Role Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Research Engineer to join our newly forming Search and Services Platform team within Research Platform. You will build and operate the large-scale search and services that our models rely on as tools — from self-hosted, web-scale, search indexes to knowledge graphs and databases served through MCP. You will work closely with researchers and with the pretraining data, sandbox and data platform teams to make these services reliable, scalable and fast, on infrastructure measured in hundreds of terabytes of NVMe storage and thousands of CPU cores to support both data generation and critical training runs.
What you will do
As a Research Engineer on the Search and Services team, your responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to):
- Designing, building and operating large-scale search infrastructure: self-hosted Vespa clusters indexing web-scale corpora, managed indexes for smaller corpora, and vendor search endpoints.
- Self-hosting and maintaining a wide range of structured data sources — knowledge graphs (Wikidata, UniProt, Materials Project), scholarly data (OpenAlex, OpenAIRE), statistical databases (Eurostat, World Bank, IMF, OECD), open data portals and more.
- Designing interfaces and tools to expose to the models and agents to use the services in different ways (direct YQL or SPARQL queries, or more refined and constrained MCPs to mimic external services) to support data generation and agentic training.
- Building the data pipelines that ingest, index and serve massive datasets, including indexing our own pretraining corpora for exploration, deduplication and eval-leakage checks.
- Building strong relationships with researchers and adjacent teams (pretraining data,, sandbox, data platform), understanding their workflows and enabling them to achieve more by leveraging your expertise.
- Communicating and producing documentation or any content that will help teams make the most of the services you'll build.
About you
- 5+ years of successful experience in search engineering, data infrastructure, or a similar SRE / platform role.
- Proficiency in software development (Python, Go...) and programming best practices.
- Hands-on experience with large-scale search or data systems (e.g. Vespa, Elasticsearch / OpenSearch, ClickHouse or similar).
- Exposure to site reliability engineering: root cause analysis, in-production troubleshooting, on-call rotations...)
- Exposure to infrastructure management: containerization, orchestration (Kubernetes), infra-as-code, monitoring, logging, alerting, observability...).
- Experience designing and operating data pipelines that address large amounts of data.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (ability to contextualizing, gauging risks and getting buy-in for high stakes and impactful solutions).
- Ownership, high agency and constantly seeking to learn and improving things for others.
- Autonomous, self-driven and able to work well in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Low ego and team spirit mindset.
- Your application will be all the more interesting if you also have:
- First-hand Vespa (or equivalent large-scale information retrieval) experience.
- Experience building or operating MCP servers / tool-serving infrastructure for LLMs.
- Familiarity with knowledge graphs, RDF / SPARQL, or large structured databases (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, DuckDB...).
- Experience with large bare-metal infrastructure or HPC environments.

