WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is based in New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
This role sits on Notion’s Creative Studio, a small team of designers, illustrators, and filmmakers. Our work tells the story of our offering in a way that reflects the products themselves: smart, refined, and with a dash of wit on the side.
As a Brand Designer, you’ll work on high-impact brand initiatives and campaigns: setting direction from early strategy through final execution, partnering closely with stakeholders and executives, and raising the bar for craft and systems. You’ll be asked to define approaches, resolve ambiguity, and influence both project outcomes and how the team works.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
- Concept, art direct and design high-visibility moments from brand campaigns, product launches, and events, developing approaches that can scale across a broad range of surfaces, moments, and channels.
- Contribute to our brand systems and develop standards and tooling that improve velocity and consistency for teammates near and far.
- Mentor and raise the bar for other designers and creative partners through feedback, critique, and patterns that make great work repeatable.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING
- 10+ years in an agency or in-house environment, with demonstrated leadership on ambiguous, complex, high-impact work.
- A strong portfolio of work that’s culturally resonant and visually diverse, and that showcases your ability to tell stories across many channels.
- A deep commitment to systems thinking, typographic excellence, and sensitivity to small details.
- Experience working with a broad range of makers. You’ve teamed up with illustrators, animators, copywriters, filmmakers, photographers, and beyond to bring your ideas to life.
- Excellent partnership skills. You can work hand-in-hand with cross-functional stakeholders, drive alignment, and make pragmatic tradeoffs.
- A tinkerer’s mindset. You're curious about how your tools are evolving and have a strong perspective on how AI can expand creative expression and drive production. You’ll actively experiment with new AI workflows to concept, prototype, and push our design systems further.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $200,000 - $250,000 per year.
By clicking “Submit Application”, I understand and agree that Notion and its affiliates and subsidiaries will collect and process my information in accordance with Notion’s Global Recruiting Privacy Policy https://notion.notion.site/Notion-Global-Recruiting-Privacy-Policy-fc3eb4e829354a26a2bb6fd5e289b550?pvs=74 and NYLL 144 https://notion.notion.site/Ashby-AI-Bias-Audit-2b0efdeead05803bbbfae159ec86c528.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior Motion Designer to own motion graphics and GTM video output across Perplexity's social channels. Video is one of our most important channels for telling the Perplexity story, and we want someone whose primary focus is producing a steady stream of high-quality, on-brand motion work that performs.
This is a video-production-first role. You'll spend most of your time concepting, animating, and shipping GTM materials for social — fast, polished, and distinctly Perplexity. In a secondary capacity, you'll help define our motion principles and contribute to broader creative technologist work as our motion practice matures.
You'll report into the Brand/Creative Studio team and work closely with Brand, Growth, Comms, and the Producer to keep the pipeline moving.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the creation of motion graphics and video content for our social channels — concepting, storyboarding, animating, and delivering GTM materials end-to-end
- Make video production your primary focus: a consistent, high-volume output of polished, on-brand motion work
- Bring ideas to life across 2D and (where relevant) 3D, from styleframes and animatics to final delivery
- Partner with Brand and Growth to turn launches and campaigns into motion that lands on social
- Contribute to Perplexity's motion principles, systems, and templates so motion scales consistently across the team (secondary focus)
- Contribute to broader creative technologist explorations — new tools, techniques, and AI-assisted workflows (secondary focus)
- Collaborate with the Producer on scoping, scheduling, and delivering work on time
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Senior-level experience in motion graphics and animation, with video production as your core craft
- A strong portfolio of expressive motion work — especially social, campaign, and GTM content that demonstrates range and polish
- Deep command of animation fundamentals: timing, spacing, composition, visual rhythm, and design sensibility
- Expert proficiency in After Effects and the broader Adobe Creative Suite; comfort in Figma
- Ability to work fast, manage multiple deliverables, and iterate quickly in a high-output environment
- A strong sense of when motion adds clarity or emotion — and when a still is the better choice
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience developing motion principles, systems, or toolkits that scale across a team
- Comfort across 2D and 3D, plus compositing, post-production, and optimization for different social platforms
- Creative technologist instincts — building or experimenting with tools and AI-assisted motion workflows
- Graphic design fluency (layout, hierarchy, type) sufficient to build and adapt assets directly
Location: San Francisco; New York City
Workplace: Hybrid
We're looking for a Growth Brand Designer to sit at the intersection of brand craft and growth performance. You'll be the designer who makes Perplexity's highest-volume, highest-leverage marketing surfaces — paid ads, social, lifecycle email, and campaign assets — look unmistakably Perplexity while actually moving the numbers.
