Senior Social Media Strategist
to own the social and audience strategy behind the YouTube channel of a globally recognized beauty brand.
In this role, you will define the strategic direction for a high-growth, high-volume global YouTube channel with a Shorts-first approach. You will identify the audience behaviors that drive discovery, subscription, and purchase, translate cultural and trend signals into repeatable content direction, and shape the content calendar around key product launches, activations, and brand moments.
You will own the growth strategy behind what the channel publishes, developing clear hypotheses, reviewing performance alongside analytics specialists, and adapting the approach based on what the data shows. You will also shape the creator activation strategy, from briefing and selection criteria to performance evaluation and progression across creator tiers, while identifying how organic content can connect effectively with commerce and paid amplification.
Working closely with creative, analytics, community, and account teams, you will ensure that social strategy translates into clear, actionable direction across the wider project. You will also present and defend strategic recommendations to senior client stakeholders across media and marketing.
A strong understanding of YouTube, internet culture, creators, and emerging subcultures is essential, together with a proven track record of growing social channels rather than focusing primarily on campaign-led activations. Experience working with large brands in beauty or closely related consumer categories is strongly preferred.

Proven track record of growing social media channels or accounts, with the ability to demonstrate measurable growth and clearly explain the strategies and decisions that drove it.
Strong agency-side experience in social media strategy for large brands, with experience in beauty or a closely adjacent consumer category strongly preferred.
Deep understanding of YouTube formats, audience behavior, discovery, and creator culture, alongside strong knowledge of other major social platforms.
Demonstrable ability to assess content strategically and structurally, identifying why specific content performs and translating those insights into repeatable approaches.
Strong understanding of internet culture, emerging trends, online communities, creators, and subcultures.
Experience developing content and audience strategies for high-volume publishing environments is highly desirable.
Experience designing and running creator or influencer activations, ideally across multiple markets, is an advantage.
Strong analytical fluency, with the ability to interpret performance data, challenge assumptions, identify inconsistencies, and develop testable hypotheses.
Ability to adapt strategic direction based on performance data and confidently scale, refine, or discontinue approaches based on evidence.
Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills, with the confidence to present and defend strategic recommendations to senior client audiences.
Understanding of social commerce or affiliate mechanics is a plus.

Check out our Careers https://careers.circle.so/ page for more about working at Circle.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re excited to bring on Circle’s first Creative Director.
This is a unique opportunity to shape how Circle shows up in the world, and define the story of a generational company building the future of digital businesses.
We’re looking for an exceptional creative storyteller who can help us develop strong, consistent narratives across everything Circle puts into the world: product launches, campaigns, ads, landing pages, announcements, partnerships, events, and more.
You obsess over the power of a great narrative. You believe every word, visual, and detail matters. You have an exceptionally high creative bar, thrive in highly collaborative environments, and know how to influence people through the quality of the work itself.
As Circle’s first Creative Director, you’ll first and foremost act as a creative extension of the founders. You will turn their ideas, product strategy, and company vision into narratives that are clear, memorable, and unmistakably Circle across all our assets.
On a day-to-day basis, you’ll work closely with Circle’s founders and across our in-house design studio, product marketing, paid media, video, and events teams to elevate our storytelling and creative execution across every major moment.
Your goal is to help make Circle one of the most creatively distinct and definitive companies in the category of digital businesses.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Shape Circle’s narrative. Work closely with Circle’s founders to synthesize, sharpen, and evolve the story behind our long-term vision, and translate it into clear, compelling narratives that can travel across everything we do.
- Own the creative direction of our biggest launches and campaigns. Find the angle, develop the brief, shape the story, and obsess over how we make each moment stand out. You’ll partner closely with Product Marketing across launches, announcements, demos, and enablement to ensure everything feels cohesive, intentional, and unmistakably Circle. Doing this well requires developing a deep understanding of our product, customers, and market.
- Be a deeply embedded creative marketing partner to our design studio. You’ll work especially closely with our Design Studio, which is led by one of Circle’s co-founders and won’t report to you. Success here involves shared taste, mutual trust, healthy creative tension, and the ability to move quickly together. You’ll occasionally lead external agencies as well — and when the moment calls for it, write the high-stakes copy yourself: the headline, manifesto, launch script, or line someone delivers on stage.
