About Improvado
Improvado is an AI-powered marketing data platform built for mid-market and enterprise teams. We help companies automate complex marketing data workflows, unify data at scale, and surface insights through BI and AI. Brands like Genentech, T-Mobile, Activision, and H&R Block rely on us to simplify analytics and improve marketing performance.
We’re a fast-growing Series A startup backed by $34M in funding and driven by a team that moves fast, stays curious, and cares about high-quality execution.
About the Role
We are looking for a technical specialist who owns the performance of the Improvado website end to end: how it is found (SEO and GEO), how fast and healthy it is, and how well it converts visitors into pipeline. This is an analytics-driven, hands-on role for someone who is as comfortable in Google Search Console, GA4, and the browser dev tools as in a keyword report. Because the website is our main product-facing marketing surface, you will also shape how the product is presented on it. In practice, the role covers part of what product marketing would otherwise do.
What You Will Do
Technical SEO and GEO
Own the technical health of the site: crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, page speed, structured data and schema, rendering, redirects, internal linking, and site architecture.
Optimize the site for AI search (generative engine optimization): make Improvado understandable, citable, and recommended in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and similar engines.
Monitor visibility in both classic and AI search, and turn the findings into prioritized fixes.
Website optimization and conversion
Continuously improve page performance, UX, templates, and key conversion paths (demo requests, sign-ups, high-intent pages).
Plan and run experiments (A/B tests, template and layout changes, messaging tests) and measure their impact on conversions and pipeline.
Work with engineering, design, and external contractors to ship improvements to the website stack (CMS, CDN, caching, tracking).
Analytics and measurement
Build and maintain dashboards that connect organic and on-site behavior to leads, pipeline, and revenue.
Own tracking quality: events, attribution, and data accuracy across GA4, Search Console, and related tools.
Analyze data to find growth opportunities, and report findings in clear, decision-ready form.
Product and messaging input
Use search demand, AI-visibility, and on-site behavior data to guide positioning, messaging, and landing page strategy.
Work with stakeholders so website content reflects ICP needs and the product’s value propositions.
What We Are Looking For
Must have
3+ years in SEO and/or website optimization, with measurable results in organic growth or conversion.
Strong technical SEO skills and a good understanding of how websites are built, served, and rendered.
Ability and willingness to work in the Eastern Time (EST) time zone, with working hours aligned to the US East Coast.
Hands-on experience with GEO or AI search optimization, or a clear, demonstrable track record of working on it.
Strong analytics experience: GA4, Google Search Console, and BI or dashboard tools (Looker Studio, Superset, or similar). You build your own reports and draw conclusions from the data.
Proficiency with SEO tooling (Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or equivalents).
Ability to work effectively with developers, designers, and marketers in a distributed team.
Nice to have
B2B SaaS or marketing technology background.
Experience with Webflow or a similar CMS, plus basic HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
SQL or advanced spreadsheet skills; experience with AI-assisted or automated workflows.
Experience with CRO and experimentation platforms.
Exposure to product marketing, positioning, or messaging.
You are
Analytical, curious, and driven by measurable outcomes.
Self-directed and comfortable owning a channel without heavy supervision.
A clear communicator across time zones.
What We Offer
Remote-first environment
Strong product/market fit: marketing data product for US-based enterprises
20 working days of PTO per year
US holidays and additional days off
Professional development reimbursement
Ability and willingness to work in the Eastern Time (EST) time zone, with working hours aligned to the US East Coast; A clear communicator across time zones

