- Build and own relationships with enterprise design partners, ensuring their success in leveraging Tempo.
- Serve as a consultative, technical design partner to discover and guide product integration with customers.
- Grow Tempo’s broader ecosystem of infrastructure providers, developers, and startups.
- Source, structure, and negotiate strategic collaborations and co-development opportunities.
- Act as the voice of partners internally, shaping GTM priorities and feedback loops.
- Help develop scalable playbooks for onboarding and partner success.
- Represent Tempo externally at conferences, industry forums, and ecosystem events
Qualifications
- Deep experience scaling business development or GTM at blockchain, API, or adjacent fintech infrastructure businesses.
- Proven track record of sourcing and scaling partnerships with enterprises and high-growth startups
- Experience scaling businesses across blockchain and adjacent fintech infrastructure
- Comfortable navigating complex organizations and aligning stakeholders across technical and business teams
- Excellent judgment in sourcing, evaluating, and prioritizing high-impact opportunities
- Experience with B2B or developer-adjacent products (e.g., APIs, dashboards, or partner platforms)
Attributes
- High-energy, proactive, and execution-driven
- Proficient at understanding and communicating technical concepts
- Sharp communicator who can tell Tempo’s story clearly and persuasively
- Strong organizational and relationship management skills
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn from partners and the ecosystem
- Scrappy and hands-on; willing to dive deep to make partners successful

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a remote opportunity and we would be interested in applications from the UK.
The Opportunity:
The Grafana Alerting squad operates at the core of the Grafana open-source project
(link)
, and our mission is to provide the most in-depth way to let users manage their alerts. The backend-focused team works closely with customers and the Grafana Cloud teams to make Alerting work on-prem and at infinite scale in Cloud. The team's scope spans both Grafana Alerting and the SLOs product, so engineers get to work across two products that are deeply connected in how they help users detect and respond to problems.
Grafana Alerting is trusted by major organizations worldwide, monitoring essential medical devices and critical infrastructure. We thrive on collective creativity and diverse perspectives, every team member is encouraged to contribute ideas that shape our product into a dependable tool.
Our domain is quite large, so to get an idea of the kind of work we do, here are some projects we recently worked on:
Build distributed systems to scale alert ingestion and delivery of Prometheus-based alerts
Unify Alerting setup and delivery to work the same for Grafana and Prometheus-based alerts
Build distributed systems to scale alert evaluation of Grafana-managed alerts, reaching over 500 evaluations per second in production.
Grafana Alerting is trusted by major organizations worldwide, monitoring essential medical devices and critical infrastructure. We thrive on collective creativity and diverse perspectives, every team member is encouraged to contribute ideas that shape our product into a dependable tool.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Take an active role in influencing our roadmap and your own career objectives
Work with your team to deliver new features, then use the results to iterate and improve.
Drive projects from initial ideation all the way to operations once it is in the hands of customers
Embrace our open-source culture and contribute to other projects that may not directly fall within your team’s scope
Design, build, operate, and maintain critical systems, owning the reliability, performance, and availability
Be a part of your team’s on-call rotations and take ownership of the services you’re running
Mentor and support other team members, participate in design discussions and collaborate with the team
Learn new skills by gaining a deeper understanding of our cloud product and our customers and getting to know the codebase of a large distributed system
As we are remote-first and our engineering organization is largely remote, we provide guidance and meet regularly using video calls, so an independent attitude and good communication skills are a must.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
You are a motivated self starter with a bias towards action
You are customer focused
We build everything with our users in mind.
You have a passion for creating intuitive products that fit customers’ needs
Pragmatism: You are able to take on complex challenges and break them down to achieve short feedback loops: to analyze, design, and build modular solutions, deliver MVPs, gather data and feedback and then progress iteratively
Collaboration and communication: The smallest unit we have is a team. You’ll be working with your teammates in a fully remote setup. Good communication skills are a must
Solid experience with at least one programming language. We use Go, but if you have familiarity with Python, Java, C++, Rust or similar then that translates well
Some experience with delivering projects from gathering requirements, brainstorming ideas all the way to shipping a product to the customer’s hands in a self-driven way
Some experience with developing software that runs in the Cloud
or
some experience with systems engineering
Experience writing clean, robust, and performant software that is easily maintained by others

ABOUT YOU
Xsolla seeks a security engineer to join a new security team during a critical build-out phase. You work across application security and infrastructure security - reviewing code, hardening cloud environments, supporting incident response, and partnering with engineering teams to improve security posture across the company.