- Raise the bar on our advertising and creative campaigns. Develop the concepts and narratives behind Circle’s ad creative, partnering up our Paid Acquisition team to turn them into high-performing campaigns. They’ll bring the channel and media-buying expertise; while you can make sure the creative is worth paying to distribute.
- Direct how our stories come to life across video and events. Get hands-on with scripts, structure, pacing, and narrative for launch films, social, ads, virtual summits, and other major moments. You won’t be editing videos or producing events yourself, but you’ll understand the craft well enough to have strong opinions about what works in each medium, and collaborate deeply with the specialists who bring it to life.
- Influence the narrative behind brand experiences people remember across our webinars, virtual summits, conferences, and live events to align with company brand vision. This includes everything from the theme and programming to the booth, talks, slides, copy, and small details nobody else would think to obsess over.
- Turn partnerships into stories. Work with our Partnerships team to make more of our collaborations with creators and customers into stories we can distribute across our channels. You can help develop the concept, framing, name, narrative, and creative execution behind our biggest partnerships, and helping our partners tell those stories powerfully themselves.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A body of work you’re genuinely proud of. We care far more about what you’ve made than the titles you’ve held or the number of years you’ve been doing it. You should be able to walk us through your best work piece by piece: the problem, the idea, the choices you made, what you personally contributed, and ultimately, whether it worked.
- Exceptional creative taste and judgment. You know great work when you see it, can articulate why it’s great, and have the conviction to push work until it gets there. Just as importantly, you know when an idea is trying too hard, when something is off-brand, and when your own fingerprints are making the work worse rather than better.
- You’re an exceptional storyteller and writer. You can take something complicated and find the simple, compelling story inside it. You care deeply about language and will happily obsess over a headline, a launch narrative, or a single line of copy until it feels inevitable.
- A strong point of view, and the ability to make it better through collaboration. We don’t want someone who waits for a brief and executes it. We want someone who can tell us what the brief should be, challenge the premise when necessary, elevate ideas coming from the team and our founders, and make a compelling case for a different direction.
- Real fluency in video as a creative medium. You don’t need to shoot, edit, animate, or produce. But you should deeply understand what makes video work, from the script and opening seconds to structure, pacing, emotion, and payoff. You should also understand why a great launch film, social video, customer story, and paid ad require very different creative choices.
- Experience making creative that has to perform. You’ve developed ads and campaigns where the work was ultimately accountable to results. You’ve seen the numbers, learned from them, iterated because of them, and know how to partner with paid acquisition teams without allowing performance marketing to turn into boring marketing.
- An instinct for getting attention without going off script. You understand how to make a brand noticeable, surprising, and culturally relevant without chasing attention for its own sake. Ideally, you can show us a creative risk you fought for that worked, and another you talked the room out of because it wasn’t right for the brand.
- The ability to lead through influence, not hierarchy. There’s no large creative organization reporting to you. Much of your impact will come from getting exceptional work out of designers, marketers, writers, video producers, agencies, and founders who don’t report to you. You know how to raise the creative bar without becoming a bottleneck.
- A great eye for design and deep respect for the craft. You don’t need to be a designer, but you should be able to work shoulder-to-shoulder with exceptional ones. Our Design Studio is led by a co-founder and operates with a very high bar; you’ll need the visual taste, vocabulary, and collaborative instincts to be a trusted creative partner to that team.
- Experience working closely with founders. You’re comfortable working with founders who care deeply about the product, brand, and details. You will need to extract the vision, challenge it when needed, and turn it into something better than either of you would have arrived at independently.
- An obsession with understanding what how to tell the world about we do and why it matters. The best creative work here will come from understanding Circle at a deep level: our product, customers, competitors, category, and where the market is going. You should genuinely enjoy developing that level of context rather than treating it as somebody else’s job.
- Exceptional communication skills. Circle is global, remote, and highly asynchronous. You’ll need outstanding written and verbal English (CEFR C2 or equivalent), and the ability to make your thinking clear enough that great work can move forward even when everyone isn’t in the same room.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Circle offers U.S.-benchmarked compensation globally, equity in the company with ongoing refresh grants, and 35 days of paid time off each year.