About the Team
The People Strategy & Transformation (PST) is PointClickCare's HR strategy, organizational design, and portfolio management pillar. The team includes HR Business Partners, Organizational Design & Effectiveness, People Experience, and the HR Strategy & Enablement function, with a dotted-line partnership to Internal Communications. PST is responsible for ensuring HR's work across every Center of Excellence is planned, resourced, sequenced, and tracked against business outcomes — spanning a portfolio of Pillar Initiatives, Cross-Pillar Projects, and Program Roll-Ups delivered across all four HR solution groups.
Position Summary:
The Director, People Strategy and HR Portfolio (Project) Management s is the VP, People Strategy & Transformation's strategic thought partner in building and running PointClickCare's HR Portfolio Management Office (HR PMO) — co-designing the strategy, governance model, capacity methodology, and dashboard reporting that let HR plan, resource, and track its work against business outcomes. This is a net-new function: no HR PMO currently exists at PointClickCare, and this role will design these mechanics in partnership with the VP rather than operate a system someone else has already built.
Operating with significant design authority but without direct reports or final decision rights on cross-functional trade-offs, this role earns influence through the credibility of the mechanics it builds and runs. It operates across all four HR solution groups without formal authority over any of them, serves as the VP's thought partner on HR strategy and the HR SLT prioritization process, and convenes HR initiative stakeholders and Internal Communications to coordinate how HR's work reaches the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and run the HR Portfolio Management Office’s core operating mechanics
Design and maintain the capacity management methodology, including the heat map model and the oversubscription thresholds used to flag resourcing conflicts across HR COEs
Own and run the Portfolio Council governance cadence end to end — intake, capacity check, tier assignment, publish, mid-quarter check, and close-out
Build and maintain the integrated HR initiative dashboard, ensuring data currency and accuracy across every active Pillar Initiative, Cross-Pillar Project, and Program Roll-Up
Example deliverable: a quarterly Portfolio Council capacity heat map showing every HR COE’s current initiative load, used to approve or defer new initiative intake
Serve as strategic thought partner to the VP, People Strategy & Transformation
Co-design the HR SLT prioritization process and criteria used to evaluate and sequence HR initiatives each planning cycle
Co-design the OKR and scorecard measurement architecture — what gets measured, how it rolls up, and the cadence it runs on
Co-author and stress-test the HR Strategy on a Page, contributing independent analysis before it is finalized by the VP
Example deliverable: a documented HR SLT prioritization framework — criteria, weighting, and process — adopted for the FY28 planning cycle
Own capacity management and project plan oversight across the full HR initiative portfolio
Track progress against committed business outcomes, not activity completion alone, across every active HR initiative
Maintain consistent project plan structure, milestone tracking, and dependency mapping in partnership with each initiative’s named Delivery Lead
Proactively surface cross-COE capacity collisions and resourcing conflicts before they reach Portfolio Council
Example deliverable: a consolidated project plan view across all active Program Roll-Ups, flagging dependency risk before it affects a committed milestone
Convene HR initiative stakeholders and Internal Communications on a recurring cadence
Establish and run a recurring go-to-market coordination cadence bringing together initiative Delivery Leads and Internal Communications
Sequence the timing and stakeholder readiness of HR initiative rollouts to the business, avoiding duplicate or conflicting messages landing in the same window
Maintain a shared go-to-market calendar visible to HR SLT, showing what is launching, when, and to whom
Example deliverable: a quarterly HR go-to-market calendar sequencing every planned initiative rollout to the business, reviewed and approved by HR SLT before the quarter begins
Represent HR in enterprise planning and governance forums
Serve as the primary operational liaison to the Strategic Delivery Office, aligning HR’s initiative classification and intake practices to enterprise taxonomy
Represent HR’s initiative portfolio and capacity picture in the Corporate Strategy Group’s quarterly planning cadence
Flag enterprise-level dependencies or conflicts affecting HR’s ability to deliver against committed priorities
Example deliverable: HR’s consolidated initiative and capacity submission into the Corporate Strategy Group’s quarterly planning sprint, reflecting current Portfolio Council status
Required Skills & Qualifications:
10–15 years of experience in program/portfolio management, management consulting, or a PMO leadership capacity, including demonstrated experience designing — not only operating — portfolio governance, capacity management, or OKR measurement systems
A track record serving as a strategic thought partner to a senior leader, with evidence of shaping that leader's thinking rather than only executing direction
Demonstrated experience operating in matrixed, cross-functional environments without formal authority over the teams being coordinated
Strong data and dashboard fluency — comfortable architecting reporting tools and the metrics model behind them, not just maintaining an existing build
Executive-level communication skills — this role prepares materials for and interacts directly with VP-level stakeholders across every HR pillar
Experience convening cross-functional stakeholder groups to coordinate sequencing and alignment on complex, multi-team initiatives
Preferred Experience:
Experience building a PMO or governance function from scratch, in a design capacity, rather than operating within an already-mature one
HR domain experience, including familiarity with COE structures and business-outcome-linked workforce initiatives
Experience partnering with internal communications or marketing functions on coordinated, multi-stakeholder rollouts

