ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Billing team sits at the intersection of product, finance, and infrastructure. They're responsible for ensuring every observable event—errors, logs, traces, tokens—gets accurately measured, priced, and billed. Their work directly impacts company revenue and customer trust, requiring distributed systems expertise, attention to financial accuracy, and deep understanding of product usage patterns. The team works cross-functionally with product, engineering, BizOps, marketing, and sales to build systems that enable new products and pricing models.
As an Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a team of engineers owning critical workflows such as checkout and invoicing, while also developing new features to help customers manage their spend growth. In this role, you’ll partner across the organization to ensure our customers redeem everything Sentry has to offer and budget for future expansion.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Strategic Planning & Roadmap: Define and drive the team's roadmap. Align team goals with organizational objectives and contribute to the overall platform strategy.
- Technical Guidance & Operational Excellence: Provide technical leadership and guidance on complex distributed systems and design. Ensure the team is proactively identifying areas for improvement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with business and technical teams to translate business goals into actionable objectives and scalable solutions.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented engineers, including Staff-level engineers. Build a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation within the team.
- Communication & Reporting: Effectively communicate team progress, challenges, and strategic direction to senior leadership, stakeholders, and the wider organization. Represent the team's work internally and externally, including through blog posts and presentations.
YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- Are a product and platform-minded leader who enjoys distributed systems and software architecture problems. You regard Product and Design as your peers, seeking collaboration when determining product outcomes and technical priorities for the team. You’re comfortable managing delivery and shaping direction.
- Have high agency and like to own your outcomes, including defining where Billing needs to be in 6 - 12 months, and translating that into team bets and priorities.
- Enjoy leveraging your technical background to inform and validate the team’s decisions.
- Thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with individuals across many disciplines to deliver the best solutions.
- Love to foster career growth, finding opportunities for team members to stretch and excel.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working on a customer-facing product, ideally within developer tools or high-traffic product surfaces.
- Experience owning a product area end-to-end, from shipping new features through long-term maintenance and iteration.
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to articulate technical concepts and tradeoffs clearly and succinctly.
- Experience with scoping work, performing resource allocation, and establishing engineering milestones and delivery dates.
- 5+ years professional engineering experience, preferably with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript or similar.
- 2+ years of engineering management experience.
The base salary range (or hourly wage range, if applicable) that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $240,000 to $450,000. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY
Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. About the job
QV.AC
is a general purpose AI assistant that runs locally on your devices. It gives people real control over their data and how they use AI. No cloud dependency, no data harvesting, and no one else's servers between you and your assistant. Our focus is local, on-device, privacy-preserving AI, connected across Tether's peer-to-peer ecosystem. We're building the AI assistant people actually own. Product sets the direction.
We're looking for a Product Engineering Lead to turn that direction into features people love, built to a standard that holds up on real devices with real constraints. You lead the teams that build QV.AC's features and app experience on top of our local AI stack, each with its own lead. You report directly to the CTO and take direction from product. Product owns the what and the why. You own the how and the engineering bar.
The split is roughly 70% engineering leadership and 30% product. You're a combination of three things. You're an engineering leader who has helped teams ship consumer products at speed. You have real product sense and can partner with PMs as an equal, shaping what gets built, not just executing it. And you have an intuition for AI systems and their limits, so you can turn emerging capabilities into features that work reliably on-device, without needing to build the models yourself.
Responsibilities
Engineering
- Run the app and feature teams day to day: unblocking, reviewing, and keeping them shipping.- Set and hold a high engineering bar for performance, reliability, and clean APIs.- Own the technical design of features and the API surface between our AI core and the app.- Make sure your teams work closely with our AI research and deep tech teams on code reviews, design, and anything that touches models or inference.
Product Partnership
- Work alongside QV.AC's product managers to turn vision and roadmap into scoped, buildable work.- Push back when scope and reality don't match, and propose better paths when they exist.- Bring an engineering perspective to product decisions, especially on what local models can do well today and what they can't yet.- Help the team move fast, using AI tools and quick prototypes to validate ideas before committing to them.
Leadership
- Create clarity around team goals and make sure everyone knows what success looks like.- Mentor team leads to build strong team operating systems, improve how their teams work with others, and grow as leaders.- Lead by example: roll up your sleeves when the team needs it, and step back when they're ready to own it.
