This isn't a traditional collections role. Success requires commercial judgment, negotiation skills, empathy, and the ability to balance financial outcomes with long-term business relationships. You'll work cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Operations, Sales, and Partner Success while contributing ideas that continuously improve our recovery processes as we scale.

Balance recovery objectives with maintaining positive long-term relationships wherever possible.
Conduct difficult financial conversations professionally, confidently, and respectfully.
Document negotiated agreements and ensure commitments are accurately executed.
Risk Management & Legal Coordination
Review executed agreements to identify contractual obligations and default triggers.
Prepare and issue notices of default and other recovery documentation.
Coordinate closely with Legal on escalated matters, litigation support, and enforcement activities.
Prepare and maintain UCC-1 financing statements and supporting documentation.
Ensure recovery activities remain compliant with company policies and applicable regulations.
Process & Operational Excellence
Maintain accurate records within Salesforce and internal systems.
Keep documentation, notes, communications, and recovery milestones audit-ready.
Track portfolio performance and recovery metrics.
Identify recurring issues, operational bottlenecks, and process improvement opportunities.
Partner with the Senior Manager to continuously improve recovery workflows as the business scales.
Who You Are
You enjoy solving complex business problems and can remain calm and professional during difficult conversations. You're comfortable balancing financial outcomes with relationship management and know how to negotiate collaboratively while protecting the company's interests.
You are:
A confident communicator who can build credibility with restaurant owners and business operators.
Commercially minded, with the ability to understand contracts, financial performance, and business risk.
Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple active recovery cases simultaneously.
Relationship-driven, balancing firmness with empathy and professionalism.
Curious about hospitality and motivated to understand the operational realities restaurant owners face.
Collaborative and comfortable partnering across Legal, Finance, Partner Success, and Operations.
Accountable and proactive, taking ownership of outcomes without requiring constant direction.
Minimum Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in B2B collections, commercial account recovery, credit, receivables management, or a similar client-facing financial role.
Experience negotiating payment plans, settlements, or commercial resolutions.
Strong understanding of commercial agreements and contractual obligations.
Experience conducting financial negotiations with business owners or executive stakeholders.
Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.
Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work full-time from our Austin office.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is shaping the future of Go-To-Market, and as a Solutions Consultant (SC), you’ll bring that future to life by building alongside customers and turning their biggest challenges into measurable outcomes. As a customer-facing, quota-carrying SC, you’ll bring together technical fluency and commercial ownership to grow your book of business. You’ll build pipeline with BDRs, engage key stakeholders, lead discovery, co-build workflow solutions live with customers, and guide opportunities through close. You’ll connect each solution to a clear business case and stay engaged through adoption, expansion, and renewal so customers realize the value of what they buy.
You’ll partner with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists while maintaining clear ownership of customer relationships, opportunity momentum, and next steps. If you’re a builder who loves to sell—and want to work at the intersection of AI, productivity, and enterprise—this is the role.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Create pipeline across your book of business. Build target-account plans with BDRs and initiate outreach to priority stakeholders to generate qualified opportunities, alongside BDR-sourced pipeline.
- Own opportunities from first conversation through close. Lead discovery, qualify business needs and urgency, align stakeholders, shape the solution and business case, and drive the evaluation and commercial decision. Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security review to close deals with the right scope, credits, and implementation path.
- Design and validate workflow solutions that deliver measurable value. Map current- and future-state workflows, co-build solutions live in Notion, and define realistic scope, success criteria, and an implementation path. Translate customer needs and validated outcomes into a clear business case, commercial recommendation, and decision path. Treat discovery as an opportunity to build and validate.
- Orchestrate the right partners while maintaining ownership. Engage BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists at the right moments, with clear context and asks, while owning opportunity momentum, customer communication, and next steps.
- Drive customer value and commercial growth after signature. Partner with Outcomes Architects, guide the initial path to value with a clear adoption plan, on onboarding and ongoing multi-workflow adoption, and own expansion strategy and renewal planning. Stay accountable for translating credits sold into credits consumed, and surface risks or expansion opportunities as customer workflows mature.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Fluency in Italian
- Commercial ownership and pipeline generation. You can demonstrate how you created or advanced business, influenced customer decisions, and owned measurable outcomes. Relevant experience may come from quota-carrying sales or adjacent customer-facing roles.
- Technical fluency and builder mindset. You are comfortable building live in software and can demo, co-design, and troubleshoot with a customer without needing a specialist in the room.
- AI fluency. You are excited about AI, build with new tools, and continually learn new ways of working.
- Discovery, qualification, and value articulation. You can uncover customer needs, map workflows, qualify business impact and urgency, and translate what you learn into commercial outcomes, adoption plans, and clear success criteria.
- Agency, urgency, and learning velocity. You set clear goals, take initiative, learn from customer interactions, and apply those learnings to improve outcomes. You bring new ideas and workflows to customers and make complex problems easier to solve.
- Complex customer engagement. You can lead multi-stakeholder interactions and navigate procurement, legal, and security review cycles.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Full-cycle B2B software sales experience or solutions engineering experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota across new-logo acquisition and expansion motions.
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models and the ability to structure credit-based commercial proposals.
- Prior experience selling to commercial accounts in productivity, collaboration, or workflow software.
- Experience in a shared account ownership model, partnering with a post-sale or Customer Success team as part of an integrated customer motion.

