Fin
, now part of Salesforce, is on a mission to help businesses provide perfect customer experiences.
Our AI Agent Fin is the highest-performing AI Customer Agent on the market today, enabling businesses to deliver impeccable, always-on customer support across the customer journey, from service, to sales, to ecommerce. Powered by our own AI models, Fin resolves complex customer issues end-to-end across every channel, with minimal set-up and integration. Fin can also be combined with our natively integrated Intercom help desk, giving modern support teams one single system.
Together with Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success, we're building the future of customer experience. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword, it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI.
Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
What's the opportunity?
At Fin, we believe every business needs an AI Agent for their customers and an AI Agent for their team. For customer experience teams, AI Agents are moving far beyond customer communication, to doing the vast majority of complex customer operations work and moving beyond taking direction from the human team, to giving direction, coordinating and undertaking work under human supervision.
We built and launched Operator this year - an internal Agent for customer operations. Operator deeply understands everything happening in a business's customer experience, finds the insights and areas for improvement, delivers recommendations, and makes the changes itself with permission. It’s a new category of Agent and is a hit with our customers.
This highly strategic role owns the end to end PMM work for Operator, working across product, marketing, GTM and leadership. You'll build the narrative, the positioning, and the go-to-market that makes Operator the next wildly successful product from Fin.
What will I be doing?
Build the external narrative for Operator and bring it to market in a way that creates and shapes the category for the industry
Shape and refine the ICP and audience for the Operator- who we're talking to, what their pains are, and what makes them choose us
Own core messaging and drive cross-functional alignment on what we're saying, why, and how it shows up everywhere - from the website to the sales deck to the customer email
Be deeply customer-obsessed - spend time with customers, study how they evaluate and adopt, and turn signal into clear insight that shapes what we say
Lead launches and go-to-market moments, working cross-functionally to deliver crisp messaging that fits sales, campaigns, and content needs, delivering mindshare for Fin and pipeline for
Build crisp, high-impact narratives and enablement that sales actually uses - including the discovery questions, objection handling, and competitive positioning and work closely with GTM teams to ensure messaging lands with the customers who need to hear it most
Create high-quality core PMM assets yourself: web pages, first call decks, narratives, scripts, demos, and launch materials - and maintain the core 'brain' of PMM context that feeds our AI-first approach
What we're looking for
This role is for someone who is a hybrid: part strategist, part storyteller, part technologist. You move between customer insight, product detail, competitive analysis, and creative expression without friction. Above all, you can take something the market has no name for and make it obvious.
You've done this before
5+ years in product marketing, ideally in B2B, with a track record of shaping how complex products are understood in market
You've marketed something genuinely new - a product or capability with no clear comparison set - and built the narrative that gave buyers a way to think about it
You've owned a product area end-to-end - from ICP and positioning through to launches and field enablement
You're comfortable with technical depth: automation, workflows, analytics, agent behaviour, and the mechanics of how a product actually does the work
Experience with usage-based or consumption pricing, or with selling operational change rather than a feature set, is a strong plus
You've worked in fast-moving environments where the product ships faster than the messaging can keep up - and found a way to move at that pace without losing quality
You think and write with precision
Excellent written communication - you write crisp briefs, sharp narratives, and synthesis memos that drive alignment
Strong editorial judgment - you know the difference between a sharp positioning statement and marketing language that means nothing
You push back on vague claims and force specificity - in your own work and in others'
You're product-obsessed and technically engaged
You read the docs, use the product, and dig into the tech before you craft a single message
You're genuinely curious about AI - not just as a talking point, but as something you think about, experiment with, and engage with constantly
You use AI tools fluently in your own work and are always looking for new ways to move faster and think sharper
You operate at the intersection of strategy and execution
You don't hand off strategy and wait - you take it all the way to the asset, the launch, the field
Strong judgment and the ability to work independently on large, high-stakes initiatives
A systems thinker who builds messaging architectures and frameworks others can use, not just one-off assets
You work well across functions, build trust quickly, and make the people around you more effective
Attributes we're looking for
Ambitious and competitive
- you set a high bar, think big, and want to win. You'll go the extra mile and you're motivated by building something that leads the market.
Confident and decisive
- you back yourself, optimise for progress over consensus, and value momentum. You ask for forgiveness, not permission.
Curious and intellectually engaged
- you're always learning, experimenting, and asking why. You keep up with AI's pace and use it to improve how you work.
