ROLE OVERVIEW
Welocalize is looking for a native-level Hebrew speaker to join a confidential, large-scale AI and consumer technology programme for a major global technology and communications client.
It's a hands-on, on-site role that combines two things: evaluating a pre-release AI model in your language, and testing how the product actually performs on a client-supplied device — a smartphone and a next-generation smart glass. If you enjoy noticing the detail other people miss, this is work you'll find satisfying.

ROLE OVERVIEW
Welocalize is looking for a native-level Spanish (LATAM) speaker to join a confidential, large-scale AI and consumer technology programe for a major global technology and communications client.
It's a hands-on, on-site role that combines two things: evaluating a pre-release AI model in Spanish (LATAM), and testing how the product actually performs on a client-supplied device — a smartphone and a next-generation smart glass. If you enjoy noticing the detail other people miss, this is work you'll find satisfying.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Review pre-release AI model outputs inSpanish (LATAM) and evaluate them for accuracy, naturalness, appropriateness, and overall quality—would a native speaker say it this way? Fact-check each response against the provided source material.
Test the Spanish (LATAM) experience against English: confirm feature parity, complete an end-to-end user journey using non-English input, and verify that the product correctly handles non-Latin scripts, diacritics, right-to-left text, and mixed-language input.
Identify any display issues (text cut off, overflowing, or rendering poorly) and any localization errors—incorrect dates, numbers, currencies, units, or untranslated strings.
Document each issue clearly so a developer can reproduce it—include steps taken, device and OS, locale, build ID, and supporting evidence. Retest after a fix ships to confirm it’s resolved.
Provide native-level insights on navigation and usability, calling out Spanish (LATAM)-specific nuances that only a fluent speaker would notice.
Work on-site in a private, secure area of the Welocalize office; due to the confidential, pre-release nature of the work, remote or work-from-home options are not available.
Assist with other linguistic projects as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Native-level or fully bilingual proficiency in Spanish (LATAM), written and spoken, with an up-to-date sense of real-world usage across both everyday and technical contexts.
Confident using smartphones and laptops; comfortable working across both iOS and Android.
Strong attention to detail and fair, objective judgment when assessing quality.
Ability to work independently, follow detailed test scripts and guidelines, and clearly explain issues in English.
Previous experience in software/app testing, localization QA, or linguistic evaluation is a strong plus, but not required if you bring the language skills and attention to detail.
Welocalize helps the world’s leading brands reach global audiences—and language testing is at the core of that mission. You’ll work alongside experienced linguists and testers on pre-release technology, in a team that takes quality and precision seriously.
If you’re a native-level Spanish (LATAM) speaker with a keen eye for detail and an interest in how language and technology intersect, we’d like to hear from you.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
ABOUT THE TRAVEL, TRANSPORTATION AND HOSPITALITY TEAM
- The Travel, Transportation and Hospitality (TTH) supports some of the largest airlines, hotel chains, rental car brands, cruise lines and travel tech companies in the world. Our customers are frontiers in the travel space, and are true thought partners in shaping our platform, helping reinvent what hospitality looks like in this new era. Our customers rely on us to not only deliver standout customer experiences, driving stronger growth in their business.
- Our TTH team is constantly pushing the bounds of what is possible within this industry and beyond. We help support our customers in the moments that matter — whether that’s proactively encouraging new bookings to prepare for exciting events, or helping guests rebook their flights or stays during times of distress. We help our customers maximize the lifetime value of their guests and build products to delight guests at every touchpoint.
- We’re a small and scrappy team, and we support each other with any deliverables we have to meet. Every engineer on TTH is also a product-led thinker; every PM on TTH is tinkering and developing tangible prototypes; and every strategist on TTH is capable of owning an agent end to end. As a part of this team, you’ll set the standard on what it means to go beyond your role, and help build the travel industry of the future.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and deliver production-grade AI agents https://sierra.ai/blog/meet-the-ai-agent-engineer: You'll build and ship highly performant, reliable, and intuitive AI agents that are central, mission-critical and drive revenue directly to Sierra's growth. These aren't prototypes—they are powerful, scalable systems running in production environments across industries like finance, healthcare, and commerce.
- Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-development-life-cycle (ADLC): You'll have complete ownership and autonomy from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration. You'll be responsible for building, tuning, and evolving AI agents in production environments, defining the standard for ADLC best practices along the way.
- Partner with large enterprises and cutting-edge startups: You’ll work directly with leaders at some of the world’s largest enterprises to understand their most pressing business challenges, and build AI agents that transform how they operate at scale. You'll also partner with the most cutting-edge startups in Silicon Valley, embedding AI agents across their entire business stack to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Build the future of the platform: Your direct work with customers will guide the evolution of Sierra's core platform. You'll surface unmet needs, prototype new tools and features, and collaborate with research, product, and platform to shape the future of AI agent development and Sierra's product.
