About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional
Chief of Staff
to serve as the CEO's most trusted right hand — a strategic, discreet, and highly capable executive who will oversee and integrate the full ecosystem of the CEO's personal and operational affairs. This is not a traditional administrative role; it is a
C-suite level position
requiring the judgment, gravitas, and operational command of someone capable of running a multi-domain enterprise on the principal's behalf.
The successful candidate will act as the central point of coordination and accountability across the CEO's private residences, personal staff, yacht operations, personal finance office, and property portfolio — ensuring every function operates seamlessly, securely, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
1. Estate & Household Management
Oversee full operations of three private residences:
Dubai, London, and Courchevel
Manage household budgets, staffing, maintenance schedules, and standards of service across all properties
Ensure consistency of service levels and protocols whether the CEO is in residence or traveling
Coordinate seasonal transitions, property opening/closing, and travel logistics between homes
2. Personal Team & Staff Leadership
Directly manage the CEO's personal staff across all locations (household managers, personal assistants, drivers, security, and household teams)
Recruit, onboard, and performance-manage senior personal staff
Establish clear reporting lines, SOPs, and accountability structures across the personal office
3. Yacht Operations Oversight
Provide executive oversight of yacht management, including crew HR matters, vessel readiness, itineraries, and owner's requirements
Liaise with captains, management companies, and crew agencies to ensure operational and service excellence
Act as the CEO's representative on all yacht-related decisions requiring principal-level authority
4. Personal Finance Team Management
Oversee the CEO's personal finance office, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and expense governance across all personal entities and properties
Coordinate with family office advisors, private bankers, and accountants
Ensure robust controls, confidentiality, and compliance across all personal financial matters
5. Property Renovation & Capital Projects
Manage renovation and capital improvement projects across the property portfolio, from planning through execution
Oversee contractors, designers, architects, and project budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification
Act as the CEO's representative in all major renovation decisions
6. Strategic & Executive Support
Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, translating vision into coordinated execution across all personal domains
Prioritize competing demands across households, teams, and geographies, exercising sound judgment on the CEO's behalf
Represent the CEO in meetings and decisions where direct principal involvement is not required
Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding all personal, financial, and family matters
Requirements
Experience
10+ years in a senior Chief of Staff, Estate Director, Family Office, or General Manager role serving UHNW individuals, family offices, or private principals
Demonstrated experience managing multi-property households across international locations
Prior exposure to yacht operations, personal finance/family office structures, and capital/renovation projects is essential
Track record of managing and leading multidisciplinary teams at a senior level
Skills & Attributes
Executive presence and the ability to operate at CEO/principal level with total discretion
Exceptional organisational and multi-tasking ability across complex, geographically dispersed operations
Strong financial acumen and comfort overseeing budgets, reporting, and cost control
Outstanding people leadership — able to manage diverse teams (household, marine, financial, project) with authority and empathy
Impeccable judgment, loyalty, and integrity; unquestionable trustworthiness with sensitive/confidential information
Fluency in English required; additional languages (French, Arabic) an advantage given the London/Courchevel/Dubai footprint
Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively and be on-call for principal needs
Education
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent executive education strongly preferred
Benefits
A high-trust, high-impact executive role at the center of a sophisticated private office
Competitive executive-level compensation package, commensurate with experience
Housing/travel allowances as applicable given multi-location responsibilities
Direct access to and partnership with the CEO

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
Notion is an in person company, and currently requires its employees to come to the office for three Anchor Days (Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays). This internship will take place from Jan 25 - Apr 16 and you will need to be able to work out of our NY or SF office during this time.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Mobile devices have reshaped personal computing—the power of a desktop now fits in our pockets. By giving everyone the building blocks to create their own tools, we'll solve more problems wherever we go. A delightful, intuitive mobile experience: that's our guiding light, and we need Android and iOS engineers to make it a reality.
