About the team
The Technical Success team ensures safe and effective deployment of ChatGPT and OpenAI API applications for developers and enterprises, acting as trusted advisors to maximize value from models and products. The Ecosystem team builds and scales third-party integrations around ChatGPT and Codex, working across product, engineering, partnerships, safety, legal, policy, and go-to-market to create useful, trustworthy, and technically sound integrations.
About the role
The Applied Deployment Engineer will build and deepen ChatGPT integrations with third-party messaging platforms, focusing initially on partner work and future opportunities with other messaging apps globally. This hands-on, partner-facing engineering role involves working closely with external product and engineering teams to improve integrations, expand capabilities like image generation, increase retention, and translate partner needs into OpenAI’s product and engineering roadmap. The role requires daily coding, making changes across platform or monorepo surfaces, and balancing technical discovery, product tradeoffs, prototyping, debugging, and executive communication. It suits a product-minded engineer with excellent communication skills, sound technical judgment, and ability to work across cultures, time zones, and organizations. The role is based in the San Francisco office with a hybrid work model (3 days in office per week) and relocation assistance.
Responsibilities
— Partner with messenger app product and engineering teams to design ChatGPT-powered experiences fitting chat, group, contact, and app-tab surfaces.
— Deepen existing partner integrations focusing on user experience, retention, reliability, and features.
— Build prototypes, integration guides, reference flows, and launch checklists to help partners move from concept to production.
— Debug API, latency, authentication, quota, quality, and user-experience issues across partner and OpenAI systems.
— Translate privacy, trust, login, and data-handling requirements into clear technical constraints and implementation plans.
— Collaborate with product, engineering, design, partnerships, legal, policy, and support teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and maintainable partner launches.
— Capture repeatable patterns from messenger integrations and create reusable playbooks for future partners.
— Travel periodically to meet international partners during key integration, launch, and post-launch milestones.
Requirements
— Strong software engineering background with daily coding enjoyment.
— Experience building or deploying API integrations with external partners, understanding client, backend, auth, privacy, reliability, and UX constraints.
— Strong product sense and design judgment for consumer-facing experiences.
— Ability to concretize ambiguous product ideas without over-specifying partner internals.
— Clear communication with engineers, product leaders, executives, and business stakeholders.
— Comfortable debugging distributed systems and narrowing performance or reliability issues into actionable hypotheses.
— Deep care about user trust, privacy, and product quality, especially in sensitive communication contexts.
— Ability to balance urgency with judgment and maintain launch momentum without skipping important details.
Preferred qualifications
— Experience with B2C consumer, social, or messaging products.
— Experience working with international partners or in cross-cultural product and engineering environments.
— Familiarity with OAuth/login flows, API rate limits, webviews, mobile release cycles, and partner launch operations.
— Experience with AI product launches, developer platforms, or API-first products.
— Prior customer-facing or partner-facing engineering experience, especially in startups or smaller companies.
— Ability to collaborate across APAC time zones and travel internationally quarterly, sometimes for up to two weeks around major launch milestones.

About Finom
Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, and we’re on a journey towards revolutionizing the financial landscape for entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to develop an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform.
We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. This significant investment follows a $105 million growth funding round from General Catalyst, a long-term backer since 2021 known for supporting companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, KAYAK, and Stripe.
Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole.
Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
About the Role
Product decisions at Finom are made fast, and we want them made on evidence. You join the Growth & Activation product stream as its analyst, working with PMs and engineers on how new customers discover the product, start using it, and grow with it.
There is no established way of doing product analytics here yet, so you define it: how experiments are designed, how metrics are named and counted, what a readout looks like. You come with your own approach rather than waiting for one to be handed to you.
What you'll do
Work with the product managers and other stakeholders in the stream. Agree priorities with them, and look for the problems worth solving instead of waiting for a request to arrive.
Bring recommendations to the business, including opportunities it does not see on its own.
Define the metrics for the stream: what activation means, what we expect from the funnel, how each number is counted, and how it stays consistent with the way the rest of the company counts the same things.
Design the tests. Hypothesis, primary metric, audience split, duration, and how the result gets read once it lands.
Automate that work, so running a test is routine and not a small project every time.
Build the infrastructure for testing at scale, with external tools or our own, so a testing culture can spread across the product teams.
What you bring
Product analytics done end to end, with decisions that changed the roadmap behind it.
