ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly systematic Senior Creative Producer to own the ad creative engine for one of our core D2C subscription products in the consumer AI category. You will be fully responsible for the full concept-to-performance loop, generating the angles, driving production volume, running structured tests, performing competitor research, and turning creative-level data into the next round of winning concepts.
This is a high-impact role. Your ad creatives will be the primary performance lever: your work moves CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS directly, and you are accountable for those numbers alongside the User Acquisition team. The bar is high and so is the upside; performance here is directly and significantly rewarded.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creative Strategy & Concepting
- Own the creative angle strategy: Define which hooks, pains, and value propositions get tested next
- Develop creative concepts: demo-led ads, UGC-style video, statics, and AI-generated formats
- Translate product features and capabilities into concrete, scroll-stopping propositions for target audiences
- Build and maintain a documented library of proven angles, hooks, and creative patterns
PRODUCTION & TESTING VELOCITY
- Own the creative pipeline across ad networks (Google, YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Applovin, etc) shipping new concepts every week
- Structure systematic A/B testing frameworks, isolate variables, and analyze the results to bring solid conclusions.
- Produce clear creative briefs for designers to execute high-performing concepts aligned with the brand.
PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS & ITERATION
- Own creative-level metrics: hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS
- Generate testable hypotheses from performance data and retire underperforming angles quickly
- Identify winning patterns, codify why they work, and scale them into new concept batches
- Deliver structured creative performance reviews with clear recommendations for the next cycle
MARKET RESEARCH & COLLABORATION
- Run systematic competitor creative research across ad libraries and creative intelligence tools
- Track emerging formats, platform policy shifts, and creative trends in the consumer AI category
- Communicate daily with User Acquisition Managers, taking briefs on which angles need more volume
QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have Experience
- 4+ years producing performance ad creative for D2C or subscription consumer products
- Proven track record of high-volume output, shipping and live-testing multiple new concepts weekly
- Deep working knowledge of the major ad network ecosystems (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc).
- Demonstrated fluency with an AI production stack across image, video, voice, and scripting tools
- Ability to read creative-level performance data independently and act on it without an analyst in the loop
- Experience building structured creative testing frameworks, not ad-hoc one-off tests
- Strong portfolio of ads with verifiable performance results. (Applications must include a CV and a portfolio of ad creative you personally produced).
Leadership Attributes
- Systematic operator. You build repeatable creative processes, not one-time wins
- Fully accountable for performance outcomes, not just delivery of assets
- Fast and decisive under volume. Comfortable killing your own concepts when data says so
- Treats User Acquisition as a working partner, not a downstream recipient of files
LOCATION
Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.

We’re a team of experts pushing the limits of what’s possible, united by our common goal to unlock true freedom through digital ownership, making technology accessible for all. We believe in a world where users, creators and enterprises manage their value with ownership and freedom. Our curiosity drives us to innovate, empowering individuals on a global scale. We believe change is constant and our team moves forward as one, with a culture of problem-solving where every employee is empowered and supported to challenge tradition and create solutions. Our mission is simple: to make self-custody accessible and give people the keys to their own financial futures. If you want to make a true impact, we want you to join us at Ledger.
At Ledger, we’re proud to be the global platform for digital assets and Web3, with over 20% of the world’s crypto assets secured through our Ledger devices. With our headquarters in Paris, and offices in Vierzon, Grenoble, Montpellier, London, Portland, Geneva, Zurich and Central Singapore, we have a team of around 600 professionals developing a variety of products and services to enable individuals and companies to securely buy, store, swap, grow and manage crypto assets – including the Ledger hardware wallets line with more than 7.5 millions units already sold in 200 countries.
The team
To sustain the company's growth, Ledger is looking for a Senior Scala Backend Engineer to join the Cloud Wallet team. This team builds and operates the backend services that power blockchain account management, transaction processing and on-chain data aggregation across all Ledger wallet surfaces, from Ledger Live to Ledger Enterprise, the custody platform used by financial institutions. Every client transaction goes through these services, and so does every new blockchain Ledger supports. We believe in the power of functional programming to build robust and scalable platforms. We take time to share, challenge, and grow together through bi-weekly knowledge-sharing sessions, meetups, conferences, and open source contributions.
