We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
Location: Remote — Europe or US East Coast (Virginia, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Florida only)
🎯 Your main goal will be to build n8n's global revenue enablement engine — installing one enterprise selling methodology across every region, compressing ramp for every revenue team worldwide, and turning our community-led momentum into repeatable 7–8 figure enterprise revenue.
You'll report directly to our senior commercial leadership, inherit a small enablement team with basic onboarding in place, and have the mandate (and explicit VP trajectory) to build the function from the ground up: for a remote-first company selling across EMEA, the US, and beyond.
To do so, here are your responsibilities:
METHODOLOGY & ENTERPRISE SELLING EXCELLENCE
- Own the global install of one enterprise methodology (MEDDICC / value-selling framework): selection, rollout, certification, and continuous reinforcement across every rep and manager, in every region.
- Build the PLG-to-enterprise playbook: teach sellers to convert community and self-serve signals into qualified 7-figure pipeline.
- Partner with PMM and Product to arm the field with AI-led narratives, competitive plays, and launch enablement.
RAMP, ONBOARDING & MANAGER DEVELOPMENT
- Build one global onboarding engine, pre-boarding through certification to first-deal support, and compress time-to-quota for hiring waves in every region.
- Develop frontline sales managers: coaching frameworks, deal inspection, and forecast rigor that make the methodology stick.
- Define enablement's scorecard in revenue terms: ramp time, win rate, forecast accuracy, not course completions.
BUILDING THE GLOBAL FUNCTION
- Lead and grow the enablement team (starting with 1–2 ICs) across sales, SDR, CS, and partner enablement.
- Stand up the enablement infrastructure: tooling, content systems, certification tracking, and measurement with RevOps.
- Operate as a trusted peer to regional sales leaders across EMEA, the US, and future markets: in deal rooms, QBRs, and forecast reviews.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 🚀 Hypergrowth pedigree: You built enablement at a developer-tool, open-source, or technical B2B SaaS company as it scaled enterprise.
- 📈 €xm→€1bn scaling: You grew the function through a major GTM headcount wave and constant evolution of sales maturity. You've solved ramp at volume, not maintained steady-state.
- 🧠 Methodology implementation owner: You've run a company-wide MEDDICC / Command of the Message-style install end-to-end, with certification and reinforcement that stuck.
- ⏱️ Ramp engineer: You've built onboarding programs with measurable time-to-productivity compression.
- 📊 Revenue-outcome mindset: You measure enablement in deal size, win rate, ramp time, and forecast accuracy.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 🎖️ Methodology-firm pedigree: Force Management, or similar as a consultant or a certified in-house champion.
- 💼 Carried a bag: You sold enterprise deals yourself, so reps and leaders trust you in deal conversations.
- 🌱 PLG-to-enterprise: You've enabled teams converting community/self-serve momentum into enterprise revenue.
- 🤖 AI narrative: You've positioned AI/ML-driven products in enterprise settings and think of an AI first solution to solving problems.
Why join us?
At n8n, your work won't disappear into an LMS. You'll build the global enablement function at the exact moment we scale from community-led momentum into 7–8 figure enterprise deals - the moment enablement leaders at MongoDB or HashiCorp will tell you was the best of their career. You'll install the methodology worldwide, set one ramp standard across regions, develop managers on every continent we sell in, and grow the team, with a direct line to senior commercial leadership and an explicit path to VP. You'll join a fast-growing, remote-first team that values autonomy, experimentation, and continuous learning.
n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

About Finom
Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, and we’re on a journey towards revolutionizing the financial landscape for entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to develop an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform.
We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. This significant investment follows a $105 million growth funding round from General Catalyst, a long-term backer since 2021 known for supporting companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, KAYAK, and Stripe.
Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole.
Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
We are looking for a Senior Treasury Manager to build and run Finom's treasury function.
Finom safeguards a significant book of customer funds across its regulated entities. Net interest income on that book is a meaningful revenue line, and it will grow. Today the function is up and running: the money is placed, the investment policy is in place, and a large part of the book sits with an external asset manager. What we are building now is the machinery around it — an evidenced limit framework, look-through into what our managers actually hold, automated investment accounting, and a reconciled NII number we can defend to an auditor and a regulator.
That is the job. You will take part in building it, and you will run it while it is being built.