Fluent in SQL, confident in Python, and solid on experimentation and causal methods/
You have chosen or built tooling for tests and metrics before.
You use AI tools in your daily work, not occasionally.
A partner to stakeholders rather than a person who executes tickets.
Proactive, you bring the problems and the hypotheses yourself.
You take an ambiguous problem, structure it, and explain your reasoning to product and business people.
English at C1 or above
Nice to have
Product analytics built from scratch
Experience where conversion volumes are low: B2B, long sales cycles, small samples.
What You Will Get In Return
Make a genuine impact on the product
Join our upward trajectory, and grow with us. We provide the resources and opportunities for continuous personal and professional development, empowering you to make a genuine impact on our evolving product.
Work in the EU
Embark on this exciting journey with us and enjoy the flexibility of traveling and working remotely or in a hybrid model across Europe.
Become a stock options holder
Unlock your inner entrepreneur and align your aspirations with ours through our Stock Options Program. This exciting opportunity is available to every team member, from junior team members to our founders.
Receive unwavering support and care

As a subject matter expert across all 1Password products, you will collaborate with Sales Enablement, Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience to create resources, enablement materials, and customer-facing content that drive adoption, improve close rates, and deliver measurable business impact.

Expectations of this role
This is a hybrid role. You will be expected to work from 1Password's London office 3 days per week, with the flexibility to work from the office up to 5 days based on business needs.
Note: All go-to-market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
What we're looking for:
- At least 4 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (B2B SaaS, preferably in the SMB segment or similar).
- Ability to communicate in French fluently
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and confidently to a wide range of audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills, making complex information sound simple and relevant.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to quality, even in high-volume environments.
- Enthusiasm for learning, testing, and problem-solving. You are curious and dig in when a customer has a challenge.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize competing tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, transactional sales environment.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote-first team.
- Open to learning and able to adapt quickly, working across multiple products and shifting priorities with a flexible and proactive mindset.
- Experience in or strong familiarity with the security and identity space, including credential management, privileged access, or secrets management. Prior exposure to tools such as HashiCorp Vault, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, or similar PAM and secrets platforms is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with relevant compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR) is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable navigating developer-centric conversations, including how teams manage secrets in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI), container environments (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure). You don't need to write the code, but you should understand the workflow and the risks.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps principles and how engineering teams embed security into their development lifecycle. Able to engage confidently with DevOps leads, platform engineers, and CISOs on the risks of secrets sprawl, hardcoded credentials, and over-privileged service accounts.
- Working knowledge of identity concepts including SSO, SCIM provisioning, and OAuth/OIDC, and how SaaS application access is managed across growing teams. Familiarity with MDM or endpoint management tools (e.g., Jamf, Intune, CrowdStrike) is a bonus.
- Awareness of the growing challenge of non-human identity: service accounts, API tokens, bot credentials, and the security risks they introduce as teams scale AI and automation workflows. Ability to position this as a near-term customer pain, even in SMB accounts.
- Working knowledge of modern sales qualification frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC) is preferred. Training and enablement will be provided as part of ongoing development.
- A growth mindset and a genuine curiosity about the evolving identity and security landscape.
- Bonus: hands-on experience integrating 1Password or a secrets manager with a developer workflow, CI/CD tool, or automation platform (e.g., GitHub Actions, Zapier, n8n, Make, or similar).
What you can expect:
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for SMB sales opportunities within the Go-to-Market team.
- Partner with Account Executives to deliver scalable, impactful technical support throughout the sales cycle.
- Confidently position and demo all three core products, EPM, SaaS Manager, and Device Trust, as an integrated solution, articulating how they work together to reduce risk across users, apps, and devices. Connect these to the broader Unified Access vision for forward-looking customers.
- Support fast-paced, high-volume sales cycles with concise, effective technical guidance.
- Recommend and position tailored product solutions that align with SMB customer needs, goals, and common use cases.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Global Workplace & Real Estate team is delivering a rapidly expanding global portfolio — including full-building offices at the scale of ~450,000 SF that combine commercial kitchens, executive briefing centers and event space, high-end amenities, and the elevated power, cooling, and security infrastructure our work requires. We're hiring a Real Estate Construction Manager to lead the technical delivery of these projects from pre-construction through closeout and to serve as our primary technical counterpart to general contractors, design teams, and specialty vendors.
