Langfuse is hiring its first Product Manager. You will work with the founders to define the product vision and set the strategic direction. You will also work with Solution Architects, sales, and marketing. Your input will help shape product decisions.
Engineers at Langfuse own delivery from start to finish. They help find solutions and turn them into technical requirements. They implement and launch the work. They support each launch with documentation and changelogs. They also speak directly with customers to receive feedback on features and educate the roadmap. The whole company helps shape the quarterly roadmap. The engineering team then delivers it.
As Product Manager, you will look beyond the current quarter. You will build a deep understanding of our market and emerging trends. You will also study how engineers use AI to build agentic applications. You will use these insights to create clear product artifacts. They will define the user problems we want to solve and how we want to solve them.
WHAT YOU WILL DO AT LANGFUSE:
- Shape the product direction and translate long-term opportunities into clear priorities.
- Turn customer, community, and market insights into decisions about what to build and what not to build.
- Lead new product areas from research and scoping through launch.
- Work closely with founders, engineers, designers on APIs, SDKs, infrastructure, UX, and documentation.
- Align founders, engineering, sales, marketing, and key customers without introducing unnecessary processes.
- Make the product-engineering team more effective through clear context, strong judgment, and concise written briefs.
- You will own the quarterly roadmapping process and propose in which direction we should develop Langfuse.
WHAT YOU WILL NOT DO:
- Project Management for engineers. Everyone here can organize themselves, you do not need to do this.
- Slice large projects into Linear tickets. Single engineers execute on large projects in Langfuse.
- Communicate between customers and engineers. Engineers talk to customers daily.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- An experienced PM from developer tools, observability, infrastructure, data, or a similarly technical product.
- Technical enough to reason credibly about APIs, SDKs, architecture, and UX tradeoffs.
- You are hands-on: you test products, you talk to users, you maybe build a small prototype.
- Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, and product taste.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, autonomy, and a fast-moving environment.
- Pragmatic, calm, organized, and focused on shipping.
- Excellent written and spoken communication.
- Deeply interested in AI and already using AI tools extensively.
- Experience with open source, enterprise software, or major platform shifts is a plus.

COMPANY
At 0x https://0x.org/, our mission is to "Create a Tokenized World Where All Forms of Value Can Flow Freely". We deliver this to web3 builders with a delightfully simple suite of developer APIs that provide faster trading, better prices, and superior user experience.
Founded in 2017, we’ve processed over 211M+ transactions and $180B+ in trading volume from users trading on Matcha, Coinbase Wallet, Robinhood Wallet, Phantom, Rainbow, DefiLlama, MetaMask, Zerion, Zapper, and many more. Our investors include Greylock Partners, Pantera Capital, and Jump Crypto.
When you join 0x, you’ll become part of a veteran team of crypto builders who know the importance of code quality, team cohesion, and a culture of learning.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Behind every 0x trade is a lot of hard work. We integrate hundreds of liquidity sources, optimize for gas, slippage and latency, split routes and simulate every result to get traders the best possible outcome. The API Products team turns that routing logic into easy-to-integrate APIs that wallets, exchanges, trading apps, bridges and developers around the world rely on.
This team of four built, maintains and continues to evolve our flagship Swap, Gasless and Cross-Chain APIs, which have moved billions in volume. Next, they’re building new products that give developers even more tools for building trading apps.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer to expand what the API Products team can take on. You’ll lead projects from first idea to production, on new products and on the APIs that are already live, working closely with our product team and some of our biggest customers. This is a hands-on IC role for someone who wants real ownership and works well with little direction. Remote, EU timezones preferred.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build new APIs and trading products, from researching the problem and designing the architecture to shipping the first version.
- Maintain and extend our existing APIs, including support for new chains, bridges and customer-requested features.
- Keep our APIs fast and reliable as traffic grows, and participate in the on-call rotation.
- Investigate failed trades and stuck transfers using logs, traces and onchain data, and resolve the root cause.