This is a hands-on role at the intersection of regulation, liquidity, and commercial impact — not a back-office position. It suits someone who has done this before in a regulated environment and wants to do it again without four layers of committee above them.
What you'll own
Liquidity and funding
Daily liquidity positioning and float management across entities and accounts
Intraday funding of payment channels; nostro and correspondent account management
Collateral and minimum-balance obligations across card schemes, T2, and credit providers
Contingency funding — the playbook for the day we need €20m by tomorrow morning
A daily treasury balance sheet — net liquidity and net capital available — that reconciles
Safeguarding and portfolio
Portfolio management of safeguarded client funds: term deposits, MMFs, short-dated debt, held directly and via external managers
Safeguarding adequacy: shortfall detection, top-up execution, same-currency discipline
Instrument eligibility screening under CRR risk-weight, maturity and WAL constraints, and UCITS/MMF rules
Independent, evidenced validation that externally managed allocations sit inside mandate — position-level look-through, daily monitoring of concentration, maturity, WAL and credit quality, breach escalation
NII forecasting, attribution, and reconciled performance reporting; treasury inputs into the financial model and company forecast
Governance and controls
Ownership of the investment policy, limit framework, and eligible-instrument register
Treasury governance: decision pack, agenda, decision log, and delegated-authority register
Pre-deal checks and post-trade evidencing, designed so that the first line executes and the second line challenges
Covenant tracking across credit facilities
Regulator, external audit, and second-line engagement on treasury and safeguarding matters
Systems and data
Selection and implementation of investment accounting and treasury tooling — a Clearwater/Advent-class implementation is already in flight and will be yours
Custodian, asset-manager and bank data feeds; API connectivity where it exists and pragmatic alternatives where it doesn't
Replacing manual spreadsheet processes with something that survives your holiday
Commercial
Bank, custodian, broker and asset-manager relationships: onboarding, commercial terms, mandate setting, service review
Challenging our managers on allocation, transparency and fees — and changing them if the answers are weak
What good looks like in the first 12 months
Investment policy and limit framework live, with treasury governance running on a documented decision log
Daily, evidenced mandate compliance across the full book — we can answer "are we inside the boundaries?" in minutes, not weeks
Investment accounting platform implemented; monthly close on the portfolio no longer manual
An NII number that is reconciled, attributed, and forecastable
A contingency liquidity playbook that has been tested rather than written
Who you are
5+ years in treasury, ALM, fixed income, or portfolio management at a regulated financial institution, EMI/PI, or asset manager
Direct experience with client money or safeguarding under PSD2 / EMD — core to this role, not adjacent to it
Experience building or materially rebuilding a treasury function, not only operating inside an established one
Strong command of bond math, yield and duration, MMF mechanics, and credit and concentration risk at instrument level
Track record of automating manual treasury processes and implementing treasury or investment accounting systems
Comfortable working with position-level data directly — you can interrogate a portfolio file rather than wait for a report
Experience with regulators, external audit, and external asset managers (mandate setting, IMA terms, performance challenge)
Sound judgement under time pressure in a lean environment with real accountability and limited cover
Strong Excel skills
Fluent English
Nice to have
Familiarity with IFRS 9 or Dutch GAAP (RJ 290) financial instrument accounting
SQL or Python
Experience in a firm transitioning toward a banking licence
Experience using AI tools (e.g. LLMs, copilots) to accelerate analytical and reporting workflows

This organization focuses on the last mile of the enterprise data supply chain: the semantic models, curated data products, metric definitions, and consumption experiences that turn engineered data into decisions.
This is not a traditional reporting leadership role; the classic notion of “reporting” in the form of a myriad of dashboards and filters is racing towards obsolescence. But the need for data and insights, and the need to deliver it in a way that is digestible and actionable, is timeless. Yes, governed dashboards and trusted reporting remain the foundation, and this leader must be excellent at that foundation. But the mandate is to move the organization decisively beyond static reporting toward a proactive, intelligent analytics capability: partnering with Data Science to productize and visualize their models, enabling generative AI and LLM-based access to our data, building exception-based systems that alert users when outcomes deviate from expectation in a statistically meaningful way, and designing agents that monitor data continuously and deliver insight without being asked.
