We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
We are hiring a Sourcing Manager, Technology Services to join our high-performing procurement team! In this position, you will champion sourcing, contracting, and supplier management for Technology & Digital Services throughout Hasbro, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliated entities, including Wizards of the Coast, LLC — handling an expansive, multi-entity portfolio covering SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, hardware, network, data centers, security tools, managed services, and IT professional services.
You will work closely with Technology, Legal, Finance, and business partners across the enterprise to deliver outcomes that optimize speed, risk, and value. We adopt change, think big, and believe procurement is a strategic function — not just a back-office one. In this role, you will handle the entire sourcing process for Technology & Digital Services — from RFQs and RFPs through supplier assessment, negotiation, and contract finalization — while owning the full contract lifecycle, including renewal planning, auto-renewal management, risk identification, and compliance monitoring. Partnering with IT Security, Data Privacy, and Enterprise Architecture ensures every vendor meets our compliance and risk standards before contract execution.
On the commercial side, negotiating favorable terms — unit pricing, volume discounts, renewal price caps, payment terms, and SLA protections — goes hand in hand with capturing and reporting savings, cost avoidance, and working capital benefits through Hasbro's procurement savings framework. Spend data, market benchmarks, and vendor intelligence inform strategy and drive favorable pricing decisions across the portfolio. Your expertise in procurement will be crucial in driving outstanding results and flawless management of all sourcing activities. You will bring a proven track record of success and the ability to compete in a dynamic environment. You will Build structured Supplier Relationship Management programs that drive accountability, performance, and continuous improvement and champion sourcing processes and governance frameworks that scale across our enterprise.
Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday –Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro’s temporary location in Boston, MA.
A Day in the Life of a Sourcing Manager, Technology Services:
Deliver measurable procurement value through structured sourcing execution, cost optimization, and supplier performance management
Track and report efficiency using measurable savings and cost avoidance metrics to tell the complete value story
Balance speed, quality, and risk to meet business objectives without compromising governance
Collaborate & Influence
Build strong connections with cross-functional collaborators across creative, technology, legal, and finance teams
Influence without authority by bringing insight, structure, and solutions to sophisticated business needs
Lead with Integrity
Operate with clarity and accountability in all sourcing and contracting activities, collaborating with suppliers in a mutually beneficial manner
Maintain Hasbro’s ethical standards, financial controls, and governance expectations
Think Strategically
Employ market data and spend analysis to formulate and carry out sourcing strategies with collaborators
Anticipate risks and opportunities to support balanced business growth
Adopt Innovation & Change
Champion the improvement of procurement approaches
Bring forward fresh insights, tools, and techniques to refine the sourcing and management of Technology & Digital services
Develop Self & Others
Demonstrate continuous learning and professional growth
Share knowledge, mentor peers, and contribute to building procurement capability across the organization
What You Will Bring:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
5–7 years of procurement or category management experience concentrating on Technology & Digital Services categories — including software, SaaS, cloud, managed services, or IT professional services
Demonstrated knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, Software Development Processes, and Information Security and Data Privacy considerations in vendor selection and contracting
Proven experience leading sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and varied collaborator engagement across multiple business units or legal entities
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with experience using spend data and market benchmarks to drive sourcing decisions
Ability to handle competing priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical audiences

