Please make your application, including your CV, in English Language. We are a global compliance team headquartered out of London.
About the role
As a Senior Analyst – Permanent Controls, you will join the Permanent Controls team, a global Second Line of Defence (2LoD) function based across Paris and Mauritius. Reporting directly to the Head of Permanent Controls within the Compliance department, you will focus on the financial perimeter, exercising second-line control, independent oversight, and framework monitoring over the organization's finance domain. You will partner closely with the First Line of Defence (1LoD) to establish control standards, design control matrices, and provide guidance when needed. You will also execute 2LoD control plans, issue formal findings, and track recommendations through to resolution.
Sitting in the Second Line of Defense, the global Permanent Controls team serves as an ongoing, trusted advisor and objective challenge to operational teams (1LoD), helping them design robust controls and ensure operational integrity across the organization.
Unlike periodic audit functions, Permanent Controls operates continuously to proactively identify vulnerabilities, standardize control frameworks, and foster a strong risk culture.
Note on Governance: This is a 2LoD function focused on ongoing control design, execution, and 1LoD enablement. It is distinct and independent from the Internal Audit (3LoD) function within Checkout.com.
Key responsibilities
- Control Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate identified risks into comprehensive 2nd line control plans, standards, and templates.
- 1LoD Enablement: Partner with the First Line of Defence teams to design, refine, and assess their control matrices, ensuring alignment with internal standards and regulators' expectations (ACPR, FCA..).
- Execution & Testing: Formalize and execute second line permanent controls across critical perimeters, including:
- Financial regulatory reporting across global entities (France, UK, US, etc.).
- Accuracy of financial data, accounting standards, and reconciliations.
- Internal financial processes, procedures, and statutory compliance (including the Order of 3 December 2014).
- Safeguarding mechanisms (flow of funds, compliance with safeguarding measures, timelines, and incident monitoring).
- Reporting & Escalation: Present detailed control findings and anomaly reports to the Head of Permanent Controls; track the implementation of remediation recommendations.
- Proactive Continuous Improvement: Identify operational control gaps, take the initiative to propose practical solutions, and drive improvements to the overall control framework.
- Tooling & Automation: Contribute to the implementation and optimization of automated control tools, tracking dashboards, and recommendation monitoring systems whenever possible.
About You
- Experience: 5 years of experience in Financial Audit, Internal Control, or Financial Reporting within the financial services (banking, Fintech..) or payments industry.
- Regulatory Context: Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and ACPR expectations is strongly preferred.
- Mindset & Working Style:
- Proactive & Autonomous: A "go-getter" who takes ownership, anticipates control gaps, and brings actionable solutions to the table rather than waiting for direction.
- Naturally Curious: A drive to understand end-to-end business operations, data flows, and complex payment mechanics.
- Rigorous & Analytical: Meticulous attention to detail with an ability to leverage data analytics to evaluate controls, transactions and processes objectively.
- Languages: Fluency in French and English is required.
- Communication: Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clear findings and influence decision-making across lines of defence.

About Niantic Spatial
AI has learned from almost everything online, but it still struggles with the physical world, where 99.5% of economic activity happens. It doesn’t know where things are, how spaces fit together, or what changes over time.
That’s one of the biggest unsolved problems in AI, and it’s the one we’re solving at Niantic Spatial. We build spatial AI models and services so people and machines can reason, learn and act safely in the physical world. We turn camera imagery, video, sensor data and archives into accurate, AI-readable representations of real places that robots can train in and machines can use to know exactly where they are.
In physical AI, mistakes have real consequences. That’s why we build AI grounded in measured reality, not guesswork, so the people and machines relying on it can trust it to get things right.
Our team built some of the world’s most widely used maps. Now we’re building something bigger: a living, measured record of the real world that machines can query, learn from and use to understand how places change over time. If you want to help AI understand the world we actually live in, come build with us.
About the Real-World Test Lab
Physical AI doesn't get graded on a leaderboard. It gets graded on a factory floor at shift change, in a substation with no GPS, on a site where the lighting is wrong and the stakes are real.