This is a generalist role well-suited to an early-team hire. You are comfortable working across domains rather than specializing in one, and you grow into deeper expertise as the team and program mature. You collaborate closely with the security program manager and work directly with engineering teams on secure design, findings, and remediation.
Our tech stack includes GCP, vSphere/ESX, Kubernetes and container workloads, MariaDB, CockroachDB, Go, PHP, and Python. You do not need expertise in all of these, but you are comfortable navigating a mixed environment and learning what you need.
As always true in job descriptions, there is an intangible value that is hard to capture. We look for a diverse set of perspectives and skills. Even if you don't match every requirement, we encourage you to apply if you think you can be highly successful in this role.
ABOUT US
Xsolla is a global commerce company with robust tools and services to help developers solve the inherent challenges of the video game industry. ABOUT YOU
We are looking for an Operations Engineer who is technically curious, detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and proactive to join our Global Technical Operations (GTO) team. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to monitor and investigate production issues across a global platform, help improve how we detect and respond to incidents, analyze trends and patterns in production data, and contribute to better communication with partners and stakeholders during incidents.
Strong troubleshooting skills, observability platform experience, and scripting ability are essential, along with experience in SRE, DevOps, production operations, or NOC environments supporting high-availability platforms in the gaming industry. The ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English — both written and verbal — when writing incident updates, shift handoffs, and status page communications will be key to your success in this role.
If you’re passionate about keeping critical systems running and continuously improving operational processes and love being the first to spot issues and the one who drives them to resolution for game developers and players worldwide, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary dashboard monitor during your shift — continuously watch the GTO Operational Dashboard in Datadog, detect anomalies by correlating signals across APM, logs, metrics, synthetic tests, and Real User Monitoring, and determine whether alerts warrant an incident ticket or can be resolved through immediate investigation.
Triage and investigate production incidents — create incident tickets in JIRA Service Management, perform initial technical investigation using Datadog (traces, logs, infrastructure and application metrics), determine blast radius and likely root cause domain, and route to the correct team (Product SRE, Infrastructure SRE, or Engineering) using the smart routing model.
Own lower-severity incidents end-to-end from detection through resolution — diagnose, execute runbook procedures, and resolve without escalation where possible. Escalate promptly when an incident is unresolved within defined thresholds or requires a code-level fix.
Support the TSO Lead during major incidents as the technical right hand in the war room — surface real-time data (error rates, impact scope, deployment history, related alerts), maintain the incident ticket with live timeline entries and linked evidence, and execute mitigation actions as directed.
Draft incident communications under TSO Lead direction, including internal Slack updates, stakeholder notifications, and customer-facing status page updates (status.xsolla.com). Support clear, timely communication throughout the incident lifecycle.
During non-incident periods, analyze incident trends, recurring issues, and production bugs — compile data from Datadog, JIRA, and Slack, identify patterns, and contribute findings to regular reports for product and engineering teams.
Compile incident timelines and draft initial PIR documents for Post-Incident Review preparation. Track PIR action items post-session and flag overdue items to the TSO Lead.
Build and maintain operational automation (alert enrichment scripts, incident templates, Slack workflows, dashboard widgets) and contribute to runbook development — documenting new resolution procedures so they can be repeated by any Operations Engineer on any shift.
Conduct structured shift handoffs covering active incidents, at-risk services, upcoming deployments, and follow-up items. Participate in knowledge transfer sessions with SREs to continuously expand independent resolution capability.
Cover for the TSO Lead during vacations, absences, or emergencies — including severity classification, escalation decisions, stakeholder communications, and basic Incident Commander functions.
Publish health reports of critical apps periodically.
Qualifications:
Previous experience working at a gaming company is required — you understand the pace, player expectations, live operations dynamics, and the operational demands of the gaming industry.
4+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, production operations, NOC, or technical operations in a high-availability environment.
