Senior Program Manager, Retail Demo Content
to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of what games and content appear in our retail demo experience. This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of
content strategy, production planning, and retail execution
— turning leadership's retail vision into a clear, actionable content roadmap that ships on time, every time.
You'll be the connective tissue between our game production pipeline, developer experience team, retail deployment team, and publishing/marketing — ensuring the retail demo always showcases the right games, at the right time, in a way that drives conversion and supports broader go-to-market strategy.
What You’ll Do
Own the retail demo content roadmap
— Determine which games should be featured in retail demo units at any given time, based on our production release schedule, business priorities, and retailer needs. Also own the retail demo experience across multiple regions with local demands and customizations.
Translate strategy into execution
— Take high-level management direction on retail demo goals and convert it into a concrete, achievable execution plan with clear timelines and milestones.
Drive on-time delivery
— Manage the end-to-end planning process and working closely with Developer Experience Team to ensure new retail demo content is ready and deployed to retail demo units on schedule, with no surprises.
Coordinate with Retail Deployment
— Partner with our Retail Deployment team to align on logistics, timing, and technical requirements for rolling out new content to physical retail locations (Target, Costco, Walmart, etc.).
Align with Publishing & Marketing
— Collaborate with Publishing and Marketing teams to identify opportunities where retail demo content can support broader go-to-market (GTM) campaigns, new title launches, or seasonal promotions.
Build repeatable process
— Establish clear, scalable planning frameworks and documentation so that retail demo content planning becomes a predictable, well-oiled process rather than an ad hoc effort.
Report and communicate
— Keep the Head of Content Operations and relevant stakeholders informed on roadmap status, risks, and delivery timelines.
Who You Are
5-8+ years of experience
in program/product management, content operations, production coordination, or a related field — ideally within gaming, consumer tech, or retail/CE (consumer electronics) industries.
Proven ability to
build and manage roadmaps
across multiple stakeholders and moving parts, with a track record of on-time delivery.
Strong
cross-functional collaborator
— comfortable working with engineering/dev teams, retail/operations teams, and marketing/publishing teams simultaneously.
Experience translating
ambiguous, high-level direction
from leadership into structured, actionable plans.
Familiarity with
game production pipelines
and/or
retail merchandising/demo programs
is a strong plus.
Excellent
communication and stakeholder management
skills — able to align diverse teams (technical, creative, retail, marketing) around a shared plan.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning a roadmap end-to-end.
A passion for gaming, interactive entertainment, or family/consumer tech products is a big plus.
Nice to Have
Prior experience working with major retailers (Target, Costco, Walmart, Best Buy, etc.) on in-store demo, merchandising, or activation programs.
Experience in game publishing, live-ops, or content scheduling.
Familiarity with GTM (go-to-market) planning and how retail experiences tie into broader marketing campaigns.

Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Deployed Engineering team is the technical front line of our go-to-market motion. We partner with account executives from the first technical conversation through production rollout, helping companies evaluate LangChain, prove it out on their hardest use case, and get agents running reliably at scale.
This is a hands-on, highly technical team. Solutions Engineers own the technical win: scoping evaluations, designing POCs that mirror real workloads, answering the deep architecture questions that decide a deal, and staying with the customer after signature to make sure what we sold actually ships.
We sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and sales. What we learn in the field shapes both how customers adopt LangChain and what we build next.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will work on some of the hardest problems in applied AI, in front of customers, on a clock. Not demos, not research: systems real teams depend on in production. The feedback loop is fast, the impact is measurable in closed deals and live deployments, and the work directly shapes how AI agents get built in the real world.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the technical win. Partner with AEs to scope evaluations, run technical discovery, and design POCs that map to the customer's real use case rather than a canned demo
- Be the technical authority in the room during architecture reviews, security and infrastructure questions, and head-to-head evaluations
- Co-architect and co-build production AI agents with customer engineering teams, from prototype through rollout
- Help customers deploy and operate agent-based applications such as conversational agents, research agents, and multi-step workflows
- Run demos, trainings, and workshops for developer audiences, from single-team sessions to larger technical enablement
- Advise customers post-sale on architecture, best practices, and roadmap-level decisions, and find the expansion opportunities that come out of those conversations
- Surface field feedback to product and build reusable POC assets, cookbooks, and example code that scale across accounts
- Contribute code upstream when it meaningfully improves customer outcomes
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 6+ years in a relevant technical role such as solutions engineering, sales engineering, customer engineering, software engineering, or founding and product engineering, ideally at a startup or scale-up
- Comfort owning the technical thread in a sales cycle: discovery, POCs, architecture reviews, and competitive evaluations
- Ability to explain technical tradeoffs clearly and build trust with developer audiences, then translate that into a decision the customer is ready to make
- A track record of taking responsibility for outcomes, not just recommendations
- A bias toward action and a willingness to figure things out as you go
- Genuine interest in operating AI agents in production, not just building demos
NICE TO HAVES
- You've deployed AI agents in production, especially using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
- Experience carrying a technical number or working against pipeline alongside a sales team
- Experience with LLM evaluation, observability, or guardrails
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, and basic Kubernetes concepts
COMPENSATION
Annual OTE range: $200,000–$300,000 USD. Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and location.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is building data center campuses at a pace where several are under construction at once, each moving through design, construction, commissioning, and turnover to an operating partner. Security scope on those projects (the physical protections, the systems that enforce them, and the operational readiness of the company that will run the site) has to be delivered as deliberately as the buildings themselves.