During your 12-week internship, you will be paired with a mentor that will help guide you as you work closely with our team to build and ship impactful projects. These projects will drive valuable impact to our customers and engineers. Take a look at what our past intern cohort worked on with our Blog post here https://notion.notion.site/Notion-Intern-Spotlight-d0260c4e2317490db89f367d95cb4e68 and here https://www.notion.so/blog/saluting-notions-winter-interns and TikTok https://www.tiktok.com/@notionhq/video/7216440106356395306?lang=en post.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Write clean, secure, tested, and documented code.
- You'll collaborate with the team to strategize, mold, and develop innovative features for our Android and iOS application.
- At our core, we prioritize crafting top-tier applications. Your role could involve enhancing the Android or iOS app's performance, reliability, and overall refinement. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to optimize aspects of the app within the web stack.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or another related field. Must graduate before December 2027.
- Previous mobile internship experience.
- Working towards a proficiency of one or more programming languages such as Kotlin, Java, Typescript, Node.js, Swift, Go, Python, or Rust.
- You find large challenges exciting and enjoy discovering problems as much as solving them.
- You are able to problem-solve and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- This internship will take place from Jan - Apr and you will need to be able to work out of our SF or NY office during this time.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Thoughtful problem-solving: For you, problem-solving starts with a clear and accurate understanding of the context. You can decompose tricky problems and work towards a clean solution, by yourself or with teammates. You're comfortable asking for help when you get stuck.
- Put users first: You think critically about the implications of what you're building, and how it shapes real people's lives. You understand that reach comes with responsibility for our impact—good and bad.
- Not ideological about technology: To you, technologies and programming languages are about tradeoffs. You may be opinionated, but you're not ideological and can learn new technologies as you go.
- Empathetic communication: You communicate nuanced ideas clearly, whether you're explaining technical decisions in writing or brainstorming in real time. In disagreements, you engage thoughtfully with other perspectives and compromise when needed.
- Team player: For you, work isn't a solo endeavor. You enjoy collaborating cross-functionally to accomplish shared goals, and you care about learning, growing, and helping others to do the same.
NICE TO HAVES:
- You're proficient with any part of our technology stack: Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Android SDK, Dagger, Swift, React, TypeScript, Postgres.
- You've heard of computing pioneers like Ada Lovelace, Douglas Engelbart, Alan Kay, and others—and understand why we're big fans of their work.
- You have interests outside of technology, such as in art, history, or social sciences.

Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Replit enables people to build software with AI. The infrastructure underneath that experience must make it straightforward to launch services, isolate workloads, and run reliable systems at scale.
We're hiring a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead Cloud Infrastructure: the shared infrastructure as code (IaC), networking, storage, compute, and service mesh platforms that Replit's product and platform teams depend on. You'll lead and grow an existing engineering team building and operating these foundations, including Kubernetes, shared edge networking, service mesh and workload identity.
This is a platform-building role with production accountability. You should be comfortable going deep on a design or incident while developing a team that does not depend on you for every decision.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the cloud-platform roadmap. Lead the team's IaC, networking, storage, compute, and service mesh platforms. Translate product, platform, reliability, and security needs into sequenced outcomes, balancing foundational investment, lifecycle work, and delivery commitments against the team's capacity.
- Make infrastructure repeatable and self-service. Build maintained IaC interfaces for services, cells, connectivity, identities, and shared resources. Enable internal customer teams to provision infrastructure without bespoke coordination or dependence on individual experts.
- Operate what the team builds. Own platform availability, upgrades, isolation, recovery, and incident remediation. Maintain clear SLOs, sustainable on-call coverage, and primary and backup owners for critical systems.
- Stay technically engaged. Review designs and production changes, debug difficult failure modes, and use AI coding tools—including Replit—to prototype and automate. Apply rigorous review and verification to AI-generated infrastructure changes.
- Build and grow a high-ownership engineering team. Coach engineers, develop technical leaders, set clear expectations, manage performance, and hire against agreed needs. Delegate meaningful ownership as the team grows.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Demonstrated engineering management. You have led and developed engineers, made prioritization and performance decisions, hired thoughtfully, and delivered through a team—not only acted as its strongest individual contributor.