Analytics engineering shares much of its DNA with data engineering — modeling, transformation, testing, version control, CI/CD, performance and cost discipline — but is oriented toward business enablement rather than platform and pipeline. Success in this role therefore depends as much on partnership as on technical depth. This leader will work shoulder to shoulder with Data Engineering on the boundary between platform and consumption, with Product Management on roadmap and requirements, with Data Science on advanced analytic products, and with Analytics Operations on a disciplined intake and prioritization process that makes the best possible use of finite capacity.
The ideal candidate has spent years building the traditional foundations — governance, metadata, lineage, dimensional modeling, engaging with enterprise BI platforms— and is now looking to apply that rigor to a fundamentally different generation of analytic products in new and innovative ways.
What you'll be doing:
Organizational Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop an organization of approximately 30 people, including managing through frontline managers; own hiring, role clarity, career pathing, performance management, and succession planning.
Define a multi-year vision and roadmap for enterprise reporting and analytics engineering, and translate it into quarterly outcomes the team and its partners can measure. Partner closely with Product Management to jointly shape the multi-year enterprise end-to-end data strategy.
Own the organization's budget, vendor relationships, and contractor or offshore capacity.
Establish and sustain an engineering culture within an analytics function: peer review, automated testing, documentation standards, source control, CI/CD, etc.
Analytics Engineering and Data Architecture
Drive maturity of the last-mile architecture in partnership with Data Engineering: curated marts, semantic layers, reusable data products, and certified datasets that serve reporting, ai enablement, data science, and downstream applications.
Define and enforce dimensional modeling standards, transformation frameworks, and modular, tested, version-controlled analytics code.
Own the enterprise metric layer so that key business measures carry a single, governed definition regardless of where they are consumed.
Partner with Data Engineering to define clear contracts and handoffs between pipeline and platform work and last-mile modeling, including shared tooling, standards, and escalation paths.
Manage query performance, warehouse consumption, and platform cost as first-class engineering concerns.
Data Governance, Metadata, and Lineage
Own cataloging, business glossary, data certification, and stewardship workflows, leveraging tools such as Atlan as the primary metadata platform.
Maintain column-level lineage across the analytics estate to support impact analysis, change management, audit, and root-cause investigation.
Leverage data access provisioning and entitlement models, including row- and column-level security, in partnership with Security, Privacy, and Compliance.
Collaborate with Data Engineering to drive data quality monitoring, freshness and availability SLAs, observability, and incident response for analytic assets.
Enterprise Reporting and Data Visualization
Drive analytics engagement by leveraging enterprise visualization and provisioning platforms, including Domo and Tableau, in partnership with Data Engineering. Ensure best practices are followed in data architecture, governance, adoption, performance, and total cost management.
Set visualization and information design standards that make reports readable, consistent, accessible, and decision-oriented.
Rationalize the existing reporting portfolio: retire redundant and unused assets, consolidate overlapping content, drive down tech debt and drive consumption toward certified sources.
Build a durable self-service capability through training, templates, community, office hours, and clear guardrails on what belongs in self-service versus centrally managed content.
Advanced, Proactive, and AI-Enabled Analytics
Partner with Data Science to productize their work: build the visualization, interaction, monitoring, and feedback loops that turn models and research into products the business actually uses.
Partner with Product Management and Data Engineering to enable generative AI and LLM access to enterprise data. This includes preparing the semantic and metadata foundation that makes data legible to models, delivering conversational analytics, text-to-SQL, and retrieval-augmented experiences on governed sources, and establishing guardrails, evaluation, and accuracy monitoring so that answers can be trusted.
Build exception-based analytics that detect when an outcome deviates from its expected value in a statistically significant way, using seasonality-aware baselines, forecast residuals, control limits, and anomaly detection rather than static thresholds.
Route those exceptions to accountable owners with context, likely drivers, and a recommended next action; actively tune sensitivity and volume to prevent alert fatigue and preserve signal.
Design and deploy analytic agents that proactively monitor data, investigate variances, assemble narrative explanations, and deliver insight into the tools where people already work.
Shift the organization's consumption model from pull to push: the measure of success is not how many people opened a dashboard, but whether the right person was told the right thing at the right time.
Cross-Functional Partnership, Intake, and Prioritization
Operate as a true partner to Product Management: contribute to roadmap, requirements, user research, and release planning, and run analytics with a product mindset covering personas, adoption metrics, and asset lifecycle management.
