ABOUT PEEC AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, that went from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months, with a 100+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Visiting Sales Associate based in our New York office to support our sales and revenue teams as we scale Peec AI's customer base in the US. In this role, you'll work closely with the sales team on deal execution, sales content, and CRM operations while helping improve the systems and automations that power our revenue engine. You'll gain hands-on exposure to modern B2B SaaS sales, from outreach and pipeline management to revenue operations and automation, making this an ideal role for someone eager to learn quickly and help build a fast-growing startup's go-to-market presence in New York.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support the sales team in closing deals and managing key client relationships
- Develop sales content, from outreach sequences to pitch decks and case studies
- Design and implement automations across our sales stack to improve efficiency and tracking
- Contribute to revenue operations by analyzing metrics, improving CRM hygiene, and streamlining data flows
- Jump into new challenges, learn fast, and help make things happen
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Currently studying, on a gap semester, or recently graduated, and available to start immediately full-time in New York for 3–6 months
- Strong interest in B2B SaaS, startups, and revenue growth
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal: you're comfortable reaching out to people and building relationships
- Analytical mindset and structured approach to problem-solving
- Solid grasp of technology and excitement to work hands-on with cutting-edge AI and automation tools
- Self-starter with a bias for action, eager to learn, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Low-ego team player who's easy to work with and doesn't shy away from rolling up their sleeves for operational tasks
BONUS POINTS
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Clay, Lemlist, Apollo, Notion, or n8n
- Exposure to sales operations, CRM management, or data-driven growth
- Have built your own startup or cool projects you're proud of
WHAT WE OFFER
- A rolling internship program with flexible start dates (minimum 3-month duration)
- A high-impact internship at one of the fastest-growing Series A startups in AI, as part of the team building our New York office from the ground up
- Real ownership and visibility across the sales and revenue organization
- Regular team events and off-sites
- Dinner on us every evening, plus Uber rides home when working late
- A collaborative, high-energy in-office work environment in NYC

About Us
Moongate
is building the world's leading sound therapy app, helping people sleep better, get focused, and relieve stress. We're bootstrapped, profitable, and focused on scaling to eight-figure ARR while keeping the team small and nimble.
The Role
You'll own the growth and monetization engine for our app: our web funnels, activation, onboarding, pricing, paywalls, and win-backs. Moongate has strong product-market fit and a large, growing subscriber base. What we need now is someone who can turn that base into compounding revenue through relentless, data-driven experimentation.
You'll be thinking strategically, but primarily hands-on: designing tests, building the campaigns and lifecycle journeys, shipping paywall and pricing changes, reading the results, and iterating. You'll work closely with the founders, head of marketing, and our engineering team, to build both growth features, but also to implement the tooling and systems that empower your role.
Requirements
You're a Fit If
You have a demonstrable track record of driving measurable revenue growth through pricing, paywall, and lifecycle experimentation on a subscription product.
You're as comfortable executing as strategizing: building the campaign, configuring the CRM flow, or shipping the paywall yourself.
You have hands-on experience with subscription billing flows, like Apple IAP or Stripe.
You've built and run CRM/lifecycle campaigns end-to-end.
You have a strong mobile subscription/monetization background.
You're a good writer with exceptional written English, able to internalize our brand voice and make it your own.
You know how to leverage AI tools to increase your capacity and execute faster with a lean team.
Benefits
Why Moongate?
No bureaucracy.
You'll be making top-level decisions alongside the founders every day.
Maximum impact.
You'll directly own the revenue engine for an app with over 1 million downloads and 100,000 subscribers.
High growth potential.
We're aiming for 10x (100x!) growth. You'll directly contribute to that, and have a stake in it.
Positive mission.
Our goal is to improve people's wellness through sound therapy. We hear stories every week of the life changing impact Moongate has had on people's sleep habits, mental health, and overall wellbeing. In a world full of addictive, engagement-driven products, this is a rare opportunity to help promote wellness instead.