Mandatory:
Experience
managing engineers or engineering leads
who ship consumer product, ideally AI-powered apps.
Strong product sense
: you can tell a good feature from a busy one.
Intuition for applied AI and on-device constraints
: model size, latency, memory, battery, and the gap between a good demo and a reliable feature. You don't need ML research expertise, because our core abstracts it away.
You
use AI tools heavily in your own work
and enjoy experimenting with new models and capabilities.
Deep
JavaScript and React
.
Initiative, curiosity, resilience
, and the ability to
give and receive direct critique.
Preferred:
Bonus:
Experience with
local or on-device inference, LLM evals, cross-platform mobile and desktop apps, or open source
.

An overview of this role
At GitLab, People technology never stands still, and as a People Systems Engineer, you’ll build what keeps it moving. Reporting to the Senior Director, People Technology, and working alongside our Lead People Systems Engineer, you’ll design, build and maintain the automations, integrations and AI-powered workflows that connect Workday, Greenhouse, Slack and the tools that power our global workforce. You’ll own features from request through tested code, deployment and ongoing reliability across Workato, Google Cloud and Claude. With an AI-forward mindset, you’ll rethink how People work gets done, eliminating manual effort and creating streamlined, delightful experiences for team members. If you think like a software engineer, love solving puzzles and want to grow your career at the intersection of people systems, AI and automation in an all-remote, async-first environment, this is your role.
What You’ll Do
Build, test and maintain People system automations and integrations across Workato, Google Cloud Platform, Claude, Workday, Greenhouse and GitLab, owning your features from design through deployment.
Develop integrations between Workday, Greenhouse, Slack and internal tools using Workday Web Services (WWS) and Slack’s API and Bot SDK, and build Slack apps and bots that turn manual steps into simple, automated workflows for team members around the world.
Write clean, readable automation code in Ruby or a comparable scripting language, stored and versioned in GitLab, with clear documentation and peer code reviews.
Keep pace with a high-growth company by monitoring integration health, troubleshooting failures quickly and fixing root causes so our automations stay reliable at scale.
Ship changes safely through GitLab CI/CD pipelines, following testing, change-management and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) IT general controls (ITGC) standards with care.
Lead with AI: use AI tools, large language models (LLMs) and Model Context Protocol (MCP) frameworks, including Claude, every day to accelerate development, prototype AI agents and reimagine how People work gets done, then share what you learn so the whole team moves faster.
Look past the surface of a request to find the real problem, then recommend and build solutions that are durable, scalable and easy to support. Partner with People Technology Analysts on configuration, testing and releases, and with Information Security, IT and AI Engineering on security and standards.
Raise the bar for how automations are architected, documented and maintained, learning from and contributing alongside our Lead People Systems Engineer.
What You’ll Bring
Hands-on experience building automations or integrations, ideally with human resources or business systems.
Experience writing and maintaining code in Ruby or a comparable scripting language, such as Python or JavaScript, and a willingness to learn Ruby if you haven’t already.
Hands-on experience with Workato or a comparable integration platform as a service (iPaaS) in a production environment.
Experience working with APIs and web services, including REST and SOAP, and an understanding of how data moves between systems.
Proficiency with Git for version control and code review; you treat automation code like production software.
A forward-thinking, AI-forward mindset: you use AI tools every day to automate tasks, speed up development and improve processes, and you’re energized by what AI makes possible next.
The ability to work independently, solve problems with curiosity, come with options and a recommendation, and collaborate openly. You protect highly confidential information and take ownership of code quality, reliable outcomes and the end user’s experience.
Additional relevant experience includes Workday integrations (WWS, Reporting as a Service or Workday Studio), Slack apps or bots, CI/CD pipelines, Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web Services, Docker or Kubernetes, building with LLMs, AI agents or MCP frameworks, SOX ITGC controls, Greenhouse, Serval, Google Workspace, or all-remote and asynchronous work. A related computing degree or equivalent experience is also welcome; none of these is required.
About the team
The People Technology team is building the systems foundation that lets GitLab scale as a global, all-remote company. We’re always raising the bar for what People technology can do, improving reliability, usability and intelligence across the platforms that power our People organization. We work across core systems, integrations, reporting and compliance, and partner closely with stakeholders across time zones to move fast, build with purpose and create seamless experiences that empower people to do their best work. If you want to grow your career building something that matters at a company working at the edge of what’s possible, this is the team.