- Software-oriented infrastructure depth. You have built and operated cloud platforms or distributed systems and can reason across infrastructure code, Kubernetes, networking, service identity, and stateful dependencies.
- Safe-change and production judgment. You have owned consequential migrations and incidents, can explain failure modes and rollback limits, and know when simplifying a system is better than adding another platform.
- Platform-product and engineering judgment. You understand internal customers, create interfaces other teams adopt, and make clear tradeoffs among reliability, developer autonomy, engineering effort, and workload efficiency.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with multi-tenant, cellular, regional, or dedicated enterprise infrastructure.
- Familiarity with GCP/GKE, Terraform or similar IaC systems, Cloudflare, Envoy/Istio, SPIFFE/SPIRE, and managed data services.
- Experience with large-fleet rightsizing, infrastructure consolidation, or migrating CI compute without disrupting developer workflows.
- A track record using AI tools to increase engineering output while preserving production safeguards.

How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. Our approach to work
We recognize the power of both in person collaboration and remote work. Some roles are designated as remote-first, with an expectation that individuals work from their homes majority of the time, while others are designated as in-office roles, with an expectation of being on-site on a regular basis. From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.

🎯 Your main goal will be to keep n8n operating as an AI-native engineering organization where agents are embedded across the development cycle; helping teams plan, build, test, review, learn, and improve.
You’ll do this by maintaining and evolving the platform foundations, tools, guardrails, and team processes that make agentic development safe, measurable, and sustainable. Working with Developer Platform, Security, AI/Agents, Architecture, and product engineering teams, you’ll help teams continuously adopt what works from frontier AI and make success visible through faster feedback loops, better quality, stronger resilience, and more learning from what we ship:
BUILD THE PAVED ROAD FOR AGENTIC DEVELOPMENT
- Define safe task categories for autonomous agents, including what they can attempt, what they should never touch, and where additional review is required.
- Design and implement isolated execution environments where agents can work without exposing secrets or accessing sensitive systems unnecessarily.
- Build pilot workflows that allow selected Linear issues to be picked up by agents, tested, and converted into useful draft PRs.
MAKE N8N'S MONOREPO AGENT-READY
- Create and maintain repo instructions, agent playbooks, ownership metadata, coding guidelines, and documentation that improve agent performance.
- Continuously improve developer workflows, repo structure, testability, and documentation based on where agents succeed, fail, or create reviewer friction.
- Partner with Architecture and senior engineers to define boundaries, dependencies, and areas where agents need more context or tighter constraints.
INTEGRATE AGENTS INTO ENGINEERING WORKFLOWS
- Integrate agentic workflows with Linear, GitHub, CI, test infrastructure, and developer review processes.
- Design PR evidence templates that help reviewers understand what changed, why, what tests ran, what risks remain, and where human judgment is needed.
- Partner with Security, AI/Agents, Developer Platform, and product engineering teams to define guardrails for sensitive areas like auth, billing, permissions, and data handling.
MEASURE QUALITY, SAFETY, AND ADOPTION
- Create benchmarks from real historical engineering tasks to evaluate agent output quality, failure modes, test pass rates, review burden, and production risk.
- Define quality signals and adoption metrics such as draft PR usefulness rate, reviewer acceptance rate, CI pass rate, rework rate, and developer satisfaction.
- Use data and feedback from pilot teams to improve agent workflows, reduce unsafe attempts, and build trust across engineering.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 🧠 Autonomous coding agents: You have experience with autonomous coding agents, AI coding platforms, agent orchestration systems, or internal AI developer tooling.
- 🤖 Agentic development experience: You have practical experience building, deploying, or operating AI-assisted or agentic software development workflows that work with developers not besides them.
- 🛠️ Strong engineering foundations: You have a strong software engineering background, ideally in platform engineering, developer experience, infrastructure, tooling, CI/CD, or engineering productivity.
- 🧭 Ambiguity leadership: You’re comfortable leading a first-of-a-kind technical initiative from problem definition through pilot, adoption, measurement, and iteration.