What you’ll be doing
- Design, build and operate the Scala services that connect Ledger wallets and the Ledger Enterprise platform to blockchain backends: account creation, operation history, transaction crafting, broadcast and lifecycle tracking.
- Lead new blockchain integrations end to end, from the integration design (ADR) to production, across account-based, UTXO and privacy-preserving chains.
- Own production quality on your scope: SLIs and SLOs, observability, distributed tracing. Take part in the firefighting rotation and drive incidents to resolution, including those raised by institutional clients.
- Define clear contracts with the Coin Integration and Ledger Enterprise teams, for example where UTXO selection lives or how transaction states are exposed to consumers.
- Write and review ADRs, challenge designs, and raise the bar on code quality, testing (including end-to-end on testnets) and technical debt management.
- Work in an AI-native way: use coding agents daily, write the specifications, constraints and verification that let them deliver safely, and contribute to the team's AI tooling.
- Mentor other engineers and share your knowledge across the Backend Blockchain community.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with:
- The Coin Integration team for coin modules and new blockchain integrations.
- The Ledger Enterprise team, main consumer of the team's services for institutional custody.
- The Ledger Wallet, Ledger Button and Wallet XP teams as consumers of the team's backend APIs.
- The Blockchain platform team for data model alignment, indexing and event streaming.
- The Infrastructure and SRE teams for deployment, reliability and scalability.
- The Security team (Donjon) for vulnerability analysis and remediation.
- The Product team for roadmap prioritization and customer-driven requirements.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of backend engineering, with real production ownership of distributed systems.
- Strong production experience
- Interest for Scala and functional programming practice
- Hands-on blockchain integration experience: transaction lifecycle, fees, finality, reorgs, on at least two models among account-based, UTXO and privacy-preserving chains.
- Experience with event-driven systems and data infrastructure (PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, NATS or equivalent) and with observability tooling (Datadog or equivalent).
- Able to diagnose an incident across several services and own the outcome, from root cause to fix in production.
- Comfortable reading and contributing to TypeScript code, as the team works on a polyglot stack.
- Daily use of AI coding tools, with a critical eye on their output.
- Clear written communication in English, especially for design documents and incident reports.
At Ledger, we are dedicated to continually investing in our employees which is why we offer more than just salaries; we provide comprehensive compensation packages that include a wide range of benefits. Here are some of the benefits you can look forward to:
- Flexible work options - Our hybrid policy allows employees to work from home up to 3 times per week

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
The Inference Foundation team owns the core of Mistral's inference stack: the inference engine and its orchestration, from the feature set and configuration that serve our models in production to the release machinery that keeps the stack current and production-grade.
This is a hybrid position spanning production LLM serving, engine and platform development, and capacity engineering. You will work on three intertwined problems:
1. Optimize the inference stack at scale — feature development and fixes in the engine and orchestrator, squeezing more throughput and lower latency out of every GPU under strict quality-of-service targets.
2. Make capacity elastic — scaling up and down should be cheap and fast, not a performance cliff.
3. Power the training of our frontier models — high-performance serving that keeps RL and post-training loops running at full speed.