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
This is a Director-level individual contributor role, designed for an experienced leader who drives strategic impact through deep expertise, cross-functional influence, and ownership of key initiatives rather than direct people management.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Product, the Director of Product, AI Growth grows 1Password's new business in artificial intelligence. In this role, you own driving growth for our AI opportunities by identifying which customers we target, which outcomes we win on, and proving it with design customers. You scale growth through our go-to-market organization and through partnerships with the agent ecosystem and channel partners.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum of 8 years of product management experience, including experience carrying a revenue or adoption target, with a preference for experience in security products, agentic products, or developer tools.
- Experience owning the strategy for a new product area or market entry, and taking it from hypothesis to customers running in production.
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers on a technical deployment, as the person accountable for the outcome, and turning what those deployments proved into a repeatable motion a sales team can run.
- Experience building technology partnerships and integrations, including judging where a product should sit in a larger technology ecosystem and working with business development on commercial terms.
- Technical depth to hold a credible conversation with developers and security architects about how AI agents are built, deployed, and given access to systems.
- Demonstrated ability to build alignment across go-to-market and engineering teams toward a shared goal, without direct authority over either.
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions and move work forward with incomplete information in a fast-changing market.
- Takes ownership end to end, including the work that falls between teams.
- Works AI-first: uses agents in daily work, and applies their own judgement to decisions, product taste, and customer and internal relationships.
- Preferred: familiarity with agentic access products, meaning the products that give AI agents credentials and access to the systems they work in.
What you can expect:
GROWTH STRATEGY
- Own the growth thesis for 1Password's AI opportunities, covering the customer segments we target, the outcomes we deliver that we win on, and the workflows we get embedded into. Revise it as evidence arrives from customers, partners, and the market.
- Form and test hypotheses using customer feedback, product usage data, partner input, and market research gathered with the go-to-market, product, user experience, and product marketing teams.
- Lead a weekly business review that brings the voice of the customer, field feedback, and product usage telemetry into one view, so the team can refine targets, forecast the roadmap's impact on growth, and prioritize the blockers that hold adoption back.
- Identify what stops customers from adopting, and drive each blocker to a resolution with the product team that owns it.
DESIGN CUSTOMER PROGRAM
- Run the design customer program for new artificial intelligence opportunities, from selecting customers through to delivered outcomes.
- Act as the general contractor for each design customer: the single person accountable for getting that customer deployed on 1Password for their agentic access, and for delivering the security and convenience outcomes they came for. Coordinate every team the deployment touches, and build what it requires together with a forward deployed engineering team.
- Bring in solutions engineering, customer success, and product managers to help each customer reach their goal, and run feature betas with the product managers who own those features.
- Turn what the program proves into the repeatable signal the company needs to scale, meaning the customer evidence, the deployment pattern, and the measured outcomes that the go-to-market and channel teams build sales plays on.
- Improve the program each cycle so it reaches more design customers, raises delivery success rates and customer satisfaction, and shortens the time it takes the company to commercialize a new product.
PARTNERSHIPS
- Decide where 1Password should play in the customer's artificial intelligence stack to deliver the most customer value in securing agent access. Agent access can be controlled at several points in that stack, so weigh those points and choose the ones that solve the most of the customer's problem, rather than the ones we fit into most easily. Base the call on how customers run AI today and on how the industry is evolving.
- Identify and pursue the partnerships that let us play at those points and that complete an end-to-end customer outcome, meaning the outcome a customer cannot reach with 1Password alone.
- Work with partners to deliver integrations, and find the patterns that let us repeat an integration across similar partners instead of building each one from scratch.
- Work with the business development team to structure commercial relationships that grow both companies' business and deliver value to shared customers.
SCALE THROUGH THE FIELD AND THE DEVELOPER COMMUNITY
- Work with product enablement to build demos and enablement content that the field and our channel partners can use without your involvement.
- Work with developer relations to grow adoption organically among developers, through reference architectures, sample code, and open source contributions.
TRAVEL
- Travel to design customer sites, partner meetings, and industry events approximately 10 to 20% of a given year.
