- You have a Bias for Action - you are very execution focused and you like getting things done.
- You have experience working with cross-functional teams to get technical products, services or solutions shipped to an internal or an external customer and can independently own tracking and reporting across multiple work-streams, with owners in different time-zones.
- You are comfortable holding leaders and individual contributors accountable. You can be assertive while remaining diplomatic. You are not afraid to follow up with people to ensure shipping within committed deadlines.

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
At Sentry, Finance plays a critical role in helping the company understand where we're investing, what we're getting in return, and where we can operate more effectively.
We are looking for an FP&A Manager who will help build Sentry's FP&A function while focusing on establishing best-in-class FinOps practices. You'll partner across the business on forecasting and financial analysis, with a significant focus on cloud infrastructure, AI costs, vendor spend, and other areas where better financial visibility can translate directly into better decisions.
You will be expected to understand the economics behind our infrastructure, build the financial models and reporting needed to manage it, identify meaningful opportunities, and work with Engineering and other partners to turn those insights into action.
You'll also operate as a generalist FP&A partner and play an important role in building the processes, models, and operating rhythms that Finance will use as Sentry grows.
You will report to the Director of FP&A.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Own forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis for significant areas of Sentry's operations, with particular emphasis on cloud infrastructure, AI-related spend, software, vendors, and other major cost categories.
- Partner closely with Engineering and infrastructure leaders to understand the drivers of cloud and AI spend, translate technical consumption into financial forecasts, and identify opportunities to improve unit economics and gross margin.
- Develop reporting that makes cloud and infrastructure costs understandable and actionable, including trends, cost allocation, unit costs, utilization economics, commitments, and significant variances.
- Help evaluate cloud commitments, reserved capacity, vendor agreements, and other commercial decisions by modeling their financial implications and tradeoffs.
- Build and operate a scalable company-wide expense-management process that gives budget owners clear visibility into their spend, forecasts, and accountability.
- Partner with functional leaders on budgets, forecasts, business cases, and ongoing financial performance.
- Support monthly and quarterly reporting, including budget-to-actual analysis, variance explanations, forecast updates, and accrual inputs in partnership with Accounting.
- Support company-wide planning, headcount forecasting, management reporting, and other corporate FP&A work alongside the Director of FP&A.
- Develop models and analyses to answer important business questions, particularly around efficiency, cost structure, gross margin, and resource allocation.
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting, improve source data, and replace manual or fragmented finance processes with scalable ones.
- Work cross-functionally with Accounting, Engineering, Procurement and business leaders to ensure financial information leads to action rather than simply producing another report.
YOU'LL LOVE THIS ROLE IF YOU
- Are a self-starter who likes owning a problem from messy data through recommendation and implementation.
- Get genuinely interested in understanding why a cost moves rather than simply reporting that it moved.
- Enjoy working with technical partners and can translate infrastructure or product concepts into financial drivers.
- Like building processes, models, and reporting from scratch and making them simpler each time they run.
- Have strong financial instincts but aren't afraid to get into large or imperfect datasets to find the answer.
- Are comfortable moving between detailed cost analysis and broader company FP&A work.
- Know that good cost management is about helping teams make smarter tradeoffs—not simply telling them to spend less.
- Are comfortable with the pace, ambiguity, and ownership that comes with a growing company.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, technology finance, or a related analytical finance role.
- Experience owning budgets, forecasts, budget-to-actual analysis, and financial partnership with business leaders.
- Demonstrated experience building or materially improving financial models, planning processes, cost-management processes, or business-partnering cadences.
- Experience analyzing cloud infrastructure, hosting, AI/LLM, or other usage-driven costs is strongly preferred. Direct FinOps experience is a plus but is not required.
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Experience with NetSuite and modern FP&A or spend-management platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with FinOps concepts including cost allocation, showback/chargeback, commitments, and cloud cost optimization is a plus; FinOps Certified Practitioner or similar training is welcome but not required.
- Strong communication and business-partnering skills, particularly the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance audiences and turn analysis into action.
Not sure you meet every qualification? We encourage you to apply anyway. We're interested in people who are excited about the opportunity, have demonstrated an ability to learn quickly, drive change, and want to help us build a great finance function.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY
Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. Sentry is an open-source company because we believe that everyone, everywhere, should have the ability and tools to make great software. Software should be accessible. That starts with making our industry accessible.
If you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, you may contact us at accommodations@sentry.io.

