plays: the trigger, the message, the proof, and the asset a seller uses.
- Explain our commercial model in the customer’s terms, so buyers can see how what they use connects to what they get.
- Lead go-to-market planning for launches that span the portfolio, working with segment leads on the value proposition for each audience.
Win and learn in market
- Produce the strategic content that moves these conversations forward: first-call decks, value maps, discovery frameworks, ROI stories, objection handling and sales plays.
- Partner with Product, Product Marketing, GTM & Enablement teams to turn the strongest narratives into field tools sellers can find and use without asking.
- Turn churn, win-loss, field feedback and competitive signal into sharper positioning, and measure what reflects business health rather than activity.
We're looking for candidate who have:
- 8+ years in product, solutions, industry, or B2B enterprise technology marketing.
- Experience building something from nothing: a new proposition, segment or business line where there was no playbook.
- Positioning that changes how customers and sellers see a problem, and connects many capabilities into one value story.
- Experience designing lifecycle campaigns or expansion programmes where you owned the messaging and mechanics.
- Exceptional writing and editorial judgment. You can write crisp headlines, persuasive narratives, practical sales content, and executive-level messaging; you know the difference between jargon and precision.
- A collaborative self-starter, comfortable driving ambiguous, multi-stakeholder work forward across Product, Sales, technical and revenue teams, and senior leaders.
Nice to have experience:
- Experience with blockchain, digital assets, or crypto-native financial infrastructure.
- Experience marketing AI-powered products, data platforms, intelligence products, cybersecurity, or risk and compliance technology.
- Familiarity with consumption- or usage-based pricing and packaging.
You’ll thrive here if:
You enjoy connecting many products into one story more than marketing a single product in isolation. You build from first principles and create structure where none exists. You write with precision, build for repeatability rather than one-off requests, and care about the quality of what reaches customers and the field. You know when to go deep and when to simplify, and help raise the standard of the work around you.
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.

Great Place to Work US Certification™!
This achievement reflects our core belief that a truly exceptional workplace is built on trust, pride, and camaraderie—not just great perks.
We are looking for a
n Accounting Manager to join our Finance Department!
Your main tasks will be:
Own full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of five international entities (US, Hong Kong, Cyprus), running month-end close, GL and trial balance reviews, and intercompany reconciliations.
Run parallel accounting across our corporate ERP and QuickBooks, monitoring automated transaction feeds and catching duplicates or mismatches before they reach the books.
Lead the annual statutory audits for the Cyprus and Hong Kong entities end to end with external auditors, and coordinate outsourced partners on US tax filings and local returns.
Maintain and execute the group tax calendar — CIT, VAT and local returns filed and paid on time, every time, with zero penalties.
Prepare and update monthly and quarterly P&L forecasts with plan-vs-fact variance analysis, and handle KYC/AML and compliance requests from banks, acquirers and PSPs.
We expect from you:
3+ years as a Senior, International or General Ledger Accountant in a multi-entity international company, working under IFRS and/or US GAAP. Big-4 or mid-tier audit background is a plus, not a must — and your industry doesn't matter.
Hands-on experience with statutory reporting, audits and local tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions. US, Cyprus or Hong Kong exposure is highly desirable; other international jurisdictions are fully acceptable.
Experience with parallel accounting in an ERP alongside QuickBooks or Xero, and a working understanding of automated data ingestion (bank feeds, API integrations).
Advanced Google Sheets/Excel for complex reconciliations and anomaly detection, plus practical skill in P&L forecasting and variance analysis.
Upper-Intermediate English (B2+), written and spoken, for daily work with auditors, banking compliance officers and international service providers — and the autonomy to push an audit to completion without being chased.

receive bonuses from colleagues and exchange them for time off, merch, team building activities, massage certificates, etc.

