adjoe https://adjoe.io/ is redefining the future of mobile ads. Powered by advanced AI, first-party data and world-class engineers, we’ve perfected the offerwall experience for monetizing and scaling app publishers with solutions like Playtime and Arcade – now the fastest growing rewarded advertising channel globally – driving incremental engagement, retention, and revenue.
At the same time, we’re breaking into programmatic advertising with the intelligent bidding system of adjoe Ads. Together, this ecosystem connects app developers to over 600 million users worldwide for scalable growth. Backed by a $100 million investment from Bertelsmann and operating from offices in Hamburg, Boston, Singapore, and Tokyo, adjoe is defining the next stages of app and ad experience – right now. Join us.
We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to support the product and technical dimension of adjoe’s most critical enterprise relationships. Acting as the "Technical Lead" for our top-tier partners, you will merge complex partner roadmaps with our modern stack – powered by Golang and Native SDKs – to drive technical excellence for over 100 million daily users.
Your mandate is to bridge the gap between our technology team in Germany and the partner’s vision. You will collaborate with senior product and engineering counterparts, acting as a point of contact for all technical discourse. This is a role of deep technical empowerment: You have direct access to our entire cloud infrastructure – from real-time monitoring and logging to our extensive data lakes – to maintain a comprehensive, full-picture view of the system state. From investigating complex architectural issues to supporting the rollout of new, high-impact features, you ensure our stacks evolve in perfect sync.
Working as a key collaborator with our internal Product and Tech departments, you will act as the technical gatekeeper and advocate for our largest enterprise accounts.
What You Will Do:
- Technical Strategy & Execution: Act as the primary consultant for enterprise partners, architecting the technical path to success. You will play a key role in guiding the co-creation of new products in partnership with our Germany based tech team, validating and optimizing technical solutions directly with our top partners to ensure they are battle-tested before reaching full-scale production.
- Orchestrate the Joint Technical Roadmap: Support the technical lifecycle of the partnership, leading complex feature rollouts and managing integration timelines.
- Root-Cause Architecture & Proactive Mitigation: Put on your "detective hat" to lead high-stakes troubleshooting by going beyond the surface of mobile app code to conduct deep-dive root-cause analysis, proactively identifying and solving integration blockers before they impact the partner’s revenue.
- Data-Driven Consultancy: Leverage SQL and Python (or others) to aggregate and visualize complex datasets, translating raw data into technical narratives that help partners reach their KPIs.
- Voice of the Customer: Translate partner feedback into precise technical requirements for internal Product teams to unlock global scalability.
- Enterprise Account Ownership: Serve as the dedicated technical point of contact for key enterprise accounts, owning relationships with senior stakeholders across product, engineering, and leadership. You will support executive-level technical discussions, manage escalations, and proactively drive account health.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience in a technical-client-facing role in AdTech, Big Tech, or SaaS (TAM, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture), with some exposure to the mobile ecosystem.
- Must have: Professional fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
- Proven enterprise account experience: You have directly managed key enterprise accounts, navigating complex stakeholder environments and acting as a trusted technical advisor to senior client contacts.
- The Tech-Architect: Expert at translating high-level requirements into specifications. You are equally comfortable discussing SDK initialization and REST endpoint latency with a Senior Product Owner as you are debugging HTML/JavaScript.
- Analytical Powerhouse: Proficient in SQL and data visualization. You have extensive experience using analytics dashboards such as Grafana, Tableau, QuickSight, or Kibana to find the "why" behind the numbers and drive strategic technical decisions.
- Mobile & App Native: (Huge Plus) Familiarity with Java or experience building/supporting mobile apps with a "sixth sense" for debugging SDK integration issues.
- Cross-Functional Catalyst: A natural collaborator who can navigate internal Engineering & Product teams to find solutions in high-pressure environments.
- Nice to have: Experience with Software Development.
Fuel for the Journey: Benefits to Support Your Ambitions:
- Health & Dental Insurance: Comprehensive healthcare coverage provided through Care Plus (SOHO30 and ODONT20 plans).
