At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Render Startup Program is how we earn our place as the default cloud for the next generation of builders. The most important founders don't come to us through ads or big conferences, they come through trusted rooms, warm intros, and high-signal moments. This role exists to build and run those moments at scale.
As our Startup Marketing Associate, you'll be the operational engine and the on-the-ground face of the program. You'll take ownership of the day-to-day mechanics that keep the program humming, and you'll build our SF founder-dinner motion from the ground up, curating the right rooms, running flawless events, and turning relationships into momentum for Render. You'll work hand-in-hand with our Startup Program lead and our Developer Relations team to reach founders where they actually are.
This is a role for someone early in their career but already plugged into the San Francisco startup ecosystem, someone social and high-agency who can make a warm intro in their sleep, fill a room with the right people, and make every founder in it feel like their time was well spent. If you're looking to grow into marketing, partnerships, and growth at a company moving fast to capture a generational market opening, this is a front-row seat.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run the operational backbone of the Startup Program. Own application triage and review, credit issuance, partner UTM tracking, and CRM hygiene across HubSpot and Airtable, so the program scales cleanly and our lead can stay focused on strategy.
- Build and run the SF founder engine. Source and curate guest lists of high-quality founders, manage venues, invitations, RSVPs, and logistics end-to-end, and own flawless day-of execution so every event feels effortless and worth a founder's time.
- Drive light event marketing and promotion. Craft invitations, event landing pages, follow-up sequences, and post-event nurture that resonate with a founder and developer audience.
- Partner with Developer Relations to reach founders at scale and ensure the content, conversations, and programming land credibly with a technical crowd.
- Grow Render's footprint in the SF ecosystem. Build and maintain relationships across founders, operators, accelerators, and VC platform teams, and become a connective node in the community we're building.
- Close the loop on impact. Track attendance, attribution, and conversion from event to program to customer, so we know which rooms produce the best builders and can double down.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4-6 years of experience across some mix of sales, partnerships, marketing, program or operations management, recruiting/talent, or developer relations. This isn't a role for someone fresh out of school, but it is a great step for someone ready to grow into marketing, partnerships, and growth.
- Deep roots in the SF startup ecosystem. You're genuinely social, a natural connector, and you can make a warm intro in your sleep.
- Fluency in the venture landscape and a real understanding of the AI transformation reshaping how startups build.
- An instinct for how developers adopt tools. You understand the technologies in the consideration set for technical teams and that developers hate being marketed to. You don't need to have marketed to developers before, you just need to get the landscape.
- High agency and strong organization. You find problems before they're assigned, you're comfortable owning logistics from invite to follow-up, and you're energized by being in the room.
- Based in San Francisco, including for evening events.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Existing relationships with founders, operators, accelerators, or VC platform/portfolio teams.
- Experience running events, community programs, or founder-facing initiatives.
- Familiarity with the modern GTM stack (HubSpot, Airtable, Clay, Apollo, and similar).
- Hands-on familiarity with the developer-tools and cloud infrastructure landscape.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.
- Continuous learning benefits & related support.

SF IDEO Senior BxD Designer
IDEO San Francisco is in search of a Senior Business Designer who will frame complex business problems, translate insights into viable growth opportunities, and drive ideas toward real-world activation.
The role:
At IDEO, we help clients move forward when the path isn’t clear — whether driven by ambition, responding to disruption, or breaking out of entrenched ways of working.
As a Senior Business Designer, you’ll help teams and organizations turn bold ideas into viable, real-world outcomes — shaping new products, services, and ventures while building the business models, strategies, and pathways to bring them to market. Working across the spectrum from insight to execution, you’ll use business tools, systems thinking, entrepreneurial creativity, and strategic analysis to drive competitive advantage and strategic growth for our clients.
The right person for this role has strong business acumen and strategic instincts, with experience in growth strategy, product management, go-to-market execution, or venture creation. They’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, working with multi-disciplinary teams, influencing senior stakeholders and building conviction for new ideas. They quickly understand how a business creates and captures value, connecting market insights, customer needs, and financial drivers into compelling strategies — moving work forward with the right balance of rigor and creativity to drive real impact.
Why is this role important for IDEO’s work?
Business Designers make the biggest impact by turning ambiguity into clarity and connecting insights to commercially viable opportunities. Their skillset is critical to our work because they bring together strategy, business decision making, market understanding and business model thinking to help clients create and capture value. We count on them to move work beyond ideas into action and provide clear, informed pathways for winning investments.
