Are you an engineering leader who views developer infrastructure not as a collection of scripts, but as a core product that enables engineering craft at scale? Do you want to help shape long-term platform strategy and remove friction for hundreds of developers? Then you may be the person we're looking for to lead the Kotlin Infrastructure team at JetBrains.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
The Kotlin Infrastructure team enables development across the Kotlin repository by building and evolving the engineering infrastructure behind Kotlin development. The team is responsible for developer experience, build infrastructure, CI/CD, release infrastructure, internal tooling, and engineering processes that help Kotlin teams create, test, and deliver software efficiently.
We're looking for a Team Lead who will help the team scale its impact across the Kotlin organization and the broader JetBrains engineering ecosystem. You'll shape infrastructure strategy, be in charge of technical leadership, drive initiatives execution across multiple teams, and help Kotlin infrastructure evolve as an engineering platform.
Day to day, you will:
Engineering leadership
Define and drive the long-term evolution of Kotlin infrastructure. Provide technical leadership.
Own planning and prioritization across infrastructure initiatives, balancing immediate needs with long-term investments.
Drive initiatives that improve development productivity and the developer experience across the Kotlin engineering ecosystem.
Support engineers through coaching, feedback, and hiring.
Participate in cross-team collaboration to evolve the Kotlin infrastructure and engineering platforms.
Infrastructure platform
Guide the evolution of infrastructure supporting Kotlin development, including:
Developer experience across local development, code review, CI, and merge workflows.
Kotlin build architecture and build performance.
CI/CD systems, release infrastructure, artifact publication, and engineering workflows.
Internal tooling, engineering automation, and development infrastructure management.
Secure engineering infrastructure, including dependency management, reproducible builds, secrets, access management, build agents, and development environments.
What you’ll bring
An engineering mindset that values systemic efficiency and developer empathy over rigid processes.
The autonomy to make decisions close to the problem and accountability for the team’s choices.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to navigate architectural debates and align diverse engineering stakeholders.
A commitment to quality and refusal to cut corners on platform stability for short-term fixes.
The resilience to guide teams through open-ended, complex scaling challenges.
What you’ll need
Experience leading engineering teams and large technical initiatives.
Strong communication skills and the ability to align multiple stakeholders.
Experience with developer infrastructure, build systems, CI/CD, or internal engineering platforms.
Understanding of software build systems and engineering workflows at scale.
Ability to evaluate technical proposals, facilitate architectural discussions, and help teams converge on pragmatic decisions.
A passion for improving developer productivity through tooling, automation, and platform development.
Experience with the following technologies would be nice to have:
TeamCity.
Gradle and Kotlin build scripts.
Kotlin or the JVM ecosystem.
Large monorepositories.
Internal developer platforms or developer experience tooling.

About the product
Total Battle is an MMO 4X strategy game with deep political systems and intense player-to-player interaction. Players build cities, forge alliances, fight monsters, and compete for dominance. The game runs on mobile and web, with millions of active players, which means every technical decision we make is felt at scale.
Why this role exists
Our framework team carries a wide mandate: we own the foundation that every game feature is built on — from the rendering and UI layer to the asset pipeline, build system, debug tooling, and developer documentation. That foundation has real problems today.
🎯Our mission: create a reliable foundation for product development — simple, fast, and high-quality — so that game features can be built without friction.
Right now we have two codebases (C++ mobile, C# Unity), slow developer iteration cycles, UI that only engineers can touch, and technical constraints that limit what we can ship. This hire is part of the team that will fundamentally solve these problems — and make sure they never come back.
What you'll work on
Your area of ownership spans the full client platform stack:
- Framework core and LibRocket integration
- Game engine layer and cross-platform support
- Tooling for artists, animators, and UI/UX specialists
- Build pipeline, CI, and test infrastructure
- App initialization and startup performance
- Debug tooling and observability
- Developer regulations and documentation
Near-term tasks in the backlog include: building an extensible asset loader, reducing nullptr risk, improving code testability, lowering the cost of adding debug functionality, and moving to a unified build pipeline. Alongside this, the team is validating an experiment that may lead to building a new client from scratch — a significant greenfield opportunity.
The north star
We're working toward a single codebase across all platforms, where business logic is engine-agnostic and platform-specific code lives only at the framework level. Features will be isolated modules with explicit interfaces and dependencies. Artists and animators will be able to see their work in the game without a developer in the loop. The game will react to player actions instantly — no spinners, no rollbacks. And no waiting on store review to ship fixes.
