ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will be a front-line manager to a group of Account Managers who are responsible for hunting, pitching, and expanding the existing customer base at Ramp.
You'll lead a group of 6-8 Account Managers, each carrying a book of 60-70 Enterprise customers with real latitude over how they grow it. This is a build role, not a maintain role: the playbooks, coaching systems, and performance bar you set are the ones this team runs on next year. Your ceiling is set by how well you turn individual AM judgment into a repeatable, scalable motion that grows the segment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and run a high-performing team of 6-8 Account Managers - setting the bar for culture, morale, and daily execution.
- Get embedded in the relationships that matter. Engage directly with key customers and top accounts alongside your team, building trust and long-term partnership.
- Own the number. Manage quota performance and pipeline generation across your team to hit spend activation, product activation, retention, and expansion goals.
- Forecast and report team performance to senior leadership with clear-eyed visibility into what's working and what isn't.
- Hire and develop the next generation of AMs - training on product, buyer personas, competition, and tooling through role-plays, game film, and real deal work.
- Coach relentlessly. Run daily 1:1s, dissect call feedback, lead enablement sessions, and build career paths for every rep on your team.
- Turn what works into a system. Continuously refine team processes and tooling to improve output and efficiency as the segment scales.
- Represent Account Management cross-functionally, partnering with Sales, CX, CSM, Risk, and Product to remove blockers and drive outcomes.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Minimum 5 years of quota-carrying sales or account management experience as an individual contributor, with a proven, consistent track record of exceeding goals (new business or cross-sell/upsell experience mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years building and leading account management or sales teams, with a track record of exceeding goal (new business or cross-sell/upsell experience mandatory)
- Prior success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally at SaaS or AI companies
- A genuine passion for hiring, with a thoughtful approach to talent development
- Ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value to customers, including C-Suite and executive leaders
- Strong track record negotiating, structuring, and executing complex agreements
- Proficiency with data analytics tools (Salesforce, Looker, Excel) and a bias toward using data to drive decisions
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills, backed by excellent communication and presentation ability.
- High agency and adaptability - no two days are the same, and the only constant is change
- A desire and willingness to jump headfirst into complex, challenging problems for the good of the business.
Great to Haves
- Experience at a high-growth, top SaaS/AI startup
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE ROLE
LangChain is looking for a GTM Enablement Program Manager to help keep our growing go-to-market organization informed, enabled, and ready to execute as our products and company evolve.
We operate in one of the fastest-moving areas of technology. Our products evolve quickly, new capabilities launch frequently, and the knowledge our GTM teams rely on is constantly changing. As we scale, we need a strong operating system that ensures sellers understand what we're building, why it matters, how to talk about it, and where to find the information they need.
This role will own three critical areas of our enablement engine: Product Enablement, GTM Knowledge & Content, and Enablement Communications.
You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to turn product changes and company knowledge into scalable training, resources, communications, and systems for GTM.
Working with cross funtional subject matter experts, your job is to turn messaging, trainings, and artifacts into field readiness—making sure GTM can learn it, find it, understand it, and use it.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
OWN PRODUCT ENABLEMENT
- Own the product enablement engine. Stay closely connected to Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing to understand what's changing, determine the impact to GTM, and partner with these SMEs to build practical field enablement.
- Own GTM readiness for product launches and major changes. Build the enablement plan from initial intake through launch, including training, communications, resource publication, reinforcement, and ongoing maintenance.
- Build and maintain product training. Create and continuously improve product curriculum in our LMS and Content Hub so sellers have a clear learning path across our platform, products, use cases, positioning, and value.
- Run live product enablement. Determine when asynchronous learning isn't enough, coordinate the right SMEs, and facilitate live sessions, workshops, demos, and deeper product training.
- Measure readiness and close gaps. Use feedback, participation, knowledge checks, field questions, and other signals to understand where GTM needs additional reinforcement.
OWN GTM KNOWLEDGE & CONTENT
- Own the GTM knowledge system. Make it easy for sellers to quickly find accurate, relevant, and current information across our Content Hub, LMS, and other GTM systems.
- Build scalable information architecture and governance. Establish clear taxonomy, templates, ownership, review cadences, freshness standards, and archival processes that keep GTM knowledge organized and current.
- Manage the content lifecycle. Ensure training, product resources, competitive guidance, FAQs, recordings, and other enablement materials stay current as the business changes—and remove or archive information that is no longer relevant.
- Operationalize canonical GTM content. Partner with Product Marketing and other subject matter experts to ensure approved messaging, competitive guidance, objection handling, and other core GTM knowledge is consistently structured, maintained, and accessible.
