About the Opportunity
The Americas Compliance team is hiring a Senior Compliance Manager to own compliance for OKXICE TSV. OKXICE TSV is the tokenized securities venue run by the OKX and Intercontinental Exchange joint venture under the SEC's Innovation Exemption, and it lets eligible US users trade tokenized US-listed stocks on-chain. You'll be the main person accountable for meeting the exemption's ongoing conditions. You'll work closely with Legal, Product, Web3 Risk Control and our AML, Sanctions and Surveillance teams. This is a new role on a new type of venue, so you'll help build the program as well as run it.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the compliance program for the venue's SEC exemption, including tracking each condition, testing controls and keeping records ready for regulatory examination.
Manage the venue's public notice: review revisions, control versions, and make sure the notice matches how the product actually works. This includes corrections and material-change filings within the required deadlines.
Run the issuer notice process from start to finish, including tracking delivery, handling objections and confirming each stock's listing date.
Track and monitor TSV limits on an ongoing basis, including per-stock and volume limits against consolidated market data, periodic tier rechecks, trading halts and eligible stablecoins. Escalate breaches, significant operational events and required SEC notifications.
Oversee participant onboarding and ongoing wallet maintenance and monitoring, including KYC/KYB, daily sanctions and on-chain wallet rescreening, keeping wallet-to-participant records current, and issuing and revoking the soulbound token (SBT) credential that grants access.
Report to the OKXICE LLC Board of Managers and to Americas Compliance leadership, and manage and develop a TSV Compliance Analyst.
What We Look For In You
8+ years of compliance experience at a broker-dealer, exchange, alternative trading system (ATS) or digital asset firm, with direct experience of SEC-regulated activity.
Working knowledge of the federal securities laws that apply to trading venues, such as Regulation ATS, Regulation NMS and market manipulation rules, plus the ability to apply them to new market structures.
Experience building or running compliance programs under regulatory conditions, exemptive relief or no-action positions.
Familiarity with how blockchain-based trading works, including self-custodied wallets, smart contracts, liquidity pools and on-chain screening.
Strong drafting skills, with experience turning complex technical or legal detail into clear public disclosures and procedures.
Sound judgment and the ability to work with Product, Engineering and Legal teams across time zones.
Nice to Haves
Experience with tokenized securities, transfer agents or digital asset broker-dealers.
Exposure to OFAC sanctions programs and blocked property handling for on-chain assets.
Experience reporting to a board or joint venture governance body.
A JD or a similar legal background.
Perks & Benefits

Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the role
Wolt is on a growth journey as part of the DoorDash family, together with Deliveroo.
Drive
is our delivery-as-a-service business: we let merchants offer fast, reliable delivery in their own channels (their webshop, app or ordering system), powered by the Wolt and Deliveroo courier networks. We're now bringing Drive across Wolt and Deliveroo countries together into
one EMEA business
, with one team and a clear ambition: grow fast and build a business that stands on its own feet.
A growing share of that scaling comes from outside restaurants: grocers, retailers, pharmacies and other eComm players who want on-demand and same-day delivery for their own customers. Their needs can be very different from restaurants: bigger baskets, scheduled and batched deliveries, larger and heavier items, longer distances and more complex integrations. This brings us to you, our next
Manager, Strategy & Operations
for Grocery & Retail Drive.
You'll own this segment across EMEA, from strategy and planning to pricing, product requirements and performance. You'll work hand in hand with our regional commercial teams, who own the partner relationships, and with Product, Logistics, Finance and our Marketplace grocery & retail teams. You'll join the Drive EMEA Strategy & Operations team and report to the Director of Strategy & Operations, Drive EMEA.
What you'll be doing
Own the
Grocery & Retail strategy and annual plan
for Drive EMEA: where we play, which partners we go after, and the growth and profitability we commit to.
Set the
commercial framework
for the segment, including pricing guidelines, deal economics and investment cases for our largest partnerships, together with the regional commercial leads.
Act as the
voice of grocery and retail partners
towards Product and Logistics, turning commercial needs such as scheduled delivery or large and heavy items into sized, prioritized requirements.
