Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada Workplace: Hybrid ABOUT SENTRY Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building. Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future. ABOUT THE ROLE At Sentry, Support is an engineering discipline. Our customers are the greatest technical minds in the world—developers at elite enterprises building the future of software—and they deserve answers that go deeper than a knowledge base link. We are architecting the Technical Support engine. We’re looking for a veteran engineer to help us redefine the standard of technical support by combining deep human expertise with autonomous agentic systems. You are a debugger of both code and systems. You will treat support volume as a data signal to build automated resolution paths, ensuring our human engineers only touch the most complex, high-impact architectural puzzles. Sentry Support Engineers aren't just clearing queues; they are Orchestrators. You will engage with our users across GitHub, Discord, and our internal systems, while acting as the Technical Lead for our Agentic Ops. You ensure that when a developer asks a complex question, our systems have the right context and a seamless "Human-in-the-Loop" path to you when deep, nuanced expertise is required. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL Master the Sentry Ecosystem & Support Elite Developers - Deep-Dive Debugging: Perform root-cause analysis on complex issues and distributed tracing gaps across polyglot environments. - Support the Great Minds: Act as a strategic consultant for senior engineers at our largest enterprise customers, solving high-stakes architectural challenges that push the boundaries of observability. - Troubleshoot SDK Implementations: Go deep into the source code of Sentry’s SDKs to help developers instrument complex frameworks and custom environments. - Engineering Feedback Loop: Serve as the bridge between the world's best developers and our product teams, using data from your systems to prioritize high-impact platform fixes. Engineer Agentic Operations (The Scaling Engine) - Deterministic Support Paths: Engineer the logic that powers our support agents, moving beyond probabilistic guesses to high-fidelity, autonomous resolutions. - Knowledge Engineering: Build the right context into our systems so they can resolve issues consistently and indefinitely. - Agentic Tooling Development: Use MCP (Model Context Protocol) and Sentry’s internal APIs to build "skills" for our agents, allowing them to perform complex lookups or state-checks autonomously. - The Seer Philosophy: We’ve already proven AI can handle autonomous production fixes with Seer. You will apply that same philosophy to the support lifecycle—moving us from a "Help Desk" to an "Autonomous Resolution Engine." YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF - You love eliminating Non-scalable effort: you enjoy automating repetitive work and take pride in building systems that save time and effort. - You’re a Full-Stack Troubleshooter: You enjoy jumping from a React frontend issue to a Python backend trace to a CI/CD pipeline failure in a single afternoon - You Value Evidence-Based Support: You prefer looking at data trends over anecdotal evidence to decide where to build automation next. - You’re a Developer Advocate: You want to guide the industry on how elite engineers and AI co-exist in a high-density technical ecosystem. QUALIFICATIONS - 5–8+ years of experience in technical support engineering, systems engineering, or software development, with a track record of solving high-complexity SaaS problems. - Strong Coding Foundations: Mastery of Python, JavaScript, Java, or Ruby. You are comfortable reading SDK source code and identifying bugs in production-level repositories. - Systems Depth: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and the "path of a pixel" from frontend to database. - AI & Automation Literacy: Practical familiarity with LLM orchestration (RAG, context windows, system prompts) and a critical eye for where AI succeeds versus where it requires human intervention. - Exceptional Communication: The ability to explain complex architectural concepts to a human and write precise "system instructions" for an AI. BONUS QUALIFICATIONS - Open Source Contributor: An active presence on GitHub or experience maintaining open-source libraries. - Former Software Developer: You’ve spent time in the trenches as a full-time dev and know exactly what keeps our customers up at night. The base salary range (or hourly wage range, if applicable) that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $125,000 to $150,000. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. Location: AU: Melbourne: (260 Burwood Rd); NZ: Auckland: Xero 4 (96 St Georges Bay Rd, Level 2 & 3); AU: Sydney (45 Clarence St); NZ: Wellington: Xero One (19-23 Taranaki St) Workplace: Hybrid THE ROLE AND ITS IMPACT We're building a brand-new Integration team to power automation at the heart of Xero. You'll design and build workflows and integrations that solve real business problems, removing genuine friction from how we operate. This is modern engineering work: applying software discipline through low/no-code and AI-native platforms, shipping fast, and seeing measurable impact within weeks, not quarters. Your focus will span the full spectrum: collaborating with stakeholders to understand their pain, translating manual processes into robust automated designs, shipping end-to-end solutions to production, and owning them through monitoring and support. You'll Go