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $238,000 USD and $357,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $208,000 CAD and $312,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.
This posting is for an existing vacancy.
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of almost all roles, and we require our employees to be ready and willing to take part. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events.
What we offer
We believe in working hard, and rewarding that hard work through our benefits. While not an exhaustive list, here is a glance at what we currently offer:
Health and wellbeing
👶 Maternity and parental leave top-up programs

An overview of this role
At GitLab, People technology never stands still, and this role will be at the center of it. Reporting to the Senior Director, People Technology, you’ll work alongside senior team members and partner closely with People Operations, People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to keep our People systems running at the speed of a fast-moving, innovative tech company. No two days will look the same. One day you’re running recurring processes and answering questions from teams across the organization, the next you’re preparing Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) audit evidence, building reports, writing test cases or delivering quarterly and annual changes and system upgrades. Using cycle-time analysis, best-practice research and AI tools, you’ll find better ways to operate and create streamlined, delightful experiences for the people using our systems, while growing your career in an all-remote, async-first environment.
What You’ll Do
Keep pace with the daily rhythm of a high-growth company by owning recurring processes, monitoring system health, resolving issues quickly and serving as a go-to resource for teams across the organization, especially People Operations, People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition.
Protect data integrity by administering system security, assigning and maintaining security roles, and running regular system and security audits.
Configure, test and deploy day-to-day enhancements as well as quarterly and annual changes, including annual People programs, so every update lands cleanly and on schedule. Support upgrades and releases by reviewing new features, running regression tests and helping stakeholders get ready for what’s changing.
Write and run test cases, and keep clear documentation of configurations, business processes, and reporting and integration schedules. Load mass datasets and distribute policies and documents with confidence and thorough testing.
Prepare and maintain SOX information technology general controls (ITGC) audit evidence and internal controls documentation, following access, security and change-management standards with care.
Build and maintain reports and dashboards that help stakeholders make decisions. Use cycle times and process data to find friction, then recommend and make configuration changes and measure their impact.
Help team members get the most out of their tools through training and enablement. Research best practices and new capabilities, and use AI every day to automate manual tasks, speed up analysis and share what you learn.
Support senior team members on cross-team projects and implementations, owning your workstreams and delivering quality results on time.
What You’ll Bring
Hands-on HR technology experience, including exposure to Workday configuration, testing or system support.
Exposure to public company operating procedures, such as SOX ITGC controls, audit evidence and change management.
A curious, puzzle-loving approach to problem-solving, backed by experience investigating issues, analyzing process data and finding the “why” behind a problem.
An AI-forward mindset, with experience using AI tools in your daily work to automate tasks, speed up analysis and improve processes.
Experience validating system changes and documenting findings clearly, along with close attention to detail and sound discretion with highly confidential information.
Independence and an ownership mindset: you take accountability for outcomes, move work forward with confidence and follow through on commitments.
A collaborative, customer-focused approach. You partner openly, design with the end user’s experience in mind, and bring polished options and a recommendation when you raise a problem.
A love for turning complex processes into simple, delightful experiences that let people focus on their best work.
Helpful but not required: experience with Serval, Greenhouse, Slack or Google Workspace; building reports and dashboards; supporting implementations, upgrades or releases, including regression testing; or working in a fast-paced, all-remote or async-first tech environment.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
AI is changing what security teams can do. Claude can find and help fix vulnerabilities in code at a pace that wasn't possible a year ago, and we want defenders to have that advantage first. As a Cybersecurity Sales Specialist, you'll own Anthropic's security business across the accounts in one of our business units, such as financial services, healthcare and life sciences, or technology. You'll lead the security strategy with CISOs, partnering with the Account Executives who own the accounts in your industry to drive opportunities and put Claude to work on their hardest security problems.
You'll help decide how we sell security, what we learn from customers, and how that shapes our products. The work matters to our mission: a safe transition through transformative AI depends on the people who defend critical systems being able to use it well.