This is a hands-on construction leadership role, not a design role. You will own how our projects get built: delivery method and contracting strategy, GC selection and oversight, MEP and specialty-systems coordination, cost and schedule control, and commissioning. Executing the design direction is set by the Global Head of Real Estate & Workplace and our architects. You will also lead and develop a team of project managers delivering across the global portfolio. This role reports to the Global Head of Real Estate & Workplace.
Key responsibilities
Pre-construction & technical delivery
Lead pre-construction on complex buildouts: constructibility and design/drawing reviews, MEP and structural coordination, estimating support, value engineering, and development of the GMP or bid package.
Recommend and own the delivery method and contracting strategy for each project (e.g., GMP, lump sum, CM-at-risk, design-assist), matching the approach to scope, schedule, and risk.
Read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and specifications; surface gaps, conflicts, and risk before they reach the field.
Coordinate technically demanding scopes — commercial kitchens (Type I hoods, make-up air, grease and UL300 fire-suppression systems, utility upsizing), high-performance AV and acoustics for executive and event spaces, server/IDF rooms with redundant power and supplemental cooling, elevated power density, and integrated physical security.
Manage permitting and inspections with authorities having jurisdiction across multiple markets and labor environments.
Construction execution, quality & closeout
Oversee construction from mobilization through closeout across multiple concurrent projects, holding general contractors accountable to schedule, budget, safety, and quality.
Run the technical processes that keep a job on track: RFIs, submittals and shop drawings, ASIs, and BIM/clash coordination across trades; lead owner-architect-contractor and trade-coordination meetings.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality control; enforce inspection protocols and punch-list management.
Drive commissioning and closeout — systems commissioning (including kitchen exhaust/MUA balancing, BMS, and life-safety), TCO/CO, as-builts, O&M manuals, warranties, attic stock, and owner training.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, ADA requirements, and Anthropic's sustainability goals.
General contractor, vendor & contract management
Serve as the primary point of contact for general contractors, subcontractors, and external project managers, holding them to clear communication and accountability.
Lead GC selection end to end: pre-qualification/RFQ, RFP/ITB, bid leveling and scope normalization, scope-gap detection, and award — and structure the contract (GMP fee, general conditions/requirements, allowances, contingencies, qualifications, and exclusions).
Negotiate and administer contracts with contractors, vendors, and consultants; manage GC performance throughout construction, including schedule adherence, change-order management, safety compliance, and closeout.
Determine which trades and specialty vendors to carry under the GC vs. hold owner-direct, and manage critical long-lead vendors (kitchen equipment, AV, architectural millwork, switchgear/generator).
Develop and maintain landlord and property-management relationships to facilitate approvals and ongoing operations.
Cost & commercial controls
Build and own detailed budgets by trade/CSI division — separating hard costs, soft costs, FF&E, technology, allowances, and escalation — and manage design, construction, and GC contingencies deliberately.
Review and approve budgets, change orders, and invoices, including schedule-of-values setup, pay-application review (e.g., AIA G702/G703), retainage, and lien waivers, providing professional pushback to protect Anthropic's interests.
Govern the change-order process (PCO to CO, markups, substantiation) and distinguish legitimate changes from scope gaps the contractor should have carried.
Lead value engineering that protects scope and design intent; maintain cost forecasting and reporting throughout each project.
Team leadership
Directly manage and develop a team of Real Estate / Construction Project Managers delivering projects across the global portfolio.
Set technical standards, playbooks, and performance expectations; balance workload across the team by project complexity and development goals.
Coach the team through complex technical and commercial problem-solving; review progress, identify blockers, and course-correct.
Foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing, and structure the function to support rapid growth.
Stakeholder management & communication
Partner closely with internal stakeholders — Security, IT, Facilities, Finance, and business teams — to ensure technical and operational requirements are built into project plans.
Create executive-level presentations and reporting on project status, budget, schedule, and risk, with clear recommendations.
Craft clear communications to the broader employee population about office changes, construction impacts, and workspace enhancements.
Minimum qualifications
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related field.
Bring deep, hands-on construction expertise —
reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and specifications, and running the field from them.
Command construction delivery methods and contract structures —
GMP, lump sum, cost-plus, and design-assist — and the mechanics of change-order management.