- 🔁 Modern engineering workflows: You deeply understand GitHub, CI, testing strategies, code review, monorepos, issue tracking, developer environments, and release risk.
- 🔐 Safety-first judgment: You have strong judgment around permissions, secrets, sandboxing, sensitive code paths, and human-in-the-loop review.
- 📊 Measurable systems thinking: You know how to design benchmarks, quality signals, failure-mode tracking, and adoption metrics.
- ✍️ Clear written communication: You’re strong at writing repo instructions, playbooks, PR evidence templates, technical proposals, and alignment documents.
- 🤝 Cross-functional influence: You have credibility with senior engineers and can influence across Platform, Product Engineering, AI, Security, and Architecture without formal authority.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 📦 TypeScript monorepos: You have worked in a large TypeScript, Node.js, or JavaScript monorepo.
- ⚙️ Developer platforms: You have experience with GitHub Actions, Linear, automated testing infrastructure, preview environments, or internal developer platforms.
- 🛡️ Security-aware platform engineering: You have worked on sandboxing, secrets management, least-privilege access, or sensitive code ownership.
- 📏 AI evaluation: You have created evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, or quality metrics for AI-generated code or automation systems.
- 🌍 Open-source communities: You have experience contributing to open-source or source-available projects with active developer communities.
- 🏢 B2B SaaS context: You understand environments where reliability, permissions, data handling, and customer trust are central.
- 🔗 Workflow automation: You’re familiar with workflow automation, integration platforms, AI orchestration, or developer-facing products.
Why join us?
At n8n, you’ll help define how autonomous AI agents become a trusted part of engineering inside one of Europe’s fastest-growing AI-native infrastructure companies. Your work will shape the platform foundations, safety model, evaluation framework, and developer workflows that determine whether agents can contribute meaningfully to production engineering without lowering the quality bar.
You’ll join a remote-first team with high autonomy, high visibility, and a strong builder mindset. Because this is a first-of-a-kind role, you’ll have the opportunity to set direction, influence engineering culture, and create learnings that may inform both internal engineering productivity and n8n’s external product thinking.
Sound like a challenge you’re excited to take on?

Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
Aleph is seeking a strategic, high-energy Programmatic Specialist to represent Spotify across the LATAM region. You don't need to be a hands-on trafficker or optimizer, but you do need to speak the language of DSPs, SSPs, and Ad Exchanges fluently enough to sell with real credibility, handle objections, and guide agencies through the offering.
What you'll do
Own revenue targets and pipeline growth for Spotify's programmatic solutions (self-serve, PMPs, always-on activations) across LATAM markets.
Proactively prospect and identify new opportunities, and unblock stalled ones within agencies and brands — finding the right internal contact, the right angle, and the right moment to move a deal forward.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agency programmatic desks, buying, strategy, and digital teams across multiple markets — know how agencies are structured internally and how to navigate them.
Evangelize Spotify's programmatic offering to agencies and clients, driving upsell and always-on activations, and supporting partners with any questions along the way.
Translate campaign performance data into insights and business narratives that resonate with clients at a strategic level.
Train and mentor sales team members on programmatic positioning and talking points.
Stay current on programmatic trends, self-serve platform dynamics, and industry best practices to keep pitches sharp and relevant.
Represent Spotify/Aleph at industry events, building market presence across the region.
Work with third-party vendors and partners to strengthen the offering, and coordinate with internal specialist/operations teams to ensure smooth execution once a deal is won.
What you need for this role
5+ years of experience in advertising sales, business development, or account management within programmatic/digital advertising.
Solid working knowledge of programmatic fundamentals: DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges, and self-serve platforms — enough to sell and defend the offering with authority, even if you're not the one operating it day to day.
Proven track record building agency/client relationships and driving revenue growth across LATAM markets (regional exposure strongly preferred).
Strong understanding of agency internal structures and dynamics — you know who to talk to and how to get in the door.
Comfort with data at a consumption level: able to read dashboards and performance reports and turn them into a compelling client story (Salesforce, Sheets/Slides, Excel).
A genuinely commercial mindset — you love prospecting, relationship-building, and closing; programmatic is your specialty, not just a technical checkbox.