As Lead for Data Center Security Delivery, you will own security through that entire arc for every campus under construction: from groundbreaking, through construction-phase security, through commissioning and milestone acceptance, to a clean handover into full operation. You are the single point of accountability for "the site's security is actually ready", and you will verify that the operating partner has its people, processes, systems, and contractual security obligations genuinely in place before a site goes live.
This is a delivery role, not a watch-the-dashboard role. You'll absorb the day-to-day noise of active construction sites (schedule slips, design changes, vendor coordination, escalations) so the rest of DCSE can stay focused on steady-state operations and systems. And where DCSE's requirements or processes don't survive contact with a real construction schedule, you will have the authority, and the expectation, to rewrite them.
Role boundaries.
This seat is distinct from DCSE's regional security operations leads and from the team's systems-engineering roles. The operations leads own steady-state regional programs (vendors, guard force, incident response) once a site is running; the systems roles build platforms and tooling. This role owns the delivery arc: every site's security scope from construction start through commissioning, acceptance, and handover, after which accountability transfers to operations.
Key responsibilities
You will own the security delivery program across every Anthropic campus under construction: concurrently, from groundbreaking to handover.
Construction-phase security delivery: temporary
site security, contractor vetting and access, protection of installed equipment, and coordination with general contractors and site teams on every active build.
Milestone and commissioning acceptance: define
and maintain the security acceptance criteria at each construction milestone and commissioning gate; run or attend acceptance events (FAT/SAT, punch lists); issue or withhold the security sign-off.
Operator readiness verification: build
and run a structured, evidence-based readiness process proving the operating company is genuinely ready before handover: staffing and guard force in place, SOPs adopted, security systems commissioned and monitored, contractual security obligations demonstrably met.
Clean handover to operations: own the turnover
package (as-builts, test records, credentials, punch-list closure, residual-risk register) and the defined transition from construction-phase to operational security ownership.
Requirements and process authority: rewrite
DCSE's construction-security requirements, delivery processes, and acceptance frameworks where they fail in the field, and codify what works, so each build is cleaner than the last.
Representation and escalation: represent
security in design reviews, owner-architect-contractor (OAC) meetings, and change management; coordinate integrators, general contractors, and operator counterparts on security system installation, testing, and commissioning; surface schedule and readiness risks early, with options, to DCSE leadership and cross-functional partners.
Minimum qualifications
Have personally delivered the physical security scope on new-build data center (or comparable critical-infrastructure) construction projects (design reviews through construction, commissioning, and turnover to operations) and can name the sites and your role on them.
Have run milestone- or commissioning-acceptance processes: FAT/SAT, punch lists, turnover documentation, formal sign-off.
Have held an operator, landlord, or vendor accountable to contractual security obligations, with evidence rather than assurances.
Are comfortable being the person who says "not ready", and can do it in a way that produces a plan rather than a standoff.
Can absorb the operational noise of multiple concurrent construction sites and still drive each one toward its handover date.
Can author requirements, standards, and process documents that get adopted, and are willing to rewrite your own when they fail in the field.
Work through influence with general contractors, integrators, operators, and internal partners; you shape decisions rather than block them.
Preferred qualifications
CPP (Certified Protection Professional) or PSP (Physical Security Professional) certification, or commissioning credentials.
Hyperscaler or major colocation new-build delivery experience.
Experience on both sides of an operator/tenant relationship.
Construction management or owner's-representative background.
Experience in regulated or high-assurance environments.

WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and continuously improve a unified, production-grade observability stack covering metrics, logs, and traces, giving every team a consistent, self-service way to understand and operate the health of their services.
- Build and maintain trusted alerting by tuning alerts against clear SLOs/SLIs, reducing noise, improving ownership and ensuring real issues surface early.
- Define, document, and drive adoption of instrumentation standards covering metric naming, label cardinality, structured logging, and distributed tracing with OpenTelemetry.
- Enable product teams to diagnose and resolve incidents faster through well-designed dashboards, runbooks, hands-on support, and practical observability guidance.
- Run the observability platform like a product, owning its roadmap, interfaces, reliability, scalability, and cost across areas such as retention, sampling, and cardinality.
- Provide clear technical direction for observability across the engineering organisation, making pragmatic architectural trade-offs and helping teams adopt platform capabilities effectively.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
1. Observability platform ownership at scale
6+ years in Platform Engineering, Observability, or infrastructure roles, with end-to-end ownership of a production observability stack (for example the LGTM stack - Loki, Grafana, Tempo, Mimir/Prometheus - or an equivalent metrics/logs/traces platform) at scale.
- Instrumentation & telemetry: OpenTelemetry adoption, metric and label design, structured logging, and distributed tracing across complex, multi-team systems.
- SLO/SLI & error budgets: dashboards and alerting that surface real problems early while minimizing noise and false positives.
- Platform as a product: treating other engineering teams as customers, with clear interfaces and a roadmap shaped by their needs.
- Alerting & reliability attitude: comfortable with on-call, driving blameless learning from incidents, and continuously tuning signal quality instead of letting alert fatigue set in.
2. Software engineering foundation
- A background that includes time spent writing and shipping production software, bringing engineering instincts to building tooling and automation rather than only operating what already exists.
- Proficiency in at least one backend language (for example Python or Go) for automation, tooling, and building internal observability capabilities.
3. Long-term ownership of your own decisions
Demonstrated experience owning the long-term consequences of your own architectural and tooling decisions - having lived with what you built through its maintenance, upgrades, and failure modes, not just its initial rollout.
4. Communication
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, able to explain complex system behavior clearly to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to haves:
1. Platform & telemetry breadth
- Rancher, Istio, and Kubernetes-native observability patterns (service mesh telemetry, sidecars, eBPF-based tooling).
- Bridging hybrid environments across AWS and on-prem platforms such as vSphere/VxRail.
- Managing cost and cardinality on large-scale telemetry pipelines (retention policies, sampling, downsampling).
2. Practices that spread beyond your own team
- Defining SLO/SLI frameworks or observability standards adopted across multiple teams.
- Running or contributing to incident response and blameless postmortem processes.
- Mentoring engineers and raising engineering maturity through technical leadership and enablement.
3. Domain context
Background in regulated, security-sensitive, or mission-critical domains.
APPLICATION PROCESS
- Recruiter interview
- Hiring manager interview
- Task Assignment + Technical interview
- Stakeholder interview
- Behavioural interview to assess cultural fit

Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $169 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Finance team is where numbers become decisions. We partner closely with business leaders across the company to make sure Wealthsimple is allocating resources wisely, hitting its targets, and building toward long-term sustainability. Within Finance, the Tax team is responsible for managing Wealthsimple's tax profiles across a growing number of legal entities and products — balancing tax law compliance while enabling business strategy. We're a small, high-trust team embedded in the business, and we hold ourselves to a high bar for both rigour and clarity.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Manager, Transfer Pricing & International Tax to join our growing Tax team and take ownership of the company’s transfer pricing framework.
This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys combining technical tax expertise with practical business partnership. You will lead transfer pricing policy, documentation, compliance audit and advisory work across the group, while partnering closely with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Legal, FP&A and business teams.
The role is primarily focused on transfer pricing, with an opportunity to support broader international tax matters if/when the company expands into new markets in future.
You will have the opportunity to help build a scalable transfer pricing function in a fast-growing fintech environment, including establishing processes, controls and documentation that support continued growth and future IPO readiness.
IN THIS ROLE YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Own, update and maintain the group’s transfer pricing framework, policies and governance processes, including the contemporaneous documentation. Ensure they remain aligned with the group’s actual functions, assets and risks.
- Lead the preparation and review of Canadian and international transfer pricing documentation, including local files, master files and supporting analyses, as applicable.
- Develop scalable transfer pricing processes, controls and governance appropriate for a growing organization.
- Identify opportunities to automate transfer pricing calculations, data collection and reporting.