That's where we're going. Your job is to help get us there.
Who you are
We're looking for an engineer who goes deeper than the task description. When given a problem, you dig for the root cause before proposing a solution. You think in products: MVP first, iterate, measure against real metrics. You design APIs that don't become roadblocks six months later.
- Self-directed: you work from a problem statement, not a step-by-step spec
- Product-minded: you decompose work into deliverable slices and validate assumptions early
- Strong system designer: your APIs are clean, flexible, and future-proof
- Proactive: you identify problems others have accepted and propose solutions
- Communicates clearly in Russian: your day-to-day communication with your direct team
- Communicates clearly in technical English: written RFCs, code review, cross-team discussion
We're not looking for someone who wants a clearly scoped ticket to execute, or someone whose primary motivation is building gameplay features. This team builds the platform that makes gameplay possible.
Requirements
- 3+ years of C++ (17+) or similar experience in a client application at a product company
- Strong grasp of design principles and patterns (and knowing when not to use them)
- Experience with task decomposition and iterative delivery
- Proficiency in technical English (reading docs, writing RFCs, async collaboration)
Nice to have
- Active use of LLMs in your work to significantly boost your productivity
- Experience with game engines or framework-level development
- Commercial experience with Cocos2d-x
- Experience with Unity (C#)
- Familiarity with cross-platform build systems (CMake, CI pipelines)
How we work
You'll receive a problem, not a ticket. You're expected to explore the context, identify the root cause, propose and align on a solution, ship it, and then verify it worked based on feedback and metrics. Delivery is incremental: proof of concept to validate a hypothesis, then a full solution. Predictability matters as much as output.
After 12 months, a great hire here is fully autonomous — picking up problems that span both technical and product dimensions, delivering in predictable increments, and raising the capability of the people around them.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.

Job Description
About the role
Checkout.com http://Checkout.com is looking for an ambitious Staff Data Engineer to join our Data and AI Platform Team. Our team’s mission is to build a platform where you can create reliable, scalable, AI-powered streaming and batch data applications, and share data across Checkout.com http://Checkout.com to improve business performance.
The Data and AI Platform team is here to ensure internal stakeholders can easily collect, store, process and utilise data to build AI use cases and data products aiming to solve business problems. Our focus is on maximising the amount of time engineers spend on solving business problems and minimising time spent on technical details around implementation, deployment, and monitoring of their solutions.
We're building for scale. As such, much of what we design and implement today is the technology/infrastructure which will serve hundreds of teams and petabyte-level volumes of data.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with stream processing technologies (Kafka and Flink) to build a continuously available large-scale event streaming platform
- Leverage subject matter and technical expertise to provide leadership, mentoring, and strategic influence across the organisation whilst building strong relationships with engineers and engineering managers
- Build tooling (modules/SDKs/DSLs) and associated documentation to foster the adoption of the streaming platform by enabling upstream teams and systems to easily publish data and deploy streaming applications
- Implement all the necessary infrastructure to enable end users to build, host, monitor and deploy their own streaming applications
- Provide consultancy across the technology organisation to drive the adoption of the platform and unlock event-driven use-cases
- Participate, translate, run and execute the collection of requirements and architecture/design initiatives into action plans
- Provide hands-on support for all event-based systems including incident triage and root cause analysis
About You
While experience with our specific tech stack is a plus, we welcome candidates with a strong background in data systems who are eager to learn. The core remit of this role is to own and scale our event streaming capability, not to serve as a general DevOps or infrastructure engineer.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with a proven track record of influencing engineering organisations
- Strong engineering background with a track record of implementing and owning event streaming platforms
- Hands-on experience working with stream technologies, ideally Kafka
- Experience designing and implementing stream processing applications with Flink
- Experience working with cloud-based technologies such as AWS (MSK, S3, Lambda, ECS, SNS)
- Experience with Kubernetes (either self-hosted or on the cloud)
- Experience with SQL databases
- Experience working with Docker, container deployment and management
- Experience describing infrastructure as code (Terraform or similar) as well as designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent programming skills with at least one of Java or Python

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. Offering spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Kraken Pro is where serious traders live. Millions of them. And right now, our social presence doesn't reflect how good the product actually is.