Run
performance management
for the segment: track growth, unit economics and service levels for our biggest partners, spot what's off and drive the fix with the teams involved.
Shape how Drive works with our
Marketplace grocery & retail teams
, so partners get one joined-up offer from us.
Turn wins into
playbooks
that country teams can reuse, from the first pitch to launch and scale-up.
Our humble expectations
5+ years of experience in strategy & operations, business development, commercial roles or management consulting, with a track record of owning outcomes, not just recommendations.
Strong commercial and analytical skills: you can build a deal P&L or a segment plan from scratch, and defend it in front of a partner's leadership or our own.
Proven ability to get things done across a matrix organization without direct authority, working with regional teams, Product, Logistics and Finance.
You use AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) in your daily work, for example in analysis, planning and ways of working, and look for new ways to apply them to elevate
you - whilst maintaining strong judgement that comes from personal understanding complex systems
Structured thinking and clear, concise communication in English, both written and spoken.
Willingness to travel occasionally across our EMEA markets.
Seen as a strong advantage:
Background in retail, grocery, e-commerce, logistics or on-demand delivery, either in-house or advising companies in these sectors.
Experience with B2B platform or delivery-as-a-service businesses.
Why you'll love it
🚀
Global and growing fast:
Be part of a fast-moving business at the moment it's being built, across two of Europe's best-known delivery brands
🛒
A segment to own:
Work with some of the biggest grocery and retail brands in Europe, and see what you write end up on the product roadmap
🤩
Ride of a lifetime:
Accelerate your career with direct access to DoorDash's global Drive experience and room to grow as the segment scales
💪
Instant impact:
Take ownership and make a difference
💙
Big hearts and small egos:
Surround yourself with smart, friendly people

Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The role:
Nebius is building the AI infrastructure that financial institutions will run AI on in production, from quantitative research and real-time risk to agentic workflows in banks and insurers.
The Field CTO for Financial Services is a senior technical leadership role at the intersection of production GPU infrastructure and the regulated business of financial services. You will lead the technical side of the vertical: the architecture conversation with CTOs and heads of research infrastructure, the technical content of regulated-buyer diligence, the reference architectures for financial workloads, and the product requirements that come out of the field.
Financial institutions buy AI infrastructure differently from most customers. Quantitative funds and AI-native fintechs buy GPU capacity directly and judge it on price-performance, availability, and how the cluster behaves under their own workloads. Banks and insurers add a second review: security, third-party risk, data residency, and exit planning are assessed before a deal reaches architecture discussions. You will earn the trust of both kinds of buyer and help make Nebius an approved supplier to financial institutions.
You will work alongside the Head of Financial Services, Sales, Security and GRC, Product, and Engineering. The role begins as a hands-on individual contributor, with a clear path to building and leading forward deployed engineers as the vertical scales.
This is a ground-floor opportunity to define how financial institutions run AI in production on a specialized AI cloud.
You are welcome to work remotely from the United States (New York City preferred). Travel expectations are 10% to 20% for customer visits, executive meetings, and key industry events.
Your responsibilities will include:
Executive Technical Leadership:
Serve as the technical face of Nebius to financial services customers, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders. Lead architecture workshops and technical discovery with CTOs, heads of quant and ML platforms, and CIOs, showing technical buyers how Nebius performs on their own workloads and institutions how the architecture fits their control framework.
Lighthouse Deal Support:
Partner with Sales leadership on strategic financial services deals, including workload-level cost comparisons against on-premises and hyperscaler options.
Regulated-Buyer Diligence:
Work with Security, GRC, and Legal to turn our SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications, and our alignment with frameworks such as DORA, into answers that third-party risk teams accept. Cover data residency, tenant isolation, key management, audit logging, resilience evidence, concentration risk, and exit and portability plans. Flag gaps early and bring them to Product as requirements.
Architectural Guidance:
Define reference architectures for financial workloads: quantitative research and backtesting, real-time risk and fraud inference, LLM and agentic workflows in KYC, AML, and document processing, and fine-tuning on sensitive proprietary data.
