What you’ll do
Procurement at JetBrains exists to help teams get what they need to build great software without unnecessary delays. As our procurement footprint grows, we need dedicated ownership to manage low-to-medium risk supplier contracts independently using approved templates and playbooks.

You’ll sit right at the center of commercial operations, partnering with internal teams to keep agreements moving forward. You'll work independently within your delegated authority, knowing exactly when to resolve commercial terms yourself and when to bring in the Legal team for high-risk scenarios.
Day to day, you will:
Manage the full lifecycle of low-to-medium risk supplier contracts, from drafting and reviewing to execution, renewals, and terminations.
Standardize contract templates, fallback clauses, and negotiation playbooks.
Guide business stakeholders on commercial terms and procurement standards.
Maintain contract records and track milestones, renewal dates, and performance metrics in our CLM and S2P systems.
Partner with suppliers and internal teams to resolve contractual questions and monitor service level compliance.
Work closely with Legal, Finance, Tax, Information Security, and Privacy teams to align agreements with risk and compliance standards.
Refine procurement processes, governance, and system reporting to reduce contract cycle times.
What you’ll bring
A focus on removing friction and making process execution seamless for everyone involved.
Good judgment to balance speed with risk mitigation, knowing when to decide and when to escalate.
A clear, pragmatic communication style that builds trust across business and legal teams.
Strong organizational habits and the ability to manage multiple contract flows at once.
Care for operational details, ensuring accuracy in commercial terms and contract records.
An ownership mindset, taking responsibility for contract outcomes from start to finish.
What you’ll need
Hands-on experience managing and negotiating low-to-medium risk supplier contracts across categories like technology, software, and professional services.
A practical understanding of commercial contract terms and procurement fundamentals.
A proven track record of using standard templates and negotiation playbooks to independently finalize agreements.
Direct experience operating and maintaining procurement or CLM platforms (such as Coupa, Leah, or NetSuite).
Experience shaping or improving procurement contracting templates, playbooks, or governance processes.
Fluent English communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
What success looks like
Success in this role means procurement contracts move efficiently from request to execution without unnecessary stalls. You’ll know you’re succeeding when business stakeholders trust your commercial guidance, contract cycle times decrease, and risk is managed predictably using standardized templates and clear CLM workflows.

Are you interested in solving the puzzle of creating efficient and scalable high-level financial structures rather than just preparing documentation? Do you enjoy being a liaison between corporate finance and local government?
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
Our Finance team keeps JetBrains' global operations running smoothly so our product teams can focus on what they do best: building great tools. As we continue to grow and expand our international presence, managing the financial integrity of our holding structures becomes increasingly complex.
In this role, you will take full ownership of our holding-level accounting activities, ensuring statutory compliance, flawless month-end closes, and reliable group reporting. You will act as the key technical anchor for holding-company accounting, working closely with tax, treasury, and controlling teams, as well as external auditors. This is a chance to shape and scale our financial processes, turning complex transactions into structured, transparent workflows that support JetBrains' long-term growth.
Day to day, you will:
Lead and coordinate holding-level accounting activities, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes.
Prepare and review statutory financial statements and supporting documentation for holding entities.
Ensure complete compliance with local statutory accounting and Dutch reporting requirements.
Partner with the Controlling team to guide external auditors, advisors, and service providers through statutory reporting and audit cycles.
Analyze complex accounting matters, document key technical positions, and align accounting policies across holding entities.
Prepare reconciliations, journals, balance sheet reviews, and closing documentation for holding companies.
Monitor intercompany balances and lead intercompany accounting alignment and eliminations.
Improve finance workflows, internal controls, and reporting systems to help our accounting processes scale.
What you’ll bring
A high level of ownership, reliability, and extreme attention to detail.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, looking at changing environments as puzzles to solve, not obstacles.
Strong logical reasoning and the ability to explain complex accounting treatments clearly.
The independence to structure your own work, manage deadlines, and balance multiple priorities.
A collaborative mindset, with the ability to build trust and work effectively across diverse, international teams.
A focus on quality over quick fixes, valuing long-term system scalability and clean documentation.
What you’ll need
5–7 years of progressive experience in accounting, with substantial exposure to holding-company accounting.
Working knowledge of corporate income tax accounting and reporting, with experience supporting corporate income tax compliance, together with internal tax teams or external advisors.
Deep, practical knowledge of general ledger accounting, holding structures, and statutory reporting.
Strong understanding of Dutch statutory compliance requirements and accounting principles.
Proven experience preparing or coordinating statutory financial statements for legal entities in an international environment.
Solid experience operating within ERP-based systems (such as NetSuite) and managing complex spreadsheet analyses.
Fluent communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with global team members.
What success looks like
First 3 months:
You will get familiar with our global holding structure and ERP setup, successfully taking ownership of your first month-end close cycle for holding entities.
First 6 months:
You will lead the preparation of statutory financial statements, establish a smooth operating rhythm with external auditors, and proactively identify areas where our intercompany reconciliations can be streamlined.
Long term:
You will help raise the bar for our financial governance, standardizing our holding-level accounting processes to make them highly transparent, automated, and scalable.
Why join JetBrains?