ABM Specialist / Assistant Manager
Account-Based Marketing · Healthcare SaaS · Senior Associate / AM band
FUNCTION
Marketing
EXPERIENCE
3–5 Years
LOCATION
Gurugram (Onsite)
SHIFT
UK (1:30–10:30)
Role Overview
Neolytix is a US-headquartered healthcare BPO/KPO serving 280+ healthcare organizations across RCM, Credentialing & Provider Enrollment, Medical Coding, Virtual Medical Assistants, and Payer Analytics, with delivery centers in Gurugram and Manila — including our proprietary InCredibly credentialing platform. We are transitioning from a services company to a Services-as-Software model.
The ABM Specialist / Assistant Manager owns Neolytix’s account-based marketing motion across 1:1 (strategic named accounts), 1:few (ICP segment clusters, e.g., rural hospital RCM), and 1:many (programmatic, intent-gated) tiers. You’ll build and run intent-driven account scoring, tiered engagement playbooks, and enrichment workflows in close partnership with Sales, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing — turning signal data into prioritized, sales-ready accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Account Segmentation & Tiering
Define and maintain target-account universes across all three ABM tiers — 1:1 strategic, 1:few ICP clusters, and 1:many programmatic segments.
Set tier-specific playbooks: bespoke for 1:1, shared with light personalization for 1:few, and rules-based programmatic for 1:many.
Intent Signal Monitoring & Scoring
Own recurring intent-signal ingestion (ZoomInfo intent, Apollo, Definitive Healthcare) and convert raw signals into scored account briefs (HOT/WARM/WATCH).
Track signal trends (warming/cooling accounts) and flag ICP-fit exceptions before accounts are actioned.
Maintain the state/tracking files and cadence that keep signal briefs current and non-duplicative day over day.
Enrichment & Data Hygiene
Run account and contact enrichment (Apollo, ZoomInfo) once accounts clear a signal threshold — firmographic and contact data complete before handoff.
Maintain clean handoff protocols to Sales — CRM record checks, email verification, title confirmation, and sequence-conflict checks — before enrollment.
Sales Alignment & Handoff
Deliver prioritized, tiered action lists to assigned AEs on a regular cadence; run structured syncs to confirm status, resolve ICP flags, and align on next-best-actions.
Maintain campaign-tagging discipline in HubSpot (lead source, ICP tier, campaign name) for attribution.
Campaign Design, Reporting & Collaboration
Build multi-channel engagement per tier — email, LinkedIn/paid social, direct mail, webinars, events — matched to 1:1, 1:few, or 1:many treatment; partner with Product Marketing on persona-specific messaging (CMO/COO).
Report pipeline influenced, account engagement, and signal-to-pipeline conversion to leadership monthly; run post-campaign reviews and a testing roadmap.
Act as the connective layer between Sales, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation for all account-based activity.
What You Bring
Must-Have
3–5 years of B2B marketing, with at least 2 years running ABM programs across 1:1, 1:few, and/or 1:many models.
Hands-on with intent data platforms and translating signals into sales-ready account lists.
A track record of partnering directly with Sales/AE teams on account strategy and handoff — not just campaign delivery.
Hands-on with intent/ABM platforms (ZoomInfo, Definitive Healthcare, Warmly, 6sense, Demandbase, or similar), enrichment (Apollo), and CRM/marketing automation (HubSpot).
Strong grasp of account scoring, tiering, and multi-touch campaign design; comfortable building signal-to-pipeline dashboards.
Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce (or equivalent CRM), and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Preferred
B2B SaaS or healthcare-technology marketing background.
Familiarity with the US healthcare provider landscape (hospitals, rural health systems, specialty practices, behavioral health); working knowledge of RCM, credentialing, or practice-management categories.
Familiarity with project-management tools (Asana, Notion, or Jira).
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, or a related field) is mandatory and must be completed — candidates currently pursuing or with an incomplete graduation are not eligible.
Communication:
Strong written and verbal English — able to run structured syncs with Sales stakeholders and present ABM performance to leadership.

Onsite at Gurugram, full-time, UK shift (1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST) & Should be flexible.
Notice period:

Sr. Manager
⚠ Shift: This role operates on a 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST schedule, onsite at our Gurugram office, 5 days a week. Please apply only if you are comfortable with this window.
⚠ Education Gate: MBA with Finance as the primary specialization is mandatory. 12th in the Commerce stream (CBSE, ICSE, or equivalent) is required. Applications without this background will not be considered.
About the Role
Neolytix is a US-headquartered healthcare managed services organization serving 270+ provider organizations across Revenue Cycle Management, Credentialing, Medical Coding, and Payer Analytics, with delivery centers in Gurugram, Manila, and Chicago.
If you chose Finance as your MBA specialization because you find budgeting, financial planning, and business performance analysis genuinely interesting, and not just because it was available, this role is worth reading in full.
As a Management Trainee in our Finance and Accounts team, you will work directly under the Senior Manager, Finance on Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) activities. This is a hands-on, learn-while-you-do role. You will not shadow someone else's work. You will contribute to real financial reporting, variance analysis, and planning cycles from your first month, with structured guidance and training built into the role. After six months, on successful completion of the probation period, you transition to Associate.
What is FP&A?
Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is the function inside a company that answers three questions: what did we plan to spend and earn, what did we actually spend and earn, and why is there a gap? FP&A teams own budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and variance analysis. They are the finance team's link between raw numbers and business decisions. This is the work you will be doing and learning.
Career Path
Management Trainee
First 6 Months (Probation)
Associate, Finance
Post Probation
Senior Associate & Beyond
Performance-Linked Growth
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Planning & Budgeting Support
Assist in compiling annual and quarterly budget templates by gathering inputs from department heads.
Track budget submissions, flag inconsistencies, and follow up on missing data.
Prepare actuals vs budget comparison reports and highlight key variances for review.
2. Reporting & MIS
Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial dashboards for management review.
Assist in building P&L summaries, cost-centre reports, and expense trackers.
Maintain and update financial reporting templates in Excel, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
3. Forecasting & Variance Analysis
Support the rolling forecast process by collecting data inputs and updating financial models.
Perform variance analysis (actual vs budget vs forecast) and write clear summaries of key findings.
Help identify cost drivers and revenue trends from operational and financial data.
4. Month-End Close Support
Support the month-end close process: accruals, provisions, and expense reconciliations.
Coordinate with accounts payable and receivable teams to collect required data inputs.
Maintain documentation and audit trails for all finance activities you are involved in.
5. Compliance & Data Management
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity across reports and trackers.
Ensure adherence to company financial policies and internal control procedures.
Support internal and external audit requirements as and when needed.
What You Will Learn
This role comes with structured on-the-job training alongside your work. Over your first six months, you will be trained on:
FP&A workflows: how budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis work in a live business environment.
Advanced Excel for finance: pivot tables, dynamic dashboards, formula-based financial models, and data reconciliation techniques.
US healthcare business context: how revenue cycle operations generate financial data and what drives performance.
Professional finance reporting: how to structure numbers into insights that leadership can act on.
What You Bring
Must-Have
MBA with Finance as the primary or first specialization. This is non-negotiable.
12th in the Commerce stream (CBSE, ICSE, or equivalent board). Mandatory.
Strong academic record. A consistent performance history across 12th and graduation is expected.
Working knowledge of MS Excel. You should be able to build and navigate spreadsheets independently.
Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail. A wrong number in a financial report is not a minor error.
Good written and spoken English. You will be coordinating with internal teams and presenting findings.
Strong Preference
Basic understanding of financial statements: P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow. Even from coursework.
Any internship or project work involving financial analysis, MIS, budgeting, or accounts.
Familiarity with variance analysis or management reporting concepts.
Nice-to-Have
Exposure to ERP or accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or QuickBooks.
Basic awareness of financial modelling or data analysis tools.
Who You Are
You chose Finance, not just MBA. This is the field you want to build a career in, and FP&A is where you want to start.
Numbers bother you when they are off. You catch the error before someone else does.
You ask why a number moved, not just what it is. Curiosity about business performance is natural to you.
You are structured in how you think and communicate. Whether it is an Excel sheet or a verbal update, you present clearly.
You take ownership of your work and meet your deadlines without needing to be reminded.
Eligibility Criteria

About the role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager located (or ready for relocation) in the UAE to lead the development and growth of our P2P and local transfer products in Tabby Cash. Since our vision is to become a financial service for daily use, we need a passionate, driven individual to make sending money to friends and family a daily habit for millions of Tabby customers.

What you will be doing
Own the strategy and roadmap for money moving between people inside the country: P2P between wallets, local bank transfers and instant payments.
Launch new local payment rails and partner integrations end to end, from discovery and regulatory requirements to scale.
Invent creative, viral social money mechanics that people love to use and share: request money, split the bill, QR, payment links and sending to people who don't have a wallet yet.
Grow the network by turning millions of Tabby app users into active senders and recipients.
Work closely with legal, compliance, risk and core banking teams so products meet local regulations and security standards without killing innovation, because we are about balance.
Lead the launch of local transfers in KSA together with local partners.
Shape how the team works together with the Team Lead: planning, rituals and a predictable delivery cadence.
Set and track KPIs (senders, transfer frequency, recipients per user, retention) and run experiments to move them.
Keep an ear to the ground on market trends, user behaviour and best-in-class P2P products to keep us ahead of the game.
Plan launches with marketing and communications teams to ensure clear messaging and user adoption.
What you will need
UAE residence or ready for relocation
5+ years
of experience as a Product Manager with hands-on expertise in P2P payments, wallets, instant payments or mobile banking
Proven track record of launching and growing consumer payment products with measurable results
Experience delivering products with banks, payment rails or other regulated partners