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
We are looking for an experienced Partnership Manager to join our Accountant Partnerships team in France, specifically focused on building and developing relationships with accounting firms and accountant networks.
The core purpose of this role is to turn accounting firms into long-term Alan partners and advocates. You will help them recommend Alan to their clients, improve their day-to-day experience with health insurance and payroll administration, and generate qualified business opportunities for Alan’s Sales teams.
The accountant ecosystem represents a significant growth opportunity for Alan. France has approximately 22,000 accounting firms supporting around 3.5 million companies, and Alan’s existing Accountant Partnership channel has already generated significant ARR through a relatively small number of partners.
The team is now entering a new phase of development. We are hiring new Partnership Manager to help build a scalable, high-performing partner network and contribute to Alan’s ambition to make Accountant Partnerships a strategic growth channel.
Here is how your key outcomes will look like:
1. Build and grow a strong partner network: Identify, prioritise and develop relationships with high-potential accounting firms and networks.
2. Drive partnerships from discussion to activation: Lead partnership discussions, onboarding and launch, ensuring that Alan creates value for both accountants and their clients.
3. Activate partners and generate business opportunities: Build engagement plans, support partner enablement and work closely with Sales to turn recommendations into qualified opportunities.
4. Help scale the Accountant Partnerships model: Manage partner performance, share insights with internal teams and contribute to the development of scalable playbooks, tools and processes.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
We’re looking for someone who combines strong partnership and commercial skills with the ability to build trusted relationships in a complex and evolving B2B ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing partnerships from initial contact to activation and long-term development. They should enjoy working autonomously in an environment where there is still a lot to build.
You may be a great fit at Alan if you have/are:
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management or customer success in a B2B environment
- Experience managing partnerships throughout the full lifecycle, from prospecting and closing to activation and ongoing relationship management
- Experience managing a portfolio of partners, ideally in a fast-growing company
- Strong negotiation, communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
- A data-oriented mindset, with the ability to track performance and prioritise opportunities
- The ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Product, Data and Operations teams
- An entrepreneurial mindset, strong ownership and the ability to work autonomously
- Full professional fluency in French and professional fluency in English
Experience working directly with accounting firms, payroll providers, HR software or insurance companies would be a strong plus.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience with B2B distribution partnerships, where a third party recommends or distributes a solution to its own customers. Experience limited to technology integrations, co-marketing or visibility partnerships would be less relevant for this role.
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the C0-D level https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
Everything else is a plus. We care about having a diversity of experiences, profiles and backgrounds in our team.
🙌 PERKS & BENEFITS https://alan.com/about/life-at-alan/a/perks
At Alan, we believe that being in good health is a basic need, and it starts with our employees. This is why Alaners are provided with a stimulating environment and perks ensuring they are happy, efficient and spend only high-quality time with co-workers.
Therefore, we offer:
- Fair rewards. Generous equity packages complement your base salary, for permanent contracts only.
- Flexible office with hybrid setup. Amazing office space at our Paris HQ or sponsored co-working hubs in Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes or Biarritz.

- Flexible vacation policy and flexible working hours. Organize your time as you wish.
- Delightful healthcare insurance: Extremely comprehensive health insurance - 100% for you and your children, 90-100% for partners depending on your country (permanent contracts only).
- Transport. Generous transit benefit
- Learning & Training opportunities. A highly flexible training policy free books and budget to attend and speak at conferences if the opportunity arises.
- Personal growth through coaching: At Alan, coaching isn't just a perk - it's core to who we are. IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE NOT ROLES.
After reading this job description, if you feel like you don’t have all the necessary prerequisites but that it matches where you are now or what you'd like to grow into in your next position, we encourage you to apply!

- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Remote first, frequent travel expected
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
Why this role matters:
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll bridge the gap between ICEYE’s world-leading ISR satellite capability and the people who use space-based geospatial intelligence at the sharp end of Australian and New Zealand (ANZ) defence and national security. You will open doors, build credibility, and ensure the ANZ’s most important intelligence users understand what makes ICEYE genuinely different.
ICEYE is not the traditional defence prime. ICEYE is a different proposition entirely. We are one of the world’s fastest-growing space companies, and we are only at the beginning of what we intend to build in the ANZ region – not only in defence and intelligence, but across a range of industry verticals where geospatial intelligence is a critical need.
From day one, you'll own the full sales cycle for Data Sales business clients — identifying opportunities, shaping deals, and closing multi-year contracts — with the autonomy to move at pace and build the strategic relationships that expand ICEYE's presence across the ANZ market.
Who We Are
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation, we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system as both a data and managed service business.
ICEYE serves customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance, mining, maritime and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
ICEYE is expanding both satellite technological capabilities and its advanced data processing product suite, and over time the range and breadth of data products will increase. This is a learning role that will span a range of industries and use cases.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1200 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Report to the ANZ Data Sales team
- Build and maintain a trusted network of Intelligence and GEOINT practitioners across ANZ defence, intelligence and other industries: attending user engagements, demonstrations, and briefings to represent ICEYE credibly at the working level and stay close to user needs, priorities, and procurement timelines.
- Advise internal ICEYE teams (Missions, Data and Solutions) on how ANZ military and intelligence users consume intelligence imagery, what tradecraft matters, and how to frame ICEYE’s products in language that resonates with analysts and collection managers.
- Identify key decision-influencers across ANZ target organisations, and plan, host, and lead ICEYE engagements, from technical demonstrations to senior roundtables, to build trust and advance ICEYE’s standing.
- Participate as needed in ANZ military exercises that incorporate ICEYE capability, representing ICEYE at the operational level and capturing lessons that feed back into product and service development.
- Maintain strong CRM discipline and provide clear market intelligence to support business planning and decision-making.
- Produce responses to RFPs, proposals, inbound enquiries, assist with promotional material and attend relevant industry events.
What we’re looking for
Must haves:
- An established personal network within the ANZ geospatial community at the working and mid-senior level (people who will take your call)
- 5+ years of strategic sales or enterprise business development experience in the aerospace, defence, space, ISR, earth observation, or related government technology sector.
- Proven experience selling to ANZ government, defence, or public sector organisations, with an existing network you can activate from day one
- Strong understanding of earth observation, ISR, or satellite-based capabilities, ideally including SAR.
- Proven ability to run complex sales cycles, including lead qualification, opportunity development, capture planning, stakeholder mapping, and deal closure.
- Willingness to travel as required, primarily across the ANZ region and to Europe.
Nice to haves:
- Currently serving as a reservist, or recently transitioned from active duty within the last five years.
- Familiarity with SAR (and other ISR) geospatial satellite products, or experience working with commercial SAR (and other ISR) providers.
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM.
- Sales training in Miller Heiman, Korn Ferry, Shipley, or a similar methodology
- Holds current ANZ Defence Security Clearance

