The Role
We’re looking for a strong Head of Product Analytics who can combine strategic ownership with a very hands-on approach. This is not a pure management role - we expect someone who is individually strong enough to operate at a Senior Product Analyst level and enjoys working deeply with data.
We need someone who sees analytics as a product function, not just reporting. Someone proactive, curious, and opinionated. A person who can help shape product decisions, uncover growth opportunities, build reliable tracking systems, and turn data into actionable insights.

Own and develop the product analytics function
Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams
Proactively identify what should be analyzed, validated, or challenged — without waiting for requests from Product or Leadership
Run deep product analysis to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
Drive product decisions with data, not just respond to ad-hoc requests
Design event tracking from scratch and maintain scalable, reliable analytics instrumentation
Own data quality and metric consistency across the product
Improve and optimize the DWH layer, including data modeling and performance optimization
Build and maintain dashboards and analytical layers
Develop product metrics, frameworks, and measurement approaches
Help teams make faster and better product decisions through data

Strong experience in product analytics at Senior or Lead level
Very hands-on mindset - comfortable digging into data yourself
Advanced SQL skills and experience writing complex, optimized queries
Strong Python skills for analytics and data processing
Solid experience with BI tools - we use Tableau
Experience building event tracking systems from the ground up
Strong understanding of DWH design and optimization
Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies, including bootstrapping, sequential testing, multi-armed bandits, and causal inference
Real hands-on experience applying ML approaches to analytics and product problems
Product mindset and ability to translate data into meaningful business and product insights
Bonus Points
Experience with video streaming products
Experience working with recommendation systems
Experience optimizing product funnels and user journeys
Experience in fast-growing product companies

BUILD SOMETHING PEOPLE LOVE
Wealthsimple is Canada’s leading financial innovator. The company offers a full suite of simple, sophisticated financial products across managed investing, do-it-yourself trading, cryptocurrency, tax filing, spending and saving. Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $155 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Corporate Physical Security and Protective Services team sits within Wealthsimple's Regulatory division. We keep our people, offices, and visitors safe — from access control and our on-site guard program to emergency preparedness, investigations, and executive protection. We're a small team that works closely with Workplace Operations, building management, and partners across the company, and we're focused on building a security program that gets ahead of problems instead of just reacting to them. If you take safety seriously and want to help shape a strong security culture at a fast-moving fintech, you'll fit right in.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Physical Security & Protective Services, you'll be the face of security in our Toronto office — the first person employees, visitors, and guards turn to when something comes up. This role exists to give our team more room to build: you'll own how we respond day to day in the office, and lead the security awareness program that helps everyone at Wealthsimple understand their part in keeping each other safe.
Please note, this role is based in our Toronto office 5 days/week and is not eligible for remote work.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Serve as the first point of contact for security in the office, handling visitor management, temporary badging, and in-person concerns from employees and visitors
- Lead content creation and day-to-day delivery of our security awareness program, including training on badging, visitor management, and emergency procedures
- Respond to security incidents and see each one through to resolution, documenting everything
- Investigate routine workplace incidents — like access violations, thefts, and disturbances — and escalate sensitive or high-risk matters
- Coordinate daily with on-site guards on coverage, post order compliance, and shift handovers, and report issues so they get addressed with our vendor
- Process access requests, badge issuance, and deactivations in our access control and video management systems, flagging anomalies and gaps as you find them
- Support our emergency preparedness program — floor warden coordination, drills, and tabletop exercises — and help draft security policies, procedures, and event risk assessments
- Assist with executive protection and travel security when needed, from logistics to travel monitoring
SKILLS YOU BRING
- 2+ years of experience in physical security, risk assessment, emergency response, customer-facing communications, or a related role
- Post-secondary education in security management, risk management, criminal justice, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience de-escalating tense situations with clients, visitors, or employees, with composure and discretion
- Clear, concise writing — you can produce incident reports, procedures, and advisories that people actually read
- Good judgment about what you can handle and what to escalate, and the ability to manage several priorities at once
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in fintech or financial services
- Hands-on experience with security and ticketing platforms like Genetec and Jira
- A valid First Aid and CPR certificate
- A PSP or CPP designation from ASIS, or progress toward one
- Interest in growing into executive protection or intelligence analysis work
WHO YOU ARE
- Calm under pressure — you stay composed when things get tense, and people feel safer because you're there
- Approachable and clear — you can walk a new hire through our badging process or settle a frustrated visitor with the same ease
- Thorough and consistent — you follow procedures, document your work accurately, and notice when a process isn't working
- Clear on your scope — you handle routine matters on your own and escalate early when something needs a second set of eyes
- Someone who takes ownership — you follow your work through, raise issues before anyone asks, and want to grow into bigger responsibilities
- Curious about how to make security part of the culture, not just a set of rules

This is an opportunity to take meaningful ownership of our detection engineering program, influence its technical direction, and help shape the future of security at WHOOP as we continue to scale.
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Continuously improve detection quality by tuning alerts, reducing false positives, and implementing automated enrichment and triage.
- Define and track detection KPIs (e.g., precision, recall, false positive rate, MTTD) and implement processes to measure and improve detection health.
- Support and lead incident investigations, including containment, root cause analysis, and post-incident detection improvements.
- Contribute to the on-call rotation while proactively reducing operational overhead through automation.
- Partner with Engineering, IT, Infrastructure, Product, and GRC to ensure systems launch with strong monitoring and detection coverage.
- Map detections to threat models, identify visibility gaps, and continuously improve coverage as the environment scales.

