Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Software Serviceability Engineer to own the software and AI dimension of serviceability for our humanoid robots. Product Services Engineering makes sure the robot is designed to be maintained — and that when it needs service, it can be diagnosed and repaired quickly, safely, and at low skill in the field. You will own that mission for everything software: diagnostics, firmware and bootloader serviceability, and the diagnostic content behind our remote-diagnostics (Digital Shadow) platform.
This is a deeply technical, hands-on role. You will validate the software and AI dimension of every service procedure before it reaches production, build the diagnostic tooling that lets our Remote Services and Repair Centre teams find faults fast, and act as part of the single engineering interface between Services and R&D.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Own Design-for-Serviceability for software: ensure the robot’s software, firmware, and AI stack can be diagnosed, updated, and recovered in the field with minimal skill.
- Collaborate with R&D to build and validate diagnostic scripts, tooling, and self-test routines that localise faults as deep as possible in the BOM.
- Define and own the software diagnostic content in the Digital Shadow platform: remote diagnostics, fleet-pattern detection, and AR-guided execution.
- Validate the software and AI dimension of service, repair, calibration and OTA procedures before production release.
- Own firmware, bootloader, and calibration serviceability, including recovery paths for failed updates.
- Support New Services Introduction (NSI) for software, and act as the single point of entry from Services into R&D for software escalations.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Strong software engineering for robotics or embedded systems: ROS2, Bash, and Ubuntu/Linux, with bootloader/firmware workflows.
- Proficiency in Python (and ideally C++) for diagnostics, tooling, and automation.
- Hands-on experience diagnosing robots or complex electromechanical systems — you can tell whether a fault is software, firmware, calibration, or hardware.
- Working understanding of sensor and actuator stacks (2D/3D LiDAR, RGB cameras, motors/actuators) from a software and diagnostic perspective.
- A design-for-serviceability mindset — you think about the technician in the field, not just the happy path.
- Disciplined engineering practice and version control (Git).
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience deploying AI/ML on robots and diagnosing model or behaviour issues in the field.
- Familiarity with remote-diagnostics or fleet-telemetry platforms.
- Experience authoring service documentation or work instructions consumed by non-engineers.
- Exposure to Design-for-Serviceability / DfMA on a hardware product line.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Electrical Serviceability Engineer to own the electrical and electronics dimension of serviceability for our humanoid robots. Product Services Engineering ensures the robot is designed to be maintained — modular, repairable, and serviceable at low skill in the field. You will own that mission for everything electrical: power distribution and batteries, wiring and harnesses, connectors, sensor and actuator drive electronics, and compute — including how faults are diagnosed, how systems are safely isolated, and how parts are replaced and reworked at the right BOM level.
This is a deeply technical, hands-on role. You will validate the electrical and electronics dimension of every service procedure before production, define the diagnostic points and safe-working practices that let our field and Repair Centre teams work quickly and safely, and act as part of the single engineering interface between Services and R&D.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Own Design-for-Serviceability for electrical and electronics: drive accessibility, connectorisation, safe isolation, and low-skill field-executability into the product before design is locked.
- Define and validate electrical repair, rework, and replacement procedures at the correct BOM level — module/assembly for the field, deeper for the Repair Centre — across power distribution, batteries, harnesses, sensor and actuator electronics, and compute.
- Specify the diagnostic points, test equipment, and safe-isolation / lockout procedures needed to service the robot’s electrical systems safely and repeatably.
- Define the electrical diagnostic content in the Digital Shadow platform — localising power, sensing, and actuation faults as deep as possible in the BOM.
- Lead the electrical and electronics input to Service Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (S-FMEA) and feed serviceability requirements back into design.
- Support New Services Introduction (NSI) for electrical scope, and act as the single point of entry from Services into R&D for electrical escalations.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Electrical or electronics engineering background with hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing complex electromechanical products or robots.
- Strong grasp of power distribution, battery systems, wiring harnesses, connectors, sensors (LiDAR, cameras), and actuator drive electronics from a maintainability standpoint.
- Confident reading schematics and wiring diagrams, using electrical test equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, and similar), and defining safe-isolation and lockout/tagout procedures.
- Design-for-Serviceability experience: connectorisation, diagnostic access, fault isolation, and modularity of electrical assemblies.
- A field-first, safety-first mindset — you design for the technician who has limited time, tools, and training, and for whom electrical safety is paramount.
- Comfort working across the full BOM hierarchy, from full-robot diagnosis to board- and component-level repair.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with humanoid or legged robotics electrical systems.
