A little bit about us:
We are Belvo, an open finance API platform with the bold vision of democratizing access to financial services in Latin America. We enable any financial innovator to access and interpret financial data, as well as initiate payments from their end-users accounts. We’re turning the messy complexities of the Latin American financial ecosystem into a modern set of tools to access and interpret data and move money in a seamless and secure way.
We’re a highly-technical, passionate, and driven team. We are more than 90 people and our team currently represents 20 nationalities. We have offices in São Paulo and Mexico City – while a large portion of us work remotely.
We are tackling a very stimulating problem: connecting fintech innovators with legacy financial infrastructure. We strive to go beyond the limits of what is possible today and to do so in an elegant and developer-first way.
Since starting our adventure in May 2019, we have raised $71m from the leading VC investors globally.
You can read more about our company here https://belvo.com/about/ and about our team and culture here https://belvo.com/careers/. Also, head to our blog https://belvo.com/blog/ for more news about what we’re building and how we work https://belvo.com/blog/category/working-belvo/.
About the team:
- We work in cross-functional, autonomous teams. We follow continuous delivery best practices executed on top of a modern technology stack.
- Our products are built for developers, by developers. Technological excellence is at the heart of what we do.
- We are pragmatic and customer-focused. We strive to find the right set of trade-offs in order to validate our hypothesis as early as possible, iterating on our products based on customer feedback.
- We communicate transparently. We do weekly all-hands where we get together to discuss company performance and goals.
- While we are global and remote-friendly, we also operate from our vibrant offices in CDMX and Sao Paulo. To accommodate the various time zones in which we are based, we ensure we’re always synced up for at least 3 hours per day.
- Also, we are backed by some of the leading investors in Silicon Valley and Latin America, including Founders Fund, Kaszek Ventures, and YCombinator.
The challenge
The Intelligence Squad is Belvo's AI enabler team. One part of the squad builds the platforms and patterns that let every team at Belvo ship AI. This role sits in the other part: turning the financial data and payments we aggregate across Latin America into models that make real decisions, who looks creditworthy, which transaction is fraudulent, what category a payment belongs to, whether an income statement checks out. That data drives real financial outcomes for the people and businesses on the other end, so the bar for rigor is high.
You'll be the data science reference in the squad. We're not hiring someone to execute a modeling backlog someone else wrote. We want someone who decides which problems are worth modeling, defines how we know a model is good enough, and raises the data science bar for everyone they work with. You'll be deep enough in statistics and ML to defend a modeling choice to anyone, whether this is a set of rules to simplify a problem or a complex model that you build. You'll be close enough to the business to turn a commercial problem into a modeling roadmap and a business case. And you'll be a strong enough engineer to take your models from notebook to production and own them there.
Responsibilities
- Model development and selection: Lead the design of statistical and ML models (classification, regression, ranking, NLP or LLM-based) for problems like risk scoring, fraud detection and transaction categorization. Choose approaches on their merits and defend those choices with data, not habit.
- AI-leveraged delivery: Use agentic coding and research tooling as a core part of how you work: exploring data, generating and testing feature hypotheses, scaffolding pipelines, writing the service around the model. We care about the decisions you ship, not hours at the keyboard, and we expect you to keep compressing the gap between the two.
- Feature engineering with business context: Work with Product and the business teams to figure out which signals in Belvo's financial data actually explain the outcome you're modeling, and translate an ambiguous business question into a well-scoped modeling problem.
- Productionization and ownership: Take models past the notebook. Build or shape the pipelines, APIs and services that run them reliably in production, and own them once they're live: monitoring, drift, retraining, and retirement when the evidence says so.
- Experimentation: Design and run experiments (A/B tests and offline evaluation) to confirm that a model change actually moves the metric it's meant to move.
- Cross-functional partnership: Work closely with Engineering, Data Research, Product, and the rest of the Intelligence Squad to ship end to end, and with stakeholders across the business to keep your models grounded in what actually matters to them.
- Business and customer partnership: Work directly with stakeholders and, when needed, customers. Translate ambiguous business questions into well-scoped problems, and explain trade-offs and impact clearly to non-technical audiences, executives included.
- Staying current: GenAI moves weekly. We expect you to be genuinely plugged in: model releases, papers, and tooling, to hold an opinion on what's real versus hype, and to bring the useful parts back to the squad as a demo, a doc, or a session for our company-wide AI Chapter.