Once here you will:
Creatively problem-solve by generating new ideas, viable business models, value propositions and go-to-market strategies for new products, services, and ventures, exploring unconventional or hidden solutions in a business context
Build an understanding of IDEO’s client organizations, and partner with clients to drive change and innovation within their teams and organizations
Conduct market, competitive, and financial analysis to identify new and emerging opportunities, inform decisions, shape business cases, and build conviction for new ideas
Synthesize research, data, and insights into clear narratives that guide decision-making and align stakeholders
Translate complexity into action by developing and leading experiments or pilots that produce insights to help create innovation roadmaps to scale recommendations in real-world contexts
Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams with designers across all creative and technical disciplines (design research, interaction design, data science, communication design, etc.)
Facilitate client workshops and conversations that drive alignment, momentum, and strategic decisions
Continuously grow with, as well as upskill, the Business Design craft through knowledge sharing and bringing unique perspectives to the greater IDEO community
Relevant experiences/skills:
Qualified candidates for this role will have:
A minimum of 4 years of full-time working experience – in a past life, you may have worked in strategy consulting, venture design, product strategy, product management, product innovation, corporate strategy, business insights, business analytics, business planning, go-to market, and/or growth strategy
Strong business acumen; i.e., broad knowledge or exposure to strategy, marketing, finance, operations, product development, organizational design, etc — MBA beneficial but not required
Experience in business design, strategy, product management, venture building, or innovation roles
Ability to creatively problem-solve in a business context, i.e. generate multiple alternative ways to address feasibility, viability, and desirability, including ways that are not obvious
Comfort working in ambiguous situations with limited direction, independently shaping problem definitions and approaches
Ability to interpret and communicate complex business ideas to different audiences, through text, visual, and verbal communications
Experience working across stakeholders and influencing decisions in complex organization
Track record in making ideas real and tangible, from concept to execution roadmap, as an entrepreneur and/or intrapreneur, and bringing others along with you
Strength in synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data into clear insights, recommendations and narratives, supporting decision making across options and making potential impact clear
Strong storytelling and strategic narrative-building skills
Standout candidates for this role will bring:
Direct experience applying human-centered design approaches, or signals of this skillset
Leadership in bringing a new product or venture to market (0→1)
Familiarity with tools (including AI) to accelerate thinking and workflow
Client centricity (direct experience or signals of this skillset)
Experience with venture building, incubation, innovation labs or product/service development
Experience in relevant industries (financial services, healthcare, technology, manufacturing), with an understanding of complex environments such as regulation, risk, and product innovation
Key mindsets:
IDEO Designers are people who:
Lead with curiosity and optimism
Hold space for authenticity and psychological safety
Embrace ambiguity (and still ship)
Collaborate generously across disciplines
Learn from failure and iterate forward
Take ownership and make others successful

BUILD SOMETHING PEOPLE LOVE
Wealthsimple is Canada’s leading financial innovator. Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $155 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
ABOUT THE OBSERVABILITY PLATFORM TEAM
The Observability Platform team exists to make production legible to every engineer and AI agent at Wealthsimple, on their first day and every day after. Every request, job, and user action produces a signal, and our job is to turn that signal into a fast, high-cardinality data asset that anyone can question. A business stakeholder investigating a drop in conversions, a service owner tracing a slow endpoint, an engineer validating a release, and an AI agent confirming its own change should all reach for the same data and get an answer in seconds.
We treat the platform as a product, and the engineers, service owners, and business stakeholders who depend on it as our partners. Our mission is to build the wide-event data model, the query foundation, and the golden paths that connect people to production data. We instrument on open standards such as OpenTelemetry so switching costs are a configuration change rather than a rewrite, and we optimize for the questions people did not anticipate rather than for pre-built dashboards.
As the founding Software Development Manager for this team, you will hire and lead the engineers who build this foundation, and set the technical vision that shapes how Wealthsimple understands its systems for years to come.
IN THIS ROLE YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Build the wide-event data model at the heart of the platform. Lead an events-first foundation on open standards such as OpenTelemetry, including the schema, SDKs, libraries, and instrumentation defaults that make rich, consistent, high-cardinality telemetry the path of least resistance for every team.
- Build the query foundation that connects people to production data, and make it legible to AI agents. Design the columnar or streaming backends, the tagging and context-propagation standards, and the access patterns, including protocols such as MCP, that let a business stakeholder, a service owner, an engineer, or an AI agent ask an unanticipated question and get a fast answer.