Customer.io
powers automated communication that people actually want to receive. We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data.
About the role
Hi, my name is Diep Nguyen, VP of Finance here at
Customer.io
, and I'm looking for a Director, GTM Finance to own our go-to-market P&L end-to-end as we scale from $100M+ ARR today to $1B+ ARR in the future.
We're hiring for strategic finance horsepower first: someone who builds models from a blank page, challenges assumptions, and earns trust with senior executives. Deep GTM fluency matters just as much — but for a strong finance generalist, that business partnership often shows up in the work rather than the title. You'll own our GTM P&L spanning Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, and build the team behind it.
We're an AI-forward company: this role requires someone energized by using AI to reinvent how finance operates, not someone who merely tolerates the tools we hand them.
What we value
Financial rigor over title-matching
— we care more about how you've built and defended models than whether "GTM Finance" was ever your title.
AI as genuine practice, not a buzzword
— we want concrete stories of AI changing an outcome, not familiarity with the tools.
Ownership from day one
— you'll build and lead a team, not just execute analysis handed to you.
Directness with data
— you challenge top-down assumptions with account-level evidence, even in uncomfortable conversations.
What you’ll do
Own the GTM P&L end-to-end — revenue, gross margin, and opex across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success — not just a spend-efficiency lens.
Drive unit economics and the growth funnel model — CAC, LTV/CAC, payback, magic number, and cohort/retention analysis across self-serve and sales-assisted motions.
Own the ARR roll-forward, bookings, and revenue forecasting — auditable, reconcilable, and independently stress-tested against top-down assumptions.
Partner with Sales and RevOps on capacity planning, deal economics, and pricing — protecting margin and ARR quality without slowing deal velocity.
Build and own the monthly/quarterly GTM reporting package for the exec team and Board, with variance analysis that explains root cause.
Champion AI-enabled finance workflows and build the GTM finance team as
Customer.io
scales past $250M+ ARR.
What we're looking for
10+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or related roles at complex, scaled orgs; a first-principles modeler who builds from a blank page rather than inheriting assumptions
Deep GTM business-partnering experience with Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success — regardless of whether "GTM Finance" was ever the title
Comfortable with subscription/SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV) or able to get there fast
Concrete, demonstrated track record driving AI adoption in finance workflows — not just familiarity with the tools
Proven people leader — has managed and developed finance professionals
Strong Excel skills (with experience using Snowflake a plus) and experience with planning/GTM systems (NetSuite, Salesforce, Gong, Drivetrain)
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA a plus
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in transparency. Starting salary for this role is
$200K–$255K USD
(or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment. In addition to base salary, this role includes an equity grant in the form of stock options, so you share in the success you help build.
We know our people are what make us great, and we’re committed to taking great care of them. Our inclusive benefits package supports your well-being and growth, including
100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance premiums for you and your family
. We also offer
16 weeks paid parental leave, unlimited PTO
, stipends for remote work and wellness, a professional development budget, and more.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.

- Directly own micro-SMB and SMB accounts 1:1, ensuring they can fully onboard onto Ramp in 60 days and <2 calls
- Balance priorities and multiple tasks supporting implementation, follow-up, and proactive outreach
- Partner closely with the Product team to ensure customer feedback and pain points are heard, reviewed, and prioritized when needed
- Identify areas of opportunity where we could automate and scale the onboarding process to cover more clients
- Help us maintain an industry-leading satisfaction rate with our customers
- Have the ability to grow, develop, and learn in a fast-paced, start-up environment
WHAT YOU NEED
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, customer success, or product operations in a B2B organization
- Exceptional project management and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Desire for ownership and growth in the role over time
- Proven track record of meeting weekly or monthly KPIs
- Experience owning a high-volume book of business of 100+ customers at a time

An overview of this role
As SEC Manager on GitLab’s Accounting team, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of our external financial reporting, including Forms 10-K and 10-Q. This isn’t a collect-and-consolidate role. You’ll drive the reporting calendar, coordinate work across Accounting, Legal, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), and Investor Relations, and improve the quality, clarity, and consistency of our disclosures and reporting processes. You’ll report to the Director of SEC Reporting and work remotely from the Americas.
What you’ll do
Own the preparation, review, and filing of GitLab’s Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, and S-1, along with quarterly investor materials.
Build and drive the quarterly and annual reporting calendar, coordinate cross-functional inputs, maintain accountability for deadlines, and flag timeline risks early.
Lead the earnings release process, including the quarterly management reporting package and review of financial information in the earnings release and script.
Own the disclosure checklist and eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) review process, and identify ways to improve disclosure quality, clarity, and consistency.
Improve the SEC reporting process by identifying inefficiencies, redundancies, and manual steps, then driving automation and standardization.
Prepare or review journal entries, reconciliations, the equity rollforward, earnings per share calculations, and provided-by-client schedules for assigned areas such as stock-based compensation and stock repurchases.
Ensure compliance with SEC and United States generally accepted accounting principles (U.S. GAAP) reporting requirements, research technical accounting issues, and lead the implementation of new accounting pronouncements that affect disclosures.
Maintain Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) requirements for relevant areas, support internal and external reporting packages, and lead or contribute to special projects such as process improvements, new disclosure requirements, and merger and acquisition reporting.
What you’ll bring
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensure or active pursuit of licensure is preferred.
Experience in owning SEC reporting deliverables, including Forms 10-K and 10-Q, in a public company or a public accounting environment serving public company clients.
A record of improving disclosures and reporting processes, not only executing existing processes.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to own a calendar, drive accountability across teams, and manage competing deadlines independently.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to research and interpret complex accounting guidance.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders and collaborating with Legal, FP&A, Investor Relations, and business partners.
Proficiency with Workiva Wdesk and NetSuite is preferred.
About the team
The Accounting team supports accurate, timely, and transparent financial reporting at GitLab. In this role, you’ll work closely with partners across Accounting, Legal, FP&A, and Investor Relations to meet public company reporting requirements and strengthen the processes and controls behind our disclosures. The team works in GitLab’s all-remote environment, with an emphasis on clear ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.