Tasteful and creative
- you understand what connects emotionally with people and draw on design, culture, and craft to create ideas that resonate.
Impatient and change-oriented
- you hate slow and work to fix the root cause. You thrive in ambiguity and love building something new.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ROLE SUMMARY
As a Research Engineer on Forge, you will turn real customer requirements into reliable training and deployment workflows. You’ll work end‑to‑end across model adaptation and post‑training (CPT/SFT/RL/distillation), evaluation, data, and infrastructure. The role bridges research experimentation and production constraints.
This role sits in Applied Science, with direct impact on client outcomes. You’ll collaborate closely with scientists, engineers, product, and customer‑facing teams to ensure Forge projects ship, are maintainable, and can be trusted by others.
Interview focus can vary (algorithms, infrastructure, evals, or data). You don’t need to match every bullet below to apply.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build and improve post‑training and evaluation workflows (CPT/SFT/RL/distillation), turning prototypes into repeatable Forge “recipes”.
- Develop tools and pipelines for synthetic data generation, data curation, training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Debug and harden large‑scale ML systems: distributed training, scheduling/execution, checkpointing, observability, and reproducibility.
- Improve the Forge codebase via clear APIs, tests, documentation, and maintainable abstractions.
- Push the frontier of our RL training stack (e.g., high-throughput async rollout and scalable post‑training systems at frontier-model scale)
- Make sure Forge deployment is seamless and adaptable to a diversity of clients (hardware access, software stack, cloud and on-premises, …)
- Partner with researchers and infrastructure engineers to translate bottlenecks into concrete system improvements.
ABOUT YOU
- Strong Python engineering skills and experience working in large codebases (testing, code review, CI, operational ownership).
- Hands‑on experience with PyTorch, JAX, or similar.
- Strong systems and infrastructure fundamentals.
- Experience with LLM training or post‑training: fine‑tuning, RL, distillation, evaluation, and/or data pipelines.
- Excellent debugging skills in ambiguous systems (distributed jobs, data issues, quality regressions, infra failures).
- Clear communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- High agency, low ego, and comfort in fast‑moving, under‑specified environments.
NICE TO HAVE
- Distributed training experience (FSDP, DeepSpeed, Megatron, etc.).
- Cluster/orchestration experience (SLURM, Ray, Kubernetes, Kueue, Karpenter, Skypilot, etc.).
- Experience building reliable ML infrastructure, evaluation systems, or large‑scale data processing pipelines.
- Research experience in LLMs, agents, multimodal models, reasoning, code, or domain adaptation.
- Open‑source contributions, publications, or widely used internal tooling.
- Experience training multi‑billion‑parameter models (pre‑training or RL). Experience training on petabyte- and exabyte-scale datasets.
- Ability to identify bottlenecks across the stack and drive improvements from first principles.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.

Type: Full-time
Reports to: General Counsel
About the Role
We're looking for a seasoned product counsel to be Nex's primary legal partner to Product, Engineering, Trust & Safety, Design, and Marketing - advising across the full product lifecycle, with particular depth in privacy and children's privacy compliance. You will own Nex's privacy program day-to-day, including COPPA compliance, camera- and AI-driven data collection practices, and consent and disclosure flows, while also advising on consumer protection, IP, emerging AI regulation, and the broader mix of legal issues that come up as we ship new hardware features, games, and Play Pass content.
This is a senior, largely independent role for someone who wants to build a product legal function from scratch rather than plug into an existing one - you'll be writing our first privacy program, our first product-review processes, and our first AI governance approach, with real opportunity to grow this into a larger function as Nex scales.
What You'll Do
Privacy & Child Safety Program Ownership
Own Nex's privacy program end-to-end: COPPA compliance, data mapping for our camera- and AI-driven product, vendor data processing agreements, and consent/disclosure flows for a product used heavily by children.
Draft, review, and maintain Nex's privacy policy, terms of service, and parental consent flows, including for new markets as we expand internationally (e.g., GDPR and other regional children's/data protection frameworks).
Advise Product, Engineering, Trust & Safety and Design on privacy-by-design principles and age-appropriate product experiences from ideation through launch.
Monitor the evolving children's privacy and online safety regulatory landscape (COPPA, state age-appropriate design laws, GDPR-K, and similar frameworks) and translate developments into actionable product guidance.