- Connect production data to business impact. Tie telemetry to client experience and business outcomes through SLOs and user flows, so teams see a problem in the numbers that matter before clients feel it. This is detection framed as a data question, not a wall of machine-state alerts.
- Define what observability means at Wealthsimple, set a multi-year roadmap, and align engineering and leadership behind it.
- Own the tool and vendor strategy across the observability stack, including how we get the most from Datadog while reducing lock-in and managing cost.
- Prove value on pilots. Start with one or two teams to validate the approach before scaling it across the organization.
- Hire and lead the team, and own career development, performance management, coaching, and a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay hands-on, and move fast with AI coding tools such as Claude Code fluently to prototype, unblock the team, and raise its bar for building with AI.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 7+ years in software engineering, with a software development background. You build platforms as software, with the testing, design, and engineering rigor that implies.
- Direct, hands-on experience treating telemetry as a data problem. You have designed wide structured events, managed high cardinality, and worked with columnar or streaming backends, sampling, tagging, and context propagation. This is the core of the role.
- Direct experience building an observability, telemetry, or production-data platform before, so you are not learning the problem space on the job. You do not need to have built a commercial product such as Datadog or Honeycomb, but you have built the equivalent inside an engineering organization.
- A track record of building SDKs and shared platforms in a platform, data, or foundations team. You have shipped the libraries, paved roads, and defaults that other engineers build on, and you treat those engineers as partners.
- Fluency with OpenTelemetry or an equivalent, and with SLI and SLO design that ties signals to client experience and business outcomes.
- 3+ years of engineering management experience, developing engineers and delivering complex initiatives through both growth and change.
- The ability to set a vision, sequence the work, and move engineering and leadership toward it.
- Strong people leadership and cross-boundary influence. You grow careers, give clear feedback, build inclusive teams, and build trust with peer managers, senior leadership, service owners, and business stakeholders.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with columnar stores such as ClickHouse, streaming systems such as Kafka, or query engines built for high-cardinality analytics.
- Experience building observability for LLM and agent-based workloads.
- Familiarity with self-serve data access, semantic layers, or data cataloging that helps non-experts find and query the right signal.
- Experience in a regulated or fintech environment.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Enterprise AI Products team builds what makes Claude a daily-use tool for enterprise customers across industries. We focus on organizational context and workflows (plugins, skills, connectors, webhook-triggered processes / agents). In other words, we focus on products that form the connective tissue that lets Claude operate across an organization. A big part of this work is understanding what's blocking adoption and building the capabilities that close those gaps. Much of this is being built 0→1 right now: you'll be shaping the product and the architecture in a market where no one has done this well yet.
You'll be a technical leader who thinks holistically about the end-to-end customer experience, partners directly with research to push model capabilities into production, and carries real ownership over what we ship next.
What you'll do
Own technical design and delivery for enterprise-facing core products, end-to-end across the stack
Partner with product, design, and go-to-market to turn enterprise customer workflows into shipped product, not just execute against a spec
Set technical direction and standards for your team: architecture, code quality, and how the team builds
Work directly with enterprise customers and sales during key conversations, translating what you learn into engineering priorities
Work closely with research to make the models better in your domain: shaping evals, surfacing failure modes, and feeding customer learnings back into model development
Mentor other engineers and raise the technical bar across the team, working with influence rather than authority
Build multi-player, asynchronous agents: department-level processes that are goal-oriented, many-step, and triggered by a webhook, a form, or an email rather than a person typing
You may be a good fit if you
Have 8+ years of software engineering experience, ideally with 2+ years at a Staff or equivalent technical leadership level
Have led the design and delivery of complex enterprise or B2B products across the full stack
Have built AI products and know what it takes to turn model capabilities into applications people actually use
Are comfortable working directly with enterprise customers and translating what you learn into technical decisions
Have built products from 0 to 1 in fast-moving environments, and can set technical direction with limited precedent to lean on
Drive cross-team alignment to ship impactful work, with influence over authority
Strong candidates may also have
Experience working with research to improve domain-specific model capabilities, including evaluation frameworks
Experience building extensibility surfaces (plugins, integrations, agent tooling) that third parties or internal teams build on
Exposure to both product-led growth and direct enterprise sales
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$405,000
—
$485,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About the Opportunity
OKX’s Internal Audit function has an early-stage, working AI-native capability: live dashboards, agentic workflows, and AI-powered apps that let a very small team punch far above its weight. Your job is not to rebuild it at today’s maturity. Your job is to take it to a
regulator-grade production standard and well beyond
, and to drive AI Enablement across the department. You own the products people touch: the real-time dashboards that drive
Chief Audit Executive and board reporting
, the computer-assisted audit technique (CAAT) and continuous-monitoring surfaces auditors work from, and the agentic, AI-powered apps that make the team faster, and you get auditors to adopt them. You build on the platform’s runtime and harness rather than reinventing them. We hire on
demonstrated building
, not on claims or credentials. We expect you to be more capable than the hiring manager in your domain: you will co-own and challenge the tooling strategy, not just implement it. This is a two-person engineering team: you deploy, debug, and hotfix your counterpart’s stack when needed.
