ROLE OVERVIEW
Welocalize is looking for a native-level Tagalog speaker to join a confidential, large-scale AI and consumer technology programme for a major global technology and communications client.
It's a hands-on, on-site role that combines two things: evaluating a pre-release AI model in your language, and testing how the product actually performs on a client-supplied device — a smartphone and a next-generation smart glass. If you enjoy noticing the detail other people miss, this is work you'll find satisfying.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Review pre-release AI model output in Tagalog and judge it on accuracy, naturalness, appropriateness, and overall quality — would a native speaker really say it this way? This includes fact-checking each response against the source material.

Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland, Remote
Workplace: remote
Olo is a leading SaaS platform accelerating digital transformation in the restaurant industry, by helping customers deliver more personalised and profitable guest experiences. As a result, our digital ordering, payment, loyalty and guest engagement solutions enable brands to do more with less and make every guest feel like a regular.
While our roots are in NYC, we’re intentionally investing in Belfast and Northern Ireland as a key hub, with an established leadership presence, a local team, and community for the long term. This role is fully remote, offering you flexibility to work from anywhere within NI.
Your new role
In this role, you’ll join as a Software Engineer on the ‘BrandX’ team, which is part of the wider ‘Order Engineering’ group.
BrandX (Brand Experience) builds the tools restaurant brands and Olo's internal teams use to run their business on Olo. We own the Dashboard that brand operators log into every day, the internal Admin application, and the billing and invoicing systems that turn platform usage into invoices. We also own how brands sign in and manage their users, including SSO and two-factor authentication, and we are building Olo AI Assist, a natural-language assistant inside the Dashboard.
The team is seven engineers spread across the US and Europe, and you'd be our first hire in Northern Ireland. Because the team sits between brands, Finance, and the rest of Order Engineering, the work is varied. One week you might be shipping a new Dashboard settings page, the next you're tracing a billing discrepancy across our finance integrations or teaching Olo AI Assist a new skill so a brand can update hours across hundreds of stores just by asking. You'll pair with senior engineers, review and ship code most days, and use Claude Code as a normal part of how you work.
How you’ll make an impact
Learn the BrandX domain and technology stack, and get to know the brands, Finance partners, and Order Engineering teams we work with.
Own small-to-medium features end to end, from understanding the requirement to shipping it, with senior engineers available when you need them.
Write code that meets our standards, and participate in code reviews as both author and reviewer.
Build reliable and maintainable software, with test coverage that matches the risk of the change.
Contribute to the team’s delivery pipeline, including test coverage, CI, and deployment practices.
Use Claude Code and GitHub Copilot as your default way of building, and help the team push what these tools can do.
Troubleshoot and debug production issues, learning how our systems fit together along the way.
Participate in team ceremonies such as daily stand-ups and retrospectives, sharing updates and feedback.
Take part in learning activities, including game days and training sessions, to build familiarity with Olo’s tools and processes.
Join the on-call rotation, with responsibilities that grow as you learn the team’s systems.
What will set you up for success
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
1 to 3 years of professional software engineering experience, or a strong portfolio of shipped projects.
Working knowledge of C# and .NET, and comfort reading code you didn't write.
Some experience building web UIs. We use React and TypeScript, but any modern framework is a fine starting point.
Comfortable with SQL and relational data. A lot of our work is understanding how data moves between systems.
You understand the difference between unit, integration, and end-to-end tests and when each one earns its place.
AI coding agents are your default way of working. You use tools like Claude Code daily, you can explain the fundamentals underneath what they generate, and you're excited about a team that expects you to push them further.
You ask questions early, write things down, and are comfortable working with colleagues in other time zones.
About Olo
Olo is a leading restaurant technology provider with ordering, payment, and guest engagement solutions that help brands increase orders, streamline operations, and improve the guest experience. Each day, Olo processes millions of orders on its open SaaS platform, gathering the right data from each touchpoint into a single source—so restaurants can better understand and better serve every guest on every channel, every time. Over 800 restaurant brands trust Olo and its network of more than 400 integration partners to innovate on behalf of the restaurant community, accelerating technology’s positive impact and creating a world where every restaurant guest feels like a regular. Architect Core Systems:
Drive technical decision-making on mobile architecture, API design, performance optimization, and offline/network resiliency.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
Partner closely with Product Management, Design, and Backend Engineering to translate complex user and commercial requirements into intuitive, reliable mobile experiences.
