You will own a portion of the Editions P&L. That means holding the commercial scorecard for new kitchens, making financial decisions with a clear view of both partner and Deliveroo profitability, and steering your team's portfolio towards sustainable growth rather than volume alone.
You will be accountable for the development plan for your team, their success and learning curve at Deliveroo; setting the right KPIs and OKRs to monitor the business. Your role will be commercially focused, however Editions is as much a project management discipline as a commercial one: you will work hand in hand with Food Safety, Compliance, Site Construction, Kitchen Layout, Site Operations, Marketing and the International Editions team to bring kitchens live and keep them performing.

Set, own and deliver performance targets across occupancy, partner health, site profitability and Deliveroo output metrics
Run a clear operating rhythm on reporting, velocity, sign-to-live, occupancy and sales reviews, and use it to make decisions, not just to describe results
Kitchen Launches & Cross-functional Execution
Work with Site Managers, Food Safety, Compliance, Site Construction and Kitchen Layout teams to secure the successful build and launch of new kitchens
Coordinate with Global team on kitchen implementation, and with Marketing and Operations on launch packages, so that every opening lands on time and performs from week one
Manage and oversee project execution end to end, including B2B communication and cross-business-unit workshops
Propose process optimisation and automation: Deliveroo moves fast, and you will improve the processes that let Editions scale

Adaptable and comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment; proactive and creative problem solver
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for food and operations
You will be in the field often, which will require travel (depending on the needs)
Previous general management experience, or experience running your own business would be desirable
Fluent in French and English is required

We’re proud of the environment we’ve built, and believe you’ll enjoy working with some of the best people in the industry.

These drivers shape how we work together and what we expect from ourselves and our leaders.
About the Role
We're looking for a Senior UI/UX professional with deep experience in casual mobile F2P games; someone who understands what makes games intuitive and compelling, and who can translate that understanding into clean, effective design. We're looking for someone who finds as much satisfaction in a polished UI screen as in a well-validated UX flow, and is comfortable owning their work end-to-end.
We’re a small team, and our process moves from quick prototyping through marketing validation to building a vertical slice and, if that succeeds, towards a launch. You'll shape UX early - helping validate that a concept is intuitive, and take on UI design and production as we build toward the various releases, with UX considerations continuing to surface as new features are added.
Please note that this is a 1-year fixed-term contract.
About the job
Design and create UI screens, icons, flows, buttons, and game components for early-stage casual F2P mobile games, staying true to a defined art direction
Maintain and evolve UI style guides and design systems for consistency across screens and features
Own UX for new game prototypes, ensuring mechanics (even reimagined ones) are intuitive and easy to onboard into
Translate game design and monetization requirements into clear, player-friendly interfaces
Collaborate closely with artists, game designers, product managers, and engineers
Work independently to scope, prioritize, and own delivery of work
Report directly to the Creative Director of New Games
About you
Prior experience working with casual mobile games
Strong UI design and execution skills, and sharp UX instincts, with the ability to shift fully into whichever the project phase demands, from concept-stage UX validation to UI production
A solid grasp of onboarding, retention, and monetization-friendly design patterns
2D art skills for UI execution (icons, popups, liveops screens, and supporting visual elements in a defined art style)
A portfolio demonstrating this range across UI production, UX validation, and supporting art
Ability to work autonomously and drive ambiguous problems to resolution, while incorporating feedback from the Creative Director and cross-functional partners
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain decisions clearly to various cross-disciplinary stakeholders
Proficiency with standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Photoshop, or equivalent) as well as Unity for implementation and testing
Comfort working in a small team, prototyping, wearing multiple hats, and shifting between conceptual and hands-on work is essential
Please note: Research has shown that some under-represented groups in the gaming industry (eg: women) tend to apply only if they meet every single requirement. Here at Wooga, the desire to learn and the willingness to solve problems are more important to us than your experience on paper. ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Engineer to completely own the UI/UX quality of one of our core D2C subscription products. You are the final person responsible for every UI/UX decision that ships: you self-QA all new UI/UX work against a documented standard before it reaches the Managing Director, and you hold the quality bar for the whole product. Working AI-first, you will also take major features from brief to production: exploring design directions, arguing for the chosen one, building it in Next.js and Tailwind CSS, and shipping polished, mobile-first interfaces.
The work splits into three parts: full responsibility for all UI/UX on the project, hands-on development of design in code, and UI/UX supervision of team members. When another developer does the work, the quality is still yours: you guide them with concrete direction, review the result, and drive the task to the same standard as your own. Seniority here is measured by the quality and depth of your work. The bar is high and so is the upside - performance here is directly and significantly rewarded, and strong operators take on bigger scope fast.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- UI/UX Quality Ownership: Own the UI/UX quality of the entire product. Every interface decision that ships is your responsibility, and its standard is yours to define and hold.
- UI/UX Supervision: Supervise team members' UI/UX work: set direction, review output, advise on solutions, and drive any task to done at your own quality standard.
- Feature Design & Delivery: Own major visual features end to end: brief, design exploration in multiple directions, written rationale, implementation, and final polish.
- Design System & Consistency: Own the design system and its documentation. Keep the product visually and behaviourally consistent across every screen, device, and locale. Document the reasoning behind key decisions: the user need, the pattern or research behind it, and the alternatives considered.
- AI-Native Design Workflow: Work AI-first: run a disciplined AI workflow from generation to production quality, own the team's shared prompting assets, judge critically when output is ready to ship, and keep the team's tooling ahead of the market.
QUALIFICATIONS
MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE
- Quality Ownership: Experience as the final quality owner for a product's UI/UX, with sign-off responsibility for what ships.
- AI-Native Workflow: Hands-on production experience with AI design and code tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or close equivalents) as the core of your daily workflow, including advanced prompting, and current knowledge of the AI-era UI/UX landscape.
- Portfolio: Shipped, live consumer web products with visible craft in the details. Depth of work matters more to us than years of experience.
- Front-End Fundamentals: React/Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript - enough to implement and refine your own designs in production code.
- Design Systems: Experience building or maintaining a design system.
- Supervision: Experience guiding other developers' UI/UX work and driving it to shipped quality.
LEADERSHIP ATTRIBUTES
- Holds a high bar for visual detail - in their own work and the team's - and catches issues before anyone else does
- Keeps growing - constantly learns and adopts new tools and techniques
- Ambitious - driven to build large-scale products used and seen by millions
- Explains design decisions clearly and in writing, grounded in user needs, patterns, or data
- Communicates clearly and proactively in a fully remote, async environment
Important: This is first and foremost a Product Design / UI/UX role, not a Frontend /Full-stack Engineering role. We are looking for someone with strong product design and UX instincts who can also implement their designs in code. Design thinking, UX quality, and product craft come first; frontend skills are essential for bringing that work to production, but they are not the primary focus of the role.

ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a disciplined, highly autonomous Middle Next.js Developer to build and ship product features for one of our core D2C subscription products. You will own features end to end across a TypeScript monorepo — a Next.js App Router client, a Fastify + Payload CMS API on PostgreSQL, and Cloudflare Workers at the edge — from the moment you receive a task, through breaking it down, estimating, implementing, testing, and observability, to a clean release to production and confirmation that it works for real users.
This is a hands-on engineering role suited for someone who treats production as the standard, not the finish line. Half-tested code, silent failures, and unverified AI-generated output are not acceptable. The codebase is convention-heavy — a layered Feature-Sliced Design structure with strict import rules — and you are expected to work inside those conventions rather than around them. You are accountable for every task you take on and for every area of the product you touch: if it breaks, regresses, or stays half-finished, that is yours to see through. We expect maximum autonomy and real involvement in the product — you work independently within a sprint, communicate risks before they become blockers, and escalate architectural decisions to senior engineers rather than guessing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
FEATURE DEVELOPMENT
- Build features across the Next.js client and the Fastify + Payload CMS backend according to product requirements
- Write code that follows the team's Feature-Sliced Design layering, naming, and import conventions
- Ship changes behind feature flags and A/B experiments, fully localized across every supported locale
- Integrate third-party providers — billing, email/CRM, analytics — over REST APIs and webhooks
QUALITY & RELIABILITY
- Cover functionality with unit, integration, and e2e tests at the level the team expects
- Run a thorough self-review before code review, and review teammates' code with the same rigour
- Fix bugs and perform root-cause analysis for recurring issues
- Optimize page and endpoint performance — rendering and caching strategy, database queries, bundle size
SECURITY & OBSERVABILITY
- Apply secure development practices: schema validation, access control, safe handling of secrets
- Follow observability practices — structured logging, metrics, and alerts — using existing tooling
COLLABORATION
- Break down, estimate, and ship your own tasks to production within the sprint — and stay accountable for them after release
- Own the areas of the product you work in: their stability, performance, and follow-up fixes
- Surface requirement clarifications, estimate changes, and risks early and in writing
- Escalate complex architectural decisions and critical risks to senior engineers
QUALIFICATIONS
MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years of commercial React experience, including 1+ year with Next.js (App Router, Server Components, route handlers, rendering and caching strategies) and solid TypeScript
- Node.js backend experience on a typed HTTP framework (Fastify, Nest, or Express) with PostgreSQL — REST API design, schema migrations, integrations over REST and webhooks (signature verification, idempotency, retries) — plus a working understanding of HTTP/REST, auth mechanisms, and web security fundamentals
- Hands-on with the modern client stack: TanStack Query, Zustand, React Hook Form + Zod, Tailwind CSS, and a React component library such as HeroUI, MUI, or shadcn/ui
- Experience with a code-first headless CMS on PostgreSQL (Payload, Strapi, Directus, or equivalent) — collections, access control, generated types, migrations
- Testing and delivery discipline: e2e tests (Cypress or Playwright) and unit/integration tests (Vitest or Jest), Git flow, code review, working with CI
- Daily use of AI development tools (Claude Code or equivalents), including configuring them for a project — context, instructions, rules, MCP/integrations — with full ownership of the quality, security, and correctness of generated code
- English — B1+
LEADERSHIP ATTRIBUTES
- Owns the outcome — takes a task from requirement to production without waiting to be pushed, and stays accountable for the result and the area it touches
- Maximally autonomous and involved — needs a goal, not step-by-step instructions, and cares how the product performs, not just whether the ticket is closed
- Verifies before trusting — treats AI output, third-party responses, and your own code as unproven until tested
- Structured communicator — surfaces risks, blockers, and estimate changes early, in writing, in a remote team
- Knows the edge of their scope — escalates architectural and security decisions instead of improvising them
- Learns from incidents — fixes the root cause, not just the symptom
LOCATION
Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.