Partner with Analytics Operations to run a transparent intake, triage, sizing, and prioritization process, with published capacity, explicit tradeoffs, and reliable delivery commitments.
Make capacity constraints visible to stakeholders and executives, drive reuse over one-off builds, and decline or defer work with evidence rather than friction.
Serve as a senior, executive-facing partner to business functions, translating ambiguous business questions into well-scoped analytic solutions.
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
15+ years of progressive experience in data, analytics, or business intelligence, including 8+ years leading teams and 4+ years managing managers.
Demonstrated experience leading an organization of 25 or more people in a large, matrixed enterprise.
Strong hands-on foundation in SQL, dimensional modeling, and ELT/ETL design, with production experience on a modern cloud data warehouse or lakehouse (for example Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, or Synapse) and a transformation framework such as dbt.
Experience applying software engineering practices to analytics work, including Git-based workflows, automated testing, and CI/CD.
Enterprise-scale leveraging of BI and data visualization platforms such as Domo, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, including governance, provisioning, adoption, and cost management.
Demonstrated ability to participate in driving data governance program covering catalog, lineage, glossary, stewardship, quality, and access, using platforms such as Atlan, Collibra, Alation, or Informatica.
Proven track record of delivering jointly with Data Engineering and Product Management, with clear ownership boundaries and shared accountability.
Direct experience partnering with Data Science, including operationalizing, visualizing, and monitoring model output for business consumption.
Working command of the statistical concepts underlying exception detection, including hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, variance and control limits, seasonality, and forecasting.
Experience running a formal intake, prioritization, and capacity planning process for a shared services or platform organization.
Excellent executive communication and influence skills, with the ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity and competing priorities.
Experience managing budget, vendor contracts, and platform licensing.
Preferred Skills:
Master's degree or MBA in a related field.
Production experience delivering LLM-based analytics: retrieval-augmented generation over governed data, text-to-SQL or conversational BI, semantic layers designed for model consumption, and prompt, evaluation, and cost monitoring frameworks.
Experience designing agentic workflows and orchestration for monitoring, investigation, and notification use cases.
Hands-on experience with Atlan, Domo, and Tableau specifically.
Proficiency in Python or R for prototyping, and familiarity with common statistical and ML libraries and MLOps concepts.
Experience deploying anomaly detection at scale, including alert routing, suppression, and fatigue management.
Familiarity with data product and data mesh operating models, domain-aligned ownership, and data contracts.
Experience operating in an Agile or product operating model at scale, including portfolio, OKR, and roadmap management. Deep experience with the “Silicon Valley” school of Product Management, as exemplified by the “Marty Kagan”-style academic approach a significant plus.
Experience leading global or matrixed teams, including offshore or vendor-partnered delivery models.
Track record leading a major platform migration, consolidation, or reporting rationalization effort.
Demonstrated success attracting, developing, and retaining senior technical talent in a competitive market.
Please note, Sony Interactive Entertainment conducts background checks at the offer stage for all new employees (which may include criminal background checks for some roles) and will need to process personal information to support these checks.

Workplace: Remote
LOCATION AND TRAVEL
You can be based in Europe; we're mainly remote and invite you to the Berlin office 3-5 days every two months.
We expect significant travel across the Europe, with occasional travel to other regions when the audience quality justifies it. The exact cadence will change with the event calendar, but you should expect travel to be a meaningful part of the job.
WHY THIS ROLE?
Langfuse has grown mostly through product-led, open-source adoption. We built a strong product, wrote useful docs and examples, stayed close to users, shipped in public, and helped developers understand how to build better AI applications.
However, many of the highest-signal moments happen in person: hallway conversations, workshops, meetups, dinners, conference demos, and technical talks.
We want someone who can own that motion end to end; put Langfuse in the right AI engineering rooms, make the product clear to technical audiences, and turn in-person conversations into durable marketing momentum.
The goal is not to do every event. The goal is to make the right events excellent, scalable, and measurable.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Represent Langfuse at conferences, meetups, workshops, customer events, partner events, and community gatherings across Europe
- Run live demos and technical sessions on tracing, evals, prompt management, datasets, metrics, and related LLM engineering workflows.
- Build and maintain field-ready material: demo flows, workshop runbooks, talk abstracts, event landing pages, follow-up emails, signup flows, and conference-in-a-box assets.
