· 8+ years of relevant software, data platform or data engineering experience, with demonstrated ownership of production-grade enterprise data solutions.
· Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL/ELT, data warehousing/lakehouse patterns, dimensional modelling, data contracts and reusable data products.
· Practical technical experience with SQL and Python; strong familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks and PySpark, and experience with dbt or comparable transformation frameworks.
· Experience with orchestration, API/file-based integrations, cloud services (preferably AWS), Git-based development, automated testing and CI/CD.
· Experience operating business-critical data pipelines, including monitoring, incident management, data quality, security and performance optimisation.
· Ability to plan team capacity, manage a portfolio of priorities, resolve cross-team dependencies and provide transparent, proactive delivery reporting.
· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across engineering, business and senior leadership; undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
Desirable Experience
· Enterprise Finance or Supply Chain data, including SAP and planning-system integrations (such as Anaplan or Adaptive).

Why Sony Interactive Entertainment?
Sony Interactive Entertainment isn’t just the Best Place to Play — it’s also the Best Place to Work. Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is the company behind the PlayStation brand. As a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, we’re part of a proud legacy of innovation and excellence. SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
The
Senior People Technology Solutions Lead
is a senior individual contributor responsible for advancing the technology capabilities that support SIE's global People organization. Grounded in People Technology and enterprise HR systems, this role combines a strong understanding of HR processes, platforms, data, integrations, and employee experiences with expertise in emerging technologies such as generative AI, AI agents, agentic orchestration, APIs, Model Context Protocol (MCP), automation, and AI-assisted development.
Reporting to the Senior Director of People Technology Services, this role serves as a technical practice lead for innovation within PTS. The Principal Platform Engineer works across HRIS, integrations, reporting and analytics, service delivery, and other People Technology areas to identify opportunities, establish technical direction, develop use cases, and turn emerging capabilities into practical solutions.
Success requires strong partnership across organizational boundaries. The role works closely with People & Places as PTS's key business stakeholder, understanding priorities and identifying opportunities where technology can improve employee experience, service delivery, efficiency, and insight. At the same time, the role connects PTS with the broader IT strategy and enterprise technology capabilities in areas such as AI and agents, service management, low-code development, data, integration, security, and architecture.
This is a hands-on senior technical role as well as an influential one. The Principal Platform Engineer operates with a strong bias for action, using Agile and iterative approaches to quickly turn ideas into learning and business value. Depending on the problem, that may mean developing a technical position or white paper, rapidly building a prototype or proof of concept, or incrementally evolving a solution toward production. The emphasis is on testing ideas early, learning from evidence, and continuously refining the approach while helping colleagues across PTS build the skills and confidence to use emerging technologies effectively.
Key Responsibilities
People Technology Strategy & Innovation
Serve as a technical practice lead for emerging technology within PTS, helping establish direction for the practical and responsible adoption of AI, automation, orchestration, application extension, and other new capabilities.
Apply broad knowledge of HR technology, HR processes, workforce data, integrations, reporting, security, and service delivery when identifying opportunities and shaping solutions.
Translate developments in enterprise technology, vendor roadmaps, and internal capabilities into practical People Technology use cases, technical positions, and actionable recommendations.
Identify opportunities across PTS where technology can reduce repetitive operational work, improve quality and employee experience, increase insight, or enable the team to focus greater capacity on higher-value activities.
Establish reusable approaches and solution patterns that allow successful ideas to scale across PTS rather than remaining isolated experiments.
AI, Automation & Agile Solution Delivery
Provide hands-on technical leadership for solutions using generative AI, AI agents, agentic workflows, APIs, MCP, workflow orchestration, automation, Codex, low-code technologies, and other emerging capabilities.
Use rapid prototyping and iterative delivery to test assumptions, demonstrate possibilities, gather feedback, and reduce uncertainty before committing to larger investments.
Break complex opportunities into smaller, testable increments that can demonstrate value quickly and inform subsequent decisions and development.
Lead technical design for complex or cross-platform solutions, evaluating build, buy, extend, integrate, automate, and orchestrate options based on business value, feasibility, architecture, security, user experience, and sustainability.
Apply appropriate AI patterns including grounding and retrieval, context management, tool calling, structured outputs, evaluation, guardrails, observability, and human oversight.
Lead or contribute directly to prototypes, proofs of concept, and production implementations, remaining sufficiently hands-on to validate ideas and solve difficult technical problems.
Use evidence from prototypes, experiments, and delivered capabilities to determine whether to iterate, scale, change direction, or stop.