We’re a remote-only team that comes together twice a year for company retreats in incredible destinations around the world. Alongside incredible flexibility and autonomy, we offer a benefits package that supports health, wellbeing, and professional growth. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
We're looking for an exceptional Motion Designer to help bring the Baseten brand to life.
This will be a defining role on the brand design team. You'll shape the motion language for Baseten and bring it to life across everything from product launches and social video to huge out-of-home campaigns, events, web, and experimental brand work.
We're building a brand in a market that's moving fast, and we want the work to feel just as ambitious. This isn't a role focused on turning out one-off animations or supporting an existing system - you'll help define and build the system, push it into places we haven’t thought about, and set the bar for motion across the company.
You'll partner closely with brand, product, marketing, and leadership to turn technical ideas into work that's clear, distinctive, and memorable.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and evolve the motion language for the Baseten brand.
- Create high-craft motion work across product launches, social, campaigns, web, events, and out-of-home.
- Concept and produce video content that makes highly technical products feel compelling.
- Think at every scale, from a five-second social clip to a Times Square takeover.
- Partner with brand designers to bring identity systems, typography, illustration, and product storytelling to life through motion.
- Experiment with new formats, tools, techniques, and emerging technology to push the brand into unexpected places.
- Build motion systems and principles that scale across the company.
- Work closely with product and product marketing to make launches feel like moments.
- Raise the bar for motion craft across everything Baseten puts into the world.
REQUIREMENTS
- An exceptional portfolio with a high bar for motion, visual design, and craft.
- Strong design fundamentals across typography, composition, pacing, sound, and storytelling, not just animation technique.
- Ability to own a project end to end, from rough concept through storyboarding, design, animation, and final production.
- Range across brand systems, product storytelling, campaign work, and more experimental ideas.
- Judgment about when something needs to be simple and precise and when there's room to make something people haven't seen before.
- Strong opinions about motion and brand, and the ability to articulate why something works or doesn't.
- Enthusiasm for technical products and the ability to communicate complex ideas without falling back on generic "AI" visuals.
- Comfort with a lot of ownership and ambiguity, and a high bar for quality.
- You want to help build a brand, not just execute against one.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a Web Designer / Design Engineer to own baseten.co http://baseten.co day to day, from concept through production. You'll design and build landing pages, bring product launches to life, run experiments, improve conversion, and keep raising the quality bar on the site.
This is a high-ownership role on the brand design team, sitting between brand design and frontend engineering. We want the website to be one of the best expressions of the Baseten brand and one of the best developer-focused sites on the internet, which means treating it as a product that's constantly evolving rather than something we redesign every few years. You'll have a lot of autonomy to ship, while partnering closely with brand, product marketing, engineering, and leadership on bigger launches.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the design and frontend implementation of the Baseten marketing site.
- Ship landing pages, product pages, launches, and campaigns from concept through production.
- Improve the site continuously, finding and acting on opportunities to make it better rather than waiting for a redesign cycle.
- Partner with growth and product marketing to test messaging, layouts, and conversion improvements without sacrificing craft.
- Build polished interactions, motion, and details that make the site feel distinctly Baseten.
- Build and evolve the components, patterns, and design systems that let the team move quickly without lowering the bar.
- Turn complex technical products into clear, compelling web experiences.
- Prototype ambitious interactive and experimental ideas when a launch calls for it.
- Make it dramatically easier for the brand and marketing teams to get great work onto the internet.
- Set the bar for web design and frontend craft across the company.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in modern frontend development: React, Next.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Ability to move from Figma into code and own the final result in production.
- Deep attention to typography, layout, interaction, motion, and responsiveness.
- Systems thinking, with a track record of building reusable components and patterns instead of solving every page from scratch.
- Comfort experimenting, iterating, and using data to make a site more effective without turning it into a growth hack.
- Interest in technical products and the ability to make complex ideas feel clear without flattening them.
- Strong opinions about the web, and the ability to articulate why something works and why it doesn't.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with motion design, animation, or WebGL.
- Experience with Three.js, React Three Fiber, shaders, or creative coding.
- Experience building developer-focused or deeply technical websites.
- Experience working with DatoCMS.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)

Recraft is a graphic design research lab building state-of-the-art image generation models and tools for designers, illustrators, marketers, and developers.