- Build for humans and AI. Structure GTM knowledge so both sellers and AI-powered tools can reliably retrieve and use accurate context. Explore ways AI can improve content discovery, maintenance, gap detection, and enablement workflows.
OWN ENABLEMENT COMMUNICATIONS & CADENCE
- Own the GTM enablement communications engine. Manage Weekly Trace and other recurring enablement communications, consolidating product, program, and company updates into clear guidance for the field: What changed? Why does it matter? Where can I learn more? What do I need to do?
- Run our recurring enablement cadence. Own the operational execution behind weekly enablement, including the calendar, SME coordination, materials, recordings, recaps, and follow-through.
- Create signal from noise. Build predictable ways for GTM to stay current without requiring sellers to monitor dozens of Slack channels, documents, and product updates.
- Improve the enablement operating system. Identify breakdowns in how information moves from Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, and other teams into GTM—and build scalable systems rather than continually working around them.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years of experience in GTM enablement, product enablement, sales enablement, enablement operations, or a related role in a B2B technology company.
- Experience owning product enablement programs, including product launches, training, ongoing curriculum, and field communications.
- Experience building or managing product training for Sales or broader GTM audiences.
- Strong technical curiosity. You don't need to be an engineer, but you should want to understand technical products deeply enough to explain them clearly and accurately.
- Ability to translate complex product information into practical seller guidance: what it is, why it matters, who it's for, how to position it, and when to use it.
- Experience organizing and maintaining a GTM knowledge or content system—not just creating individual pieces of content.
- Strong understanding of content governance, information architecture, taxonomy, and knowledge lifecycle management.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to turn a large volume of information into clear, concise, actionable guidance.
- Strong program management skills. You can manage multiple workstreams, SMEs, launches, deadlines, and recurring programs without losing the details.
- High ownership and follow-through. You don't wait for someone to tell you that a launch isn't ready, information is outdated, or a process is broken—you proactively drive it to resolution.
- A builder mentality. You're comfortable starting with an imperfect system, creating a V1, learning from users, and continuously improving it.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations.
- AI fluency and curiosity about how structured knowledge can power agents, search, content generation, and internal GTM workflows.
- Experience with knowledge-management platforms such as Notion and learning-management systems such as WorkRamp is a plus.
- Familiarity with developer tools, AI/ML infrastructure, LLM applications, or agentic AI is a plus.
Compensation: $150,000-180,000 base salary + options
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. About NRS
National Retail Solutions (NRS) is a leading provider of point-of-sale, payment, and digital solutions to tens of thousands of independent retailers across the United States and Canada. As a major player in the retail technology industry, NRS is expanding into next-generation cloud platforms, high-throughput retail ecosystems, and advanced analytics solutions.
We are building modern, highly scalable systems designed specifically for high-volume retail operations and real-time reporting. This project represents one of the most significant technical initiatives in NRS’s history and offers a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor of a major strategic expansion.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a
Senior Full Stack Engineer
based in Minsk, Belarus to join our distributed engineering team. In this role, you will help architect and build core components of NRS’s next-generation retail platform. You will focus heavily on robust backend services written in Golang, high-throughput query performance, and leveraging ClickHouse for real-time reporting and large-scale data modeling, alongside modern front-end architectures using Vue.js and micro-frontends
Experience with columnar/OLAP databases like
ClickHouse
is highly desired to support our analytical engine, but deep, hands-on mastery of SQL, data indexing, and database performance profiling is the primary requirement.
You will work closely with engineering leadership, product managers, and architects across Israel, Belarus, and the U.S., contributing meaningfully to the technical direction, data architecture, and scalability of our products.
This position requires
3 days a week in-office work
at our office in Minsk to collaborate in person with local engineering peers, along with regular remote collaboration across our global teams
Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership & Architecture
Architect, build, and maintain high-performance full-stack applications—ranging from real-time analytics dashboards to reporting pipelines—with a strong focus on
Golang
for backend microservices and
Vue.js
on the front end.
Design, model, and optimize high-speed relational and analytical data stores—writing advanced SQL queries, materialized views, aggregation logic, and indexing strategies to power real-time reporting dashboards.
Leverage analytical data stores (ideally
ClickHouse
) to build ultra-efficient reporting engines and handle high-throughput data ingestion.
Design and implement modular micro-frontend architectures to support scalable, independently deployable UI components across team boundaries.
Take end-to-end ownership of core system components, high-throughput backend APIs, and event-driven microservices.