- Framing the problem: Decide what's worth modeling. Push back when a rule, a heuristic, or a better data pipeline solves the problem without a model, and be willing to kill or retire your own model when the evidence says so.
This position may be for you if
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, Applied Scientist, or in a similar hands-on modeling role.
- You've owned models end to end in production, from framing the problem to monitoring it live, and you can point to the measurable business impact they had.
- You have a solid grounding in statistics and can explain how your models work at that level, not just how to call them.
- You've built and compared more than one type of model (for example tree-based methods, regression, deep learning) for the same problem and can justify why you picked the one you shipped.
- You're comfortable in Python for data science (pandas, scikit-learn, and at least one of TensorFlow or PyTorch) and in SQL for pulling and shaping your own data.
- You've taken several models you built into production yourself, not just handed it off to someone else to deploy. You http://deploy.You understand engineering fundamentals: testing, version control, CI/CD, and how to write code someone other than you can maintain.
- You've built with LLMs past the API-call level: tool use or agents, retrieval, structured outputs, and shipped at least one to production. You can explain how you knew it was good enough, which means you've built some form of evaluation, not just eyeballed outputs.
- Agentic coding tools are part of your daily workflow, not a novelty. You can walk us through a specific task that used to take you days and now takes hours: how you set it up, what you delegated, and where you still don't trust the output.
- You're proficient in written and spoken English.
Amazing if
- You've worked in fintech, financial risk, or another regulated data environment before.
- You have a business or strategy background alongside data science (an MBA, consulting, or a product/strategy role).
- You've worked in a customer-facing data science role, such as a forward-deployed engineer or a solutions/applied team at a data platform company.
- You've worked with MLOps tooling for model versioning, monitoring, and automated retraining.
- You've deployed models on AWS (for example SageMaker or an equivalent managed ML service).
- You've written evals or an LLM-as-judge harness for a non-deterministic system, and have opinions about where that approach breaks.
- You've used LLMs inside the data pipeline itself: labeling, extraction, categorization, and can say where they beat a classical model and where they quietly don't.
Tech stack
- Python is our primary language for data science and modeling (pandas, scikit-learn, and deep learning frameworks as needed).
- SQL against a cloud data warehouse for data access and feature work.Claude deployed company-wide and Claude Code for every engineer. Agentic tooling is part of how we work daily, not a side experiment.
- Cloud infrastructure on AWS, favoring managed services so you can focus on the modeling problem rather than infrastructure plumbing.
- An experimentation platform for A/B testing and offline evaluation.
- We use Datadog for service observability across the company.
- We follow Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery best practices.
Our tech stack:
- We’re building our platform using modern technologies, putting the focus on reliability and long-term maintainability
- We primarily use Python on the backend. We use battle-tested technologies such as Django, and we are heavy users of Python’s asyncio for some parts of our stack
- We use Javascript, Vue.js and Sass on the frontend. We are developing and leveraging our own design system and component library
- We run our infrastructure on top of Amazon Web Services, leveraging managed services. We tend to favor the use of managed services wherever possible, in order to focus on our business problems
- We observe and monitor our services using Datadog
- We follow Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery best practices

SENIOR DATA ENGINEER
ABOUT KEYROCK
Since our beginnings in 2017, we've grown to be a leading change-maker in the digital asset space, renowned for our partnerships and innovation.
Today, we partner with over 250 team members around the world. Our diverse team hails from 42 nationalities, with backgrounds ranging from self-taught DeFi natives to PhDs. Predominantly remote, we have hubs in London, Brussels, and Singapore, and host regular online and offline hangouts to keep the crew tight.
We are trading on more than 80 trading venues, and working with a wide array of asset issuers. As a well-established market maker, our distinctive expertise led us to expand rapidly. Today, our services span market making, options trading, high-frequency trading, OTC, and DeFi trading desks.
But we’re more than a service provider. We’re an initiator. We're pioneers in adopting the Rust Development language for our algorithmic trading, and champions of its use in the industry. We support the growth of Web3 startups through our Accelerator Program. We upgrade ecosystems by injecting liquidity into promising DeFi, RWA, and NFT protocols. And we push the industry's progress with our research and governance initiatives.
At Keyrock, we're not just envisioning the future of digital assets. We're actively building it.