The Real-World Test Lab closes the gap between the benchmark and the field. We bring the customer's world inside our walls - their devices, their environments, their hardest conditions, and their definition of success - and make it the bar every release has to clear.
As Niantic Spatial's first and most demanding customer, we push our reconstruction, localization, and spatial understanding to their limits, find where they shine and where they break, and turn that into evidence that shapes what we build next. It's a new team at the frontier of physical AI, and you'll help invent how the job is done.
About the Role
We're hiring an AI Automation Engineer, reporting to the Director of the Real-World Test Lab, to build the system that produces our evidence. Today our evaluations are manual, inconsistent, and slow. You'll design and own the automation that runs them end to end on every relevant release, with no human driving it, turning one-off experiments into an always-on service the whole company relies on.
This role is about owning the evidence, not executing a test plan. You'll decide how each workflow gets exercised, and you'll be measured on whether the company can trust the results, not on how much automation exists. The work counts when it keeps running correctly months later, without you in the loop.
You believe evaluation is engineering, not process. You've built systems that test other systems, and you know the difference between a script that works on your laptop and infrastructure a team can trust. When a result couldn't be reproduced, you fixed the tooling instead of arguing about the number.
What You'll Do
- Build the Evaluation Machine - Own the automation that executes Lab evaluations end to end: environment setup, run orchestration, artifact capture, and result collection. Make reruns free so we test constantly rather than occasionally.
- Make Results Comparable - Instrument scorecards so a result can be compared across product versions, devices, and capture conditions. A number without its lineage is not evidence.
- Automate the Agent-Driven Layer - Build the agent workflows that exercise priority customer use cases at realistic scale, across the graded difficulty spectrum from easy to frontier, and be honest about where agents cannot yet replace human judgment.
- Kill Manual Work Permanently - Convert one-off experiments into standing protocols that run on every relevant release. Automate recurring inspection wherever it can be automated, and route what genuinely cannot to scalable human review.
- Make Failures Actionable - Produce diagnostics precise enough that a finding reaches its owner with a reproducible case and data attached. Findings that need re-investigation before anyone can act on them are half-finished.
- Keep Data From Being the Bottleneck - Work with the AI Data Manager so every run is reproducible from a known dataset state, without anyone downloading and re-uploading data by hand.
What Success Looks Like
- 30 days: One priority workflow evaluated end to end with no manual steps, with results in a comparable scorecard.
- 60 days: Evaluations trigger automatically on relevant releases, with diagnostics that route failures to the right owners.
- 90 days: Three priority workflows under standing automated evaluation, with version-over-version comparison for leadership.
What You'll Bring
- Built and maintained production-grade automation or test infrastructure that other engineers relied on daily.
- Experience evaluating systems where correctness is graded rather than binary, meaning quality, accuracy, or latency thresholds rather than pass/fail assertions.
- Strong Python, with fluency in orchestration, CI-style pipelines, cloud storage, and reproducible environments.
- Worked with backend services and APIs you did not own, integrating against them without becoming a bottleneck for their team.
- Written up a technical finding clearly enough that a non-author could act on it without a meeting.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have
- Built agent-based or LLM-driven automation for a task that previously required human judgment.
- Worked on evaluation or benchmarking for computer vision, 3D reconstruction, or spatial systems.
- Instrumented dashboards or scorecards that leadership used for release decisions.
- Operated data provisioning or registry infrastructure across multiple environments and access models.
Competencies
- Intellectually honest. You design tests that produce answers people can trust, and you refuse to let a benchmark imply more than the evidence supports — including when the honest answer is inconvenient for your own work.
- Pragmatic. You find the fastest path to a defensible result without going through one-way doors that undermine scaling. You have no patience for building infrastructure nobody has asked for yet.
- AI-forward by instinct. You reach for agents and LLM-driven automation before you reach for headcount, and you're rigorous about verifying what they produce.
- Builds for other people. You've maintained something after the initial excitement wore off. Your tooling is documented, your failures are legible, and colleagues use what you build without asking you to run it for them.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range of $158,400 to $210,000 per year. Compensation also includes an annual bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), and more.
Location & Work Model
This role is based in our San Francisco office, with three days per week in office.
