Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
The Learning Design and Enablement Manager will join the Enterprise Learning & Development team within the People organization to build applied learning experiences that strengthen leadership, professional, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities. You’ll translate business needs into practical, scenario-based learning that supports lasting behavior change, scalable enablement, and measurable business impact. Reporting to the Manager of Enterprise Learning & Development, this role is remote in the United States and Canada and will help build the capabilities 1Password needs to deliver on its mission.
How we’re using AI today
On the People team, we’re using AI intentionally and responsibly as part of how our work gets done. We’re building a shared foundation of AI confidence and capability with the belief that innovation happens best when we learn and experiment together. From drafting communications and synthesizing feedback to automating workflows across the employee lifecycle, we’re embedding AI into our day-to-day operations and the way we collaborate cross-functionally, helping us move quickly and create space for the human moments that matter most.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
• 7+ years of experience in instructional design, learning design, or a related learning and development role, with experience translating capability needs into practical learning solutions.
• Experience designing scenario-based learning grounded in real business workflows and focused on behavior change rather than one-time knowledge transfer.
• Ability to identify patterns across stakeholder needs and create reusable frameworks, content, and learning experiences that can scale across teams.
• Experience embedding measurement and evaluation into learning solutions, along with the ability to connect learning outcomes to business impact.
• Working knowledge of instructional design methods such as Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE), Design Thinking, backward design, or comparable approaches.
• Strong project management, facilitation, communication, and independent decision-making skills, with the ability to turn ambiguous needs into clear solutions and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience building workplace AI capability, designing leadership programs across multiple leadership levels, or using emerging learning technologies and AI-enabled tools.
What you can expect:
• Design and develop applied learning solutions based on identified capability needs, using real business scenarios and workflows.
• Partner with functional enablement leads, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to integrate learning into existing programs and team practices.
• Lead the design and development of leadership capability programs for front-line, mid-level, and senior leaders, facilitating selected sessions as needed.
• Create learning experiences that help people use AI thoughtfully and effectively, with an emphasis on judgment, critical thinking, responsible application, and evaluating outcomes.
• Develop reusable frameworks, practices, measurement approaches, and resources that strengthen learning delivery and effectiveness across the organization.
• Build evaluation into each solution, use learner and stakeholder feedback to improve programs, and maintain learning materials so they remain current and relevant.

How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
ABOUT THE ROLE
Docker’s Professional Services team partners with customers to turn AI and cloud-native deployments into working production outcomes.
We are looking for a technically fluent Delivery Program Manager to operate delivery engagements. You will be embedded as an overlay alongside technical sales, solution architects, forward deployed engineers, and delivery partners, translating customers’ technical and business requirements into scoped service engagements and managing them through delivery.
You will be both builder and operator: designing repeatable service offerings where none exist today, and equally willing to roll up your sleeves to scope a detailed Statement of Work or unblock a stuck engagement. If you thrive in ambiguity, love building order from chaos, and operate with high autonomy and low ego, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
DELIVERY OPERATIONS
- Operationalize the end-to-end engagement lifecycle, from scoping and kickoff through delivery, handoff, and retrospectives.
- Directly manage customer engagements: plan, run governance cadences, track milestones, manage risks and dependencies, and escalations.
- Review technical assumptions in scopes and SOWs with solution architects (environments, integrations, identity, network and security constraints, customer prerequisites) so estimates and timelines hold up in delivery.
- Own customer readiness and handoff: environment prerequisites, acceptance criteria, and clean transition to Support and Technical Account Managers.
OFFERINGS AND REUSABLE ASSETS
- Partner with solution architects to create reusable delivery assets: playbooks, runbooks, statement of work templates, reference architectures, and onboarding workshops/guides.
- Turn repeatable customer patterns into packaged, fixed-scope offerings with defined outcomes, durations and pricing inputs.
- Build and maintain the sales-cycle engagement model and intake process for when and how Services are engaged across sales stages.
GOVERNANCE, TOOLING, AND METRICS
- Build the program management and governance infrastructure: intake frameworks, capacity planning models, risk registers, delivery dashboards, and milestone tracking.
- Define and report delivery KPIs: on-time delivery, utilization, engagement margin, customer satisfaction.
