Analyze user behavior patterns and independently uncover insights that are meaningful for the product
Influence goal setting and project prioritization within the team based on data

B2B SaaS experience

- Conducted or directly supported cryptocurrency investigations, blockchain intelligence work, or financial crime analysis in an operational environment
- Deep familiarity with blockchain ecosystems (BTC, ETH, stablecoins, DeFi) and how on-chain data is used in investigations, compliance, or intelligence workflows
- Delivered customer-facing technical solutions — whether investigative outputs, data products, or analytical workflows — in complex, real-world environments
- Built insights from large or complex datasets and communicated findings to varied audiences — from analysts to executives
- Operated successfully in fast-paced, ambiguous environments requiring ownership, adaptability, and sound judgment
Required Skills:
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, transformation, and solution development
- Experience building notebooks, dashboards, and analytical workflows
- Solid understanding of data modelling, querying, and working with large datasets
- Ability to quickly develop deep expertise in Chainalysis data structures, schemas, and products
Domain Expertise
- Substantive knowledge of at least one domain: financial and cyber crime investigations, sanctions and compliance, fraud, national security, DeFi/protocol security, tax, or private sector risk
- Understanding of how customers in your domain operate — their workflows, regulatory environment, and what success looks like for them
- Ability to apply domain knowledge to shape investigation approach, solution design, and customer advisory
Customer & Communication Skills
- Proven ability to build trusted, long-term customer relationships through technical and domain credibility
- Excellent communication skills — can explain complex investigative and data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable leading customer sessions, workshops, training, and technical working groups
- Experience enabling and upskilling customer teams — not just delivering outputs, but building customer capability
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.
About Chainalysis
Chainalysis is the blockchain data platform, making it easy to connect the movement of digital assets to real-world services. What you will do:
Develop a deep understanding of Garner’s Employer and Provider products and our clinical methodologies
Serve as the subject matter expert in presenting our cutting-edge healthcare platforms during the sales process
Help manage relationships with high-value prospects
Clearly and persuasively communicate Garner’s capabilities and unique value propositions
Project-manage technical solution design and RFP responses to support critical new business opportunities
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies, leveraging this knowledge to drive product enhancements

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of developing and implementing successful platform strategies
An ability to manage complex projects and achieve results against tight deadlines

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for an ML Engineer to own the production inference stack for our text-to-speech (TTS) and speech recognition (ASR) models, end to end. Our research team delivers trained model checkpoints; you will productionize them as low-latency, real-time streaming services that run cost-efficiently on GPUs. The role covers the inference engines, the Kubernetes infrastructure they run on, and the performance benchmarking and accuracy validation that let us ship changes safely. You will bridge research and production, and own latency, throughput, cost and accuracy as we scale.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Build and optimize streaming inference engines for TTS and ASR models, including multi-stage model pipelines.
- Optimize latency (time to first chunk, p50/p99) and throughput using continuous batching, CUDA Graphs, torch.compile and mixed precision.
- Maintain numerical parity with the reference implementation through automated accuracy regression tests, per stage and end to end.
- Deploy and operate GPU inference services on Kubernetes: autoscaling, containerization and infrastructure as code.
- Build CI/CD for model artifacts, with model versioning and reproducible releases.
- Own observability and performance benchmarking: p50/p99 latency, real-time factor (RTF), GPU utilization and cost per request.
- Partner with research to productionize new models.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Hands-on experience deploying, scaling and optimizing ML models in production, beyond consuming model APIs.
- Working knowledge of the full inference stack, from CUDA kernels to serving frameworks, with depth in some layers; expertise across all of them is not expected.
- GPU performance optimization: profiling (Nsight Systems, PyTorch Profiler), memory bandwidth, CPU-GPU synchronization.
- Solid understanding of model serving: continuous batching, KV cache management, request scheduling.
- Production experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong Python and PyTorch, and a rigorous approach to performance benchmarking.
- Experience with speech or audio models (TTS, ASR, voice conversion).
- Experience with inference frameworks such as vLLM (vLLM-Omni), SGLang, TensorRT-LLM, TensorRT or Triton Inference Server.
COMPENSATION:
When determining compensation, a number of factors will be considered, including skills, experience, job scope, location, and competitive compensation market data.
BENEFITS FOR U.S.-BASED ROLES:
- Competitive salary and generous company equity
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance – 99.99% of premiums covered by Cantina
- 42 days of paid time off, including:
- 15 PTO days
- 10 sick days
- 15 company holidays
- 2 floating holidays
- Generous parental leave & fertility support
- 401(k) retirement savings plan
- Lifestyle spending account – $500/month to use however you’d like
- Complimentary lunch and snacks for in-office employees
- One Medical membership, and more!

An overview of this role
As SEC Manager on GitLab’s Accounting team, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of our external financial reporting, including Forms 10-K and 10-Q. This isn’t a collect-and-consolidate role. You’ll drive the reporting calendar, coordinate work across Accounting, Legal, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), and Investor Relations, and improve the quality, clarity, and consistency of our disclosures and reporting processes. You’ll report to the Director of SEC Reporting and work remotely from the Americas.
What you’ll do
Own the preparation, review, and filing of GitLab’s Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, and S-1, along with quarterly investor materials.
Build and drive the quarterly and annual reporting calendar, coordinate cross-functional inputs, maintain accountability for deadlines, and flag timeline risks early.
Lead the earnings release process, including the quarterly management reporting package and review of financial information in the earnings release and script.
Own the disclosure checklist and eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) review process, and identify ways to improve disclosure quality, clarity, and consistency.
Improve the SEC reporting process by identifying inefficiencies, redundancies, and manual steps, then driving automation and standardization.
Prepare or review journal entries, reconciliations, the equity rollforward, earnings per share calculations, and provided-by-client schedules for assigned areas such as stock-based compensation and stock repurchases.
Ensure compliance with SEC and United States generally accepted accounting principles (U.S. GAAP) reporting requirements, research technical accounting issues, and lead the implementation of new accounting pronouncements that affect disclosures.
Maintain Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) requirements for relevant areas, support internal and external reporting packages, and lead or contribute to special projects such as process improvements, new disclosure requirements, and merger and acquisition reporting.
What you’ll bring
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensure or active pursuit of licensure is preferred.
Experience in owning SEC reporting deliverables, including Forms 10-K and 10-Q, in a public company or a public accounting environment serving public company clients.
A record of improving disclosures and reporting processes, not only executing existing processes.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to own a calendar, drive accountability across teams, and manage competing deadlines independently.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to research and interpret complex accounting guidance.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders and collaborating with Legal, FP&A, Investor Relations, and business partners.
Proficiency with Workiva Wdesk and NetSuite is preferred.
About the team
The Accounting team supports accurate, timely, and transparent financial reporting at GitLab. In this role, you’ll work closely with partners across Accounting, Legal, FP&A, and Investor Relations to meet public company reporting requirements and strengthen the processes and controls behind our disclosures. The team works in GitLab’s all-remote environment, with an emphasis on clear ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.