You're going to fix that.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re seeking a chronically online, Social Media Lead to drive Kraken Pro social channels. At Kraken, understanding our brand ethos, mission, and the communities we serve is essential and social is at the forefront of that.
We’re looking for someone who moves fast but thinks long-term, thrives under pressure, and knows how to launch new products while creating ecosystem content that cuts through the noise. This role demands sharp content creation skills, an analytical mindset, and a self-starter attitude.
- Craft scroll-stopping, platform-native content for X, Telegram, and beyond to maximize impact and reach for Kraken Pro.
- Win the moment. Spot trends and reactive moments across CT/FinTwit and broader social, then rapidly craft timely, on-brand content.
- Be the heartbeat of the community. Actively engage with the Kraken Pro audience. Reply, quote, poll, meme, and foster meaningful conversation.
- Run an always-on calendar. Build and maintain a content calendar: create posts, route for approvals, schedule, publish, and monitor performance.
- Integrate key updates. Translate product and ecosystem news into clear, compelling narratives.
- Measure what matters. Track growth and performance and iterate based on insights and experiments.
- Ship responsibly. Partner with Legal/Comms to ensure compliant, accurate, and aligned messaging across regions and platforms.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Receipts. Posts you wrote that broke out, on a brand account or your own or that you manage. We care more about what you've made than where you've worked.
- 3+ years in social or content, ideally fintech, crypto, or trading. Exceptional portfolios beat exceptional résumés here.
- Speed under pressure. Markets don't wait for approval cycles and neither do you.
- Range as a maker. Copy, memes, short-form video, charts, threads. You don't need a design queue to get a post out.
- Taste. Knowing when not to post is as valuable as knowing when to.
- Comfortable handling high-paced social channels
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative and detail-oriented, with the ability to produce visually appealing content - whether it be briefing the design team, using Figma or being scrappy on CapCut
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic’s APAC go-to-market organisation is the fastest-growing part of our international business, spanning markets with distinct languages, cultures and buying styles. Today, enablement for the region is delivered by our global and EMEA teams. As we scale in APAC, we are establishing an initial in-region enablement presence, based in Sydney and supporting the field across the region.
As Enablement Lead, you will be hands-on in getting the APAC field ready: onboarding, ongoing skill development, manager coaching support and launch readiness, across GTM functions, not just sales. You will spend most of your time in the room, running sessions, building programmes and working directly with sellers and managers, in the time zones and languages where customer conversations happen.
This is a build role with a global spine. You inherit a working global and international enablement engine. Your job is to adapt it for APAC, deliver it across the region, and feed what you learn back into the international and global programme.
How we work: adults learn by doing, so we build sessions around live activity: practice, reflection, real customer scenarios. The measure is not what was covered in the room. It is what changes a week later in how people think, decide and sell.
This takes creativity and a solid understanding of how adults learn, applied at speed. The frontier moves quickly and the field is scaling fast. Much of the work is unlearning: helping experienced sellers let go of pre-AI habits, not just teaching new ones. AI is what makes this scalable: endless practice partners, personalised scenarios from real deals, feedback minutes after a call. You will use it that way, not to generate more content.