Key responsibilities
Build and close security business, from the first conversation with a CISO's team through contract and expansion, working with the Account Executive who owns each relationship
Create security pipeline with the Account Executives in your industry, from their existing accounts and through outbound to security leaders, events and joint work with partners
Lead with the customer's problem: finding and fixing vulnerabilities, application security, security operations, and deploying AI agents securely
Partner with your Applied AI engineers on discovery, proofs of concept and architecture, and know when to bring them in
Guide customers through security reviews, verification for security use cases, and procurement
Teach the Account Executives in your business unit to spot and qualify security opportunities
Bring what you hear from security teams back to our product, safeguards and marketing teams
Minimum qualifications
Experience selling or supporting the sale of cybersecurity products or services to enterprise customers
Deep experience in at least one security domain, such as application security, vulnerability management, security operations, cloud, data, identity or endpoint security
Ability to hold credible conversations with a CISO, an application security lead and a security engineer about how their work gets done
A consultative approach to selling: you understand the problem before you propose anything, and you're honest about what a product can't do
A commitment to making AI systems safe and beneficial
Preferred qualifications
5 or more years in sales or other customer-facing roles, including 3 or more years selling or supporting cybersecurity products or services for enterprise customers
Experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals where the security organization was the buyer or the deciding approver
Experience as a specialist alongside account teams while carrying your own number, and the ability to say exactly what you did to win the deal
Experience building pipeline where there's no playbook yet, through outbound and partners rather than inherited accounts
A record of leading through influence, not authority: Account Executives bring you into their accounts because you help them win
Experience selling security in one of the industries we cover, and an understanding of how security is bought and regulated there
Experience selling AI, developer or data platform products to technical buyers
Hands-on experience as a security practitioner or sales engineer before moving into sales
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$380,000
—
$450,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

You will be the operational bridge between Marketing, Product Marketing, SEO, Performance Marketing, Product, Design, Copywriting, Engineering, DataOps, DevOps, Legal and Events. You will turn business priorities into web experiences that scale, and partner closely with the Product Owner on where the platform goes next.

Turn business priorities into clear, actionable web initiatives.
Web Operations and Publishing
Own day-to-day web operations and publishing workflows.
Run launch execution, release readiness and ongoing site updates.
Manage intake, prioritization and delivery of marketing, launch and go-to-market web requests, escalating business-critical needs with Product and Engineering.
Keep a clear, shared view of active web initiatives and priorities.
CMS and Platform Operations
Act as operational lead for the CMS and publishing systems behind

Work hands-on: build, update and publish directly in the CMS, while leading Web Ops and coordinating Product, Design, Development, SEO, DataOps and DevOps.
Partner with Product on template improvements and contributor workflows.
Keep templates, metadata, SEO implementation and UX standards consistent.
Support migrations and help the web ecosystem scale operationally.
Lead Generation and Website Workflows
Own operational outcomes for go-to-market and lead-generation workflows, including meeting-booking experiences, lead capture and routing, and Pardot and Salesforce integrations (current tooling includes Chili Piper).
Resolve issues directly or coordinate with Marketing Operations and Salesforce admins.
Keep these systems aligned with Marketing, Sales, Events and campaign execution.
Cross-functional Leadership
Be the go-to web lead for Integrated Marketing and go-to-market stakeholders.
Run recurring syncs, launch planning and implementation alignment across Marketing, PMM, Sales, PR, Events, Design and Engineering.
Align day-to-day execution with platform capabilities and the Product roadmap.
UX and Analytics
Provide UX feedback and user-journey recommendations across web initiatives.
Work with Design and Product to improve information architecture, navigation, usability and conversion flows.
Partner with SEO, Analytics and DataOps to track engagement and surface optimization opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
6–8+ years in web, digital experience or website operations roles, including at least 2–3 years leading cross-functional launches or running a large multi-site website, ideally at a B2B or technology company.
Hands-on experience running a CMS and publishing workflow at scale, including templates, metadata and SEO implementation, and comfort building and publishing pages yourself.
Technical web fluency: not a developer, but able to troubleshoot and tell whether an issue is content, CMS configuration, analytics, infrastructure, Product or Development work.
Experience with digital asset management (DAM) and content governance.
Working knowledge of marketing and lead-generation tooling such as Salesforce, Pardot (Account Engagement) and Chili Piper.
A strong UX eye and comfort using analytics to find problems and prove improvements.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional launches and keep many stakeholders aligned without direct authority.
Clear written and verbal communication, and a bias for reliable execution.

Experience with website migrations, experimentation and A/B testing, or the video game industry.

Launches ship on time, high quality and release-ready.