Partnership & Enterprise Collaboration
Partner with
People & Places
leaders and teams to understand priorities, challenges, and opportunities and translate them into potential technology-enabled outcomes.
Connect PTS strategy and use cases with the broader
IT technology strategy
, identifying where enterprise platforms and shared capabilities can accelerate or improve People Technology solutions.
Collaborate with teams responsible for capabilities such as enterprise service management and employee-service experiences (e.g., ServiceNow), AI agents and conversational experiences (e.g., Moveworks), low-code development and workflow automation (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform), enterprise AI platforms, data, integration, security, and architecture.
Act as a boundary spanner across business and technology organizations, bringing together the appropriate expertise and capabilities to address opportunities that cross organizational or platform boundaries.
Represent the particular needs of People Technology, including sensitive workforce data, complex HR processes, employee experience, and regulatory considerations, while promoting reuse of enterprise capabilities and alignment with broader technology standards.
Influence, Adoption & Practice Development
Establish a clear technical point of view through recommendations, white papers, presentations, prototypes, and well-led discussions that result in decisions and action.
Bring structure and direction to complex technology discussions, clearly communicating options and tradeoffs and adapting technical detail to the audience and decision required.
Build adoption of new tools and approaches across PTS through demonstrations, coaching, reusable examples, documentation, mentoring, and hands-on collaboration.
Mentor team members and increase broader PTS capability in AI, automation, APIs, orchestration, solution design, and modern technology practices.
Act as an agent of change, helping colleagues understand why new approaches matter, demonstrating their value through practical application, and supporting adoption as successful capabilities become part of everyday delivery.
Ensure solutions meet SIE expectations for architecture, security, privacy, data protection, responsible AI, auditability, human oversight, and production support.
Measure success not only through individual delivery, but through adoption, reusable capability, measurable business outcomes, reduced operational effort, and increased capacity for higher-value work.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience across enterprise technology, application development, automation, HR technology, digital transformation, platform development, or technology consulting, with significant experience delivering complex technology solutions.
Demonstrated hands-on experience designing and delivering solutions using generative AI, automation, APIs, integrations, workflow technologies, or modern application-development approaches.
Demonstrated experience taking emerging technology from concept or proof of value through iterative development, production implementation, adoption, and ongoing operation.
Strong practical understanding of generative AI and agentic architectures, including agents, orchestration, grounding and retrieval, tool use, APIs, evaluation, guardrails, human oversight, and production considerations.
Experience leading complex technical initiatives that span systems, teams, or organizational boundaries and influencing outcomes without relying on direct management authority.
Demonstrated ability to evaluate technology options, establish a clear point of view, and translate that thinking into recommendations, technical positions, prototypes, designs, or delivered solutions.
Working knowledge of enterprise HR technology and HRIS concepts, including workforce data, business processes, integrations, reporting, security, and handling sensitive employee information.
Demonstrated experience using Agile and iterative development approaches, including rapid prototyping and experimentation, to reduce uncertainty and progressively deliver business value.
Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain complex technology to technical, business, and leadership audiences and drive discussions toward decisions and outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to mentor others, share expertise, and increase technical capability beyond one's own individual contribution.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in People Technology, HR Technology, or HRIS within a complex global enterprise environment.
Experience with enterprise architecture, API ecosystems, cloud services, integration platforms, RAG, vector search, observability, or AI evaluation frameworks.
Experience with Workday HCM, Workday integrations, Workday APIs, Workday Orchestrate, Workday Extend, or comparable enterprise HR platforms and extension capabilities.
Experience developing AI agents, multi-step agentic workflows, or enterprise orchestration solutions.
Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or comparable approaches for securely connecting AI models and agents with enterprise tools and information.
Experience with AI-assisted software development and coding agents (e.g., Codex).
Experience with enterprise service management and workflow platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
Experience with enterprise AI agent or conversational platforms (e.g., Moveworks).
Experience with low-code application development and workflow automation platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate).
Experience applying security, privacy, responsible AI, data governance, monitoring, or evaluation controls to enterprise AI and automation solutions.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
Be a boundary-spanning technical leader
who connects People Technology priorities with capabilities and expertise across the organization and influences outcomes through credibility rather than formal authority.
Maintain a strong bias for action and learning
, using rapid experimentation and iterative delivery to create momentum and learn from evidence while applying appropriate rigor based on risk and complexity.
Remain hands-on
, moving comfortably between technical strategy and practical execution, including prototypes, solution design, architecture, and difficult technical problems.