ABOUT THE TEAM AND WHY THE ROLE EXISTS
The Central Data Team (CDT) is only a few months old, but data has been Keyrock's lifeblood since day one. We're now building the Keyrock Data Platform to give Keyrockers, and the AI agents working alongside them, the data and context they need to act fast and autonomously within agreed boundaries and aligned with our shared goals. Doing that means taking data from across the company and making sense of it in real time for all the functions that depend on it: trading desks, wealth and asset management, product, risk, finance, compliance, and research to name a few.
You'd be one of the early hires in CDT and we expect you to contribute to most of the bigger decisions and build work. The standards we settle on and the way the team ends up working are still open.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build streaming and batch pipelines that ingest, normalise, and distribute market, trading, and portfolio data, resilient to feed and exchange failures.
- Build the self-serve tooling (SDKs, patterns, templates, AI agents) so other teams publish, consume, and build on data products without waiting on us.
- Own data contracts and schema evolution. Keep schema changes from turning into multi-team coordination events.
- Design the lakehouse and time-series layer around consumer query patterns.
- Build and evolve the Data Governance and Data Quality Framework: stale-feed detection, schema validation, range checks, idempotent writes, lineage, ownership, self-healing.
- Build the derived analytics the business runs on: cross-exchange spreads, VWAP at depth, order book microstructure for the desks; portfolio views, exposure, performance for wealth and asset management.
- Make observability, cost, and performance first-class from day one.
- Treat infrastructure as code (Docker, Terraform, CI/CD) alongside our Central Infrastructure Team.
- Work in the open: write things down, partner closely with Architecture, Infrastructure, Platform, and the rest of the teams.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Tools matter less to us than how you think about problems. That said, here's the shape of the person we have in mind.
Engineering Craft
- 8+ years of building production data systems that other people rely on.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL: not just being able to write a query, but being able to reason about what the engine is doing with it.
- Code that's easy for someone else to read, test, and delete later.
- Strong understanding of data modelling for both streaming and analytical workloads.
- Efficiency, quality, idempotency, and observability are taken seriously by default.
Systems Design
- You've designed and operated streaming systems on Kafka, Redpanda, MSK, or Kinesis, and you have opinions about partitioning, consumer groups, offsets, and schema registries.
- You've used a time-series store in production (ClickHouse ideally; TimescaleDB, QuestDB, or similar are fine too) and can talk about table design as a function of query patterns.
- You've worked with a lakehouse architecture and reason about table layout, partitioning, and compaction as design choices that shape query performance and storage cost.
- You build for self-healing and idempotency. Reprocessing is safe, retries don't double-write, and the system recovers without a human in the loop.
Operational Readiness
- Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD are how you work, not a separate "DevOps" thing.
- You think about cost and performance early.
- You instrument as you build: logs, metrics, and traces are part of the system from day one.
- You design for data quality and governance up front covering contracts, validation, lineage, and ownership
How You Think and Work
- You reason from first principles when a problem is new, stay pragmatic when it isn't, and update your view when you learn more.
- You treat the trading desks, wealth and asset management, product, risk, finance, compliance, and research as customers of what you build, and communicate with them that way.
- You optimise for outcomes over output. A smaller, simpler thing that ships and works beats a bigger thing that doesn't.
- You take ownership end-to-end: design, ship, operate, improve.
- You say what you think including when it's an unpopular take. You change your mind when the argument is better.
- You make the people around you better. Reviews are real, juniors grow from working with you, and peers want to work with you again.
- You're curious about how markets work. Data engineering on its own won't keep you interested here.
- You're honest about what you know and what you don't, and quick to close the gap.
- You understand financial market data: order books, trades, reference data, portfolios, exposures. Crypto, TradFi, or both are a strong plus.
NICE TO HAVE
- Lakehouse experience with Apache Iceberg or Delta Lake.
- Familiarity with DataHub or similar metadata/lineage platforms.
- Rust. Some of our performance-critical services are written in it. Interest is welcome; fluency isn't required.
WHAT YOU’LL GET
- A from-scratch mandate. You'll be among the first hires in CDT, and the platform, the standards, and the team culture are yours to shape with us.
- Strong partners. Close working relationships with Architecture, Infrastructure, Platform, and the desks themselves. You won't be building data in a vacuum.
- Autonomy on how you work. Flexible hours, remote-first, business-hours on-call shared across the team.
