About the role
This is a builder’s role, where you'll own both the technical depth and commercial outcomes for some of ElevenLabs' most exciting customers across Southern Europe, sitting at the intersection of product, engineering, and revenue.
You'll get ahead of the problem. You'll dig into how customers deploy ElevenLabs across web, mobile, and their systems, spot the problems before they do, inspire new use-cases and own the solution end to end. You'll own the number too: renewals, expansion and cross-sell. Success here means driving real revenue retention and growth for your book of business.
What this looks like day to day
You'll run onboarding, enablement, and growth across ElevenLabs' full platform, core speech models, creative tools, and Agents. You'll advise customers on production deployment, not just theory, digging into usage and performance data to catch friction early and keep adoption moving.
You'll also own commercial outcomes for a defined book of business against clear targets: Gross Revenue Retention, Net Revenue Retention, cross-sell, and net expansion. You'll spot expansion opportunities early, own renewals and upsells end to end, and work closely with Sales, Engineering, and CS leadership to turn technical wins into revenue.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Customer Success, Account Management or Technical Account Management experience supporting complex B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products in the Southern Europe region
- Proven experience of owning and managing a defined Book of Business
- Fluent in Spanish, Italian and English (all three languages required)
- Proven experience working across the Southern Europe market. Knowledge of the landscape and cultural nuances
- Familiarity and experience with building and deploying AI agents
- Strong builder mindset - you thrive in ambiguity and being a pioneer, finding ways to innovate across a full region or market to drive revenue outcomes
- Familiarity and experience with API Integrations, and comfort and knowledge of navigating SDKs
- Proven experience working cross functionally with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams
- Proven experience driving revenue outcomes, including owning a revenue quota and identifying, qualifying, and closing cross-sell opportunities along with renewals
- Excellent problem-solving, technical, and analytical skills to address customer needs and concerns
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels of an organization
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or distributed team environment

About Peec AI
Peec AI is a Berlin-based Series A startup building analytics and intelligence tools for modern SEO and growth teams. As search rapidly evolves with AI changing how people discover information online, companies need better ways to understand where they appear, how they perform, and where new growth opportunities exist. Peec AI helps teams track their visibility, measure performance, and uncover opportunities to grow their organic presence in an increasingly complex search landscape.
About the role
Events are one of our fastest-growing channels. This quarter alone we're running ten owned events across Berlin, London, Frankfurt and New York, alongside a full conference calendar - dinners, booths, rooftops and fireside chats, all built to put Peec in front of the people shaping how brands show up in AI search.
We're looking for someone to own the execution behind all of it. Our Events Lead shapes the concept and picks the venue; you make it real - the vendors, the guest list, the room, the follow-through.
What You'll Do
- Once the venue is picked, negotiate with vendors, lock the contracts, and shape what people actually walk into
- Fill the room with the right people: build the registration pages, run invites, RSVPs and waitlists, pull target lists from HubSpot, and make sure the names we want are on the door
- Decide where Peec shows up next: talk packages and pricing with conference organisers, size up the audience behind each one, and build the case for the sponsorships we bet on
- Handle the admin behind every event: budgets and invoices, exhibitor paperwork, passes, team travel
- Run events on the ground: shipping, setup, booth staffing, lead capture, content collection, teardown
- Close out every event: debrief completed, leads handed to sales within three working days, spend reconciled, attendance and pipeline logged, so we can tell which formats deserve bigger scale
What We're Looking For
- Exceptional organisation and follow-up
- Comfort picking up the phone: you'll be negotiating with venues, caterers and suppliers
- Calm under moving parts - you'll run several events at different stages at once, and plans change late
- High ownership - you treat an event as yours, not as a task list someone handed you
- Proficiency in English
Bonus Points
- Previous experience in event operations, hospitality, agency production or student society organising
- Familiarity with Notion, HubSpot, Luma or similar tooling
- An eye for detail in how a room looks and feels, not just whether it functions
What we offer
- Real ownership and shipped work from week one
- A collaborative, high-energy in-office environment in the heart of Berlin
- A front-row seat to building a brand in a brand-new market category
- Paid Dinner & Uber home when working late
- The most beautiful office space and work environment in Berlin

ABOUT THE ROLE
ElevenLabs operates a complex and fast-evolving revenue model – enterprise contracts, self-serve API subscriptions, usage-based billing, and expanding international markets. As a Revenue Accountant, you will play a key role in ElevenLabs’ revenue accounting function.