- Work with product, legal and GTM, turning business and compliance needs into technical decisions.
- Write design documents for your work and review your teammates’ designs and pull requests.
WHO YOU ARE
- 7+ years of backend engineering experience, including at least 2 years in DeFi at a trading app, wallet, DEX aggregator, onchain data company or similar.
- Senior or Lead Engineer with a track record of owning complex projects end to end.
- Built and maintained developer-facing APIs.
- Deep onchain knowledge, especially EVM: how transactions work, including calldata, contract interfaces, gas and approvals.
- Strong system design experience for production-scale backend services.
- You’re an AI power user who uses it to multiply your impact as an engineer, yet you don’t let it replace your judgment.
- Clear communicator, comfortable explaining technical tradeoffs to non-engineers.
- Aligned with our core values https://0x.org/post/the-0x-mission-and-values: do the right thing, consistently ship, and focus on long-term impact.
- Able to attend annual in-person team offsites around the globe.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with cross-chain/bridging, or DEX aggregation.
- Experience with other ecosystems outside of EVM such as Solana.
- Experience with TypeScript and/or Rust, our main languages.
BENEFITS
- The base salary range for this position is USD $150,000 - $230,000 + equity + ZRX tokens + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, location, business needs, and candidate preferences between the different compensation elements.
- Comprehensive insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability) for U.S.-based employees — 100% of base plan covered for you and dependents
- 401k and FSA for U.S.-based employees
- Monthly mobile phone bill, wellness, and pre-tax transportation expense
- Covered mental health benefits (included professional therapy sessions)
- A supportive remote environment
- Lunch reimbursement for all employees across the globe!
- Stipend for your ideal remote / WFH set-up: headphones, and any other work gear you may need
- 12-week paid parental leave
- Great office conveniently located in the SF Financial District for those in the region!
- Flexible vacation: Take time when you need it (and we really mean it!)

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
Role Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Research Engineer to join our newly forming Search and Services Platform team within Research Platform. You will build and operate the large-scale search and services that our models rely on as tools — from self-hosted, web-scale, search indexes to knowledge graphs and databases served through MCP. You will work closely with researchers and with the pretraining data, sandbox and data platform teams to make these services reliable, scalable and fast, on infrastructure measured in hundreds of terabytes of NVMe storage and thousands of CPU cores to support both data generation and critical training runs.
What you will do
As a Research Engineer on the Search and Services team, your responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to):
- Designing, building and operating large-scale search infrastructure: self-hosted Vespa clusters indexing web-scale corpora, managed indexes for smaller corpora, and vendor search endpoints.
- Self-hosting and maintaining a wide range of structured data sources — knowledge graphs (Wikidata, UniProt, Materials Project), scholarly data (OpenAlex, OpenAIRE), statistical databases (Eurostat, World Bank, IMF, OECD), open data portals and more.
- Designing interfaces and tools to expose to the models and agents to use the services in different ways (direct YQL or SPARQL queries, or more refined and constrained MCPs to mimic external services) to support data generation and agentic training.
- Building the data pipelines that ingest, index and serve massive datasets, including indexing our own pretraining corpora for exploration, deduplication and eval-leakage checks.
- Building strong relationships with researchers and adjacent teams (pretraining data,, sandbox, data platform), understanding their workflows and enabling them to achieve more by leveraging your expertise.
- Communicating and producing documentation or any content that will help teams make the most of the services you'll build.
About you
- 5+ years of successful experience in search engineering, data infrastructure, or a similar SRE / platform role.
- Proficiency in software development (Python, Go...) and programming best practices.
- Hands-on experience with large-scale search or data systems (e.g. Vespa, Elasticsearch / OpenSearch, ClickHouse or similar).
- Exposure to site reliability engineering: root cause analysis, in-production troubleshooting, on-call rotations...)
- Exposure to infrastructure management: containerization, orchestration (Kubernetes), infra-as-code, monitoring, logging, alerting, observability...).
