We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
The Opportunity:
Grafana Labs is looking for a technically fluent engineer who loves building powerful demos, explaining complex systems clearly, and helping SRE and platform engineering leaders understand the value of our open approach to observability.
As Grafana’s offering shifts from dashboards to industry-leading agentic observability, our Product Marketing team is responsible for closing the gap between what our products can do and how customers understand that value. That means building clear, consistent positioning, enabling sellers with trustworthy technical narratives, and creating content that helps Platform Engineering teams quickly grasp why Grafana Cloud is the right choice for them.
As a Technical Product Marketer you will play a critical part in that transformation. You’ll be the hands-on engineer who brings our technical story to life for buyers, not just practitioners. You’ll build core demos, run technical workshops and webinars, and act as the technical bridge between our Product and Sales orgs. Your work will help SRE and platform engineering leaders evaluate Grafana with confidence, equip sales engineers with better tools and talk tracks, and ensure our technical value shows up clearly and consistently across the entire customer journey.
This is a unique chance to shape how Grafana tells its story as we evolve our positioning in the AI era, strengthen seller enablement, and build a repeatable system for communicating product value.
What You'll Be Doing:
Build strategic, buyer-focused demos, videos, workshops, and webinars
Create and maintain polished, narrative-driven demos that highlight Grafana’s value for SRE and platform engineering leaders.
Record high-quality technical demo videos and walkthroughs in partnership with our video and content teams.
Lead webinars, workshops, and technical sessions designed for evaluators.
Teach customers not just how Grafana works, but why our approach is differentiated and valuable.
Use AI tools to generate variations, summaries, and reusable assets that scale technical content across channels.
Enable Solutions (Sales) Engineers with clear, consistent technical storytelling
Serve as PMM’s technical liaison to the SE org, ensuring consistent messaging and demo guidance.
Produce technical enablement assets, value-driven talk tracks, competitive narratives, and demo best practices.
Help SEs and sellers communicate Grafana’s story with clarity, confidence, and differentiation.
Collaborate with PMMs to drive technical buyer engagement across high-impact channels
Partner with PMMs to identify the most important buyer personas, problems, and technical messages, and help shape the content strategy needed to reach them.
Extend technical narratives into impactful buyer-facing channels including analyst briefings (Gartner, Forrester), industry forums, podcasts, conferences, and online technical communities.
Bring a technical perspective to PMM planning—helping ensure our content, campaigns, and enablement reflect the real challenges and priorities of SREs and engineering leaders.
Use automation & AI to scale technical content
Partner with software engineers to streamline demo setup, content workflows, and asset updates through workflows, agents, scripts, and AI-driven tools.
Use automation to make technical content more repeatable, discoverable, and scalable across teams.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
5+ years in a technical role (solutions engineering, SRE, DevOps, backend engineering, technical PMM, or similar).
Interest and ability to travel to training and customer events 10-12 weeks per year.
Strong understanding of observability concepts and the needs of SRE/platform teams.
Ability to translate deep technical concepts into clear, value-focused stories.
Experience presenting technical content through demos, workshops, or webinars.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with a crisp, structured, persuasive style.
Strong cross-functional collaboration; comfort working with PMM, Product, SEs, DevRel, and Field Engineering.
High ownership mindset with the ability to drive projects from concept to completion.
Comfort with light scripting or workflow automation.
Bonus Points For:
Hands-on experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Mimir, Tempo, or similar observability tools, or a background in Observability or Platform Engineering.
Prior experience in Sales Engineering, DevRel, or technical product marketing.
Familiarity with demo environment automation or infrastructure-as-code tools.
Exceptional live presentation or workshop facilitation skills.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, tech-forward product marketer to grow our Observability products by boldly positioning them and running campaigns to attract, convert and retain customers. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of the messaging and positioning for a broad product area. Then you’ll work closely with product managers and the marketing team to deliver campaigns, content, events, and training that help buyers buy (and sellers sell) our value.
Product Marketing lives within the Product org rather than the Marketing org at Grafana Labs, and we think differently about the job. Rather than purely executing launches or campaigns, we want PMMs to teach product managers and engineers in our org how to think about growth and demand, and to codify product marketing knowledge into AI-forward tools and processes that anyone in the organization can use. For example, we all contribute product information to a shared knowledge base, which we use to generate enablement materials and decks.
Grafana Labs is a fast-paced and growing organization. As such, this role requires strategic skills, an interest in teaching, and hands-on tactical execution (blogs, webinar outlines, video scripts, etc). Our team is full of people who crave impact and independence - if you are seeking a role with narrow scope where you run a defined playbook, this is not the job for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
Actively partner with and teach product managers to define product value, messaging, and go-to-market strategy, from competitive positioning to sales enablement collateral.
Partner with product management, engineering and various go-to-market functions to create materials that help customers evaluate and adopt our products: reference architectures, implementation guides, detailed product information and more.
Own customer lifecycle campaigns (competitive positioning, retention, upsell/cross-sell) to strategically shape marketing programs and drive growth across the entire customer journey.
Conduct market and customer research to understand pain points, competition and opportunities.
Teach go-to-market and sales teams our products’ capabilities and the value they provide, deliver training and enablement, ensure customer facing teams are able to effectively engage with customers, partners, and prospects.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
4+ years of relevant experience (product marketing, solutions marketing, product management)
Experience with marketing and selling to a technical audience
A passion for open source, cloud native, and infrastructure technologies
Proven ability to take on complex projects and efficiently drive them from start to finish
Ability to clearly articulate the value of technical products to customers and sellers alike
Experience leading product or feature launches autonomously as well as part of a team
Experience working with AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to automate messaging and workflows
Comfort working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders in complicated processes
Strong product and technical curiosity that translate to clear packaging, positioning, and messaging
Demonstrated quantitative analytical skills for analyzing campaign performance, evaluating lifecycle metrics, and making data-driven recommendations.
Exceptional writing and communication skills
A high “say-do” ratio in executing and delivering impact