ABOUT US:
Tebi is creating the first Connected Restaurant Management System that makes hospitality flow. In one seamless platform, Tebi embeds sales, reservations, kitchen prep, payments, and all the data that powers it, creating smooth service and intuitive insights.
Founded by Arnout Schuijff, co-founder of Adyen, and backed by €50 million in funding from Index Ventures & CapitalG, Tebi is built in service of hospitality first. Thousands of restaurants, cafés, bars, and coffee shops across the Netherlands, UK, Italy, Spain, Germany, Denmark and Finland already love running on Tebi.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Restaurant owners generally aren't on LinkedIn and they don't read e-books. They ask friends, search Google, and more and more often, they ask ChatGPT. We need someone who can find new ways to reach them and get those ideas live quickly.
We're hiring a Growth Marketer to build and ship our organic and non-paid growth experiments. This role is for a builder, not a strategist. You'd rather ship a working test today than a polished deck next week. You'll take ideas from the backlog to live, measure them honestly, and double down on what works. Using AI and no-code tools, you'll build pages, tools and campaigns yourself instead of relying on agencies and six-figure budgets.
You'll report to the Head of Marketing, who sets direction and priorities. You'll work in deep collaboration with our other growth marketers, product marketing and creative teammates, plus embed yourself in the wider org of Sales, Account Management, RevOps, Product, and more.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Ship growth experiments, fast: Take ideas from our growth backlog and get them live: landing pages, tools, ads and content. Run plenty of them, keep what works and kill what doesn't.
- Get Tebi recommended by AI: Own our visibility in ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google's AI Overviews. Create and update content built to be cited, not just published, and track how often we show up compared with competitors.
- Build tools operators actually use: Build free tools, calculators and templates for restaurant owners, and scale our programmatic landing pages. Use no-code, AI and vibe coding tools to ship without waiting on engineering.
- Run creative campaigns: Help launch scrappy, unconventional campaigns across markets, from competitive campaigns to guerrilla and partner media, with the support of our Marketing team.
- Turn word of mouth into a channel: Test referral and sharing ideas that turn merchant word of mouth into a steady flow of demo requests. Work with our Product Growth team to build the winners into the product.
- Keep paid and organic working together: Support our performance agency with landing pages, creative tests and tracking.
- Measure everything: Keep the experiment log up to date: hypothesis, cost, result and next step. Set up tracking and UTMs properly so we know what actually drove each demo.
How we'll measure success:
- Experiments shipped each month, and what we learned from them
- Demo requests from organic and other non-paid channels
- How often Tebi appears in AI answers for our category, by market
- Demos from free tools, the reservation widget and programmatic pages
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Think like a growth marketer but move like a hacker. You know what drives results and how to build just enough to prove it
- Ship rather than spec. A working prototype today beats a polished plan next week
- Have built and launched things yourself, like pages, tools, automations or campaigns, and can tell us what happened, including what didn't work
- Already use AI to work faster and have a point of view on how it's changing the way people find products
- Are hands-on with no-code and AI tools (Framer or Webflow, Zapier or Make, Claude or ChatGPT, Cursor or similar), without being precious about the stack
- Are comfortable with data and honest about results, in GA4, HubSpot, Looker or whatever gets the answer
- Have creative, sharp ideas and the discipline to ship the unglamorous parts too
- Take ownership and don't wait to be told what to do. No task is above or beneath you
- Speak fluent English. Another European language is a plus
Nice to have:
- Experience with SEO, and with AEO or getting a brand cited by AI tools
- Experience marketing to small businesses, or a background in hospitality
- Vibe-coding projects you're proud of
We don't have a minimum number of years for this role. We care more about how you think and what you've built than how long you've been doing it. If this sounds like you but you don't tick every box, we'd still like to hear from you.
Benefits:
- Start-up Equity
- Competitive Salary
- Lunch Provided in Office
- Team building events
- Unlimited time off
WHAT IS RESTAURANT SOFTWARE?
Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it.
From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it’s a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy.
HOW WE USE AI AT TEBI
We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI increases quality, efficiency and speed.
At Tebi, AI isn't a policy or a checkbox, it's just part of how we work. It helps us write, analyse, build, and improve but doesn’t make the last call. If there's a smarter way to do something, we want to find it.

- Type of Contract: Permanent
- Working model: On-site

Why this role matters:
As a Satellite Systems Senior Technician, you play a vital role in bringing every satellite that reaches our Valencia production line to operational readiness. You will own the first power-on, initial software and firmware loading, and end-to-end systems verification of fully integrated SAR satellites, running automated functional, power, and bus test campaigns, diagnosing issues at the boundary between software, firmware, and electronics hardware, and ensuring configuration control on final activities. Your work lets test campaigns run independently on the line, without pulling engineers away from other teams.
Who We Are
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Execute initial satellite power-on, firmware flashing, and subsystem communication verifications.
- Run, debug, and execute automated functional, power, and bus test scripts using Python, Shell, and Linux environments.
- Work with Git repositories to manage test code, track updates, and verify software builds.
- Operate mechanical and electrical ground support equipment (GSE), and troubleshoot electronic hardware, power distribution, and digital interface issues using lab instruments (oscilloscopes, power supplies, multimeters).
- Diagnose whether an anomaly is a test setup issue or a genuine unit fault, and raise non-conformance reports (NCRs) in Jira.
- Maintain detailed test logs and accurate documentation, and ensure configuration control on final activities.
- Assist in managing activities related to satellite launch campaigns.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives - procedures, processes, tools, test automation, and 6S.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians, and communicate proactively with team members and supervisors regarding any challenges or obstacles.
- Work closely with the RF Senior Technician, AIT Engineering, and Quality, ensuring clear communication so that satellite build-phase deadlines and technical specifications are met.