- Organize Langfuse-hosted meetups, workshops, dinners, and smaller technical gatherings around the highest-quality audiences.
- Partner with ClickHouse field marketing, sales, solutions, product marketing, and engineering teams where it helps Langfuse show up well.
- Turn event learnings into useful artifacts: better messaging, better demos, better docs, better talks, better customer stories, and sharper product feedback.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You have worked in DevRel, product marketing engineering, solutions engineering, field engineering, developer advocacy, or technical community roles.
- You have spoken at developer conferences, meetups, workshops, webinars, or technical customer events.
- You already create technical content, demos, videos, talks, open source projects, or educational material.
- You should be excited to travel, give talks, run demos, host events, talk to developers and technical leaders, and bring what you learn back into the company.
- You care about developer experience, open source, AI engineering, and the quality of the rooms you spend time in.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and can independently decide what to do before there is a mature playbook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
A strong plus:
- You are a former engineer, or deeply technical operator who can credibly explain software to experienced developers.
- You can write code well enough to build, debug, and maintain demos or workshop material.
- You are deep in AI engineering, LLM observability, evals, agents, or developer tools.
- You have original opinions that experienced developers value.
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.
- Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare.
- Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options.
- Time off - Flexible time off in the US, generous entitlement in other countries.
- A USD$500 Home office setup if you’re a remote employee.
- Global Gatherings – We believe in the power of in-person connection and offer opportunities to engage with colleagues at company-wide offsites.
CULTURE - WE ALL SHAPE IT
As part of a rapidly scaling start-up, you will be instrumental in shaping our culture.

As a Staff Backend Engineer on GitLab's Core DevOps team, you'll provide technical leadership across your team and adjacent teams. You'll lead large backend initiatives, guide the modernization of a large monolith into modular, reusable, appropriately independent systems, and set standards that help teams move faster without compromising quality, security, reliability, or operability.
You'll work with Product, Frontend, Infrastructure, Security, Data, Engineering Managers, and engineers across product groups. You'll lead complex backend architecture, make product trade-offs, and influence technical direction without formal authority.
GitLab is an open core software company that develops an artificial intelligence-powered DevSecOps platform. Our mission is to enable everyone to contribute to and co-create the software that powers our world. We work in an all-remote, asynchronous environment where you communicate decisions clearly in writing and work independently.
What you’ll do
Lead the technical design and delivery of backend initiatives that span teams, and identify and remove systemic bottlenecks across product and infrastructure groups.
Drive modular backend, service, data, and platform architecture, including modernization of the monolith and legacy backends while preventing fragmentation and service sprawl.
Define and improve standards for application programming interfaces, contracts, compatibility, schema evolution, testing, security, performance, observability, operability, and maintainability.
Establish patterns for dependency management, data ownership, eventing, failure isolation, service maturity, and operational documentation.
Establish Go service patterns and Kubernetes operating practices where they matter to the production estate, and guide Rust adoption where it addresses systems, security, performance, or supply-chain needs.
Take part in on-call and incident response for systems your teams own, serve as a technical escalation point during complex incidents, and turn lessons from incidents into lasting improvements.
Partner with Product and Engineering leadership on platform roadmap decisions and investment trade-offs.
Mentor Senior and Intermediate engineers, reduce technical debt, build reusable patterns that improve team throughput, and lead adoption of artificial intelligence-assisted and agentic workflows with quality, security, privacy, and operational guardrails.
What you’ll bring
A record of leading technical work across more than one team or a broad product area.
Deep backend architecture and production experience with complex applications, services, or platforms, including application programming interfaces, service platforms, data systems, modular monoliths, or shared backend components.
Experience modernizing a monolith or legacy backend architecture in production and using modular approaches such as bounded contexts, package encapsulation, ports and adapters, service extraction, or event-driven boundaries.
Experience building alignment through clear written proposals and decision records so teams document, understand, and adopt technical decisions.
Experience making trade-offs among customer outcomes, delivery speed, technical health, reliability, and long-term platform investment.
Experience mentoring engineers and shaping standards through code review, documentation, and practice.
Production experience with artificial intelligence-assisted or agentic engineering workflows, including improving how a team adopts them.