Bold by taking problems from conception through delivery, and Go Further by helping shape a team and technology practice that's still forming. THE TEAM AND HOW THEY CONNECT This is a brand-new team within our Enterprise Technology function, who support Xero’s internal and customer-facing systems. We prioritise open, transparent conversations where everyone gets heard. We rotate leadership and responsibility to keep learning distributed and ownership shared. And because the team is new, there's real room to influence how we work and potentially the tools we use. INITIALLY, YOU WILL FOCUS ON - Ramping up our existing platforms (SnapLogic, Tray) and our engineering standards including source control, observability, error handling, retries and change control - Shipping your first automations end-to-end, from requirement through to a monitored, documented workflow running in production - Building working relationships with business stakeholders and learning to elicit requirements and translate them into robust automated designs - Contributing to quality reviews and participating in our incident response and on-call practices WHERE AND HOW YOU CAN WORK This role can be based in Australia (East Coast) or New Zealand, we work a hybrid model with the flexibility to work from home combined with in-office collaboration. HERE ARE SOME OF THE THINGS WE ARE LOOKING FOR - Hands-on experience building workflows, integrations, or automations (whether that's through software engineering, integration platforms or middleware tools) - Comfort using AI tools to solve logic problems and automate tasks, paired with a clear-eyed sense of when a deterministic design is the right choice instead. - Your skill at eliciting requirements and bridging technical execution with business needs means you translate what people need into what they should build. - You own work through to a monitored, documented, supportable state. Shipping quality solutions rather than cutting corners to go faster. - A growth mindset and comfort with ambiguity: you'll help shape the team's standards and patterns as they form, and you're motivated to take on increasingly complex work over time. Apply even if your experience isn't a perfect match! At Xero, we hire based on your skills, passion, and the unique perspective you can bring to enhance our culture and team.

Location: United States, San Mateo, CA Why Sony Interactive Entertainment? Sony Interactive Entertainment isn’t just the Best Place to Play — it’s also the Best Place to Work. Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is the company behind the PlayStation brand. As a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, we’re part of a proud legacy of innovation and excellence. SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity. PlayStation Studios has created some of the most loved worlds, characters, and stories in entertainment. Our opportunity now is to build those IP with greater intention — growing audiences, deepening fandom, and creating more ways for people to engage with PlayStation franchises beyond the release of a game. We are looking for a Lead Franchise Strategist to help shape that work. This is not an integrated marketing role, a licensing or consumer products role, or a role focused on extending a launch campaign. We are looking for someone who understands how entertainment franchises are built over time — across audiences, stories, formats, products, experiences, and partners. Gaming experience is valuable but not required. Experience in film, television, animation, publishing, consumer products, licensing, live experiences, or location-based entertainment may be just as relevant. What matters most is that this person has helped build something. They can look at an IP, understand what makes it special, identify where the strongest audience and commercial opportunities exist, and turn that into a clear and credible plan for growth. This role will work across PlayStation Studios, Portfolio Strategy, PlayStation Productions, brand, marketing, insights, finance, consumer products, licensing, legal, and Sony Group partners — connecting creative ambition, audience demand, and commercial opportunity while protecting what fans already love. Key Responsibilities Lead franchise strategy work for assigned priority PlayStation IP, from initial opportunity assessment through long-term planning and cross-functional alignment Develop franchise strategies that define audience opportunity, positioning, expansion potential, commercial rationale, and priorities for growth Proactively identify new ways priority IP could grow, including opportunities that may sit outside PlayStation’s existing franchise playbook Identify where each franchise has the strongest potential across film, television, animation, publishing, consumer products, music, live and location-based experiences, partnerships, and digital/community engagement Help define what each franchise should become over time — and just as importantly, where it should not go Use audience research, fandom insights, market trends, competitive benchmarks, and commercial data to make clear recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners Translate franchise ambition into practical roadmaps, sequencing, decision frameworks, and execution priorities Support the development of franchise bibles, IP briefs, creative guardrails, and other tools that enable partners to build from a shared understanding of the IP Partner with finance and business teams to understand and articulate the value of franchise activity across games and