If you're excited about a role but your past experience doesn't align perfectly with every bullet point listed in the job description, we still encourage you to apply. Why work at Higgsfield AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $500M in annual revenue run rate, 25M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands. We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
About the Role
Operating Principals are Higgsfield’s general problem solvers. They work directly with the CEO and senior executives on the company’s key initiatives — owning several projects at a time, with no fixed lane: a new market this month, a broken process or a stalled product launch the next. The job is to take an undefined problem from zero to a working outcome, hand it off, and move to the next one.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identifying new growth and revenue opportunities across products, markets, and partners.
- Building and optimising processes that can scale with a company growing this fast.
- Leading and executing priority company initiatives end to end — analysis, decision, execution, follow-through.
- Pulling engineering, product, growth, and partnerships into one plan and unblocking whatever stalls.
- Preparing the numbers, models, and one-pagers behind leadership, board, and investor decisions.
Scope
- Based in San Francisco, with regular trips to Almaty and travel to partners and markets as projects require.
- Direct access to the CEO; high ownership, minimal process — no team underneath, no playbook.
What You’ll Need
- A degree from a top-tier university — ideally STEM or another highly quantitative field.
- A track record of outstanding achievement in several different areas — olympiads, case competitions, elite scholarships, building something that worked.
- 3–5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a top-tier strategy consultancy, investment bank / PE, Big Tech, or a fast-growing global technology company.
- Experience working abroad, as an expat, or inside a global organisation as a non-native speaker.
- A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end.
- The ability to break complex problems into smaller, actionable ones and enjoy working with data.
- Writing and presenting at a level that goes straight to the board or a Fortune 500 partner without editing.
- Natural curiosity, speed, and a will to make an impact.
- Right to work in the US; based in San Francisco or ready to relocate.
Nice to Have
- A chief-of-staff, founder’s-office, or BizOps stint after consulting / banking.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or Gen AI tooling.
- Background in AI, consumer tech, or media.
Screening / Interview Topics
- Hardest Problem Owned – an ambiguous project taken from zero to outcome, and what the candidate personally did
- Cross-Functional Delivery – moving engineering, product, and business teams without formal authority
- Analytical Depth – building and defending a model or business case under time pressure
- Executive Communication – a board deck, investor update, or CEO memo they wrote themselves
- Pace & Ambiguity – handling a priority flip mid-project
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary in USD, based on your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
- Equity participation through the company’s stock option program, giving you the opportunity to share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
- A highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can work directly with experienced leaders and have a meaningful impact on the product and company.
- Opportunities for professional growth, ownership, and career development as the company scales.
- Company-provided equipment, meals, transportation, or other office benefits.

Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat. DoorDash, Deliveroo and Wolt now operate as one global company. Behind the AI experiences millions of people use every day, from shopping assistants to customer support agents, sits one shared Generative AI platform. Our team builds it.
We're looking for a Staff Product Manager in London to own major parts of that platform. Your customers are the engineers and ML researchers across all three brands who build AI products and agents. You'll work with engineering and product leaders in Europe and the US, and your decisions will shape how AI gets built across every market we operate in.
What You'll Be Doing
Set the strategy and roadmap
for core parts of our GenAI platform: model access and routing, agent infrastructure, and evaluation and observability.
Build one platform for three brands.
Spot the patterns across Deliveroo, Wolt and DoorDash teams and turn them into shared building blocks, so a capability built once reaches every market.
Shape our model portfolio
across frontier and open-weight models. Decide where we build, buy or partner in an ecosystem that changes month to month.
Make agents production-ready.
Give teams safe access to company knowledge, tools and systems, with the quality, latency and cost controls needed to run agents at scale.
Own the evaluation strategy
so teams can prove quality before launch and keep improving it after.
Stay close to your customers.
Work with the teams shipping AI experiences, measure adoption and time-to-production, and let real production use drive the roadmap.
Lead at a senior level,
presenting to senior technical leadership and influence strategy beyond your own roadmap.
What You'll Need to Thrive
Our ideal candidate brings deep expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:
Significant product management experience (typically 8+ years, or equivalent), including owning a technical platform, developer product, or ML or data infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with LLM-based products or platforms in production, such as assistants, agents, evaluation or inference. GenAI platforms are a young field, so we care more about depth than years.
A platform mindset. You notice the problem five teams keep solving and turn it into one capability everyone can use.
The ability to go deep with engineers and ML researchers, then explain the trade-off in plain language to a senior leader.
A track record of leading large, ambiguous areas on your own and aligning stakeholders across companies, countries and time zones.
Comfort with regular overlap with US time zones, including some late-afternoon and evening calls.
What Success Looks Like
A team in any of our three brands can go from idea to a reliable AI product dramatically faster. That happens because the hard parts (models, inference, evaluation, tooling, observability, governance and agent infrastructure) are solved once at the platform layer and get better for everyone.
Why Join Us?
Real scale from day one.
Your platform powers AI used by millions of consumers, merchants and couriers across three brands.
Frontier work, real constraints.
You'll work with the latest models and agent patterns, then make them reliable, affordable and compliant in production.
Visible impact.
Platform decisions here get reviewed by senior leadership and adopted across the company.
We’re food lovers, problem solvers, community builders and more, brought together by a shared drive to make things better. Working here you can expect to:
🔧 Solve meaningful problems at real scale Work on a complex, always-on marketplace that impacts millions every day.
🌱 See your impact, fast Ship, test and improve ideas quickly in a low-hierarchy, high-ownership environment.
🧠 Grow through challenge and ownership Take on big, ambiguous problems and accelerate your career with strong support.
🌎 A culture built for builders High standards, collaboration, flexible working and continuous learning.
💰 Share in the success you help create Competitive salary and equity options, so you’re rewarded for the impact you make.

OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves.

About the Opportunity
As OKX US continues to grow, we are looking for a Support Operations Lead to join our Business Management team, with a focus on leading and coaching our global Customer Support (CS) function to better serve OKX users. Rather than being a direct member of the CS team, you’ll work alongside Operations, Compliance, Product, and Marketing stakeholders to uplift the quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance of our offshore CS agents.
You’ll act as a subject matter expert (SME) for all things within the customer support experience — helping offshore agents understand local customer expectations, regulations, and how to handle issues with care and accuracy. This is a strategic and high-impact role, laying the groundwork for improved CS experience and potentially a local team in the future.
What You’ll Be Doing
Represent the voice of the customer within the business and act as SME for support needs, regulations, and expectations.
Coach and guide offshore CS teams to improve handling of tickets, especially regulatory-sensitive cases (e.g., scam/fraud, ID verification).
Partner with local Compliance, Operations, and Legal to ensure offshore CS agents are trained and updated on local regulatory requirements.
Manage high-priority and escalated customer cases in collaboration with offshore agents and local teams.
Liaise with Customer Due Diligence (CDD) teams to improve KYC/AML workflows for customers and reduce customer friction.
Act as SME for OKX Card support operations — guiding offshore CS on dispute handling, chargeback processes, and cardholder issue resolution in line with card program compliance requirements.
Work closely with Product and Marketing teams to proactively inform CS of upcoming campaigns, changes, or product launches that may drive ticket volume.
Identify operational pain points in the customer journey and work cross-functionally to resolve or escalate them.
Develop SOPs, quick guides, and training materials to help offshore agents respond more effectively to users.
Track key CS metrics such as resolution time, CSAT, and escalation volume to measure success and identify improvement areas.
If the business moves toward a local CS team in the future, help scope, plan, and build this function from the ground up.
What We Look For In You
Experience & Industry Knowledge
5+ years of experience in customer operations, customer experience, or support leadership, ideally within fintech, crypto, or financial services.