- Experience designing and operating data pipelines that address large amounts of data.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (ability to contextualizing, gauging risks and getting buy-in for high stakes and impactful solutions).
- Ownership, high agency and constantly seeking to learn and improving things for others.
- Autonomous, self-driven and able to work well in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Low ego and team spirit mindset.
- Your application will be all the more interesting if you also have:
- First-hand Vespa (or equivalent large-scale information retrieval) experience.
- Experience building or operating MCP servers / tool-serving infrastructure for LLMs.
- Familiarity with knowledge graphs, RDF / SPARQL, or large structured databases (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, DuckDB...).
- Experience with large bare-metal infrastructure or HPC environments.

ABOUT THE JOB
Mistral builds AI systems that enterprises run on their own terms, in finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector. The Solution organization turns customers' hardest problems into AI they own, run, and scale on Mistral. It is one of the fastest-growing functions in the company: 650 people by end of 2026, across EMEA, the US, and Asia-Pacific, delivering measurable business outcomes for enterprise customers worldwide.
The Solution organization includes Deployment Strategists, Applied AI Engineers, Infrastructure Solution Architects, and Applied Scientists. They work with enterprise customers from pre-sales through implementation and deliver AI systems that produce measurable business outcomes.
Solution Operations is the function that makes this scale. It runs staffing and capacity planning across regions, the go-to-market motion by industry vertical and capability, delivery processes and tooling, the data behind our decisions, and value and customer-success measurement, with hubs in Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific.
We are hiring a Head of Solution Operations. We are looking for an entrepreneurial COO or a former Forward Deployed Engineer with years of experience. This is a build-the-1-to-10 role: you will take a young, fast-growing function and turn it into the operating system that lets Solution scale from hundreds to thousands of people without losing what makes it work. You will lead a team of program leads and regional operators across three continents, and work as a business partner to Solutions leadership.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own the Solution operating system end to end. One process from pre-sales to post-sales, a single source of truth for people, projects, and opportunities, the Solution tooling stack, and safety, security, and compliance built into how the team works.
- Industrialize what already works. Turn delivery and vertical playbooks, staffing frameworks, and the value and ROI methodology into reusable assets the whole team runs on, and drive their adoption in every geography.
- Build the global operating model. Keep core operations centralized while ensuring real adoption and the right local adaptation across EMEA, the US, and Asia-Pacific, with full-stack regional operators on the ground.
- Staff demanding customer engagements. Own capacity planning and forecasting, skills-to-project matching, time-to-staff, utilization, and bench health across all geographies.
- Make customer success measurable. Stand up delivery-outcome measurement and customer-satisfaction systems, and run the feedback loop that turns field learnings into product requirements and reusable IP.
- Make AI-native operations the default. Build internal tools, agents, and automations that remove manual work from planning, staffing, reporting, and delivery follow-ups, starting with your own team.
- Lead and grow the team. Hire, mentor, and develop program leads and regional operators, raise the technical bar of the function, and build the hiring plan for its next phase.
- Partner across functions. Work daily with Solution leadership, regional Sales leadership, Product and Engineering, RevOps, and Talent Acquisition, and bring executive judgment on where to invest, slow down, or say no.
HOW WE WORK IN SOLUTION
- We care about people and outputs. What matters is what you ship.
- The best idea wins, whether it comes from a principal engineer or someone in their first week.
- Always ask why. The best solutions come from deep understanding, not copying what worked before.
- We say what we mean. Feedback is direct and given because we care. No politics. Low ego, high standards.
- We embrace an unstructured environment and find joy in it.
ABOUT YOU
Whatever your path, you bring:
- Extensive leadership experience, with demonstrated impact building and leading teams or functions in a fast-scaling environment.
- A track record of industrializing something handcrafted but working: processes, systems, and teams that scaled an order of magnitude without losing what made them work.
- The ability to bring structure to ambiguity and drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution. You are hands-on and biased toward action.
- Data-driven and AI-fluent: you build the internal tools, automations, dashboards, and AI workflows you rely on.