- Lead transfer pricing analysis for intercompany services, technology and IP arrangements, financing, guarantees, cost allocations and other related-party transactions.
- Assess appropriate transfer pricing methodologies and oversee benchmarking and economic analyses.
- Manage transfer pricing calculations, data requirements and processes
- Monitor intercompany transactions and identify gaps between transfer pricing policies, agreements and actual activity.
- Review and/or design intercompany agreements and supporting documentation.
- Monitor changes in the business and proactively identify transfer pricing implications of new products, entities, jurisdictions and changes to operating models.
- For any special projects, manage external advisors and ensure deliverables are technically sound and commercially practical.
- Support transfer pricing audits, tax authority inquiries and controversy matters.
- Build relationships across the organization and proactively identify tax considerations before business decisions are finalized.
- Support the Tax team with international tax matters as the company expands its footprint.
- Monitor developments in international tax rules, including bilateral tax treaties and OECD initiatives, and assess potential impacts on the business.
SKILLS YOU’LL BRING:
- 5–8+ years of relevant experience in transfer pricing, international tax or tax advisory.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian transfer pricing rules and OECD transfer pricing principles.
- Experience with Canadian transfer pricing documentation, T106 and T1134 reporting.
- Experience with intercompany transactions and multinational or cross-border operating models.
- Strong understanding of transfer pricing methodologies and economic benchmarking.
- Experience managing transfer pricing projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through complex transactions and develop practical solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical tax matters to non-tax stakeholders, and translate complex transfer pricing concepts into clear, practical recommendations.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- CPA, CA, LL.M. or another relevant professional designation is an asset.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience in fintech, financial services, technology or another rapidly growing industry.
- U.S. tax or other international transfer pricing experience.
- Experience with intercompany financing and guarantee arrangements.
- Experience with technology, intellectual property or centralized service arrangements.
- Experience with transfer pricing audits or tax controversy.
- Experience with tax technology, automation or data analytics.
WHY JOIN US?
This is an opportunity to join a high-growth fintech at an exciting stage of its evolution and help build the transfer pricing function rather than simply maintain an established model.
You’ll work on cross-border transactions, innovative financial products and evolving business models while partnering with stakeholders across Tax, Finance, Treasury and the broader organization.
The role offers significant opportunity to grow with the company, with the potential to take on broader international tax responsibilities as the business expands internationally.
If you’re a transfer pricing professional who enjoys solving complex problems, building scalable processes and partnering with the business, we’d love to hear from you.

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
As the Senior Director of Solutions Architecture for Asia Pacific at Cohere, you will own Solutions Architecture across the region. Our customers here are banks, telcos, industrials and governments who cannot send their data to someone else’s cloud, and who are past experimenting and into production. You will lead the team that makes those deployments real, and you will be accountable for the technical win across the region.
This is a build. Today a Solutions Architecture team covers Korea, Japan and Southeast Asia. You will own that team, grow it, and build the in-region depth this market needs. You will be expected to open doors on your own credibility and network from your first weeks, set direction for the function, sit on the Solution Architecture leadership team alongside the regional leaders for the Americas and EMEA, and contribute to company-wide decisions with your peers across Sales, Product and Engineering.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Build and Lead the Team: Hire, coach and develop the Asia Pacific Solutions Architecture organization, and establish in-region depth rather than relying on support flown in from other regions.
- Open Doors Across the Region: Bring industry knowledge, technical credibility and an existing network to get Cohere into strategic accounts quickly. This is the central expectation of the role and you should expect to be measured on it.
- Own the Technical Win: Be personally accountable for the technical outcome of the region’s most strategic pursuits, and be in the room for the ones that decide the year.
- Set Direction for the Function: Define the vision, strategy, coverage model and operating rhythm for Asia Pacific Solutions Architecture across three markets that buy differently and regulate differently.
- Architect Sovereign and Regulated Deployments: Lead customers into secure, scalable, production-ready agentic AI deployments across cloud, hybrid, VPC, on-premises and air-gapped environments, which is where much of this region’s demand sits.
- Build Repeatable Solution Practices: Establish scalable solution-selling methodologies, industry playbooks, executive narratives, business cases and technical delivery frameworks that improve consistency and win rates.
- Partner with Regional Sales Leadership: Own territory, coverage and pipeline jointly with the Asia Pacific sales leader, and be accountable for the number together.
- Shape Product Direction: Partner closely with Product and Engineering to translate Asia Pacific customer needs into platform improvements and roadmap priorities. You will be one of a handful of people who can tell our product organization what this region actually requires.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and develop the Asia Pacific Solutions Architecture team through hiring, coaching, performance management and career development.