Our mission
Serve as Mistral AI’s senior technical authority for critical electrical, mechanical and life-safety infrastructure across assigned colocation sites. Protect the availability of high-density AI compute by identifying technical risks before they become incidents, challenging infrastructure operating practices and verifying that power and cooling systems perform within agreed requirements.
Operating context & accountability
Working with Engineering Operations leadership, IT Operations, hardware partners and colocation providers, you will provide hands-on technical assurance across a site or cluster. You will assess provider performance, advise on critical decisions, support incident response and ensure operational learning drives durable improvements. The role focuses on technical oversight and influence rather than direct management of the colocation provider’s maintenance workforce.
Technical assurance and operational risk
- Own and maintain the site technical risk register, including electrical and mechanical single points of failure, maintenance exposure, redundancy limitations, cooling capacity, liquid-cooling interfaces and common-mode failure scenarios.
- Assess the resilience of utility connections, MV/LV distribution, transformers, generators, UPS, switchgear, busways, protection systems, pumps, cooling plant, controls and monitoring against the contracted operating envelope.
- Review provider preventive maintenance strategies, schedules, critical asset condition and outstanding defects; identify maintenance deferrals and vulnerabilities that may affect AI compute availability.
- Critically review high-risk methods of procedure, electrical switching and isolation plans, planned impairments, work sequencing, contingency measures, rollback plans and restoration criteria.
- Validate the completeness and quality of technical documentation, including single-line diagrams, P&IDs, operating sequences, alarm matrices, capacity records, asset registers and operating procedures.
- Use BMS/EPMS trends, alarms, power-quality records and cooling telemetry to identify abnormal operating conditions, capacity constraints and deteriorating resilience before service is affected.
Incident response, investigations and reliability
- Act as a senior engineering escalation point during major infrastructure incidents; rapidly assess failure domain, remaining redundancy, safety implications, likely IT impact and viable restoration options.
- Coordinate technical information across the colocation provider, Mistral IT Operations and OEM partners, ensuring accurate incident timelines, risk communication and controlled return to service.
- Review and challenge root-cause analyses, distinguishing immediate triggers from underlying design, maintenance, controls, process and organizational contributors.
- Define and follow up corrective and preventive actions, requesting evidence of implementation and verifying that recurring failure modes have been addressed.
- Identify systemic trends across sites and share lessons learned with engineering design, commissioning and regional operations teams.
- Support emergency response planning and tabletop exercises covering loss of utility, cooling failures, liquid leaks, fire/life-safety events and critical equipment failures.
Capacity delivery, commissioning and change control
- Participate in design and constructability reviews for expansions, retrofits and new AI deployments; flag operational, maintainability and resilience concerns early.
- Review commissioning and integrated systems testing plans, including power transfers, redundancy scenarios, controls failure modes, cooling recovery and operational readiness criteria.
- Challenge test results and acceptance evidence against defined electrical, thermal and operational requirements; track unresolved technical issues through handover.
- Partner with IT Operations on rack power and thermal limits, direct-to-chip liquid cooling, coolant distribution unit boundaries, leak response and load-restoration dependencies.
- Assess proposed changes to critical infrastructure, including concurrent maintenance, controls updates and brownfield works; recommend safeguards and escalation where exposure is unacceptable.
- Provide technical coaching to internal stakeholders, contribute to engineering standards and support recruitment and knowledge sharing as the portfolio expands.
Success measures
- Critical technical risks are identified early, prioritized and reduced through verified mitigation actions, supporting Mistral’s availability objectives.
- High-risk maintenance and infrastructure changes receive timely, evidence-based technical review with clear mitigations and escalation.
- Major incidents are diagnosed accurately, communicated effectively and followed by robust root-cause analysis and verified corrective actions.
- New and expanded capacity meets agreed redundancy, electrical, cooling and operational acceptance requirements.
- Repeat failures, unresolved high-severity defects and preventable technical deviations decrease over time.
Minimum qualifications
- 5–7+ years in critical facilities engineering, commissioning, data center operations or technical assurance in high-availability environments.
- Strong practical knowledge of critical electrical infrastructure (UPS, generators, MV/LV distribution, switchgear and protection) and mechanical systems (cooling plant, pumps, controls and heat rejection).
- Ability to review single-line diagrams, operating sequences, technical procedures, maintenance plans, commissioning evidence and root-cause analyses.
- Demonstrated experience troubleshooting complex infrastructure incidents and influencing external technical teams without direct line authority.
- Clear written and verbal English communication, sound judgment under pressure and willingness to travel and participate in incident escalation as needed.
Preferred experience
- Full technical governance, multi-site operations or mission-critical facilities serving high-density AI/HPC workloads.
- Experience with direct-to-chip liquid cooling, CDUs, facility/technology cooling interfaces, water quality, leak detection and rack-level thermal management.
- Integrated systems testing, EPMS/BMS trend analysis, protection coordination, failure-mode reviews and cross-site engineering standardization.
- Experience partnering with hardware OEMs, design engineers, commissioning teams and infrastructure providers during live-site expansion.

WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
Who we are looking for
Everyone at Higgsfield is an A-player. We’re looking for teammates who bring:
- A strong product sense and an understanding of how interface decisions affect conversion, retention and revenue.
- The ability to design clear user states and in-product communication, not just build screens.
- Broad context over narrow specialization: comfort working across product verticals and monetization mechanics.
- Resilience and focus in a high-intensity startup environment, where priorities shift fast and the schedule isn’t always predictable.
What you will work on
- Build the revenue-critical parts of Higgsfield products: paywalls, pricing pages, checkout and subscription flows used by millions of people.
- Develop onboarding, upsell and in-product communication that drive conversion and retention.
- Design and implement complex UI state logic across plans, limits, trials and payment states, where small mistakes are costly.
- Run A/B tests and PLG experiments quickly, and work closely with analysts to turn data into product decisions.
- Keep the interface fast and responsive, because every millisecond in the purchase flow affects conversion.
- Ensure product quality through unit, integration and end-to-end tests for key payment and onboarding scenarios.
Your must haves
- Experience building complex software and teaming up with others to get it done.
- Strong communication, collaboration and commitment to completing projects.
- Experience with payment integrations, checkout or subscription flows.
- Experience with A/B testing, feature flags and product analytics.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, bundlers, profiling and performance optimization.
- Ability to get up to speed on new context quickly and take full ownership of a task.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
THE DEAL
- Competitive salary in USD + stock options.
- On-site role in our Almaty office (we will relocate you from anywhere)
- Full-time position with high growth potential.
Location: Almaty, Kazakhstan