This is a shipping role, but it's equally a thinking role. Strategic concepting is a big part of the job: you'll sit with the Growth team as an ideator — generating campaign concepts, testing hypotheses, and shaping the creative strategy behind the work — not just executing briefs handed to you. The ideas you bring to the table matter as much as the assets you ship.
You'll produce a steady stream of ad and campaign creative across formats and channels, then work with Growth to read the results and iterate. You care about conversion and craft in equal measure: you'd never ship an off-brand asset to win a test, and you'd never hide behind polish when the data says a concept isn't working.
You'll report into the Brand/Creative Studio team and work closely with Growth, Product Marketing, Brand, and our motion and web designers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Drive strategic concepting for growth campaigns — bring original ideas, angles, and creative territories to the table, and shape the brief rather than just receiving it
- Operate as a true ideation partner to the Growth team: co-develop campaign strategy, propose test hypotheses, and pitch concepts that open up new creative directions
- Own the design of growth creative end-to-end — paid social and display ads, campaign assets, and lifecycle email — from concept to shipped asset
- Design for volume and velocity: build variant sets, test hypotheses, and iterate on winners with the Growth team using real performance data
- Turn product launches and GTM campaigns into ad creative that lands on every channel it runs — static, animated, and everything in between
- Build and maintain scalable ad and email templates so high-frequency asset production stays fast and on-brand
- Partner with Brand to keep visual consistency across every growth touchpoint as our brand system evolves
- Collaborate with our motion designer and web designer so campaigns feel cohesive from the first ad impression to the landing page
- Bring a strong point of view on what makes performance creative great — and push back when a "best practice" would cheapen the brand
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A strong portfolio of growth and brand design work — paid ads, social campaigns, lifecycle email, campaign systems — that shows both craft and results
- Proven strategic concepting ability: you can show campaigns where the idea was yours, not just the execution, and articulate the thinking behind them
- Excellent visual design skills with a clear sense of brand, typography, layout, and composition
- Hands-on experience designing performance creative at a consumer or prosumer tech company, including working directly with growth or performance marketing teams
- Fluency reading creative performance data (CTR, conversion, hook rates) and translating it into design decisions
- Ability to work fast, manage a high volume of deliverables across channels, and iterate quickly without dropping the quality bar
- Fluency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
- An instinct for building repeatable systems — templates, variant frameworks, asset kits — rather than one-off files
- 5+ years of industry experience
NICE TO HAVE
- Motion design skills — animated ads, short-form video for social, or After Effects fluency
- Familiarity with ad platform specs and constraints (Meta, Google, TikTok, X, YouTube) and how they shape creative decisions
- Experience using AI-assisted design and image-generation workflows to scale creative output
- Copywriting instincts — you can tighten a headline when there's no writer in the room

🎯 NOTE IMPORTANTE : NOUS RECRUTONS DES PERSONNES, PAS DES RÔLES.
Senior Social Media Strategist
to own the social and audience strategy behind the YouTube channel of a globally recognized beauty brand.
In this role, you will define the strategic direction for a high-growth, high-volume global YouTube channel with a Shorts-first approach. You will identify the audience behaviors that drive discovery, subscription, and purchase, translate cultural and trend signals into repeatable content direction, and shape the content calendar around key product launches, activations, and brand moments.
You will own the growth strategy behind what the channel publishes, developing clear hypotheses, reviewing performance alongside analytics specialists, and adapting the approach based on what the data shows. You will also shape the creator activation strategy, from briefing and selection criteria to performance evaluation and progression across creator tiers, while identifying how organic content can connect effectively with commerce and paid amplification.
Working closely with creative, analytics, community, and account teams, you will ensure that social strategy translates into clear, actionable direction across the wider project. You will also present and defend strategic recommendations to senior client stakeholders across media and marketing.
A strong understanding of YouTube, internet culture, creators, and emerging subcultures is essential, together with a proven track record of growing social channels rather than focusing primarily on campaign-led activations. Experience working with large brands in beauty or closely related consumer categories is strongly preferred.