- Own SOW amendment and change-order processes: define when and how scope changes are documented, approved, and reflected in project tracking.
- Partner with Legal on SOW frameworks and language.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management, professional services, forward deployed engineering services or equivalent cross-functional roles.
- Experience at a B2B SaaS, developer tooling, or infrastructure software company delivering implementation, migration, or adoption engagements to enterprise customers.
- Demonstrated experience building programs, processes, or practices from scratch not just optimizing existing ones.
- Strong technical fluency: comfortable participating in systems architecture discussions, understanding system dependencies.
- Strong structured problem solving, facilitation, and systems thinking, including participation in
- Experience with Professional Services tooling and business systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, PSA tools)
- Exceptional written and verbal communicator able to produce executive-grade program readouts and customer-facing documentation alike.
- High degree of personal accountability; comfortable owning ambiguous problems with limited oversight and providing value-added improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional services, consulting, or delivery experience at an infrastructure software vendor or systems integrator.
- Experience self-serving data and analytics (Looker, Tableau, or similar) to build performance reporting.
- Prior experience scaling a Professional Services or delivery organization or a support services operation through a growth or transformation phase.
- Experience building engagements with third-party partners and system integrators within professional services delivery models.
WHY THIS ROLE
Building a PS function from the ground up is rare. This is an opportunity to shape how Docker serves its most strategic customers, define what great looks like for technical delivery, and leave a lasting operational footprint on a high-growth organization. You will have broad scope, executive access, and the room to build something that matters.
What to Expect in the First 30 Days
- Shadow: join scoping calls and review active projects.
- Audit the existing SOW process and template library to identify gaps in standardization, approval routing, and tracking.
- Meet your key partners: Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, Technical Account Managers, Finance and Legal.
What to Expect in the First 60 Days
- Manage first customer engagement directly, with support from the existing team.
- Identify the highest-priority SOW template gaps for standardization.
- Document the current delivery framework as it exists today capturing what's working, and what needs to change.
What to Expect in the First 60 Days
- Autonomously managing customer engagements.
- Support leadership with quarterly review cycles on active engagements and retrospectives.
- Translate process gaps into actionable workstreams with clear owners, timelines, and accountability.
Docker does not offer visa sponsorship for this role.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
Senior Product Designer, Knowledge Graph
This is a remote position. We are looking for candidates in the US and Canada
(East Coast US/Canada preferred, open to other time zones for exceptional candidates)
.
The Opportunity:
As a Senior Product Designer at Grafana Labs, you will join a growing Product Design organization of more than 25 designers, researchers, engineers, and design leaders distributed across six continents. You will work within a 100% remote R&D organization, so strong, proactive remote communication, collaboration, facilitation, and relationship building skills will be essential to your success.
As
Senior Product Designer for Grafana Cloud’s Knowledge Graph
, you'll design experiences for the context layer of Grafana Cloud that powers our entity graph, entity catalog and RCA workbench. Knowledge Graph automatically discovers services, infrastructure, and databases from the telemetry teams already have, maps how they depend on each other, and runs anomaly detection. This gives engineers, SREs, and their agents an up to date picture of their systems. We want anyone to be able to understand a system and resolve an incident faster, without writing queries or maintaining alert rules, not just the one person who happens to know it best.
Over time, you will develop deep expertise in your product area and associated customer and user personas, use cases, and workflows, which will enable you to design tailored, role-driven experiences.
