About Finom
Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, and we’re on a journey towards revolutionizing the financial landscape for entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to develop an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform.
We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. This significant investment follows a $105 million growth funding round from General Catalyst, a long-term backer since 2021 known for supporting companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, KAYAK, and Stripe.
Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole.
Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
The role
We are looking for a Treasury Operations and Reconciliations Manager to help run the daily operations that keep money moving safely through Finom Payments. Every payment our customers send or receive must be funded, settled, reconciled and safeguarded across SEPA, instant payments, cards and international transfers.
This is a hands-on senior role at a moment of change. Volumes are growing fast and instant payments run around the clock. We are connecting more directly to payment infrastructure, and new products such as lending and payment acceptance bring new money flows.
The path to a banking license raises the bar on control and reconciliation. You will take a major part in running the operation day to day, alongside a small team, and step in when money doesn't move as it should. You will also play a key role in designing actual money flows for new products, with our product and engineering teams, before they launch.
What you'll do
You perform settlement and reconciliation day to day, making sure every euro is where it should be.
Treasury operations. Daily funding of our payment channels and the buffers behind them, around the clock. Help bring new schemes and settlement models live safely.
Reconciliation across banks, card schemes, payment processors and custodians. Take it from daily balance checks to automated, transaction-level control.
Safeguarding and reporting. Keep client money fully protected every day, and make sure the related regulatory and scheme reporting is accurate and on time.
Funds-flow engineering. Help design how money moves for new products, markets and partners, and get it right before launch. That covers accounts, postings, safeguarding treatment, reconciliation and what happens when something fails.
Escalation. Be the escalation point when money doesn't move as it should. Build the cross-team processes so incidents get resolved fast and don't repeat.
Process and automation. Document how the operation works, remove single points of failure, and automate manual work with our engineering teams.
Capital, policies, models, investment decisions and trade execution sit with the Head of Treasury. You run the operations and say when the numbers stop matching reality. The split keeps policy, execution and reconciliation independent, as a banking licence requires.
Who you are
Three things are essential: you know payment systems in depth, you stay effective in an escalation, and you can engineer funds flows.
Experience in treasury operations, payment operations or reconciliation at an e-money institution, payment institution or bank.
Builder's mindset. You have turned manual, person-dependent work into documented, automated processes, working closely with engineers.
Escalation. You have handled money-impacting payment incidents from first alert to resolution, working with banks, schemes and internal teams.
Payment systems. Hands-on knowledge of rails such as SEPA, SWIFT and card schemes.
Funds-flow engineering. You have taken an active part in designing or rebuilding money flows for new products or payment rails, including the accounts, postings, safeguarding treatment and reconciliation behind them.
Control and clarity. Segregation of duties and audit readiness come naturally to you, and you can explain a complex money flow simply. Fluent English.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ THE FOUNDING SALES OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for our first-ever Sales hire in Saudi Arabia — a rare founding opportunity to build Alan's commercial practice in the Kingdom from the ground up.
You will be Alan's flag-bearer in KSA: the person who shapes how we sell, who we sell to, and how we build relationships with companies that want to offer their employees a truly great health experience.
This is not a role for someone looking for a well-defined playbook to execute. It is a role for someone who wants to write the playbook — and who has the experience to do so.
⭐️ YOUR MISSION
You’ll own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to discovery, demo, offer building, and closing.
At Alan, Account Executives drive deals and close strategic opportunities with prospects. We sometimes handle some customer relationships to ensure the best possible onboarding. You’ll educate prospects, provide inspiring product demos, and onboard key stakeholders, making the transition from prospect to customer seamless.
We expect you to understand and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method https://alan.com/fr-fr/blog/tout-alan/a/nos-commerciaux-ne-vendent-pas. This method ensures the prospect experience is an integral part of the overall Alan customer experience—making it pleasant and delightful for everyone. We expect you to be instructive to prospects (Smart), as well as to define the best personalized high-touch strategy that suits best each prospect (Soft).
You’ll also help us grow and improve as a company, challenging us to enhance our product(s), methods, and strategy, and getting involved in initiatives to expand our customer base.