- Life Insurance: Company-provided life and disability insurance coverage to support you and your family.
- Meal / Food Allowance: Monthly flexible allowance that can be used at restaurants, supermarkets, delivery services, and more.
- Transportation Allowance: Monthly support to help cover commuting costs.
- Wellhub (Gympass): Access to the Wellhub platform with exclusive corporate discounts on gyms and wellness services.
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP): SupportLinc is available at no cost to you and your family, offering confidential support and resources to promote well-being and work-life balance.
We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.

Aptos is a people-first blockchain on a mission to help billions of people achieve universal and fair access to decentralized assets in a safe and scalable way.
Founded by some of the original creators and maintainers that researched, designed, and built the Diem blockchain to serve this purpose, we have dedicated several years toward this mission. We believe the open-source Diem technology we have developed is an important foundation of a safe and scalable web3 world where everyone has more equitable opportunities to grow and access financial assets with lower fees and fewer intermediaries.
Aptos (Ohlone for "The People") encompasses our mission and ethos for why we build.
About this role
Aptos is a high-performance Layer 1 designed for financial services: sub-second settlement at sub-cent cost, production reliability institutions build on, and native stablecoins including assets exclusive to the network. We are consolidating our commercial efforts into one financial services company — payments, tokenization, and trading — and payments is the first chartered business: a ring-fenced unit with its own P&L, an exclusive global settlement partnership already signed, first-party products already shipped (keyless onboarding, multisig treasury, confidential payments), and clear evidence gates at 90 days, 6 months, and 24 months.
This role is the founding technical leader of that unit. You are hire number one of the engineering team, and the build you lead defines the business.
What you'll own
The Aptos Payment API.
Spec, ship, and run the single API businesses integrate against — wrapping partner infrastructure today, with an orchestration engine routing across a licensed partner network as the business earns it. You write the spec bottoms-up from partner and client requirements.
Partner-facing engineering.
You are the technical face of the unit: requirements intake, integration leadership, and technical diligence with banks, EMIs, PSPs, stablecoin issuers, and e-wallet platforms. You can run those calls alone and write the requirements doc after.
The trust infrastructure.
Revenue attribution and reconciliation (the system that proves which volume is ours), a single-window KYC/KYB integration, a testnet sandbox that lets any prospect try the stack before compliance onboarding, and a native-asset-only settlement policy — no bridges.
Integration with the trading stack.
Our trading team builds the RFQ liquidity and tokenized-FX systems; you own the payments side of that seam — routing corridor FX through their venue, defining the API contract between the two systems, and making the handoff invisible to clients.
The team and the calls.
Hire and lead the first two engineers; grow the team only as revenue triggers fire. Make the build-vs-buy decisions (orchestration components, KYC tooling) with written memos at each gate.
Your first 90 days
Publish the Payment API v1 spec and ship the testnet sandbox.
Stand up revenue attribution v1 and harden USDT/USDC settlement rails to production grade.
Ship the first client integration hands-on, end to end.
Draft the orchestration build-vs-buy memo that frames the unit's biggest technical decision.
These are not aspirations — they are the unit's first gate, and the role's report card is the engineering column of the business's scorecard.
What we're looking for
8+ years building payment infrastructure at production scale — PSP or orchestrator-class systems: cross-border rails, on/off-ramps, virtual accounts, reconciliation.
Hands-on chain-native settlement experience: stablecoin rails, ramp integrations, wallet infrastructure. Move or Rust a plus; strong engineering judgment on any stack a must.
Front-facing gravitas: banks, issuers, and regulated partners treat you as a peer. You've led external technical relationships, not just internal roadmaps.
A product engineer's instincts: you build bottoms-up from what clients and partners actually need, and you treat existing internal products as assets to resell — not constraints to build around.
Player-coach by default: you ship code, then hire people better than you at parts of it.
Nice to have
APAC corridor experience — e-wallet ecosystems, QR rails, regional licensing landscapes.