Founded in 2022 and based in London, we build for commercial design standards: full creative control, style consistency, and native vector outputs, an API for teams who want to integrate that capability directly into their workflows, plus mobile app for those who prefer not to be distracted from the process without a computer.
Over 3 million creators across 190+ countries use Recraft. Our mission is to help everyone who works with visuals get the job done, without lowering the bar on design.
If you want to help set that standard, we'd like to hear from you.
PERFORMANCE CREATIVE DESIGNER, STATIC + MOTION (MID-LEVEL+ TO SENIOR)
Growth at Recraft runs on creative that's tested, not guessed at. We're looking for a Performance Creative Designer who works across static and motion and moves between them depending on what the week needs: reading what's working, turning that into the next round of ads, and shipping creative that holds up on Meta, Google, and TikTok. For the right person, this is a chance to build the performance creative function at Recraft from the ground up, with Recraft Studio itself as your day-to-day production tool.
TEST WEEKS AND SCALE WEEKS
The role alternates between two modes, and you need to be good at both.
- Test weeks. Speed and volume. Many statics and rough video cuts, each built around a clear hypothesis and shipped fast, to find the idea that sells.
- Scale weeks. Craft. Once an idea wins, you turn it into high-quality video ads that can carry real budget: tighter edits, stronger motion, cutdowns, every format and placement, and localised versions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produce paid ad creative for Meta, Google, and TikTok in both modes: fast statics and rough video cuts for testing, finished video ads for scaling.
- Make video ads that show a concrete result: product demos built from screen recordings and motion graphics, before-and-after transformations, short cinematic spots made with AI video models, and edits of creator and UGC footage.
- Own the creative testing pipeline end to end: form a hypothesis, ship it, read the results, and iterate on winners.
- Take a winning idea across formats: a static into motion, a 20-second spot into 6- and 15-second cutdowns, 9x16 into 4x5, 1x1 and 16x9, and English into other markets.
- Translate performance data (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, cost per payer) into the next round of creative yourself, rather than waiting for a brief.
- Use Recraft Studio as your primary production tool for image and video generation, and feed what you learn back to the product team building it.
- Keep the ad creative brandbook consistent while adapting tone by placement and audience.
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You'll join the Marketing team and work closely with our Performance Marketing Manager, UA Manager, and Creative and product teams. This is a role built around bringing your own ideas to the table, not just executing against a detailed brief.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years creating performance and paid-acquisition creative, with video ads as a regular part of that work.
- A portfolio of static and video ads that actually ran, with context on what won and why.
- Strong motion design and editing: After Effects (or similar) for type, UI, and product animation; Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut for editing; Figma or Photoshop for static.
- Strong understanding of video ad anatomy: hooks, the first three seconds, pacing, sound-off captions, safe zones, platform specs, and policy limits.
- Hands-on experience using AI image and video tools (such as Runway, Kling, Veo, or Seedance) in a real production workflow, including knowing where they fall short.
- Able to work at two speeds: rough and fast when testing, polished and precise when scaling.
- Based in the EU, Georgia, Armenia, or Serbia, with the right to work as a contractor there.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with design tools, creative SaaS, or dev tools (Canva, Picsart, Photoroom, Figma-adjacent products).
- Vector animation or 3D skills (Blender, Cinema 4D), a real differentiator given Recraft's vector and brand-style capabilities.
- Ad copywriting and scripting: able to write your own hooks, on-screen text, and voiceover scripts.
- Experience briefing creators and editing UGC or creator partnership ads.
- Sound design and music selection for short-form video.
- In-house experience at a product company, ideally with a subscription product, rather than purely agency-side work.
- Experience growing your own audience as a creator or influencer on Instagram or TikTok.
- You're already a Recraft user.
WHAT WE OFFER
- A full-time contractor engagement, fully remote, with compensation that matches the seniority and ownership this role carries.
- Real ownership of the testing pipeline, from hypothesis to shipped ad to the next iteration, not just execution against someone else's brief.
- Range in the work: fast testing one week, high-production video the next, with budget behind the ideas that win.
- A product built on AI image and video generation, growing fast, where your creative work has a direct, measurable line to company results.
- The chance to be the first person to define what performance creative looks like at Recraft. Your test results become the playbook everyone after you works from.
- Direct collaboration with our Performance Marketing, UA, Creative, and product teams.
