RESPONSIBILITIES - Build n8n's Deal Desk function from scratch, AI- and automation-first: intake, approval workflow, and pricing guardrails. - Advise Sales on deal structure and pricing to protect margin without slowing down the sales cycle. - Maintain a simple set of discount and pricing rules that Sales can apply on their own, without escalating every deal. - Run a monthly and quarterly deal war room to keep deal velocity high, especially around month-end and quarter-end close. - Handle contract redlines and non-standard terms directly, keeping most negotiations out of Legal's hands. - Build a redline clause library of accepted and rejected language, so AI can suggest fallback terms on routine deals. - Automate approvals and quoting in CPQ, and use AI to triage incoming requests and flag which deal changes actually need re-approval. - Own Salesforce data quality and executed-contract hygiene for every deal. - Support Customer Success on non-standard renewal and expansion structuring. - Coordinate security and compliance requests (DPA, SOC 2, security addenda) between Sales, Security, and Legal. - Report monthly on deal desk performance: cycle time, discounting, and exceptions. REQUIREMENTS MUST-HAVES - 📈 Deal desk knowledge: You have in-depth experience developing and operating a deal desk function, not just executing a process someone else fully designed. - 📐 SaaS commercial fluency: You have a strong understanding of SaaS pricing models, revenue recognition and ARR reporting principles, and enterprise contract structures. - ⚖️ Contract negotiation and redlining: You can negotiate and redline order-form-level terms directly with a customer and know when to involve Legal. - 🛠️ CPQ/ Salesforce hands-on: You've configured and operated both a CPQ and Salesforce yourself, not just used what someone else set up. - 🤖 AI-native working style: You default to AI and automation in your own work, with concrete examples of deal or approval workflows you've automated. - 🤝 Stakeholder management: You have outstanding communication skills and can influence and manage complex stakeholders such as Sales, Legal, RevOps, and Finance. NICE-TO-HAVES - 🏗️ 0-to-1 builder: You've spun up a deal desk or similar function from the ground up, defining the underlying processes and policies yourself. - 🔧 Modern CPQ/billing exposure: You've worked with Salesforce CPQ or modern platforms like Hyperline or Solvimon. - 🧩 Product curiosity: You're curious about n8n and ideally have already successfully built a workflow. n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. Location: San Francisco, California; New York, New York Workplace: Hybrid WHO WE ARE Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion. Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work. ABOUT THE ROLE: Notion is building the collaborative AI workspace teams use to think, plan, and execute. Our partner ecosystem is a key multiplier for our global revenue engine. As our founding Partner Marketing Manager, you’ll build the co-marketing motion with our partners—designing campaigns that show the combined value of Notion + our ecosystem and turning partner enablement into measurable, partner-driven pipeline. You’ll work in lockstep with Partnerships, Product Marketing, and regional sales leaders to ensure partners can tell the Notion story consistently across channels. This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days. WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE: - Set and run Notion’s partner co-marketing strategy across resellers, services partners, and strategic technology/AI partners. - Launch end-to-end joint campaigns (e.g., webinars, whitepapers, case studies, digital events) that drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline. - Build partner enablement that travels (pitch decks, one-pagers, positioning/competitive guides) so external teams can sell Notion with confidence. - Own a clear MDF operating model (intake, prioritization, budget allocation, approvals) and invest in the activations that produce the highest ROI. - Track performance and report results using CRM + marketing analytics, tying programs to pipeline and revenue. SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING: - Track record building partner/channel marketing programs from zero to repeatable motion, with clear examples and measurable outcomes. - Strong campaign and content craft: ability to translate product value into crisp partner value propositions that work across channels. - Analytical operating discipline: comfort with pipeline attribution, CRM workflows, and reporting that stands up to revenue scrutiny. - Cross-functional leadership and influence across Partnerships, Product Marketing, and Sales; strong judgment in prioritization and trade-offs. - AI-fluent working style: uses AI tools to plan, draft, analyze, QA, and scale throughput—while maintaining high standards of craft. Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $235,000-$260,000 per year. By clicking “Submit Application”, I understand and agree that Notion and its affiliates and subsidiaries will collect and process my information in accordance with Notion’s Global Recruiting Privacy Policy https://notion.notion.site/Notion-Global-Recruiting-Privacy-Policy-fc3eb4e829354a26a2bb6fd5e289b550?pvs=74 and NYLL 144 https://notion.notion.site/Ashby-AI-Bias-Audit-2b0efdeead05803bbbfae159ec86c528. #LI-Onsite A NOTE ON AI You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. Location: Canada (Remote) Grafana Labs is the company behind Grafana Cloud, the fully managed observability platform trusted by more than 10,000 organizations to ensure reliability, resolve incidents faster, and optimize telemetry at scale. Built on open source and open standards and designed for interoperability across any stack, Grafana Cloud brings AI to observability and observability to AI, giving teams (and their agents) unified visibility so they can see, understand, and act on all their disparate data, wherever it lives, and move at the speed of their ambitions. Customers, including Anthropic, Bloomberg, NVIDIA, Microsoft, and Salesforce, rely on Grafana Labs. We are a 100% remote company with team members across 40+ countries, backed by leading investors including Lightspeed Venture Partners, Sequoia Capital, GIC, Coatue, J.P. Morgan, CapitalG, and Lead Edge Capital. Learn more at grafana.com and follow us on LinkedIn and X . We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do. You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity. The Opportunity Grafana's Demand Generation team creates and accelerates pipeline across the full customer journey. We run a modern, AI-forward operation: lifecycle email programs driven by an AI engine, territory-level buying signals surfaced directly to sales leaders, and agentic workflows that handle work that used to take teams of specialists. Our webinar program is one of the highest-leverage things we run: technical, practitioner-first sessions on a weekly cadence across AMER, EMEA, APAC and LATAM, putting the product in front of the people who would actually use it. Hands-on sessions, not sales pitches. We're hiring a Webinar Program Manager to own it. This is a specialist seat, not a generalist one. You'll inherit an established program with a documented process and a full handover from the person who built it, and you'll own the operating rhythm from there: the calendar, the presenters, the build and promotion of every session, the follow-up, and the reporting. This is not a "run the playbook" role. Sessions run in parallel at a pace no one could manage by hand, so the way to raise quality is to keep automating the mechanics. We expect this person to build with AI as a default and treat automation as a first-class deliverable, not a side project. You'd be joining a demand gen team that is genuinely rebuilding how the function works, where AI agents run real production programs and the people on the team design the machine rather than turn the crank. The webinar program already produces, and much of the pipeline it touches starts with a session rather than a seller. You're not here to prove webinars matter. You're here to make each one produce more with less manual work behind it. What You'll Be Doing Own the webinar calendar end to end. Presenter booking, registration pages, campaign setup, promotion, live delivery, follow-up, and the flip to on-demand, across multiple regions and time zones. Keep sessions practitioner-first. Brief technical presenters, shape the outline, and keep a session useful to the audience that registered for it. Bring data to topic planning. Use past performance and downstream pipeline quality to recommend what we run and what we retire, and lock the plan with demand gen and product marketing each quarter. Automate the production line. Extend the automation behind session setup and promotion, and keep pushing into the parts of the process a person shouldn't be doing by hand, including repurposing recordings into other content. Report on what happens after the session. Registrations are the input. Connect sessions to product adoption and pipeline, report it honestly, and flag what isn't producing. Grow the program's reach. Expand into additional languages and formats where the numbers justify it. What Makes You a Great Fit 4+ years in demand generation, event marketing, or lifecycle marketing at a B2B software company (open source or developer-focused a plus). Hands-on ownership of a recurring webinar or virtual event calendar across multiple regions. A cadence you were accountable for hitting, not a handful of one-off sessions. Hands-on with a webinar platform (ON24, Zoom Webinars, Contrast, Goldcast or similar) and the plumbing behind it: CRM campaigns, registration sync, attendance data, follow-up triggers. Comfortable working with technical presenters. You can brief an engineer or solutions architect and hold the line on what the audience came for. Hands-on with AI in your actual work: you've built automations or agentic workflows (or are visibly on that path), and you think about AI as leverage, not a threat or a buzzword. Comfortable with data: you can pull your own numbers, sanity-check them, and build a program readout a VP would trust. Strong program management fundamentals. Twenty-plus moving pieces at once is a logistics job before it's a marketing job, and you ship on time without needing a coordinator. Bonus Points For Content repurposing at scale: clips, blog, social, on-demand libraries. Localized program experience, and a view on when translation earns its cost. Familiarity with the observability, monitoring or open source ecosystem. Customer.io, Salesforce and a modern data stack (BigQuery or similar). Experience with product-led motions alongside sales-led ones. In Canada, the base compensation range for this role is CAD 101,000 - CAD 122,000 . Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. All of our roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs' success. We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally. *Compensation ranges are country specific. If you are applying for this role from a different location than listed above, your recruiter will discuss your specific market’s defined pay range & benefits at the beginning of the process. In the US, the base compensation range for this role is $ 100,000 - $ 120,000 . ABOUT THE ROLE Notion is building the connected workspace that teams everywhere use to think, plan, and ship — and our partner ecosystem is central to how we grow in the UK market. As Regional Partner Manager for UK, you'll own our partner relationships across the region, working closely with our London sales team to drive revenue through value-added resellers, hyperscaler ecosystems, and local services partners. This is a builder role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment. You'll be the architect of Notion's UK partner motion — standing up programs, forging relationships, and converting partner activity into measurable pipeline. You'll operate across multiple partner types simultaneously and serve as the connective tissue between our ecosystem and our sales team. The ideal candidate brings a hunter's instinct to partnerships: proactive, commercially sharp, and energised by the challenge of building something meaningful in a market with real momentum. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and regional leadership — and you'll be a visible face of Notion in the UK partner community. WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE - Own and grow Notion's UK partner ecosystem across value-added resellers, cloud/hyperscaler partnerships, and local services partners - Build and execute joint go-to-market programs with regional VARs and solutions partners - Manage Notion's hyperscaler partnerships in the UK, overseeing cloud marketplace deal flow and co-sell motions - Align partner activity directly to the UK sales team's pipeline — facilitating introductions, mapping accounts, and driving resell and co-sell opportunities to close - Coordinate joint initiatives that bring together reseller partners and hyperscaler ecosystems for combined enterprise programs - Develop and maintain strong executive relationships with partner leadership across the region, becoming a trusted extension of their go-to-market teams - Track and report on partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline; present program performance to internal stakeholders and EMEA regional leadership - Support services delivery by local partners on an ad-hoc basis, helping maintain quality and partner satisfaction - Identify and qualify inbound partnership opportunities, and proactively surface new partner relationships that can expand Notion's reach in the UK - Collaborate with Notion's global and EMEA partner teams to adapt programs to the local market and share learnings across regions SKILLS YOU’LL NEED TO BRING - 10+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, or alliances in the enterprise SaaS or cloud software industry - Demonstrated experience managing both VAR/reseller programs and at least one cloud or hyperscaler partnership — comfort across both partner types is essential - A builder's track record: you've stood up partner programs and can point to outcomes you drove - Strong demand generation orientation - Commercially sharp with the ability to connect partner activity to revenue outcomes - Highly collaborative and effective working alongside direct sales teams — you understand what reps need, and you make their lives easier - Executive presence and strong relationship-building skills; you're as comfortable presenting to a partner CRO as you are coordinating logistics with a partner marketing manager - Experience working in or alongside hyper-growth or startup environments — you're comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast without a complete playbook - Based in London with existing knowledge of the UK technology market; willingness to travel across EMEA and occasionally across EMEA - Strong organisational and operational discipline — you manage multiple active partner relationships without dropping balls, and you communicate proactively NICE TO HAVE - Experience with cloud marketplace programs and hyperscaler co-sell motions - Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) or bottoms-up SaaS go-to-market models - Existing relationships with UK-based VARs, systems integrators, or hyperscaler partner teams - Cross-market EMEA experience — e.g. managing partnerships across EMEA regions simultaneously Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits.