What You Will Do
INFERENCE ENGINE & ORCHESTRATION
- Develop and fix the core of the inference stack — engine and orchestrator — including feature selection, configuration, and tuning for maximum performance at scale
- Own the release process for the serving stack: validated, regression-free releases through automated performance gates and progressive rollout
- Drive improvements and fixes upstream when the open-source engine is the right place for them
PERFORMANCE & CAPACITY AT SCALE
- Optimize serving efficiency across the fleet — driving down pod startup time, tackling cold-cache regressions on scale-up, smarter caching and offloading
- Optimize and maintain the optimal serving topology — overlap communication and transfers with computation, ensure optimal placement, connectivity, and routing
SERVING FOR FRONTIER TRAINING
- Build the serving infrastructure that powers RL and post-training for our frontier models
- Optimize inference performance across the full spectrum of our workloads
What We're Looking For
- Experience building and running ML/LLM services at scale, with clear latency and availability targets
- Hands-on experience with inference engines such as vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT-LLM, or others
- A solid grasp of inference internals: prefill vs. decode, KV-cache behavior, batching, scheduling, speculative decoding, parallelism strategies
- Familiarity with distributed and disaggregated serving architectures
- Comfortable debugging across the full stack — CUDA/NCCL, kernels, containers, networking, storage
- Python for systems tooling and backend services; PyTorch
- Kubernetes for running infrastructure at scale
- GPU and networking fundamentals: CUDA runtime, NCCL, InfiniBand/RDMA
It Would Be Great If You Have
- Demonstrated vLLM/sglang know-how — upstream contributions, or a track record of running in demanding production environments
- Hardware-aware optimization for various model architectures
- Experience serving MoE models at scale (expert parallelism, expert placement/load balancing)
- CUDA/Triton kernel development; Nsight Systems/Compute profiling
- Rust and/or C++ in production systems
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.
For the most up-to-date details on benefits available in your location, please refer to our Benefits page https://app.notion.com/p/mistralai/Benefits-at-Mistral-36e6ba59a7fe836b93dd01737fcc27ef?source=copy_link.

- A command of how Congress and the Executive Branch work, and how to strategically engage with them to advance Chainalysis business priorities
- A track record of driving successful policy initiatives to achieve enterprise-wide results; as opposed to solely monitoring, this person will have actively shaped relevant policy
- Demonstrated experience working with collaboratively with multiple types of cross functional teams throughout an organization to drive a goal forward
- Experience creating executable plans with measurable outcomes from broad strategic objectives
- A strategic thinking orientation with sound political instincts, not solely a subject matter expert

- Exceptional communication, writing, and analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to translate complex regulatory and business concepts to a range of audiences

Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
About the Team
At DoorDash we’re building the industry’s most scalable and reliable delivery network to support our three-sided marketplace of consumers, merchants, and dashers. TPMs on our Engineering teams provide fundamental support to the underlying technology services as well as the engineers building these services. It’s no simple task, but it wouldn’t be interesting if it was!
About the Role
Money is DoorDash’s organisation responsible for the financial products and infrastructure that enable transactions across DoorDash, Wolt and Deliveroo. The domain owns how consumers pay, how merchants and couriers are paid, and how money is recorded, reconciled and reported, covering payment processing, payment methods, payouts, invoicing, financial ledgers and regulatory compliance.
We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to help scale Money Domain. You will lead important engineering wide initiatives across Invoicing Platform, Payment Instruments, amongst others; working with Engineering, Product, Operations, and business leaders to deliver dependable, scalable Money capabilities for the business. Programs will span backend services, partner and merchant integrations, and regulatory / compliance products. They require strong technical judgment, cross organisational coordination, stakeholder management, and ownership of results.
You will report into the centralised global Technical Program Management team in Engineering, through a manager based in London. This is a hybrid role based in our London office in Cannon Street.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will…
Drive Money Domain’s Most Strategic Programs - You will partner closely with Engineering and Product leadership, Strategy & Operations, and cross-functional teams to turn Money Domain’s strategy into executable technical programs.
Lead Complex Cross-Organization Execution — Money Domain interacts with capabilities across consumer, merchant, courier, order and enterprise domains, payment processing, payouts, fraud and risk, regulatory compliance, accounting, financial data and platform infrastructure. You will establish clear ownership and milestones, surface critical dependencies and tradeoffs, and drive alignment across teams when the path forward is not obvious.
Bring Technical Depth and Systems Thinking - You will develop a deep understanding of the architecture, integrations, data flows, and operational systems behind Money Domain (Financial Systems). You will engage in technical designs, identify scaling and reliability risks, understand how decisions in one part of the system affect end-to-end consumer, rider/ courier, and merchant experiences, and help teams make pragmatic tradeoffs.