Serve as the point of contact for privacy incidents, regulatory inquiries, and data subject/parental requests, escalating appropriately to the GC and outside counsel.
Serve as the escalation point for Legal Operations and Commercial Counsel on any privacy or COPPA questions that surface in vendor, commercial, or operational contexts - they are trained to flag these to you rather than advise on them directly.
Product Counseling Across the Lifecycle
Be a trusted, embedded advisor to Product, Engineering, Trust & Safety, Design, and Marketing - reviewing new features, hardware capabilities, and AI/motion-detection functionality for legal risk from concept through launch.
Advise on consumer protection issues relevant to Play Pass and other subscription or in-product offerings, including disclosures, auto-renewal compliance, and promotions or sweepstakes tied to product launches or marketing campaigns.
Review product user experiences, in-app disclosures, and marketing/advertising materials to mitigate legal risk while supporting the team's goals.
Provide practical guidance on emerging AI regulation as it applies to Nex's computer vision and motion-detection technology, including responsible AI development and deployment considerations.
Flag physical product safety and liability considerations that arise from hardware feature design (e.g., camera/sensor placement, physical play mechanics, choking/impact hazards for young users) to the GC and outside counsel during feature review.
Support IP strategy for product innovation: facilitate invention harvesting and patent-strategy conversations with Engineering, and advise on trademark use in-product, in partnership with Legal Operations on portfolio docketing.
Building the Function
Build the playbooks, guides, and internal training that let Product, Engineering, and Marketing self-serve on lower-risk questions and escalate the right issues early.
Design a scalable legal review process for product launches that keeps pace with Nex's release cadence without becoming a bottleneck.
Partner with Legal Operations on intake triage and template design for product-related legal requests, and with Commercial Counsel to keep licensing/partnership agreements aligned with product privacy and IP commitments.
Manage outside counsel on specialized privacy, AI regulatory, product-safety, or IP matters as needed, with Legal Operations administering the underlying vendor relationship and spend.
As Nex scales, help define whether and how this function grows - this role has a credible path to leading a larger product legal team.
What You'll Bring
J.D. and active bar membership in good standing (California or another U.S. state, as applicable).
4-7+ years of relevant legal experience, combining law firm and in-house product counseling at a technology or consumer products company.
Deep, hands-on experience with children's privacy compliance (COPPA, age-appropriate design frameworks, GDPR-K or similar) - this is the technical core of the role.
Experience advising product, engineering, and design teams throughout the full product development lifecycle, not just at launch review.
Working knowledge of consumer protection law as applied to subscriptions, promotions, and marketing claims.
Comfort advising on emerging AI/computer vision regulatory questions, even without a technical background, and genuine interest in the underlying technology.
A builder's mindset: comfortable creating playbooks, review processes, and governance frameworks from scratch rather than operating an existing one.
Excellent judgment translating complex legal and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable guidance for non-legal audiences under real deadlines.
Strong cross-functional relationship-building skills and a low-ego, collaborative approach.
Nice to Have
Privacy certification (CIPP/US, CIPP/E, or similar), or willingness to obtain one.
Experience in consumer hardware, consumer electronics, gaming, or toy/kids' products.
Experience supporting sweepstakes, contests, or promotions tied to consumer products or subscriptions.
Exposure to patent or trademark strategy in a product/engineering context.
Experience advising on international product launches and multi-jurisdictional compliance.
What Success Looks Like
Product, Engineering, Trust & Safety, Design and Marketing have a legal partner they trust to move fast on new features and launches with confidence.
Nex has a documented, defensible privacy and children's data protection program that scales as the company grows and enters new markets.
Privacy, consumer protection, and AI regulatory issues are surfaced and resolved at the design stage, not after the fact.
Playbooks, templates, and review processes let the product organization self-serve on routine questions, freeing this role to focus on the highest-impact issues.
Nex is positioned to expand this function as the business grows, with this person as the natural lead.
We Offer
Competitive compensation package.

Reports to: General Counsel
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced commercial attorney to lead legal support for Nex's content and partnerships ecosystem - the agreements and relationships that bring games, experiences, and brand collaborations onto the Nex Playground platform. You will be the primary legal partner to our Content, Partnerships, and Business Development teams, negotiating content and IP licensing deals, developer and publishing agreements, and strategic partnerships that grow our content catalog and platform reach. You'll also provide secondary support on our commercial vendor, retail/distribution, and hardware supply chain agreements as needed, in partnership with the GC and outside counsel.