Must haves:
- Relevant university degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Space Studies, Applied Physics, Electronics, or similar, or equivalent hands-on experience in a related role.

- Proficient in a Linux environment, comfortable modifying and debugging Python scripts, and working with Git.
- Systems thinking across avionics, power, and software, enough to tell a test setup fault from a genuine unit fault.
- Experience using lab equipment such as power supplies, multimeters, and oscilloscopes.
- Excellent communication skills, with particular attention to detail in procedures, preparation, and execution.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, assembly instructions, and schematics.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken, to ensure clear communication in a cross-functional environment.
Nice to haves:
- ICEYE-specific test frameworks, satellite bus specifics, Jira and MES flow, and launch campaign procedures.
- Space or satellite AIT (Assembly, Integration, and Testing) background.

- Experience using Atlassian Cloud (Jira, Confluence).
- Lean & Six Sigma experience.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
We’re looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to join Kraken’s Finance Data Eng & Analytics team within Data Platform. You’ll build trusted financial data products, using automation and AI to reduce manual work and improve the close process.
Working at the intersection of data engineering and accounting, you’ll turn complex financial data into reliable pipelines, models and automated reconciliations. You’ll use AI-assisted tools to accelerate development and investigations, keeping financial outputs tested and traceable.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- You’ll work closely with Data Engineers, Finance and Platform Accounting to improve reporting and decision-making. Clear communication and collaboration will help you agree priorities, explain findings and drive adoption.
- Partner with Finance to understand workflows, identify pain points and translate business needs into practical data and automation solutions.
- Build and maintain automated workflows for data preparation, reconciliations, reporting and follow-ups, with clear controls, monitoring and exception handling.
- Build intuitive dashboards and visualizations that help stakeholders understand performance, investigate issues and make decisions.
- Resolve finance data issues and reconciliation breaks with Finance, Product and Engineering, addressing root causes and communicating progress.
- Build scalable, reliable pipelines to collect, transform and curate data from internal platforms and external systems.
- Support the design and rollout of a trusted finance data lake, with clear definitions, ownership and quality checks.
- Improve data timeliness, enabling near-real-time insights where they add business value.
- Evaluate new technologies, including AI-assisted automation, and prototype solutions to Finance needs that can be reliably supported in production.

Prioritise improvements with Operations, Compliance and Engineering. Examine the underlying problem, assess alternative solutions and make trade-offs explicit when risk, customer impact and delivery effort point to different choices.
Control design.
Translate control requirements into product designs and acceptance criteria with the relevant control owners. Work with Engineering on feasibility and delivery, maintaining a clear distinction between product decisions and technical implementation.

Assess opportunities to build or buy capabilities with Engineering and relevant partner teams. Evaluate functionality, integration needs and ongoing costs, and set clear expectations for the performance of external products.
Automation and AI.
Lead product discovery and delivery for automation and AI applications. Agree evaluation methods, acceptance criteria and human oversight with the appropriate owners, and assess performance after deployment.

Prepare capabilities for new products and markets with Operations, Compliance and local leaders. Make dependencies and readiness gaps visible, and coordinate releases, training and adoption with the teams who will use them.
Performance after launch.
Measure product performance after launch using control results, operational evidence and customer experience. Use findings to improve the roadmap and address features that create additional effort or fail to deliver their intended benefit.
Requirements
Significant product management experience in financial crime, regtech or compliance technology, including leading other product managers or product owners.
Strong working knowledge of financial crime controls: customer due diligence and KYC, sanctions and PEP screening, transaction monitoring, fraud prevention and case management.
Understanding of AML and counter-terrorist financing requirements across several jurisdictions, such as the UK Money Laundering Regulations, the EU AML Directives and their equivalents in Australia, the UAE and the Bahamas, and how they translate into product requirements.
A track record of owning a roadmap and delivering with Engineering, writing clear requirements and acceptance criteria, and keeping product decisions separate from technical design.
Experience making build-or-buy decisions and managing third-party vendors, including integration, cost and performance expectations.
Hands-on experience delivering automation or machine learning in a regulated setting, with defined evaluation methods, human oversight and post-deployment monitoring.
Comfort using data to find problems and measure results, for example alert volumes, false positive rates, case handling times and customer drop-off.
Clear communication with senior stakeholders in Compliance, Operations and Engineering, and the judgement to make trade-offs between risk, customer impact and delivery effort visible.
Nice to have
Experience in online brokerage, trading platforms, payments or digital banking.
Familiarity with financial crime vendors and tools for screening, identity verification, transaction monitoring or case management.
Experience launching products or entering new markets under different regulators.