As Founding Sales for KSA, you will also:
- Build Alan's local presence with HR Directors, CFOs, and C-level decision-makers at companies who care about their employees' wellbeing
- Act as the eyes and ears of the company in KSA — feeding market intelligence, prospect feedback, and local insights back to the product and strategy teams
- Shape the sales function in KSA — setting the rituals, tools, and standards that future teammates will build on
- Evangelize Alan's approach in the market, positioning Alan as a trusted and innovative health partner for Saudi employers
- Contribute to Alan globally — leveraging and enriching the playbooks built in France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada
⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Are currently allowed to work legally for any employer in KSA, based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh
- Have Saudi citizenship
- Have 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the tech or SaaS space (you are familiar with product demos, discovery frameworks, complex deal cycles)
- Have demonstrated the ability to prospect, close, and build — not just manage existing accounts
- Are highly autonomous — you thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and don't need a fully built machine to be effective
- Have native or fluent Arabic
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Are analytical, organized, and rigorous — you manage your pipeline with precision
- Have empathy — you genuinely care about understanding and solving the problems of the companies and people you work with
- Are not driven primarily by commissions — you are motivated by impact, ownership, and long-term value creation
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the C1-D level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
If you're still wondering whether this could be the best move for you, take a look at this article https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/sept-ans-chez-alan-pourquoi-je-nai-jamais-%25C3%25A9t%25C3%25A9-aussi-lucie-leflour-gwpce/ from Lucie Leflour, our Sales Lead in France.
EVERYTHING ELSE IS A PLUS. WE CARE ABOUT HAVING A DIVERSITY OF EXPERIENCES, PROFILES AND BACKGROUNDS IN OUR TEAM.
🙌 PERKS & BENEFITS https://alan.com/about/life-at-alan/a/perks
At Alan, we believe that being in good health is a basic need, and it starts with our employees. This is why Alaners are provided with a stimulating environment and perks ensuring they are happy, efficient and spend only high-quality time with co-workers.
Therefore, we offer:
- Competitive base salary — above market, no commission model. We believe in paying well and trusting people to do great work
- Meaningful equity — you are building this from scratch, and you should share in what you create
- A world-class team to lean on — you won't be alone. You'll have the full support of Alan's international sales, product, and operations teams
- Alan's health coverage (of course 😊)
- The tools to do your best work — MacBook, the best software, and an environment built for focus
- Real ownership and impact — you are not a cog in a machine. You are the machine.
- All the tools you need. Top of the range equipment: Macbook Air, keyboard, laptop stand, monitor, and Bose noise-canceling headphones.
- Flexible vacation policy and flexible working hours. Organize your time as you wish.
- Learning & Training opportunities. A highly flexible training policy free books and budget to attend and speak at conferences if the opportunity arises.
- Personal growth through coaching: At Alan, coaching isn't just a perk - it's core to who we are. Every Alaner is paired with a dedicated coach from day one, who helps maximize their impact, nurture engagement, and navigate Alan's values to develop their full potential. Learn more about our coaching culture https://alan.com/en/blog/discover-alan/a/alan-culture-excellence-through-coaching.
IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply as it can only bring learnings or success.
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist.
We'll be thrilled to receive your application!

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Join Anthropic's Customer Success team as one of the founding members of our Japan Customer Success team as we pioneer the future of enterprise AI adoption. As a Customer Success Manager at Anthropic, you'll be the strategic partner and trusted advisor to our most complex customers across Japan, helping them harness the full potential of all our Claude capabilities: API, Claude for Enterprise, and Claude Code.
You'll develop genuine partnerships with customers, gaining a deep understanding of their business objectives, strategic direction, AI vision, and technical needs. You'll draw on both your business acumen and technical expertise to serve as a strategic advisor throughout their journey with us.
In partnership with the broader account team, you will help customers identify the right Claude capabilities for their specific business objectives. You'll work closely with them to provide best practices and guidance, and support them as their usage (consumption and seat based) grows and evolves.
Your role focuses on helping customers scale their usage effectively, implement change management strategies, optimize use cases, and maximize the value of their investment through expanded use cases across their organization. The insights you gather from your customers will directly inform our research priorities, product development, and go-to-market strategies. That makes you a key voice in shaping how we build and deliver ongoing value as a business.
As one of the founding members of our Customer Success team in Japan, you'll help shape how we build the function in-region. That includes establishing regional processes, developing new customer relationships, and representing Anthropic's brand in a high-growth market alongside a small, growing team. You'll operate with significant autonomy while maintaining strong alignment with global teams. This requires someone who thrives in ambiguous environments and can work effectively across time zones.