Drive architectural design, technical planning, query optimization, and engineering best practices across the team.
Ensure platform scalability, low latency, fault tolerance, and secure service design.
Execution & Delivery
Write clean, maintainable, highly efficient, and well-tested Go and JavaScript/TypeScript code.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams in the U.S. and locally to translate complex requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
Uphold code quality through thorough code reviews; we use AI-assisted tooling (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) as part of our workflow.
Debug, profile, and optimize complex SQL queries, execution plans, database locks, and distributed backend microservices.
Collaboration & Culture
Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to support continuous delivery.
Communicate effectively across time zones and collaborate seamlessly with global engineering leadership.
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of full-stack development experience
, with at least
2 years in a senior or lead capacity
.
Solid Backend Expertise in Go:
Proven track record of designing, building, and scaling Go-based microservices, concurrent applications, and REST/gRPC APIs.
Deep SQL Mastery & Data Modeling:
Expert-level knowledge of SQL, including writing complex joins, subqueries, query execution plan analysis (EXPLAIN), indexing strategies, schema normalization/denormalization, and performance profiling for large-scale reporting datasets.
Modern Frontend & Micro-Frontend Mastery:
Strong hands-on experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks—specifically
Vue.js
(Vue 3 / Composition API).
Demonstrated experience designing or working within micro-frontend architectures (e.g., Module Federation, single-spa, component isolation).
Experience building end-to-end SaaS products, microservices, or complex distributed web platforms.
Proficiency with Linux/Unix environments, Git, and CI/CD automation workflows.
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to lead technical initiatives independently.
Excellent English communication skills with experience collaborating with remote/U.S.-based stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
ClickHouse / OLAP Experience:
Direct hands-on experience with ClickHouse or other columnar/analytical databases (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) is a
strong plus
.
Working knowledge of
PHP
(legacy service integration/migration).
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (
Docker, Kubernetes
).
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (ideally
AWS
).
Knowledge of real-time communication technologies (
WebSockets, gRPC, Kafka, or NATS
).

People Programs at Ramp builds the programs that shape how employees experience the company day to day; from someone's first week to the moments that define Ramp's culture company-wide. As Ramp scales, we need someone dedicated to building that function and taking our foundations to the next level.
In this role, you'll own programs like onboarding, manager enablement, engagement surveys, and the company-wide culture and recognition programs that shape how Ramp works, to name a few. You'll work closely with People Business Partners, People Operations, and Comms to make these programs land and thrive.
This work is high impact and high visibility. This is a hands-on, build-from-scratch role for someone with strong judgment who owns things fully.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build your own roadmap by pulling signal from engagement survey results, PBP and manager input, and People Ops, then make the call on what to build, improve, delegate, or stop.
- Own onboarding effectiveness — from pre-start through the first week — so every new hire's first experience of Ramp reflects how we work and our culture, partnering with People Ops and IT on day-to-day logistics
- Own the performance review cycle's program design — timeline, tools, and the manager/employee experience — partnering with PBPs on calibration and outcomes
- Build and own manager enablement as a standalone program: design the content, frameworks, and moments that help managers lead well, in partnership with PBPs on delivery
- Conceive, build, and run company-wide culture-building programs, fully owning logistics and content end-to-end
- Own recognition programming: how we surface and celebrate what's worth celebrating across the company and the rituals/milestones that make Ramp's culture tangible day to day
- Own the biannual engagement survey: design, run, and work with People Business Partners to translate results into action
- Be the trusted voice on what we should build in-house versus buy (tools, vendors, platforms) for people programs, grounded in judgment about what's worth the investment, not a default toward either
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5+ years owning people/culture programs end-to-end at a high-growth company - from ideation through hands-on execution
- A builder's track record: you've created programming that didn't exist before, not adapted someone else's playbook
- Strong facilitation and executive presence. You’re comfortable being the face of a program in front of the whole company, not just behind the scenes
- Comfortable with data: you can read engagement survey results and program metrics and turn them into a point of view, not just a report
- Proven ability to partner across functions (PBPs, Comms, Enablement, leadership)
- First-principles thinker who can turn ambiguity into a scalable framework: you don't need a rule book, but you can build one when it's missing
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

OUR USE OF AI IN HIRING
We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically:
- Ashby and Brainerr help us review inbound applications by surfacing candidates who best match the role requirements we've defined. This tool does not make hiring decisions; it helps our team prioritize which applications to review first.
- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.
All hiring decisions are made by humans. Our team reviews applications, conducts interviews, and makes final selections. AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws. Your data is not used to train AI models.