EXAMPLE PROJECTS
These are some examples of projects that engineers on our team have worked on recently:
- Building innovative multimodal experiences: Spearhead cross-cutting initiatives, partnering with the voice and Experience SDK teams to bring to life embedded voice mode in mobile apps. This brand new product allows users to talk, tap and text with our agents all in a single view — unlocking communication through rich visualizations, and accuracy in input collection with chat, with the ease and efficiency of voice.
- Shipping complex booking experiences: Build personalized booking flows, including leveraging Google Maps APIs to support searching for properties via an embedded map view, developing a recommendation engine based on past reservations and orchestrating seamless payment collection to complete the full booking lifecycle.
- Abstracting complex systems into packages: Modernize legacy reservations systems by creating Sierra packages that optimize querying and updating trips for customers across the board. You’ll be challenged to think deeply about how to orchestrate each step of these workflows to maximize efficiency while upholding reliability and accuracy.
- Improving the capabilities of our built in integrations: Expand platform extensibility by introducing new capabilities to our existing integrations. An example is extending our MCP integrations to support MCP UI, which allows customers to dynamically host their custom UI resources on our embedded chat windows.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills, especially in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
- A builder and tinkerer's mindset with high agency - you find creative ways to overcome obstacles and ship.
- Comfort working directly with customers to understand their needs and solve real-world problems.
- Excellent communication skills—clear, direct, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excitement in the travel space and a genuine care for helping improve the guest experience as a whole. Our customers care deeply about their guests, and we carry that through what we build every day.
EVEN BETTER...
- Language Fluency: Professional fluency in both Spanish and English.
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production
- Have been a founder or founding engineer - you know what it means to balance craft, ownership, and speed
- Familiarity with tools that power today's AI agents: eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering
- Prior experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Go
- Previous roles where you interfaced with customers or led technical projects with external stakeholders
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. n8n is the open workflow orchestration platform built for the new era of AI. We give technical teams the freedom of code with the speed of no-code, so they can automate faster, smarter, and without limits. Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we’re changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact.
Since our founding in 2019, we’ve grown into a diverse team of over 260 - working across Europe and the US, connected by a shared builder spirit and with our centre of gravity in Berlin. Along the way, we’ve:
- Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders
- Earned 190K+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world’s Top 40 most popular projects
- Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation
That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
🎯 Your main goal will be to build and own a high-performing Mid-Market territory in the US, creating pipeline from the ground up and converting technical buyers into high-value n8n customers.
You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle while helping us sharpen the playbook for our next stage of US growth:
Own your pipeline from scratch
- Build and execute a self-sourced prospecting strategy across a greenfield/ whitespace territory, including account mapping, segmentation, and multi-channel outbound across calls, email, social, and events.
- Own opportunities through the sales cycle, engaging technical buyers including Developers, DevOps, IT leaders, and CTOs.
- Guide prospects through technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, translating n8n’s capabilities into clear business value.
- Partner closely with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success to demonstrate the power of n8n and ensure a smooth path from evaluation to onboarding
Hit activity benchmarks that drive pipeline
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for outbound activity (calls, emails, meetings booked) and self-sourced opportunities created, treating prospecting as a daily discipline.
Think like a territory owner, not just a closer
- Continuously refine your outbound approach based on conversion data (connect rates, meeting-to-opportunity rates) to improve territory performance.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing/SDR teams to fill gaps in inbound coverage.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 📈 B2B SaaS sales experience: You have 3+ years of experience in a Mid-Market Account Executive or similar B2B SaaS sales role.
- 🏆 Top-performing track record: You have demonstrated success as a top performer, including a track record of performing within the top 10% of your sales team.
- 🎯 Hunter mindset: You have a proven track record of generating your own pipeline through consistent, high-quality outbound prospecting.
- 🤝 Technical sales experience: You’ve successfully closed technical deals and are comfortable selling to Developers, DevOps, IT teams, CTOs, and other technical stakeholders.
- 🧪 Complex evaluations: You have experience navigating proof-of-concept and technical evaluation processes from initial interest through to close.
- 🚀 Entrepreneurial mindset: You’re comfortable taking ownership, building from a blank page, and finding creative ways to unlock opportunities.
- ⚡ Startup adaptability: You thrive in a fast-moving, hybrid startup environment where priorities evolve and autonomy is expected.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 🛠️ Developer ecosystem experience: You have experience selling open-source products, developer tools, or within a product-led growth company.
- 🌱 Scale-up experience: You’ve worked in a Series A–C startup and understand what it takes to build repeatable processes while moving quickly.
- 🌎 LATAM experience: You’re fluent in Spanish and/or have experience selling into or working with the LATAM market.
Why join us?
At n8n, you won’t be stepping into a fully defined territory and simply running an existing playbook. You’ll have the opportunity to build your market, create your own pipeline, win technical customers, and directly influence how we scale our Mid-Market sales motion in the US.
You’ll join a fast-growing, product-led company at an exciting stage of its journey, working closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams while having the autonomy to experiment, learn, and shape how we grow.
Sound like a challenge you’re excited to take on?
Apply now — and help us build the future of automation.