adjacent businesses Help evolve PlayStation’s approach to long-term franchise planning, bringing greater consistency and rigor to how opportunities are identified, evaluated, and prioritized Champion the fan perspective — understanding what audiences love, where they want more, what will feel authentic, and where expansion could damage trust What We’re Looking For Strong experience in franchise strategy, IP development, entertainment strategy, brand expansion, audience growth, or a related field, with a track record of independently leading complex strategic work A track record of helping build, shape, expand, or revitalize entertainment IP, ideally across multiple formats or business areas Strong understanding of fandom — how audiences discover, engage with, spend around, advocate for, and stay connected to IP over time Experience working across creative and commercial disciplines, including areas such as production, research, finance, marketing, licensing, consumer products, and external partnerships Ability to synthesize complex creative, audience, and commercial information into clear recommendations, influence senior stakeholders, and build alignment around a direction Strong creative taste and commercial judgment — someone who can see both the magic of an IP and the business around it Experience with areas such as franchise architecture, audience segmentation, IP positioning, content roadmaps, commercial planning, or long-range portfolio strategy Comfort operating in ambiguity and creating structure around IP that may not yet have a fully formed franchise ecosystem Ability to challenge assumptions constructively and make thoughtful calls about what is worth doing, what should wait, and what should not happen at all A practical, collaborative approach and the ability to influence across teams without always owning final execution Experience with global entertainment brands or IP with multi-market potential is a plus The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a builder, not a caretaker. They may have worked on established IP or helped build something from an earlier stage, but they are most energized by the question of what comes next. They can look at a game world, character, story, or fanbase and see the broader franchise potential — not as a list of extensions, but as a connected system of creative expansion, audience growth, and long-term value. They are equally comfortable talking about story, fandom, audience behavior, commercial models, and execution realities. They know that not every IP should become everything. They have the discipline to prioritize, the taste to protect what matters, and the strategic instincts to spot where PlayStation can create something fans will genuinely care about. Success in This Role Looks Like The priority PlayStation IP they support have clear, actionable long-term franchise strategies Teams across PlayStation and Sony have a shared understanding of where those franchises can grow, where they should not, and why New opportunities are identified proactively and evaluated earlier and more consistently, with strong audience, creative, and commercial rationale Fans have meaningful ways to stay connected with PlayStation worlds between major game releases The role contributes to a more coordinated and repeatable approach to building PlayStation franchises for the long term #LI-AM1 Avoid Recruitment Scams/Phishing Attempts: Please be aware that any official outreach in response to your application will always be done from a @sony.com email address . Always make sure to double check the spelling on Sony is correct and the characters have not been replaced with any numbers/symbols before replying. Anyone using an email that is not @sony.com is not affiliated with us and should be reported either via the platform they are contacting you on or directly to your email service as a phishing attempt/scam. At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location. Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this role is eligible for SIE’s top-tier benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, matching 401(k), paid time off, wellness program and coveted employee discounts for Sony products. This role also may be eligible for a bonus package. Click here to learn more. The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below. $155,800 — $233,600 USD Please note, Sony Interactive Entertainment conducts background checks at the offer stage for all new employees (which may include criminal background checks for some roles) and will need to process personal information to support these checks. Please refer to our Candidate Privacy Notice for more information about what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your data protection rights. Equal Opportunity Statement: Sony is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All persons will receive consideration for employment without regard to gender (including gender identity, gender expression and gender reassignment), race (including colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin), religion or belief, marital or civil partnership status, disability, age, sexual orientation, pregnancy, maternity or parental status, trade union membership or membership in any other legally protected category. We strive to create an inclusive environment, empower employees and embrace diversity. We encourage everyone to respond. Sony Interactive Entertainment is a Fair Chance employer and qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records will be considered for employment.