- A team that means it when it says it wants to build the best product in the category: people who give each other direct, useful feedback, share context openly, and step in to help without being asked.

We are looking for a
Cinematic AI Creator (Contractor)
: a filmmaker who works in generative models rather than with a crew.
You will produce the cinematic work that demonstrates what our AI can do, including multi-shot sequences, launch films, campaign pieces, and genre and style showcases. You will also translate film craft into product. The camera language, lighting setups, film stocks, genre looks and transitions you work with are what our cinematic video features need to offer users. You will define those cinematic directions for the team to productise, and set the quality bar for the video work we ship. You will work closely with Product, Creative and Engineering, and will be among the first to test each new video model we get access to.
Please note that this is a Full-time Contractor (6 months) role.
How You'll Make an Impact
Direct and produce cinematic AI content end to end: concept, story, shot list, generation, edit, sound and final delivery.
Build multi-shot sequences with consistent characters, wardrobe, world, lighting and geography across cuts.
Design each shot deliberately: lens, framing, blocking, lighting, colour and grade, and camera movement.
Create the hero shots and set pieces that anchor a launch, and the showcases that demonstrate stylistic range.
Define cinematic directions, including camera moves, lighting setups, film stocks, genre looks, transitions and VFX beats, specified clearly enough to be productised.
Prototype new cinematic capabilities and prove what is possible before it becomes a feature.
Set and document the quality bar for the video work we ship.
Test each new video model on release, reporting on strengths, failure modes, prompt behaviour, motion quality and temporal consistency, and track where AI filmmaking is going.
What You'll Bring
A body of work:
film, series or episodic work, commercials, music videos, short films, branded or short-form content; whatever best shows your craft, alongside AI-native work.
Deep understanding of visual storytelling: story structure, plot, pacing, shot design, blocking, performance and the edit.
Command of cinematography fundamentals (cameras, lenses, lighting, colour, grading, composition and camera movement), and the vocabulary to direct them precisely in a prompt.
Hands-on experience with generative video models and how they behave in practice, and with the image models that feed them.
Prompting skill for video: motion description, camera control, identity and style preservation, and first/last-frame and reference-driven workflows.
End-to-end post capability in editing, grading and sound, and the ability to run a full production cycle alone.
Awareness of internet culture and what makes cinematic content travel.
The judgement to hold a quality bar, including on your own work.
Fluency in English.
Good To Have
Background in VFX, animation, motion design, concept art or 3D (Blender, Cinema 4D, Houdini, Nuke, Unreal).
Experience directing hybrid productions that combine live footage with generative work.
ComfyUI or node-based video pipelines, and LoRA or character-consistency training.
Interest in shaping AI creative tools rather than only using them.
A public presence as an AI filmmaker or creator.

LEAP Program Description
Global Solutions Ventures (GSV) – a joint-venture partnership between ZemiTek, LLC and Dexis Consulting Group – is implementing the Long-term Exceptional Technical Assistance Project (LEAP Global), a mechanism originally used by USAID to battle against infectious diseases such as malaria, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, neglected tropical diseases, and pandemic influenza. As of July 1, 2025, LEAP Global transitioned to the U.S. Department of State (DOS). This initiative aims to address the complex human resource challenges faced by national infectious disease programs in the USA-supported countries.
The intervention of this project is to hire and embed technical expert advisors and subject matter experts within government entities. By directly embedding the technical expertise within the national programs, LEAP provides long-term, sustainable lifesaving support to empower host governments to lead and manage key aspects of their infectious disease portfolios and improve coordination between the U.S. Government and the host country.
About the Position
The Senior Global Health Security (GHS) Advisor will support the Moroccan Ministry of Health and Social Protection Department of Epidemiology and Disease Control (DELM) in carrying out life-saving health assistance in full alignment with the U.S. Presidential Executive Order (EO) directives. The primary focus of the Advisor will be technical support with a special emphasis on preventing, detecting, and responding to emerging infectious disease threats which impact public health.