Key responsibilities
Build trusting, strategic relationships with key Japanese customer decision makers to understand their business and objectives, identifying opportunities for optimization and expansion
Become an expert in Anthropic's products across API, Claude for Enterprise, and Claude Code, understanding the technical nuances and best practices for each to guide customers to the right solutions
Leverage your deep knowledge of the customer and regional nuances to proactively drive usage planning, understanding current and future consumption and adoption and how it creates realized value for the customer
Monitor usage patterns and identify optimization opportunities, proactively addressing underutilization across both our consumption-based and seat-based products to drive full value from contracted commitments
Serve as the customer's thought partner, enhancing their knowledge of Claude products by socializing Anthropic's product roadmap, driving awareness of new products, and engaging Product PMs as the voice of Japanese customers
Document and quantify customer value realized through business outcomes, ROI, and impact metrics to build compelling internal business cases for continued and expanded investment
Identify potential use cases and lines of business not currently onboarded, partnering with customers to discover new applications for Claude across different departments, teams, and workflows
Develop and execute change management strategies to drive end-user adoption and maximize value within customer organizations, including Train the Trainer programs, Center of Excellence development, and organizational enablement
Own the customer experience across their lifecycle: manage comprehensive account and success plans grounded in the customer's business objectives, conduct Quarterly Business Reviews, and serve as the primary conduit between the customer and Anthropic
Build Anthropic's brand and customer relationships as part of our founding in-region CS team, developing Japan-specific processes, playbooks, and best practices where needed that account for regional business cultures
Minimum qualifications
Experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Consulting, Solutions Architect, Solutions/Functional Consultant, Success Engineer or similar)
Technical fluency with ability to understand and articulate AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns
Experience explaining and demonstrating technical products to various audiences
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple customer relationships
Passion for AI and interest in responsible development of advanced systems
Fluency in English and Japanese
Preferred qualifications
6+ years of experience in relevant field
Experience driving success across both consumption-based and seat-based business models, with understanding of different expansion levers and success metrics for each
Strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities and translate them into actionable expansion plans
Cross-functional collaborator who represents the customer in a positive, proactive manner, rallying everyone around paths forward that solve customer needs
Experience working in and building a growing region, while navigating across time zones with US-based headquarters
A knack for bringing order to chaos and an enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality. You are a true team player
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Social Discovery Group
(SDG) is a group of social discovery companies. SDG solves the problems of loneliness, isolation, and disconnection - transforming virtual intimacy into the new normal. SDG’s products redefine the way people interact and connect with one another.
Our portfolio includes social entertainment platforms designed to connect people online across different cultures and regions of the world.
We bring together a team of like-minded people and IT professionals who specialize in creating and developing globally impactful social discovery products. Our international team of digital nomads works remotely from all over the world.
We’re proud to be a two-time “Great Place to Work” winner (USA & Japan, 2024–2025) and a Top-5 Company for Work-From-Anywhere Jobs (FlexJobs, 2025).
We are looking for a Product Owner to own the paying customer's experience after purchase.
We're not looking for a task manager. We're looking for someone who will own a part of the product end-to-end, from hypothesis to results.
Your mission
You'll own what happens after a user pays: getting every paying customer to a quality match as fast as possible.
This is not a classic subscription-retention role, and it's not SaaS onboarding. We need someone who knows how to increase the share of customers who reach the value moment, through better activation, matching, relevance, and experience.
What you'll work on
— Getting offer volume right: making sure customers see neither too many nor too few options
— Improving the relevance of recommendations and building trust in what we show
— Increasing relevant invites to paying customers
— Raising the probability that a new customer forms a quality match in their first week
— Designing mechanics that bring users back into conversations (e.g. gamification, nudges, reminders)
— Understanding which matching parameters matter most for different user segments, and using segmentation, personalization, and data enrichment of offers to improve results
The quality of free members' communication itself is outside this role. Your focus is activation, matching, relevance, and experience.