What You’ll Be Doing
Environment
Cloud on
AWS or GCP
.
Claude
as the starting point in a deliberately multi-model architecture: Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, using the right model for each job, including plugins you build.
Google Workspace
for reporting and evidence.
JIRA
for the audit team’s workflow. Lark for team communications and alert bots. Today’s executive product ships largely as API-rendered Google Docs/Slides and branded PDF; you evolve that toward real applications without dropping the document standard. React / Next.js front-end, with testing and observability throughout. Treat this stack as the starting point, not a constraint: you build production-grade products end to end on what exists today, and you are expected to propose, prove, and adopt better tools as demand and capabilities evolve.
In your first year
A live, real-time Chief Audit Executive and board dashboard is in use for actual reporting.
CAAT and continuous-monitoring surfaces are used by auditors in multiple real audits, with full-population testing live in at least two audit domains.
Agentic, human-in-the-loop applications are part of the team's standard workflow: several in production, adoption measured and growing, and at least two demonstrably cutting cycle times, one in audit reporting and one in a board-cycle deliverable.
The hiring manager is out of the delivery loop for dashboards, reports, and rendering pipelines: each has a runbook and an owner who is not him.
How we assess demonstrated building
We assess demonstrated building in ways that respect your time and your confidentiality obligations to current and former employers: a portfolio deep-dive (walk us through applications you built and kept running, at the level of detail your obligations allow; we want architecture, decisions, and trade-offs, never proprietary code, data, or documents), a short, time-capped build exercise on a synthetic dataset unrelated to OKX's business (a live dashboard with drill-through, used for assessment only, never put to use by OKX, and the work remains yours) that you defend live, walking us through your design decisions and extending it on the spot, a working session on how you drove adoption with non-technical users, and references focused on whether you built and maintained applications in production.
Trust and compliance
This role handles highly sensitive audit data at a global crypto exchange. Expect background checks, confidentiality obligations, and personal-trading and material-non-public-information restrictions consistent with OKX policy.
What We Look For In You
6+ years building
and maintaining
full-stack web applications in production, owning them over time.
Strong engineering fundamentals
: data structures and algorithms, fluent
Python
(or a comparable backend language), and strong
SQL and data modeling
.
True full-stack
: from the data layer and SQL through resilient APIs to the UI, wired into the cloud (AWS or GCP).
Strong
front-end
(React / Next.js and TypeScript, with real design and UX sense) and proven
real-time / streaming data visualization
with drill-through to underlying evidence.
Agentic AI features with responsible-AI practice
: multi-step workflows, human-in-the-loop review, output validation, red-teaming, and honest handling of hallucination and error.
Data protection at the app layer
and audit-trail thinking (access controls, evidence, defensible handling), backed by automated testing and documentation. You build applications that could withstand external audit, by design. You ship inside locked-down enterprise environments (TLS-intercepting proxies, endpoint detection and response tooling, restricted installs, security guardrails) without treating security as someone else’s problem.
Experience integrating third-party systems (
JIRA
,
Google Workspace
, SaaS APIs) and
partnering with non-technical users
to drive adoption.
Nice to Haves
Model tooling across the Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google ecosystems; Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations and plugin development; agent-based apps.
Business-intelligence (BI) and analytics tooling and executive or board reporting, including continuous-monitoring dashboards.
Crypto and blockchain literacy; regulated financial-services, fintech, or crypto experience.
Document and presentation rendering pipelines: programmatic Google Docs/Slides/Sheets APIs or OOXML generation to an executive brand standard. Much of audit's product ships as board-grade documents, and this is trainable on the job.
Perks &
Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!