You will own significant portions of the monthly revenue close, support the application of ASC 606 to customer arrangements, and help build scalable processes and controls as ElevenLabs grows toward IPO readiness.
You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Billing Operations, Engineering, and FP&A to support contract review, usage and billing completeness, new product launches, and accurate and timely revenue recognition. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role in a lean Finance team – the right person will independently run recurring workstreams, identify issues early, and help scale the revenue accounting operating model as the business grows.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Execute significant portions of the monthly revenue close, including journal entries, deferred and unbilled revenue schedules, reconciliations, and flux analysis
- Perform recurring usage / consumption completeness and billing-to-GL reconciliations; investigate exceptions and drive resolution with cross-functional partners
- Review customer contracts and apply established ASC 606 guidance to standard arrangements; escalate novel, high-judgment, or precedent-setting matters
- Support accounting for credits, refunds, contract modifications, cutoff, and variable consideration, with clear and audit-ready documentation
- Prepare revenue workpapers, audit support, and control evidence; support external audit, walkthroughs, and SOX readiness activities
- Support accounting readiness and UAT for new products, pricing structures, billing models, and partner / channel launches
- Improve and automate recurring revenue processes, reconciliations, documentation, and exception reporting as the business scales
REQUIREMENTS
- Deep expertise in ASC 606, including multi-element arrangements, SSP evaluation, variable consideration, contract modifications, and principal vs. agent analysis
- Experience leading the revenue close: deferred revenue management, unbilled receivables, journal entry review, and month-end flux analysis
- Track record of partnering with Sales and Legal on contract review and revenue impact assessments
- Experience operating in a pre-IPO or public company environment, with direct exposure to external audit, controls build-out, and revenue accounting documentation
- CPA, ACA, or ACCA qualification (active); Big 4 or public accounting background a strong plus
- Strong systems proficiency; Stripe, Metronome, HubiFi or a comparable revenue recognition tool preferred
BONUS:
- Experience with consumption/usage-based and subscription billing models
- Familiarity with ASC 326 (CECL) and AR accounting in a high-volume SaaS context
- Multi-entity or international revenue accounting background

About Eneba
At Eneba, we’re building an open, safe and sustainable marketplace for the gamers of today and tomorrow. Our marketplace supports close to 20m+ active users (and growing fast!), provides a level of trust, safety and market accessibility unparalleled to none. We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished in such a short time and look forward to sharing this journey with you. Join us as we continue to scale, diversify our portfolio, and grow with the evolving community of gamers.
About your team
Behind every product that moves money, there's a team making sure it can be trusted. Risk & Fraud Operations protects Eneba's platforms and players, drawing a clean line between genuine customers and bad actors without getting in the way of the good ones. We don't see risk as a cost center. We treat it as a discipline.
With an e-money (EMI) license on the horizon, we're preparing to operate as a regulated institution. As our first dedicated AML specialist, you won't inherit a rulebook. You'll write it.
About your role
You’ll join Eneba’s Risk and Fraud team, an operations team where everyone owns their goals and drives them forward. We run multiple products with more in the pipeline, and we’re working towards an e-money (EMI) license that will see us operate as a regulated institution.
This is a new role: you own AML risk across our products. When a new product, payment method or commercial request appears, you assess the money laundering exposure, define the controls, and monitor them once live. You report to our Head of Risk & Fraud Operations and have the freedom to build the framework rather than follow a fixed one. You’ll help lay the groundwork for Eneba to operate as a regulated institution. It’s a dynamic environment where new ideas get tested quickly, so there’s always something new to build.
Responsibilities
- Own product AML risk: Assess our products for money laundering risk and identify where controls are missing or need strengthening
- Run intake and sign-off: Define the controls, processes and frameworks needed for existing products and for new ones as they launch
- Run investigations: Lead AML investigations and prepare SAR-ready cases, working with Compliance on regulatory reporting.
- Screen and review: Carry out sanctions screening, customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD)
- Data Analysis: Analyse large volumes of data to find patterns and root causes, and turn the findings into clear recommendations
- Prepare for regulation: Help prepare our risk and fraud operation for regulatory requirements, including the EMI licence
- Raise the standard. Train colleagues and support on AML topics. Turn root-cause findings into clear recommendations.
