About the role
As a member of the Applied AI team at Anthropic, you will be an Applied AI Engineer supporting a dedicated national security mission program. You will be the customer's trusted technical advisor, working closely with their engineering and mission teams as they build and ship new capabilities powered by Claude: advising on architecture design decisions, developing evaluation frameworks, and guiding them through the most cutting-edge implementation patterns for LLMs.
Working closely with our Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, you'll guide the customer from technical discovery through successful deployment, much of it on-site in secure environments. You'll combine deep engineering expertise and cyber domain knowledge with customer-facing skills to help the customer unlock the full potential of Claude and move their mission capabilities closer to the frontier, while maintaining our high standards for safety and reliability.
Responsibilities

Support the customer as they build with Claude Code, the Claude API, and Claude for Enterprise

Create and deliver technical content, from engineering deep dives to executive briefings
Maintain strong knowledge of the latest developments in LLM capabilities, implementation patterns, and AI product development stacks
Work primarily on-site with the customer's engineering and mission teams in secure government facilities, while maintaining close internal coordination and feedback with Anthropic's Applied AI and Engineering teams
Minimum qualifications
Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
Prior experience working within US intelligence community agencies as a government civilian or cleared contractor
4+ years of experience in technical roles such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Product Engineer, Software Engineer, or Technical Product Manager, with a desire to work closely with customers

Mission and weapons systems (command and control, space, electronic warfare, autonomy)
CBRN and nonproliferation
Accreditation of classified systems (RMF, ATO, cross-domain solutions)
Exceptional communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, from engineers to executives, while maintaining a low ego and collaborative approach
Preferred qualifications
Production experience with LLMs, including advanced prompt engineering, agent development and frameworks, evaluation frameworks, transcript analysis, MCP, and deployment at scale

Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

FP Markets Group of Companies
is a well-established multi-regulated broker, founded in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Paid Social & Mobile App Growth Manager.
You will own two of our biggest growth levers: paid social across web and app, and mobile app growth from install to first-time deposit (FTD). Sitting in the Growth Team (Global Paid Growth), you will set strategy, run a multi-channel budget and decide each month where spend goes, web sign-ups or app installs, based on cost per FTD and return on ad spend (ROAS). You will own the numbers from impression to FTD and beyond.
How success is measured
Leads and FTDs from paid social (web) and from the app, by source and region.
Cost per install, cost per registration and CPA per FTD against target, by region and platform.
Install-to-FTD conversion rate.
30 / 90-day ROAS on web and app cohorts.
Spend within the approved monthly budget.
App store conversion rate (page view to install), keyword rankings and average rating.
Responsibilities
Strategy and budget
Own the paid social and mobile app acquisition strategy, budget and forecast across all target regions.
Decide each month how spend splits between web and app objectives, based on cost per FTD, ROAS and install-to-FTD conversion.
Manage monthly budget pacing with Marketing Operations, reallocating spend weekly based on CPA, ROAS and cohort quality, and report performance against objectives.
Paid social (web and app)
Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn and Reddit, for both web leads and app installs.
Own account structure, audiences, bidding and campaign naming across all paid social platforms.
Optimise beyond installs and leads to registration, KYC completion and FTD, using value-based and event-based bidding.
Run a continuous creative testing programme with the Creative and Content teams: briefs (video, playables, static, store assets), variants, learnings and fatigue tracking.
Mobile app acquisition
Plan, launch and optimise app install and in-app event campaigns across Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns (UAC) and selected programmatic / mobile ad network partners.
Source, onboard and manage app networks and agencies, with strict fraud controls.
ASO and organic app growth
Own App Store and Google Play optimisation: keyword research, metadata, screenshots, preview videos and localisation for priority languages.
Run store-listing experiments (Google Play Experiments, Apple Product Page Optimisation) and Custom Product Pages aligned to paid campaigns.
Grow ratings and reviews through in-app prompts and review management.
Drive web-to-app and cross-channel installs with SEO, Content, CRM and Partnerships (IB/affiliate) teams, including deep links and QR flows.
Measurement and attribution
Own mobile measurement through our MMP (AppsFlyer): SDK events, deep links, SKAdNetwork / AdAttributionKit, Google Privacy Sandbox for Android, and UTM / tracking-link standards.
Keep web (Meta Pixel / Conversions API) and app (MMP) attribution aligned and deduplicated, so paid social results are counted once.
Work with Data Engineering on cohort, CAC, LTV, ARPU and ROAS reporting (30- and 90-day) that ties installs and sign-ups to FTD and net deposits.
Keep event tracking, postbacks and attribution windows accurate across all partners.
Funnel and conversion
Partner with Product and Dev on onboarding, KYC and first-deposit flows in the app to lift install-to-FTD conversion.
Work with the CRM & Lifecycle manager (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) on push, in-app and email journeys for new app users.
Compliance
Ensure all ads and app store assets meet the requirements of each regulator (ASIC, CySEC, FSCA and others), platform ad policies for financial products, and Apple / Google app store guidelines, including risk warnings and country restrictions.
Out of scope
Organic social and community (Discord, Reddit communities, Telegram), owned by the Organic Social & Community Growth Manager.
Candidate profile
Must have
4+ years in paid acquisition, covering both paid social (Meta, TikTok and at least one other platform) and mobile app user acquisition.
Proven experience in online retail trading (FX/CFDs), iGaming or crypto: you understand regulated, high-CPA acquisition, deposit-driven funnels and the ad-platform restrictions these verticals face.
Hands-on ownership of a multi-channel paid budget of USD 250k+ a month.
Hands-on experience with Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, MetaAds, LinkedIn, X and ASO, with proven results on both App Store and Google Play as well as driving Web/Desktop Leads and FTDs
Deep working knowledge of an MMP (AppsFlyer preferred), SKAdNetwork, post-ATT measurement and deep linking, plus Meta Pixel / Conversions API.
Strong analytical skills: cohort analysis, LTV modelling, incrementality thinking and ROAS-based budget decisions; comfortable in Excel / Google Sheets and BI dashboards.
Experience optimising to down-funnel events (registration, deposit), not just clicks or installs.
A track record of running structured creative testing at scale.
Fluent English, written and spoken.
Nice to have
Experience with programmatic and mobile ad networks.
Experience with Snapchat, Reddit and other social or new ad channels such as ChatGPT.
Knowledge of financial-promotion rules (ASIC, CySEC, FSCA) and Apple / Google policies for financial apps.
SQL or BigQuery; familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
A second language relevant to our key markets (e.g. Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Chinese, Thai or Vietnamese).
Personal attributes
Commercial and numbers-driven: you decide on cost per FTD, not clicks or installs.
Comfortable owning a large budget and explaining every euro of it.
A fast tester who learns from failures and scales winners quickly.
Collaborative with Creative, Product, CRM and Data Engineering.
Our offer
A welcoming, young and multicultural team with approachable leadership.
Real autonomy over a large growth budget, and the chance to contribute to a dynamic business in a growth phase.
Support for your ideas and room to put your expertise into the company's best practices.
Continuous personal development, a training and development budget, growth with the company and the opportunity to learn from industry leaders.
Competitive remuneration, regular salary reviews and performance-based incentive schemes.
A vibrant company life: from team activities to global celebrations.