Build a practice, not a dependency
, increasing the ability of others to identify opportunities and use emerging technologies rather than becoming the person who must personally own every innovative solution.
Turn knowledge into influence and action
through clear recommendations, white papers, presentations, prototypes, experimentation, and disciplined discussions that lead to decisions and delivery.
Be technology curious, but not technology led
, embracing AI, agents, Codex, MCP, APIs, orchestration, low-code platforms, and emerging technologies while beginning with the problem and desired outcome.
Understand People Technology
, recognizing the intersection of complex HR processes, sensitive workforce data, employee experience, integrations, controls, and global requirements.
Be a multiplier
, with impact demonstrated through both personal delivery and increased capability, productivity, innovation, and insight across PTS.

Provectus is a Premier AWS partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, helping enterprises across Financial Services and Life Sciences design, build, and operate production AI systems. Our Forward Deployed Engineering model lets us embed with clients and deliver AI outcomes, not just advice. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide and are obsessed with reimagining how they operate and compete.
We are looking for a Business Development & Partner Manager to own two complementary revenue motions simultaneously: converting partner-sourced leads into Provectus clients, and building a self-sourced pipeline from scratch.
The first motion sits at the heart of our Anthropic and AWS partnership. They share qualified enterprise leads with us. Your job is to receive those leads, run the full sales cycle, and close them — making Provectus the AI implementation partner of choice for Anthropic's enterprise accounts. Beyond converting inbound leads, you will actively grow the relationship: joint pipeline reviews, co-marketing, partner tier maintenance, and expanding the number of Anthropic field reps who think of Provectus first when they have an implementation need.
The second motion is yours to own. You will prospect independently, build relationships, and close deals with enterprise accounts in Financial Services and Life Sciences without a partner assist — operating as a true full-cycle business developer.
Responsibilities:
New logo hunting
Prospect independently into enterprise accounts in target verticals (FSI, Life Sciences) using outbound, networking, events, and referrals.
Run the full sales cycle: discovery, solution scoping, proposal, negotiation, close.
Build and maintain a personal network of enterprise decision-makers and economic buyers on the East Coast.
Partner motion — Anthropic channel
Act as Provectus's primary point of contact with Anthropic's partner and field sales teams.
Receive, qualify, and own enterprise leads shared by Anthropic; act as the primary point of contact from first conversation to signed SOW.
Identify new co-sell and joint go-to-market opportunities within Anthropic's product and field motion.
Maintain a healthy joint pipeline with Anthropic's partner and sales teams; lead quarterly business reviews and co-sell planning sessions.
Translate Anthropic's product roadmap and partnership incentives into compelling client propositions.
Represent Provectus at Anthropic partner events, executive briefings, and ecosystem calls.
Drive partner tier maintenance and upgrade — certifications, co-marketing activations, case study production.
Cross-functional collaboration
Work with Provectus delivery leads and Architects to scope proposals accurately — you are selling consulting engagements, not software licenses.
Feed market intelligence — buyer objections, competitive dynamics, vertical patterns — back to leadership and marketing.
What You Need to Succeed:
3-7 years of experience in business development, partner/alliance management — with at least part of that in a consulting firm.
Experience converting partner-sourced leads through a full enterprise sales cycle (discovery to signed SOW).
Demonstrated ability to run a full sales cycle independently: prospecting through close, without dedicated BDR support.
Experience selling complex, multi-month consulting engagements (statement-of-work deals, not SaaS subscriptions).
Excellent executive-level communication skills — written, verbal, and in-room presence at C-suite and VP level.
Experience in Financial Services (banking, insurance, capital markets) or Life Sciences (pharma, biotech).
Experience in selling AI/ML services, LLM-based products, or cloud data.
Willingness to travel (up to 30%) for customer meetings, executive briefings, onsite workshops, conferences, and other business development activities.
Proven track record managing an Anthropic, AWS, or GCP partner relationship — co-selling, joint pipeline, MDF, or co-marketing would be a plus.

High-impact role with direct visibility to leadership.
Strong earning potential with performance-based bonuses.

Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
About the role
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead Codeless, our internal Server-Driven UI (SDUI) platform team. In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team bridging mobile/web frontend engineering and core platform backend systems.
While this role is deeply rooted in modern UI architecture, its mission goes beyond standard UI development: Codeless empowers product teams across the organization to ship dynamic, native UI experiences dynamically from the backend—eliminating app store release bottlenecks, dramatically accelerating feature iteration, and establishing a unified UI schema across iOS, Android, and Web.