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
About the Role
Billing is mission-critical to Render’s success. Every service, database, and workload that runs on Render ends up on an invoice, and customers trust us to get that invoice right. As Senior Engineering Manager for the Billing team, you’ll lead the organization that makes sure customers are billed accurately, reliably, and transparently as Render scales.
You’ll set the multi-quarter strategy and own the technical direction, people, and execution behind Render’s usage-based billing systems: how usage is captured, how it flows through our data pipelines and third-party billing platforms, and how it lands as a correct charge. You’ll be Engineering’s senior partner to Finance, Product, and Customer Experience leadership, turning pricing, reporting, and customer needs into a roadmap your team can ship.
This role is for a seasoned technical leader who wants to build the organization, the leaders, and the systems that keep billing right as usage, pricing, and our customer base keep growing.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and grow the Billing engineering team, which owns how Render turns platform usage into accurate charges: usage capture, data pipelines, third-party billing platforms (Orb, Metronome, Stripe, or similar), and invoicing
- Own the roadmap for Render’s billing systems, from usage metering through invoicing, reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Drive billing correctness and reliability: build the monitoring, reconciliation, and testing that catch errors before customers do
- Partner with Finance, Product, and Customer Experience to align the roadmap with pricing, reporting, and customer needs
- Hire and develop engineers to support planned team growth, while keeping the team’s focus clear as billing scope expands
- Make key architectural decisions, balancing long-term billing platform investment against near-term pricing launches and fixes
- Build a strong performance management and career development practice for a team that includes senior ICs
What We’re Looking For
- Strong people leadership — the top priority for this role
- Hands-on enough to review code, prototype, and contribute directly when it helps the team
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, with adaptability and a growth mindset
- Proven experience building and scaling teams, ideally growing a group from a handful of engineers into a larger org
- Experience managing engineers; including senior and staff engineers; hiring, and performance management
- Hands-on experience with usage-based billing, payments, or other revenue-critical systems, including third-party platforms like Orb, Metronome, or Stripe
- Ability to partner closely with Finance, Product, and Customer Experience without needing to fill those functions yourself
- Strong business instincts, with the ability to connect engineering investment to billing accuracy, revenue, and customer trust
- Background from either a startup or a larger company is fine. What matters is experience and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience leading a billing platform migration or a pricing model change.
- Familiarity with financial reconciliation and reporting processes.
- Background in distributed systems or event-driven architectures.
- Experience building for developer platforms, cloud infrastructure, or DevTools.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.
- Continuous learning benefits & related support.
This position is generally not eligible for new visa sponsorship. At Render's discretion, the business may sponsor existing visa transfers. Applicants who require sponsorship must receive business authorization.
Render is an equal-opportunity employer. We know that employing a team rich in diverse thoughts, experiences, and opinions allows our employees, product, and community to flourish. We make all employment decisions including hiring, evaluation, termination, promotional, and training opportunities, without regard to race, religion, color, sex, age, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, physical handicap, mental disability, medical condition, disability, gender or identity or expression, pregnancy or pregnancy-related condition, marital status, height and/or weight.
We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.
We encourage all who are interested to apply. We can't wait to hear from you!

We’re building something new inside our AI Studio, and we’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to help shape it with us. This role sits at the center of a new and constantly evolving business area. The problems are still taking shape, and the systems are actively being built. What excites us is the opportunity to push the boundaries of what stories and characters can be and to use technology to bring iconic IP to life in ways never before imagined.
We work where storytelling, imagination, and technology converge. Our focus is on defining and building the core systems that transform characters and worlds from something audiences watch into something they can interact with and engage over time.
This role keeps the platform running and makes shipping it safe. Working alongside senior engineers on the platform team, this DevOps Engineer will help build and maintain the pipelines, environments, and production infrastructure behind our character platform: the APIs, admin tooling, and real-time voice experiences that partners build on. Success here means deploys that are fast, boring, and reversible, and a production environment that stays healthy as more partners go live.
What You’ll Do
The platform is already in production, so the first job is helping make what we have more robust: improving how releases reach production, putting alarms in front of every deploy, and making sure database migrations never surprise anyone. Over time, you’ll take on more ownership of the infrastructure as the platform grows into new partners, environments, and interaction modes. When it’s time to roll out, the goal is that nobody has to hold their breath.
Maintain and improve our CI/CD pipelines and shared templates, including container image builds, caching, test gates, and promotion from development through staging to production.
Help implement our deployment strategy for containerized services, including health checks and automatic rollback when alarms fire.
Maintain and extend our cloud infrastructure as code across multiple AWS accounts, from container services and managed databases to caching, content delivery, and network security.
Build and tune monitoring and alerts so problems surface before a partner notices them.
Keep access and secrets tight with least-privilege permissions, short-lived CI credentials, and managed secrets, in support of our responsible AI and data-handling commitments.
Support environment management and developer tooling that make it easier for engineers to ship changes on their own.
What You’ll Bring
3+ years in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering, running production systems on AWS that real users depend on.
Hands-on infrastructure-as-code experience (AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform, Pulumi, etc.). You treat infrastructure changes with the same care as code changes.
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for containerized services. GitLab CI is a plus.
Working knowledge of containers and orchestration (ECS or Kubernetes), and familiarity with AWS networking basics (VPCs, subnets, security groups, load balancers, DNS).
Working knowledge of Python or TypeScript for scripting and automation.
Experience working with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
Comfort in a fast-moving environment where processes are still being built, including helping document runbooks.
Extra Credit
Experience with zero-downtime deployments, including automated rollback.
Datadog or OpenTelemetry instrumentation experience.
Familiarity with real-time media infrastructure (WebRTC, LiveKit).
PostgreSQL operations: migrations, backups, and performance tuning, ideally on AWS Aurora.
We are an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer
Hasbro is committed to equality of opportunity in all aspects of employment. We are committed to making all employment decisions without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, marital status, or any other legally protected status.
We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. If you have a disability and require assistance in this application process and need to request an accommodation, please contact your recruiter or coordinator.