Exceptional storytelling, negotiation, and presentation skills; comfortable holding a room at C-suite level.
Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
What will make us really love you
Commercial Drive — You love the chase: prospecting, unblocking, closing.
Enough Data Fluency to Sell — You can read a dashboard and turn it into a story, even if you're not the one building it.
Adaptability — Comfortable moving between a strategic C-suite pitch and a technical programmatic conversation in the same day.
AI-Curious by Default — When a new tool shows up, you test it and fold it into how you sell — briefs, pipeline signals, prospecting — rather than just tolerating it.
Passion for music, audio culture, or the creator economy — You get why audio matters to brands and to people, and that shows up in how you pitch.
Why Join Us?
Aleph is a place of many cultures, perspectives, and talents. We support each other, creating an environment of giving and receiving. We value partnership and communication because we believe it takes a group of people to achieve great things. We are energized by our ever-changing industry, our curiosity keeps us learning and seeking out new opportunities.

Head of Editorial
About the Role
Finom is looking for a Head of Editorial to own the words across the Finom experience.
We'll be direct with you, because we'd rather you hear it from us than discover it in the first week: our copy isn't good enough yet. It’s inconsistent, it's longer than it needs to be, it doesn't sound enough like us (which we’re still working out), it doesn't convert as well as we’d like, and errors make it through to publication.
That's the job. You'll own the voice, the style guide and the editorial review layer that makes top notch words systematic rather than accidental. You'll lead our copywriting team, develop them, and help them realise their potential. You'll do this by showing as well as telling: you'll show us what amazing looks like. And you'll set Finom's editorial AI strategy, deciding where generation, drafting and checking genuinely help, and where they don't belong at all.
You will own the English (not localisation, but you'll work closely with the people who do, because English is the source language), which means your standard becomes the ceiling for every market we operate in. Tighten the English and every language gets better.
This is a role for an exceptional editor. Not only a writer, though you'll need to be a strong one. The core of this job is taking someone else's draft and making it materially better, quickly, because you've established a strong standard that brings results. If you find that more satisfying than seeing your own byline, you'll enjoy this job a lot.
What You'll Be Doing
• Owning the words across the Finom experience: the standard, the voice and the final read
• Building and owning the style guide, and driving its adoption well beyond the Editorial team
• Establishing the editorial review layer: who reads what before it ships, against what criteria, and how nothing goes out with errors in it
• Leading and developing the copywriting team, giving direct and useful feedback, and hiring as the function grows
• Owning Finom's editorial AI strategy: where generation, drafting and checking are used, where they aren't, and what quality gates they have to pass
• Writing personally on key projects, campaigns and launches
• Coordinating across lifecycle, web, paid and social so that Finom's language is consistent everywhere a customer meets us
• Partnering with Product to make sure brand voice holds inside the product, not just in marketing
• Working closely with localisation partners so English source quality lifts every market
• Making copy work commercially: tightening, sharpening and testing so that writing converts rather than merely describes
• Building the intake and prioritisation model that lets a small team serve rising demand without the standard slipping
What Success Looks Like
In your first 30 days: you've read everything, you know where the worst copy is and why, you've properly assessed the team you've inherited, and you understand where demand actually comes from. You have a diagnosis, not yet a plan. By 45 days: a first version of the style guide is in use, an editorial review layer is running, and errors have stopped reaching publication. By 60 days: intake and prioritisation are agreed with the teams generating demand, the voice is documented and being adopted outside Editorial, and your first AI-assisted workflows are live with quality gates that hold. By 6 months: Finom sounds like one company everywhere. Copy is tighter and converting better, with evidence. The writers on your team are visibly better than when you arrived. Editorial runs as a function rather than a queue.
