ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.

Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
Evaluation is how we decide which models, checkpoints and recipes ship. As a Research Engineer on the Eval Platform team, you will build the infrastructure every science team relies on to measure model quality, and make it reliable, reproducible and fast.
You don't need to have designed benchmarks before. You do need to care about what a score means, and about when a difference between two runs is real.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build systems that keep eval results reproducible and comparable over time, as models, benchmarks and code evolve.
- Run evaluations at scale across our GPU clusters, from model serving to scoring.
- Make eval results easy to access, explore and trust, through APIs and dashboards that researchers use every day.
- Catch broken or noisy evals before they mislead research decisions.
- Support evaluation of agentic, multi-turn and tool-using models.
- Work closely with researchers to turn new evaluation needs into robust, shared tooling.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years building production-grade software, ideally large-scale ML codebases or distributed systems.
- Excellent Python and strong software-design instincts: testing, code review, CI/CD.
- Experience running workloads on GPU clusters (Slurm, Kubernetes, Ray or similar).
- Familiarity with LLM inference and evaluation.
- A product mindset: researchers are your users.
- Self-starter, low-ego, collaborative.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience building or maintaining evaluation harnesses or benchmarks.
- Hands-on experience with inference engines such as vLLM or SGLang.
- Experience with agentic or RL environments.
- Statistics for experimentation: variance estimation, significance testing.
- Open-source contributions to ML tooling.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time

- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
THE ROLE
Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster’s positions are fully remote, and you can work from home. Forever. To create the best experience for this employee and meet business needs, this role requires you to be based within +3/-3 UTC.
As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will help run accurate, timely, and controlled accounts payable operations for external vendors. You will coordinate closely with our invoice-processing BPO, resolve discrepancies, manage AP communications, complete reconciliations and close activities in NetSuite, and partner with Treasury, Accounting, vendors, and internal stakeholders. - Process vendor’s invoices in NetSuite.
- Perform regular AP account reconciliations and investigate exceptions thoroughly.
- Partner with Treasury and Accounting to support timely, accurate payments.
- Complete month-end AP close activities.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and compliant vendor master data.
- Contribute to cross-functional AP improvement and automation projects.
- Maintain AP documentation and training materials.
- Build effective relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Core Requirements
- At least three years of professional AP accounting experience, including financial processing and reconciliation.

- A track record of high-quality execution in high-growth, high-volume, globally distributed AP environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Demonstrated AP process-improvement and technology-innovation experience.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and systematic working methods.
- Self-motivation, initiative, and proactive problem-solving.
Bonus / Nice-to-Have Experience
- Formal accounting education or a related qualification.
- Payroll-processing experience.
- Advanced Netsuite experience.
This might not be right for you if...
- You prefer narrowly transactional work without process-improvement ownership.
- You have limited experience on a standard AP process with Purchase Order
- You are uncomfortable investigating ambiguous discrepancies across several stakeholders.
- You need close day-to-day direction rather than independently prioritizing work.
- You have limited experience with high-volume, global AP operations.
You'll also need
- A reliable home internet connection and fluency in both written and spoken English.

Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring an Accounting Automation Engineer to replace manual accounting work across a multi-entity, multi-country enterprise, using Claude Code and agentic AI.
You will use Claude Code and agentic AI, plus Python or JavaScript/TypeScript, to automate accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, month-end close and the wider day-to-day accounting operation. You need strong IFRS or US GAAP knowledge to get the numbers right, because an automation that posts wrong entries is worse than no automation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The goal is to automate the repeatable core of enterprise accounting, with human review kept only where judgment is needed.
Accounts payable
- Invoice capture and data extraction from PDFs and email, using AI where useful
- Vendor matching, coding suggestions, and 2-way/3-way PO matching
- Duplicate invoice detection and approval routing
- Payment run preparation and vendor statement reconciliation
Accounts receivable
- Invoice generation and delivery
- Cash application and bank receipt matching
- Aging reports, dunning and collections reminders
- Credit note handling and bad debt/ECL provision support
Reconciliations
- Bank and card reconciliations across all accounts and currencies
- Balance sheet account reconciliations (prepayments, accruals, deferred revenue, fixed assets)
- Intercompany and subledger-to-GL reconciliations
- Exception reports that flag only the items a human needs to review
Month-end close
- Close checklist tracking and scheduled reminders
- Recurring, accrual, prepayment and amortization journals
- Depreciation runs and FX revaluation
- Trial balance checks, flux/variance analysis, and draft commentary
- Management reporting packs
General accounting operations
- Expense report and employee reimbursement checks
- Chart of accounts and master data hygiene
- Audit support: evidence collection, PBC lists, sample extraction
- Data pipelines between ERP, banks, payment platforms and spreadsheets
QUALIFICATIONS
Two things matter most, and we weigh them above everything else:
1. Strong knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP
2. Real experience with AI coding tools, ideally Claude Code, backed by solid engineering basics
We accept two paths: an accountant who learned to code, or an engineer who learned accounting. Both are judged on the same practical test.
- Hands-on experience building automations with Python or JavaScript/TypeScript (either is fine)
- Daily, hands-on use of AI coding tools, ideally Claude Code, with solid engineering basics, shipping working scripts and agents
- Ability to run local scripts and schedule jobs (cron, task schedulers or CI pipelines)
- Strong knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP, shown by ACCA, ACA, CPA or equivalent, or by several years of hands-on accounting experience
- Experience with core processes: AP, AR, bank reconciliation, month-end close
- Comfort working with APIs and MCP servers, CSV/Excel data and basic SQL
- Care for accuracy, controls and audit trails
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in multi-entity or multi-currency environments, including intercompany and consolidation
- Experience reconciling payment processor statements across multiple jurisdictions and currencies
- Experience with shared cost services that invoice group companies, including complex expense splits and automated invoice generation
- Experience with an ERP and its API (which ERP does not matter)
- Experience building AI agents and agentic workflows, including tool use and MCP servers
- Knowledge of VAT/GST and e-invoicing rules in several jurisdictions
- Experience with Git, testing and basic cloud deployment
- Prior experience in a finance transformation or accounting operations team
- Additional languages, where our entities operate in non-English markets