Have delivered technically complex scopes —
e.g., commercial kitchens, high-end client/amenity and event spaces, data/server rooms with redundant power and cooling, and integrated security systems.
Are strong in pre-construction —
constructibility review, estimating, value engineering, and bid leveling.
Command cost and commercial controls —
budgeting by division, schedule of values, pay-application review, change-order governance, and contingency management.
Have managed budgets for projects ranging from $50M to $300M+, and multiple complex projects concurrently.
Have navigated permitting and inspections across multiple jurisdictions, in union and non-union environments.
Have directly managed and developed project managers through full project lifecycles, and can scale a delivery function for rapid growth.
Are proficient with construction PM software (e.g., Procore) and CPM scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6 or MS Project), plus MS Office.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages from the C-suite to the general population.
Are willing to travel 25–50% to various office locations.
Preferred qualifications
Have 10+ years in corporate real estate construction management, general contracting, or a related field, with a track record of delivering complex office buildouts on time and on budget.
Hold PMP (or equivalent) and OSHA 30 certifications.
Possess LEED accreditation or demonstrated experience with sustainable building practices.
Have commissioning experience on technically complex base-building or tenant systems.
Bring an established network of general contractors, subcontractors, and specialty vendors.
Have international project experience and an understanding of building standards and permitting across different countries.
Have worked in high-growth technology environments, particularly those scaling from 500 to 5,000+ employees.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$275,000
—
$315,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

In 2026, "getting a phone number" is no longer a simple API call; it requires sophisticated orchestration across global phone number inventory, real-time identity verification, regulatory compliance, and operational tooling at massive scale.
Twilio’s KYC Platform, the gateway to accessing all of Twilio’s communication APIs, enables customers to securely provision and operate communication services globally while navigating complex, constantly evolving regulatory requirements.
As a Principal Engineer (P5), you will own the technical strategy for a platform that processes millions of requests. You will be expected to pioneer AI-driven development workflows using LLMs and agentic agents to accelerate code generation, automate architectural reviews, and synthesize complex global telecommunications regulations into executable logic. Your mission is to collapse the distance between a great idea and a production ready feature.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
DRAW THE OWL:
Lead the architecture and long-term technical roadmap, transitioning legacy systems into a modern, distributed microservices architecture that supports global scale.
ACCELERATE WITH AI:
Lead by example in using AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Anthropic Claude, or internal LLMs) to automate boilerplate, generate exhaustive test suites, and perform rapid prototyping. You will be measured on your ability to amplify your own output and the team's velocity through AI augmentation.
BE AN OWNER:
Drive technical excellence across multiple teams, making critical architectural decisions that balance rapid feature innovation with world-class reliability and security.
WEAR THE CUSTOMER’S SHOES:
Partner with Product Managers to translate complex global telecommunications regulations and customer needs into elegant, developer-first APIs and application workflows.
EMPOWER OTHERS:
Mentor and uplift senior and staff engineers. Foster a culture of technical curiosity, ownership, and continuous learning. Teach the team how to move from "writing code" to "reviewing and orchestrating AI-generated logic" without sacrificing security or quality.
RUTHLESSLY PRIORITIZE:
Identify and mitigate technical risks early, ranging from scalability bottlenecks to security vulnerabilities and lead the team through complex production incidents with a focus on long-term remediation.
WRITE IT DOWN:
Communicate complex technical strategies to both executive leadership and engineering teams through high-quality design documents, RFCs, and presentations.
Qualifications
Twilio values diverse experiences from all kinds of industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!
*Required:

Architectural Mastery:
Deep experience with cloud-native infrastructure (
AWS
preferred), microservices patterns, and designing "five-nines" (99.999%) resilient systems.
AI-Native Workflow:
Demonstrated experience using AI tools to significantly accelerate software delivery. You should be comfortable discussing how you use LLMs for architectural brainstorming, debugging, and code synthesis.
API Excellence:
A track record of building and maintaining high-volume public-facing APIs that focus on exceptional developer experience.
Data Savvy:
Experience with high-throughput data processing and storage solutions (SQL/NoSQL, Redis, Kafka, or Spark).
Infrastructure as Code:
Proficiency with Kubernetes, Terraform, and modern CI/CD paradigms.
Leadership:
Proven ability to influence technical strategy across multiple teams and organizational boundaries without direct authority.