The Senior GHS Advisor will support a One Health (the intersection of human, animal, and environmental health) approach among multi-sectoral Government Departments and Agencies - such as the Ministry of Health, Agriculture, and Environment- for the effective adoption and implementation of life saving interventions focusing on preventing, detecting and responding to emerging infectious disease threats with public health potential. The Senior GHS Advisor will identify programmatic bottlenecks and facilitate solutions through coordinated technical support and facilitation of effort through GHS projects. The Senior GHS Advisor will be based within the Ministry of Health and Social Protection. The advisor will receive direction from the appropriate Ministry staff, who will serve as the onsite Manager/Supervisor. Familiarity with USAID/Department of State programming and C/AOR experience are highly desirable as the advisor is expected to support the implementation of the GHS portfolio. The advisor will report to the U.S. Department of State on a weekly and monthly basis.
Responsibilities
With input from the Moroccan Ministry of Health and Social Protection, GHS envisions two Senior GHS advisors will support the Ministry under this program. The profile of each advisor is as follows:
An expert in epidemiology and public health, responsible for improving human health outcomes in line with a One Health approach, which includes enhancing multisectoral coordination to detect, respond, and mitigate the health security threat of high-risk zoonotic diseases with human epidemic potential. The advisor will be responsible for the interpretation of epidemiological trends, as well as the development of reports, summaries, and bulletins;
An expert in management and monitoring-evaluation, responsible for supporting the monitoring and evaluation of performance indicators related to emerging infectious diseases, the establishment of dashboards, gap analysis, and the strengthening of steering and reporting tools.
In addition to these areas of expertise, the advisor will also have the following responsibilities:

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote across the US — we also have offices in New York, San Francisco, Seattle, London, Paris, and Tel Aviv.
We're looking for a Designer, Growth (Product Marketing) to sit at the intersection of brand, performance marketing, and generative media. This is not a brand systems or campaign concepting role — it's a high-volume, output-driven design role. You'll own the visual execution of paid and performance marketing across video, motion, and static formats, producing assets that are on-brand, well art directed and built to convert. You'll report to the Creative Director of Product Marketing.
Your work will directly shape how people first encounter and engage with Runway's products. That means producing scroll-stopping video ads, designing static and animated assets for paid social and display, and using generative tools — including Runway's own — as a core part of how you work. You'll partner closely with product marketing, growth, and creative teams, and you'll be measured on craft, throughput, and performance.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and produce high volumes of performance marketing assets across video, motion, and static formats — paid social, display, YouTube and beyond
- Use Runway to ideate, create and iterate on video and image assets that are on-brand and well art directed — not just technically functional
- Own the visual execution of ad creative from concept through final delivery, working from briefs or generating your own directions when needed
- Produce motion graphics and animated ads that communicate product value quickly and compellingly
- Partner with the Product Marketing and growth team to develop integrated ad concepts where copy and design work together
- Build and iterate on creative variants for A/B and multivariate testing — adapting formats, hooks and visual treatments based on performance data
- Maintain a consistent visual language across all performance touchpoints without letting assets feel templated or stale
- Collaborate with product marketing on go-to-market launches, translating new product capabilities into visual stories that resonate with target audiences
- Hands-on experience designing for the major paid channels (Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc) with fluency in each platform's native specs, aspect ratios and ad formats, and a real point of view on what works where.
- Own updates to GTM assets and templates, keeping them current and on-brand across campaigns. Bring hands-on experience building and automating deck design systems, so our presentations stay consistent without manual rework each time.
- Contribute to a growing library of on-brand design components, motion templates and generative prompting strategies that raise the team's overall output velocity
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing design, motion design, or a related role at a tech or consumer company
- A portfolio that shows range across video ads, motion graphics and static performance creative — with clear evidence of craft and art direction judgment, not just execution
- Strong motion design skills — you're fluent in After Effects, Premiere, or equivalent, and can produce polished animated and video assets independently
- Solid graphic design fundamentals — typography, layout, color — applied to high-converting ad formats, not just editorial or brand work
- Hands-on experience using AI image and video generation tools with an art director's eye — you know how to prompt, iterate and finish work that looks intentional
- Comfort with performance data — you can look at creative metrics and know what visual changes to make next
- Ability to operate at high velocity across multiple simultaneous campaigns without sacrificing quality
- Experience working closely with growth marketers and product teams in a fast-moving environment
- Experience in AI, creative tools or developer-adjacent products is a strong plus
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We're looking for a Front End Engineer to support our Brand Web team, working at the intersection of design and development to build and maintain Anthropic's web properties. In this role, you'll contribute to shipping high-quality web experiences across
anthropic.com
and
claude.com
— from interactive marketing pages and data visualizations to internal tooling that keeps our content operations running smoothly. You'll work closely with designers, engineers, and brand and content teams to translate design intent into polished, production-ready code. Rapid prototyping is a core part of how we work here, and you'll be expected to move fast.