About the team
The Core DevOps team owns core repository capabilities, from Git command-line operations to web-based code exploration. We build features and platforms, improve existing capabilities, and improve maintainability, accessibility, performance, and workflows for teams using artificial intelligence-assisted development tools.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Supplier Security & Assurance (SSA) team sits within Security GRC and is responsible for assessing the security of our suppliers: evaluating whether vendors meet our security requirements, capturing the deviations, and giving the business a clear approval decision it can act on. We assess the vendor population a frontier AI lab actually depends on: SaaS and software, human data operations, compute and data center providers, hardware suppliers, and services firms. The program is designed agent-first so that people spend their time on judgment, remediation, and the vendors that matter most.
As a member of the Supplier Security & Assurance team you will run supplier security assessments end to end: reviewing evidence, verifying agent-drafted evaluations, determining inherent and residual risk, and driving findings to closure with vendors and business owners. You will also carry the work that extends assurance past the approval, from contractual security terms and secure configuration baselines to continuous monitoring and reassessment, and you will help shape the tooling and requirements the program runs on.
Key responsibilities
Run supplier security assessments: review agent-prefilled outputs, evaluate vendor controls and evidence, determine residual risk, route to domain reviewers where deeper assessment is warranted
Operate supplier issue management and risk treatment: document each finding with a severity, an owner, and a due date, drive remediation with the vendor and the business owner, record risk acceptances, and roll open issues up to the risk register
Run continuous monitoring after approval: reopen an assessment on defined triggers (data classification change, new SOC 2 report, new subprocessor, vendor incident), investigate SaaS configuration, data, and use case drift signals, and queue a reassessment where the vendor's scope has moved
Improve the program as you run it: identify gaps in coverage, questionnaires, requirements, and tooling that surface during assessments, propose the fix, and carry roadmap items that mature supplier security overall
Tune and maintain our Claude-powered assessment platform alongside the team: prompt development, questionnaire and assessment type design, calibration against assessor decisions, and output QA
Contribute to KPI and KRI reporting on coverage, cycle time, residual risk, open issues, and reassessments due
Minimum qualifications
Experience running supplier security assessments end to end at a technology company: scoping the engagement, determining inherent risk, reviewing controls and evidence, documenting residual risk, and driving findings to closure
Working knowledge of risk fundamentals (inherent and residual risk, control effectiveness, compensating controls, risk acceptance) and the judgment to apply them when the evidence is incomplete or the answer isn't in a framework
Ability to assess a vendor across security domains, and to recognize which findings you can close yourself and which need a security domain specialist
Track record of driving risk treatment to closure through influence across teams with competing priorities
Experience building or tuning an LLM-backed workflow, agent, or automation in a risk, compliance, or operations context, including tuning prompts and reviewing model output for accuracy
Experience building or operating issue management workflows: logging issues with a clear owner and due date, tracking remediation, and escalating when treatment stalls
Working technical knowledge of SaaS security configuration (SSO and SCIM, admin scoping, sharing defaults, audit log export) and of standard vendor security contract terms (DPA, incident notification, subprocessors, audit and testing rights)
Ability to read a SOC 2 report or penetration test and turn it into findings: identify control exceptions and carve-outs, map complementary user entity controls, and judge what the evidence does and does not prove
Preferred qualifications
Experience assessing cloud infrastructure, data center, or data-pipeline vendors
Experience supporting SOX, SOC 2, or ISO 27001 third party or vendor management controls
Experience assessing additional, more specialized vendor cohorts from a security risk perspective: human data operations or data labeling vendors, hardware suppliers, compute providers and neoclouds, and others
Experience with post-approval supplier continuous monitoring: configuration, data, and use case drift detection, shadow IT & SaaS detection, vendor incident management, or evidence-based vendor audits/site visits
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$255,000
—
$270,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Success is measured by accurate and timely close deliverables, well-supported reconciliations, prompt exception resolution, dependable cross-functional communication, and adherence to established controls.
RESPONSIBILITIES
LEASE AND FIXED ASSET ACCOUNTING
- Own assigned month-end and quarter-end lease-accounting activities, including journal entries, rollforwards, account reconciliations, balance-sheet substantiation, and flux or variance analysis.
- Prepare complete, accurate, and reviewer-ready journal entries and supporting schedules for lease-related balances, including right-of-use assets, lease liabilities, rent expense, interest, amortization, remeasurements, and true-ups.