Fortune and Fortune Media IP Limited are not affiliated with, and do not endorse products or services of GitLab. An overview of this role As a Staff Security Governance Engineer, you will be the individual contributor who owns how GitLab writes, maintains, communicates, and measures its security policies and standards. You will turn emerging regulations, including AI regulation, into clear requirements that engineering, product, and legal teams can act on, and you will use automation to keep governance lightweight and continuous rather than a point-in-time exercise. You will sit on the Security Governance team within Security Assurance and work closely with Security Compliance, Security Risk, and GRC Engineering. You will report to the Director, Customer Trust & Security Governance. What you'll do Policies and standards Own the end-to-end lifecycle of GitLab's security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines: drafting, stakeholder review, approval, publication, annual review, and retirement. Define and run the exception management process, including risk-based approvals, expiry tracking, and trend reporting that shows where policies need to change. Run policy attestation and investigate non-adherence. Keep policies clear, practical, and aligned with how GitLab's engineering teams work in a DevSecOps environment. Regulatory and framework alignment Monitor emerging regulations and standards (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, sector or regional requirements) and partner with Legal well ahead of compliance deadlines to assess impact and update policy. Maintain mappings between our policies and frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, FedRAMP, and NIST CSF, so requirements are written once and reused. Measurement and assurance Define KPIs for policy adherence and report trends to Security leadership. Run targeted internal assessments of adherence and drive remediation to closure. Support audit activities by coordinating evidence, testing, and remediation management. Customer trust Support customer questionnaires and customer meetings, and help turn recurring customer requests into better policies and self-service content. Automation and AI Identify and implement automation and AI-assisted workflows for policy management, evidence collection, control monitoring, and assessment work, in partnership with GRC Engineering. Technical leadership Act as a technical and program leader across Security, Product, Legal, and Engineering, influencing without direct authority. Mentor other team members and help set the direction of the Security Governance roadmap. What you'll bring 10+ years in security governance, GRC, or IT risk, with hands-on ownership of a policy and standards lifecycle and measurable outcomes, ideally at a global technology company. Working knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, FedRAMP, and NIST CSF, including how to put them into practice, not only how to read them Experience creating and maintaining an enterprise Information Security Management System (ISMS), ideally including hands on involvement in ISO 27001 certification or recertification. Understanding of cloud, SaaS, and DevSecOps practices, and the ability to write policy that engineers will follow. A risk-based mindset that balances compliance with real security risk. Demonstrated use of automation or AI to reduce manual GRC work. Strong written and verbal communication, including translating technical concepts for engineers, executives, auditors, and customers. Experience collaborating with Security, Product, Legal, and Engineering. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar are highly desirable. What success looks like First 30 days: Assessed the current policy library and exception process, built relationships with key stakeholders, and proposed a prioritized roadmap. First 90 days: Uplift the existing security policy library to align with NIST CSF, ISO 27001/27017/27018/42001, and PCI-DSS. First 120 days: A refreshed review cadence is in place, exception reporting is running, and can demonstrate a measurable improvement in policy adherence. First six months: Develop Policy as Code and collaborate with Security, Product, Legal, and Engineering for implementation into existing workflows. About the team The Security Assurance organization helps GitLab build and maintain trust by strengthening how we approach security, compliance, and risk. Security Governance sits within it and owns customer trust, security awareness, policies and standards, and other governance functions. Our counterparts are Security Compliance, Security Risk, and GRC Engineering. You will join a small team of four direct reports under the Director, where each person has broad scope and visible impact. We work remote-first and asynchronously, and we write things down and share them openly, so you'll draft and revise policies and standards in the open with input from Security, Legal, Product, and Engineering. Location: United States; San Francisco, CA; New York, NY Workplace: Remote 1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing. About 1Password At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work. If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future. We're hiring a Senior Developer Advocate to be the face and voice of 1Password's developer story — especially our push into identity and access control for AI agents. You'll build hands-on demos and videos that show developers exactly how to use 1Password, carry that content into a genuine presence on Reddit and X, grow the community around it, and represent 1Password on stage at major developer conferences. You'll report to the Director of Developer Relations as an individual contributor. How we’re using AI today Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers. What You'll Do - Build demos and videos. Hands-on, code-first demos and short-form videos showing developers how to use 1Password — particularly for securing AI agents, service accounts, and machine identities. - Build a social presence. Own and grow 1Password's developer voice on Reddit, Youtube