- A competitive salary package, with various benefits.
- A team that likes each other. Regular online get-togethers and a yearly onsite where everyone's in the same room.
OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS

About the role:
At Provectus, you don’t prototype in a sandbox and hand a client a slide deck. You embed inside a bank, an insurer, or a health system, learn the work, and ship a Claude + AWS system into their real, regulated production — then you watch the business number move. We’re an Anthropic and AWS Partner with 150+ certified architects. That means the newest models, real budgets, and problems that matter — without the layers, politics, and years-to-impact of a hundred-thousand-person firm. 350+ builders, 100+ customers in production, founder-led since 2010, offices across North America, LATAM, and EMEA.
Why Provectus
Frontier access
— Anthropic Preferred Partner: newest Claude models, real budgets, real problems.
Real tasks (not scope), real deployment.
You go where the operating problem is and ship production code to real users, not slide decks that sit in a drive.
Embedded, not engaged.
You are part of the customer’s team and inside their process — not a vendor running a project alongside it. Embedded is not staff-augmented.
Autonomous.
You own the work from framing through to production, visible to clients and founders. You own the method; nobody hands you a ticket.
Your experience stays portable.
Every engagement is a new problem, often in a new industry, so your skills compound instead of narrowing to one product. No legacy-maintenance grind, not a single stack.
Craft & growth
— build beside senior FDEs on a Claude-certified team; a real platform (talks, OSS) to grow your name.
We give you a stage:
Claude certification, conference talks, open-source contributions, published work under your own name.
Requirements:
Typically 7+ years building software, a substantial share of it writing production code you were accountable for. You are hands-on today and intend to stay that way.
Genuinely willing to spend time understanding someone else’s job before writing code; demonstrated ability to become conversant in an unfamiliar business function quickly.
Shipped GenAI/LLM systems to production — not demos, not notebooks. You’ve handled the parts that get hard after the prototype works.
You evaluate. You have built or owned an eval suite for a non-deterministic system, and you can explain what you measured and why.
Strong engineering fundamentals — dropped into an unfamiliar codebase or language, you’re productive. Python and/or TypeScript proficiency; depth matters more than stack.
Cloud-native delivery on AWS (GCP/Azure a plus), including the operational reality of a system someone else inherits.
Pre-sales experience. Credible with senior stakeholders — you can hold a redesign conversation with a BU head and a scoping conversation with a CTO without losing either room.
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership. Engagements start underspecified by design. Closing that gap is the job.
Hands-on experience with Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork (skills, workflows, MCP, integrations, connectors, custom harnesses).
Nice to have
Containers and orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS) and CI/CD in production.
IaC depth: AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform.
Open-source contributions or public writing on applied AI.
What you’ll do:
Spend the first weeks of each engagement in the operator’s seat, learning the constraints from the inside, then rebuild the function from first principles alongside the client and a Forward Deployed Executive — and you are the one who builds it.
Be part of the customer’s team, inside their process; work on real tasks, not scoped deliverables, and own the method autonomously.
You won’t start from zero. Provectus builds industry Blueprints — working systems that have already shipped for a customer in your industry. Your engagement starts from that baseline, and what you learn in the field goes back into it.
Deliver across Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC, and Blueprint Activations in Financial Services and Healthcare.
Help shape how leading enterprises adopt AI, from strategy through first deployment; help build the tooling and frameworks of a growing AI delivery practice.
What We Offer:
Full-time.
On-site visits to client’s facilities and our office in NYC 1/week
Unlimited Vacation policy.
Generous health, vision, and dental insurance.
401(K) matching plan.
Base salary $180k–$200k + bonuses; OTE up to $250k. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data.
No Visa sponsorship
We’re real:
A person reads your application.
We filter out AI-generated and fraudulent submissions automatically. Every application that clears that filter is read by someone on our team.
We may ask for a quick ID verification.
Fraudulent applications are common, and this protects real candidates.
You’ll meet the people you’d work with.
We host AI engineering events in New York and San Francisco. We'd be happy to talk in person. Your interviews are with Pavel Borobov, Solutions Architect, and Stepan Pushkarev, Co-Founder & CEO.
How we hire:
Recruitment interview.
Tech interview with our FDE (30 min).
A live engineering building session (1.5 hours). We hand you a business function and the constraints. You have to understand the job and rebuild it — then say what you’d build and how you’d know it worked.