Key responsibilities
Set up the APAC enablement rhythm: in-region onboarding cohorts, live practice-based sessions in APAC time zones, and a feedback loop into the global programme
Adapt the international portfolio for APAC, where content for several markets needs to be written and translated ahead of delivery
Personally design and facilitate deal walkthroughs, role-plays and customer-conversation rehearsal, favouring practice over presentation
Partner with regional GTM leaders to build a coaching standard that scales as the manager layer grows
Own launch readiness for the region, so that when a new model or product ships, the APAC field is certified and conversation-ready in the same week cycle as everyone else
Build the measurement habit: track what the field does differently afterwards, not content shipped or attendance
Minimum qualifications
8+ years in GTM enablement, sales productivity or similar roles, including experience leading or running enablement programmes
Experience delivering GTM enablement in APAC, ideally across more than one of the region’s markets
Experience influencing beyond your own team or region, such as a programme adopted elsewhere or a senior stakeholder whose decision you changed
Hands-on track record designing and running practice-first enablement, measured by changes in field behaviour
A working understanding of how adults learn, and comfort helping experienced sellers unlearn pre-AI habits
Creativity with AI in your craft: personalised practice, real-deal scenarios and fast feedback rather than more content
Experience owning programmes end to end, from design through delivery and measurement
Experience enabling a field across languages and cultures, and knowing what breaks when English-first content ships as-is
Comfort working with sales leaders as a peer, including pipeline reviews, deal inspection and forecast conversations
Good judgement on when to adapt global programmes and when to adopt them as-is
Strong candidates may also
Have held both a global and an APAC enablement role
Have run enablement delivered across multiple APAC markets
Have helped build or scale an enablement function
Have carried a quota or led sellers earlier in their career
Have enablement experience in AI, developer platforms or technical products sold to both executives and builders
Have built manager or coaching programmes, not just individual-contributor enablement
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Location: Espoo
Workplace: Hybrid
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Staff Product Designer
- Location: Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland
- Department: Product Management
- Reports to: Product Design Director
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid (3 days / week in office)
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
This is the kind of project designers wait years for. You'll be the design lead and hands-on builder on one of the most exciting products we're working on: a largely greenfield space where AI and LLMs meet serious data intelligence and where the problems are genuinely hard, the kind nobody has solved before, because the product itself is new territory. We can't say much more here (some things we build, we keep quiet about) but if the idea of turning cutting-edge intelligence into something people can actually use makes your fingers itch, this is it. You won't inherit a design system or a roadmap but you'll shape both. And you won't do it alone: we're building a world-class design team from a small core and early hires like you set the bar for everyone who comes after. This role is for a builder, an IC who gets their energy from making things, not managing them

ICEYE delivers space-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities to governments and allied nations. This includes sovereign and turnkey ISR missions leveraging ICEYE’s world-leading synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite technology, as well as access to data from the world’s largest SAR satellite constellation. These capabilities enable partners to detect and respond to critical changes anywhere on Earth with unprecedented speed and accuracy, day or night and in any weather, supported by ultra high-resolution imagery and high-frequency revisits.
As a trusted partner for defense, intelligence, security, and maritime domain awareness, ICEYE’s near real-time data creates a tactical advantage for mission-critical operations. Designed for dual use, the platform also serves civil protection and commercial users for natural-catastrophe intelligence, insurance, maritime monitoring including oil-spill detection, and finance, contributing to global security and community resilience.
ICEYE is headquartered in Finland and operates globally across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. We have more than 900 employees, united by a shared vision: improving life on Earth by becoming the global source of truth in Earth Observation.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own design end to end for the product: from fuzzy problem to research to concept to polished, shipped UI. No handoffs, no "that's another team's job."
- Get out of the building (or into the ground station). Talk to users regularly, watch how they work and turn what you learn into design decisions everyone can get behind.
- Make the complex feel simple. Take AI, LLM and data-heavy workflows and turn them into experiences that feel obvious in hindsight.
- Prototype fast and often. Test ideas with real users and real data before we commit engineering time and kill your darlings when the evidence says so.
- Work elbow to elbow with engineers, data scientists and product. You're in the room when problems get framed, not just when screens get requested.
- Set the design foundations. As one of the first designers on this product, you'll shape the patterns, quality bar and ways of working that everyone after you builds on.
- Push the craft. Sweat the details, raise the bar on every release and give (and take) sharp design feedback.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVES:
- Your craft is genuinely top-tier and your portfolio proves it. Sharp UX thinking, beautiful execution, obsessive attention to detail. We'll look closely so bring work you're proud of down to the last pixel.
- You've designed for data products, ML or AI, and you have opinions about it. You know what makes these experiences tricky and you've wrestled with at least some of it in real work.
- You've shipped design work that actually changed something. Adoption went up, churn went down, customers stopped swearing at the product. You can tell us what happened after you hit publish, ideally with numbers.
- You're a bit obsessed with users. Nobody has to send you to talk to customers; you're already there, asking awkward questions and coming back with your assumptions rearranged.
- You get a kick out of messy, ambiguous problems. There's no playbook here, half the time nobody knows what the answer is yet, and that's exactly where you do your best work.
- You own your stuff. The wins, sure, but also the faceplants. You'll tell us what went sideways, what you learned and what you'd do differently, without us having to drag it out of you.
- You make things happen without being asked. No design ops, no ticket queue, no waiting for permission. You spot what's needed, rally the right people, and ship.
NICE TO HAVES:
- You've designed in a properly technical environment, elbow to elbow with engineers or scientists, on systems with real complexity under the hood.