Inclusive Application
We know the strongest candidates don't always tick every box. If you're excited about this role and believe you could do it well, we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every qualification listed - you may be exactly who we're looking for.

Capital.com's Product Security team protects our web and mobile applications, infrastructure, and external perimeter in a highly regulated environment. As Senior/Staff Application Security Engineer, you will raise the bar for application security across the organisation. This role is measured by leverage: how well you design, automate, and scale security processes so that many engineering teams can build securely by default.
You will lead security architecture reviews and threat modelling, increasingly with the help of AI tooling, and turn one-off security work into repeatable, self-service capabilities. The role combines deep hands-on offensive and defensive security expertise with the engineering mindset needed to automate at scale. You will work closely with development, QA, DevOps, and platform teams.
Responsibilities:
Security Architecture & Threat Modelling:
Lead security architecture reviews and threat modelling for new and existing systems, using AI tools to make reviews faster, more consistent, and scalable across teams
Act as a security force multiplier by influencing the standards, patterns, and guardrails that let teams move fast and stay secure
Security Automation & Tooling:
Design, build, and automate scalable security processes that engineering teams can self-serve, covering secure design review, threat modelling, testing, and remediation workflows
Integrate and automate security checks across the SDLC and CI/CD pipelines (SAST, DAST, SCA, secrets, and IaC scanning), tuned for strong signal and low friction
Own and evolve security tooling such as DefectDojo and SAST, DAST, and SCA platforms, maximising automation, coverage, and integration
Apply AI and LLM-based tooling to architecture review, threat modelling, code review, and vulnerability triage, and help define how the team adopts these tools safely
Security Testing & Vulnerability Management:
Conduct and oversee security assessments of web and mobile applications, APIs, and cloud infrastructure, including manual testing and PoC development
Run vulnerability scans across internal infrastructure and the external perimeter, then analyse findings, define remediation, and track issues to closure
Support and triage the Bug Bounty Program and external vulnerability reports, automating triage where possible
Participate in and help lead red teaming and offensive security exercises
Enablement:
Drive knowledge sharing on secure development, mentor engineers, and deliver training for development and QA teams
Requirements:
Experience:
5+ years in application or product security, or equivalent depth, with a track record of senior or staff-level impact
Demonstrable experience leading security architecture reviews and threat modelling (e.g. STRIDE, attack trees, data-flow analysis) across multiple teams or products
Proven ability to automate and scale security processes by building tooling, integrations, and self-service workflows that reduce manual effort
Technical:
Strong hands-on security testing skills, including code review and web, mobile, and API application security assessments, as well as the ability to triage and validate external vulnerability reports and bug bounty submissions
Strong software engineering ability in at least one language (e.g. Python, Go, JavaScript), with the ability to build automation, not just scripts
Deep understanding of the OWASP Top Ten, secure design, and secure coding best practices
Experience with SAST, DAST, SCA, and vulnerability management platforms, and integrating them into CI/CD
Strong understanding of modern application architectures: REST APIs, microservices, cloud-based systems, and containers
Practical experience applying AI and LLM tooling to security work, or clear enthusiasm and aptitude to do so
Collaboration:
Excellent communication and influencing skills: you can explain security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders and drive change without direct authority
A self-starter who enjoys solving complex problems, building leverage through automation, mentoring others, and strengthening security culture
Nice to have:
Experience securing the AI harness: hardening LLM and agent pipelines, prompts, tool and MCP integrations, and model endpoints against prompt injection, data leakage, and insecure agent actions
Experience securing Kubernetes, including cluster hardening, RBAC, network policies, admission control, workload isolation, and image and supply-chain security
Experience securing AWS infrastructure, including IAM, network and account architecture, key and secret management, and CSPM
Experience building AI-assisted security tooling or internal self-service security platforms
Experience mentoring or technically leading a security team
Offensive or advanced security certifications such as OSAI, OSEP, OSCP, or OSWE
What you'll get in return:
You will join the company, that cares about work and life balance
Annual Bonus based on the performance review cycle
Generous Annual Leave Policy
Medical Insurance and Pension fund, with additional benefit packages based on the location
Hybrid working model (3 days from our modern office and 2 days fully remotely)
Comprehensive Workation Policy with 30 more remote days available.