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build the playbook for a growing platform business, not just execute one that already exists.
What You'll Do
Content & Developer Agreements
Draft, review, and negotiate developer and publishing agreements for third-party studios and content creators building games and experiences for the Nex Playground platform, including revenue share, IP ownership, quality/certification requirements, and platform terms.
Structure and negotiate Play Pass content licensing and distribution agreements, balancing catalog growth with sustainable economics and IP protection.
Brand & Strategic Partnerships
Lead negotiation of brand and content licensing agreements with entertainment and children's media partners, including royalty structures, approval rights, marketing commitments, and IP/trademark compliance obligations.
Serve as the go-to legal partner to Business Development and Partnerships teams on strategic collaborations, co-marketing arrangements, and platform integrations, functioning as a strategic advisor embedded in partnership planning rather than a late-stage reviewer.
Independently lead complex, multi-party negotiations involving revenue-sharing arrangements, joint go-to-market plans, and cross-promotional commitments.
Commercial, Vendor & Hardware Support (Secondary)
Support retail, distribution, vendor, and marketing agreements as needed, partnering with Legal Operations on templates and process.
Provide secondary review and negotiation support on manufacturing, supply chain, and OEM/ODM agreements alongside the GC and outside counsel.
Partner with Product Counsel to identify commercial, product liability, regulatory, and privacy issues arising from any transaction you touch. Flag privacy/COPPA-relevant terms to Product Counsel, who owns Nex's privacy program and day-to-day privacy advisory work - you are not expected to advise on these substantively yourself.
Cross-Functional Partnership & Process
Build trusted relationships with [Content, Partnerships, Business Development, Product, and Marketing] - you'll be known as the attorney teams want in the room when a deal is taking shape, not just when paper needs signing.
Partner with Legal Operations on intake triage, template design, and CLM workflow design for content, developer, and partnership agreement types.
Manage and coordinate outside counsel on specialized or high-stakes IP, regulatory, or hardware/supply chain matters, with Legal Operations administering the underlying vendor relationship and spend.
Use AI-powered legal tools to accelerate contract review, drafting, and analysis, and help identify opportunities to further integrate AI into the team's workflows.
Contribute to Nex's broader legal function build-out over the next 18 months - templates, policies, and training - as one of the company's early in-house attorneys.
You Might Thrive in This Role If You
Hold a J.D. and active bar membership in good standing (California or another U.S. state, as applicable).
Have 7-10+ years of combined law firm and in-house experience, including meaningful time supporting a content/media partnerships business.
Have direct experience negotiating publishing/content licensing deals; experience with brand/entertainment IP licensing is a strong plus.
Understand partnership economics: how revenue share and attribution work, and how to structure incentives that align interests between Nex and its content and brand partners.
Are comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial environment with little existing precedent. You are proactive, independent, and energized by building rather than maintaining.
Communicate with clarity and business judgment, tailoring advice to enable responsible, fast-moving growth, and are comfortable presenting partnership strategy to business leaders.
Demonstrate sound judgment in ambiguous or fast-changing situations, and can distinguish real risk from theoretical risk.
Are willing and able to flex into commercial, vendor, or hardware-adjacent agreements when the business needs it, even though that's not the core of the role.
Bring genuine curiosity about AI tools and how they're reshaping commercial legal practice.
Nice to Have
Experience at a gaming or consumer content/media company. Experience negotiating with entertainment studios, media brands, or children's content licensors.
Working knowledge of children's privacy frameworks (e.g., COPPA) or international data privacy regimes as applied in a commercial/platform context.
Some exposure to hardware, manufacturing, or supply chain agreements - helpful for the secondary scope of this role, though not the primary focus.
Familiarity with CLM systems (Spotdraft, Ironclad, or similar) from a heavy end-user or template-owner perspective.
What Success Looks Like
[Content, Partnerships, and Business Development] teams have a legal partner they trust to move deals forward quickly and with confidence.
Developer, content, and brand partner agreements are negotiated efficiently, with clear risk framing and business-enabling solutions.
Brand and licensing partnerships are structured to protect Nex's IP and reputation while still closing quickly.
Privacy and platform compliance issues are surfaced early and routed to Product Counsel, not resolved after the fact.