Strong troubleshooting and investigation skills — ability to take an alert or user-reported symptom and methodically trace it through the stack: application logs, APM traces, infrastructure metrics, database queries, and network paths.
Hands-on experience with Datadog (or equivalent observability platform: Grafana, Splunk, New Relic, Elastic) — navigating APM, building log queries, reading infrastructure dashboards, interpreting SLO burn rates, and configuring monitors and alerts.
Proficiency in at least one scripting language: Python, Go, or Bash. You will write automation scripts, build operational tooling, and work with APIs.
Clear written and verbal communication skills in English — ability to write incident tickets, investigation notes, Slack updates, shift handoff reports, status page communications, and PIR drafts that are clear, concise, and useful to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Working knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred, AWS/Azure acceptable) — understanding of pods, deployments, services, ingress, node health, and how to investigate Kubernetes-related production issues.
Understanding of SLOs, error budgets, and burn-rate alerting — knowing what a multi-window burn-rate alert means, how error budgets deplete, and how SLO breaches translate into incident severity.
Experience with incident management tooling: JIRA or JIRA Service Management, PagerDuty or OpsGenie, Slack, and Confluence.
Experience with or strong interest in AI/ML-assisted operations: anomaly detection, alert correlation, predictive monitoring, or automated remediation.
Comfort with 24x7 shift-based operations as part of a follow-the-sun model with handoff overlaps. Weekend on-call (rotating) is required.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with Datadog Service Catalog, synthetic monitoring, and RUM (Real User Monitoring).
Experience with distributed systems debugging: tracing failures across microservices, understanding cascading failures, and reading distributed traces end-to-end.
Exposure to database operations (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka) at a level sufficient to investigate connection pool exhaustion, replication lag, slow queries, or queue backlogs during incidents.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tooling (GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Helm) — enough to correlate recent deployments with production issues and identify rollback targets.
JIRA Service Management administration experience: workflows, automation rules, SLA timers, and queues.
ITIL Foundation certification is a plus but not required — practical experience matters more.
Benefits
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes unlimited Flexible Time Off, Gym membership, monthly train ticket and a personalized career roadmap for each employee. ABOUT US
Constructor is the next-generation platform for search and discovery in ecommerce, built to explicitly optimize for metrics like revenue, conversion rate, and profit. Our search engine is entirely invented in-house utilizing transformers and generative LLMs, and we use its core and personalization capabilities to power everything from search itself to recommendations to shopping agents. Engineering is by far our largest department, and we've built our proprietary engine to be the best on the market, having never lost an A/B test to a competitive technology. We're passionate about maintaining this and work on the bleeding edge of AI to do so. Out of necessity, our engine is built for extreme scale and powers over 1 billion queries every day across 150 languages and roughly 100 countries. It is used by some of the biggest ecommerce companies in the world like Sephora, Under Armour, and Petco. We're a passionate team who love solving problems and want to make our customers' and coworkers' lives better. We value empathy, openness, curiosity, continuous improvement, and are excited by metrics that matter. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they do best can lead to great things. Constructor is a U.S. based company that has been in the market since 2019. It was founded by Eli Finkelshteyn and Dan McCormick who still lead the company today.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Experiments team at Constructor builds an experimentation platform: traffic allocation, exposure logging, metric computation, statistical analysis, and a UI for launching experiments and interpreting results. It’s used both internally and by customers running experiments on production traffic.
We’re scaling customer experimentation usage and investing in making experiments faster, more reliable, and easier to interpret. Unlike boxed experimentation tools, our platform has to support a wide range of customer integrations, traffic patterns, and industry constraints — which makes the engineering problems unusually real-world and high-leverage.
Team: 3 Software Engineers, 1 Data Analyst, an Engineering Manager, and a Product Manager.
THE ROLE
This is primarily a backend role (Python services + data-heavy systems). You’ll occasionally work in the Dash UI and contribute to Spark jobs, but those are not the main focus. We care about correctness, observability, and product usability more than complex infrastructure.
Tech: Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Plotly Dash, PySpark/Databricks, AWS, CloudWatch, Sentry
(Spark work is ~5–10% — we don’t expect you to be a data engineer or own the data platform.)