Technical Product Strategy:
Translate what you learn in accounts into prioritized, evidence-backed requirements for Product, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams, and keep a structured feedback loop so R&D can act on them.
Field Enablement:
Act as a force multiplier for the sales organization by creating the technical narrative, reference architectures, and training materials that help Field SAs and sellers engage financial services buyers credibly.
Ecosystem & M&A:
Partner with ecosystem vendors (market and reference data providers, model risk and AI governance tooling, trading and risk platforms, systems integrators) to identify integration opportunities and evaluate potential technical M&A targets.
Team Building:
Build and lead forward deployed engineers as the vertical grows, setting how they scope, deliver, and hand learnings back to Product.
We expect you to have:
10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, distributed systems, or a closely related technical domain, including 5+ years in AI, ML, or MLOps with exposure to production or large-scale systems.
Prior experience in a senior technical leadership role, for example Field CTO, CTO or technical co-founder of a fintech or AI-native company, head of quant or ML platform, or principal-level architect on a cloud vendor financial services team.
Dual Competency:
You can draw a distributed system on a whiteboard for engineers and explain its value and risk profile to a CIO or a Chief Risk Officer.
GTM Fluency:
Experience partnering with Sales to close large enterprise deals and enabling field teams with technical assets.
Product-Minded Leadership:
You have defined requirements from field evidence and shaped platform strategy. You are comfortable telling a customer no when a request would create technical debt, and proposing a better alternative.
Mastery of the Stack:
Expert-level, production-grade knowledge of GPU architectures, Kubernetes and Slurm orchestration including Soperator, high-performance and parallel file systems, and networking constraints (InfiniBand and Ethernet).
Inference Optimization:
You understand the nuances of model serving, including batch sizes, quantization, KV caching, and latency tradeoffs, and can architect for both massive throughput and latency-sensitive demands such as real-time risk and fraud scoring.
Financial Services Fluency:
First-hand experience in at least one of capital markets and quant research infrastructure, bank or insurer AI platforms, AI-native fintech, or an FSI technical role at a cloud or GPU provider, plus working knowledge of how regulated buyers review vendors: data residency, third-party and concentration risk, and model risk management expectations (for example SR 11-7 in the US).
Builder Mentality:
You arrive with your own point of view on where financial institutions are heading with AI infrastructure and pursue it without waiting to be directed. You are comfortable starting as a hands-on individual contributor and growing into a team.
Public Technical Voice:
Conference talks, writing, or open-source work that shows credibility with engineering and executive audiences.
Communication:
Strong executive presence, capable of influencing product teams and leadership through clarity and credibility.
Comfort in Ambiguity:
Experience operating in fast-moving environments (hyperscalers, cloud platforms, or advanced AI startups) where requirements are evolving.
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with quantitative research infrastructure, low-latency trading systems, or model risk management in a regulated institution.
Familiarity with the hybrid and on-premises GPU environments financial institutions run.
Strategic Empathy:
The ability to distinguish customers who need raw cluster access from those who need managed endpoints, and the judgment to prescribe the right path.
Why Nebius:
Build Solutions:
You will shape how financial institutions run AI in production on a specialized AI cloud.
Scale:
Opportunity to help build the Financial Services vertical from the ground up.
Frontier Technology:
Work at the frontier of AI infrastructure, agentic workflows, and financial intelligence alongside leading customers and partners.
Strategic Impact:
Real influence over product direction, platform strategy, and ecosystem development.
Ownership:
Join a team that values technical depth, ownership, and speed of execution.
Mission:
Help define how intelligence moves from the data center into trading desks, risk engines, and the operations of banks and insurers.

What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 17M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.
Reports to: Senior Manager, Channel Marketing
Location: Remote US
Compensation Range: $125,000 to $135,000 base plus bonus and equity
What You’ll Do:
As the Worldwide Channel Programs, Enablement & Portal Manager, you will assist in the management of the Huntress Channel Program(s), create and manage related enablement, and own the day-to-day operations of the Huntress partner portal to ensure every partner (MSP, reseller, distributor, referral partner, etc.) gets a white-glove experience from onboarding through ongoing engagement. You'll be the voice of the partner in the portal and the voice of the portal across Huntress internally.