We're looking for an AI Search Manager to help our customers succeed in the new era of AI-driven search. In this role, you'll onboard new clients, support them in improving their visibility across search engines, AI assistants, and emerging generative surfaces, and grow your expertise alongside our senior strategists. You'll pair solid SEO fundamentals with strong communication skills, analyzing websites and search performance, preparing recommendations, and helping clients turn insights into action. Working closely with Sales, Growth, and Product, you'll also contribute to how we enable customers and shape best practices for succeeding in AI-powered search.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Onboard and activate new clients, and educate them on how to get the most out of Peec AI to improve their visibility in AI search
- Review websites, content, and search performance to identify AI search opportunities across platforms, and turn your findings into clear recommendations
- Prepare for and co-lead advisory sessions with brands and agencies, working alongside senior strategists to build GEO strategies and roadmaps
- Support clients on day-to-day GEO questions, from strategic guidance to hands-on execution
- Manage a portfolio of clients, keeping a close eye on usage and account health, and flag churn risks or expansion opportunities to the team
- Collaborate with Sales, Growth, and Product to improve activation journeys, case studies, and customer enablement materials
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1–3 years of hands-on SEO or organic growth experience, whether at an agency, in-house, or at a SaaS company
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, including technical SEO basics, content strategy, and search intent, plus curiosity about how organic performance drives business outcomes
- Comfort working directly with clients: you can present findings clearly and are eager to build your consulting skills
- Ability to explain SEO concepts in simple, actionable language for marketing and brand teams
- Excitement about the shift from "10 blue links" to generative search, and motivation to learn fast at the frontier of that change
- Confident verbal and written communication skills in English for client calls, workshops, and written recommendations
BONUS POINTS
- Experience at a top-tier SEO agency or supporting client-facing SEO projects
- Initial experience with AI search, or experimenting with how brands show up in AI assistants
- Exposure to building SEO playbooks, content strategies, or reporting for clients
- Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed SaaS or marketing tech environment
- Confident verbal and written communication skills in German
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Collaborative, high-energy in-office work environment
- Opportunity to make a significant impact and define a new market category

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead our SDR function across both offices: the EMEA team in Berlin and the US team in New York.
You'll own the pipeline number for both regions, hire and ramp the reps who hit it, and build the outbound playbook they run. The function is early, so this is as much about deciding how we do outbound as it is about managing the people who do it. You'll coach on the phone daily, sit close to the AEs your team feeds, and build the bench that becomes our next generation of closers.
This is a hands-on leadership role, not an oversight one. You'll be in the call reviews, in the sequences, and in the numbers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the qualified pipeline number across EMEA and the US, and the forecast that sits behind it.
- Hire, onboard, and ramp SDRs in Berlin and New York, and build the ramp plan that gets them productive fast.
- Coach the team on cold calling, messaging, and objection handling through daily call reviews and live feedback.
- Own the outbound playbook: targeting, sequencing, and messaging, developed with Sales, Marketing, and GTM Engineering.
- Set targets and hold the team to activity and conversion standards, with clear reporting to leadership.
- Partner with the AE team on handoff quality and meeting-to-opportunity conversion.
- Build the path from SDR to Account Executive, and get people down it.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience leading an SDR or BDR team with direct accountability for a pipeline number.
- A track record of team leadership with accountability for collective results, not just individual overachievement.
- You were strong at outbound before you led it, and you can still get on the phone and show someone how.
- Experience managing people across more than one location or time zone.
- Comfortable building where the structure does not exist yet, and turning what works into a repeatable playbook.
- Fluent with the numbers: you manage activity and conversion rates, not just effort.
- Willingness to travel to US as needed.
BONUS POINTS
- Experience standing up an SDR function from scratch, or being the first SDR manager in a company.
- Experience running outbound into both European and US markets.
- Hands-on with outbound tooling such as Clay, Apollo, Lemlist, or n8n.
- Familiarity with the SEO, content marketing, or digital analytics space.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Exciting and challenging work with real impact and ownership at one of Europe's fastest-growing Series A startups.
- Regular team events and off-sites.
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside.
- Paid Meal and Uber home when working late.
- The most beautiful office space and work environment in Berlin.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive in New York to own our larger deals across North America. You'll sell to marketing, SEO, and growth leaders who are watching their organic traffic get absorbed by AI answers and need to show their own leadership what to do about it. Your job is to build that case with them.