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
The Opportunity:

ROLE OVERVIEW:
We're growing our Canadian Public Sector Delivery team and hiring Public Sector Delivery Analysts to help run some of the most consequential AI deployments in the country. You'll work alongside our Engineering Program Managers (EPMs), Technical Leads, and senior leadership to keep large, multi-stakeholder government programs organized, documented, and moving.

- Run the cadence. Own the meeting and reporting rhythm including agendas, scheduling, minutes, and follow-ups so every forum lands on time with clear next steps.
- Own the delivery artefacts. Build and maintain the plans, status reports, RAID logs, decision records, use-case registers, and traceability documentation that keep our engagements audit-ready and our clients confident.
- Keep the record straight. Maintain a single source of truth for program documentation in our public sector document management environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1–4 years of experience in technology or management consulting, professional services, or an in-house technical delivery team.
- Delivery discipline. You've run RAID, action, and decision logs, refined user stories, maintained project plans on real projects and kept them accurate and clear.
- Client presence. You can lead a working session in front of a client, read the room, and know what to say and what to hold.
- Strong written communication. You think through the message before you build the slide. Advanced PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Technical fluency. You're comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, environments, testing, and releases. You can talk with engineers and report back accurately.
- Follow-through. You close items without a second reminder and know what to escalate and when.

- Based in the Ottawa area.
- University Degree in Business/Commerce, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or similar preferred.
- Nice-to-have: High degree of French language proficiency.