- Perform reconciliations over lease accounts and subledger-to-general-ledger balances; investigate reconciling items, document conclusions, and drive timely resolution.
- Perform fixed-asset accounting as assigned, including additions, transfers, placed-in-service assessments, depreciation, disposals, construction-in-progress activity, reconciliations, and period-end entries.
CONTRACT REVIEW AND LEASE-SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION
- Read and analyze large, complex lease contracts, amendments, renewals, extensions, and termination agreements to identify relevant accounting terms, payment streams, options, incentives, obligations, and effective dates.
- Accurately enter new leases, modifications, remeasurements, and terminations into the lease-accounting system based on a complete understanding of the underlying contract.
- Validate lease-system inputs and outputs against executed agreements, payment schedules, invoices, commencement evidence, and operational data; resolve completeness and accuracy exceptions.
- Compile and validate information supporting quarterly and annual lease footnote disclosures, including maturity analyses, expense classifications, weighted-average metrics, cash-flow information, and required tie-outs.
CONTROLS, AUDIT, AND ISSUE RESOLUTION
- Follow U.S. GAAP, established lease-accounting and fixed-asset policies, standard operating procedures, close calendars, review requirements, and approval workflows.
- Execute control procedures over lease populations, contract abstraction, system inputs, calculations, reconciliations, disclosures, and workpapers, including completeness and accuracy checks and evidence retention.
- Respond to internal and external audit requests by assembling contracts, tie-outs, schedules, explanations, control evidence, and other supporting documentation.
- Investigate accounting and control exceptions, document root causes and resolutions, track open items through completion, and escalate significant matters promptly.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COORDINATION
- Partner with Compute & Infrastructure Accounting, Technical Accounting, Finance Systems, Data, Engineering, and business teams to resolve contract, data, system, accounting, and operational issues.
- Coordinate with Legal, Procurement, FP&A, Accounts Payable, Treasury, and other stakeholders to obtain executed agreements, validate facts, and support complete and timely lease accounting.
- Communicate requirements, status, outstanding items, and accounting implications clearly to finance and non-finance stakeholders, and escalate judgmental matters with clear context and recommended next steps.
PROCESS DISCIPLINE AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Identify recurring contract, data-quality, system, process, and control issues; surface trends and recommend scalable improvements.
- Write clear business requirements, test lease-system or process changes, and validate downstream accounting outputs before operational use.
- Improve recurring lease and fixed-asset workflows through standardization, documentation, automation, and tooling; maintain clear procedures and handoffs.
- Use approved AI-enabled tools responsibly to support contract review, data validation, analysis, and documentation while following data-security and review requirements.
- Help maintain consistent, controlled execution as the infrastructure portfolio, accounting requirements, systems, and workflows evolve.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Progressive experience in accounting, audit, advisory, or a related finance function, including hands-on operational accounting and ownership of recurring close deliverables.
- Strong month-end and quarter-end close experience involving journal entries, account reconciliations, rollforwards, variance analysis, and reviewer-ready workpaper preparation.
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls, with the judgment to identify and escalate matters requiring technical accounting review.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret lengthy, complex contracts and translate legal and commercial terms into accurate accounting conclusions, system inputs, and supporting documentation.
- Advanced spreadsheet and data-analysis skills, including the ability to work accurately with large datasets, and experience using an ERP or comparable finance system.
- Experience operating with high attention to detail in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple agreements, systems, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; sound judgment; and clear documentation habits.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to partner effectively across accounting, finance, legal, systems, data, engineering, and business teams.
PREFERRED
- Hands-on lease-accounting experience under ASC 842, including contract abstraction, classification, measurement, modifications, reconciliations, and disclosure support.
- Hands-on fixed-asset accounting experience, including additions, depreciation, disposals, transfers, construction in progress, and related reconciliations.
- Experience with lease-accounting software and an ERP such as Oracle Fusion; CPA, CA, or an equivalent professional accounting qualification is a plus.
- Experience preparing or reviewing cash flow statements, including cash flow classification and presentation for lease and fixed-asset activity.
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Experience in a technology, cloud-computing, data-center, colocation, equipment, or other infrastructure-intensive environment.
- Familiarity with SQL, data-query tools, issue-tracking tools, or similar technical tools used to investigate data, system, and process issues.
- Experience supporting SEC reporting, lease footnote disclosures, or public-company audit requirements in a high-growth or control-focused environment.