- Satellites genuinely excite you. If you've ever fallen down a Wikipedia rabbit hole about Earth observation at 1am, we should talk.
APPLICATION PROCESS:
- Recruiter screen
- Hiring Manager Interview
- Portfolio Review
- Assignment + Panel interview
- CPO interview

About the Role:
As part of Anthropic’s Global Safety, Intelligence, and Security (GSIS) team, the Security Technology Deployment Engineer will own the validation, standardization, and deployment of physical security technology across Anthropic’s rapidly expanding global office portfolio. This role bridges the gap between technology selection and production-ready operation — ensuring that every security platform deployed is rigorously tested, properly integrated with enterprise infrastructure, fully documented, and built for scale.
You’ll define the installation standards, configuration baselines, and deployment processes that the broader team executes against — from access control migrations and intercom replacements to AI analytics onboarding and new application integrations. You’ll work across InfoSec, IT, Networking, and Identity Management to ensure every security application passes review, integrates with SSO, and is supported within Anthropic’s infrastructure before going live. Your work will directly determine whether Anthropic’s security technology stack scales reliably as the company grows from dozens of locations to a global enterprise footprint.
Responsibilities:
Validate and deploy new and replacement security technology platforms including access control systems, intercom solutions, video management, visitor management, and AI/analytics tools across all Anthropic locations
Build and maintain staging environments for pre-production testing and validation of all security applications, hardware, firmware, and system configurations
Define installation standards, configuration baselines, licensing structures, update procedures, and maintenance requirements for every deployed security platform
Deploy integrations between security applications, validating that platforms communicate and share data correctly before transitioning to production
Support colleagues’ security applications through InfoSec review processes, ensuring new tools meet Anthropic’s information security and compliance requirements
Coordinate SSO integration for newly deployed security applications with Identity Management and IT teams
Transition applications requiring custom integration or data pipeline development to the IT Engineering team with documented technical requirements for roadmap inclusion
Initiate onboarding of deployed hardware and systems into Anthropic’s health monitoring platform to ensure operational visibility from day one
Develop standardized deployment playbooks, checklists, configuration templates, and handoff documentation that enable repeatable installations across all current and future sites
Evaluate security platforms for scalability, identifying capacity constraints, single points of failure, and architectural limitations before they impact operations at scale
Coordinate with Networking, IT Infrastructure, and Facilities teams to ensure all infrastructure prerequisites (network, power, rack space, cloud resources) are met prior to deployment
Execute structured handoffs to Project Management (for site programming), Break-Fix Support (for maintenance), and Access Control Administration (for ongoing system management), ensuring each team has the standards and documentation to execute independently
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 5+ years of hands-on experience deploying, validating, and managing enterprise physical security technology across a large or rapidly growing organization
Have deployed security technology across 50 or more sites, or have demonstrated experience in a high-growth environment where deployment velocity and repeatability were essential
Have built standardized deployment processes, playbooks, and configuration templates that enabled others to execute installations independently and consistently
Have experience working across InfoSec, IT, Networking, and Identity Management teams to onboard and integrate security applications into enterprise environments
Have supported SSO integration, InfoSec reviews, and enterprise application onboarding workflows for security tools
Possess broad technology experience across access control, video management, intercoms, visitor management, AI/analytics, and alarm monitoring platforms
Are a strong technical communicator who can define standards clearly enough that PMs, integrators, and service teams execute against them without ambiguity
Have experience with IP networking, VLANs, PoE, and infrastructure requirements for security devices
Are comfortable with 25% travel for site deployments, commissioning, and validation
Strong candidates may have:
Previous experience at a hyper-growth technology company or managing security technology programs for high-profile corporate environments
Experience with Anthropic’s specific technology stack: Genetec Security Center, Axis cameras, Wavelynx, Commend Symphony Cloud,
Alcatraz.ai
,
Ambient.ai
, SureView, Envoy
Industry certifications: Genetec, Axis, CCNA, PSP, CPP, or PMP
Experience with OSDP, modern credential technologies, and encryption protocols for physical security systems
Familiarity with scripting or automation (Python, PowerShell) for configuration management and deployment automation
Experience with health monitoring and observability platforms
Knowledge of SOC 2 compliance, GDPR, and physical security compliance frameworks
Experience with change management, configuration control, and version-controlled infrastructure documentation
Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be received on a rolling basis.