- Startup-speed execution, ownership mindset, and a player-coach attitude
Bonus tacos if you have
- (Tacos? If you need an ice-breaker, ask how we say thanks by giving tacos!)

INTERVIEW PROCESS
We believe that the interview process should be transparent, consistent, and enjoyable. We value your time and hope to complete the interview process in two to four weeks, if schedules allow. Through your interviews, you will meet a mix of individual contributors, managers, and senior leaders.
AI USE DURING THE INTERVIEW PROCESS

OUR USE OF AI IN HIRING
We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically:
- Ashby and Brainerr help us review inbound applications by surfacing candidates who best match the role requirements we've defined. This tool does not make hiring decisions; it helps our team prioritize which applications to review first.
- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.
All hiring decisions are made by humans. Our team reviews applications, conducts interviews, and makes final selections. AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws. Your data is not used to train AI models.
In accordance with New York City Local Law 144, an independent bias audit has been conducted on "Automated Employment Decision Tools"; results are available for Ashby https://www.ashbyhq.com/downloadables/ashby-bias-audit-08-2024.pdf.

As a member of the Research Legal team, you'll advise on legal topics across the full lifecycle of building and studying frontier AI models: data acquisition and use, training pipelines, model evaluation and launch, and alignment, interpretability, model welfare, societal impacts, and beneficial deployments research, as well as Responsible Scaling Policy work on biological risk. You'll be a subject matter expert on copyright, privacy, data use, and AI regulation (including the EU AI Act, U.S. state laws, and emerging global rules), and will work directly with researchers on questions that often have no settled answer.

Help coordinate regulatory readiness and model launches, review model documentation and system cards, respond to regulatory inquiries, and advise on legal questions for pre-release and internal models
Support the Responsible Scaling Policy as applied to biological and chemical risk, including capability evaluations, tiered access for biosecurity researchers, and dual-use research questions

Monitor global AI, privacy, copyright, and export-control developments and translate them into practical internal guidance and policy, working closely with Product, Policy, and other legal stakeholders
Engage with academics, regulators, industry groups, and civil society to help develop norms and best practices for responsible AI development and data governance

Familiarity and comfort advising on the EU AI Act, U.S. legislation and AI frameworks, GDPR/CCPA, and comparable regimes globally, sometimes where no AI-specific legislation exists
Interest in thinking deeply about the impact of AI on society and how to make humanity's transition to the AI age as beneficial as possible
Sound judgment about when to be flexible and when to hold a line; comfort making high-stakes calls in unsettled areas and outside your core expertise; and a low-ego, collaborative approach, doing the work needed rather than delegating it or being territorial
Preferred qualifications
At least 8 years of legal experience advising technology companies on copyright, privacy, data, AI regulation, and related product and policy issues, ideally including time in-house and work on AI/ML products or services
Experience engaging directly with regulators or standards bodies
Working technical literacy: enough familiarity with how models are trained, evaluated, and deployed to ask researchers and engineers the right questions and spot the legal issues in a technical design
An academic or publishing background, or experience with copyright, open-source, and data licensing
Experience with biosecurity, dual-use research, export controls, or safety frameworks such as Anthropic's Responsible Scaling Policy
Experience advising on academic or industry research, including publications, external collaborations, data sharing, or human-subjects and consent questions, ideally in AI or an adjacent technical field

Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

OUR ETHOS
We believe in an open and flat structure. You will be able to grow into the role that most aligns with your goals. Our team members at all levels have the freedom to explore ideas and impact the roadmap and vision of our company.
ABOUT THE TEAM
We’re building the next generation of wallet infrastructure at Rain, supporting both custodial and non-custodial architectures. Our team is tackling foundational problems across cryptography, key management, secure computing, and blockchain wallet infrastructure—not simply integrating existing wallet SDKs. We’re looking for exceptional engineering leaders and senior individual contributors who can architect these systems from the ground up, bring deep expertise in one or more areas of wallet security and infrastructure, and have the technical breadth to work across multiple wallet architectures. Most importantly, we want engineers who are excited to push the technical frontier and define what modern wallet infrastructure should look like, rather than reproduce the standard stack that exists today.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the architecture of Rain’s wallet infrastructure, designing secure, scalable systems for custody, key management, transaction signing, authorization, and recovery.
- Design flexible signing infrastructure that can support MPC, HSMs, secure enclaves, TEEs, and emerging cryptographic approaches without creating fragmented systems.
- Build and evolve wallet systems across multiple account models, including EOAs, smart contract wallets, account abstraction, ERC-4337, embedded wallets, and multichain infrastructure.
- Define the boundaries between cryptography and wallet orchestration, including how keys, signing authority, transaction policies, permissions, and authorization interact across the platform.
- Architect security-critical key management systems covering key generation, distributed key generation, storage, rotation, backup, recovery, and hardware-backed isolation.
- Build highly available signing and transaction infrastructure capable of securely controlling high-value customer assets while maintaining reliable, developer-friendly APIs.
- Set the technical direction for wallet security, including threat modeling, policy engines, secrets management, account recovery, authentication, and programmable authorization.
- Make foundational build-vs.-buy decisions across cryptography, custody, wallet, and security infrastructure while ensuring the architecture can evolve alongside new blockchain standards and cryptographic techniques.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Deep expertise in one or more areas of wallet, custody, cryptography, or security infrastructure, combined with strong distributed systems and architecture fundamentals.
- Experience designing or building production wallet, custody, signing, or key management systems, particularly infrastructure responsible for securing high-value assets.
- Strong knowledge of applied cryptography, such as MPC, threshold cryptography, threshold signatures, distributed key generation, ECDSA, EdDSA, or secure multiparty computation.
- Experience with HSMs, secure enclaves, TEEs, confidential computing, hardware-backed key isolation, or other security-critical infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of modern wallet and blockchain account architecture, including EOAs, smart contract wallets, account abstraction, ERC-4337, transaction orchestration, and multichain systems.
- Experience designing authentication, authorization, policy, permissions, recovery, or secrets-management systems where security and correctness are critical.
- A track record of making high-leverage architectural decisions in complex distributed systems, including evaluating tradeoffs across security, reliability, developer experience, and extensibility.
- The ability to form strong technical opinions, communicate tradeoffs clearly, and own architecture from first principles through production, rather than simply integrating existing wallet or custody providers.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.

This is a great fit for a Product Manager who is energized by analytics products, comfortable getting into the data themselves, and excited about the web traffic, competitive intelligence, or digital marketing space.
Salary range: $125,000 - 150,000 USD
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Interview users to identify needs, workflows, and pain points related to web traffic and engagement data.
- Write clear technical requirements for new features, metrics, and data delivery solutions.
- Collaborate daily with Data Science and Engineering to prioritize, scope, and ship improvements to web estimates and product features.
- Propose and maintain a roadmap for future Web and Generative AI Insights releases.
- Analyze usage and product data to identify opportunities and measure the impact of shipped features.
- Communicate functional and business details of upcoming releases to less technical teams, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success.
- Monitor data quality and accuracy of web estimates, working with Data Science to resolve issues and improve methodology.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 3–5 years of professional experience, preferably in product management at a B2B or SaaS company.
- Experience working with data products, analytics platforms, or APIs.
- Comfortable with writing SQL and using data directly to inform product decisions.
- An interest in web analytics, competitive intelligence, digital marketing, or adjacent spaces (SEO experience is a strong plus).
- Familiarity with BI and analytics tooling (e.g., Snowflake, Tableau, Amplitude, Mixpanel) is a plus.
- AI-fluent and comfortable working daily with tools like Claude, building custom agents, and leveraging MCP integrations to move faster and unlock new workflows.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Sales/GTM teams.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