Use AI the way you normally would; we expect AI-generated code. What we look at is how you used AI, the judgment behind your choices, and what you researched beyond what any LLM already knows.
4. Soft skills interview.
5. Offer discussion.

INTERVIEW PROCESS
We believe that the interview process should be transparent, consistent, and enjoyable. We value your time and hope to complete the interview process in two to four weeks, if schedules allow. Through your interviews, you will meet a mix of individual contributors, managers, and senior leaders.
AI USE DURING THE INTERVIEW PROCESS
As an AI company, Coder embraces the use of AI tools, and we want to be transparent about our expectations as you navigate our interview process.
Not permitted: Using AI assistance during conversational interviews.
Permitted: Using AI tooling for take-home assessments. Please flag where and to what extent it was used in your take-home. Your submission will not be penalized for using AI as long as it is done honestly.
OUR USE OF AI IN HIRING
We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically:
- Ashby and Brainerr help us review inbound applications by surfacing candidates who best match the role requirements we've defined. This tool does not make hiring decisions; it helps our team prioritize which applications to review first.
- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.
All hiring decisions are made by humans. Our team reviews applications, conducts interviews, and makes final selections. AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws. Your data is not used to train AI models.
In accordance with New York City Local Law 144, an independent bias audit has been conducted on "Automated Employment Decision Tools"; results are available for Ashby https://www.ashbyhq.com/downloadables/ashby-bias-audit-08-2024.pdf.
If you're applying for a role at Coder and have questions about how we use AI in our process, or if you'd like to request information about the data we collect, please contact careers@coder.com.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
PRODUCT BUILDER — SALES AI
⭐️ THE PRODUCT BUILDER ROLE ⭐️
Product Builders at Alan go deep on user needs, define a clear product strategy, and turn it into a high-impact roadmap.
- You will work closely with designers, engineers and sales teams to define the right product and build it.
- You will partner and align with every part of the business: sales, sales effectiveness, and our AI platform teams.
Sales AI: an exceptional opportunity to have an impact and grow
- Our sales teams sell health insurance, a field that demands real expertise. Our internal tools have become powerful but fragmented, and AI is fundamentally reshaping how humans and tools interact. Alan’s growth ambitions are high: reaching them requires a step change in sales effectiveness — in time spent and in win rate.
- So we are rethinking the entire sales experience from the ground up. Instead of tools Account Executives have to remember to open and prompt, we want an AI that works for the rep, including when they are not there: it processes information, analyzes a large pipeline of parallel deals, and comes back with “here is the priority today, do this and this.” A true assistant that helps reps prioritize, prepares work for them, and lets them build faster, more relevant offers, with the right sales material and arguments. With everything we know about past offers and the market, we can massively empower reps to walk in with a sharper offer and a sharper pitch.
- The scope spans the full funnel: top funnel (automating prospection so reps get more, better-qualified discovery) and bottom funnel (winning offers, stronger pitches, higher win rate). Alan has strong maturity here: voice AI is live in France and Spain, outbound campaigns run autonomously, the CRM fills itself from call transcripts, and our offer copilot is used by more than half our reps — around 20% productivity gained this year. The limit today is structural: every capability lives in a separate tool, behind a manual trigger.
- This is a validated, high-ambition bet to reinvent the sales experience, lift sales efficiency and win rate, and give every one of our clients a large-account-grade experience. And it does not stop at internal tooling: the same engine, pointed outward, can reach and answer customers directly in our self-serve funnel, and the approach can then be extended to other parts of Alan.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Reinvent the sales workflow. Move our Account Executives and Key Account Managers from siloed AI tools they have to remember to use, to AI that proactively pushes the right action at the right moment in their workflow.
- Build and sequence the roadmap. The scope is broad, so you will decide where to start, prioritize the highest-impact automation over “nice to have” AI features, and sequence the path to the full vision.
- Get hands-on. We build many of our tools in an “everyone can build” mode. You will work close to the engine room, writing prompts, wiring connectors and evaluating outputs, to understand what is really happening and unblock progress.
- Empower better, faster selling. Bring together what we know about offers, content and market signals so reps produce sharper offers faster — and automate the prospection work that fills their pipeline in the first place.
- Keep the experience coherent. Partner closely with adjacent teams building AI agents in neighboring areas, so the overall experience stays consistent rather than siloed.