How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- You have 2+ years of experience in software development, including building web experiences with React and TypeScript.
- You have experience developing clear, maintainable frontend components and interfaces for complex product requirements.
- You have worked on products serving large user bases and understand how frontend decisions can affect scalability, performance, and optimization.
- You communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with engineers, Product, Design, and other cross-functional partners.
- You ask thoughtful questions, reflect on what you’ve learned, and use challenges and mistakes as opportunities to improve your technical judgment.
- You’re comfortable using artificial intelligence (AI)-assisted development tools thoughtfully and understand their capabilities and limitations.
Bonus points for:
- Experience with Rust or Go, full-stack development with a frontend focus, composable design system components, or security, administration, or device management products.
What you can expect:
- Build and maintain administrative interfaces for enterprise customers, including device compliance dashboards and policy configuration tools.
- Develop intuitive experiences that help administrators understand device security posture, identify risks, and take action.
- Contribute to a new Device Security initiative that is still being shaped, with opportunities to influence product direction and technical solutions.
- Initially contribute to client-side work in related product areas before transitioning more fully to Device Security as the initiative develops.
- Collaborate with experienced engineers and cross-functional partners through planning, technical discussions, code reviews, testing, and documentation.
- Grow your technical judgment and ownership through mentorship, knowledge sharing, pair programming, and feedback.

If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of almost all roles, and we require our employees to be ready and willing to take part. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

About this role:
We believe technology will play a critical role in enabling the next generation of cash delivery operations: from identifying recipients without needing to knock on doors to a modern payments infrastructure that gets dollars in recipients’ hands faster and more scalable. We are seeking a Technical Program Associate responsible for implementing and managing the technology used across our programs - including systems for recipient data collection, verification, payments, and monitoring.
In this role, you will own all technology-related aspects of new project launches: working with our operations team to define and implement program requirements, project managing the implementation across multiple stakeholders, and analyzing, structuring, and acting on program data. You are a systems thinker who is comfortable assessing tradeoffs and deriving and communicating data-driven insights. You enjoy learning about technology in a variety of business contexts. You naturally take ownership, can navigate unfamiliar settings, and enjoy both building and managing ops. You can excel at both 10,000 feet as well as in the weeds of complex problems.
Reports to:
Senior Technical Program Manager
Level
: Open to Associate or Manager, depending on the candidate. We would rather find the right person than fill a predetermined level. A candidate with deeper experience, stronger technical skills, and the judgment to run their own projects and think critically and propositionally on project designs will be brought in at the higher end, with correspondingly more independence.
Location:
At this stage of GiveDirectly’s growth and scale, we’re prioritizing hiring in the countries below, where we can employ you through a GD entity or an established employer of record: Cameroon, Canada, Colombia, DRC, Germany, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Netherlands, Nigeria, Poland, Portugal, Rwanda, South Africa, Spain, Turkey, Uganda, United Kingdom, and United States. This list reflects where our employment infrastructure is established today, and may evolve as we grow. If you’re based elsewhere and not open to relocation, we may not be able to consider your application for this role right now, but we’d encourage you to check back. Please also note that regardless of location, we expect 3 hours of daily overlap with the East Africa timezone.
Travel Requirement:
Must be able to travel ~1-2 times per year to one of our countries of operation for team retreats or field visits.
What you’ll do:
Manage end-to-end technical delivery for program launches - leading scoping, requirements gathering, system configuration and implementation, QA and testing, troubleshooting, and closeout
Collaborate with Operations, Product, Research, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure systems are aligned with program objectives and work seamlessly in field conditions
Debug and resolve issues across multiple layers of our technology stack, including our recipient database and offline survey app
Scope and manage cross-cutting systems improvements to improve efficiency, scale, and/or recipient experience, with mentorship
Ensure all systems comply with GD’s standards for data protection, privacy, and financial controls
Manage technical training and onboarding for operations staff and collaborators
Lead retrospectives on program launches and technical incidents to contribute to continued system improvements
What you’ll bring:
Exceptional alignment with
GiveDirectly Values
and active demonstration of our core competencies: emotional intelligence, problem solving, project management, follow-through, and fostering inclusivity. We welcome and strongly encourage applications from candidates who have personal or professional experience in the low-income and/or historically marginalized communities that we serve.
Language Requirement: fluent in English.
3+ years of professional experience; we welcome a wide range of relevant backgrounds (e.g. project management, product management, data analytics, international development, management consulting)
Strong data skills: able to leverage tools to extract, clean, manipulate, and analyze data to make operational decisions.
Strong project management experience: experience in managing timelines, stakeholders, and complex deliverables.
Deep comfort with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
Intermediate experience using a programming or scripting language (most commonly Python at GD) to automate workflows, validate data, or implement business logic. Note: This is not an engineering or data science job.
Significant interest in technology, systems design and building.
High attention to detail and strong instincts for analysis and validating data creatively and rigorously.
Structured approach to problem-solving and a drive to uncover and fix root causes rather than surface-level issues.
Ability to collaborate inclusively with stakeholders across varied social, national, and cultural backgrounds, including communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred, not required
: Experience working with relational databases (e.g. SQL).
Preferred, not required: Proficiency in one or more languages spoken in the countries where GiveDirectly operates (e.g Swahili, French, Portuguese). These skills are beneficial for working directly with field teams and understanding recipient experience.
Compensation
At GiveDirectly, we strive to pay our employees generously and equitably. - Design, build, integrate and scale new agentic AI capabilities to enable secure product development activities
- Enhance and maintain existing security tools in a variety of areas including static analysis, dynamic analysis, code scanning, and more.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reporting metrics around our security risk program, tailored to different audiences (technical, non-technical, compliance, senior leadership, etc.)

Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
We are looking for an Intermediate Developer to join the Device Trust team and help us improve the reliability and operational excellence of the systems behind the Device Trust authentication service. This is a software engineering role with a strong reliability focus. You will write and maintain production code, improve how our services are operated, and help make a critical applications path safer, more observable, and easier to evolve.
Device Trust authentication is an important component of our customers’ authentication flows, helping organizations make device posture part of their access decisions. Because it sits directly in that path, reliability is a first-class engineering concern. The service is already relied upon by customers every day, and in this role you’ll help us continue raising the bar through stronger resilience, observability, operational practices, and safe evolution of the system.
- You have 2+ years of experience in software development.
- Experience working with backend services, application programming interfaces (APIs), distributed systems, or other software where reliability and availability matter.
- Take ownership of scoped problems from investigation through implementation and follow-up.
- Familiarity with Ruby on Rails (Rails).
- Use observability tools to understand system health and investigate issues; experience with Datadog is valuable.
- Care about testing, maintainability, and clarity in both code and documentation.
- Communicate clearly by sharing progress, raising blockers early, and helping stakeholders understand outcomes.
Bonus points for:
- Familiarity with or exposure to Kubernetes.
- Experience with Datadog.
- Experience with Terraform.
What you can expect:
- Build and improve the services that power Device Trust.
- Improve the reliability, observability, and operability of production systems through software, automation, and thoughtful engineering practices.
- Work across application code, service dependencies, cloud infrastructure, networking, deployment systems, and operational tooling.
- Help establish safer ways to make and validate changes to critical systems.
- Participate in incident response and post-incident learning, turning operational lessons into lasting improvements.
- Partner with engineers across Device Trust, Platform, Security, and other teams to identify risks, reduce operational friction, and improve the customer experience.
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $123,000 USD and $172,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $111,000 CAD and $155,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.
This posting is for an existing vacancy.
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact.