- Familiarity with battery management systems (BMS), high-current power electronics, and functional-safety considerations.
- Experience with calibration-after-repair for sensors and actuators.
- Exposure to spare-parts / service-replaceable-unit (SRU) strategy and refurbishment loops.
- Experience introducing serviceability into a product moving from prototype to mass production.

We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Mechatronics Remote Support Engineer to be the troubleshooting core of our Remote Services team — the people who keep our humanoid robots running in the field. When a robot has a problem, you diagnose it remotely, resolve what can be resolved without a site visit, and — when hands are needed on the robot — produce a precise physical-intervention recommendation for the field or Repair Centre teams to execute.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing technical role. You will work remote-first, diagnosing as deep into the robot as the tools allow, and you will occasionally travel as a “flying doctor” when local resources cannot resolve an issue themselves.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Diagnose robot faults remotely using telemetry and our Digital Shadow diagnostics (remote diagnostics, 3D BOM explosion, and fleet-pattern detection).
- Resolve issues remotely wherever possible, driving each case to the deepest root cause you can before escalating.
- Produce complete physical-intervention recommendations — what to do, why, how, the skill level, spare parts, expected time, and any special tooling.
- Occasionally, act as a flying doctor on-site when local resources cannot fix the issue themselves.
- Prioritise cases against SLAs and keep customers informed with clear, transparent updates.
- Document diagnoses and resolutions so the team’s collective knowledge grows while the digital tools mature.
- Escalate through the single point of entry to Engineering when a case genuinely needs R&D.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Hands-on knowledge of robot hardware: 2D/3D LiDAR, RGB cameras, motors, and actuators.
- Software troubleshooting on robots: ROS2, Bash, Ubuntu/Linux, and bootloader/firmware.
- Strong remote-diagnosis instincts — you localise faults precisely before recommending any physical work.
- Clear technical communication with customers and field teams, especially under SLA pressure.
- A methodical, case-to-the-end mindset with disciplined documentation.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site interventions.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with Time-of-Flight (ToF) sensors and IMUs.
- Python and Git for building small diagnostic utilities.
- Prior customer-facing field-service or technical-support experience.
- Familiarity with SLA-driven support operations and lean, one-piece-flow ways of working.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Staff Program Manager to own the Services Business Process Automation (BPA) function — the digital backbone of our Services organisation. BPA runs the Service Lifecycle Management (SLM) platform, the Business Intelligence and reporting layer, and the integration of our business applications with customer IT/OT ecosystems — all operating within the corporate IT governance framework.
This is a strategic, hands-on ownership role. You will define and own the BPA program and roadmap, lead cross-functional platform deployments end to end, and connect corporate digitalization strategy to on-the-ground Services execution. You will work closely with Services leadership, product and corporate IT, and external technology partners.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Define, own, and continuously evolve the BPA roadmap: SLM platform strategy, BI architecture, process-automation priorities, and customer IT/OT integration.
- Translate corporate digitalization objectives and Services business priorities into a structured, time-phased program with clear milestones and resource plans.
- Lead cross-functional software deployments and platform integrations from requirement scouting to hypercare, applying Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and structured PMO practices.
- Own the program-governance framework — risks, dependencies, change control, escalation, and steering-committee reporting — and track schedule, budget, adoption, data quality, and SLA impact.
- Champion the Services Lean First KPI framework and ensure BI reporting reflects real operational progress across the whole Services organisation.
- Manage vendor relationships, program budgets, and build-vs-buy-vs-integrate decisions for new BPA tools and platforms.
- Act as the strategic interface between Services leadership, product leadership, and corporate IT — simplifying complex technical realities into clear business narratives for executives.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 8–12+ years in digital/IT program management, with a track record of leading large-scale CRM, SLM, or ERP deployments.
- Proven success managing complex cross-functional programs in mechatronics, industrial automation, robotics, field service, or advanced manufacturing.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent program-management certification; Agile (SAFe, Scrum Master, or Kanban) is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of CRM and SLM platforms, BI architectures, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience holding full budget accountability for digitalization programs.
- Elite stakeholder communication — able to build consensus across diverse functional and executive stakeholders.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Exposure to humanoid robotics, cobots, or other advanced-technology industries.
- Familiarity with service benchmarks in relevant industries.
- Experience introducing BI as a shared intelligence layer across a multi-team organisation.
- PMO tooling proficiency (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent).