- Global operating range: you work naturally across geographies and cultures, with the executive presence to hold a room with C-level stakeholders and the credibility to challenge senior leaders.
- Stakeholder management: you align competing priorities and drive decisions without formal authority.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
IDEALLY
- Experience in enterprise software, AI, or deep-tech delivery, or top-tier strategy consulting on complex technical transformations.
- Experience operating at global scale across EMEA, the US, and Asia-Pacific.
- Hands-on experience building AI-native operations: automating workflows with LLMs and agents rather than prompting a chatbot.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.

ABOUT US:
Tebi is creating the first Connected Restaurant Management System that makes hospitality flow. In one seamless platform, Tebi embeds sales, reservations, kitchen prep, payments, and all the data that powers it, creating smooth service and intuitive insights.
Founded by Arnout Schuijff, co-founder of Adyen, and backed by €50 million in funding from Index Ventures & CapitalG, Tebi is built in service of hospitality first. Thousands of restaurants, cafés, bars, and coffee shops across the Netherlands, UK, Italy, Spain, Germany, Denmark and Finland already love running on Tebi.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Restaurant owners generally aren't on LinkedIn and they don't read e-books. They ask friends, search Google, and more and more often, they ask ChatGPT. We need someone who can find new ways to reach them and get those ideas live quickly.
We're hiring a Growth Marketer to build and ship our organic and non-paid growth experiments. This role is for a builder, not a strategist. You'd rather ship a working test today than a polished deck next week. You'll take ideas from the backlog to live, measure them honestly, and double down on what works. Using AI and no-code tools, you'll build pages, tools and campaigns yourself instead of relying on agencies and six-figure budgets.
You'll report to the Head of Marketing, who sets direction and priorities. You'll work in deep collaboration with our other growth marketers, product marketing and creative teammates, plus embed yourself in the wider org of Sales, Account Management, RevOps, Product, and more.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Ship growth experiments, fast: Take ideas from our growth backlog and get them live: landing pages, tools, ads and content. Run plenty of them, keep what works and kill what doesn't.
- Get Tebi recommended by AI: Own our visibility in ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google's AI Overviews. Create and update content built to be cited, not just published, and track how often we show up compared with competitors.
- Build tools operators actually use: Build free tools, calculators and templates for restaurant owners, and scale our programmatic landing pages. Use no-code, AI and vibe coding tools to ship without waiting on engineering.
- Run creative campaigns: Help launch scrappy, unconventional campaigns across markets, from competitive campaigns to guerrilla and partner media, with the support of our Marketing team.
- Turn word of mouth into a channel: Test referral and sharing ideas that turn merchant word of mouth into a steady flow of demo requests. Work with our Product Growth team to build the winners into the product.
- Keep paid and organic working together: Support our performance agency with landing pages, creative tests and tracking.
- Measure everything: Keep the experiment log up to date: hypothesis, cost, result and next step. Set up tracking and UTMs properly so we know what actually drove each demo.
How we'll measure success:
- Experiments shipped each month, and what we learned from them
- Demo requests from organic and other non-paid channels
- How often Tebi appears in AI answers for our category, by market
- Demos from free tools, the reservation widget and programmatic pages
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Think like a growth marketer but move like a hacker. You know what drives results and how to build just enough to prove it
- Ship rather than spec. A working prototype today beats a polished plan next week
- Have built and launched things yourself, like pages, tools, automations or campaigns, and can tell us what happened, including what didn't work
- Already use AI to work faster and have a point of view on how it's changing the way people find products
- Are hands-on with no-code and AI tools (Framer or Webflow, Zapier or Make, Claude or ChatGPT, Cursor or similar), without being precious about the stack
- Are comfortable with data and honest about results, in GA4, HubSpot, Looker or whatever gets the answer
- Have creative, sharp ideas and the discipline to ship the unglamorous parts too
- Take ownership and don't wait to be told what to do. No task is above or beneath you
- Speak fluent English. Another European language is a plus
Nice to have:
- Experience with SEO, and with AEO or getting a brand cited by AI tools
- Experience marketing to small businesses, or a background in hospitality
- Vibe-coding projects you're proud of
We don't have a minimum number of years for this role. We care more about how you think and what you've built than how long you've been doing it. If this sounds like you but you don't tick every box, we'd still like to hear from you.