Desired:
Telecom Domain Expertise:
Experience with telephony protocols, local number porting (LNP), or global regulatory compliance frameworks.
Platform Thinking:
Experience building "internal platforms" that enable other developer teams to move faster.
Agentic Systems:
Experience building or integrating AI agents into internal developer platforms or automated ops workflows.

As Marketing Strategy Director at Airalo, you will collaborate closely with the Growth organization to define and optimize acquisition, conversion, and retention targets across regions and channels. You will operate as a central, region agnostic capital allocator within Growth — ensuring time, budget, and effort are deployed toward the highest incremental impact opportunities. Acting as a key partner to Growth leadership, you will turn complex data into clear trade off decisions, pressure test assumptions, and help determine where the next dollar and the next hour should be invested.
In this role, you will own Growth’s forecasting and planning processes, ensuring regional and central teams are aligned on targets, assumptions, and trade offs. You will run the operating cadence for Growth, steward the business inputs, scenario frameworks, and planning logic layered on top of Data’s forecasting model, and translate performance insights into cross regional and cross channel allocation decisions that improve incremental growth and capital efficiency — operating within the financial guardrails set by our Finance team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Forecasting, Planning & Operating Rhythm
Own Growth’s forecasting process end to end: gather assumptions, challenge inputs, coordinate with Data, and prepare forecast narratives for leadership
Maintain and continuously refine the business logic, pacing, scenario planning, and target setting frameworks built on top of Airalo’s forecasting model
Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews — prepare materials, synthesize insights, and ensure follow-ups drive real action
Run weekly operating cadence for Growth: performance reviews, KPI tracking, variance analysis, and strategic escalations
Budget Allocation & Strategic Decision Support
Build data-driven recommendations on spend allocation across regions and channels, using CAC, pLTV, incrementality and ROI insights to optimize for incremental profit/growth
Conduct granular regional deep dives (country/segment/channel) and identify levers to improve growth or efficiency.
Identify cross-regional capital reallocation opportunities and quantify trade-offs between markets (e.g., where incremental $1 delivers highest marginal return).
Partner with Growth, Product, Brand, and Finance to align on targets, trade-offs, and the drivers behind plan variances.
Analytics Partnership & Insight Activation
Serve as Growth’s primary business partner to the Data team: consolidate analytical needs, provide business context, and ensure high-quality inputs into Data’s roadmap.
Translate analytical outputs (forecasts, dashboards, experiment results) into decisions, actions, and processes that stick.
Ensure Growth teams adopt and operationalize dashboards and models — build documentation, training, and clear workflows.
Cross-Functional Strategy & Special Projects
Lead cross-functional projects such as regional/channel diagnostics, efficiency audits, or market deep-dives - including 30 day “drop-in” sprints to fix specific business problems
Build frameworks that guide decision-making: ROI models, sizing models, scenario tools, prioritization structures.
Identify and implement process improvements across the Growth org to increase speed, clarity, and execution quality.
Must Haves:
9+ years in Marketing Strategy, BizOps, FP&A, Management Consulting, Strategy & Operations, or similar analytical roles.
Demonstrated experience owning planning cycles and influencing capital allocation decisions at a multi-market or global level.
Demonstrated ability to maintain forecasting models (Excel/Sheets) and run scenario planning, CAC/LTV experience, pacing, and ROI logic.
Strong analytical proficiency: Excel (advanced), and comfort working with SQL and modern BI tools (Looker, Lightdash, Tableau). Experience with MMM models a plus.
Clear experience turning data into recommendations — not just reporting results, but synthesizing insights into “what we do next.”
Ability to challenge assumptions, pressure-test inputs, and navigate ambiguous or incomplete data.
Experience working cross-functionally with channel leads, PMs, and Data teams; strong communication skills with senior stakeholders.
Comfort managing complex, deadline-driven projects, prioritizing across markets, and driving alignment among multiple teams.
A proactive, structured problem-solver who can pick up unclear problems, untangle them, and deliver clarity with minimal guidance.
Nice To Haves:
Experience in consumer tech, marketplace, travel, or subscription businesses
Familiarity with marketing analytics: attribution, CAC/LTV modeling, incrementality testing, funnel analysis
Comfort coordinating experimentation roadmaps and interpreting lift tests or causal results
Prior experience as the business partner to a Data/Analytics org

About the Opportunity
This is not a traditional GRC hire. The Tech G
overnance
Office is looking for someone who combines the governance judgment of a seasoned compliance professional with the drive of a forward-deployed engineer — someone who closes gaps by shipping solutions, navigates ambiguity without hand-holding, and operates with the urgency of a startup and the rigour of a regulated financial institution.