How you'll work
— Find bottlenecks and growth points in the post-purchase journey using data, research, and common sense
— Turn ideas into clear, testable hypotheses with defined success metrics
— Work with engineers, designers, analysts, and data/ML specialists to ship fast and efficiently
— Manage requirements, priorities, and timelines for smooth, predictable delivery
— Run experiments, analyze results and product metrics, then iterate and scale what works
Who we're looking for
A B2C product person with hands-on experience in:
— Customer experience and customer journey design, activation, onboarding, or the first-session experience
— Discovery-driven products with a large volume of offers or listings
— Search or feed relevance, matching, or recommendation systems
— Segmentation, personalization, and enriching offers with data
Relevant backgrounds
Marketplaces and aggregators, dating and social discovery, real estate and classifieds, e-commerce with large catalogs, or any product built around discovery, matching, recommendations, or personalization.
We expect from you
— You know how to formulate hypotheses and define requirements
— You can drive delivery
— You know how to validate results and run A/B tests and other experiments
— You're comfortable with qualitative and quantitative product research
— You work well cross-functionally with designers, analysts, and engineers
— You understand product metrics and how to find growth opportunities
— You focus on results, not process
— You take ownership instead of waiting for direction
— You're comfortable with changing priorities
— You communicate clearly and directly
— You treat failures as learning, not setbacks

MEET THE TEAM 👥
This role offers direct involvement in how a company is built and run: the choices about products, people, capital and execution that determine its success.
You’ll work with Barney and the leadership team to investigate difficult questions, develop independent recommendations and turn them into results. Your work might range from diagnosing why a product is underperforming to evaluating a new market, shaping a fundraising narrative or leading a company-wide initiative.
The standard is high. You’ll need to get deep into unfamiliar subjects, interrogate the numbers, challenge assumptions and explain your reasoning clearly. You’ll be expected to contribute your own view and take responsibility for what happens next.
As you build trust and context, you’ll take on greater autonomy, represent Barney in important discussions and own substantial work on his behalf. You’ll see how decisions play out and develop your judgement through direct experience.
For someone who intends to found a company, lead a business or become an investor, this is an opportunity to build the operating experience and commercial judgement to do it well.
ABOUT THE ROLE ✍️
We’re hiring a Chief of Staff to partner with our CEO. Working alongside the leadership team, you’ll be the right hand to our CEO, driving the priorities that matter most across Cleo 🌱
- Investigate consequential questions. Analyse markets, products, customer behaviour and business performance. Establish what the evidence says, identify the choices and trade-offs, and make a clear recommendation.
- Own major initiatives. Take priorities off the CEO’s plate and drive them from an ambiguous starting point through to delivery. Work across functions, establish ownership, resolve obstacles and stay accountable for the outcome.
- Improve business performance. Get close to Cleo’s numbers. Identify where results diverge from expectations, work with leaders to understand the causes and help drive a credible response.
- Support fundraising and board decisions. Work with the CEO, Finance and leadership team on rigorous analysis, compelling materials and a clear account of our strategy, performance and capital needs.
- Make leadership time count. Shape discussions around the decisions that matter, prepare useful briefs and follow commitments through to completion. Partner with the CEO’s EA to align his time with his priorities.
- Write and communicate with precision. Produce decision papers, presentations and internal and external communications. Make complex ideas understandable and the reasoning behind recommendations easy to assess.
- Exercise independent judgement. Surface uncomfortable facts, challenge assumptions constructively and explain what would change your view. Build relationships across the business so your recommendations are informed and your work gets done.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🕵️
We’re looking for someone with exceptional ability, independent judgement and the ambition to take on consequential work. You may have developed these qualities in strategy, finance, technology, research, entrepreneurship or another demanding field. We’ll assess the quality of your thinking, the difficulty of what you’ve taken on and what you personally achieved.
- A record of exceptional achievement. You’ve distinguished yourself through the quality and impact of your work. You can point to difficult problems you solved, significant responsibility you earned and results you personally delivered. We’ll want to understand your contribution and what made the work demanding.
- Intellectual depth and range. You’ve gone deep in at least one area and can get to grips with unfamiliar subjects quickly. You ask incisive questions, reason from first principles and connect ideas across disciplines.
- Independent judgement. You distinguish evidence from assumption, form a clear view and explain your reasoning. You’re comfortable challenging strong opinions, admitting uncertainty and changing your mind when the facts warrant it.
- Analytical and commercial ability. You’re confident working with numbers, interrogating business performance and evaluating trade-offs. You can turn incomplete information into a sound recommendation and connect detailed analysis to its implications for the company.