- Strategy to execution: Set the AML roadmap and stay hands-on in the operational work behind it.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in AML or financial crime, ideally in a fintech or a bank
- Hands-on experience with sanctions screening, CDD and EDD
- Experience with regulatory reporting and investigations, and working with regulators or authorities
- Strong analytical skills, with a track record of data analysis and root cause analysis
- Proven ability to solve complex, specific problems
- A high bar for quality, a strong sense of ownership and the drive to work independently
- Comfortable creating frameworks and processes rather than only following existing ones
- Based in a European or compatible time zone
- Nice to have: a recognized AML certification (such as ICA or ACAMS), SQL knowledge, and experience in a fast-moving, results-driven fintech
Compensation
€30,000 - €40,000 a year
Salary ranges may vary. We’re seeking candidates with varied experience levels; from individual contributors to functional leaders in this space.

An overview of this role
Help us build the next generation of authentication services at GitLab. As a Senior Backend Engineer on the Authentication team, you'll build authentication features across the Rails monolith and GATE. GATE is our new service for issuing and validating tokens and managing identities, designed to support every GitLab deployment model.
You'll expand authentication mechanisms, including support for identities used by artificial intelligence (AI) agents. You'll also help keep GitLab and its customers secure by building access management tooling and addressing vulnerabilities reported through our HackerOne program.
GATE will become the foundation for token issuance, validation, and identity services across GitLab.com multi-tenant software as a service (SaaS), Self-Managed, Dedicated, and air-gapped environments. Your work will affect core components that customers, users, and GitLab teams rely on.
Some of our projects include:
Building GATE as the centralized service for token issuance and validation
Consolidating tokens and migrating authentication paths out of the Rails monolith
Building passkeys and passwordless authentication
Developing composite identities that combine machine and human authorization for AI
Improving service accounts and secure automation
Enhancing Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), OpenID Connect (OIDC), and System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM) capabilities for automated user provisioning and single sign-on (SSO)
What you'll do
Shape the roadmap for GATE and GitLab's authentication services with the team.
Design and implement token issuance, validation, and identity services in Go and Ruby across the Rails monolith and GATE, including new authentication mechanisms such as Workload Identity Federation.
Migrate authentication and token management paths from the monolith into GATE while maintaining reliability across all deployment models.
Build authentication mechanisms from the ground up, such as Workload Identity Federation.
Strengthen security for users and organizations through access management tooling and by addressing vulnerabilities reported through our HackerOne program.
Define and improve standards for style, maintainability, and engineering practices in a high-scale environment, and advocate for them through code review.
Communicate publicly about GitLab initiatives, projects, and contributions from people not working for GitLab Inc. Reflect GitLab's values in these communications.
Ship moderately sized features and improvements with moderate guidance and support from other team members, and collaborate on larger projects, including the build-out of GATE.
Participate in the maintainer trainee program at your own comfortable pace while working toward becoming a project maintainer.
What you'll bring
Professional experience with Go and/or Ruby in scaling or mission-critical SaaS products.
Familiarity with authentication and authorization technologies or techniques, such as OAuth, OIDC, SAML, SSO, SCIM, LDAP, JSON Web Tokens (JWTs), role-based access control (RBAC), or identity and access management (IAM).
Knowledge of token systems, cryptographic signing, and key management.
Experience building or contributing to a service from concept to production, including proposal, discussion, and execution.
Proficiency in written and verbal English, with the ability to communicate complex problems and solutions clearly in a remote, largely asynchronous work environment.
Experience diagnosing, preventing, and resolving performance and optimization problems.
Experience working in an iterative software development process, managing your work effectively, staying organized, and following through on priorities.
About the team
Our mission is to empower GitLab system administrators with the toolkit they need to create their desired balance of security and accessibility for their GitLab experience.
Authentication is the first impression a new customer has when they configure a new GitLab instance. We aim to make it as seamless as possible, from that first login to onboarding users and managing security rules for their instance in a secure, flexible, and scalable way.

Location: US: San Mateo (1875 South Grant Street); CAN: Toronto (111 Richmond Street West); CAN: Vancouver (333 Seymour St); US: Washington Remote Worker
Workplace: Hybrid
Team: Accounting Core
Location / work arrangement: San Francisco, San Mateo, Seattle & Vancouver (Canada)
Employment type: Full Time
About the Role
Xero’s ledger is the source of truth for millions of businesses, and every product we ship is built on top of it. We are rebuilding this integrity layer for the next 20 years, and we are standing up the Vancouver engineering hub around it from day one. As Lead Engineer, you will make the architectural decisions that set the course for the platform and the team, and you will see those decisions reach every customer who depends on Xero to get their numbers right.