The Role
Intellect is a workplace mental health and EAP provider that is growing quickly across Australia and New Zealand. We're competing for larger enterprise and government contracts, and the operational and strategic workload behind those deals now outstrips the commercial team's capacity.
This role is the ANZ General Manager's right hand. You take ANZ market priorities (a product gap, a compliance requirement, a go-live risk, a new market opportunity) and drive them to a finished outcome across Intellect's regional functions: Product, Operations, Clinical, Legal and Revenue. You do this without the GM chasing each step.
This isn't a sales role and it isn't a tender-writing role. It's the operating and strategy engine that lets the ANZ commercial team spend its time winning and keeping clients. The target: this role helps unlock AUD 1.5M in additional new business for ANZ within 12 months.
What You'll Do
Drive ANZ priorities through regional HQ (core of the role)
Turn the GM's priorities into clear, structured requests for Product, Ops, Clinical, Legal and Revenue, and track each one to completion.
Run the ANZ-to-HQ rhythm: a weekly status on open items, with escalation to the GM only when a decision is needed.
Own a live register of ANZ strategic initiatives showing owner, status, dependency and next action.
Project-manage the HQ side of new client go-lives: product configuration, clinical resourcing and operations set-up.
Execute strategic initiatives from idea to outcome
Own 3–5 ANZ initiatives at a time, such as new service lines, critical incident service improvements, and psychosocial risk products. Define scope, timeline, dependencies and success criteria for each.
Write structured requirements for Product rather than making verbal requests, and flag slippage before it becomes a client risk.
Research the market: competitor proposals and pricing, value proposition and pricing strategy for 2027, and SLA gaps against what the market expects.
Build business cases and briefing packs for leadership forums.
Run pipeline and reporting operations
Keep the ANZ HubSpot pipeline accurate every week: stage, close date, ACV and last activity.
Own the data for the ANZ section of the monthly business review (MBR), in the regional standard format.
Flag pipeline coverage gaps three months ahead of quarter end.
Coordinate tender compliance and capacity
Chair Go/No-Go decisions on new tenders and maintain the criteria.
Own compliance pre-checks before any submission, including insurance, the Fair Jobs Code, data sovereignty and accreditation.
Back up the dedicated RFP specialist on priority bids, and manage external bid consultants' scope and cost.
Handle people and business administration
Coordinate ANZ people processes with the People team, scope office and operating requirements, and keep the GM's calendar clear of non-commercial administration.
Requirements
The deciding trait is operating with authority. You'll lead conversations with people more senior than you, push an agenda they may not want, and hold the line when they push back, all without the GM in the room.
Must-haves
3–6 years in management consulting, strategy and operations, business operations or commercial roles, ideally at a scaling B2B or SaaS company
A track record of taking an initiative from an incomplete brief to a finished outcome with little supervision. You can describe one in detail.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders across functions, including telling a senior person "no" or "not now" and making it stick
Comfort with ambiguity: you make a call on partial information and adjust, rather than waiting for certainty
Strong commercial and financial skills: pricing, margin, business cases and pipeline analysis
Disciplined project management: registers, cadences and follow-through without reminders
Clear, concise writing for executive audiences
Nice-to-haves
Experience with HubSpot or another CRM, and with reporting and dashboard tools
Exposure to tenders, procurement or regulated industries (health, insurance, government)
Knowledge of the Australian market, or of EAP, workplace mental health or psychosocial risk
Confident, practical use of AI tools to move faster