Requirements
Proven track record of growing social media channels or accounts, with the ability to demonstrate measurable growth and clearly explain the strategies and decisions that drove it.
Strong agency-side experience in social media strategy for large brands, with experience in beauty or a closely adjacent consumer category strongly preferred.
Deep understanding of YouTube formats, audience behavior, discovery, and creator culture, alongside strong knowledge of other major social platforms.
Demonstrable ability to assess content strategically and structurally, identifying why specific content performs and translating those insights into repeatable approaches.
Strong understanding of internet culture, emerging trends, online communities, creators, and subcultures.
Experience developing content and audience strategies for high-volume publishing environments is highly desirable.
Experience designing and running creator or influencer activations, ideally across multiple markets, is an advantage.
Strong analytical fluency, with the ability to interpret performance data, challenge assumptions, identify inconsistencies, and develop testable hypotheses.
Ability to adapt strategic direction based on performance data and confidently scale, refine, or discontinue approaches based on evidence.
Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills, with the confidence to present and defend strategic recommendations to senior client audiences.
Understanding of social commerce or affiliate mechanics is a plus.
Familiarity with paid social planning and the relationship between organic performance and paid amplification is a plus, but not essential.
Native-level or professional working proficiency in English.

Check out our Careers https://careers.circle.so/ page for more about working at Circle.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re excited to bring on Circle’s first Creative Director.
This is a unique opportunity to shape how Circle shows up in the world, and define the story of a generational company building the future of digital businesses.
We’re looking for an exceptional creative storyteller who can help us develop strong, consistent narratives across everything Circle puts into the world: product launches, campaigns, ads, landing pages, announcements, partnerships, events, and more.
You obsess over the power of a great narrative. You believe every word, visual, and detail matters. You have an exceptionally high creative bar, thrive in highly collaborative environments, and know how to influence people through the quality of the work itself.
As Circle’s first Creative Director, you’ll first and foremost act as a creative extension of the founders. You will turn their ideas, product strategy, and company vision into narratives that are clear, memorable, and unmistakably Circle across all our assets.
On a day-to-day basis, you’ll work closely with Circle’s founders and across our in-house design studio, product marketing, paid media, video, and events teams to elevate our storytelling and creative execution across every major moment.
Your goal is to help make Circle one of the most creatively distinct and definitive companies in the category of digital businesses.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Shape Circle’s narrative. Work closely with Circle’s founders to synthesize, sharpen, and evolve the story behind our long-term vision, and translate it into clear, compelling narratives that can travel across everything we do.
- Own the creative direction of our biggest launches and campaigns. Find the angle, develop the brief, shape the story, and obsess over how we make each moment stand out. You’ll partner closely with Product Marketing across launches, announcements, demos, and enablement to ensure everything feels cohesive, intentional, and unmistakably Circle. Doing this well requires developing a deep understanding of our product, customers, and market.
- Be a deeply embedded creative marketing partner to our design studio. You’ll work especially closely with our Design Studio, which is led by one of Circle’s co-founders and won’t report to you. Success here involves shared taste, mutual trust, healthy creative tension, and the ability to move quickly together. You’ll occasionally lead external agencies as well — and when the moment calls for it, write the high-stakes copy yourself: the headline, manifesto, launch script, or line someone delivers on stage.
- Raise the bar on our advertising and creative campaigns. Develop the concepts and narratives behind Circle’s ad creative, partnering up our Paid Acquisition team to turn them into high-performing campaigns. They’ll bring the channel and media-buying expertise; while you can make sure the creative is worth paying to distribute.
- Direct how our stories come to life across video and events. Get hands-on with scripts, structure, pacing, and narrative for launch films, social, ads, virtual summits, and other major moments. You won’t be editing videos or producing events yourself, but you’ll understand the craft well enough to have strong opinions about what works in each medium, and collaborate deeply with the specialists who bring it to life.
- Influence the narrative behind brand experiences people remember across our webinars, virtual summits, conferences, and live events to align with company brand vision. This includes everything from the theme and programming to the booth, talks, slides, copy, and small details nobody else would think to obsess over.