Templates and negotiation playbooks scale with the business so Legal doesn't become a bottleneck as Nex's content and partnership ecosystem grows.
We Offer
Competitive compensation package.
Flexible working hours and vacation policy.
Product-driven culture that treasures talents and individual growth.

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Forward Deployed Engineers at Sentry help our largest customers get real value from Sentry, from integrating the SDK to making sure the right alerts and issues reach the right people at the right time. This role is a Senior Solutions Engineer who goes further: you'll help us build Sentry's forward deployed motion.
That means working shoulder to shoulder with our most important customers, often inside their codebases and workflows, instead of advising from the outside. When a customer's problem needs more than a best-practices doc, such as a custom integration, a tricky instrumentation setup, or a working prototype, you'll build it with them, then turn what you learn into repeatable patterns for the rest of the team.
Forward deployed work is new here and you will have a part in building this arm. You'll start with the core Solutions Engineering work and take on more hands-on deployment work as customers pull you into it, helping define what this motion looks like at Sentry. The goal is simple: reduce time to value. The outcomes we care about:
- Developers can quickly find and resolve slowdowns and errors in their applications.
- Customers get to value faster, and the lessons from each deployment make the product better for everyone.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Turn customer goals into a plan. Understand customers' pain points and objectives, then act as their trusted advisor, translating them into implementation plans, workshops, and best practices that show clear business value.
- Get Sentry set up, in the code. With the customer's permission, work in their codebase like a member of their engineering team, delivering the pull requests that fully set up Sentry so data is flowing from day one.
- Instrument what matters most. Add custom telemetry for a customer's most critical user journeys and build the dashboards and alerts that go with it.
- Lead migrations. Move customers off their existing observability tools by setting up their Sentry organization and delivering PRs that introduce Sentry and remove the old solution.
- Work like a trusted contractor. Stay within the scope and access you've been given, take extra care in live environments, test thoroughly, and ship pull requests that customer engineers are glad to merge. Embed with their teams, including on site, when it helps.
- Build the motion. Turn one-off deployments into repeatable playbooks and tooling, help define how forward deployed engagements are scoped and measured, and bring what you learn back to Product and Engineering.
YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- You'd rather sit with a customer's engineers and fix the problem in their code than write them a recommendation
- Enjoy talking about technology and interfacing with engineers and engineering leaders.
- Appreciate working in a dynamic environment, on a variety of projects with customers from lots of different industries.
- Love flexing your creative brain by developing solutions, resources, and content from scratch (scripts, code samples, demos, sales-consumable collateral/documents, etc.).
- Have a fast-paced, results-driven mindset.
- Love developer tools, open-source, and/or all things software development life cycle!
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience, with some mixture being Software Engineering and Solutions Engineering/Implementation
- Hands-on experience working with programming languages and frameworks including JavaScript, Python, Node.js, Java, PHP, .NET, Ruby, React, React Native, Mobile Native (iOS and/or Android), etc
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with credibility in front of engineers and engineering leaders
- Problem solver, knowledgable, and can-doer
- Bonus: experience with observability, APM, or error monitoring tools, including migrating customers from another vendor, or helping build a forward deployed or customer engineering function
The total compensation range (or hourly wage range, if applicable) that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $190,000 to $230,000 USD. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY
Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. Sentry is an open-source company because we believe that everyone, everywhere, should have the ability and tools to make great software. Software should be accessible. That starts with making our industry accessible.

About Spin.AI
Spin.AI is a global SaaS security company based in Palo Alto, CA, protecting enterprises from SaaS ransomware, Shadow IT, non-compliance, data loss, and data leak disasters in the cloud.
SpinOne is an all-in-one SaaS data protection platform built for mission-critical applications such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Slack, and Atlassian. We deliver the most innovative last line of cyber defense, along with SaaS data management and protection, for more than 2,000 organizations worldwide. Learn more at https://spin.ai/
About the Role
Spin.AI is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to help our customers get the most out of the SpinOne platform. You'll provide technical support by email and chat across the full breadth of what SpinOne protects: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Salesforce, and — following our acquisition of Revyz — Atlassian's Jira and Confluence.
We're especially interested in candidates coming from a Jira Service Management or Jira administration background. You already know how to run a queue, write a clear KB article, and keep a frustrated user calm while you work the problem. This role gives you the chance to bring that instinct to a security and data protection product, and to broaden it across four more SaaS ecosystems that a huge number of businesses run on every day.