Turn Ambiguity into Strategy and Action - Many of our hardest problems do not begin with a clean scope or a single owner. You will truth-seek across technical and business inputs, frame the problem, clarify the definition of success, develop a point of view on risks and options, and create an execution path that teams and leaders can align behind.
Connect Engineering Execution to Business Outcomes - You will understand the merchant, partner, customer, and economic outcomes behind the work and use that context to guide prioritization and execution.
We're excited about you because…
You’re experienced in working with engineering teams on large-scale distributed systems and/or b2b products. You can speak to system architecture, scalability and reliability decisions, and design trade offs.
You’re a strong leader with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across organizations, bridge gaps between teams, and successfully influence without authority.
You have strong ownership, urgency, and drive. You are willing to roll up your sleeves and dive into the details to understand and drive your programs.
You have excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with confidence, clarity, and focus. You can convey concepts and considerations to non-experts and experts alike.
You’ve engaged with Engineering teams on product & platform development with a thorough understanding of software development processes and project planning.
You are pragmatic and detailed in your approach and focus on progress, not perfection.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree with experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other related discipline.
5+ years recent experience as a Technical Programme Manager at a technology/ FinTech company, in Financial Systems.
Experience with regulatory compliance in Financial Systems, e.g. SOX, PSD2, or equivalent would be an advantage.
Experience in large-scale distributed systems and system architecture.
Experience working directly with engineering teams on product development, with a thorough understanding of software development processes, system architecture, and scalability trade-offs.
Project planning and execution skills that include reviewing technical design documents, estimating, and scheduling.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
At Deliveroo, we know that a great workplace reflects the world around us and that true diversity and inclusion make us stronger, more creative, and better at what we do. We’re committed to fostering an environment where everyone can do their best work and feel they belong.
We believe in equality of opportunity and welcome candidates from all backgrounds regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, socio-economic background, religion, or belief.
If you have a disability or long-term health condition and need support to apply for one of our roles, or require any reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, you’ll have the opportunity to let us know once you’ve submitted your application. We’ll share details on how to request support so we can ensure you have a fair and equitable experience.
If you’re excited about making a real impact in a fast-moving marketplace and growing your career alongside ambitious, supportive teams, we’d love to hear from you!

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Wrike, you will own, protect, and exponentially grow the strategic relationship for a high-value portfolio of Enterprise accounts across EMEA. Wrike has evolved beyond standard project management into a trusted work delivery platform for people and AI, and in this role, you will be the chief architect of that vision for our most strategic clients.
In this role, you are a strategic business consultant and a trusted advisor. You will guide client executives through complex business transformations, leveraging cutting-edge Wrike AI Agents, Wrike Copilot, and visual collaboration tools to map, optimize, and scale business workflows. You will partner deeply with Sales, Renewals, and Product counterparts to deliver on the transformational vision and establish Wrike as the clients' long-term operating system of record.
Your Impact:
Strategic Portfolio Ownership:
Proactively manage a highly diverse and complex book of EMEA (mainly UK) Enterprise accounts, serving as their strategic partner, executive liaison, and primary advocate.
Build Stakeholder Relationships:
Establish a multi-layered relationship structure - including Centers of Excellence - connecting with administrators, day-to-day champions, and executive-level sponsors (VPs, C-suite).
Co-Create Success Plans & Workflows:
Build scalable and highly digestible Success Plans that capture the client's transformational vision and a measurable roadmap to build it out.
Play Offense:
Actively hunt for expansion paths within your portfolio. You will not wait for renewals to talk about growth; instead, you will proactively identify new teams to land, pitch advanced AI use cases, and systematically build a high-velocity expansion pipeline in lockstep with Sales.
Commercial Growth & Retention:
Meet individual Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets by proactively identifying expansion opportunities, mapping customer growth plans, and mitigating churn risks early.
Operational Excellence:
You will continuously iterate on processes, develop new workflow playbooks, and share documented learnings across the broader organization.
Your Qualifications:
Proven GTM Track Record:
5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Business Consulting roles within the SaaS space, with a verified track record of managing $1M+ ARR accounts.