What you’ll be doing
This is a role with broad impact, from hands-on technical guidance to championing web and mobile accessibility across the company. We're looking for a leader who excels at fostering collaboration and can confidently guide a concept from initial idea to robust implementation.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Team Leadership & Strategy:
Build, mentor, and scale an engineering team responsible for our core Server-Driven UI platform ("Codeless"). Foster an inclusive, high-ownership engineering culture.
Platform Architecture & Evolution:
Oversee the design and evolution of dynamic layout engines, declarative UI schemas, and client rendering frameworks across iOS, Android, and Web.
Developer Velocity & Platform Adoption:
Partner with product feature teams to drive internal adoption of Codeless. Ensure the platform provides exceptional Developer Experience, clear tooling, robust design system integration, and seamless debugging workflows.
Technical Execution & Quality:
Set high technical standards for platform performance, payload optimization, caching strategies, backward compatibility, and graceful offline/fallback behavior across client devices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Product Managers, Design System leaders, and Core Infrastructure engineers to align the Codeless roadmap with broader company initiatives and global design paradigms.
What you’ll need to thrive
Engineering Management:
3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams, with a track record of coaching engineers, delivering complex platform initiatives, and driving technical strategy.
UI & Platform Domain Expertise:
Strong foundational background in mobile (iOS/Android) or modern web architecture (React, SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, or declarative UI paradigms).
Product & Platform Mindset:
Ability to treat internal product engineering teams as customers, evaluating platform success through developer velocity, adoption metrics, and rendering performance.

Langfuse ingests terabytes of AI tracing data per day. When a Fortune 50 company instruments their application with Langfuse, they hit the infrastructure you built. Everything you ship is open source and immediately visible.
The core of your role is making Langfuse fast and affordable at scale: owning the ingestion pipeline, optimizing ClickHouse data models and queries so dashboards load instantly, and building the backend abstractions that let product engineers ship data-heavy features without reinventing the plumbing each time.
You will also make sure Langfuse runs everywhere. You’ll operate Langfuse Cloud across multiple production environments, and make self-hosting effortless. You will support a single Docker Compose setup to enterprise-grade Helm chart deployment.
You won’t be solving these problems alone. Langfuse is now part of ClickHouse, which means the people who built the database you’re optimizing are one channel away. Few backend roles give you that kind of access to the internals of your core datastore.
YOU WILL GROW AT LANGFUSE BY
- Own and optimize our ingestion pipeline: Langfuse ingests massive volumes of tracing data through a pipeline that flows from our API to ClickHouse. You'll work on throughput, latency, reliability, and cost efficiency at every stage of this pipeline.
- Make ClickHouse fast: our tracing data lives in ClickHouse. You'll design schemas, optimize merge strategies, tune batch inserts, write and review analytical queries that power dashboards and the UI. You'll become an expert on ClickHouse internals — and you'll have the ClickHouse database engineering team one channel away.
- Build new infrastructure-heavy features: things like LLM-as-a-Judge (where we post-process large volumes of ingested data asynchronously), alerting at scale, client-code execution, or batch dataset operations. Build the foundation and, if you like, dip your toes into the frontend for those.
- Test with real data in production: when evaluating a new ClickHouse schema, migration, or query optimization, you'll run load tests against production data to validate that changes actually improve things. We don't guess at performance. We prototype new table designs, run them in parallel on real traffic, and compare before committing.
- Scale for what's next: we're growing fast and new product directions like complex long-running agent observability and real-time evaluation push the infrastructure in new ways. You'll be thinking ahead about what breaks at 10x scale.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong backend engineer who gets excited about database internals, query optimization, and distributed systems
- You get excited when working with a ton of data
- Experience with analytical databases, data pipelines, or high-throughput event processing. ClickHouse experience is a big plus but not required
- You organize yourself. You have strong opinions about what to build and how to ship it
- Comfortable reading and writing TypeScript (our backend) and SQL
- Interest in open source software and genuine enjoyment talking to users about their scaling challenges
- Thrives in a small, accountable team where your output is visible and matters
- CS or quantitative degree preferred

Lead, recruit and scale the team
Directly manage 6 to 10 team members, with scope to grow the team as the US market develops.
Recruit, onboard, and develop new team members to support the expansion.