Who You Are
• An outstanding and fast editor. You improve other people's writing without taking it over. You do it under deadline, without agonising
• A precise writer. Your English is exceptional. You cut rather than decorate
• Direct about quality. You can tell someone their draft isn't working, explain exactly why, and leave them wanting to fix it
• A brilliant documentor. You've created style guides, review processes or editorial standards where none existed
• Commercially literate. You treat copy as a lever, not only as craft, and you can point to writing that moved a number
• Genuinely cross-functional. You get good work shipped through other teams' processes, not just your own
• Comfortable with ambiguity. There's no style guide, no review process and no documented voice yet. You find that energising
Must-Haves
• Evidence that you can lead the editorial standard, whether through direct people management, mentoring other writers, or operating as a senior individual contributor with strong stakeholder influence. Experience managing and developing writers is highly valued.
• Experience producing high-volume marketing and conversion copy in a fast-moving tech or digital environment. In-house experience is preferred, but strong agency backgrounds are equally relevant where you’ve worked at pace across multiple channels.
• English at native level. Exceptional command of written English, since your work sets the quality ceiling for every localised market
• Demonstrable AI fluency in an editorial context. Not tool familiarity: evidence that you've set policy in practice, defined where AI isn't used, built the checking layer, and held quality as volume rose
• A track record of building editorial standards, style guides or review processes from scratch
• Experience developing writers who measurably improved
• Ability to work across marketing and product surfaces
• Based in an eligible EU location, the UK or Ireland
We're deliberately open on background. Editorial and journalism, brand and advertising copywriting, and B2B content marketing are all valid routes into this role. We care about the work and the judgement, not the job titles.
Nice-to-Haves
• Fintech, financial services or another regulated industry where precision genuinely matters
• Experience owning voice across both marketing and in-product copy
• Experience running a source-language function feeding multi-market localisation
• Experience building or managing a freelance writer network
Why Finom
Finom is building the financial platform European entrepreneurs actually want to use, in a category where almost every brand looks and sounds the same. Our customers rate us 4.8 on Trustpilot, higher than any other B2B banking player in Europe, so the product is genuinely good; the job in Brand is to make sure the way Finom reads and sounds matches it. That means an editorial function you get to build rather than inherit, an editorial AI strategy designed from a clean sheet at a moment when very few companies have worked this out properly, and real appetite at senior level for quality as a way to win rather than a cost line. If you've spent time somewhere the writing was tolerated rather than cared about, this will feel different.
Compensation & Benefits
This role sits at Job Level 6, which includes equity options under Finom's Incentive Plan, eligibility for the High Performance Bonus Plan, and a salary positioned within Finom's range for your location, level and job family, benchmarked to the 50th–75th market percentile.
Our Process
A 30-minute screen, a conversation with the VP of Brand, a three-hour editorial task with a follow-up discussion, a short cross-functional panel, a conversation with the writers you'd be leading, and a final interview with our CMO. We aim to move quickly and we'll tell you where you stand at every stage.
What You Will Get In Return
Make a genuine impact on the product
Join our upward trajectory, and grow with us. We provide the resources and opportunities for continuous personal and professional development, empowering you to make a genuine impact on our evolving product.

HEY THERE
You've spent the last few years as the analyst sitting alongside a mobile squad—close to the tracking, the experiments and the numbers behind their decisions. You've also been leading a small team as well for a while now, and you don't want to give up either half.
Good, because this role doesn't ask you to. You'll lead our squad analysts, and you'll also be the hands-on analyst for Monetization. Roughly half your week in each role, at least at the start. Stepping up to lead here doesn't mean handing the interesting work to someone else.
You'll be building solid data products, helping our Monetization team optimize conversion and revenue, but you'll also be responsible for ensuring that our product and engineering teams own the quality of the data they produce. Building this culture is a big part of what we're hiring for.
Let's shape the future of nutrition together and make Yazio the most successful nutrition app worldwide!
This role is 100% remote and open to candidates based in Germany, Spain, Portugal or the UK.