- A record of execution. You bring structure to open-ended problems and take ownership through to the outcome. You earn cooperation from strong colleagues, resolve obstacles and follow through without needing to be chased.
- Exceptional communication. You write precise, persuasive prose, listen carefully and make complex ideas clear. You can disagree constructively, earn credibility with senior leaders and represent the CEO’s thinking accurately while contributing your own.
- Ambition, composure and low ego. You seek significant responsibility, welcome direct feedback and hold yourself to a demanding standard. You remain effective under pressure, handle sensitive information with discretion and bring care to both consequential decisions and routine preparation.
- Intelligent use of AI. You actively use AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, writing and execution. You test their outputs and retain responsibility for the quality of your work.
We welcome unconventional paths and evidence of excellence from different settings. Be ready to show us how you think, what you’ve built or changed, and what you learned from the results.
What you’ll gain
Direct access to the CEO’s thinking, close work with experienced leaders and the opportunity to see your recommendations tested in a real business. Your responsibility will grow as you demonstrate judgement and deliver results.
You’ll develop a practical understanding of how to set direction, allocate resources, evaluate performance and lead through others at a profitable AI company operating at scale.

Salmon is a technology-driven financial company building a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia, starting in the Philippines.
We combine global fintech expertise with deep local market knowledge to make financial services simple, accessible, and useful for millions of people across the region.
7M+ app downloads. 2M+ monthly active users. 10,000+ partner stores. US$310M+ raised from leading global investors.
Manila-based, globally distributed, and hybrid-first — our team spans 45+ countries.
If you want to solve complex problems at scale and impact how millions of people access and manage money, come build with us.
Southeast Asia's fintech moment starts here.
About the role:
You'll turn a growing stream of key partners requests for marketing campaigns into a clear, managed process — from brief to launch — as the team builds a more structured and manageable calendar of partners marketing activities. You'll also lead end-to-end promotional campaigns, from planning and cross-functional coordination through execution and launch.
What you'll do:
- Own promo and communication requests end-to-end, from brief to launch and result confirmation.
- Own the marketing workflow itself — the Jira board, task breakdown, statuses, deadlines, SLAs, templates, automation, and documentation — not just individual projects.
- Work at the intersection of marketing and project/operations management: brief creative functions directly while structuring a complex process with many stakeholders.
What you'll own:
- Run the Jira board as the single entry point for promo and communication requests, checking brief completeness, timeline realism, and task accuracy.
- Break requests into subtasks for design, copywriting, CRM, SMM, website, procurement, legal/permits, and other functions, assign owners, and track dependencies.
- Manage each request end-to-end from brief to delivery/publication and closure, including verifying the actual outcome.
- Track deadlines and real task status, flag risks early, and escalate stalled tasks.
- Maintain a single marketing calendar and keep it in sync with Jira to avoid conflicts across timelines, resources, and overlapping campaigns.
- Develop and improve cross-functional processes: SLAs, request templates, checklists, workflows, escalation procedures, documentation, and Jira automation.
What makes you a strong fit:
- Experience in marketing, marketing operations, or marketing project management, with a working understanding of how marketing campaigns and communications get launched.
- End-to-end experience managing projects or marketing requests with many parallel tasks and stakeholders.
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills — experience working with creative, business, legal, procurement, CRM/SMM, or similar functions.
- Strong structural and process mindset: able to turn a chaotic stream of requests into a clear workflow with defined ownership, timelines, and rules of engagement.
- Hands-on experience with Jira or similar task/project management systems, including boards, statuses, workflows, and task breakdown.
- Strong stakeholder management: able to gather missing information, manage expectations, hold deadlines, and escalate or redirect requests with clear reasoning.
What we offer:
Ownership and flexibility
- Stock option plan — four-year vesting with a 25% cliff after the first year
- Hybrid-first work environment
- Company-provided tools and equipment
- Office in Bonifacio Global City, Manila — a modern, walkable district at the centre of the Philippines' growing tech scene
Health and time off
- Medical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on your location and subject to policy limits
- Access to an internal mental health support specialist
- 22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days
- 105 days of paid maternity leave and up to 14 days of paid paternity leave for employees relocating to Manila
Relocation and family support
- Relocation support for you and your family — including flights, two weeks of accommodation, visas, paperwork, and logistics
- Reimbursement of eligible pet relocation expenses
- USD 2,500 per year for flights home
- Baby and family stipends for employees relocating to Manila: USD 1,000 per month for each child under two and USD 500 per month for each child aged two to 18
Growth and team experience
- Opportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications
- Company-sponsored trips to Manila to meet and work with your team in person
- Regular team offsites, sports activities, and team events
- High-performing teams can earn a dedicated beach house week in Southeast Asia
We believe strong teams are built by people with different backgrounds, experiences, and points of view. Salmon is an equal opportunity employer, and we make hiring decisions based on skills, experience, and potential.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a fully remote position and we're considering candidates in the US EST.
