As Director, Product Manager Institutional Platform, you will own the end-to-end experience of enterprise clients integrating with Galaxy's institutional custody and trading services. What We’re Looking For: 10+ years of experience in product management, solutions engineering, or a related technical role, with a meaningful portion of that in digital assets. Direct, hands-on experience managing enterprise clients through technically complex integrations. Familiarity with custody and staking workflows in the digital assets industry, and the operational and security considerations unique to them. Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous or highly technical client requirements into clear specifications, documentation, and product priorities. Track record of building or substantially improving client-facing documentation, developer guides, or support resources. Excellent stakeholder management skills — comfortable working directly with client technical teams and internal engineering, trading, and operations stakeholders simultaneously. Ability to manage multiple concurrent client relationships without losing sight of the details.