🤖 WHO WE ARE
We’re building Mo — a health companion for everyone.
We’re a small team within Alan, on a mission to redefine the future of care by democratizing access to medical expertise. We are building Mo, an intelligent, empathetic, multimodal LLM-based conversational AI assistant able to prescribe, triage, and proactively follow up on care.
Imagine giving every person in the world instant, 24/7 access to personalised medical expertise - through chat, voice, or video. That’s what we are building 🤖.
We kicked off the project in 2023, and we have launched Mo to all our french members (1M) in Q1 2026, making it the first safe AI health companion live at scale in Europe.
🚀 WHY WE NEED YOU
Mo’s scope is expanding fast: inside Alan (a new Clinic, new capabilities), across the countries we operate in, and at the interfaces with many other Alan experiences. To get this expansion right, and to keep ownership distributed within the team, we’re looking for a Product Builder to take on a real share of that complexity and ambiguity.
You’ll own end-to-end one slice of Mo’s product scope. Depending on your profile, it could be:
- 🩺 Mo for reactive care. Build all the integrations between Mo, our Clinic and the healthcare system, and shape how our medical team interacts with members in and through Mo.
- 🛡️ Mo for insurance. Make Mo the main interface between members and Alan, building on our Support AI agents, across channels and countries.
- 🌍 Mo global. Adapt Mo to new countries and find the right operating model for each (medical reviews, safety, local features).
- ➕ Mo as a platform. Make Mo the companion other teams build upon, so our domain experts can ship their own experiences through it.
🎯 IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
We’re looking for Product Builders with around 5+ years of experience who want to build state-of-the-art AI products and apply them to real-world, high-stakes problems in healthcare.
- You’ll own a product area end-to-end: problem framing, vision, prioritisation, shipping, and measuring whether we actually help members get and stay better.
- You’ll work daily with engineers, ML engineers, data, and doctors, at the frontier of LLMs and agentic systems, and see your work in production with real people.
- You’ll navigate ambiguity and many stakeholders across Alan, and turn it into clear decisions and a focused roadmap.
- You’ll be hands-on: prototyping, digging into data, reading conversations and evals, getting into the technical details with the team.
- You’ll contribute to our product culture and help build the team (hiring, interview loops, etc.).
You would be a good fit in Mo if most of this sounds like you:
- Experience building and shipping a live AI/LLM product
- Very hands-on, comfortable with technical and data topics (SQL, prototyping, understanding how an LLM system behaves and fails)
- Interest or experience in one or several medical or prevention themes
- Product-minded and outcome-driven: you care about impact, not output
- Self-directed, pragmatic, driven, hard working
- Humble and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority!)
- Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching
- Fluent in English
- Ex-engineers and ex-founders are typically a great fit in our team
But above all, we are looking for high potential and curiosity: make sure to show us this when you apply! Everything else is a bonus
🤘 HOW WE DO IT ?
We benefit from Alan’s platform, infrastructure, distribution, and health expertise — but operate with the speed and focus of a startup. If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist.
We'll be thrilled to receive your application!