- Drive the outcomes. Minimize time spent on low-value work while lifting offer relevance, win rate and the volume of qualified conversations each rep can run — so their time goes only to what needs a human.
⭐️ ABOUT YOU ⭐️
You may be a great fit at Alan if you have:
- At least 5 years in a product role (or equivalent product ownership) in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment, ideally with AI or agentic products. Seniority matters here: the scope is exploratory and not fully defined yet.
- Genuine excitement for AI. You have built AI products, or you are deeply eager to learn how LLM-based systems and agents behave in production, including their failure modes, and you can reason about the shift from pull-based to proactive, push-based experiences.
- A builder mindset. You are hands-on and comfortable close to the product’s engine room (connectors, prompts, skills, evaluation) to understand what is really happening and unblock progress.
- Appetite for the sales and insurance business. You are happy to sit with a rep, review an offer, and learn how guarantees and consumption terms are expressed, then turn that into product vision. You do not need to be a sales or insurance expert already, but you want to go deep fast.
- Strong product execution. You set measurable goals, prioritize effectively, and ship iteratively, balancing quality, speed and impact.
- The ability to bridge technical and non-technical worlds. You translate between platform and engineering constraints and sales reality, and drive alignment through clear framing and sharp decision-making.
- Experience influencing without full authority. You can build the case for a new, ambitious bet and rally people around it.
- Strong written communication in both internal and external-facing settings.
- Fluency in French and English.
For this role, we hire within the D-F level Range. https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity

About the role
This is a builder’s role, where you'll own both the technical depth and commercial outcomes for some of ElevenLabs' most exciting customers across Southern Europe, sitting at the intersection of product, engineering, and revenue.
You'll get ahead of the problem. You'll dig into how customers deploy ElevenLabs across web, mobile, and their systems, spot the problems before they do, inspire new use-cases and own the solution end to end. You'll own the number too: renewals, expansion and cross-sell. Success here means driving real revenue retention and growth for your book of business.
What this looks like day to day
You'll run onboarding, enablement, and growth across ElevenLabs' full platform, core speech models, creative tools, and Agents. You'll advise customers on production deployment, not just theory, digging into usage and performance data to catch friction early and keep adoption moving.
You'll also own commercial outcomes for a defined book of business against clear targets: Gross Revenue Retention, Net Revenue Retention, cross-sell, and net expansion. You'll spot expansion opportunities early, own renewals and upsells end to end, and work closely with Sales, Engineering, and CS leadership to turn technical wins into revenue.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Customer Success, Account Management or Technical Account Management experience supporting complex B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products in the Southern Europe region
- Proven experience of owning and managing a defined Book of Business
- Fluent in Spanish, Italian and English (all three languages required)
- Proven experience working across the Southern Europe market. Knowledge of the landscape and cultural nuances
- Familiarity and experience with building and deploying AI agents
- Strong builder mindset - you thrive in ambiguity and being a pioneer, finding ways to innovate across a full region or market to drive revenue outcomes
- Familiarity and experience with API Integrations, and comfort and knowledge of navigating SDKs
- Proven experience working cross functionally with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams
- Proven experience driving revenue outcomes, including owning a revenue quota and identifying, qualifying, and closing cross-sell opportunities along with renewals
- Excellent problem-solving, technical, and analytical skills to address customer needs and concerns
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels of an organization
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or distributed team environment
Location
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Spain or Italy. If you prefer, you can work from our office in Madrid or fully remote in Italy.

About the role
This is a brand new Adoption Strategist role sitting at the intersection of adoption, enablement, scaled programs, and product expertise so we expect the scope to evolve and want someone excited to build as it does. You'll design and run the programs - onboarding tracks, lifecycle campaigns, workshops, adoption playbooks - that drive corporate and mid-market customers to activate their core use case and expand into new ones. Everything you build has to scale across a high-volume book, not be custom to one account. You'll need deep product fluency - enough to be the most credible voice in the room on how to use the product well - without ever owning an account or its technical implementation directly. This is a builder role for someone extremely analytical, comfortable running live enablement at scale, and already advanced with AI tools to automate the systems behind it.
