HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐ THE ENGINEERING TEAM ⭐
In our engineering team, we build the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications to provide first-class service to our members, health professionals, and even ourselves!
Being an engineer at Alan means joining a team of talented, committed and passionate engineers, with a lot of interactions.
We move fast, with a lot of ownership, and are proud to tackle big problems!
Our process is very simple: those who make product decisions are the same ones who build them.
We are also the stewards of our members' most sensitive data, and building privacy in by design is core engineering work for us, not an afterthought.

- Use AI-assisted workflows where appropriate to prepare for discovery, summarize implementation decisions, and improve the speed and quality of customer follow-up.
Account Health Management
- Monitor health for your book of business, including utilization, key feature adoption, and champion/stakeholder engagement.
- Execute standard adoption plays and account review cadences to maintain or improve health, leveraging existing playbooks and frameworks.
- Identify risks early and partner with senior TAMs and account teams to build and execute recovery plans.
- Run recurring meetings with your accounts, sharing usage summaries, recommended next steps, and capturing follow-ups.
- Connect AI adoption, automation usage, and workflow improvements to measurable customer outcomes such as efficiency gains, stakeholder adoption, and expansion signals.
Workflow Mapping (IER Framework)
- Conduct Intake → Execution → Reporting (IER) cycles for core customer workflows using established discovery guides and templates.
- Recommend optimizations based on documented best practices and apply workflow templates to support scale and consistency.
- Maintain clear documentation of customer workflows, data models, and configuration decisions following team standards.
- Use AI to help analyze repetitive workflow patterns, identify process friction, and sharpen recommendations — while validating outputs before using them with customers.
AI Enablement & Agent Deployment
- Support adoption of ClickUp AI across relevant customer workflows by configuring and testing standard AI workflows and automations aligned to published best practices.
- Provide training and consultation on how to use existing AI and automation patterns; escalate novel or complex use cases to senior TAMs or specialists.
- Track and report AI usage and credit consumption against plan, surfacing straightforward opportunities to deepen adoption.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, usefulness, and business relevance before sharing recommendations or enabling them in customer workflows.
- Help customers move from feature awareness to practical workflow transformation by identifying where AI can remove manual work, improve reporting quality, or speed execution in repeatable ways.
Customer Success & Expansion
- Serve as the technical partner for assigned accounts, connecting usage to business value using established value frameworks and artifacts.
- Identify expansion signals (e.g., usage patterns, feature interest) and pass qualified leads and insights to the account team for follow-up.

We are around 180 people, fully remote, backed by a $150M Series C investment from a16z, Sequoia Capital and Paradigm.
Our most active users deserve a relationship with Phantom, not a ticket queue. We are launching an invite only VIP program in app messaging with a real person, enhanced support, and exclusive experiences. You will be its first dedicated hire.
As a VIP Account Manager, you are the first point of contact for VIP members inside the app. You will own these relationships end to end: welcoming new members, resolving issues personally, pulling in support and engineering when a case needs them, and staying with it until it is closed. You will help shape the playbook for the team we build around you as the program scales toward round the clock coverage. You will work closely with the VIP program lead, support, marketing, product, and design.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the personal, named contact for VIP members in our in-app messaging hub
- Own member relationships end to end: onboarding and welcome, proactive check-ins, and follow through on every issue until it is resolved.
- Handle high stakes situations such as compromised wallets, missing funds, and large transactions with urgency, precision, and discretion.
- Triage and escalate: bring in support agents, engineering, or leadership when a case warrants it, and own the communication back to the member.
- Meet members where they are: in-app chat first, plus email, X, Telegram, and Discord.
- Coordinate the moments beyond support: welcome gifts, event experiences, and early access to new features.
- Turn conversations into leverage: channel member feedback to product, build playbooks, and help define the response time and satisfaction standards for the VIP team.
- Help design and scale the program from a small founding cohort to thousands of members, and eventually 24/7 coverage.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years in premium or VIP support, account management, or customer success, ideally at a sports betting platform, crypto exchange, wallet, brokerage, or fintech app.
- Deep crypto fluency: you understand self custody and can navigate multiple chains, reading a block explorer, tracing a transaction, and telling an L2 gas issue apart from a bug.
- Exceptional written communication: warm, concise, and human, even under pressure.
- Absolute discretion: for high value users, privacy and trust are the product.
- Security first instincts: you know the social engineering patterns targeting crypto users, and you would never ask anyone for a seed phrase.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ownership: you are the first hire in a new function and will build much of the process yourself.
- Time zone flexibility: our members are global and markets do not close, so some evening and weekend availability is part of the job.
- Nice to have: experience serving high net worth clients at an exchange or brokerage.
- Nice to have: hands on experience with Zendesk and AI support tooling.
- Nice to have: fluency in more than one language, or an active Phantom user with real on chain history.
The target base salary for this role will range between $75,000 to $100,000 with the addition of equity and benefits. This is determined by a few factors including your skillset, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews and market factors at the point in time of offer.
Why Work With Us

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Team
The Security team protects Anthropic's AI systems and maintains the trust of our users and society.
About the Role
At Anthropic, we are pioneering new frontiers in AI that have the potential to greatly benefit society. However, developing advanced AI also comes with risks if not properly safeguarded. As a Research Engineer, you'll help to safely advance the capabilities of our models in incident response, security analysis, vulnerability remediation, and other areas of defensive cybersecurity.
This role blends research and engineering, requiring you to both develop novel approaches and realize them in code. This role requires ML experience combined with domain expertise in cybersecurity. You might be an ML researcher with a history of cybersecurity work, or a security professional with a background in ML.
Responsibilities
Partner with researchers and safety teams across Anthropic to understand their analytical needs and build solutions
Develop agentic integrations that allow AI systems to autonomously investigate and act on analytical findings
Contribute to the strategic direction of the team, including decisions about what to build, what to partner on, and where to invest
This role may require participation in an on-call rotation.
You may be a good fit if you
Have experience with machine learning.
Have experience in cybersecurity research.
Have strong software engineering skills.
Can balance research exploration with engineering implementation.
Are passionate about AI's potential and committed to developing safe and beneficial systems.
Strong candidates may also have

Familiarity with LLM training methodologies.
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