and X — daily posting, engaging in threads, answering questions, participating authentically in developer communities. - Represent us at conferences. Speak at and represent 1Password at major developer conferences (AWS re:Invent, KubeCon, and others), turning in-person moments into demos, clips, and content that keep working after the talk ends. - Shape open source strategy. Prioritize and guide what 1Password open sources — SDKs, integrations, MCP servers/tools — and how that drives developer trust and adoption. - Create supporting content. Blog posts, tutorials, and reference code that give developers something to copy, fork, and ship. - Build community. Turn one-off engagement into an ongoing developer community — repeat contributors, recurring conversations, people who show up because they trust the voice, not just the content. What We're Looking For - Technical fluency: 5+ years in technical roles (software/platform engineering, developer advocacy, solutions engineering, or similar). Comfortable writing real code for demos, not just narrating slides. - Existing X, Youtube or Reddit presence as a technical voice, with a track record and an audience. - Agent-building experience: Hands-on experience building AI agents and working with MCP (Model Context Protocol). - Content production skills: Can conceive, script, build, and edit demo videos and short-form content. - Community-building experience: Has grown a developer community from scratch or materially expanded one — not just posted into an existing audience. - Open source judgment: Experience contributing to or maintaining open source projects. - Public speaking: Experience speaking at major developer conferences (re:Invent, KubeCon, or similar). - Communication: Strong written and verbal skills. Bonus points: - Experience with security-conscious developer communities or products (identity, auth, DevSecOps). - Contributions to or maintenance of MCP servers, agent frameworks, or related open source tooling. USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $133,000 USD and $186,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs. At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set. This posting is for an existing vacancy. Our culture At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first. You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results. How we work with AI We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password. This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. Our approach to remote work We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of almost all roles, and we require our employees to be ready and willing to take part. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events. What we offer We believe in working hard, and rewarding that hard work through our benefits. While not an exhaustive list, here is a glance at what we currently offer: Health and wellbeing 👶 Maternity and parental leave top-up programs 🩺 Competitive health benefits 🏝 Generous PTO policy Growth and future 📈 RSU program for most employees 💸 Retirement matching program 🔑 Free 1Password account Community 🤝 Paid volunteer days 🏆 Peer-to-peer recognition through Bonusly 🌎 Remote-first work environment *Some roles in our GTM team are currently being hired for in-person hybrid work in Toronto and Austin. These roles will specify on the posting. You belong here. 1Password is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to fostering an inclusive, diverse and equitable workplace that is built on trust, support and respect. We welcome all individuals and do not discriminate on the basis of gender identity and expression, race, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, colour, religion, creed, gender, national origin, age, marital status, pregnancy, sex, citizenship, education, languages spoken or veteran status. Be yourself, find your people and share the things you love. Accommodation is available upon request at any point during our recruitment process. If you require an accommodation, please speak to your talent acquisition partner or email us at nextbit@agilebits.com and we’ll work to meet your needs. Remote work is a part of our DNA. Given that our company was founded remotely in 2005, we can safely say we're experts at building remote culture. That said, remote work at 1Password does mean working from your home country. If you've got questions or concerns about this, your talent partner would be happy to address them with you. The role, in a nutshell: We’re looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer who’s equal parts problem-solver, translator, and customer hero. You’ll be the go-to person when customers hit snags with Chainguard Images, digging into technical mysteries, keeping folks informed, and partnering with Engineering to squash bugs before they cause chaos. This isn’t just “reset the password and move on” support: you’ll work on real, complex issues with modern tools (Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub, Helm charts, Terraform, etc.), make customers feel like superheroes themselves, and help shape how Chainguard delivers world-class support. Serious work, fun team, big impact. What you’ll do: Be the frontline agent: Triage, investigate, manage, and annihilate complex customer issues involving Chainguard Images. Escalate wisely: Engage the Engineering team when things get spicy. Communicate like a pro: Keep customers (and your SLAs) happy, informed, and impressed. You're comfortable in the DevOps warzone: CI/CD, Linux, GitHub, Helm Charts, Terraform, Open source and all the good stuff. Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; AWS EKS experience is a plus. Extra kudos if you’ve flirted with security frameworks, software supply chain security, or vulnerability scanning. Extra kudos if you bring CKA, CKAD, CKS or KCSA certs and aspire to be a future Kubestronaut. Startup experience? Even better. You’ve navigated fast lanes before. A curious soul who learns faster than a caffeinated squirrel. You hold a bachelor’s degree (STEM preferred) or have equivalent battle scars from the real world.