You will also have an opportunity to contribute to the evolution of the Product Design team at Grafana by coaching and mentoring other designers, collaborating on team internal initiatives, and helping evolve new ways of working, learning, and having fun together as the team scales.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Enabling customers to easily understand and explore how their systems connect to each other. Find clear, simple ways to show complex, constantly-changing information without overwhelming the user
Translate research and data to experiences that are easy to digest and break down complexity
Tailor the experience to different target audiences, covering multiple user perspectives
Work cross-functionally with peers and leaders in engineering, product management, technical writing, and GTM functions, as well as other members of the Product Design team
Prioritise for delivering impact while balancing business priorities, customer wishes and technical considerations
Document user needs and pain points, design directions, UX trade-offs, and detailed designs for specific features and enhancements
Execute research and contribute to quantitative and qualitative research initiatives with researchers, cross-functional collaborators, customers, and members of the Grafana user community
What Makes You a Great Fit:
7+ years of relevant design experience working on B2B/enterprise software products, ideally designing tools and services for developers or other highly technical users
A portfolio of effective designs for complex products delivered in a fast-paced environment
Experience running qualitative research in complex fields, building empathy with users and humans, their needs and pain points even when you have very little in common with them
Ability to make design decisions that appropriately balance business goals, product priorities, customer feedback, research insights, and technical considerations
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple locations and time-zones to iteratively ship and evolve products while keeping the end design vision in mind
Attention to detail and willingness to learn about a complex, very technical product space
Experience working in a fully-remote, fast-paced environment where you are expected to share openly, default to transparency, and embrace your autonomy
Bonus Points For:
Experience designing complex, data-dense interfaces with a focus on clarity
Ability to rapidly gain an understanding of a technical domain and associated customer needs and user workflows in order to design effective experiences within that domain
Domain knowledge or experience related to observability, cloud infrastructure, and/or database monitoring
Experience helping design teams, especially at engineering led companies, level up their practice, collaboration with partner functions, and user and organizational impact
When you apply, please:
Provide an example of an experience where decision-making in a complex area is made easy through a well-curated UI. Add a sentence or two about what you believe makes it effective.
Compensation & Rewards:
In Canada, the Base compensation range for this role is CAD $
145,000
- CAD $182,000.
Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process. Benefits include equity, bonus (if applicable) and other benefits listed

About
Customer.io
Over 9,000 companies — from scrappy startups to global brands — use our platform to send billions of emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS every day.
Customer.io
powers automated communication that people actually want to receive. We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data.
About the role
Hi, my name is Caitlin, Senior Manager, Technical Support at
Customer.io
, and I'm looking for an Email Deliverability Specialist to join our deliverability program within Technical Support. You'll help customers reach the inbox by diagnosing sending issues, advising on best practices, and guiding senders through an email ecosystem that keeps changing.
You'll be one of several deliverability experts on a team that shares knowledge across Technical Support, so your work reaches well beyond your own queue. You'll partner with Customer Success, Technical Support, and Engineering: taking customer calls, equipping CSMs for customer conversations, working through complex technical cases alongside Engineering, and turning what you see in tickets into documentation, training, and better processes.
You'll thrive here if you think about the health of the whole program, enjoy improving how work gets done, and are equally comfortable digging into a detailed case and having a direct conversation with a customer about acceptable use.
What we value
Empathy and curiosity:
You approach every customer with patience and a desire to dig deeper, especially when a conversation gets uncomfortable.
Clarity:
You explain complex technical concepts simply and help others do the same.
Collaboration:
You build strong partnerships across Support, Customer Success, and Engineering, and you treat customer outcomes as a shared goal.
Thinking at scale:
You look at how we do things today and see what could work better for the whole organization, then you help make it happen.
Continuous learning:
You stay ahead of evolving standards and see change as a chance to improve how we work.
What you'll do
Act as a trusted deliverability advisor to customers, handling complex cases through to full resolution and leading customer calls when a conversation needs it
Audit sender setup and monitor reputation across IPs and domains, using authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and BIMI, DNS configuration, and provider tools like Google Postmaster Tools, Yahoo Sender Hub, and Microsoft SNDS to diagnose blocklists, spam traps, and engagement drops
Work through highly technical issues with Engineering, taking ownership of the investigation first and sharing trends from customer cases with Product and Engineering
Identify acceptable use policy violations and spam complaints, hold clear and direct conversations with customers about compliance, and keep up with evolving standards (Gmail and Yahoo sender requirements, CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
Equip CSMs and Technical Support with the knowledge to handle deliverability conversations, through coaching, documentation, and training
Improve processes, tools, and one-to-many resources, such as help content, Academy course and proactive customer guidance, so deliverability support scales across the organization
What we're looking for
2-4 years of experience in email deliverability at a mid-size or large ESP, B2B SaaS company, or marketing automation platform, with exposure to deliverability at scale
Deep understanding of email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI) and infrastructure (SMTP, MTAs, DNS), with the technical comfort to work through complex issues with Engineering
Proficiency with provider data feeds (Google Postmaster Tools, Yahoo Sender Hub, Microsoft SNDS) and third-party deliverability monitoring tools like Everest, MXToolbox, or similar, and the analytical skill to turn bounce, engagement, and blocklist data into clear recommendations
Working knowledge of email compliance and acceptable use standards, and comfort having direct conversations with customers who are sending outside of them
Experience building or improving processes, documentation, or training that help a support or deliverability team scale
Excellent written and verbal communication, including comfort leading customer calls and simplifying technical concepts for any audience
Located in the United States or Canada
Bonus: participation in deliverability communities (M3AAWG, ESPC, or similar) and experience partnering with Customer Success teams
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in transparency. Starting salary for this role is $102,000 - $110,000 USD (or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment. In addition to base salary, this role includes an equity grant in the form of stock options, so you share in the success you help build.