Who We Are
We come for the impact, and stay for the culture! We’re a talented, opinionated, passionate, fiercely inclusive, and responsible group of bees. We have conviction and we strive to live
our values
every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
Little more about the team:
As we continue to strengthen alignment across our go-to-market teams, we're focused on building a more connected approach to how we measure, analyze, and forecast performance across the full customer journey, from the first website visit through sales engagement to closed-won revenue. This new role, within our Revenue Operations team, will help bring that vision to life by creating a clear, shared view of the funnel that marketing, sales, customer success, and leadership can use to make more informed decisions. As a new role, you'll have the opportunity to shape how we work, partnering closely with marketing, RevOps, and the broader revenue organization to improve visibility, forecasting, and accountability across the business.
What you’ll do in the role:
Build full-funnel reporting that connects marketing activity in tools like HubSpot to opportunities and closed-won business in Salesforce, and make it visible to executives and teams across the organization
Work with marketing and sales to define and document how attribution works, including what “influenced” versus “marketing-sourced” means and how leads are tagged as marketing-led, sales-led, or SDR-led
Partner with marketing on lead scoring and how leads flow into Salesforce
Improve how we measure campaign ROI so teams can see what worked, double down, and shift spend away from what didn’t
Work with marketing and go-to-market teams to agree on shared metric definitions, and publish them as a single source of truth
Build reports and dashboards with AI tools, refine them with stakeholder feedback, and publish final versions to our BI tool on a regular refresh schedule
Dig into the data, including with AI, to surface patterns and insights nobody has asked about yet
What you’ll bring to the role:
About 3 to 5 years of experience, ideally in marketing, revenue operations, or a multi-hat go-to-market role
Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience in Excel and BI tools
Working knowledge of marketing concepts and terms, such as MQLs
The interpersonal skills to negotiate shared definitions across teams with different perspectives
Curiosity about AI and how to use it in your analysis
Experience in a SaaS environment
Bonus: the ability to read SQL (writing it is not required)
Base Salary based on level of experience
$125,500
—
$147,600 USD
What you'll get when you join the Hive:
A stake in our success - generous equity with employee-friendly stock program
It’s not about how strong of a negotiator you are - our pay is based on transparent levels relative to experience
Time to recharge with unlimited PTO
A distributed-first mindset and culture (really!)
Home office, co-working, and internet stipend
Full benefits coverage for employees, with additional coverage available for dependents
Up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave, regardless of path to parenthood
Annual development allowance
And much more...
Please note we cannot currently sponsor or support visa transfers at this time.
Additionally, in compliance with applicable law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work.

Langfuse is hiring its first Product Manager. You will work with the founders to define the product vision and set the strategic direction. You will also work with Solution Architects, sales, and marketing. Your input will help shape product decisions.
Engineers at Langfuse own delivery from start to finish. They help find solutions and turn them into technical requirements. They implement and launch the work. They support each launch with documentation and changelogs. They also speak directly with customers to receive feedback on features and educate the roadmap. The whole company helps shape the quarterly roadmap. The engineering team then delivers it.
As Product Manager, you will look beyond the current quarter. You will build a deep understanding of our market and emerging trends. You will also study how engineers use AI to build agentic applications. You will use these insights to create clear product artifacts. They will define the user problems we want to solve and how we want to solve them.
WHAT YOU WILL DO AT LANGFUSE:
- Shape the product direction and translate long-term opportunities into clear priorities.
- Turn customer, community, and market insights into decisions about what to build and what not to build.
- Lead new product areas from research and scoping through launch.
- Work closely with founders, engineers, designers on APIs, SDKs, infrastructure, UX, and documentation.
- Align founders, engineering, sales, marketing, and key customers without introducing unnecessary processes.
- Make the product-engineering team more effective through clear context, strong judgment, and concise written briefs.
- You will own the quarterly roadmapping process and propose in which direction we should develop Langfuse.
WHAT YOU WILL NOT DO:
- Project Management for engineers. Everyone here can organize themselves, you do not need to do this.
- Slice large projects into Linear tickets. Single engineers execute on large projects in Langfuse.
- Communicate between customers and engineers. Engineers talk to customers daily.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- An experienced PM from developer tools, observability, infrastructure, data, or a similarly technical product.
- Technical enough to reason credibly about APIs, SDKs, architecture, and UX tradeoffs.
- You are hands-on: you test products, you talk to users, you maybe build a small prototype.
- Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, and product taste.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, autonomy, and a fast-moving environment.
- Pragmatic, calm, organized, and focused on shipping.
- Excellent written and spoken communication.
- Deeply interested in AI and already using AI tools extensively.
- Experience with open source, enterprise software, or major platform shifts is a plus.