Coder is hiring its first Sales Enablement Manager for EMEA, who will sit within our Content & Learning pillar and report directly to the Head of Sales Enablement. You will be the enablement presence for the region, creating and adapting content, building programs, and supporting the EMEA sales team across a diverse set of markets.
This is an individual contributor role for someone who thrives in a build-from-scratch environment, knows how enterprise sales work across EMEA, and can move between content creation, regional training, and cross-functional collaboration without losing momentum. You'll work closely with the global enablement team, Marketing, and Product Marketing while independently owning the regional agenda.
If you're someone who knows that a playbook that works in North America doesn't automatically work in EMEA, loves building things that sales teams actually use, and wants to be the first enablement hire in a region with real room to shape how it's done, this role is for you.
This position follows a hybrid work model. Candidates should be local and able to work from our London office on a regular weekly basis, with scheduling flexibility.
What you’ll do here
- Create and adapt sales enablement content for EMEA markets playbooks, battlecards, competitive positioning, and training materials that reflect regional buyer dynamics, language nuance, and sales culture
- Build and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for EMEA sales reps, ensuring they ramp quickly and stay current on product and messaging updates
- Partner closely with Product Marketing and Marketing to translate global messaging and positioning into field-ready content that actually resonates with EMEA buyers. Pushing back constructively when global content needs regional adaptation
- Work with EMEA sales leadership and SDR leadership to understand what reps need in the field and turn that signal into content and programs that are practical and immediately useful
- Collaborate with the global Content & Learning team to ensure regional content is consistent with global standards while remaining locally relevant
- Identify gaps in the EMEA enablement program and proactively build resources to close them
What we’re looking for
- 2–4 years of experience in sales enablement, content creation, or a revenue-facing role with an EMEA focus
- Proven ability to create high-quality enablement content independently. You can go from a brief to a finished playbook without hand-holding
- Strong understanding of EMEA enterprise sales dynamics
- Comfortable working remotely and autonomously as the sole enablement person in a region. You can set your own priorities and manage up effectively
- Strong internal collaborator. You know how to consume global messaging, identify where it needs to flex for the region, and work cross-functionally to get it right
- Excellent communicator in English; additional European language proficiency a plus
- High ownership, strong judgment, and the ability to own your domain as a P3 individual contributor.
Bonus tacos if you have
- (Tacos? If you need an ice-breaker, ask how we say thanks by giving tacos!)
- Background in B2B SaaS, enabling enterprise sales teams
- Experience enabling sellers in a developer tools, infrastructure, or platform engineering context
- Familiarity with various sales platforms (Highspot, Nooks, LetterAI)
- Experience supporting partner or channel sales motions
- Prior experience as a first or early enablement hire in a region

As an AI company, Coder embraces the use of AI tools, and we want to be transparent about our expectations as you navigate our interview process.
Not permitted: Using AI assistance during conversational interviews.
Permitted: Using AI tooling for take-home assessments. Please flag where and to what extent it was used in your take-home. Your submission will not be penalized for using AI as long as it is done honestly.
OUR USE OF AI IN HIRING
We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically:
- Ashby and Brainerr help us review inbound applications by surfacing candidates who best match the role requirements we've defined. This tool does not make hiring decisions; it helps our team prioritize which applications to review first.
- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.
All hiring decisions are made by humans. Our team reviews applications, conducts interviews, and makes final selections. AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws. Your data is not used to train AI models.
In accordance with New York City Local Law 144, an independent bias audit has been conducted on "Automated Employment Decision Tools"; results are available for Ashby https://www.ashbyhq.com/downloadables/ashby-bias-audit-08-2024.pdf.
If you're applying for a role at Coder and have questions about how we use AI in our process, or if you'd like to request information about the data we collect, please contact careers@coder.com.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Partner Enablement Program Manager, you'll build and run the ElevenLabs partner academy for systems integrators, hyperscalers and technology partners. You'll create curricula across sales, pre-sales and technical implementation, starting with ElevenAgents and expanding across ElevenCreative and ElevenAPI. You'll work closely with our regional Forward Deployed Engineers, who bring the technical expertise and set the technical quality bar. Your mission is to grow the program to 10,000+ certified partner professionals by the end of 2027, and to make the ElevenLabs certification a credential the tech ecosystem respects.
As a Partner Enablement Program Manager, you can expect to:
- Build curricula for partner sellers, pre-sales and implementation engineers: courses, hands-on labs and assessments.
- Turn expert knowledge from our FDEs, sales and product teams into a world-class online academy.
- Run the certification program end to end, from submissions and review workflows to certificates, with FDEs making the technical call.
- Scale the program through automation, from automated agent review to bots and emails that support learners.
- Deliver training online and in person, including sales and technical sessions at our partner hackathons.
- Run program administration: the learning platform, partner onboarding tracks, reporting and learner feedback.
REQUIREMENTS
We're looking for an enablement builder who is comfortable with both commercial and technical topics. You don't need to be the deepest expert in the room, but you need enough depth to work with senior engineers and sellers as subject matter experts and turn their knowledge into great learning. You'll thrive with us if you:
- Are passionate about AI, technology and ElevenLabs products.
- Have built enablement or training programs at scale for partners, sellers or technical teams.
- Learn technical products quickly and can explain them to both technical and commercial audiences.
- Can run a program end to end: learning platforms, timelines, stakeholders and reporting.
- Can lead a session or workshop in front of sellers and engineers.
- Have strong instructional design skills: you can turn expert content into clear courses, labs and assessments.
- Enjoy turning repeat work into automations, tools and agents.
- Have excellent communication skills and can adapt your message to different audiences.
Bonus:
- Experience as a forward deployed engineer, solutions engineer or in professional services for a frontier AI product.
- Hands-on experience building LLM applications or voice and chat agents, and reviewing whether they are ready for production.
- Familiarity with Python or TypeScript, APIs, webhooks and common integration patterns.
- Telephony experience, such as SIP, Twilio or contact center platforms.
- Experience at a systems integrator, hyperscaler or technology partner.
- Experience with learning platforms such as WorkRamp.
- Proficient in Spanish or Portuguese.
GROWTH POTENTIAL
We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role:
- Leading a partner enablement team as the academy grows.
- Moving into partner program leadership or Solutions Engineering.