Benefits:
- Start-up Equity
- Competitive Salary
- Lunch Provided in Office
- Team building events
- Unlimited time off
WHAT IS RESTAURANT SOFTWARE?
Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it.
From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it’s a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy.
HOW WE USE AI AT TEBI
We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI increases quality, efficiency and speed.
At Tebi, AI isn't a policy or a checkbox, it's just part of how we work. It helps us write, analyse, build, and improve but doesn’t make the last call. If there's a smarter way to do something, we want to find it.

🤖 WHO WE ARE
We’re building Mo — a health companion for everyone.
We’re a small team within Alan, on a mission to redefine the future of care by democratizing access to medical expertise. We are building Mo, an intelligent, empathetic, multimodal LLM-based conversational AI assistant able to prescribe, triage, and proactively follow up on care.
Imagine giving every person in the world instant, 24/7 access to personalised medical expertise - through chat, voice, or video. That’s what we are building 🤖.
We kicked off the project in 2023, and we have launched Mo to all our french members (1M) in Q1 2026, making it the first safe AI health companion live at scale in Europe.
🚀 WHY WE NEED YOU
Mo’s scope is expanding fast: inside Alan (a new Clinic, new capabilities), across the countries we operate in, and at the interfaces with many other Alan experiences. To get this expansion right, and to keep ownership distributed within the team, we’re looking for a Product Builder to take on a real share of that complexity and ambiguity.
You’ll own end-to-end one slice of Mo’s product scope. Depending on your profile, it could be:
- 🩺 Mo for reactive care. Build all the integrations between Mo, our Clinic and the healthcare system, and shape how our medical team interacts with members in and through Mo.
- 🛡️ Mo for insurance. Make Mo the main interface between members and Alan, building on our Support AI agents, across channels and countries.
- 🌍 Mo global. Adapt Mo to new countries and find the right operating model for each (medical reviews, safety, local features).
- ➕ Mo as a platform. Make Mo the companion other teams build upon, so our domain experts can ship their own experiences through it.
🎯 IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
We’re looking for Product Builders with around 5+ years of experience who want to build state-of-the-art AI products and apply them to real-world, high-stakes problems in healthcare.
- You’ll own a product area end-to-end: problem framing, vision, prioritisation, shipping, and measuring whether we actually help members get and stay better.
- You’ll work daily with engineers, ML engineers, data, and doctors, at the frontier of LLMs and agentic systems, and see your work in production with real people.
- You’ll navigate ambiguity and many stakeholders across Alan, and turn it into clear decisions and a focused roadmap.
- You’ll be hands-on: prototyping, digging into data, reading conversations and evals, getting into the technical details with the team.
- You’ll contribute to our product culture and help build the team (hiring, interview loops, etc.).
You would be a good fit in Mo if most of this sounds like you:
- Experience building and shipping a live AI/LLM product
- Very hands-on, comfortable with technical and data topics (SQL, prototyping, understanding how an LLM system behaves and fails)
- Interest or experience in one or several medical or prevention themes
- Product-minded and outcome-driven: you care about impact, not output
- Self-directed, pragmatic, driven, hard working
- Humble and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority!)
- Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching
- Fluent in English
- Ex-engineers and ex-founders are typically a great fit in our team
But above all, we are looking for high potential and curiosity: make sure to show us this when you apply! Everything else is a bonus
🤘 HOW WE DO IT ?
We benefit from Alan’s platform, infrastructure, distribution, and health expertise — but operate with the speed and focus of a startup. If you’re curious about Alan’s broader vision, our https://www.notion.so/alaninsuranceShareholder Letters https://alan.com/en/blog/discover-alan/a/alan-2025-q3-letter-to-shareholders are worth a read.