Since this is a new role, we expect the scope to evolve over time - being adaptable and excited to build is a core part of being successful here. Focus areas include, but aren't limited to:
- Drive strong adoption by building and delivering scalable enablement and activation programs that educate customers on best practices, and get them to time-to-value quickly on their core use case
- Develop deep product expertise across the entire ElevenLabs platform, with a focus on ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative - you're a product expert on our existing product and you're constantly the first to learn new products coming to market
- Proactively audit customer agents prompts, configurations, and feature setup to identify gaps, and share recommendations as a value-add service that drives deeper adoption
- Track and drive key leading and lagging adoption metrics, partnering with Revenue Operations to iterate on our reporting capabilities, and use those trends to develop data-driven adoption strategies and playbooks across the customer base in region
- Partner with Account Management and CX to deliver targeted adoption and enablement campaigns, including regional live workshops and webinars, based on opportunities or new product releases
- Engage with external implementation partner and internal teams to help unify adoption strategy across the customer journey (e.g., Solutions Engineering, GTM, Customer Experience, Product Marketing and Engineering)
- Partner with leadership on high-impact initiatives that support the local GTM team and global results
Requirements
- 6+ years in adoption, customer/partner enablement, digital CS programs, enterprise growth or similar role- at an AI-native or highly technical company with a large, low-touch book
- Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products
- A track record of building adoption focused programs from the ground up: onboarding tracks, scaled adoption playbooks, self-serve content, and more
- You think in systems but are creative: you're always asking "how do we scale or automate this," and building automations and workflows with AI tools is ingrained in how you work
- Extremely analytical: you identify trends easily and use them to close gaps, surface opportunities or standardize best practices. You also identify data points that aren't yet tracked but would uncover new insights and change strategy
- Comfortable driving cross-functional outcomes without direct authority, working effectively with Account Management, FDE, RevOps, and GTM to move adoption forward
- Experience managing a high-volume book of business at scale, mid-market or commercial segment
- Language Requirements - Must be fluent in Spanish/Portuguese and English
Growth Potential
We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role:
- Growth Roles - Regional Adoption Lead
- Other teams: Account Management, Digital CX or Deployment Strategist

This role can be based in Argentina or Brazil

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a senior B2B Growth Marketer to build and scale demand generation for ElevenLabs in the Benelux Region. This is a hands-on, in-region role focused on generating enterprise pipeline, growing our brand with technical buyers, and creating programs that become benchmarks for B2B marketing in AI.
As our first marketing hire in the Benelux Region, your work will shape how Benelux businesses discover, evaluate, and adopt ElevenLabs. The goal is to build repeatable marketing engines that make ElevenLabs the top choice for every enterprise.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build integrated B2B marketing campaigns end to end across Benelux priority industries from strategy and messaging through execution and measurement.
- Localize and execute programs across ABM, content, events, webinars, partner/customer marketing, executive branding, product launches, and outbound - choosing the right channel for the problem rather than owning a single function.
- Adapt global campaigns and messaging for the the Benelux market, and feed local insights (buyer behavior, competitive dynamics, regulatory context) back to the global team.
- Partner closely with local sales and the global product marketing, growth, and design teams to keep messaging consistent and execute high-impact campaigns.
- Own pipeline generation and campaign performance for the market, using data to measure results, run experiments, and continuously improve what works.
REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of experience at a high-growth technology company - you've built and scaled B2B demand generation programs that created measurable enterprise pipeline, and you know what moved the needle.
- Ownership Pedigree: You have implemented growth and marketing projects from start to finish and held yourself accountable for the ROI.
- Deep knowledge of the Benelux market: its enterprise buyers, media landscape, and business culture, ideally with an existing network.
- Work well without much process. This role spans multiple marketing functions and needs someone who sets priorities, spots opportunities, and moves quickly as our first marketer in the market.
- Relentless commitment to excellence — a high bar for quality, clarity, and impact.
- Curious about AI, follows the technology ecosystem closely, and has exceptional judgment on what makes marketing stand out.

ABOUT THE ROLE
ElevenLabs operates a complex and fast-evolving revenue model – enterprise contracts, self-serve API subscriptions, usage-based billing, and expanding international markets. As a Revenue Accountant, you will play a key role in ElevenLabs’ revenue accounting function.
You will own significant portions of the monthly revenue close, support the application of ASC 606 to customer arrangements, and help build scalable processes and controls as ElevenLabs grows toward IPO readiness.