Ensure Quality & Rigor:
Write clean, testable, and maintainable code while maintaining high engineering standards for code reviews, testing, security, and monitoring.
Integrate AI Workflows:
Apply AI coding tools actively in your workflow—not only for code generation, but also to build and maintain repeatable personal AI development workflows.
Modernize Engineering Tooling:
Leverage modern development tools, automated CI/CD pipelines, and productivity workflows to maintain rapid iteration speeds.

Solid software engineering fundamentals with hands-on experience building, shipping, or maintaining production native mobile applications (iOS with Swift/Objective-C or Android with Kotlin/Java).
Strong understanding of mobile system design, clean architecture, memory management, testing, and performance tuning.
Ability to actively apply AI coding tools in your workflow and continuously optimize personal engineering productivity.

adjoe is redefining the future of mobile ads. Powered by advanced AI, first-party data and world-class engineers, we’ve perfected the offerwall experience for monetizing and scaling app publishers with solutions like Playtime and Arcade – now the fastest growing rewarded advertising channel globally – driving incremental engagement, retention, and revenue.
At the same time, we’re breaking into programmatic advertising with the intelligent bidding system of adjoe Ads. Together, this ecosystem connects app developers to over 600 million users worldwide for scalable growth. Backed by a $100 million investment from Bertelsmann and operating from offices in Hamburg, Boston, Singapore, and Tokyo, adjoe is defining the next stages of app and ad experience – right now. Join us.
YOUR MISSION & WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Proven track record owning a regional event program end to end. You come from a senior event/field marketing background within tech, B2B SaaS, AdTech, or a fast-paced agency environment. You have owned a full regional program, including roadmap, budget, and outcomes, rather than executing against someone else's plan. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, US, you will build the US event strategy together with leadership and lead its hands-on execution, ensuring events drive business growth and strengthen adjoe's brand positioning in the market.
- Events are a pipeline engine, and you own that outcome. This role is pivotal in driving meaningful pipeline across both of adjoe's lines of business: supply, where app publishers monetize and scale with Playtime and Arcade, and demand, where advertisers grow with adjoe Ads. You align regularly with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Leadership to ensure events ladder up to strategic priorities, and you track performance and follow up with internal teams so that pipeline and lead goals are genuinely owned and delivered rather than assumed.
- You lead execution across a range of event types and audiences. You build and evolve the US event roadmap in close collaboration with leadership, choosing the right formats, audiences, and channels to drive measurable results. That spans industry trade shows and conferences where adjoe needs presence and share of voice, owned events that put our brand and perspective at the center, and executive hospitality events built to move specific accounts and relationships forward. You ensure flawless execution across all of them, from logistics and branding to experience design and post-event impact reporting, and you are as comfortable running the floor plan as you are presenting the roadmap to leadership.
- You negotiate and build partnerships with confidence. You serve as the primary point of contact for key conference and co-marketing partnerships, managing negotiations, sponsorship agreements, and long-term opportunities as the owner of those relationships. You manage and optimize the US events budget, making high-impact decisions on where and how to invest for maximum ROI. Externally, you act as a senior voice for the brand, building lasting relationships with conference organizers, local networks, and industry peers that compound in value year over year.
- You are metrics-driven and turn data into action. You set success criteria before an event and track ROI across the full lifecycle, evaluating performance rather than activity. You use what the numbers tell you to reallocate spend, retire formats that don't return, and independently optimize processes and results without waiting to be asked.
- You think in systems. You build scalable processes, playbooks, templates, and workflows that improve event quality, efficiency, and attendee experience across teams and regions. You manage complex projects and relationships calmly when timelines are tight or priorities shift, you communicate strategy and expectations clearly across functions, and you lead with ownership and clarity, making things happen and keeping stakeholders informed as you go.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
At adjoe, we’re designing the organization behind one of the fastest-growing adtech platforms in mobile. The initiatives you build, the talent you develop, and the culture you shape will directly influence how adjoe scales globally.