- Experience with process automation, systems implementation, or workflow redesign, and collaborating across time zones with distributed teams and external service providers.

Location: Berlin
Workplace: Hybrid
OUR STORY:
Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Taxfix is building a portfolio of AI-native, SaaS-oriented businesses across different stages of maturity — from established profit pools to scaling businesses and earlier-stage growth bets.
We are looking for senior commercial leaders who can take ownership of one of these business areas and build it into a focused, repeatable, and durable growth engine.
This role is for high-agency commercial builders who combine strong revenue ownership, sharp customer understanding, and disciplined execution with the ability to operate in ambiguity, experiment quickly, and make clear strategic choices.
You will report to the COO or a designated business line leader and work closely with a senior product counterpart in a joint business-building setup. You will own the commercial side of the business while shaping shared priorities across product, monetization, and growth.
You will partner closely with Product, Marketing/Growth, Sales, Partnerships, Operations/Service Delivery, Finance, Legal, Data/Analytics, and People. The initial focus is Germany, with potential to support expansion into additional markets.
The exact scope will depend on your experience spike and where we see the strongest fit.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own commercial strategy and outcomes. Define growth ambition, profitability targets, commercial priorities, and the execution roadmap for a major business area.
Make key commercial choices. Shape ICP, segmentation, positioning, value proposition, pricing, packaging, channels, and customer lifecycle.
Build repeatable growth loops. Improve acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, expansion, and win-back through disciplined experimentation.
Lead revenue generation. Build or scale the right commercial motion — product-led, sales-assisted, partner-led, account-based, lifecycle-driven, or hybrid.
Partner closely with Product. Work with a senior product counterpart on roadmap implications, monetization priorities, and business-critical product choices.
Establish performance discipline. Define KPIs, forecasting, dashboards, review rituals, and accountability mechanisms.
Build strong teams. Hire, coach, and raise the bar for commercial talent while creating clear ownership and leadership capacity.
Manage complexity. Anticipate regulatory, operational, data, partner, and compliance risks and create practical guardrails.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
Success depends on the maturity and economics of the business you lead.
In more mature businesses, success may mean sharper focus, stronger pricing and commercial discipline, better profitability, healthier cash generation, and durable growth.
In scaling or earlier-stage businesses, success may mean clearer ICP and positioning, stronger conversion and retention, validated propositions and channels, healthier unit economics, and repeatable growth loops.
Across all cases, success means stronger commercial judgment, faster learning, better execution, and tight alignment between product direction, monetization, and business outcomes.
YOUR PROFILE:
- 10+ years of experience in commercial, sales, GTM, strategy, or general management roles; experience in SaaS, subscriptions, platforms, marketplaces, fintech, or B2B services is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to build or scale a commercial engine, including sales motion, segmentation, pricing, packaging, channels, lifecycle, and operating cadence.
- Strong sales background with hands-on ownership of revenue outcomes, pipeline quality, conversion, forecasting, and commercial performance.
- Strong P&L and unit economics orientation, including CAC, payback, retention, expansion, margin trade-offs, service cost, and cash implications.
- Strong product-commercial judgment and ability to work closely with Product without relying on hierarchy.
- High ownership, structured execution, and comfort operating in ambiguity.
- Data-driven and experiment-minded, using evidence, customer signals, and fast learning loops to improve performance.
- Talent multiplier with experience hiring, coaching, delegating, and developing strong leaders.
- Fluent in English; German is a strong plus.
PARTICULARLY RELEVANT EXPERIENCE SPIKES
We are hiring across several priority business lines and do not expect every candidate to cover all of them. We are especially interested in profiles with one or more of the following spikes:
Consumer SaaS / self-service
Experience scaling consumer SaaS, subscription, or product-led growth businesses with high-volume digital funnels, including conversion, lifecycle, retention, pricing, experimentation, and efficient acquisition.
Consumer SaaS / expert-assisted services
Experience scaling SaaS subscription businesses where software and service delivery are deeply connected, including expert support, operations, quality control, capacity planning, and service economics.
SaaS for self-employed professionals
Experience building and scaling Business SaaS solutions for self-employed professionals, SMEs, accountants, or similar B2B ecosystems, including sales-led or partner-led GTM, onboarding, retention, expansion, and platform monetization.