Our team’s mission is to build a platform where you can create reliable, scalable, AI-powered streaming and batch data applications, and share data across Checkout.com http://Checkout.com to improve business performance.
The Data and AI Platform team is here to ensure internal stakeholders can easily collect, store, process and utilise data to build AI use cases and data products aiming to solve business problems. Our focus is on maximising the amount of time engineers spend on solving business problems and minimising time spent on technical details around implementation, deployment, and monitoring of their solutions.
We're building for scale. As such, much of what we design and implement today is the technology/infrastructure which will serve hundreds of teams and petabyte-level volumes of data.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with stream processing technologies (Kafka and Flink) to build a continuously available large-scale event streaming platform
- Leverage subject matter and technical expertise to provide leadership, mentoring, and strategic influence across the organisation whilst building strong relationships with engineers and engineering managers
- Build tooling (modules/SDKs/DSLs) and associated documentation to foster the adoption of the streaming platform by enabling upstream teams and systems to easily publish data and deploy streaming applications
- Implement all the necessary infrastructure to enable end users to build, host, monitor and deploy their own streaming applications
- Provide consultancy across the technology organisation to drive the adoption of the platform and unlock event-driven use-cases
- Participate, translate, run and execute the collection of requirements and architecture/design initiatives into action plans
- Provide hands-on support for all event-based systems including incident triage and root cause analysis
About You
While experience with our specific tech stack is a plus, we welcome candidates with a strong background in data systems who are eager to learn. The core remit of this role is to own and scale our event streaming capability, not to serve as a general DevOps or infrastructure engineer.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with a proven track record of influencing engineering organisations
- Strong engineering background with a track record of implementing and owning event streaming platforms
- Hands-on experience working with stream technologies, ideally Kafka
- Experience designing and implementing stream processing applications with Flink
- Experience working with cloud-based technologies such as AWS (MSK, S3, Lambda, ECS, SNS)
- Experience with Kubernetes (either self-hosted or on the cloud)
- Experience with SQL databases
- Experience working with Docker, container deployment and management
- Experience describing infrastructure as code (Terraform or similar) as well as designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent programming skills with at least one of Java or Python