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build and maintain backend services for experiment assignment, logging, and report generation
- Improve scalability, performance, and reliability of experiment reporting pipelines
- Add product-facing features to the UI to help users launch experiments and interpret results
- Take technical ownership of projects: shape solutions, break down work, and drive execution with the team
- Participate in a weekly on-call rotation (investigating occasional issues and answering internal questions)
You’ll collaborate closely with Search/Recommendations engineers, ML/DS partners, and customer-facing teams when needed. This role does not require frequent direct customer calls.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVE
- Strong experience building and owning production backend services in Python
- Experience with monitoring, alerting, and debugging user-facing systems
- Strong SQL skills and confidence working with data-heavy systems (metrics, logging, analytics)
- Ability to ship maintainable software (tests, code review, incremental delivery)
MINDSET
- You take ownership: you can turn ambiguous problems into an executable technical plan
- You care about building systems people trust and rely on
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Experience with experimentation systems, metrics platforms, or A/B testing workflows
- Experience with PySpark and/or Databricks
- We don’t expect you to already be an expert in experimentation methodology — but we do expect strong backend fundamentals and the ability to ramp up effectively in a data-heavy domain
LOCATION / TIME ZONES
- We’re a distributed team. Preferred time zones are UTC+1 to UTC+7, but we’re flexible
BENEFITS
- 🏝️ Unlimited vacation time - we strongly encourage all employees to take at least 3 weeks per year
- 🌎 Fully remote team - choose where you live
- 🛋️ Work from home stipend - we want you to have the resources you need to set up your home office
- 💻 Apple laptops provided for new employees
- 🧑🎓 Training and development budget - refreshed each year for every employee
- 👪 Maternity & Paternity leave for qualified employees

About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Staff Mobile Security Engineer to join our Mobile Security team, where you will play a key role in identifying and mitigating security vulnerabilities across OKX's mobile applications and platforms. This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of offensive security, mobile engineering, and platform protection — you will work closely with development, operations, and compliance teams to ensure security is embedded at every layer of our mobile stack.
You bring deep expertise in mobile application security, offensive techniques, and secure coding practices. You are also fluent in AI-assisted development and bring the discipline to build, maintain, and continuously improve your own AI engineering workflows.
What You'll Be Doing
Identify and address security vulnerabilities in mobile code, systems, and networks through manual review, automated tooling, and threat modelling.
Manage and optimise application security tools, processes, and alerts to maintain a strong security posture.
Validate and respond to Bug Bounty submissions, triaging findings and coordinating remediation with engineering teams.
Produce detailed security findings reports and present them to both technical and management audiences, contributing to real-world attack prevention.
Collaborate with development teams to implement and champion secure coding practices across iOS and Android platforms.
Apply AI tools to accelerate security research, automate vulnerability detection workflows, and improve the efficiency of threat analysis.
Work alongside operations and compliance teams to ensure security is a consistent priority across the organisation.
Participate in incident response and management activities.
Stay current on the latest offensive security techniques, application security threats, and industry best practices.
What We Look For In You
5+ years of experience in mobile application security or offensive security, with hands-on expertise in iOS and/or Android platforms.
In-depth understanding of security risks, vulnerabilities, and concepts in mobile and web applications.
Proficient in code review across Kotlin, Swift, TypeScript, or JavaScript, with a strong grasp of application security threats.
Able to create proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate vulnerabilities, review patch code for adherence to standards, and collaborate with repository owners on remediation.
Actively uses AI tools in your security engineering workflow — including building AI-leveraged workflows and codifying repeatable agent skills so tools like Claude Code or Codex deliver reliably on real production work.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice-To-Haves
Prior experience developing mobile security SDKs at scale — products with a daily active user base of over ten million.
Experience in large-scale business risk control projects, or practical experience in threat intelligence, business risk prevention, and countermeasures against black and grey industries.
In-depth reverse engineering of major apps from first-tier vendors, or other projects that demonstrate strong reverse engineering capabilities.
Proficiency in ARM assembly, with the ability to implement deep-level countermeasures at the native and application layers.
Experience with device fingerprint recognition — including simulating new devices through methods such as flashing, modification, and application cloning.
Ability to work across multiple mobile platforms simultaneously.