Change Management & COE Mastery:
Proven expertise in guiding large-scale organizations through complex software rollouts and operational transformations by mapping and navigating stakeholder management and building internal Centers of Excellence (COEs).
Executive Presence & Storytelling:
Highly polished communication skills with a proven capability to establish radical trust, navigate political dynamics, and present quantified business value/ROI to C-suite and VP-level technology leaders.
Commercial Acumen & C-Suite Framing:
A proven history of partnering with Sales to build joint account plans, identify upsell opportunities, and guide customers through complex buying cycles. You possess a deep understanding of enterprise procurement processes and are highly skilled at framing the business and operational value of a product to C-level audiences, translating technical features into hard cost savings, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.
Workflow Consulting Expertise:
Ability to run structured, outcome-led Workflow Discoveries and reverse demos to map customer business processes directly into Wrike and identify adjacent opportunities.
Technical & Integration Literacy:
Strong comfort with tech ecosystems; ability to discuss complex system integrations, data analytics, and address technical hurdles (such as API webhooks or integration recipes) in lockstep with supporting teams.
AI-Enabled Capability:
Strong literacy and hands-on experience embedding practical Generative AI tools into daily operations.
Standout Qualities:
Vertical Specialization:
You have deep domain expertise in one or more core industry verticals (e.g., Marketing, Creative Agencies, PMOs) and can build reusable workflow playbooks for the team.
Certified Change Management Coach:
You have experience guiding organizations through large-scale software rollouts and operational change management.
Certified Project Manager:
You hold a recognized industry certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum) and possess a formal understanding of project management methodologies to easily translate complex client workflows into structured, high-performing configurations.
Peer Mentor:
You naturally seek opportunities to mentor junior team members, share best practices, and contribute to the collective enablement of the Customer Success organization.
Team Dynamics:
You will join a high-performing, collaborative EMEA Customer Success team that values transparency, continuous learning, and collective growth. We work cross-functionally, sharing insights across Sales, Product, Renewals, and Support to ensure our customers have a unified experience. As a senior member of this team, you will play a key role in running internal enablement sessions and shaping best practices.

At Wrike, we believe in proactive ownership, data-driven decisions, and a growth mindset. We leverage Wrike every day to manage our own work, collaborate seamlessly across time zones, and maintain operational transparency. Who Is Wrike and Our Culture
We’re a team of innovators and creators who solve the complex work problems of today and tomorrow.
Hybrid work mode
Wrike is our people, not a place. While flexibility looks different across teams and regions, employees located near certain hubs — particularly in Prague (CZ), Nicosia (CY), Bangalore (IN), and Rennes (FR) — are generally expected to collaborate in person around 2–3 days per week, balancing the flexibility of distributed work with opportunities for in-person collaboration and connection.

Connecting product to field readiness
Integrate launch cycles, positioning, competitive intelligence, and field readiness so revenue teams can pivot quickly as products and customer needs evolve
Leading organizational change
Shape how team structures, roles, workflows, and processes evolve as we move to AI-first ways of working
Lead change management, and advise executive leadership on the long-term strategy for revenue execution
What skills do I need?
15+ overall years of experience, 5+ years of leading enablement teams at a technology company.
Track record building or evolving enablement, GTM operations, or revenue systems functions in high-velocity SaaS or AI-native environments
Mastery of strategic revenue systems, including:
Complex revenue workflows
High-velocity product launch cycles
Next-generation GTM execution
Precision sales productivity systems
Hands-on experience operationalizing AI-powered tools and workflows across the revenue lifecycle
Strong cross-functional partnership with Product, Engineering, PMM, Sales, and RevOps
Ability to combine systems thinking with fast execution
Experience leading complex organizational change
We're intentionally looking beyond traditional enablement backgrounds. Strong candidates may come from GTM strategy and operations, commercialization, product operations, AI workflow design, or product-led GTM.
You might be a fit if you:
Think in systems and adapt quickly
Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy building where no playbook exists
Believe AI will fundamentally reshape how revenue organizations operate