Your work doesn't stop at keeping the portal running. You'll drive the engagement programs that get partners into the portal and using the tools, trainings, and activations we roll out. You'll also lead program enablement in two directions. Internally, you'll make sure Huntress teams know how to promote and engage with the partner program. Externally, you'll make sure partners clearly understand what the program is and how to get the most out of the portal.
Responsibilities:
Portal Operations
: Own the day-to-day management of the partner portal (PRM), including content and asset updates, announcements, training uploads, user access, and partner support. Ensure the experience is accurate, current, and consistent across partner types and regions.
White-Glove Partner Experience
: Serve as the first line of support for portal questions, login issues, and workflow challenges. Identify friction in the partner journey and work to resolve it quickly.
Portal Roadmap & Optimization
: Partner with Channel Programs leadership to shape the portal roadmap, including page structure, navigation, and new feature rollouts. Recommend improvements based on partner feedback and usage data.
Partner Engagement Programs
: Design and run engagement initiatives such as launch campaigns, contests, incentives, and nurture communications that drive portal adoption and participation in program activations.
External Program Enablement
: Make the partner program easy to understand and use. Create onboarding journeys, how-to guides, walkthroughs, webinars, and training content that show partners what the program offers (tiers, benefits, opt-in programs, MDF, deal registration, and more) and how to access it in the portal.
Internal Program Enablement
: Equip Sales, Account Management, Partner Managers, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to confidently promote the partner program. Develop internal playbooks, talk tracks, FAQs, and regular updates on program changes and new launches.
Global Program Consistency
: Support program rollout across regions (NA, EMEA, APAC), partnering with regional teams to adapt messaging, content, and enablement to local partner needs while keeping the experience consistent worldwide.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
: Work closely with Sales Operations, Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Demand Gen, and Product to make sure program and product announcements reach partners at the right time and in the right place.
Measurement & Reporting
: Track and report on portal adoption, active users, training completion, content engagement, and program participation. Use the data to refine engagement strategy and show the impact of enablement efforts to leadership.
What You Bring To The Team:
4+ years of experience
in channel programs, partner operations, partner marketing, or partner enablement, ideally within a SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
Portal/PRM Expertise
: Hands-on experience administering a partner portal or PRM platform, with a strong sense of what makes a partner experience intuitive and engaging.
Enablement Skills
: Proven ability to build and deliver clear, practical enablement for both internal teams and external partners (MSPs, Resellers, VARs, Distributors).
Engagement Mindset
: Track record of running programs that drive adoption, such as campaigns, incentives, or contests, and of measuring what works.
Operational Excellence
: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workflows, deadlines, and stakeholders at once in a fast-paced environment.
Communication
: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain a complex program simply and to influence across teams and regions.
Service Orientation
: A genuine passion for partner success and the instinct to go the extra mile to resolve issues and make partners feel supported.
Data Literacy
: Comfortable using PRM, CRM, and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and reporting dashboards to track program health and partner activity.

Location: Chicago; Minneapolis
THE ROLE
As an Enterprise Solutions Architect at ClickHouse, you'll own the technical side of the sales cycle for enterprise accounts in the North Central United States. This role serves our Enterprise segment across the North Central region, and the ideal candidate would be based in Minneapolis or Chicago.
You'll engage with data platform engineers, architects, SRE, and the VP who owns the standard - and your job is to design something that satisfies all of them and then prove it at production scale. Getting an enterprise team there usually means moving them off something else, so most of your work is making that migration credible: the architecture, benchmarks run against their own data, and a plan their engineers believe they can execute.
This is a role for engineers who want the hard version of the problem: real scale, real constraints, and an incumbent to displace. Prior pre-sales experience helps but isn't required - technical depth is non-negotiable.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Own the technical evaluation for enterprise accounts - from discovery through POC or competitive bake-off, architecture sign-off, security review, and first production workload.
- Engage across a wider set of stakeholders than a single team: data platform engineers, architects, SRE, security, and the executive who owns the standard. Design solutions that hold up with all of them in the room.