- Partner with regional Sales leadership to pursue and close strategic enterprise opportunities across financial services, telecommunications, industrials, technology and the public sector.
- Establish and own the regional coverage model across Korea, Japan and Southeast Asia, and make the case for where the team grows next.
- Lead executive workshops, discovery sessions, solution presentations and technical deep dives with C-suite and senior customer stakeholders.
- Develop business cases, solution architectures, implementation roadmaps and technical proposals that align customer objectives with Cohere’s platform.
- Guide customers through the deployment of enterprise AI solutions, ensuring scalability, security, governance, data residency and operational readiness.
- Create repeatable solution assets, industry playbooks and best practices that enable the team to consistently deliver high-quality customer engagements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales and Customer Success to ensure alignment between customer needs and platform evolution, and contribute to decisions that reach beyond your own function.
- Serve as the voice of the region by capturing customer feedback and competitive insights that influence product strategy.
- Own and report on the region’s operational and commercial metrics, including technical win rates, pipeline health, coverage and team performance.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Leadership Experience: 15+ years in Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting or Enterprise Architecture, including 7+ years leading customer-facing technical teams, and a record of developing people into senior and leadership roles.
- Regional Depth and Network: You have built or run a technical organization across more than one Asia Pacific market, you understand how enterprise technology is actually bought in each of them, and you have a network of senior technical and executive relationships you are willing to be measured on.
- People Leadership: A proven record of hiring, coaching and developing high-performing Solutions Architecture or Solutions Engineering teams, including building a team in-region from a small base.
- Hands-On Technical Credibility: You are technical enough to be believed by a strong engineering bench. You have put real AI systems into production, you can pressure-test your team’s architecture, and you can be the most useful person in a design conversation when it matters. We care far more about what you have deployed, and what broke, than about which models you can name.
- Commercial Acumen: A demonstrated ability to partner with enterprise Sales leadership, influence strategic deals, and articulate business value to executive stakeholders. You have carried a number and can point to deals you personally moved.
- Executive Presence: You command a room. You are credible in front of a CEO and their business leaders as well as a Chief Information Officer, a Chief AI Officer or a Chief Information Security Officer, and you can move between the business case and the architecture without losing either audience.
- Technical Expertise: A strong understanding of modern AI architectures, including large language models, agentic systems, retrieval, enterprise integrations, cloud platforms, hybrid and on-premises deployments, security and governance.
- Enterprise Experience: Experience designing and delivering enterprise technology solutions in complex, regulated or large-scale environments.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience building an AI, machine learning or data science function inside a large regulated enterprise, and taking it into production.
- Depth in Asia Pacific financial services, telecommunications or the public sector.
- Experience deploying into environments where the customer controls the infrastructure, including on-premises, sovereign and air-gapped deployments.
- Background in enterprise AI, cloud, or data platform companies, or applied AI consulting organizations.
- Experience building repeatable solution-selling methodologies and helping generalist technical teams operate at a consistently high level.
- Working proficiency in a regional language in addition to English.
- Experience operating in high-growth environments where speed, ownership and cross-functional collaboration are critical.
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:
- A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch.
- Full health and dental benefits, including a separate budget for mental health.
- RRSP matching, 401K, Pension Scheme.
- 100% Parental Leave top-up for up to 6 months, for either parent.
- Annual enrichment benefits:
Arts & culture, fitness/wellness, quality time, and a workspace improvement credit.
Education & learning stipend for conferences, courses, and coaching.
- 6 weeks of paid vacation (30 working days!)
- Budget for traveling to other offices if you are remote, plus an annual company offsite.
HOW AND WHERE WE WORK:
- Cohere is remote-friendly, but we also have offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul with more opening soon.
- For those in the office: a daily lunch program, plenty of snacks, and regular community and social events.
- For those not near an office: a co-working benefit so you can work alongside others in your city.
- Everyone receives a $500 home office stipend to set up your workspace properly.
If any of the above doesn’t line up exactly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
We strive to create an inclusive work environment for all; we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to providing equal opportunities. Should you require any accommodations during the recruitment process, please submit an Accommodations Request Form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/12a6IrLdF3kI2nonKSr4tiFuz18rLQbaeYV-JM9L4o9Q/edit, and we will work together to meet your needs.
We may use AI-enabled tools to screen and assess applicants against the criteria for this position. This helps our recruiters identify potentially qualified candidates, but it doesn't limit the applications our recruiters may review or consider.