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead Product Program Management, the central program management function in Anthropic's Product organization. This team turns the company's hardest cross-functional obligations into programs that run: it stands up the strategic programs Anthropic needs to unblock growth, then runs the scaled operations behind them so partner teams can focus on building and selling Claude. You'll lead managers and program managers across Commercialization Operations, Community and Executive Escalations Operations, and Marketplace Operations, and you'll build a generalist program management bench that incubates new programs for the Product organization. The ideal candidate combines strategic judgment about what the company should take on with the operational rigor to make those programs run at scale.
About Anthropic
Anthropic is an AI safety and research company that's working to build reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our customers and for society as a whole.
Responsibilities
Set the team's charter and priorities: decide which cross-functional programs Product Program Management takes on and which it scales
Build strong partnerships with the teams Product Program Management supports across Product, Engineering, GTM, Finance, Legal, and more, so programs reflect their priorities and they see the team as a trusted extension of their own
Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing organization of managers and program managers across Product Program Management, including:
Commercialization Operations, which runs commercial launches for new products that will be billed or sold, plus programs like credits and promotions, trusted access, and local pricing, in partnership with Finance, Billing Engineering, and GTM
Community and Executive Escalations Operations, which handles social listening and escalations and turns them into product fixes
Marketplace Operations, which runs review and publishing for Anthropic's MCP Directory and plugin ecosystem
Build a small generalist program management team that incubates new cross-functional programs for the Product organization, runs them until they're stable, and then either matures them into their own pillar or shifts them to a long-term owner
Define success metrics for each program and report on them through regular business reviews with Product leadership
Provide thoughtful coaching and feedback to your direct reports, and partner with them on their career development and growth
You may be a good fit if you have
12+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or a related field, ideally at a high-growth technology company
5+ years of people management experience, including managing managers
A track record of building programs from 0 to 1 and then scaling them into durable operations
Experience with commercial launches, billing and pricing operations, or marketplace and developer platform operations (more than one a plus)
Strong judgment and execution on prioritization: you can stack-rank competing asks from Product, Engineering, GTM, and Finance into one roadmap and explain the tradeoffs
Experience partnering with engineering teams to replace manual operational work with tooling and automation
Excellent cross-functional influence with stakeholders who don't report to you, including executives
Clear, concise written communication: you can brief an executive in three sentences and write a process doc the next person can run from
Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action in a fast-moving environment with many priorities at once
Excitement about building the operational backbone that lets Anthropic's products launch and scale safely

What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.
What You’ll Do:
The Huntress team seeks a Staff Software Engineer to join our SOC Experience team. This team builds the human-analyst side of Huntress’ SOC platform: the investigation and triage experience analysts use to work a case, the remediation actions they take, the queues that route and prioritize incoming work, and the customer-facing reporting that closes the loop with customers. Your contributions will help Huntress improve analyst efficiency, reduce toil, and drive customer outcomes as we scale
protection for the 99%
.
As a Staff Software Engineer, you’ll provide technical leadership across this surface area: shaping architecture and design direction, converting ambiguous requirements into functional workflows and data models, raising the bar on code quality and testing, and mentoring engineers across the team. You’ll partner closely with Product, UX, and SOC stakeholders to turn operational pain points into reliable, auditable systems, and you’ll go deep in the code yourself. This is a full-stack role with real front-end weight: the analyst experiences you’ll build are data-dense, interactive interfaces, and you’ll set the bar for front-end quality as well as the back end.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership across the SOC Experience surface area: investigation and triage experience, remediation actions, queues, and customer-facing reporting.
Lead and develop high-quality software, software designs, and architecture
Design and build analyst-facing interfaces end to end, from data model to browser, and set the standard for front-end quality (usability, performance, accessibility, reusable patterns) in partnership with UX
Set the standard for engineering excellence on the team through code review, test plan review, and hands-on pairing
Lead security-by-design reviews of designs and code
Focus on the full lifecycle of the systems you build, including evolution, configuration, and risk management, not just initial delivery
Share ownership of delivery, reliability, and uptime for the features you build, with observability and test automation built in
Mentor engineers across the team to help them grow into harder problems
Balance technical rigor with pragmatism: push back when a shortcut creates real risk, and push back on over-engineering when the goal is discovery or speed
Partner with Product, UX, and SOC stakeholders to turn operational pain points into reliable, auditable systems
What You Bring To The Team:
10+ years of experience developing complex software products
5+ years of programming in Ruby on Rails
Strong front-end fundamentals (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and experience building complex interactive UIs with modern component-based frameworks; today’s stack is Hotwire, Turbo, and Stimulus, but you can reason outside that box
Experience with AWS or other public cloud environments, and Linux-based infrastructure
Experience with relational databases such as Postgres
Experience with AI coding tools, such as Claude Code
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ClickHouse
Experience building cybersecurity products, or building/operating a SOC platforms
Experience with Hotwire, Stimulus, Turbo
What We Offer:
100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays
12 weeks of paid parental leave
Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans
401(k) with a 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution
Life and Disability insurance plans
Stock options for
all
full-time employees
One-time $500 reimbursement for building/upgrading home office
Annual allowance for education and professional development assistance
$75 USD/month digital reimbursement
Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth

Who You Are:
You are a senior construction executive who has delivered multiple phases of large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure and knows what it takes to run a campus, not just a project. You lead leaders. You build teams that execute safely and predictably, and you hold contractors and partners to a high standard. You are equally comfortable walking a live site and presenting schedule, cost, and risk to executive stakeholders. You believe the digital economy depends on infrastructure delivered right, and delivered on time.
What You’ll Do:
As VP, Campus Construction Manager at Galaxy's Helios campus in Afton, TX, you will own construction execution across all active and future phases of the campus. You will lead a team of senior construction managers, each accountable for a phase or scope, and set the standards, cadence, and accountability that keep the campus aligned on safety, schedule, cost, and quality. You will be the single point of accountability for construction at Helios, from preconstruction handoff through commissioning and turnover to operations. At peak, the Helios campus workforce on site is expected to exceed 2,000 people.
Lead and Develop the Campus Construction Team: Directly manage the on-site construction team on active and future phases at Helios, which will include project management, QA/QC, commissioning, MEP, and CSA leaders, as well as field construction managers. Set clear expectations, coach for performance, and build bench strength as the campus grows.
Own Campus-Level Delivery: Provide integrated oversight of construction across all phases, resolving cross-phase conflicts in resources, laydown, site logistics, access, utilities, and sequencing.
Manage Schedule and Progress: Own the campus master schedule view. Monitor progress against baseline, identify critical-path threats early, and direct recovery and mitigation plans before they affect milestones.
Drive Safety Culture: Set and enforce Galaxy's safety standards across the campus. Partner with Galaxy EHS and contractor safety leadership to sustain a zero-incident environment, and hold the team accountable for leading indicators as well as outcomes.
Oversee Contractors and Trade Partners: Manage executive-level relationships with general contractors and key trade partners. Ensure alignment on milestones, quality, safety, staffing, and commercial performance.
Control Cost and Change: Provide leadership oversight of pay applications, change orders, forecasts, and budget tracking for each phase. Ensure disciplined change management and accurate cost reporting to leadership.
Manage OFCI Integration: Work closely with Pre-Construction and OFCI procurement and logistics teams to ensure UPS, generators, chillers, switchgear, and other owner-furnished equipment arrive, are set, and are installed without impacting the construction schedule.
Lead Commissioning and Turnover: Partner with on-site commissioning manager, 3
rd
party Cx agent, and operations teams to ensure systematic testing, closeout, and clean turnover of each phase to operations.
Ensure Quality: Establish and enforce Galaxy's QA/QC standards across the campus. Escalate and resolve systemic quality issues.
Advance Lean and Prefabrication: Drive Galaxy's modularization, prefabrication, and lean delivery initiatives, and capture lessons learned so each phase is more repeatable than the last.
Manage Regulatory and Community Relationships: Work with local authorities, inspectors, utilities, and consultants to ensure compliance with codes and permit requirements.
Report to Leadership: Provide frequent status updates to the Co-Heads of Data Center Construction, and communicate campus status, risks, and forecasts clearly to Galaxy executive leadership and internal stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
12+ years of experience delivering large-scale mission-critical projects with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multiple project leaders or concurrent projects.
Demonstrated success leading multi-phase or campus-scale developments.
Deep understanding of construction delivery models (including GMP), risk management, and contractor oversight.
Technical fluency across MEP, commissioning, civil, and structural systems.
Proven track record managing OFCI equipment integration and commissioning.
Strong command of cost control, change management, and schedule analysis.
Familiarity with Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and SharePoint.
Full-time, on-site presence at Helios (Afton, TX)
Bonus Points:
A track record of leading and developing high-performing construction teams.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence technial and executive stakeholders.
Sound jugement under pressure and a bias toward early, honest escalation.
A commitment to safety, quality, and executional excellence.