About Higgsfield
http://higgsfield.ai/Higgsfield.ai http://Higgsfield.ai is the fastest-growing generative AI platform in the world. Creators use Higgsfield to produce video, images and interactive content with 200+ frontier models, at a scale few consumer products ever reach: we grew revenue 2x in the last quarter and crossed $1B in annualized cash revenue in September 2026.
We recently closed a $500M funding round at a $5B valuation to accelerate what’s working. The company is small relative to its revenue, decisions are fast, and the distance between an idea and production is measured in days.
About the role
You will join the Product Growth team, which owns all of Higgsfield’s revenue and measures its results in money, not process. Product Growth is the fastest-shipping team at Higgsfield, with 80+ releases a month. You will own one of our verticals, Lifecycle, with end-to-end ownership of conversion, retention and engagement: turning new users into paying subscribers, paying subscribers into habitual users, and consumers into prosumers.
We are looking for a PM who treats growth as an engineering problem, not a campaign calendar. You should be comfortable going from cohort data to shipped product in the same week, defending every claimed win with honest attribution, and understanding the full picture behind the numbers: why users buy, why they leave, and what brings them back. This is a hands-on role with direct impact on the largest line items in the business, where small mistakes are expensive.
Key responsibilities
- Own conversion and activation: onboarding flows, paywalls, aha-moment design and time-to-first-value.
- Build engagement systems and in-product communication: tasks, streaks, rewards and notifications that create durable habits rather than one-off spikes.
- Own churn end-to-end: voluntary churn (cancellation flows, save offers, plan right-sizing) and involuntary churn (dunning, payment recovery, grace periods).
- Run winback as a system: offer architecture, timing and channel orchestration for cancelled and dormant cohorts.
- Drive expansion and additional revenue: upsells, plan upgrades and credit top-ups from engaged cohorts.
- Go deep on users and data: behavioral segmentation, cohort deep-dives and insights that feed every team in Product Growth.
- Work closely with analysts: set clear analytical tasks, find insights in the data and turn them into product decisions.
- Look beyond a single metric: understand unit economics and how each change affects the business as a whole.
Minimum qualifications
- A proven, personal contribution to scaling a business. You can name the curve you bent and the mechanism that bent it. Big-company experience alone is not enough.
- A track record of owning conversion, retention, engagement or monetization metrics, ideally in a subscription business.
- Strong data skills: cohorts, retention curves, segmentation. You can build your own queries and know how to work with analysts effectively.
- Hands-on experience with unit economics and shaping business strategy. You work end-to-end, from forming a hypothesis to forecasting its impact on the business.
- Measurement discipline: frequent experiments, honest attribution and guard metrics.
- Fast thinking: you get up to speed on new context quickly and come to concrete answers, not general frameworks.
- A technical background is not required for this role.
Preferred qualifications
- Founding or entrepreneurial experience. We value it even if you have less than 2–3 years as a PM.
- Zero-to-one experience: you have launched a product and grown it.
- A track record of at least 4x year-over-year growth driven by your decisions.
- Background in consumer AI, subscriptions, gaming or a credits-based economy.
- Experience with payments, payment recovery tooling or CRM/lifecycle platforms.
Who this is not for
- You prefer working from complete specifications rather than defining problems yourself.
- You want a narrow, predictable scope and a stable schedule.
- You are looking for a slower release cycle. We ship daily.
How we hire
Recruiter screen → product case → take-home assignment → defense → final interview.
During the case, you’ll get context and around 10–15 minutes to give a concrete answer. We’re looking for specific solutions, not general reasoning.
What we offer
- Competitive compensation in USD with meaningful equity in a hyper-growth company valued at $5B.
- A team that owns its P&L end-to-end: you will see your work in the revenue numbers within weeks, not quarters.
- Direct access to founders and leadership, with zero layers between you and the decision.
- Relocation support to Almaty for candidates moving from another city or country.
- Company-provided equipment, meals, transportation or other office benefits.
This is a fully on-site role based in our Almaty office. Our team works from the office five days per week for the full working day. We believe in-person collaboration is an important part of how we move quickly, solve complex problems and build strong teams.