THE TECHNICAL CHALLENGES
- Correctness at scale. Accounting data has to be consistent, auditable, and immutable. There is no “close enough,” and every change to the ledger has to preserve that guarantee across regions and regulations.
- Evolving a mature system. We are adding real-time expectations to a platform that millions of businesses depend on daily. That means strengthening service boundaries and clarifying data contracts without compromising reliability.
- Durable, high-throughput services. We use durable execution (for example, Temporal) to keep long-running financial workflows accurate and recoverable under load.
- AI-ready data. We are structuring accounting data so it can power AI-native experiences while maintaining trust in the numbers.
IMPACT
- First six months: You understand the ledger and its consumers, align the team on service boundaries and data contracts, and ship a first modernization increment with no loss of data integrity.
- First twelve months:
- You have set the architecture for the core accounting capabilities (general ledger, journals, chart of accounts, multi-currency).
- The Vancouver engineering team has clear ownership and quality standards, thanks in part to your leadership and role modeling.
- Your work reaches customers through every product built on the ledger, and the decisions made now will shape Xero for years.
OWNERSHIP
You will own the technical direction for your area of the accounting platform, from design through production and on-call. You will make architectural decisions on service boundaries, data contracts, and technology choices without needing sign-off, and you will be accountable for reliability and data integrity end to end. You will also help set hiring, quality, and ownership practices for an early and growing team, which will compound over time.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
Bernardo Farah is the Director of Engineering for Accounting Core. He has over 10 years of SaaS software experience, including six years building platforms and growing teams at Samsara.
WHAT YOU BRING
MUST-HAVE:
- You set the standard for your team in AI-assisted development, operational excellence, and flexible architecture.
- A track record delivering highly available, distributed backend systems and designing high-throughput services under production constraints.
- Depth in system architecture, API design, and both SQL and NoSQL databases
- Proficiency in a modern backend stack such as C#, Java, Go, or C++, plus cloud-native platforms like AWS.
- You demonstrate strong ability in breaking down complex problems into clear, actionable solutions while driving agile execution to deliver results.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with financial, ledger, or accounting systems, or other domains where data integrity is critical
- Experience with durable execution or workflow engines such as Temporal
- Experience modernizing a mature system without disrupting customers
HOW WE WORK
Process is a tool for impact and we adjust accordingly. We use an agile approach to ship outcomes, not to follow ceremony. Code and design reviews are where we trade ideas and hold the quality bar, and we are figuring out how to use LLMs to reduce how much code humans have to write and review by hand. Our on-call rotation draws on a healthy pool of engineers and turns incidents into learning through postmortems. Decisions are made at every level, and we make sure everyone has the strategic context to raise proposals and drive innovation.
Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1: Real World coding assessment, 45 Mins
- Stage 2: Systems Design assessment, 45 Mins
- Stage 3: Technical Deep dive, 60 Mins
- Stage 4: Values/ Future Proof, 60 Mins
- Stage 5: Leadership interview, 60 mins
Apply even if your experience isn't a perfect match! At Xero, we hire based on your skills, passion, and the unique perspective you can bring to enhance our culture and team. We are also tech stack agnostic, so please apply if you've worked with adjacent technologies.
Compensation & Total Rewards
At Xero, we value the impact and skills you bring to the team. We don’t just hire for a role; we invest in people. We believe in a Total Package philosophy - which means your value isn't just a single number on a paycheck. While base salary is a core component, we look at your compensation through a holistic lens that includes equity, performance incentives, and world-class benefits.
The expected base salary range for this role in:
- California: $206,000 USD
Individual pay is determined by various factors, including geography, level of experience, and the specific skills you bring to the role.
In addition to base pay, Xero’s roles are eligible for the following forms of variable compensation:
- Variable Pay: Permanent employees are eligible to participate in our annual bonus and equity (RSU) programs. You may also be eligible for performance-based cash or equity (RSUs) incentives depending on your role level, and company performance.
- Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and 21 days PTO, 10 days of Wellbeing leave, 5 days of Xtra Leave, 1 volunteer day, 12 paid holidays, paid parental leave. Further information included on our Xero Perks https://careers.xero.com/inside-xero/benefits-wellbeing/ page.
Xero uses AI to help screen applications based on job-related qualifications. These tools assist our recruiters but do not make automated hiring decisions. A human recruiter reviews all candidates before any hiring action is taken.