We know our people are what make us great, and we're committed to taking great care of them. Our inclusive benefits package supports your well-being and growth, including
100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance premiums for you and your family
. We also offer
16 weeks paid parental leave, unlimited PTO
, stipends for remote work and wellness, a professional development budget, and more.

We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for product-focused systems engineers to work on Teleport Core Product.
You will work on problems ranging from performance and scalability, security and networking, to integrations with external systems.
You will work on the full product lifecycle from working with customers to understand their problems, writing RFDs for your proposed design, implementing, testing, and documenting.
Teleport is an open core project, and most of the code you will write will be open source and written in Go.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Become an expert on scalability, performance, and reliability of Teleport in large deployments.
- Design, develop, and ship outstanding, high-quality products.
- Write most of the code in Go.
- Closely collaborate with other teams at Teleport on matters related to scalability and performance.
- Work directly with our customers to diagnose and remediate performance issues.
- Grow your technical expertise.
- Lead a distributed team of outstanding engineers.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Willingness to work collaboratively with Teleport's engineers on coding challenge in Go https://github.com/gravitational/careers/blob/main/challenges/systems/challenge-1.md as part of the interview process.
- Builder mentality and experience -- you love building zero-to-one products
- Extensive Go experience.
- Extensive experience developing scalable, reliable, and performant distributed systems and platforms.
- Strong team leadership and management experience.
- Linux systems engineering experience.
- Knowledge of Identity Management, RBAC, ABAC, and zero-trust security models.
- Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to master new technologies.
- Transparency, honesty, and a no-ego mindset.
- Significant contributions in Open Source is a big plus.
HOW WE HIRE
Our process is designed to be straightforward and respectful of your time. We skip performative rounds and focus on what matters: understanding how you think and what you can do.
For this role, we use a take-home challenge that mirrors real work at Teleport — on your time, your way. You'll have support from the team throughout.
1. Zoom meeting with a Teleport recruiter. You’ll learn about the company, our products, compensation philosophy, interview process, and key requirements.
2. Zoom meeting with the Hiring Manager. The Hiring Manager will walk you through the coding challenge and answer your questions.
3. Coding challenge collaboration. The day after your meeting with the Hiring Manager, you join a Slack channel and complete a coding challenge in Go https://github.com/gravitational/careers/blob/main/challenges/systems/challenge-1.md using GitHub. The challenge usually takes about 2 weeks and ends with a Zoom meeting with the Hiring Manager and a member of the interview team to review your solution.
4. If your challenge solution meets our bar, you'll receive an offer to join Teleport.
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building.
The Benefits
At Teleport, we believe your career is more important than a list of perks. That's why we focus on making your day-to-day the best it can be — giving you the autonomy, access, and support to do the best work of your career.
- Extensive health coverage
- Annual expense budget
- Rest and recovery policies that maximize your ability to recharge
- Investment in your future with retirement savings plans
- Professional development opportunities

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, growth, and overall health of a book of 8–12 of Ramp’s largest and most strategic customers. You’ll own the long-term relationship and be accountable for maintaining and growing revenue, driving product adoption, and ensuring your customers achieve meaningful business outcomes on Ramp.
You’ll build deep relationships across all levels of your customers’ organizations, from day-to-day operators to C-suite executives, and be skilled at managing complex stakeholder dynamics and product configurations. Internally, you’ll partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams at Ramp to strengthen our B2B relationships, coordinate strategic initiatives, and feed structured insights into our product roadmap and internal processes.