Location: Espoo; Warsaw
Workplace: Hybrid
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Flight Software Deployment Engineer
- Location: Warsaw, Poland/ Espoo, Finland
- Department: Flight Software Build & Release Team
- Reports to: Flight Software Build & Release Team Lead
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid (3 days in the office)
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
The Build & Release team owns the path from source to flight-ready software across growing satellite constellations. This role exists because every artifact that reaches satellites in orbit must be reproducible, traceable, and verifiable. A bad update is not a simple rollback, it could mean a satellite becomes at risk.
This is not a generic SRE or DevOps role, the production environment is composed of satellites flying 500 km above our heads, and the software artifacts are cross-compiled embedded binaries. The role is in the realm of half build engineering and half embedded Linux development, you need to be willing to work at both ends.
Satellites are treated to OTA updates regularly which our team must make sure are built and deployed the right way, utilizing software development best practices.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Hands on software engineering of our satellite on-board updating system, built to deploy software and firmware updates: features, maintenance, tests and documentation.
- Contribute to the build layer across the flight software domain, so every repository is built, versioned and packaged the same way.
- Enforce immutable releases and harden the packaging and signing pipelines: least-privilege permissions, pinned workflows and dependencies, approvals, and proper signing key management.
- Work with the Linux platform team on how updates land on the satellite on-board computers, covering packaging format, filesystem layout and access control, making sure what we build installs cleanly and safely.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Embedded software engineering experience, with hands-on embedded Linux development: cross-compilation for ARM or similar targets, kernel configuration, device tree overlays, root filesystem and image construction.
- Production CI/CD experience for compiled artifacts, not only containers or web deployments. GitHub Actions specifically is required, and workflow hardening experience is valuable.
- Working proficiency in C and C++ build environments, and in Python and Bash for automation.
- Experience implementing release integrity controls, immutable artifacts storage. Signing key management, PKI and trust chains, AWS object-lock storage and cloud key management are all valuable here.
- Shipping software to embedded devices already in the field with a package-based update mechanism, ideally opkg, under controlled release processes, quality gates and formal sign-of
Nice to haves:
- Command of CMake, including multi-repository setups, toolchain files, and shared build infrastructure that other teams consume. Buildroot experience is relevant here.
APPLICATION PROCESS
- Conversation with talent acquisition (~30 min).
- Screening with the hiring manager (~60 min).
- Technical test - take home task to be completed in 3 to 5 working days.
- Technical deep-dive (~90 min).
- On-site office visit & director interview (~60 min).

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT THE ROLE
ClickUp is hiring a Strategic Solutions Engineer to accelerate partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue across the APAC region. This role sits at the intersection of enterprise pre-sales, partner enablement, and solution architecture. You will serve as the technical force multiplier that enables upmarket partners (Solution Partners, GSIs, and enterprise resellers) to independently acquire, implement, and expand ClickUp within their customer base, driving ARR growth and net retention.
Your primary mandate is to increase the volume and quality of revenue that flows through partners, working alongside Partner Managers and Account Executives. You are a builder-scaler: standing up enablement programs from a proven playbook, iterating on them, and scaling them to drive repeatable partner-led revenue.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner Enablement & Technical Development: Design and deliver structured enablement programs (workflow mapping, narrative decks, AI Agents, AI workflows, business process mapping, competitive positioning), coach partners on discovery, demos, solution design, and pricing, and drive partner certification and self-sufficiency across APAC.
- Co-Selling & Revenue: Serve as technical lead on partner-sourced deals from discovery through POC to post-sales handoff, coach partners to run standard deals independently, and tie all activities to measurable revenue outcomes (partner-sourced and partner-influenced iARR, win rate, deal velocity).
- Direct Customer Engagement: Support Account Executives on strategic direct opportunities, leading discovery, solution design, demos, and technical evaluations alongside the partner motion.
- Partner Acquisition & Development: Lead technical demonstrations and deep-dives for prospective partners, support recruitment as the technical closer, and elevate existing partners by showcasing new platform capabilities that expand their practice opportunity.
- AI & Certified Agents: Enable partners to identify, scope, and sell Certified Agent opportunities, deliver AI transformation workshops, and serve as the regional bridge between the internal AI/Agent team and the partner ecosystem.
- Events & Marketing: Lead or support partner-driven events (workshops, in-market tours, executive dinners), develop enablement content, and contribute to partner case studies and proof points.
- Reseller-Model Support: Support partner-owned billing, procurement, and renewal workflows, enable partners on expansion motions, and coordinate with Professional Services on co-delivery oversight and escalation paths.
- Internal Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Professional Services, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and global Solutions Engineering teams to resolve technical questions, assist with RFPs, and feed partner insights back into product and process improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise pre-sales, solutions engineering, sales engineering, solutions consulting, or a comparable customer-facing technical role.
- 2+ years supporting or enabling channel partners, VARs, system integrators, or working in a partner-led go-to-market motion.
- Demonstrated ability to build programs from scratch (not just execute existing ones).
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and workshop facilitation skills, with the ability to connect product capabilities and technical details to business outcomes for different audiences.
- Experience designing or explaining solutions involving APIs, web services, automation, integrations, workflow configuration, or lightweight technical validation.
- Strong background in business process mapping, including the ability to analyse, document, and improve complex business processes across diverse environments.
- Ability to create credibility with partners, AEs, and customers, handle objections thoughtfully, and act as a trusted advisor.
- Hands-on experience with AI & LLMs, integration platforms (Unito, Workato, Zapier, Integromat), web services, and APIs.
- Strong commercial judgment, structured problem-solving, and comfort managing multiple concurrent priorities with urgency and limited supervision.
- Up to 50% of travel is required for this role.
LOCATION
- This role is open to candidates across Australia, with Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane preferred.