We turn complex adtech solutions – rooted in data and strategy – into compelling stories that resonate across the mobile advertising industry and beyond. Through our events, visual design, and strategic content, we take adjoe’s vision at the intersection of technology, user engagement, and marketing and make it tangible. All while building a community of forward-thinking industry leaders around our brand.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- Enterprise GTM Architecture: You will architect and execute our global, enterprise-ready go-to-market (GTM) strategy across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. We need someone who has guided at least two previous Tech or SaaS companies through the lifecycle journey from Start-up to Scale-up and Maturity, specifically navigating scale within the $500M to $5B range.
- Lean, Multi-Disciplinary Leadership: You will direct and develop a high-performing, agile team of approximately 20 professionals across Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, Events, Content Writing, and Graphic Design. - Commercial & Product Alignment: You will bridge the gap between product innovation and commercial execution to ensure our positioning captures and retains high-value enterprise accounts. This means translating complex technical capabilities into clear, value-driven narratives that align global product strategy with commercial sales enablement.
- Global & Regional Collaboration: You will serve as a strategic partner to Product, Sales, and Regional Leadership to drive localized demand generation while maintaining consistent brand messaging. You must bring deep experience in B2B enterprise marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), and international localization across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
- US Ecosystem Expertise: You will optimize our positioning and distribution to generate enterprise demand by leveraging a strong familiarity with the American technology ecosystem and buyer psychology. Your understanding of enterprise SaaS and AdTech marketing playbooks will directly drive our up-market transformation.
- Data-Driven Brand Optimization: You will establish clear data frameworks to measure brand sentiment, pipeline contribution, and the ROI of global marketing initiatives. This requires an equal comfort level analyzing pipeline data, CAC, and LTV metrics as you have guiding brand positioning and creative storytelling.
🌎 We welcome applications from talent worldwide and provide relocation support to Hamburg, Germany for those ready to join our team.
What’s in It for You?
At adjoe, we are not just managing campaigns, we're helping build the business engine behind one of the fastest-growing adtech platforms in mobile.
We're hiring a Senior or Staff Software Engineer to join our Data Engineering team based in London.
As the Data Platform Team, we strive to create the world’s leading, commercially scalable, safe, and advanced humanoid robots that seamlessly integrate into daily life and amplify human capacity.
We’re looking for experienced Engineers to help build our data platform from the ground up. You’ll have the opportunity to define its architecture, make key decisions, and shape how we handle and process petabyte-scale data in the near future.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build the Capability Factory - an internal platform designed for everyone from software engineers to non-technical operators, enabling the entire organization to teach HMND robots new skills at scale, from raw data all the way to deployed capabilities.
- Curate, preprocess, and manage large-scale datasets for humanoid robot training - a corpus of robot telemetry growing toward petabyte scale.
- Design and operate highly scalable data pipelines and the compute infrastructure that powers them, ensuring reliability and throughput as data volume and team demands grow.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of training data across multiple concurrent projects and robot platforms.
- Collaborate with machine learning teams to shape the Capability Factory, streamline MLOps, and build the evaluation workflows that close the loop between training runs and real-world robot performance.
- Build data warehouse solutions and BI dashboards that give stakeholders across the organization clear visibility into data collection, model progress, and operational health.
- Establish and uphold best practices for data management - versioning, access control, security, and compliance.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a track record of owning and delivering complex systems end-to-end, not just contributing to them.
- Strong backend engineering - designing and operating production-grade APIs and services: clean data modeling, reliable error handling, performance under load.
- Data engineering at PB+ scale - building and maintaining pipelines that move, transform, and validate large volumes of data reliably; understanding of batch and streaming processing patterns, data quality, and schema evolution.
- Workflow orchestration at scale - designing and operating multi-step automated pipelines with retries, observability, and graceful failure handling.
- Distributed systems fundamentals - you understand how things break at scale: eventual consistency, idempotency, backpressure, job scheduling, and failure modes in distributed compute and storage.
- Cloud infrastructure fluency - you have shipped and operated real systems on a major cloud provider; you think about cost, reliability, and security as first-class concerns, not afterthoughts.
- Container orchestration - deploying and operating workloads on Kubernetes at a level where you can debug scheduling issues, design resource allocation, and reason about cluster health without guidance.
- Full-stack range - comfortable building both the backend and the frontend of an internal product; you can own a feature from database schema to UI without handing off.
- Production ownership mindset - you've been on-call, triaged incidents under pressure, and improved systems after postmortems. You take reliability personally.