The Role
We are seeking a Senior Commercial Product Partnership Specialist to join our Commercial team in UK. In this pivotal role, you will act as the crucial link between our global Product Management organization and the regional Commercial teams.
In this role, you will become the region’s go-to Subject Matter Expert, bridging the gap between global product innovation and local market reality. Acting as a localized specialist, you will focus on two critical areas: Product Expertise and Market Intelligence. You will drive the adoption and revenue of our product suite among our merchants, ensuring our stack aligns perfectly with local needs. Simultaneously, you will be our eyes and ears on the ground, analyzing macro trends and emerging growth areas to help steer our regional roadmap.
This is a unique opportunity to build a pipeline of merchants based on product and market needs, and directly influence how we ship and position features in UK.
What you'll be doing
- Become the Regional Product Authority: Master the Checkout.com http://Checkout.com product suite to a granular level. You will know exactly which products, features, and configurations align with local merchant needs and regulatory requirements.
- Drive Product-Market Fit: Act as the filter and feedback loop between the local market and our global Product teams. You will ensure we are shipping the right solutions for the region and help tailor our value proposition to win local market share.
- Own Market Intelligence: Develop a granular understanding of the macro trends shaping the [Region] payment landscape. You will identify exactly what is growing within the market and which emerging verticals or technologies are gaining traction, allowing us to capitalize on new growth vectors ahead of the competition.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor competitor activity and emerging trends to ensure Checkout.com http://Checkout.com remains a market leader. You will provide actionable insights to commercial leadership on where the market is heading and how we can capitalize on new growth vectors before they become mainstream.
- Lead Product Commercialisation: Define and lead the regional Go-To-Market strategy for a targeted portfolio of Services. You will ensure the local sales force is equipped to effectively position, sell, and support these solutions to maximize merchant adoption.
- Build Revenue & Backbook Pipeline: Proactively build and manage a pipeline of merchants who can benefit from specific products we are shipping. You will forecast and track Net Revenue (NR) impact, focusing on cross-selling chargeable products to deepen our commercial footprint.
About You
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in Commercial Strategy, Product Management, Management Consulting, or a complex B2B Sales environment.
- High Learning Agility: You are intellectually curious and a fast learner. You have the ability to absorb technical concepts quickly and can effectively communicate them to non-technical stakeholders.
- Commercial Strategy: You are comfortable working with data, forecasting revenue, and building commercial pipelines. You understand how to identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities within an existing client base.
- Market Researcher: You have a natural ability to analyze market trends and macro-economics. You can look at a region and identify "what's next" before the competition does.
- Cross-Functional Execution: You are comfortable actively partnering with global Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and regional Commercial stakeholders to turn market insights into deployed solutions.
- Data-Driven: You base your decisions on data. You can look at market numbers, usage stats, and financial metrics to derive clear, actionable strategies.
- Desirable: Experience in FinTech or Payments is a plus, but not required. We are more interested in your ability to grasp complex ecosystems than your current industry knowledge.

You will lead a team of around 10 people (creative producers at junior, mid and senior level, plus a lead designer and motion designers). You will own the creative strategy, the quality of every ad that goes live, and the results those ads deliver. You will also create ad concepts yourself, alongside the team.

- Turn performance data into testable hypotheses and retire underperforming angles quickly.
- Support User Acquisition with high-performing creatives across Meta, Google, Microsoft, Snapchat, TikTok, Applovin, and new networks.
- Deliver structured creative performance reviews to the CMO and User Acquisition Lead.
Quality Control & Ad Network Compliance
- Own quality control: no ad goes live without meeting a defined quality standard.
- Ensure every creative complies with each network's ad policies, keeping ad accounts healthy with no rejected creatives.
- Track policy changes and keep compliance guidelines and pre-launch checklists current.
Team Leadership & Production Systems
- Lead and develop producers across levels, and direct the design team through its lead designer.

- Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance management for the ad creative unit.

- Ability to read creative-level data independently and build structured testing frameworks.
- Experience implementing processes, systems, and AI-enabled workflows that measurably increased creative production speed.

We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