People joining Alan are often surprised and delighted by our innovative working method. We have a set of cultural values https://alan.com/about/company-culture that guide our approach to work, such as:

- Always Growing — Direct, positive, and caring feedback, combined with self-growth ownership.

Therefore, we offer:

- Flexible vacation policy and flexible working hours. Organize your time as you wish.
- Delightful healthcare insurance: Extremely comprehensive health insurance - 100% for you and your children, 90-100% for partners depending on your country (permanent contracts only).
- Transport. Country-specific commuter benefits.
- Learning & Training opportunities. A highly flexible Training policy free books and budget to attend and speak at conferences if the opportunity arises.
- Personal growth through coaching: At Alan, coaching isn't just a perk - it's core to who we are. Every Alaner is paired with a dedicated coach from day one, who helps maximize their impact, nurture engagement, and navigate Alan's values to develop their full potential. Learn more about our coaching culture https://alan.com/en/blog/discover-alan/a/alan-culture-excellence-through-coaching.
- Parental leave. Extended parental leave for all new parents.
IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist.
We'll be thrilled to receive your application!

Location: Valencia
Workplace: Hybrid
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
Title: Supply Chain Intern
Department: Global Supply Chain - Valencia Office
Location: Valencia, Spain
Type of Contract: Internship, with opportunity to transition to a permanent position
Working model: On-site
Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
Why this role matters
As an R&D Supply Chain Intern, you help keep an aerospace R&D project in Valencia supplied with the parts, materials and services it needs to move forward. In a supply chain built around specialised components, long lead times and a limited supplier base, every RFQ sent on time and every delay caught early protects the project schedule. This is a real seat on a real programme, not a shadowing exercise. You will learn how flight-grade hardware actually gets sourced, from engineering requirement to delivered part, with experienced colleagues alongside you.
Who We Are
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world’s largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Support the sourcing of components, parts and services across our supplier base, working alongside engineering, production and procurement
- Help translate engineering requirements into RFQs and supplier evaluations, learning how technical specifications become commercial decisions
- Monitor deliveries, follow up with suppliers on delays, and keep the team updated on order status
- Help spot supply risks early, including long lead times, single sources and obsolescence, and support the search for alternatives
- Support the R&D project in Valencia as needs and requirements change, adapting quickly alongside the team
What we’re looking for
Must haves:
- Currently studying, or recently graduated in, engineering (aerospace, industrial, mechanical or similar), supply chain, or business with a genuine technical interest
- Basic familiarity with engineering and manufacturing processes, ideally in aerospace (coursework, projects or student teams count)
- Comfortable reading technical documents such as drawings, specifications and datasheets
- More drawn to coordination and management (planning, follow-up, working with suppliers and teams) than to hands-on technical design
- Able to work under pressure and adapt when priorities and requirements shift
- Fluent English and Spanish, spoken and written
- Eligible for an internship agreement (convenio de prácticas) with a university or training institution
Nice to haves:
- Experience working with local suppliers in Valencia
- Some exposure to RFQs, supplier selection, ERP tools or Excel-based tracking
- Comfortable in a production plant environment and keen to work hand in hand with production and engineering teams
- Curiosity about how complex hardware gets built and bought, and the appetite to ask why

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
In West Africa, people wait for symptoms to get worse, wait months for an appointment, and depend on a health system stuck in paper and manual processes. We exist to end that wait.
Founded in 2022 in Senegal, Tanel is the first digital health insurer in francophone West Africa, operating in Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire. With 30,000+ members, a network of 1,200+ health facilities and 400+ pharmacies, and revenue multiplied by 7 in 2025, Tanel has proven real product-market fit.
In 2026, Alan, Europe's prevention-first health insurer (€950M+ revenue, 1M+ members in France, Belgium, Spain and Canada), acquired Tanel to accelerate its expansion in Africa. Together, we are building the reference health insurer in francophone West Africa, aiming for $200M in revenue by 2030.