- Stay ahead of evolving threats by researching emerging attack techniques and incorporating learnings into detection strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Information Security, with a focus on detection engineering, threat detection, or security operations.
- Demonstrated experience writing and tuning detections across cloud, identity, endpoint, or application environments.
- Familiarity with detection frameworks and tooling such as YARA, SIGMA, Suricata, or similar rule-based detection methodologies.
- Strong understanding of attacker techniques across identity compromise, cloud abuse, lateral movement, and data exfiltration.
- Expertise analyzing and building detections on cloud and SaaS telemetry, including authentication events, API activity, and system logs.
- Strong scripting skills in a scripting language such as Python, Go, or PowerShell for automation and tool development.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with a systems-thinking approach to reducing noise and increasing signal fidelity.
- Experience supporting incident response investigations and participating in on-call rotations.
- Experience building detective controls for consumer-facing platforms or detecting authentication and API abuse at scale is a strong plus.
- Effective communicator who can collaborate with engineers and explain detection strategy clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with applying data analysis or machine learning techniques to security detection or alert triage is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field, and/or relevant security certifications are a plus.
Interested in the role, but don’t meet every qualification? We encourage you to still apply! At WHOOP, we believe there is much more to a candidate than what is written on paper, and we value character as much as experience. As we continue to build a diverse and inclusive environment, we encourage anyone who is interested in this role to apply.

At WHOOP, we view total compensation as the combination of base salary, equity, and benefits, with equity serving as a key differentiator that aligns our employees with the long-term success of the company and allows every member of our corporate team to own part of WHOOP and share in the company’s long-term growth and success.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000 - $170,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.
These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.

As Head of Regional Marketing, APJ, you will lead ClickHouse's regional marketing strategy across APJ, building awareness, generating pipeline, and accelerating revenue. You will build and lead the regional marketing team while partnering closely with APJ sales leadership as part of the go-to-market team, and adapt global campaigns to the distinct needs of markets across the region. You will be measured on enterprise pipeline and self-service revenue (MRR), working across both our self-serve, product-led motion and our sales-led enterprise motion.
What You Will Be Doing
- Own the APJ regional marketing strategy, annual plan, and budget, aligning field programs to regional pipeline and revenue targets in partnership with sales leadership.
- Build, lead, coach, and grow a team of regional marketers, setting clear goals, developing talent, and building a high-performance culture.
- Serve as the marketing counterpart to APJ sales leadership, participating in regional forecasting, QBRs, and account planning so marketing investment maps to sales priorities.
- Partner with growth and demand generation to support the commercial sales team's product-led motion, converting self-serve usage into commercial pipeline and expansion revenue.
- Develop an integrated regional program mix spanning first-party hosted events, third-party conferences, virtual events, ABM plays, digital advertising, and partner marketing.
- Adapt global campaigns, messaging, and content for APJ markets, and establish scalable processes for campaign planning, lead management, and follow-up with marketing operations and global demand generation, so every program has a clear path from engagement to pipeline.
- Track, analyze, and report on regional marketing performance, including pipeline generated and influenced revenue.
- Identify emerging market opportunities across APJ, making the case for new investments in geographies, verticals, or channels, and represent the region in global planning cycles.
What You Bring Along
- 10+ years of experience in field, regional, or integrated marketing within the database, data analytics, infrastructure, or developer tooling space
- Deep experience marketing across APJ markets
- Demonstrated success owning a pipeline number and driving measurable revenue impact through regional marketing programs

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Reporting & Experimentation: Build a system for analyzing and visualizing millions of data points about agent performance. Enable agent developers to run A/B test their agents to make data-driven decisions about agent behavior.
- Data Exploration: Build Explorer, the equivalent of ChatGPT + AI-powered clustering over conversational data.
- Monitoring: Build systems for proactively monitoring agents for defects or new patterns.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- A passion for being on the frontier of AI products.
- Motivation and high-agency to drive outcomes - we have a high-autonomy culture and each team member has lots of agency to overcome obstacles and achieve customer impact.
- Alignment to our company values throughout your work, notably finding a balance between Craftsmanship, Customer Obsession, and Competitive Intensity.
- 4+ years hands-on experience building production products and systems.
- Experience and comfort to build and ship full-stack solutions.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience building AI-powered products.
- A sharp eye for design.
- Experience with Go and Typescript.
- Experience building developer tooling, programming languages, or databases.
- Leadership experience on technical projects or teams.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers.