- Turn partnerships into stories. Work with our Partnerships team to make more of our collaborations with creators and customers into stories we can distribute across our channels. You can help develop the concept, framing, name, narrative, and creative execution behind our biggest partnerships, and helping our partners tell those stories powerfully themselves.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A body of work you’re genuinely proud of. We care far more about what you’ve made than the titles you’ve held or the number of years you’ve been doing it. You should be able to walk us through your best work piece by piece: the problem, the idea, the choices you made, what you personally contributed, and ultimately, whether it worked.
- Exceptional creative taste and judgment. You know great work when you see it, can articulate why it’s great, and have the conviction to push work until it gets there. Just as importantly, you know when an idea is trying too hard, when something is off-brand, and when your own fingerprints are making the work worse rather than better.
- You’re an exceptional storyteller and writer. You can take something complicated and find the simple, compelling story inside it. You care deeply about language and will happily obsess over a headline, a launch narrative, or a single line of copy until it feels inevitable.
- A strong point of view, and the ability to make it better through collaboration. We don’t want someone who waits for a brief and executes it. We want someone who can tell us what the brief should be, challenge the premise when necessary, elevate ideas coming from the team and our founders, and make a compelling case for a different direction.
- Real fluency in video as a creative medium. You don’t need to shoot, edit, animate, or produce. But you should deeply understand what makes video work, from the script and opening seconds to structure, pacing, emotion, and payoff. You should also understand why a great launch film, social video, customer story, and paid ad require very different creative choices.
- Experience making creative that has to perform. You’ve developed ads and campaigns where the work was ultimately accountable to results. You’ve seen the numbers, learned from them, iterated because of them, and know how to partner with paid acquisition teams without allowing performance marketing to turn into boring marketing.
- An instinct for getting attention without going off script. You understand how to make a brand noticeable, surprising, and culturally relevant without chasing attention for its own sake. Ideally, you can show us a creative risk you fought for that worked, and another you talked the room out of because it wasn’t right for the brand.
- The ability to lead through influence, not hierarchy. There’s no large creative organization reporting to you. Much of your impact will come from getting exceptional work out of designers, marketers, writers, video producers, agencies, and founders who don’t report to you. You know how to raise the creative bar without becoming a bottleneck.
- A great eye for design and deep respect for the craft. You don’t need to be a designer, but you should be able to work shoulder-to-shoulder with exceptional ones. Our Design Studio is led by a co-founder and operates with a very high bar; you’ll need the visual taste, vocabulary, and collaborative instincts to be a trusted creative partner to that team.
- Experience working closely with founders. You’re comfortable working with founders who care deeply about the product, brand, and details. You will need to extract the vision, challenge it when needed, and turn it into something better than either of you would have arrived at independently.
- An obsession with understanding what how to tell the world about we do and why it matters. The best creative work here will come from understanding Circle at a deep level: our product, customers, competitors, category, and where the market is going. You should genuinely enjoy developing that level of context rather than treating it as somebody else’s job.
- Exceptional communication skills. Circle is global, remote, and highly asynchronous. You’ll need outstanding written and verbal English (CEFR C2 or equivalent), and the ability to make your thinking clear enough that great work can move forward even when everyone isn’t in the same room.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Circle offers U.S.-benchmarked compensation globally, equity in the company with ongoing refresh grants, and 35 days of paid time off each year.
We’re a remote-only team that comes together twice a year for company retreats in incredible destinations around the world. Alongside incredible flexibility and autonomy, we offer a benefits package that supports health, wellbeing, and professional growth. Demonstrated ability to develop original show concepts, recurring formats, episode structures, and long-term content strategies.
Experience leading and directing external production agencies, studios, or creative teams, with final responsibility for creative decisions and quality.
Hands-on experience overseeing creative development, including treatments, scripts, casting, visual direction, editing, and final content approval.
Strong creative and editorial judgment, with the ability to critically assess concepts, provide actionable feedback, and improve content based on audience insights.
Experience developing brand-funded or brand-partnered entertainment that integrates brand objectives naturally without compromising entertainment value.
Ability to analyze YouTube performance metrics, including audience retention, engagement, and channel growth, and use these insights to refine or develop formats.
Confidence collaborating with senior brand stakeholders, presenting creative concepts, and defending strategic and editorial decisions.
Strong understanding of internet culture, emerging trends, online communities, creators, and subcultures.
Experience developing entertainment formats for international or multi-market audiences is highly desirable.