What you’ll do:
Lead the IT Operations team and its lead: set priorities and service levels, with a clear split between run and build work
Own service desk performance, request and incident handling, and team member satisfaction
Own endpoint and device management, including OS and software update policy, balancing compliance against minimal disruption to people’s work
Own identity, SSO, access provisioning and offboarding as a single, auditable control point, and automate joiner, mover and leaver processes and other repeatable IT work
Act as the accountable owner of the ERP platform, including system configuration, workflow design and ongoing maintenance. If vendor selection is still open when you join, lead its final stages with stakeholders to confirm scope, modules and implementation approach
Own the design of core ERP configuration areas such as financial consolidation, budgeting and forecasting, master data, and integration with adjacent systems
Manage the ERP implementation partner or systems integrator, holding them to scope, quality, timeline and budget
Establish change control, testing and release processes for ERP from day one, and own the post-go-live support model (L1 to L3, vendor SLAs, release cadence)
Document system configuration, data flows and integration points so no single person is a dependency
Own IT general controls, segregation of duties design and monitoring, and audit evidence for corporate systems, supporting compliance certification and SOX-style financial controls where they apply
Own disaster recovery, backup and resilience for corporate systems, and work with Security on access policy, device trust and approved or blocked software
Partner with the Data team: Enterprise IT owns platforms, integrations and access controls, while Data keeps reporting, analytics, pipelines and data governance
Set the approach to AI tools across corporate functions (tooling, access and safe-use guardrails), with functions owning day-to-day use
Build the Enterprise Applications team: define roles, then hire and develop the first leads (2 to 3 additional hires expected over time)
Define the roadmap and Buy / Hold / Sell decisions for bringing additional corporate technology (HR, finance, CRM, collaboration and other SaaS) under Enterprise IT, backed by a lightweight governance model: application inventory, ownership matrix and lifecycle approach
Own vendor, licence and SaaS renewal management for in-scope systems, consolidating duplicate tools and spend, along with Enterprise IT’s budget and headcount plan
Lead the change from function-owned tools to centrally governed systems without taking process ownership away from the business, and act as a trusted advisor to leadership on application strategy, cost and risk
Must-haves:
Senior leadership of an IT or enterprise applications function in a scaling business, including managing managers
Led our ERP implementation from the owner’s side, including managing a systems integrator
Owned a business system end to end (configuration, support and continuous improvement), rather than only overseeing third parties
Experience running IT operations (service desk, endpoint and MDM, identity and SSO) in a SaaS-first estate
Experience building and operating IT controls (ITGC, SoD, audit) in a finance-critical environment
Experience leading organisational change, moving functions to shared ownership models while keeping their trust
Comfortable operating without a large existing team or established playbook, and able to set up processes, documentation and governance from scratch
Strong stakeholder management, working directly with finance, operations and other business functions as primary ERP users
Strong commercial and vendor management skills
Strong communicator who can translate between technical configuration detail and business outcomes
Pragmatic about control: balances compliance with team member experience, without blocking people or pushing them into workarounds
Nice to have:
Hands-on experience configuring and administering a major ERP platform (SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, Oracle, or similar), ideally including financial consolidation, budgeting or forecasting modules, and relevant platform certifications
Experience of an ERP vendor selection process, including RFP evaluation, demo scenarios or business-case development
Experience in an ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 2 or SOX environment
Exposure to wider enterprise application categories beyond ERP (HRIS, CRM, collaboration, identity and access management)
Experience building or growing a small technology team, including hiring and role design
Experience deploying AI tooling across corporate functions
Experience leading remote or distributed teams
Experience in a private equity-backed, high-growth or newly scaling business

ABOUT VOODOO
Voodoo is a consumer tech company founded in Paris in 2013, with one mission: entertain the world. Today we are 1,000 people, generating $1b+ in annual revenue, profitably. Our games and apps have passed 7 billion downloads and reach 200 million+ active users every month, making Voodoo the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in downloads, after Google and Meta. We were backed by Goldman Sachs, Tencent and GBL along the way.
TEAM
The Engineering & Data team builds innovative tech products and platforms to support the impressive growth of their gaming and consumer apps which allow Voodoo to stay at the forefront of the mobile gaming industry.
Helix is our flagship Ad-Network team of around 60 top-tier engineers and data scientists spanning backend, mobile SDKs, data engineering, infrastructure, and AI. Helix has evolved beyond powering Voodoo's own gaming portfolio—our technology is now directly integrated into games from external, third-party publishers worldwide.
Operating across millions of third-party devices in real-time bidding environments creates unique technical challenges around SDK performance, ultra-low latency, and intelligent automation.
Within Helix, you'll join the RTB team, the group that owns the bidder and the services behind it that help it take the optimal bidding decision. Bidder, pricing, models and data are all built in-house, so nothing is out of reach when you want to change how a bid gets made. You will work with expert backend and machine-learning engineers in real-time bidding, on a system that prices ad requests across mobile gaming in real time, at a scale few teams get to work at.
ROLE
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager - Real Time Bidding to join our Engineering & Data team. In this role, you’ll drive product decisions across the full bidding pipeline.
You'll own projects end-to-end: roadmap, trade-offs, shipping, and cross-team contract. You will also:
- Own the roadmap of the bidding pipeline. How we target, price, pace and cap, and what goes live in the bid path and when.
- Own the delivery. Adapt to changes, set clear priorities, communicate effectively
- Own experimentation as a product. Other teams test ideas on the bidder through the framework we build. You make sure they can run the experiments they need, trust the results, and get an answer fast.
- Keep the pieces fitting together. You spot a change in one team that will break another before it reaches production.
- Contribute to the product strategy beyond your scope.
PROFILE (MUST HAVE)
- Experience in programmatic advertising. You have worked on pricing, bidding or auction logic on a DSP, bidder or exchange, you know the pipeline from bid request to win, and you can explain the business impact of your work.
- Analytical mindset. You back decisions with data and understand the statistical basis of pricing and experimentation.
- You own outcomes across teams. When a change in one team is about to break another, you catch it and drive the fix before it ships.
- You use AI tooling daily to write specs, analyse data and prototype, and you move faster because of it.
PROFILE (NICE TO HAVE)
- Mobile user acquisition: app install campaigns, attribution or mediation.
- Experience working with ML or data science teams.
- Supply-side experience: ad exchange or SSP.
- Background in statistics, operations research or economics.
BENEFITS
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Swile Lunch voucher
- Gymlib (100% covered by Voodoo)
- Premium healthcare coverage with SideCare, 100% covered for you and your family
- Wellness activities in our Paris office
- Remote Fridays