- Go Big. Own programs that have real impact on how 250+ people across 7 offices join, grow, and perform.
- Move Fast. Operate in a high-velocity environment where you design, test, and iterate on people programs with the same mindset as a product team.
- Be Direct. Work in a culture where feedback is honest, collaboration is real, and your ideas get heard.
- Thrive Together. Grow alongside a diverse, global team of 250+ people from over 40 countries — and help make that experience better for everyone.
- Have Fun. Build meaningful programs, celebrate the people behind the product, and bring your energy to a team that genuinely enjoys what they do.
We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.

ABOUT AVOCA
Avoca is transforming how home service companies engage with their customers. Our AI-powered conversational agents handle every high-value inbound call, from booking jobs, qualifying leads, and driving higher revenue, all at a speed and consistency unmatched by human call centers.
We're a Series B startup backed by Kleiner Perkins, Meritech Capital, General Catalyst, and other top-tier investors, with $125M raised and a $1B valuation. We grew 10x in 2025 and have scaled to 170+ employees in under two years across our NYC headquarters and Santa Barbara office.
In a $1T+ market where 85% of missed calls go to competitors, we're building the category-defining platform for AI-driven customer engagement, serving the largest brands in home services. With high-energy, in-office teams in both locations, every hire here has an immediate and visible impact.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Avoca, you'll own the full sales cycle, from first conversation to close, for our largest and most strategic home services accounts. You'll work directly with operators, and home service business leaders at scale to understand their call flows, conversion challenges, and growth goals, and help them adopt Avoca as a mission-critical revenue engine across their organization.
This role is built for a hunter: someone who builds their own pipeline, thrives in founder-led sales environments, is comfortable selling a technical product into large, multi-stakeholder organizations, and wants to help define how Avoca sells as we scale upmarket. This role reports to Nick Hartley, General Manager, West Coast GTM.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle for our largest enterprise home services customers, from prospecting to close.
- Proactively build and manage your own pipeline of enterprise-fit accounts rather than waiting on inbound.
- Run discovery calls to deeply understand customer operations, call workflows, and revenue pain points across complex organizations.
- Deliver tailored demos and solution pitches that map Avoca's AI to enterprise outcomes and ROI.
- Manage pipeline, forecasts, and deal progression across long, multi-stakeholder deal cycles with high accuracy.
- Navigate complex buying committees and drive consensus across founders, operators, procurement, and finance.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to structure and close complex, high-ACV deals.
- Provide feedback from the field to help shape product roadmap, positioning, and enterprise go-to-market strategy.
- Hit and exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 7-10 years of closing experience in B2B SaaS (AI, vertical SaaS, or operational software preferred), with a track record of winning enterprise or high-ACV deals.
- A demonstrated hunter mentality, you generate and win deals rather than just manage what lands on your desk.
- Proven ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and close high-ACV deals from first touch to signature.
- Strong discovery skills, you ask great questions and listen closely.
- Comfort selling to operators and executives at the enterprise level.
WHO YOU ARE
- Experience carrying an enterprise or strategic accounts quota and winning outsized deals.
- Clear, confident communicator who can explain technical concepts simply to varied stakeholders.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in fast-moving environments.
- Experience working in early-stage startups is a plus.
- Experience selling to home services or operations-heavy businesses is a plus.
- Excited to work in-office with a high-ownership team in NYC.
BENEFITS
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Company-sponsored 401(k) through Vestwell
- Flexible PTO plus U.S. federal holidays
- Company-wide off-sites
- Daily in-office lunch through Parkday
- Dinner covered when working late
- Commuter benefits and late-night rideshare
- Monthly wellness stipend
- Standing desks and workspace accommodations available on request
- All core tools and software provided
Compensation: The expected on target earnings for this role is $380,000-$400,000 with final compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications determined during the interview process. Avoca's total compensation package includes base salary, bonus, equity, and a comprehensive suite of benefits and perks. Our Recruiting team will share the full details as you progress through our hiring process.
WHY AVOCA
At Avoca, you’ll be part of a team that’s building a category-defining company at the center of a massive market opportunity. We’re a fast-moving, collaborative team with a culture designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and impact.
Avoca provides equal employment opportunities to applicants and employees without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability.