An overview of this role
As a Senior Product Manager for Switchboard, you'll shape how customers manage their GitLab Dedicated infrastructure and how our engineering teams operate a growing fleet of customer instances. Switchboard is the control plane for Dedicated: it helps internal teams scale upgrades and maintenance, while giving customers a place to configure their infrastructure, understand the health of their environment, and receive critical updates.
You'll own the product vision and roadmap, balancing technical and operational needs with a clear, useful customer experience. Dedicated is GitLab's fastest-growing deployment option, and your work will help the business support more customers efficiently. You'll have the autonomy to identify the most important problems and decide where Switchboard should go next, with support from your manager and engineering partners.
What you’ll do
Set the vision and roadmap for Switchboard, connecting customer needs and internal operational challenges to priorities for the engineering team.
Work with engineering and site reliability engineering teams to improve the tools used to operate Dedicated instances, including upgrades and maintenance.
Improve the customer-facing console so customers can manage infrastructure settings, configure private networking and authentication, and understand their instance's health.
Talk directly with customers to understand their needs, explain product decisions, and use their feedback to shape the roadmap.
Bring a strong user experience perspective to product decisions. Work hands-on with engineering to develop and refine workflows, including when a dedicated design partner isn't available.
Explore opportunities to improve the tooling and experience for customers migrating from self-managed GitLab to Dedicated, how we help manage incidents, and to extend Switchboard to support GitLab.com as its architecture evolves.
What you’ll bring
Experience owning a product vision and roadmap and working with engineering to deliver improvements for users.
Technical understanding that helps you discuss infrastructure and operational tradeoffs with engineers and translate them into clear product decisions.
A strong focus on user experience, with experience making complex technical workflows easier to understand and use.
Clear communication and the ability and interest to work directly with customers. Experience with internal tools is relevant, provided you're comfortable taking on customer-facing product work.
The ability to work independently, make sense of an evolving problem space, and prioritize across customer experience, operational efficiency, and business needs.
You may also bring experience with control planes, cloud management consoles, infrastructure products, internal operational tools, customer migrations, or incident management, but these aren't required.
About the team
We work across product management, engineering, and site reliability engineering to solve technical, operational, and user experience problems.
At GitLab, our mission is simple: to enable everyone to contribute to and co-create the software that powers our world.