Coordinate funding readiness. Confirm that required approvals, documentation, and funding conditions are complete before funds are released.
Improve the process. Help refine underwriting standards, approval workflows, and reporting to make decisions more consistent and efficient.
Learn from performance. Partner with the team monitoring funded restaurants to compare actual results with underwriting assumptions and improve future decisions.
Minimum Experience
4+ years of experience in commercial underwriting, small business financing, fintech lending, credit analysis, investment analysis, or a related field.
Strong financial statement analysis and modeling skills, including the ability to evaluate cash flow, liquidity, leverage, repayment capacity, and unit-level economics.
Experience independently evaluating transactions, assessing financial and operational risks, and making or recommending funding decisions.
Experience building, implementing, or improving underwriting processes, with a focus on automation, operational efficiency, and scalable decision-making.
Ability to translate underwriting policies, financial thresholds, risk indicators, and approval requirements into structured business rules and automated workflows.
Strong analytical and technical aptitude, with the ability to work with financial datasets, identify patterns, validate information, and support data-driven underwriting decisions.
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and working with transaction-level data.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.

- Create reliable data models and processing workflows that make spend information accurate, traceable, and useful across the product

- Improve the reliability, performance, and observability of systems as customer usage and provider coverage grow
- Partner with product, design, data, and engineering teammates to turn customer needs into practical solutions
- Raise the engineering bar through thoughtful design reviews, code reviews, and mentorship
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Experience designing, building, and operating production backend systems, including APIs, data models, and asynchronous workflows
- Strong judgment about system design, data correctness, reliability, and when to keep a solution simple
- A track record of independently owning complex projects and shipping high-quality software
- Experience working with external data sources or integrations where data quality and changing interfaces matter
- Comfort working through ambiguous product problems with cross-functional partners
- Clear communication and a collaborative approach to technical decisions and feedback

This isn't a traditional collections role. Success requires commercial judgment, negotiation skills, empathy, and the ability to balance financial outcomes with long-term business relationships. You'll work cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Operations, Sales, and Partner Success while contributing ideas that continuously improve our recovery processes as we scale.

Maintain accurate records within Salesforce and internal systems.
Keep documentation, notes, communications, and recovery milestones audit-ready.
Track portfolio performance and recovery metrics.
Identify recurring issues, operational bottlenecks, and process improvement opportunities.
Partner with the Senior Manager to continuously improve recovery workflows as the business scales.
Who You Are
You enjoy solving complex business problems and can remain calm and professional during difficult conversations. You're comfortable balancing financial outcomes with relationship management and know how to negotiate collaboratively while protecting the company's interests.
You are:
A confident communicator who can build credibility with restaurant owners and business operators.
Commercially minded, with the ability to understand contracts, financial performance, and business risk.
Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple active recovery cases simultaneously.
Relationship-driven, balancing firmness with empathy and professionalism.
Curious about hospitality and motivated to understand the operational realities restaurant owners face.
Collaborative and comfortable partnering across Legal, Finance, Partner Success, and Operations.
Accountable and proactive, taking ownership of outcomes without requiring constant direction.
Minimum Qualifications

Experience negotiating payment plans, settlements, or commercial resolutions.
Strong understanding of commercial agreements and contractual obligations.
Experience conducting financial negotiations with business owners or executive stakeholders.