- Build and execute detailed account and territory plans, including QBRs and executive reviews that highlight results, surface risks, and align on future growth
- Lead frequent customer conversations (status calls, roadmap discussions, upsell conversations, and QBRs) to ensure customers are achieving strong outcomes with Ramp
- Own end-to-end execution of renewals and expansions, from discovery and solution design through commercial negotiation and close
- Serve as a Ramp product expert, proactively uncovering workflow gaps and recommending solutions that save customers time and money, while guiding them toward deeper platform adoption
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, CSMs, and Solutions to coordinate customer initiatives and deliver tailored, enterprise-grade solutions
- Provide structured feedback to product and leadership teams, translating customer needs and patterns into recommendations that shape Ramp’s Strategic and Enterprise roadmap
- Navigate and align internal and external stakeholders, including C-suite executives, investors, partners, and cross-functional teams
- Use data and analytics to inform your strategy, monitor account performance, and communicate impact and opportunities in a clear, grounded way
WHAT YOU NEED
- 9+ years of experience as a Account Manager or Account Executive
- 3+ years managing strategic Enterprise accounts (2,500+ employees or Fortune 1000) with proven commercial ownership
- Strong familiarity with Fintech, Payments, Finance/Accounting, or B2B SaaS products
- Demonstrated success negotiating and closing complex six-figure renewals and upsells
- Ability to understand and communicate complex product workflows, integrations, and technical configurations
- High fluency in financial value drivers — able to articulate ROI, payback periods, process modernization, and cost savings
- Deep sense of ownership with the ability to build processes, playbooks, and documentation from 0→1 as strategic customers push the limits of Ramp’s platform and require new, scalable solutions
- Strong executive communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally and at the C-suite
- Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets in fast-paced environments
- Operates with urgency, grit, and ownership; thrives in environments with innovation, change, and ambiguity

Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
We’re looking for a Brand Designer to join the Figma Brand Studio and focus on designing for the web. This role will help up-level some of our most important surfaces—our marketing websites—in brand-forward, novel, and unexpected ways.
This role sits at the intersection of web design, software storytelling, and brand. You’ll need expert visual and UX instincts, a deep curiosity about our products, and a point of view on how to make product stories land on the web—showing what Figma can do, not just telling. You’re someone who loves to tinker and experiment. You have a deep understanding of accessibility, and you’re comfortable taking ideas from early sketch to working prototype, partnering with web engineers to bring new patterns and interactions to life. Working closely across Brand and Marketing, you’ll shape everything from site structure and navigation to launch, campaign, and event experiences. You’ll also help evolve the web design system that helps the team ship quality work at speed. You’ll play a central role in defining how Figma shows up on the web through experiences that are inventive, accessible, and beautifully crafted.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Own and drive best-in-class UX and visual design across Figma’s marketing websites, from concept through prototype and production
Tell Figma’s software story on the web in compelling, inventive ways, working with Product Marketing and Content Strategy to show (not just tell) what our products can do
Prototype and develop new web patterns and interactions that move past standard SaaS conventions, and partner with web engineers to make them real
Design brand-forward web experiences for launches, campaigns, and events that feel novel and unexpected, while staying accessible and performant
Shape site structure, information architecture, and navigation to better bring our content strategy to life and serve customers’ needs
Evolve and contribute to our web design system, including templates and components that help the team ship quality work at speed
Share learnings, experiments, and techniques with Brand Studio and partners to raise the bar across the org
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
5+ years designing websites, with a portfolio that shows creative range, strong visual, interaction, and typographic craft, and a clear point of view on telling software stories on the web
Fluency designing, prototyping, and building with Figma, and curiosity about new design, build, and AI tools, with clear opinions on how and when to use them
Strong systems thinking, grounded in information architecture, UX and accessibility best practices, and experience contributing to and evolving design systems and templates
Experience using research and data to run experiments and drive decisions
Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to drive concepts from start to finish on your own, partnering closely with design, copy, strategy, engineering, product marketing, and growth along the way
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
At Figma we celebrate and support our differences. We know employing a team rich in diverse thoughts, experiences, and opinions allows our employees, our product and our community to flourish. Figma is an