Possibility of taking two additional days of paid leave per year to dedicate to volunteering efforts.

About the Role..
As a Wolt Market Supply Chain Manager, you will play a key role in managing and continuously improving the supply chain for Wolt Market in Finland.

The role requires a high degree of independence and ownership. You will identify opportunities and challenges, translate analysis into actions, and drive complex Supply Chain initiatives from problem definition through implementation and follow-up with limited guidance.
You will work particularly closely with the Finland Supply Chain Analyst and act as an experienced sparring partner to the Finland Category and Store Operations teams. You will also collaborate closely with colleagues across the regional Supply Chain team and the wider Wolt Market Supply Chain community, sharing knowledge, contributing to common initiatives and supporting the continuous development of our Supply Chain capabilities.
Key tasks and responsibilities of the role
Own and drive core Supply Chain responsibilities for Wolt Market Finland together with the local Supply Chain team.
Manage and continuously improve inventory availability, stock levels and inventory health while balancing availability, shrinkage, capacity and profitability.
Analyse demand, inventory, availability, shrinkage and supplier performance and translate insights into clear recommendations and actions.
Own and continuously improve demand forecasting and replenishment processes, including forecasting around promotions, seasonal events and other changes in demand.
Monitor Supply Chain KPIs, identify performance gaps and root causes, and independently develop and execute actions to improve performance.
Work closely with Category to evaluate the Supply Chain implications of supplier, assortment, promotion and commercial decisions and provide constructive challenge where required.
Partner closely with Store Operations to identify and solve Supply Chain-related operational challenges and ensure processes work effectively from supplier through to store.
Manage operational relationships with suppliers and collaborate on topics including ordering, delivery performance, lead times, order conditions, availability and Supply Chain improvements.
Identify structural supplier or assortment-related Supply Chain challenges and develop commercially sound solutions together with relevant stakeholders.
Own complex projects and larger workstreams from analysis and problem definition through implementation, stakeholder alignment and measurement of results.
Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of Supply Chain tools, systems, automation and processes.
Use data, analytical tools and AI to diagnose complex problems where multiple factors need to be considered and exercise sound judgement in determining the appropriate solution.
Proactively identify new business needs and improvement opportunities and develop proposals for how Supply Chain can address them.
Work closely with the Finland Supply Chain Analyst, sharing expertise, providing guidance and supporting development through informal mentoring and collaboration.
Collaborate with the regional Supply Chain team and wider Supply Chain community, contributing to cross-country projects, exchanging best practices and helping develop scalable ways of working.
Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Category, Store Operations, Finance, Product and other relevant functions.
Manage several priorities and initiatives simultaneously in a fast-moving environment while maintaining a high level of quality and follow-through.
Take a hands-on approach and be willing to move between strategic analysis, problem solving and operational execution as required.
Demonstrate excellent business judgement and a practical, solution-oriented approach to getting things done.
Contribute positively to Wolt's culture and ways of working and be an active member of both the local and regional team.
Qualifications for the role
Strong experience in Supply Chain, inventory management, replenishment, demand planning or a closely related field, ideally within grocery, retail, e-commerce or another fast-moving environment.
Strong understanding of inventory and replenishment principles and the trade-offs between availability, stock levels, shrinkage and profitability.
Demonstrated ability to independently solve complex Supply Chain and business problems using data, structured analysis and commercial judgement.
Experience working with demand forecasting and translating forecasts into inventory and replenishment decisions.
Strong commercial understanding and the ability to assess Supply Chain decisions in the context of broader business performance and profitability.

Strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to build credible working relationships across different functions and levels of the organisation.
Ability and willingness to share expertise, provide guidance and informally mentor less experienced colleagues without formal people-management responsibility.
Highly analytical, structured and detail-oriented while maintaining a strong understanding of the bigger commercial picture.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with several competing priorities.
Advanced skills in analytical and productivity tools such as Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel; experience with BI and Supply Chain systems is an advantage.
Passion for analytical excellence, continuous improvement and using data to make better decisions.