Experience working with creators, influencers, or celebrity talent, including casting and creative collaboration, is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with gaming, esports, and youth culture, particularly Gen Z and Gen Alpha audiences, is highly desirable.
Experience within beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or adjacent consumer categories is a plus, but not essential.
Ability to provide examples of previously developed or managed YouTube shows, including links, specific responsibilities, and measurable results.

Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
We're looking for an exceptional Motion Designer to help bring the Baseten brand to life.
This will be a defining role on the brand design team. You'll shape the motion language for Baseten and bring it to life across everything from product launches and social video to huge out-of-home campaigns, events, web, and experimental brand work.
We're building a brand in a market that's moving fast, and we want the work to feel just as ambitious. This isn't a role focused on turning out one-off animations or supporting an existing system - you'll help define and build the system, push it into places we haven’t thought about, and set the bar for motion across the company.
You'll partner closely with brand, product, marketing, and leadership to turn technical ideas into work that's clear, distinctive, and memorable.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and evolve the motion language for the Baseten brand.
- Create high-craft motion work across product launches, social, campaigns, web, events, and out-of-home.
- Concept and produce video content that makes highly technical products feel compelling.
- Think at every scale, from a five-second social clip to a Times Square takeover.
- Partner with brand designers to bring identity systems, typography, illustration, and product storytelling to life through motion.
- Experiment with new formats, tools, techniques, and emerging technology to push the brand into unexpected places.
- Build motion systems and principles that scale across the company.
- Work closely with product and product marketing to make launches feel like moments.
- Raise the bar for motion craft across everything Baseten puts into the world.
REQUIREMENTS
- An exceptional portfolio with a high bar for motion, visual design, and craft.
- Strong design fundamentals across typography, composition, pacing, sound, and storytelling, not just animation technique.
- Ability to own a project end to end, from rough concept through storyboarding, design, animation, and final production.
- Range across brand systems, product storytelling, campaign work, and more experimental ideas.
- Judgment about when something needs to be simple and precise and when there's room to make something people haven't seen before.
- Strong opinions about motion and brand, and the ability to articulate why something works or doesn't.
- Enthusiasm for technical products and the ability to communicate complex ideas without falling back on generic "AI" visuals.
- Comfort with a lot of ownership and ambiguity, and a high bar for quality.
- You want to help build a brand, not just execute against one.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. THE ROLE
We're looking for a Web Designer / Design Engineer to own baseten.co http://baseten.co day to day, from concept through production. You'll design and build landing pages, bring product launches to life, run experiments, improve conversion, and keep raising the quality bar on the site.
This is a high-ownership role on the brand design team, sitting between brand design and frontend engineering. We want the website to be one of the best expressions of the Baseten brand and one of the best developer-focused sites on the internet, which means treating it as a product that's constantly evolving rather than something we redesign every few years. You'll have a lot of autonomy to ship, while partnering closely with brand, product marketing, engineering, and leadership on bigger launches.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the design and frontend implementation of the Baseten marketing site.
- Ship landing pages, product pages, launches, and campaigns from concept through production.
- Improve the site continuously, finding and acting on opportunities to make it better rather than waiting for a redesign cycle.
- Partner with growth and product marketing to test messaging, layouts, and conversion improvements without sacrificing craft.
- Build polished interactions, motion, and details that make the site feel distinctly Baseten.
- Build and evolve the components, patterns, and design systems that let the team move quickly without lowering the bar.
- Turn complex technical products into clear, compelling web experiences.
- Prototype ambitious interactive and experimental ideas when a launch calls for it.
- Make it dramatically easier for the brand and marketing teams to get great work onto the internet.
- Set the bar for web design and frontend craft across the company.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in modern frontend development: React, Next.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Ability to move from Figma into code and own the final result in production.
- Deep attention to typography, layout, interaction, motion, and responsiveness.
- Systems thinking, with a track record of building reusable components and patterns instead of solving every page from scratch.
- Comfort experimenting, iterating, and using data to make a site more effective without turning it into a growth hack.
- Interest in technical products and the ability to make complex ideas feel clear without flattening them.
- Strong opinions about the web, and the ability to articulate why something works and why it doesn't.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with motion design, animation, or WebGL.
- Experience with Three.js, React Three Fiber, shaders, or creative coding.
- Experience building developer-focused or deeply technical websites.
- Experience working with DatoCMS.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