Nice to Have
- ML infrastructure or MLOps experience - understanding of how training jobs run, how model artifacts are managed, and what makes an evaluation pipeline trustworthy; you've worked alongside or directly supported ML researchers.
- Distributed compute frameworks - experience with large-scale parallel data processing, whether for data transformation, model training, or evaluation.
- Domain knowledge in robotics or embodied AI - familiarity with robot data formats, sensor telemetry, or the sim-to-real evaluation loop is a significant head start.
- BI and data warehouse experience - building data models and dashboards that translate raw operational data into decisions for non-technical stakeholders.
- Dual-cloud or multi-cloud storage - experience reasoning about cost, latency, and consistency tradeoffs across storage providers.
- Frontend product sense - beyond just shipping features, you have opinions about what makes an internal tool actually usable by non-engineers.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
We're hiring our first paralegal to join Tennr's legal team. You'll work directly with our two attorneys across the full range of legal work at a high-growth health-tech company, with a heavy emphasis on commercial contracts.
Today, our attorneys handle everything: drafting, negotiating, and reviewing customer and vendor agreements, building and maintaining compliance programs, advising product and business development teams, and managing corporate governance. We need someone who can manage the operational side of our legal function, take on contract drafting and review review, and help us build the internal resources and scalable processes that a high-growth company like us needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You'll be embedded in the work from day one. You'll review and draft contracts, manage deal flow, maintain our contract repository, and create the templates, playbooks, and guides that help our internal teams work with Legal more effectively. As you build fluency in our business and contracts, you'll take on increasing responsibility for managing the contract lifecycle end to end, serving as a first point of contact for routine contracting matters and escalating to the attorneys as needed. A more detailed description of your anticipated responsibilities is below.
Contract Drafting, Contract Management, and Legal Operations
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including SaaS subscription agreements, order forms, BAAs, NDAs, vendor agreements, and partnership agreements
- Serve as the first point of escalation for routine contracting questions from Sales and Business Development, routing complex or novel issues to the attorneys
- Maintain and organize Tennr's contract repository across SpotDraft, DocuSign, and Salesforce, including managing contract workflows end-to-end and tracking active contract obligations.
- Support the procurement process and maintain visibility into vendor agreements and compliance requirements
- Assist with corporate governance tasks as needed, including maintaining corporate records and supporting board-related processes
Cross-Functional Enablement
- Develop and maintain internal legal resources: contract playbooks, FAQ documents, written guidelines for teams
- Create internal reference materials such as ambassador program documentation, product-specific walkthroughs, and compliance guides
- Attend or distill notes from cross-functional meetings to identify emerging legal needs and areas where teams could benefit from additional guidance or resources
- Support compliance tracking by helping build and maintain team-specific compliance calendars and audit documentation
Compliance Support
- Assist with compliance monitoring and documentation, helping to build and maintain records supporting Tennr's compliance programs, including HIPAA-related obligations
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience as a paralegal, contracts specialist, or in a similar role within an in-house legal department or law firm, ideally supporting a technology or healthcare company
- Hands-on experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts (SaaS, technology, or services agreements); you understand how provisions interact, not just how to check them against a list
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams (active deal flow, repository maintenance, internal projects) with minimal supervision
- Excellent legal writing skills for both contract markup and clear, usable internal documents and guidelines
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools (SpotDraft, Ironclad, Agiloft, or similar) or demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly
- A proactive mindset: you notice when a recurring question should become a written resource, when a process could be improved, or when a team needs support before they ask for it
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities shift and the role will evolve
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience working in healthcare, health-tech, or a similarly regulated industry
- Familiarity with HIPAA, BAA requirements, or healthcare data privacy
- Experience with AI-assisted legal tools or contract review automation (e.g., building or configuring playbooks in AI-powered review platforms, designing automated intake or review workflows)
- Interest in or experience with process design and workflow automation for legal operations: building systems that reduce manual work and let a small team scale
- Experience building self-service legal resources, internal knowledge bases, or intake workflows
- Familiarity with Salesforce and DocuSign from an administrative or configuration perspective
WHY TENNR?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure.
- Innovate with Purpose: we’re not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you’ll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.
- Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Hudson Square office 4 days/week.
- Free lunch! Plus a pantry full of snacks.
BENEFITS
- Beautiful new office at 345 Hudson Street
- Unlimited PTO
- 100% paid employee health benefit options
- Employer funded 401(k) match
- Competitive parental leave