You'll build your own pipeline into named accounts, work with the SDR team on coverage, and run the full cycle from there. We are defining the category, so part of the job is teaching the market what good looks like, not waiting for a buyer who already knows they need this.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own and run the full sales cycle from first meeting to close across mid-market accounts in North America
- Generate your own pipeline into named accounts, and partner with SDRs and Marketing on targeted outbound and ABM across the patch
- Multi-thread across marketing, SEO, growth, and procurement stakeholders, and build the business case that gets a deal signed
- Keep your CRM clean and your forecast honest, with a strong handle on deal progression
- Build lasting relationships with your customers and spot expansion opportunities as their AI search programs grow
- Feed what you learn on calls back into product, marketing, and the sales playbook. At this stage, your input shapes how we sell.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years in a quota-carrying software sales role, closing mid-market deals end to end
- A consistent track record of overachievement against quota
- A builder of your own pipeline: you can point to closed deals that started with your own prospecting, not a lead that landed in your inbox
- Experience running multi-stakeholder deals, including building business cases and navigating procurement
- Sharp communication and a natural ability to tell the story of a new category simply
- Comfortable selling in a category that is still being defined, where you shape the buyer's thinking rather than respond to an existing budget line
BONUS POINTS
- Repeatedly achieving President's Club
- Experience selling SEO, analytics, or martech software
- Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment
- A track record of selling to marketing, SEO, or growth buyers
- You already know what GEO and AEO stand for.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Transparent comp with a 50/50 base to variable split, plus equity
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Collaborative, high-energy in-office work environment
- Opportunity to make a significant impact and define a new market category

Role overview:
PlayStation Store is a multibillion-dollar global digital commerce platform at the center of how players discover, buy, and enjoy content - and this role shapes how the Store catalogue is planned, prioritised, and promoted.
As the Senior Manager, Catalogue Planning, you will set the strategy, experimentation and planning approach for the PlayStation Store catalogue, connecting title roadmaps, promotional moments, and commercial priorities into a clear global plan.
This role reports to the Senior Director, Planning & Proposition and leads the Catalogue Planning team of 2 people.
What you’ll be doing:
Define catalogue and promotional strategy.
Own the annual and quarterly approach for managing and monetising the Store catalogue, setting clear commercial objectives, principles, KPIs, and guardrails for promotional activity.
Build the integrated catalogue plan.
Translate DGM and partner roadmaps, revenue forecasts, contractual commitments, and activity requests into a prioritised central plan, master calendar, and sequenced delivery roadmap.
Govern priorities and execution readiness.
Lead quarterly priority planning and promotional calendars.
Lead experimentation and learning.
Direct the promotions experimentation agenda with Analytics, Data Science and other partners; define hypotheses and measures, evaluate results, and scale learning into catalogue and promotion decisions.
Orchestrate cross-functional delivery.
Align cross-functional teams on support levels, customer journeys, localisation, dependencies, and market-specific needs.
Lead the team and operating model.
Manage and develop the Catalogue Planning team members; clarify accountabilities, improve planning standards, and use automation to remove manual coordination and increase output quality.
What we’re looking for:
A minimum of 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, pricing & promotions or ecommerce roles, ideally within technology, retail, media, or digital entertainment.
A proven record of setting promotional strategy and translating it into measurable revenue, conversion, engagement, or customer-value outcomes.
Demonstrated people leadership, including building capability, setting clear accountabilities, and creating a high-performing, inclusive team.
Advanced analytical judgement: able to interpret complex commercial and customer data, distinguish signal from noise, and use experimentation to make decisions.
Strong planning and programme leadership across annual, quarterly, and in-quarter cycles, with disciplined governance of priorities, dependencies, capacity, and delivery risk.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead across global and local teams in a complex matrix organisation.
Crisp executive communication, commercial curiosity, resilience, and a bias for action and measurable outcomes.
Desirable
:
Experience managing a large digital-content catalogue or marketplace, including title lifecycle, discoverability, and merchandising choices.
Hands-on experience with digital promotions, pricing mechanics, segmentation, and test-and-learn programmes.
Knowledge of games, subscription, media, or other partner-led content ecosystems.
Global-local fluency and experience balancing enterprise standards with regional and market-specific requirements.
Higher education in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, Analytics, or a related discipline is a plus.