About Product Management
As a Product Manager at Grafana Labs, you'll develop a vision and strategy for your product domain. You will own the experience for your product as well as its roadmap and competitive positioning, and you will collaborate with company leadership on setting your product's goals. You will be the primary advocate and expert in your area, with a strong ability to communicate needs, functionality, and details effectively both to external customers and internal stakeholders. The teams and people you will be interacting with will be 100% remote and globally distributed, so strong and proactive communication is essential.
Product Managers are the bridge that connects R&D to GTM. You are a facilitator who ensures the free flow of information across these teams and are expected to be technically proficient when representing our products to our customers.
The role
As the Staff Product Manager for Enterprise Deployment Solutions, you'll own the Grafana Labs offerings that run outside our standard multi-tenant SaaS. That includes
Grafana Federal Cloud
, for organizations that need FedRAMP-authorized observability: US federal agencies; state, local, and education (SLED) customers; and commercial companies that sell FedRAMP offerings of their own. It also includes
Grafana Cloud Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC)
, which delivers the full Grafana Cloud experience while the customer pays the infrastructure bill directly to their cloud provider, saving them significantly at scale.
Your mission is to make Grafana Labs the obvious choice for organizations that can't use standard SaaS because of compliance, data, or cost-at-scale constraints. Deployment choices change the product: features that are simple in standard SaaS can be hard, expensive, or impossible in a regulated or customer-owned environment. You’ll be responsible for adapting existing Grafana Cloud capabilities to these environments, deciding which features come in, which wait, and which stay out, and occasionally building something specific to BYOC or Federal Cloud. You'll also help shape which deployment models we offer next.
Along the way, you’ll use AI tools daily to speed up research, analyze product signals, and develop positioning, applying strong judgment to the results.
As the Staff Product Manager for Enterprise Deployment Solutions, you will:
Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Grafana Bring Your Own Cloud and Grafana Federal Cloud products, using product data and market research to balance customer value against engineering cost and technical constraints
Own positioning, messaging, and differentiation for these products, including how they compare to regular Grafana Cloud, and partner with Product Marketing on launches, competitive analysis, enablement, and demand programs
Partner with Engineering and Technical Program Management on buildouts for these environments, balancing customer timelines with engineering capacity
Work directly with customers, prospects, and the field on strategic deals and brief partners, resellers, and analysts on our deployment options
Partner with Security, Compliance, and Legal to work through product changes affecting our authorization or existing customer commitments
We’re excited about you because you have
5+ years of product management experience on a technical B2B product,
or
a technical background (software engineering, solutions architecture, SRE, or technical program management) plus a demonstrated move into product ownership
Hands-on experience with a non-standard SaaS deployment model, such as self-managed, air-gapped, sovereign, BYOC, single-tenant, or FedRAMP/government cloud, and a firsthand understanding of how it changes the product, its operations, and its economics
Experience with cloud infrastructure, platform software, or developer tools
Clear product and go-to-market judgment: you've shaped what a product should be and how it's positioned and sold, not only when it ships
Interest in working with US public sector customers and learning their needs and buying cycles. Deep compliance expertise isn't required.
Experience leading across multiple teams without direct authority, with excellent written and verbal communication in a remote, globally distributed organization
Bonus Points
Experience selling to or building for US federal, state, or local government customers, or other highly regulated industries
Familiarity with government or sovereign cloud frameworks, such as FedRAMP, StateRAMP/GovRAMP, BSI C5, or SecNumCloud, or with offerings such as AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, AWS European Sovereign Cloud, or GCP Sovereign Cloud
Experience with pricing and packaging across deployment models
Experience with observability, monitoring, or other data-intensive infrastructure products
Experience working with resellers, systems integrators, or cloud marketplace partners
Familiarity with open source software or commercial open source companies