You'll be one of the most direct lines our customers have to Spin.AI. Strong candidates are methodical troubleshooters, clear writers, and comfortable de-escalating a tense conversation without losing the thread of the actual technical issue.
What You'll Do:
Provide technical support to customers via email and chat
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues spanning Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Salesforce, and Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) environments
Follow standard procedures for escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Provide prompt, accurate feedback to customers and set realistic expectations on resolution
Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues in the ticketing system
Prepare accurate and timely reports on ticket volume, resolution time, and recurring issues
Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles
Participate in improving the product FAQ and knowledge base, particularly as Revyz/Atlassian coverage matures
Work closely with the engineering team on unresolved or recurring issues, and help translate Jira/Atlassian-specific behavior for teams less familiar with that ecosystem
What We're Looking For:
Hands-on experience administering Jira and/or Jira Service Management — you understand permission schemes, workflows, automation rules, and how admins actually use the product day to day
Experience with technical support, customer success, or a similar customer-facing role
Comfort with knowledge base tools, ticketing systems, and basic escalation workflows
Strong written communication skills — you can explain a technical concept clearly to a frustrated user without over-simplifying it
Willingness to build working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Salesforce administration alongside your existing Atlassian expertise
Skilled at de-escalation — you can keep a tense conversation productive and focused on resolution
Certifications That Strengthen Your Application:
You don't need to hold all — or any — of these to apply, but the following credentials map closely to the work and are a strong signal of fit:
ACP-120: Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator for Cloud — the closest match to this role; covers Jira Cloud configuration, permissions, workflows, and automation
ACP-620: Atlassian Certified Confluence Administrator for Cloud, or equivalent Confluence admin experience
Atlassian Certified Organization Administrator (Cloud Organization Admin), for candidates who've worked at the org/Atlassian Access level
Nice to Have:
Prior exposure to SaaS backup, recovery, or data protection concepts
Experience supporting more than one of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, or Salesforce in addition to Atlassian
Experience writing technical documentation or how-to content
Benefits:
PTO
Paid Holidays
Health Insurance
Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance
Employee Wellness Program
Great opportunity to work with amazing people

Please Note: All of our infrastructure roles require participating in a 24x7 on-call rotation, where you are compensated for your on-call schedule.
As a Staff Software Engineer, you will:
- Build and scale ML-optimized HPC infrastructure: Deploy and manage Kubernetes-based GPU/TPU superclusters across multiple clouds, ensuring high throughput and low-latency performance for AI workloads.
- Optimize for AI/ML training: Collaborate with cloud providers to fine-tune infrastructure for cost efficiency, reliability, and performance, leveraging technologies like RDMA, NCCL, and high-speed interconnects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues: Proactively identify and resolve infrastructure bottlenecks, performance degradation, and system failures to ensure minimal disruption to AI/ML workflows.
- Enable researchers with self-service tools: Design intuitive interfaces and workflows that allow researchers to monitor, debug, and optimize their training jobs independently.
- Drive innovation in ML infrastructure: Work closely with AI researchers to understand emerging needs (e.g., JAX, PyTorch, distributed training) and translate them into robust, scalable infrastructure solutions.
- Champion best practices: Advocate for observability, automation, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) across the organization, ensuring systems are maintainable and resilient.
- Mentorship and collaboration: Share expertise through code reviews, documentation, and cross-team collaboration, fostering a culture of knowledge transfer and engineering excellence.
You may be a good fit if you have:
- Deep expertise in ML/HPC infrastructure: Experience with GPU/TPU clusters, distributed training frameworks (JAX, PyTorch, TensorFlow), and high-performance computing (HPC) environments.
- Kubernetes at scale: Proven ability to deploy, manage, and troubleshoot cloud-native Kubernetes clusters for AI workloads.
- Strong programming skills: Proficiency in Python (for ML tooling) and Go (for systems engineering), with a preference for open-source contributions over reinventing solutions.
- Low-level systems knowledge: Familiarity with Linux internals, RDMA networking, and performance optimization for ML workloads.
- Research collaboration experience: A track record of working closely with AI researchers or ML engineers to solve infrastructure challenges.
- Self-directed problem-solving: The ability to identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and drive impact in a fast-paced environment.