- Design for production scale - sizing, sharding and replication strategy, ingestion topology, tiered storage, cost modeling, and what happens when something fails at 3am.
- Win competitive displacements against Elasticsearch, Splunk, Snowflake, BigQuery, Druid, Pinot, and homegrown systems, using benchmarks the customer's own team can reproduce.
- Own the migration plan - sequencing, dual-run, validation, and cutover - so the customer's team can see exactly how they get to production.
- Clear the security and procurement path: questionnaires, compliance artifacts, network and identity architecture, and BYOC or private deployment requirements.
- Partner closely with Enterprise AEs to progress and close opportunities - you own the technical win, they own the commercial close. Build the TCO case against the incumbent/competition together.
- Advocate for customer needs internally with Product and Engineering - you're the voice of the technical buyer inside ClickHouse.
- Contribute reference architectures, benchmark harnesses, migration guides, and objection handling material that help the team scale what's working.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Deep technical foundation in data infrastructure - built through experience as a data engineer, platform engineer, software engineer, DBA, or solutions architect.
- Production experience with analytical databases (ClickHouse, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Druid, Pinot, Vertica) and with operating them, not just querying them.
- Distributed systems judgment: partitioning, replication, consistency trade-offs, query execution, and a felt sense for where things break under load.
- Fluency across the modern data stack - Kafka and CDC pipelines, orchestration, object storage, BI tools, and at least one major cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) at architecture level.
- Experience running a technical evaluation against a named competitor and winning it, including designing the migration off the incumbent and the parts of it that are genuinely hard.
- Customer-facing experience with real stakes - pre-sales, consulting, technical account management, or a staff-level engineering role that put you in front of customers.
- Strong written and verbal communication. You can whiteboard with a staff engineer in the morning and present to a VP of Engineering in the afternoon.
- Comfort with longer cycles and more stakeholders. Enterprise evaluations don't close in three weeks, and you know how to keep one moving without letting it stall.
- Willingness to say ClickHouse isn't the right tool for a given workload when that's true.
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.
- Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare.
- Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options.
- Time off - Flexible time off in the US, generous entitlement in other countries.
- A USD$500 Home office setup if you’re a remote employee.
- Global Gatherings – We believe in the power of in-person connection and offer opportunities to engage with colleagues at company-wide offsites.
CULTURE - WE ALL SHAPE IT
As part of a rapidly scaling start-up, you will be instrumental in shaping our culture.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Deployment Strategist, you'll work as part of a driven and creative team of Forward Deployed Engineers, Go to Market professionals, Product Engineers and other Strategists to deploy ElevenAgents, our enterprise AI platform, against the challenging problems our customers face. Your mission is to synthesize disconnected streams of thought into a cohesive understanding of what the most important problem is, what the existing workflows are, what the product needs, what users are motivated by, and where the impact could be.
No two days are the same, but as a Deployment Strategist you can expect to:
- Meet with strategic customers to deeply understand their AI transformation goals and locate their biggest pain points, particularly around customer-facing and operational workflows powered by AI agents.
- Own flagship deals end-to-end — from identifying the right use case to structuring commercial terms (including outcome-based pricing, license fees, and implementation arrangements) and driving them to close.
- Embed yourself deeply inside strategic customers: act as a trusted partner with a provisioned account, spend meaningful time onsite, and own delivery outcomes as if you were part of their team.
- Identify high-impact use cases through close engagement with customer problems and workflows, and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to bring them to life.
- Guide customers on best practices for deploying our products (e.g. ElevenAgents); including agent design, agent orchestration, production readiness to maximize adoption and impact.
- Scope out potential applications in new industries and expand our AI solutions across different sectors globally.
- Present the results of our work and proposals for future work to audiences ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives.
- Collaborate with our Research teams to feed field insights back into ElevenLabs' platform and models, helping shape the roadmap.
- Build and deliver compelling demos of ElevenAgents and our broader AI technology to new and existing customers.
- Collaborate daily with customers' engineering and executive teams to ensure agents reach production and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity. Direct enterprise customer experience is preferred.