You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Billing Operations, Engineering, and FP&A to support contract review, usage and billing completeness, new product launches, and accurate and timely revenue recognition. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role in a lean Finance team – the right person will independently run recurring workstreams, identify issues early, and help scale the revenue accounting operating model as the business grows.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Execute significant portions of the monthly revenue close, including journal entries, deferred and unbilled revenue schedules, reconciliations, and flux analysis
- Perform recurring usage / consumption completeness and billing-to-GL reconciliations; investigate exceptions and drive resolution with cross-functional partners
- Review customer contracts and apply established ASC 606 guidance to standard arrangements; escalate novel, high-judgment, or precedent-setting matters
- Support accounting for credits, refunds, contract modifications, cutoff, and variable consideration, with clear and audit-ready documentation
- Prepare revenue workpapers, audit support, and control evidence; support external audit, walkthroughs, and SOX readiness activities
- Support accounting readiness and UAT for new products, pricing structures, billing models, and partner / channel launches
- Improve and automate recurring revenue processes, reconciliations, documentation, and exception reporting as the business scales
REQUIREMENTS
- Deep expertise in ASC 606, including multi-element arrangements, SSP evaluation, variable consideration, contract modifications, and principal vs. agent analysis
- Experience leading the revenue close: deferred revenue management, unbilled receivables, journal entry review, and month-end flux analysis
- Track record of partnering with Sales and Legal on contract review and revenue impact assessments
- Experience operating in a pre-IPO or public company environment, with direct exposure to external audit, controls build-out, and revenue accounting documentation
- CPA, ACA, or ACCA qualification (active); Big 4 or public accounting background a strong plus
- Strong systems proficiency; Stripe, Metronome, HubiFi or a comparable revenue recognition tool preferred
BONUS:
- Experience with consumption/usage-based and subscription billing models
- Familiarity with ASC 326 (CECL) and AR accounting in a high-volume SaaS context
- Multi-entity or international revenue accounting background
LOCATION
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Central Europe or Eastern US timezones. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, New York and Warsaw.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Product Manager to own the core ElevenCreative product experience for creators and marketers who sign up, subscribe, and build on their own. Self-serve users make up the majority of ElevenCreative’s user base, and they use the platform to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
You’ll drive growth and adoption across the self-serve product experience, focusing on how users discover what ElevenCreative can do, how they move from a first generation into agents, video, and multi-step creative workflows, and what keeps them coming back and upgrading. There’s no shortage of things we could build. The job is defining the big bets, scoping them well, and shipping them quickly with the team.
PMs at ElevenLabs work in small, highly collaborative teams with minimal process, alongside engineers who have room to build creatively and lead. The scope is broad by design. Some weeks lean toward product, others toward growth or go-to-market work, and you’ll own whatever it takes to make ElevenCreative the best product for its users.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Drive growth and adoption of the self-serve product, focusing on onboarding, activation, and upgrade moments, and partnering with growth, lifecycle, and pricing teams where they connect
- Scope and define the big bets for the self-serve product across image, video, music, agents, and editing workflows
- Find the biggest opportunities in the user journey through product data and user behavior, and turn them into clearly scoped projects
- Drive adoption of newer experiences like agents and video, helping users expand from a single product into the full platform
- Work with engineering and design to ship quickly, mocking up early concepts yourself when it speeds things up
- Partner with growth, lifecycle, and social teams on launches and the moments that bring users into new parts of the product
- Define success metrics for your area and track activation, engagement, retention, and conversion to paid plans
- Talk to creators and marketers regularly to understand how they work and where the product falls short, and bring those insights back to the team
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of product management experience on consumer or self-serve products
- A track record of moving growth and adoption metrics through the products you’ve shipped
- Deep familiarity with the creative space and the creators and marketers who use these tools, with a habit of bringing user insights into every product decision
- Experience scoping and defining large, ambiguous bets and owning them end to end
- Design-minded, with a high bar for quality and user experience and the ability to mock up concepts yourself
- Technical fluency to go deep with engineers on how things are built and the tradeoffs involved
- Strong analytical skills and comfort in product analytics tools to find opportunities and measure impact
- A track record of shipping quickly and iterating based on what the data shows
- Ownership pedigree, meaning you drive your own projects fully rather than handing off after the spec
- Curiosity about AI and creative tools, and close attention to how the space is moving

- Strong understanding of the Indian market landscape and cultural nuances
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or distributed team environment