🚀 WHY JOIN NOW?
Care is our members' first point of contact, and today it runs on the energy of a small, committed team: about 5 people across Dakar and Abidjan, answering members, HR admins and providers on WhatsApp, phone, email and the app.
What got us here will not get us to the next stage:
- Scale: our member base is set to grow several times over in the next 3 years.
- Expansion: after Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire, we plan to open new countries in the coming years.
- Integration: we are moving Care Africa onto Alan's ways of working (KPIs, rituals, playbooks) and, in 2027, onto Alan's tools and platform.
- Performance: we need to structure our KPIs: what we measure, why, and how we act on it, from response times to member satisfaction.
This is a rare chance to shape a Care organization from the ground up, with the backing of a Care Ops team that has already done it in several countries (France, Belgium, Spain, Canada).
⭐ THE ROLE
As Care Ops for Alan Africa, you are the most senior Care person on the ground. You do not manage the team directly: our crew lead does. You own the transformation: how the team is organized, how it grows, how it performs, and how it converges with the rest of Alan. You are part of Alan's global Care Ops team, and you bring local reality into global decisions as much as you bring global practices to Africa.
Your missions include:
1/ Design and roll out the target operating model
- Turn Alan's Care model into a version that works for Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire: how agents split their time between members and improvement work, opening hours, weekends, service levels we commit to.
- Define the team structure for the next 3 years: roles, tiers, one team or one per country.
- Set up outsourcing where it makes sense, and manage the performance of our external partners.
- Build the hiring plan with the crew lead and take part in recruitment, including final-round validation.
2/ Lead the integration with Alan
- Bring Alan's KPIs, rituals and playbooks to the local team, and make sure they stick through training and follow-up.
- Help the crew lead grow the team and coach agents into Care Experts who own improvement projects.
3/ Own operational performance, quality and tools
- Structure our KPIs and reporting: what we measure, why, and how we review it every week, including member satisfaction on WhatsApp and phone.
- Diagnose root causes behind delays, backlogs and member pain points, and turn them into concrete actions.
- Make sure our tools (ticketing, WhatsApp, phone) are set up and fully operational, and lead the transition to Alan's stack with Product, so local needs are built in.
- Provide the inputs (volumes, hours, productivity) that feed our staffing model and budget, and challenge the outputs.
4/ Be the bridge between local and global
- Represent Care Africa in Alan's Care community: share what works, raise what doesn't, contribute to global projects.
- Contribute to Care's strategic plan, for Africa and at global level.
⭐ YOU WILL EXCEL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU
- Have 5+ years of experience in customer service or customer experience operations, including structuring, scaling or turning around a team.
- Have led change in teams or functions you did not manage, and know how to earn buy-in rather than impose a playbook.
- Are data-fluent: you set and track the right KPIs, read and challenge an analysis, and use numbers to make decisions. You do not need to build forecasting models.
- Are fluent in French and work comfortably in English, written and spoken.
- Know the West African context and adapt your approach to the people and the market you work with.
- Are structured, autonomous and at ease with ambiguity: much is still to be defined, and you will help define it.
- Care deeply about access to healthcare and want to have a real impact on members' lives.
Strong pluses: experience in health, insurance or assistance; managing outsourcing partners; leading a CRM or tooling migration; running WhatsApp or phone-heavy support; speaking Wolof.
🎁 WHAT WE OFFER
- Permanent contract, full time, based in our Dakar office, with regular trips to Abidjan.
- A central role in a fast-growing African healthtech, backed by Alan's global Care team.
- Comprehensive health insurance through Alan for you and your family.
- All the tools you need to do your best work.
- Learning and training opportunities: a flexible policy, budgets for books and conferences.
- For this role, we are hiring within the C to E level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity (pay scale to confirm).
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES
If this role excites you but you don't tick every box, we would love to hear from you. Everyone, including people from underrepresented groups, should feel free to apply: either we succeed, or we learn.