- Experience in product development, delivery, and change management
- Commercial instinct: comfort engaging in deal conversations, structuring value propositions, and navigating enterprise sales cycles alongside GTM partners.
- Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration, sufficient to prototype, demo, and communicate credibly with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; particularly the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and structure clear logic in pursuit of optimal solutions.
- A proven track record of taking ownership of complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results.
- Adaptability to work across different customer environments, industries, and technical use cases.
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with common LLM, tooling and AI agent frameworks.
- Ability to creatively map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
THE ROLE
Alan’s Insurance Compliance Counsel, you will be Alan's expert on insurance compliance and consumer protection regulation. You will define how regulatory obligations translate into Alan's tools, processes, and products. You will own the compliance posture on your perimeter, proactively manage our exposure, and be the primary interface with regulators on the topics you cover.
You will also be a key connector between the compliance function, internal control, and the audit processes Alan conducts - ensuring audit findings are properly digested, remediated, and embedded into how we operate.
As Alan expands into new markets, you will play a central role in ensuring our compliance standards travel with us: adapting Group frameworks to local requirements and helping stand up the right compliance foundations in new geographies.
The role sits within the Legal Area in the Corporate Unit, and involves close daily collaboration with the Legal, Insurance, Operations, Sales, Care, and Product teams across all of Alan's markets.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

An overview of this role
As a Staff Regional Marketing Manager, you will own regional marketing for the sales team in your territory and set the standard for how the regional team plans and runs its work. You will choose, plan, and run the events and campaigns that create, expand, and accelerate pipeline in your region, and you will move easily between high-level strategy and creative, detailed execution. Staff is a leadership-level individual contributor role: you lead through the work you build and ship, not through direct reports. In a modern marketing organization, that means building and running your own plans, programs, measurement, and AI-assisted automation instead of handing them off, and it suits builders who are comfortable being a leader without a team to manage. Your audience is CIOs, CTOs, VPs of engineering and platform, and the security leaders who govern how their teams ship software. You will judge audience quality by seniority and buying role, not headcount, so you will need to understand how they work and what they want from a vendor.
You will support both direct and channel sales teams, work with GitLab partners on Channel and Alliance Marketing activities, and partner with external agencies and third parties to prepare and run campaigns. As a senior individual contributor, you will mentor other regional marketers, help build and improve team process, and share best practices with regional peers by planning and operating transparently. Your impact is measured in pipeline: the target is 10X spend contribution to sales pipeline for your region, with your regional budget spent within 5% variance. This role supports one of our sales regions (AMER, EMEA, or APAC), and involves travel up to 50% of the time.
What You’ll Do
Drive results for your region as its marketing leader: own the pipeline and growth outcomes, and go beyond events and experiences to bring partners in to drive marketing across channels, in support of growth through our revenue team.
Adapt digital and content marketing programs to the needs of your regional sales team.
Create, expand, and accelerate sales opportunities through regional and account-focused campaigns that promote GitLab’s products and services, within the marketing strategy.
Set regional event and campaign strategy, with discretion over which events and campaigns best support regional sales goals, and manage events onsite, including logistics, booth staffing, and swag.
Project manage every campaign from start to finish, following the GitLab process, so each one meets its objectives, arrives on time, and stays within budget, then measure and report on its effectiveness.
Lead cross-functional work to drive demand generation and regional marketing plans, and advocate for your sales region within marketing and for marketing with your sales team.
Support Channel and Alliance Marketing activities with GitLab partners, from campaign approval through execution.
Work with external agencies and third parties to prepare, manage, and execute campaigns.
Mentor and guide regional marketing specialists and managers, and lead in building and driving process within the team.
What You’ll Bring
Proven ability to build and execute a regional strategy, with a record of delivering, accelerating, and expanding sales pipeline through regional marketing.
Experience supporting both direct sales and channel sales teams, and in enterprise solution demand creation and regional marketing.
Exemplary analytical skills and a proven aptitude for using data to optimize program performance and inform future strategies.
Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to convey ideas and data clearly in writing and in presentations to a variety of audiences, without a fear of over-communicating. You plan and operate transparently and share best practices with other regional marketers.
A proven aptitude for building and driving a budget within your territory, and extreme attention to program details and deadlines.
The capacity to empathize with CIOs, CTOs, VPs of engineering and platform, and the security leaders who govern how their teams ship software, and a passion for, and substantial understanding of, the developer tools, IT operations tools, and/or IT security markets.
Ability to use GitLab, and you share our
values
and work in accordance with them.
Ability to travel up to 50% and to comply with the company’s travel policy.

500M+ downloads. 80M+ monthly users. A decade of building – and we’re still accelerating.
Flo is the world’s #1 health & fitness app worldwide on a mission to build a better future for female health. Backed by a $200M investment led by General Atlantic, we became the first product of our kind to reach a $1B valuation in 2024 – and we’re not slowing down.
With 7M paid subscribers and the highest-rated experience in the App Store’s health category, we’ve spent 10 years earning trust at scale. Now, we’re building the next generation of digital health – AI-powered, privacy-first, clinically backed – to help our users know their body better.
The job
This is a 3-month, full-time freelance contract, fully remote within the UK.
You're a performance copywriter who writes fast and well on any platform. You'll own one of our established focus areas, such as Track & Symptoms, and be responsible for its copy and its day-to-day results. You'll work from Creative Strategy briefs and take the copy end to end, from concept through production, testing and iteration. You produce a high volume of different ideas, adapt each one to the platform and funnel, read your own results, and use AI to widen your exploration without lowering the bar.
What you'll do
Own your TTC & Pregnancy copy across Meta, Google, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, Moloco and ASO, working from Creative Strategy briefs and giving input on them
Own the area's day-to-day results: watch what's losing spend in Looker and refresh it before it drops off
Write new hooks, angles, scripts and variants every week; each one should test a different idea, not reword the last one
Make sure each ad fits the funnel it sends people to, web or app, and carries through to onboarding
Work closely with designers and motion designers so copy and visuals land as one idea
Propose new tests with a simple hypothesis and the metric that should decide them
Use Claude and ChatGPT for variation and summarising results, and Sensor Tower and HookRadar to find new angles; edit AI output critically
Write launch and awareness copy for your area with Brand, and support social when needed
Write compliant benefit messaging before legal and medical review, and give feedback to junior copywriters
What you'll bring
About 2–4 years in performance or direct-response copywriting, in-house or at an agency
A portfolio of live ads across several platforms, including a test where you can say what won and what you changed next
An understanding of how copy and success metrics differ by platform, e.g. thumb-stop and CTR on TikTok vs. conversion on an App Store page
Confident daily use of AI tools, with the judgment to know when output isn't good enough
Judgment on health claims, and care when writing about personal health topics
Native-level English, and the ability to explain why a line should work
Nice to have
Experience at a health, wellness or subscription app
ASO experience
Additional languages
Please note: the benefits listed below are for permanent Flo employees and don’t apply to freelance contracts.
How we work
We’re a mission-led, product-driven team. We move fast, stay focused and take ownership – from brief to build to impact. Debate is encouraged. Decisions are shared. We care about craft, ship with purpose, and always raise the bar.
You’ll be working with people who take their work seriously, not themselves. It takes commitment, resilience, and the drive to keep going when things get tough. Because better health outcomes are worth it.
What you'll get
We support impact with meaningful reward. Here’s what that looks like:
Competitive salary and annual reviews
Opportunity to participate in Flo’s performance incentive scheme
Paid holiday, sick leave, and female health leave
Enhanced parental leave and pay for maternity, paternity, same-sex and adoptive parents
Accelerated professional growth through world-changing work and learning support
In-person collaboration and work in a hybrid model, with 3 days per week spent in the office
5-week fully paid sabbatical at 5-year Floversary
Flo Premium for friends & family, plus more health, pension and wellbeing perks
Diversity, equity and inclusion
Our strength is in our differences. At Flo, hiring is based on merit, skill and what you bring to the role – nothing else. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer, and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds, communities and identities. Read our