ABOUT VOODOO
Founded in 2013, Voodoo is a tech company that creates mobile games and apps with a mission to entertain the world. Gathering 800 employees, 7 billion downloads, and over 200 million active users, Voodoo is the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in terms of downloads after Google and Meta. Our portfolio includes chart-topping games like Mob Control and Block Jam, alongside popular apps such as BeReal and Wizz.
TEAM
The Engineering & Data team builds innovative tech products and platforms to support the impressive growth of their gaming and consumer apps which allow Voodoo to stay at the forefront of the mobile gaming industry.
The Voodoo Ad-Network is an autonomous product group of around 60 highly driven professionals with an ambitious mission: building top-tier ad network services. Our primary goal is to leverage Voodoo's massive first-party data ecosystem to optimize and scale monetization. We are in a rapid growth phase, expanding into new ventures such as opening to external inventory, penetrating the external advertiser market, and driving social network monetization following our recent acquisition of BeReal. To support this incredible trajectory and promising early results, we are scaling our team.
The Models team is a core element of the targeting performance. It leverages machine learning and a strong business understanding to directly impact the product's financial performance. It's composed of mostly senior Data Analysts, Analytics Engineers, Data Engineers and Data Scientists/ML Engineers that iterate together on finding and building the next performing iteration.
This role can be either Paris or Helsinki based and done in a hybrid setup.
ROLE
We're looking for a Senior ML Engineer to join our Models team. You will be joining a dedicated squad of Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and ML Engineers focused on building and maintaining the ML training infrastructure that powers our ad-targeting models from data preprocessing through model deployment to production monitoring.
In this role, you will be leading the following topics:
- Architectural Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of highly visible projects from ideation to production release. This includes feature scoping, timeline estimation, architecture design, and benchmarking new technologies.
- Pipeline Engineering: Build and maintain quality data and ML pipelines to align with ever-evolving business and machine learning needs. Optimize training pipelines for performance, memory efficiency, and cost (e.g. spot instance strategies, efficient data loading, preprocessed artifact reuse).
- Data Scientists Enablement: Enable Data Scientists to iterate faster by providing reusable, well-tested pipeline components (transformers, dataloaders, training utilities) and reviewing their contributions to shared code. Extend dataset capabilities: integrating new data sources, scaling feature windows, and increasing training data volumes without breaking pipeline constraints.
- Deep Learning Development: Contribute to deep learning development: GPU workload orchestration, custom PyTorch training loops, and model architecture support.
- ML Lifecycle & Reproducibility: Maintain reproducibility and consistency across the ML lifecycle: versioned configs, experiment tracking, and online-offline consistency tooling.
- Scalability & Reliability: Collaborate with infrastructure teams on scalability — node pools, resource monitoring, CI/CD migrations. Participate in weekly rotation to triage and resolve alerts from Airflow, dbt, and related systems.
- Agile Collaboration: Thrive in a fast-paced agile environment with rapid decision-making processes. You will collaborate daily with back-end developers, data scientists, infrastructure engineers, and product managers.
- Mentorship & Team Culture: You will actively contribute to our engineering culture, share knowledge, and ensure every team member feels comfortable, supported, and empowered to grow in their role.
PROFILE
We are looking for a Senior ML Engineer who deeply understands both the ML training lifecycle and the specific challenges of putting machine learning models into production at scale.
- 5+ years minimum of experience as an ML Engineer or a similar role
- End-to-End ML Ownership: Problem framing, baselines, experimentation, deployment, and iteration
- Python Proficiency: Extensive knowledge for ML pipeline code: preprocessing, training/evaluation workflows, experiment utilities, and reproducible configs
- Training Mechanics: Comfortable implementing training mechanics where needed (custom steps/metrics, dataloading patterns, performance-conscious preprocessing), not only notebook-level prototyping
- ML Frameworks: Practical experience training and evaluating models with scikit-learn, LightGBM, PyTorch for deep learning
- Performance Optimization: Experience optimizing memory usage during data preprocessing and model training
- Experiment Management: Hyperparameter tuning, experiment tracking, and reproducible training (configs, seeds, versioning)
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Experience with Amazon Web Services. Familiarity with scalability, reliability, and security topics
- ML Production Awareness: Understanding of the challenges involved in running ML models in production (familiar with topics such as feature store, training-serving skew, etc.)
- Model Serving: Experience with model serving infrastructure (real-time or batch inference, latency/throughput optimization) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English