Capital.com is building out its internal platform capabilities, and AI is a growing part of that. The role combines architectural ownership with hands-on delivery: you will design, build, deploy and operate the platform, including its infrastructure and DevOps. Reporting to the Director of Product Security, you will set up this function as its first member and make the early technical decisions that the future team will build on.
As Platform Architect, you will own the architecture of the platform that more than 1,000 employees rely on, including their access to AI tools such as Anthropic Claude, OpenAI and future providers.
Responsibilities:
Build the AI platform architecture: the reference design for how LLM capabilities are accessed, governed, monitored, and extended across the organisation.
Own every architectural decision for the AI platform, and document, justify, and stand behind each one.
Evaluate and select new models, tools, and frameworks as the market moves.
Deliver the platform as a service, so teams can move their agents into governed cloud infrastructure.
Govern Anthropic (Claude API, Claude Code, Anthropic Enterprise), OpenAI, and future providers, covering API access controls, credential management, model version policy, cost allocation, and acceptable use standards.
Own technical relationships with Anthropic and OpenAI at the enterprise level.
Build cloud infrastructure for AI workloads on AWS and GCP: Bedrock, SageMaker, Vertex AI, Cloud Functions, and supporting services (S3, Cloud Storage, IAM, and monitoring on both platforms).
Deploy and securely configure n8n, and build automation workflows connecting LLMs to Jira, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace, HR systems, and proprietary data sources.
Design and secure MCP servers and gateways connecting AI agents to internal services.
Build Python integrations for AI-powered internal tooling: RAG pipelines, agent frameworks, prompt libraries, and internal AI assistants.
Deliver hands-on: you write the code, build the workflows, and deploy the tooling. This isn't an advisory role.
Build data privacy and security architecture for LLM usage in a regulated environment, including prompt classification, output controls, and audit trails aligned with FCA, CySEC, ASIC, and DORA.
Build observability across the full stack: token consumption, cost per team, latency, error rates, and policy violations across cloud platforms and direct API providers.
Build an AI adoption framework of standards, patterns, and onboarding materials that let teams across Technology use AI safely and consistently.
Run internal enablement through workshops, documentation, and direct support for teams moving from ad-hoc AI use to governed, repeatable processes.
Report AI platform status, risks, and roadmap to Technology leadership
Requirements:
8+ years in engineering, with at least 2 years building LLM-based systems in production, not prototypes or POCs.
Comfort operating as the first person in a function: you set your own priorities, unblock yourself, and deliver without a team around you.
Production-grade Python: tooling that others depend on, not scripts you hand off.
Deep, hands-on experience with the Anthropic and/or OpenAI APIs: function calling, tool use, streaming, RAG, prompt management, token optimisation, and model versioning.
Hands-on experience with agentic platforms, MCP servers, and MCP gateways, including designing flows between AI agents and internal services.
n8n: deploying, securely configuring, and maintaining multi-step automation workflows at organisation scale.
Solid AWS for AI workloads: Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, S3, IAM, and CloudWatch, deployed and operated in production.
Solid GCP for AI workloads: Vertex AI, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, IAM, and Cloud Monitoring.
Hands-on DevOps capability to deploy and run what you build.
Architectural thinking: end-to-end system design, clear trade-off documentation, and the ability to defend decisions to senior stakeholders.
Security engineering for what you build: secrets and credential management, key rotation, and least-privilege IAM across cloud and SaaS.
Data protection and auditability by design: classifying what data can reach which model and provider, controlling and logging prompts and outputs, and building audit trails that hold up to a regulator.
Fluency in the LLM threat surface, including prompt injection, data exfiltration through model outputs, insecure tool and agent use, and model supply-chain risk, with working knowledge of a recognised framework such as the OWASP LLM Top 10 or NIST AI RMF.
Nice to have:
Fintech, brokerage, or financial services background.
DORA or ISO 27001:2022 knowledge as it applies to AI system risk.
Familiarity with the EU AI Act and other AI regulatory requirements, as well as AI-specific risk and governance standards such as NIST AI RMF or ISO/IEC 42001.
LLM orchestration frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
Hands-on experience with LLM guardrail and DLP tooling: Bedrock Guardrails, Vertex AI safety filters, or prompt-firewall and PII-redaction tools.
Experience building internal developer platforms or AI centres of excellence.
AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Google Professional ML Engineer, or equivalent.
Grow with Capital.com and help shape how millions of people access the markets.