You will own complex cross-functional workstreams independently — coordinating across Engineering, Legal, Product, and Finance — while managing external auditors and regulators. Strong written and verbal communication in both English and Mandarin is a meaningful advantage in this role. AI tooling is not optional; it is how you work.
Who You Are
Self-directed driver
— You run cross-functional workstreams without being managed. Ambiguity is a starting point, not a blocker.
AI-native operator
— You already use AI to do more, faster — and you raise the floor for the teams around you.
Clear communicator
— You earn trust across regulators, auditors, and C-suite through precision and consistency — in any room.
Culture Fit
Pace
Standards
Startup velocity
— Decisions move fast. Priorities shift. You ship, iterate, and adapt — without waiting for perfect conditions or top-down direction.
Financial institution rigour
— Audit trails matter. Regulators scrutinise. The bar for accuracy, documentation, and accountability is institutional-grade — always.
> The tension between these two is not a bug — it is the job. We are looking for someone who holds both without compromise.
What You’ll Be Doing
Independently lead audit remediation programmes — assess gaps, develop structured plans, and drive verified closure across engineering, product, legal, and operations without escalation dependency.
Own cross-functional governance workstreams — set milestones, coordinate accountability, and remove blockers across departments with limited management oversight.
Conduct IT security and architecture governance reviews — assess whether systems and processes meet applicable standards, and issue findings with clear ownership and remediation timelines.
Build and maintain the policy estate — draft, refine, and operationalise IT governance policies and procedures; translate regulatory requirements into implementation-ready guidance for first-line teams.
Lead regulator and auditor engagement — serve as the primary coordination interface for external audit and regulatory correspondence, representing the Tech G
overnance
Office with credibility and precision.
Deploy AI to accelerate compliance operations — prototype and scale AI-assisted workflows for evidence collection, control monitoring, audit response, and policy generation; drive team-wide adoption.
Deliver Tech G
overnance
-level reporting — produce governance dashboards and executive briefs on remediation status, risk exposure, and regulatory posture, independently and to publication standard.
Track the regulatory horizon — monitor evolving requirements across active jurisdictions, translate changes into prioritised internal action, and brief senior leadership proactively.
What We Look For In You

You will lead the capture and editing of short-form vertical video for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, while also supporting long-form storytelling and photography needs across campaigns and product launches.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands how modern content moves — emotionally, culturally, and quickly — and wants to help build a mission-driven brand at the intersection of movement, family, and technology.
Core Responsibilities

Capture and edit short-form vertical video optimized for social platforms.
Deliver quick-turn edits (often within 24–72 hours).
Develop strong hooks, pacing, captions, and storytelling structures designed for retention.
Repurpose long-form footage into multiple short-form assets.
Collaborate with social, community, and growth teams to align content with campaign goals.

Support production of brand videos, product explainers, interviews, and launch content.
Capture high-quality b-roll for evergreen marketing use.
Assist with documentary-style user stories and thought leadership content.
Secondary - Photography
Capture lifestyle and product photography for web, social, and campaign use.
Support asset organization and visual library management.
Travel & Events
Travel approximately once per month for events, community activations, user story shoots, and key campaign moments.
Support live demos and in-person content capture.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing and community teams to execute on creative briefs.
Contribute ideas that align storytelling with brand values and product usage goals.
Required Qualifications
1 - 3+ years of experience in videography and editing, ideally in a consumer brand or social-first environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing short-form, vertical, social-native content.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
Experience shooting with professional camera equipment and lighting setups.
Strong understanding of social platform dynamics, trends, and content performance.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in consumer tech, gaming, family, or lifestyle brands.
Motion graphics experience.
Experience capturing live events.
Familiarity with photography editing tools such as Lightroom or Photoshop.
Experience collaborating and coaching executives or thought leaders on video content.
What Sets You Apart
Deep instinct for storytelling and emotional resonance.
Ability to balance speed with quality.
Strong creative judgment and platform-native thinking.
Comfortable working in a hybrid startup environment.
Highly organized with strong asset management habits.