Key responsibilities
Own implementation of design system components and page templates across our web properties, with a focus on experiences that go beyond static content — interactive pages, data visualizations, and tools that communicate complex information clearly
Work within our headless CMS architecture, helping maintain and improve content modeling, structured data workflows, and the publishing experience
Collaborate closely with designers to bridge the gap between static design and living, interactive web experiences
Contribute to internal tools that help teams author, manage, and publish content at scale
Participate in migrations and site architecture projects, taking on defined scopes within larger efforts led by senior team members
Move quickly from concept to working prototype, iterating in close collaboration with the team
Support tooling and workflow improvements that help the broader team ship faster, and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing
Minimum qualifications
Have solid experience with modern frontend frameworks, particularly Next.js or similar React-based tooling, and are comfortable working within a design system
Understand CSS at a level that lets you implement complex layouts, animations, and interactive experiences with precision
Have hands-on experience with headless CMS platforms and can navigate content modeling, structured data workflows, and the operational side of keeping a large site running
Have built internal tools or contributed to workflows that improve how teams work day-to-day, and enjoy that kind of problem-solving
Can prototype quickly and iterate confidently, moving from rough idea to working proof-of-concept without getting stuck
Communicate clearly with both designers and engineers, and care about shipping work that's both technically sound and visually refined
Have a track record of contributing to production web properties at a mid-level scope, and are motivated to grow into owning larger, more complex projects
Preferred qualifications
Experience with AI-assisted development workflows
Interest in generative or programmatic design
Familiarity with localization or internationalization systems
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$300,000
—
$320,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Partner with product designers and the creative team to bring our product to life at our bi-annual Wealthsimple Presents live events, building and refining prototypes that bring product moments to life on stage, and translating product UI into more stylized storytelling assets where the moment calls for it
- Own design for our Product Marketing surfaces including: What's New (in-app), The Report, and Social Wrapped (spotlighting top shipped products/features)
- Create launch and feature visuals for major releases and manage our app store presence.
- Produce animations, static assets, and video (including talking-head-over-product style content) that explain features and educate clients
- Serve as the brand and marketing team’s go-to resource for everything product design related.
- Build and maintain a library of UI assets and product demos that marketing and influencer partners can pull from
- Partner closely with the team who owns the marketing website to product UI elements for product detail pages, making sure the product we’re selling is elevated and showcased at its best
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 6+ years of experience in a design role that spans product and marketing
- Portfolio that includes examples of motion design, marketing design, brand design, or product design with strong production chops
- Is strong at productionizing and can take existing product UI, brand direction, or campaign concepts and turning them into polished, launch-ready assets quickly, rather than originating core product or brand design from scratch
- Build and maintain AI-powered workflows to create scalable, repeatable asset production processes.
- Has hands-on motion and video skills as a core, daily-use part of their craft. Comfortable in After Effects and Premiere (or equivalent), producing everything from lightweight UI animations to more produced explainer/talking-head content
- Is fluent in product design tools (Figma)
- Can move fluidly between product, marketing, and creative, understanding the priorities, constraints, and voice of each without needing much translation
- Has a track record of shipping high-quality, on-brand work fast and independently, managing multiple concurrent requests from different stakeholders (product marketing, growth, brand, dotcom)
- Has sharp taste and an eye for polish, but treats that taste as being in service of clarity and reusability, not personal authorship
- Is a clear, proactive communicator who is comfortable managing intake from multiple teams and setting expectations on scope and timelines
Nice to have:
- Experience building or maintaining a shared asset/component library for cross-team reuse
- Experience working with financial services or other regulated-industry marketing content
- Familiarity with social-first video formats and platforms
If you're excited about this role, along with your resume, send us a portfolio or reel that shows:
- Examples of product UI you've translated into marketing/education content
- At least one motion or video piece you led end-to-end
- How you've worked across product, marketing, and creative stakeholders to ship something quickly