Solid understanding of US financial regulation, consumer protection expectations, and AML/KYC processes.
Experience working with or leading offshore support teams in a high-growth or regulated environment.

THE ROLE
We're hiring our first Regional Vice President for the Southwest. The territory runs from the Rockies (Colorado and Utah) through Arizona and the desert Southwest to Southern California. It covers some of the fastest-growing tech corridors in the country, plus a dense base of digital-native, media, gaming, and AI companies that already run on real-time data. You'll report to Mike Hayes and build the region from the first hire: set the strategy, recruit the team, and turn a widely spread, high-potential territory into one of the strongest regions in the Americas. This is a builder's seat with a clear path to grow with the business.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design a multi-hub region. Build a coverage model across hubs that are very different from one another, including Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, Denver/Boulder, Salt Lake City/Lehi, and Phoenix. Decide where to place reps first and how to sequence growth.
- Hire the founding team. Recruit Enterprise AEs who can sell to engineering buyers as peers: technical, commercially hungry, and able to work on their own across a large geography.
- Own the number and the forecast. Carry the regional quota, run a weekly operating rhythm, and deliver a forecast your leadership can rely on, backed by MEDDPICC-style deal qualification.
- Win where real-time data is the product. Land and expand with digital-native and AI-native companies, media and entertainment, gaming, adtech, consumer internet, and fintech, where performance and cost at scale decide the deal.
- Turn adoption into enterprise agreements. Work with our product-led growth motion to find ClickHouse Cloud and open-source users ready for a committed relationship, then expand across teams and use cases (analytics, observability, and AI workloads).
- Lead from inside the deal. Coach reps through technical evaluations, POCs, procurement, and executive negotiations. Join the calls that matter.
- Orchestrate the extended team. Partner closely with Solutions Architects, Marketing, Partners/Alliances, and cloud marketplace teams to build pipeline and run cohesive account strategies.
- Build ClickHouse's brand across the region. Show up in the local developer, data, and startup communities, from Denver and Salt Lake to LA and San Diego, through events, meetups, and executive programs.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 10+ years of enterprise software sales in data infrastructure, databases, analytics, observability, or cloud, with a strong record as a quota-carrying seller.
- 5+ years leading enterprise sales teams as a first- or second-line leader, with attainment you can back up with specifics.
- Experience building or rebuilding a region from an early stage, ideally one spread across several metros, where you set coverage, hired the first reps, and grew the business.
- A strong network across the Rockies, the Southwest, and/or Southern California, both for hiring standout AEs and for reaching enterprise buyers.
- Rigorous pipeline management, deal qualification (MEDDPICC or similar), and forecast accuracy.
- Technical credibility with engineering-led buyers. You understand the modern data stack and can hold your own in architecture conversations.
- Experience with consumption-based pricing, open-source, or product-led growth models.
- The ClickHouse DNA: integrity, hunger, and accountability. You're curious, serious about the craft, and want to build rather than inherit.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience selling to digital-native, AI-native, media/entertainment, or gaming companies.
- A background in real-time analytics, OLAP and columnar databases, observability, or AI/LLM infrastructure.
- Experience as an early leader at a high-growth data or infrastructure company through a period of fast scaling.
- Co-selling with AWS, GCP, or Azure, and transacting through cloud marketplaces.
- Experience leading a distributed team across several states and time zones.