Enough FX and market-structure fluency to be a strong counterpart to the trading team on the RFQ integration.
Working familiarity with payments regulation (money transmission, MiCA, Singapore PS Act) — enough to design with counsel, not practice law.
A prior 0→1: founding engineer, first technical hire, or owner of a product line from blank page to revenue.
Why this role is unusual
Distribution is solved before you start.
An exclusive settlement partnership routes committed volume to the network — you build against real flow, not hoped-for flow.
The business is chartered.
Written gates, a stop condition, and growth triggers tied to revenue — you'll always know exactly where the business stands and what your work must prove next.
The scope compounds.
What starts as one API becomes an orchestration network and a tokenized-currency framework, integrated with a trading venue's liquidity — the technical agenda grows with every gate the business clears.
You define the org.
Every engineering hire after you is your call, made against revenue evidence.
The base salary range for this full-time position is $160k - $260k. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and typical maximum target for new hire salaries for the position of a candidate based in the Bay Area at any level. We do hire exceptionally talented professionals with decades of experience in their field. As such, our range may be higher than what is displayed. Our base salary ranges are determined by experience and location, and we hire at all levels for multiple roles. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills demonstrated during the interviews, working experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in role postings reflect the base salary only and do not include equity, tokens, or benefits.

OnePay is the consumer fintech trusted by millions of Americans to make money better.
Our financial system is broken. High fees, low rates, and too few ways to actually grow your money. We’re fixing it. And we’re moving fast.
We’re an all-in-one financial services platform that brings together banking, high-yield savings, credit cards, point-of-sale lending, investing, and crypto in one place. We also partner with employers, HCM providers, gig platforms, and others to deliver embedded financial services to millions of employees and frontline workers.
We’re backed by Walmart, the world’s largest retailer, and Ribbit Capital, one of fintech’s most respected investors, giving us rare scale, distribution, and the opportunity to build something truly category-defining.
But what really sets OnePay apart is how we move. Our customers don’t have time to wait… and neither do we. This place moves fast, and we’re looking for people who are:
- Ready to run
- Hungry and driven by urgency
- Exceptional at what they do, with low ego
- Comfortable operating in motion
THE ROLE
This Product Manager role sits at the center of one of OnePay's most significant new product bets: an offering designed to give customers more flexibility around their largest recurring monthly expense. You'll own this product from zero - defining the vision, leading the build, and driving it through launch and into scale. If owning something that matters, built inside a company with the distribution to make it reach millions of people, is what you're looking for, this is the role. You will:
- Own end-to-end product development from ideation through launch and iteration
- Define and drive the roadmap for a net-new consumer financial product, balancing customer needs against risk, compliance, and business constraints
- Partner closely with engineering, design, data, risk, and legal to ship a high-quality consumer experience
- Use data and experimentation to make decisions and drive continuous improvement post-launch
- Navigate underwriting and regulatory requirements as a product owner - a collaborative partner to risk and compliance, not a passenger
- Identify and manage third-party partnerships and integrations required to deliver the product
- Represent the product to senior leadership with clear, data-driven points of view on prioritization and tradeoffs
YOU BRING
- 6-12 years of product management experience in consumer fintech or fast-growing financial technology environments
- A demonstrated track record of owning and a product focusing on splitting Rent/Payments - not just contributing to one
- Knowledge and ability to use AI tools to accelerate development and deliver measurable output
- Deep comfort working at the intersection of consumer experience and financial product constraints
- A strong sense of urgency and high ownership
- High ownership - you take responsibility for outcomes and drive work end to end without waiting to be directed
- Low ego and strong collaboration skills across technical, legal, and executive stakeholders
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1
- 401(k) plan with company match
- Remote-friendly (US), flexible time off (FTO), and opportunities for growth
- A high-growth, mission-driven, inclusive culture where your work has real impact
STANDARD INTERVIEW PROCESS
Our process varies by role. Most candidates go through:
- AI-assisted initial screen
- Interview with Talent Partner