YOUR MISSION
Our product generates billions of data points every month, and our development teams run hundreds of experiments a year. In your first year, you'll:
- Lead a small team of analysts embedded in our product squads. They're the ones measuring the impact of what engineering builds and helping figure out what comes next
- Be the analyst for Monetization yourself. You’ll handle tracking for new features, the experiments behind our conversion funnels and the reporting the squad runs on
- Set the example for how the work gets done. You'll write less production code than the analysts in your team, and the way you solve problems is what they'll pick up
- Set the data quality bar: what gets tested when data comes in, what gets tested once it's transformed, what gets tested in the reporting layer and what anomaly detection catches before a stakeholder spots it
- Move that responsibility upstream to the teams producing the data. Expect pushback from people who haven't had to think about it before
- Own the path from raw event data to curated, ready-to-use datasets in our self-service BI tool
- Take on the strategy side of squad analytics: how PMs and engineering managers use data when they make decisions
YOUR PROFILE
You'll feel at home here if:
- You've been the analyst inside a mobile product squad. Event tracking, funnel and user journey analysis, experiments. You plan around release cycles and handle old app versions as a matter of course
- You've managed analysts without stepping away from the work yourself
- Experimentation is where you're strongest. You’ve run plenty of A/B tests, and you can talk through bandits, quasi-experiments and where Bayesian and frequentist approaches part ways
- You've built a data quality regime. You've held a number back because it didn't reconcile, then gone and fixed whatever let it through
- You write SQL all day and Python when you need it, and dbt is how you transform data
- When you take an analysis to a PM, it comes with what you'd do next. And when a number turns out to be wrong, you say so and change the process that produced it
Bonus points for:
- Experience with subscription businesses, including the mobile gateway SDKs (App Store, Google Play)
- A strong statistics background
- Dagster or Airflow for scheduling
- Data catalogues like DataHub
OUR CORE TECH STACK
Here's what we run in production:
- Warehouse: Snowflake
- Transformation & orchestration: dbt, Dagster
- Experimentation: GrowthBook
- Self-service analytics: Omni
- ML workflows: Prefect
- GenAI: Claude
If you've worked with a cloud warehouse, dbt and an experimentation platform in some form, the patterns transfer. AI is part of how we work here: writing and checking code, summarizing data and keeping documentation current. We'd want you to be critical about what it gives back.
WHY US?
- An exciting product with millions of users in over 150 countries, driven by our mission to transform the world through healthy eating
- A remote-first setup: work 100% from home, join a co-working space, or work abroad for several weeks per year
- 30 vacation days to relax and recharge, plus 5 child sick days if your little one needs you
- A focus-driven culture that values efficiency over long hours - no overtime expectations, and if it happens, you get that time back!
- A high-impact environment where your work drives real change - short decision-making processes and no micromanagement
- A team culture where ambition and balance go hand in hand, supported by strong connections - from our fully covered company retreat to team meetups and virtual coffee breaks
- Tools and support to do your best work: MacBook, monitor, and €1,000 annual learning budget, plus regular feedback and career development
- A truly international team with English as our company language and a shared commitment to growth and well-being - supported by Sunday Supplements and Nilo Health

What will I be doing?
You will act as the Fin owner of partner-delivered services projects and the liaison who ensures that Services Delivery Partners have a good experience working with Fin
You will onboard and certify new Service Delivery Partners on Fin's product, methodology, and delivery standards, and continually uplevel existing partners as our product and best practices evolve
You will enable partners to facilitate discovery of complex customer objectives and requirements and help translate them to items included in our deployment plans
You will enable partners to execute tailored AI-first customer service strategies based on customer goals and drive product adoption of our AI features
You will work closely with our Partners to help drive success by exceeding portfolio KPIs (Partner CSAT, Fin Outcomes, Escalation Rate, and Project Management Compliance)
You will own escalation and risk communication for at-risk projects — driving intervention and solutions while keeping Deployment Services and Sales leadership informed of status and path to resolution
You will drive the overall efficiency of our Services Delivery Partner operations
You will partner with the rest of the Deployment Services team, the Sales team, and the Customer Success team to deliver the best possible experience for new clients
You’ll collaborate with our Customer Support and R&D teams to help coordinate resolution of issues, potential defects, and provide detailed product feedback around feature enhancements
You will drive a Quarterly Business Review with each service partner to ensure we are tracking towards stated goals
